Min Cooper: This place has some amazing stuff. I went there to purchase a very small maintenance item and even though I spent peanuts in terms of money the service was exceptional. It was pretty obvious I was not in the market for a printer of the calibre they sell there yet they still took the time to show me the equipment and explain it all. If the time comes for me to buy a highend printer I will definitely go there.As a side note I really stumbled on this place out of sheer frustration with local competitor shop who had this one item I purchased at almost 3x the price and they were unwilling to budge so I went to Shop3d. The other thing I noticed at Shop3d is they have a price match policy whereas the other shop does not. Kudos on the great and friendly service.
B G: Never been here. I have a 3d printer though, great hobby. Spend $300 on a printer, $300 on upgrades, 4 weeks on fine tuning and moding to print a tv remote lid after 5 failed attempts. Fun.
Tony Lim: Arrived a little after closing time but the staff still let us in and took their time to help us with a purchase. I've been 3D printing for a long time and yet I still learned many new possibilities just from visiting this shop. Prices for eSun filament are competitive and the store is well stocked with a variety of filaments and colours.
Jim Morrison: Over the past few years we have purchased (2) Ultimaker 3D printers. While Ultimaker has an excellent reputation in the market place for the quality and dependability the efforts of a distributor for these products is very important. Fortunately for us 3-D Sales does a great job not only with sales but more importantly for us with their quality service. They printed a whole bunch of evaluation prints for us for free and no obligations and provided a whole lot of advice on which printer will be the best for our needs.Since I am a researcher in electrical engineering I had very specific needs and Kyle spent over an hour brainstorming with me regarding which would be the best route for me.They never try to make a sale but are more like your personal 3D printer consultants that help you make the best decision regardless of how much money you make them.They are very friendly and experts in the field. They love a challenge so if anyone has a complex application they would love to crack it! They will get all the business from my team for sure and I can highly recommend them for anyone with absolutely any printing needs.

Jason C: Great customer support. They emailed me to double-check why I was buying 2.85mm Nylon filament with Prusa parts. I explained I just needed 50cm for assembling the printer. They refunded my money for the spool and just cut some for me (from an already open spool)! Don't hesitate to purchase from them.
Gavin “halkeye” Mogan: I've been buying fillament from voxel for over a year now. Very happy to support a local buisness other than the big tree based one. About half a year ago my Prusa printer was showing its age a bit, and while prusa support is very good, it takes time for parts to show up, and to get feedback. I eventually got tired of this cycle. I noticed on the website that Voxel Factory does support work too.Dropped off my printer, had a great chat with the staff, told them I was feeling frustrated not having something that worked reliably, and left feeling really good. About a week later I got an email saying the printed was all fixed up.I'm so impressed with all the extra work they did. Not only did the printed end up working reliably again, it works smoother and more reliably than it did when I first got it. I'm so ecstatic. They gave me lots of good advice to keep things reliable too. None of them had to go the extra mile, and yet everyone did. Highly recommend it for any 3d printer needs.
Chad Purdy: I've started using Voxel Factory for the vast majority of my filament and any spare parts I can find in stock. They carry Polymaker filament, of which I quite like their PLA and PETG options. They have been a very stable supply of consumables. Other than a couple of things here and there, items have mostly been available.Voxel Factory get shipments out very fast and are reasonably close to me which is nice. There's been a couple of occasions where shipping had to come from QC or something went out of stock. In those rare cases they are quick to call and email if I don't answer. Staff are always able to easily resolve and get it shipped. Proactive communication is so under rated, yet so appreciated.I see no reason to use Amazon unless you're brand specific to something Voxel Factory doesn't carry or isn't in stock. If you need a supplier you should give them a shot. The prices are at or better than anywhere else and product ships as fast or faster.

Rodan Gopaul-Singh: Here I was, in Vancouver, 4:15 on a Tuesday, totally out to lunch, needing a poster printed and delivered to downtown Toronto by 8:30 AM Vancouver time the next day. Toronto stores were closed. I called TPH on Broadway and found Sylvie, my new guardian angel. She was so positive, helpful, and 'can do' about my situation, took the time to clearly lay out the details required to make this happen, and followed up a couple of times outside of work hours just to make sure everything was ok. Needless to say our order was printed perfectly and delivered on time in Toronto due to Sylvie's efforts, as well as the teamwork across the country by the TPH team. I've had situations like this so many times before where you get a 'well it's really your problem - you're the one who's late' from companies, but TPH was so incredibly helpful and focused on enabling our success.Thanks to all of you, and especially Sylvie - you have a customer for life!

When I got to the store, they said they tried to call me just before I got there to tell me the minimum order is $15. However, nowhere on the website is this mentioned! Quite the opposite actually, it literally says "No Minimum Order! Print as much or as little as you need with no minimum quantities on your order."I was already on the way by the time they tried to reach me and needed the documents for my appointment that was scheduled in 15 min.After a bit of hassle, the clerk let me pay "only" $5 for my 2 page document making it sound like it was a huge favor. I'm never coming back.

Geoff Tigg: Well, I'm an author of 10 fiction novels available on Amazon and as the world is encouraging using local suppliers due to COVID, I decided NOT to proceed with my American service provider of the past- AMERICA FIRST" - anyway upon searching for a local Canadian printing service I found the TPH print shop in Vancouver (I live in BC) and after having my latest novel printed and some assistance with the cover design, I'm thrilled with the product and service!! Leo Pecchia was a very cooperative contact and managed the entire process extremely well and kept me up-to-date as to the status of the project. The quality of the books was fantastic, and the team made great calls as to paper weights and qualities to get us the best bang for our buck. While two of the books were incomplete, the team was quick to offer us replacement copies.

I am a lawyer and was starting an eighteen day trial by filing eight large binders full of multi-tabbed documents with the court. The first thing the trial judge said was, "would it be possible to get a scanned copy of those documents?". TPH came to the rescue and in 24 hours they somehow managed to scan all eight binders. Since then I have used TPH and found them to provide very reliable service at a fair price.
