Lena Lerner: Awful customer service and unprofessional. Unlike the fact they have a lot of branches, there is no process or standard or ethics. Asked for approximate value before ordering service and they said wait for 3 - 4 days and had to contact back after 2 weeks and they texted they have too much work and cannot accept my business. Talked to manager and he said that's because I asked for approximate value before ordering? Serious very sketchy business. Can't believe they have managers like these in businesses.
Actan Actas: Never use their services because their estimates are subjective and not based on the factual comparisons.If you made a mistake in your report and chose a higher value comparing to wrong newer apartments, it is important to be professional and fix your assessment. I am having so much headache because of this error!!

Mr. Micheal Yeung I feel is un-professional, no business card provided, does not listen, just rushes through and feels he knows all. At this point not even sure if he is really an appraiser, so for this reason I would beware if he comes to your door, you may be out a lot of money on your appraisal. When I called the office however they gentleman I spoke to did seem helpful, but since the bank ordered my appraisal not much could be done to revisit my concerns. That is why I gave two stars instead of one.

A Kaiser: Was a mixed experience applying for a rental with this company. Jason and Azi were personable however the application process was really excessive.All of us were required make accounts on their website containing SIN numbers, six references with phone numbers, financial and work info including bank records and pay stubs etc. etc. Was even asked to provide photos of our faces, and photos of our previous house. It was pretty invasive and we weren’t even informed we didn’t get the rental but just continued to see the listing two months after we applied. I realize the choice of tenant is often solely on the owner and many management companies require this info, however this was very unusual that they would store this sensitive info on their website, especially given that the province and federal government strongly advise against giving or asking for info like SIN numbers on rental applications.I would have left a lower star review, however they did successfully delete our accounts on their website (after I insisted they do so) which essentially contained everything needed for identity theft, so that was the responsible thing for them to do, however they gave no reassurance on the security of that information and it probably would still be on their website had I not asked them to delete our accounts.All that run around for a dingy Vancouver special basement suite I didn’t even really want to live in. Luckily relocated to a house in kits for almost the same monthly rent so can’t complain about my situation now, dodged that bullet for sure!

That's NOT how it was working with Jason Upton.Jason was very hands on for the sale of our home. He organized everything needed. Pictures. 3d tour. Professional cleaners and even had a inspection done on our home to provide to perspective buyers. Come open house days Jason even organized a day shelter tent with a sanitary station for all viewers to clean their hands and mask up. He also organized a mortgage broker to be present for 2 of the days.I was blown away at his attention to detail and thoughtfulness.He sold our home for over his assessed asking pricing in 4 days. I was beyond words in satisfaction 😌.Buying our home was just as positive of an experience. Our wish list was long and inventory in our price range was limited but Jason stuck with us. He organized 3 full weekends of viewings for us, was responsive with all our inquiries and it felt like he really wanted to find us the right home. He listened. He got to know us and our needs and he found it!!!Can't recommend Jason and Aedis Realty enough. Cheng Che Chung (Pony): I stayed at Richard's property for 2 years, Sep 2018 - Oct 2020.Property Address: 301 E Woodstock Avenue, Vancouver BC V5W 1N2Most of the tenants in the same house were newcomers.Richard was an okay landlord. Friendly but not so reliable.The experience with him was quite interesting.*He asked one of the tenant, Ravi, to pay for the plumber service by himself which was over CA$100 simply because he was using the kitchen mostly. It was unreasonable because that was just taking advantage of new-comers who DO NOT know much about BC tenant law.*He signed up an CA$90 unlimited TELUS home wifi plan which only compatible of 4-6 "DEVICES" for a house of 7 TENANTS. Then we suggested him to upgrade to a CA$99 plan and explained the reason. We agreed to include the extra into our rents and he did not take an action on that.*He was trying to charge the flat extra for monthly cleaning fee since he allowed the cleaner to stay extra hours without noticing us. And this was against tenant law as well. Besides of rent and the fee on our contract, landlord should NOT ask any extra fee from tenants.*He asked for my help to bring a second-hand oven from his own place to replace the broken one at our suite. I treated him as friends so I went help him. At that day, August 14, I gave him 2-month verbal notice that I will be leaving the suite and he understood. Oct 24, I noticed him that I would leave the suite like I told him in August. He started to treat me as strangers saying that I didn't send him a paper notice so he would take my deposit for his loss. I agreed because it was my fault to be naive and thought we were friends so no paper notice needed.All of above were of record and feel free to contact me for further information if you are under his contract.
