Rosewood Hotel Georgia: what do users think?
Rosa Yuan
Rosa Yuan: My mom and I enjoyed our stay. The reception desk, especially Alona and Phoebe are very nice and kind to us and they ensured a smooth check out experience. The in room dining team also did an excellent job for providing us breakfast for a few days, expecially the last day when we left at 5:20AM. Breakfast was packed and delivered to us on 5AM at the door. Thank you for your great hospitality to make it feel home during our 6 nights.Walkability: Convenient location at downtown. Very safe to walk about in the city.

Jane Leung
Jane Leung: I was very impressed by the service and accommodations at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia. The staff worked well as a team to meet the expectations of the hotel guests. The food at the 1927 restaurant and at the outdoor patio Reflections was very good. I was most impressed with the management and staff who introduced themselves to us. The hotel is in a central location with many ways to connect to shopping, dining and attractions like the Granville Market. I will definitely come back.Rooms: My room had a lovely view of the library. The bed and bedding were comfortable and I had a sofa to relax in. The bathroom amenities included a heated floor, generous-sized bath tub and shower, bathrobes and slippers. There is turndown service in the evening which was lovely. My room attendant had my slippers laid out by my bed with bottled water and biscuits placed on my bed table.Nearby activities: It is easy to take a taxi or Uber to all the city attractions.Walkability: It was easy to walk out of the hotel and find stores, coffee shops, etc.Food & drinks: The location is close to many restaurants and cafes. There is a diversity in the offerings. There is a bakery next door to the hotel.

Sarah Kazimi
Sarah Kazimi: Upon booking a deluxe king suite, I was disappointed to find the washroom covered in fingerprints and the floor dirty with unidentified white substances. To document the state of the room, I took pictures. Additionally, I had inquired about room upgrade options prior to arrival, hoping to surprise my fiancé for his birthday. However, the person I spoke to on the phone informed me that the only available room was priced at an exorbitant $4,000 per night, which I found to be quite insulting.Upon check-in, I encountered another issue when the front desk attendant not only requested my identification, which is standard as the booking was under my name, but also asked for my fiancé's ID. This struck me as peculiar since we have stayed in numerous hotels before, and it has always been sufficient to provide the ID of the individual the room is booked under. My fiancé felt profiled due to his African American heritage, further exacerbating the situation. After calling to express my dissatisfaction with the room's condition, the hotel staff kindly arranged for us to switch to a different room, which I genuinely appreciated. It is worth noting that I have previously attended several work events in Georgia and held a great fondness for this particular establishment. Regrettably, this experience has significantly tarnished my perception.

Mike Seidl: Great location. Staff was very accommodating. Enjoyed the restaurant. The attention to detail on the woodwork inside was excellent.Architecturally, the overall interior, especially the ballroom, was done extremely well. While the warmth of the whole environment was obvious. Will absolutely stay here again on our next visit.
Paul Gabay
Paul Gabay: I loved the hospitality. Every staff members I interacted with were extremely welcoming and very helpful. My suite had everything I needed with the exception of a USB port. The room was clean and the bathroom and shower was really nice. I enjoyed my workouts in the fitness room. There was a great selection of equipment. I felt the hotels location was prime and there was lots to do in the area. I look forward to my next stay.
Kathleen Kaufman
Kathleen Kaufman: I am extremely picky about hotels; this is one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. The hotel itself, including the room, is beautiful. And so many lovely little touches, like the heated floor in the bathroom, the nightly turn-down service with cookies, the thank you notes from the housekeepers for tips I left, and every amenity you could even think of. Every single staff person simply could not have been nicer or more helpful. This is the only hotel I'd use in Vancouver- I highly recommend them!Rooms: One of the most beautiful rooms I've stayed in. Lovely seating area with a couch. Gorgeous bathroom with heated marble floors.Walkability: Nice area to walk around in, with lots of shops restaurants.Noteworthy details: Gorgeous hotel and room.

Josi Twigt: Stayed in one room with my husband and two young kids. This was the absolute BEST hotel experience we have ever had as a family! The service was amazing. Every single staff person we encountered was kind, welcoming, efficient, helpful, and fantastic. My kids felt safe and adored and my husband and I were relaxed and pampered. Thank you!!Kids got ‘their size’ robes, we were given complimentary snacks upon arrival, and after turn down service we found bookmarks by every book left out and screen wipes on top of my husbands iPad. It was above and beyond. Shower was WONDERFUL and beds and pillows were perfection.Walkability: We were able to easily walk around and discover the neighborhood. Visited a friend’s hotel by foot and walked to various restaurants nearby.Food & drinks: Room service breakfast was decadently delicious. And the coffee provided in the room was better then my fancy machine at home!

Pan Pacific Vancouver: what do users think?
Robert Dehn
Robert Dehn: If you are catching a Cruise out of here, then book here right now. It’s pricey but worth every penny. They literally have a “cruise deck” button in the elevators… took all the mystery out of “where do I need to go.” That being said it’s here. You leave from this hotel…!The rooms had an incredible view of the water, were spotless clean, and every person that worked there was so friendly and accommodating. We didn’t realize we needed to print our luggage tickets before getting there… and they even had a free business center with a free printer! There is an indoor shopping / food center directly across the street. Had a few stores / cheap food options as well and an indoor / outdoor sitting area. Grabbed a coffee and some travel essentials without issue.Protip. Ask the front desk to have the bellhops to take care of delivering your luggage to the cruise ship. We handed them off from our room (for a worth it, 5 dollar per bag fee!) …and then we we’re able to walk around Vancouver luggage / stress free for a few hours! Big win.

Tanya: It's the little things that matter. We arrived after a 14hr flight at the hotel at 8:30am. Dreading the late check-in, we were told our room was ready and we could go straight in. The porter was about 2 minutes behind us with our bags. Excellent! Twin beds that were double size. Pillows that were so comfortable. Shower curtain on a rail that was arc-ed outwards - the curtain didn't slap around you as you showered. Bathroom products that not only smell nice, but didn't feel like the cheapest, driest washing liquid. Positioned right on top of the cruise terminal making it easy for us to travel onward. A really really nice place to stay.

Steve Wilkins
Steve Wilkins: Stayed for four nights pre an Alaska cruise. We had a club deluxe double double room, which was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was adequate. Service was good from the staff we spoke with. Breakfast in the club lounge was of a high standard, and there is no need to pay extra for breakfast if you book a club room. I didn't think the hotel, in general, was of the same luxury as other Pan Pacific's I've stayed in. Nevertheless, I would recommend and stay again in the future.

Chris Fowler: First time staying here and likely will try another hotel first if we have to stay in Vancouver again. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable . The staff were very pleasant and helpful and seemed happy to be working here.Bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Pillows were a bit small and soft, but we had a good night sleep anyways. The reasons for for not getting more stars are:Parking is isn’t included, yes a small discount is given, and there was always someone patrolling the area, which a gave me piece of mind, but I have gotten security and parking included at hotels just up the street. Maybe it’s because I am not from the city, but $50+ for 24hrs of parking…. Ouch.No breakfast, or deals on food.TV, after a long day or running around, we couldn’t watch anything good or recent unless we wanted to pay. Now maybe I am wrong , but then it wasn’t clear how to watch anything good or recent.Didn’t try the internet.A hotel of this size, would be very difficult to paint and modernize, so I don’t mind that everything felt a bit dated.IMO not worth the price.

Fairmont Pacific Rim: what do users think?

Hossein s: We went to the Botanist with friends. The food was excellent. Especially the lamb was delicious and fresh.Obviously this place is fine dining with its special prices. The food quality was indeed at the level of its pricing. My only issue with the food is, and this very subjective, the presentation was over crowded.

Tim C.: A bit of a background, I have a very long history with Fairmont PacRim ever since I discovered it back in 2012. I have made many return visits several times a year and basically obtained Accor Diamond status just from Fairmont stays alone.A lot has happened since my last negative review of this place. It was in the transition to a new management team and new staff on the gold floor. I am happy to say that all of my issues with my previous bad experience have been rectified, and it is now once again among the finest properties I've had the opportunity to stay at. (Even compared with some of the most exclusive European boutiques!)Jasmine and her entire Fairmont Gold staff have everything dialed in. They remember our preferences, and try their best to make each of our visit special from extremely generous upgrades to little things like setting up desserts in our room. Although a lot of familiar faces have left to pursue new ventures, I am really liking Jasmine and her team. Her attention to every detail is what makes our visits so wonderful, and I am looking forward to enjoying many more stays at this world class property.
Vincent Silver
Vincent Silver: Above and beyond the usual strengths from the Fairmont brand (prime locations/ luxury amenities), this particular Fairmont delivers on an experience that is second to none. The service is tirelessly outstanding and consistent from the doormen, front desk, bellhop, dining, bike attendant, valet to the concierge. The foyer has a bustling vibe but it’s so well staffed. Dining is busy as well so I appreciated how eager staff are to accommodate. The established work culture at this location is so rare to witness these days (it’s why I’m writing this review). I booked with my Amex this time and received more perks than when I booked directly with Fairmont in the past. Regardless, with or without the perks, this hotel offers incredible value; Canadian hospitality at its finest.
Sam Wong
Sam Wong: Location is amazing. Room is not styling but very well settled in details. Room amenities are upscale. The harbor view is stunning. Food and service in the restaurant are fabulous and impeccable. However, the service from Front Office staff is not up to par which ruined the whole experience of our arrival AGAIN in two months. Last time we booked the partial harbor view room, but we got a room on the very lower floor with buildings and swimming pool view in March. Today we check in at 5pm, we were informed that the room is not ready. We booked through AMEX ( been called “the 3rd party” from Front Office) which is entitled noon check-in if available. But considering it is long weekend we chose to check-in late in order to get the room instantly while checking in. We were shocked while the FO staff informed us that the room was not ready at that moment. After a chat with the Front Office Manager, we immediately got a clean room which is exactly our room type. We were even more upset with the experience, so we were wondering why we could not get the room which is already been cleaned and ready to check-in. Instead, the Front Office wanted us to wait since room is available. We have stayed with Fairmont for years with Accor member. While we were trying to let the front office hook up our reservation to the guest profile, they told us they could not do it, and kept saying that as the system been changed, there’s no guest data been kept in their new system, except for Accor member. Front Office Manager was shocked when we let her know that we do have the membership.I am not sure what exactly the reason why they did not provide us the ready room while checking-in. I did not know the excuse that why they refuse to look for the guest profile.I just feel like we are not welcomed to stay at Pacific Rim.Maybe I should book through other channels instead of through “the 3rd party” like American Express.Sure thing is for our next staycation, we definitely won’t stay with Fairmont Pacific Rim

The location is perfect.Walkability: Great walkability. Close to lots of attractions downtown Vancouver within 15 to 20 minutes walk.

Stefanie Wills: I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff, food, location and value are all wonderful. My bed was so comfy. My room was on the 19 floor and I had a very small room but it amazing view of the harbor and mountains. My only gripe was that because of the automatic curtains they do not go long enough and the bright light woke me up every morning at 6 am and the seaplanes outside make a lot of noise. I hoped to have a soaking bath but the large bathroom and shower made up for sit. Other than that, it was perfect!

Shailesh Dalmia: Disgusting check in. Long queue. Each check in taking about 15 mins per guest! I mean wow! In todays age n time when it usually takes in about few mins. Were Centurion Card members and had put in an early request for check in at 12 noon but they allotted room only at 3.15. Waited for more than 3 hours. We kept on checking with the check in desk at regular intervals and they said that the room was being cleaned. This continued on for about 1.30 hours. We guessed that they had taken a “vow” not to allocate the room before 3.Anyways we waited. No choice. At 3pm, still room not alloted. Thats the time we decided to meet the Guest Relations manager. I just asked her that such a big hotel, couldnt they accomodate a single room early. The Guest relations manager replied with a curt no. I would have expected her to be a bit apologetic but her behaviour was rude. She said were just 15 mins late and looked as if its a big deal! Then she asks me what can she do? Im not the kind of client who looks for favours. Not me! Would have appreciated a simple sorry and a body language being sorry about it. But this was: WoW! She was not bothered. This is really sad. It seems just business for her.Ive stayed earlier at the hotel and would hold it as one of my most favourite stays.Really disgusting this time. Not staying next time for sure.

Phillip Nako: Exceptional service and one of the most convenient places to stay in Vancouver. It’s within walking distance to a dock on False Creek where you can catch a water taxi to various points of interest like Granville Island Public Market. It is also near Robson street which has great restaurants and shopping as well as the very nice Yaletown district. The staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The hotel is connected to a nonsmoking casino which features great restaurants and entertainment options. Located right next to the soccer stadium and hockey arena, it’s perfect for visiting on game day. I could not more nightly recommend.

When we notified the hotel they upgraded gave us a hotel food/drink credit and sent up the most beautiful charcuterie board as we were there for an anniversary. Absolutely blown away with the costumer service. Even had the managers meet with us to apologize for the mix up. The hotel was beautiful as were the rooms! Will absolutely be staying here again. Great job I will never forget how wonderful the staff was at this hotel.

Michelle Rintz
Michelle Rintz: The room was costly and we were very disappointed in the location. We had so much street noise which would have been understandable, but the fire department is a block away and there were sirens all the time. They did seem to stop about 10pm, but if you are going to sleep before then or trying to take an afternoon nap it is quite difficult, bring earplugs. I feel for the cost, we would have probably stayed somewhere else.

Dan Last name: Front Desk took a long time to answer after missing some things we had asked for originally. One thing I find extremely irritating is a key card that won't work. If it works for the first 4 things but not for the next 20, your system is broken. It is embarrassing when your key card does not work, amd another guest comes along. It awkward. Any business that puts me in a socially awkward scenario is not going g to get more than 3 stars. Please fix your key card system. Imagine having to have a conversation with a stranger having to convince them that, yes you are staying here, and yes you do have access to the pool.

Diane B
Diane B: I thought I was going to experience some luxury here. Last night of our trip. The room was spacious, the view was pretty cool and the bed was super comfortable. The disappointment was that the room decor was very dated, there was no closet in the bedroom, the shower was so tiny and old, I wasn't sure if it was mold or marble markings where the floor and the shower walls met, I wore my flip flops in the shower. The coffee station was not great, no instructions and I got my water from the bathroom tap. Not what I expected from a King suite. We went down to the pool and whirlpool and also wore my shoes the whole time, there were hairs on the floor around the pool and no one was there. You had to go to a different floor to reach the change rooms.I wouldn't stay here again.Parking was $50 a night which seems like a gauge but parking in the city is brutal. At least there were good restaurants in walking distance.

That took it to a new level the bags were there as quickly as possible I just love how nice this room is king sized bed and a couch bed wow I could not believe that it was the best room I’ve got it was not that crowded but great staff and I also enjoyed the buffet and the room service!.

You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service was fast, and welcoming, and I felt so seen and valued my entire stay! C Kong: Plenty of parking below the hotel. Google always takes you to the front but just remember to turn right on Alberni and not Georgia while you’re on Thurlow street. Valet is $54 I believe and you can pay for overnight parking as well. It’s bright so it feels safe. Every staff we encountered was nice and pleasant. Elevator area was small. 3rd floor has the restaurant Carlino which had great food. If you go during breakfast there’s live music which is a treat to listen to. 5th floor has your pool/jacuzzi. Pool is spacious but jacuzzi was always packed. 24 hour workout facility had a good amount of equipment. Was clean and quiet. The spa had a nice and accommodating front desk person. The couples spa suite was nice but you could hear all the traffic from outside. The room we had was spacious. View was beautiful! Lots of toiletries, tub was huge, there were welcome cookies that were delicious. I’d come here again as it was a great place to stay at. It was also very close to Robson st which had lots of shops and restaurants.

Overall, it truly felt like a luxury stay.My only remark to make is that on one of the days, there was a very large and rowdy group of guests in the pool, disturbing us (and other guests), and the attendant didn't say anything about this - however, our stay was perfect other than this particular moment.Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Alison Fisher
Alison Fisher: We held a 2-day company workshop for 27 people in April and everything the hotel did was outstanding. This was the easiest event I have planned due to the communication and organization from the event staff. The meeting room was set up perfectly for our group and the catering over the two days was amazing. The kitchen also carefully took care of several of our attendees with food allergies. I could not find fault with anything. The service throughout the two days was 10/10. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel also arranged for our 27 guests to have dinner at Bacchus restaurant, and again, the food and service was incredible. Would I recommend the Wedgewood Hotel and Spa? Absolutely! Whether for a corporate event or for a personal getaway. We've held several events in Vancouver, and I without a doubt, we will look to book with the Wedgewood Hotel in the future.

Who knows when and if that will ever happen, but what exists now is a mishmash of updates throughout the decades and just doesn’t feel like a luxury experience. That said, it is a comfortable boutique hotel with charm and an alternative to some of the bland box hotels in the city.

Tommy Tong
Tommy Tong: On Friday, March 10th, 2023, I decided to have a cocktail whilst waiting for a dinner reservation nearby. Whilst sitting at the bar, I witnessed Lindsay, the bartender, treating his protégé Liam in a manner that was not conducive in creating and/or nurturing a supportive environment.Imagine learning the skills required for a career in mixology during a busy Friday night at a 4-star hotel in the heart of Vancouver. If that wasn't stressful enough, imagine having to learn from someone who does NOT have your best interests in mind and makes this fact known through his ineffective communication choices.I felt so bad for Liam that I gave him a tip and thanked him for his hard work. Unlike the gratuity that I left for Lindsay, that was the best money I spent in a long time.TO MANAGEMENT:Please do not invite me to contact you with your cookie-cutter, insincere replies on Google Reviews. I won't be coming back to your establishment. This is not the first time I've had a negative experience at your bar. The 2-stars are for your cocktail creations and for the design and ambience of your decor (which I find very appealing). What a shame.
Ryan Punambolam
Ryan Punambolam: Three star hotel at best. Booked through AMEX fine hotels with late check out. Told the morning of check out that “we will have charge me.” Food was terrible. Saving grace is Chipotle is across the street. Lots of other better options in Vancouver with this price point.

Nigori Xi a: The service attitude at the front desk is extremely poor. Especially Rohan D'SOUZA, the night manager. Our room card was just forgotten in the parking lot. We wanted to wait for a friend to pick up the card in the hotel lobby, but he insisted on driving us to the airport lobby. This is really Infuriating! He also said that only people who check in can wait in the lobby, but we are consumers! It's three o'clock in the morning, and we have a seven o'clock flight tomorrow morning! We argued with this manager in the lobby for almost 10 minutes. We thought the manager was racist, is this the Fairmont values?

the DOUGLAS, Autograph Collection: what do users think?
Mike McAra
Mike McAra: This is one of the best hotels in YVR! The rooms are epic (think millennial chic), the amenities perfect (including the lounge with live music) but most of all the staff! They go above an beyond at all hours to ensure you have a great stay! Definitely worth staying here if you can! I will be back for sure!
Christian Amurao
Christian Amurao: I recently stayed at a hotel that unfortunately left me with an unpleasant experience due to the noise level from their club. While the hotel itself was well-appointed and comfortable, the club's loud music that continued past midnight made my stay unbearable.Despite the quiet time policy being in place from 10 pm, the loud music continued unabated for hours, which caused a great deal of distress and discomfort. I called the front desk multiple times to complain and request that they take action to reduce the noise, but to no avail. The staff member I spoke to gave me the run-around, saying that the club was almost done or that they couldn't do anything about it.After several failed attempts to resolve the issue, the hotel eventually moved us to another room, which helped reduce the noise level, and refunded the cost of our night's stay. While this was a welcome gesture, it was hardly enough to make up for the poor service and lack of consideration shown to us as guests. It was only after midnight that I was finally able to get some rest, but it was far from the type of service one would expect from a reputable establishment. Overall, my stay was marred by the constant noise and the indifferent attitude of the staff towards my concerns. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.

sahar hosseinirad: My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate her birthday. We got a two beds room so you would assume there should be enough room for two people. NO! The coat closet was so small that at the most you could fit two jackets in it. There is a bar fridge in the room. A cooler case is provided instead that you can keep your stuff cool using the ice machine provided in the hallway. We were completely disappointed with the spa facility. Hotel provides robes which very interesting brown and beige color. We were told we looked like hotel staff when we’re walking down the hallway to go to Spa. Small hot top on the roof top of next door buildings is shared with hotel Marriot guests. And you have to pay $55/ per person + tax to use lounges and steam room. Definitely not worth the money at all. Banana chips, dried cranberries and mixed nuts, team and iced flavour water is served at the lounge. Not sure why they are charging the $55 for!We had to wait for over half an hour in the hotel hallway at 3am since our room door fob reader was out of charge and they had to call hotel engineering staff to come and open the door for us. We’re offered a voucher for breakfast. Which was nice.Staff were friendly.

Christina Fraser: Don’t stay here unless you want your things stolen! An hour after checkout I realized I left an item of clothing in their closet so I emailed them to which they responded they would get in touch with housekeeping. A week went by, no response. Contacted them again only to be told the same thing as if it’s just impossible to reach housekeeping. We also couldn’t get our tv working when we were there and just kept being told someone would come fix it but never did. I’m assuming this is the go-to response. Lousy service, will not be back.

Nikki Van Boeyen
Nikki Van Boeyen: Had a fantastic experience here. I wish we could have stayed a little longer and explored the amenities a bit more. The DOUGLAS was beautiful. Front desk is on the 6th floor. Two elevator systems - one for the parkade to the lobby and one from the street to the rooms. You do need a key room to go beyond the 6th floor. The check in/desk staff were very friendly and we were able to check in a bit early. Check out was a breeze. Our room was beautiful and modern. The shower was spacious and the supplied soaps smelled amazing. The shower head was a rain style. There is a little window in the shower facing the bed and window but if you are under the shower head, you aren’t in front of the window. There is a curtain you can close if you don’t want your roommate to watch. Toilet was secluded on the opposite side of a very massive fully frosted divider wall. Much more private than a lot of hotels we have stayed.Free wifi and Netflix on the TV was a bonus. I hate having to pay for wifi in a hotel - especially when you are paying over $200 a night.I saw people complaining about the Yeti cooler instead of the fridge, we actually loved it.Location was excellent - especially if you are going to BC Place or Rogers Arena.
Abhi
Abhi: Hotel was good. Giving 4 stars as it was a bit tricky to reach to the front desk on 6th floor especially when one didn’t sign up for a parking spot at the hotel.
Danny Hannigan
Danny Hannigan: Stayed here on a Friday night on the 10th floor. The noise from D/6 (nightclub on floor 6) was unbearable and went until about 2am. Called the front desk requesting earplugs and they were delivered in about 30 min. The bathroom also has minimal privacy in case you're staying with anyone who isn't a significant other. When I checked in I was told I was upgraded to a "King bed with a view"...all I could see was the bottom of BC place (maybe that's considered a view?). Great location, clean rooms and pleasant staff but would not stay here again due to noise from the nightclub.

Level Vancouver Yaletown - Richards: what do users think?
sobe208
sobe208: My wife and I recently spent 30 days at the Level on Richards. What a stay it was! Let’s start off with the location which is moments away from George Wainborn and David Lam Parks both of which border the spectacular seawall. Restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and more are all within walking distance. It’s located in a very densely populated area of Yaletown but Richards Street features mostly residential buildings so it is very quiet. The suite was tastefully decorated and offered like new appliances and all the pots and dishes that you need. Two TVs came in very handy when one of us decided to hit the hay early in the very comfortable bed. We really put the amenities to good use including the very well equipped fitness centre, entertainment rooms, swimming pool and the amazing rooftop lounge. Unfortunately we never got around to using the steam and sauna. We really appreciated the customer service and much more provided by the 24 hour concierge staff led by the incomparable Cesar who always welcomed us with a big smile and energetic, entertaining conversation. Kudos to Lizette and the rest of the staff. As Arnold once said “We’ll be baaack”.
Ana Matusic
Ana Matusic: During my month and 20-day stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing the amazing features of this property. Firstly, the location is unbeatable, with its convenient proximity to shopping areas. The staff deserves special mention for their unwavering politeness and friendliness. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.The property itself is fully furnished and boasts excellent amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing swimming pool, and a relaxing hot tub on the 9th floor. These facilities added an extra layer of luxury and comfort to my stay.I want to give a shout-out to the hardworking cleaning ladies who kept the property spotless throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness were truly impressive. It was a joy to return to a tidy and well-maintained living space. To top it off, I discovered the delight of having coffee at Matchsticks, a nearby coffee shop. The aromatic brew and cozy atmosphere made it an absolute must-visit spot during my time there. In summary, this property offers an incredible location, a courteous and accommodating staff, and a wide array of amenities. Whether for business or pleasure, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Andre Tannus: Level was absolutely amazing. The suite was exactly like the pictures, everything was new or in perfect working condition. We arrived late at night and were greeted by the staff, we quickly checked in and our apartment was all set for us.The bed was comfortable enough (although a bit soft for my taste), the living room has a very nice couch and TV, lighting is very well planned and adjustable to pretty much anyone's needs.Everything we asked for, we got. The hospitality team is absolutely fantastic, and I really appreciate César and Lisset who were there most of the time, but there were others whose names I, unfortunately, can't remember, all of whom were very, very helpful and polite and courteous.Coming down the elevator, we knew who was at the front desk just by the soundtrack alone. If it sounds like a party, César will be there. If it sounds cool and soothing, it's Lisset. If it's classical it's the night guy whose name I can't remember, but who was so kind and helpful to us when we needed a parking space at very short notice. We arrived in Canada and Level was a rock we could stand on for 5 weeks, with no troubles, no issues, no surprises, and no worries. We would still be there if we had not yet found an apartment!I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Adrian Amorin: My wife and I stayed at Levels-Richards from NOV-2022 to JAN-2023. I did not expect how great of a stay I was going to have. Although the overall stay was great, I have to give credit to the staff. Shoutout to Cesar, Lizette, Edward, and the many others I failed to collect their name. Maintenance crew was great coming into our unit on a weekly basis to make sure everything was clean and replenished. Whenever we needed anything to make our accommodation better we would contact Cesar, Lizette or Edward and they would make sure we were accommodated. Cesar had extra attention to detail especially with my wife considering she is pregnant. Overall everyone wanted to make sure we had a great stay. Definitely would recommend staying at Levels
Anastasia Iurovski
Anastasia Iurovski: Besides this place being beautiful, clean and located in a beautiful part of Vancouver, the staff here is incredible. All the staff is great but this place wouldn’t be the same without Cesar. He made my stay here feel so much more like home and is always the kindest and most fun to deal with. If I could pack up Cesar and bring him everywhere I go I would.
Vancity Lady
Vancity Lady: We stayed here last year for a week and it was NOT a good decision. Front desk lady was so confident when you first check-in but we got a big note and calls from the other desk agents saying our car is not authorized to be in the UG? The other agents were always clueless when it comes to things. We ran out of tea and we had to go downstairs to get the 2 that was left. The condo was nice but the bathroom is laid out for handicap access that the water always pools down to the sink. We had to switch our towels every day because it was always wet! (Also had to grab the towels downstairs ourselves). Sunday night, there was really loud music coming from Granville we couldn't sleep at all past 5am. The dryer wasn't working and we had been interrupted a few times so they can service? The inconvenience at this place is beyond me. There are better hotels to stay in Vancouver IMO. I wouldn't consider it 5 stars either. Level has better service at their Los Angeles location.

You can not forget his kind smile and always being ready to help !Nitin also helped us for our room temperature and followed up to make sure about it!We can not thank Cesar and Nitin enough as they did everything to make us feel happy! Our stay there was even better than our own home as everyone was trying to help.Very quiet ,clean, organized and easygoing! We will definitely book this place again next time in Vancouver!Warmly,Parvin

Alicia Robbins: Loved staying at Level Yaletown in Vancouver! I spent three months here while I was on a job and it was very comfortable, quiet, and the staff was amazing. Cesar, one of the staff members who works the front desk, bends over backwards for his guests! I will definitely stay here again when working in Vancouver.
Ola Mota
Ola Mota: I spent 9 months at the Level on Richards Street, during the pandemic. I had a one bedroom suite overlooking the alley. The place is well equipped, clean, enough space for one person as I worked from home. During non-pandemic times, it would be fine for 2 people. It's pet friendly, which is nice. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Cesar has amazing energy! Janice, the manager, runs a tight ship. I couldn't benefit from the weekly cleaning, which I know they do during your stay, typically. I connected via LAN for work, as the wifi is not strong enough for video calls, but generally the wifi was ok otherwise. Richards building is newer, so the appliances, furnishings and the bathroom had the latest contemporary trends. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back.

Kay C: We stayed at Level for a month while our condo in Kitsilano was being renovated. It was a great experience. The building amenities are fantastic, especially the gym which is very well equipped. We also made regular use of the hot tub, pool, steam and sauna. The unit itself was really well appointed, and the common areas in the building were spotlessly clean. The concierges were unfailingly polite and helpful. Special kudos to Mark who uncomplainingly brought us fresh bedding at odd hours when one of our cats was ill, and Cesar who always seemed overjoyed to help us out with anything - the embodiment of great customer service. A couple of small issues that arose in the unit were dealt with swiftly and professionally by the on-site maintenance team. We're Vancouverites ourselves so fully appreciated the location, which is just steps from the seawall as well as grocery stores, drug stores, local organic market stores, and the excellent restaurants of Yaletown. I would advise checking on the date for the annual fire inspection, as this was the only issue we had while we were there - it's legally required so absolutely not Level's fault, but involved three days of alarm and intercom testing which is tough if you work from home. It would have been helpful to have been informed on move in that this was happening during our stay.
