Breka Bakery & Café (Davie): what do users think?
Mal Slys: The best place to get baked goods! The coconut macaroons were my favourite. Super reasonably priced too, I was able to get a chia parfait, cake and drink for like $14
Veer Joisher: Good cafe; although it does not have enough power outlets in case you want to charge your laptop or phone. And the power outlets that are available are so loose that the chargers fall off instantly.
Michael Crosato: I don't really like this place but my GF does. Anyways paid $60 for breakfast and she didn't get her 2x Cake Pops. My fault for not double checking the bag before driving home so you know I got to hear about it while eating the breakfast at 4am.
Arunveer Kamboj: That old guy has no value for his customers. The worst place i ever been.
Juli Choi: Good donuts and cakes. I recommand dont choose Lavender latte..
Iwan Murty: Busy cafe. I like their éclair and chicken pot pie
Kelly: Love that they’re open 24/7 & really hard to not want to try everything 😋 wasn’t too busy at 6am, service was quick & friendly!
Ne A: Delicious but too sweet for me.
Daniela Lopez: El café es rico normal. Lo increíble es la panadería, tienen muchísima variedad de donas y pasteles.
Leon Kamiński: A fat red-haired security guard forbade me to go inside the cafe if I did not buy anything, although I am a regular customer, since I live in a neighboring house.
Neethu Mohan: Pretty packed cafe and worth trying. My favourite the pistachio donut and blueberry muffin.
Jonny Frank: I was in Van for the first time and wanted some breakfast on Davie street. I think it’s a good option, though possibly for takeout. I enjoyed the food, very tasty, but the place isn’t very well ventilated. I’m also unsure about how fresh the fresh orange was.
Hemant Gupta: Great quality. Reasonable prices. Always a line, so plan accordingly.
A Maze: In town for work and found this gem! It was open early - good for me because I was on east coast time - and the donut was fantastic!!! I’m going back tomorrow to try something different because everything looked incredible. Kind service and calm atmosphere
Tess Filling: Options for gluten intolerant folk
Marie Thiriez: We had a quick lunch there. We had the tuna melt and the turkey with pesto sandwiches, both were really good.
Ashley: It may seem unassuming, but they seriously have the best individual sized cakes. Highly recommend any of the mousse cakes especially the coconut mango and Kahlua chocolate. The fact they’re open 24/7 is a huge bonus!
Fulden Elif: If you’re in Vancouver only for a few days, this can be your safe place to have breakfast or brunch or just coffee and dessert or all of them! We visited different locations and tasted something new each time, they were all really good and affordable. Will definitely visit again!
Tatiana Pelaez: It was great for a late night snack. However it was so busy that it would be impossible to get a table there to sit.
Sam Chambers: Great selection of donuts and coffee. Very impressed and will be back if I am in the area.
Fran Andrade: It’s almost impossible don’t want to try everything! The food is beautiful, specially the deserts! The location is good as well, and the staff super friendly.

Bonchaz Bakery Cafe: what do users think?
Roger Dhaliwal: i remember how rude the staff were when enquiring about different options for the bread - this was both at this gastown location and the main / broadway one -- universal bad service. never went here again ever - and their broadway location closed - that's what happens when service sucks!
Sean Hayne: Great staff, fantastic environment, speedy service with a smile !
K Cochrane: Their gingerbread cookies are amazing! I pick them up from Natures fare!
Jean-Pascal Levrat: Always very good service with free muffin in thé morning! Plus the muffins are delicious... I don't know of any bakery/café that give free high quality muffins!
Benjamin Piper: Beet salad without dressing and very mediocre wrap.
Minal C.: Soup and Sandwich 9$ :))love their sandwiches!!
Frederick Lin: Exceptional value especially if you can drop by in the morning for a free muffin with your coffee. Coffee is great too. I just wish they open earlier on the Ritual app so I can drop by quickly on the commute to the office.
Mabel Tam: Tasty blueberry muffins!
Dáithí Horan: Great late afternoon free cookie with your coffee. Very nice coffee
Tony Okkram: Best cafe bakery in the world
Alex Lang: I had always been a fan of Bonchaz but today when I went, the server stated that my favourite item (The Banana Walnut Bun) was no longer being sold. I got a little confused because this is one of Bonchaz's staple items and it's the reason why I kept coming back.
Júlio César: Used to work at Bonchaz back in 2014. Mr. Lui is a great guy (best boss ever), as well as all the staff. Food is great too. I miss this place, my first job in Vancouver.
BT Hertz: Certifiable hidden gem in Vancouver's kitsch coffee culture...The Americano is always fresh... always... and is an expertly selected roast, so as to not ever taste burnt or overly accrid. Wonderful.Their pastries, however, are their strong suit. You want flaky? They've got the corner on the market. Try the real jam filled danishes... omg indeed! The staff are amazingly friendly, almost to fault. Even going as far as to email me the playlist they had going on the stereo whilst I was waiting for my London Fog (also they make a damned fine London Fog). Truly above and beyond for an everyday Coffee stop. Or are they?Maybe not. As everything they offer could very legitamately be considered 'specialty'. Sandwiches, wraps, soup, smoothies... All mentionable. The proverbial 'a little something for everyone'.Which is perfect for a casual lunch with office-mates. Or making time in our busy body lives to have a quiet breakfast with our better halves before the hell-rush of a downtown day. It's the little things... nes pas?Oh, and not to worry if you don't have time on your break (or just dont take breaks) to get down to 426 W. Hastings; they also offer free delivery when catering your small business power brunch, brainstorm luncheon, or early afternoone-deadline-scramble-team-power-snack-and-caffeine-recharge.... Or if you wanted to nail that first shareholder meeting before you officially go public... Or you're the new manager looking to not get a dook on your desk the first week.Whatever...These cats have got you covered.Bonchaz is loosely translated as 'to have a good time'.The name speaks for itself...See you all there!
Sophie Tsai: Love the sandwiches and the their soft Bonchaz Bun. Everything here is made with quality ingredients! Try one of their sandwiches; it won't disappoint you!
Odemaris Burgos: Good place and quiet
Andy Ko: Bonchaz was always my go to when I was in university and it still is one of my favorite joints each time I visit the city these days. The buns are always delicious, no matter warm or cold. And they pair well with coffee. Their sandwiches and other pastries are really great too, but still, nothing beats the chocolate truffle bonchaz and americano combo.
Sophia: Delicioso café
Chris Foley: Staff was really friendly and the music was good when I was in picking up.Ordered a roast beef sandwich, kale beet salad, and a chocolate something "bonchaz". Took it all to go.The guy informed me that they were low on sourdough and if I could take an alternate bread that would be awesome. No worries, baguette was perfect. The sandwich was good with a nice horseradish sauce and a reasonable amount of beef.Opened the salad package and mixed the salad up a bit. Took a bite and the beets were rubbery and "old-tasting", not off or bad, just not fresh. Took a closer look and they were all wrinkled and dried out a bit, not good eats at all. Luckily nobody was around because I spat the salad back into the package and emptied it into the compost shortly thereafter. A sticker on the package said that it was good until over a week from now (10-5-2018) and I'd be really interested to see what those beets look like by then. The bun (called a "bonchaz" for whatever reason) was a slightly sweet bun with some nice chocolate filling. This was good, nothing mind-blowing, but good, and really nice with coffee.I'd probably have gone 4 stars if the salad hadn't been dodgy. The sandwich was nothing special, but the sauce was good and it was better than average, and the prices are cheap enough (especially considering the area can be really pricey) that you'll accept a couple flaws.
Cecilia Daude: Quiet part of town, and very quiet inside when we went during lunch hour. Soups are quite flavorful. Tried the vegan chili and it tasted pretty darn good with lots of seasoned veggies. The prices are really affordable for this part of town, but I really wasn't impressed with the sandwiches. The roast beef sandwich was the blandest thing I ever ate. The bread was flat/slightly soggy, no taste whatsoever to the cheese, and there were no sauces (mustard, mayo, butter, pick one!) which made the sandwich both very dry and very sad. Didn't finish it. Anyone could make a better sandwich at home. The Chicken wrap tasted a little better when you could find the tiny bits of chicken hiding amongst the dry undressed salad. Overall it won't be my first choice for soup and sandwich. I'd be fine with paying a little more if they could improve on flavors.
Daniela Hollatz: Amazing place. Nice staff, great food, even more greater music 😄
Simon: Cozy. Great hot bunz

Trafiq: what do users think?
Sahar Kosari: Beautiful cafe with friendly staff and delicious sandwiches and treats.Highly recommended!
Karen Lavin: I had the black on white cake the last time and was hoping to have it again, but it's not on the menu any more 😭The salted caramel cake was great. Would like to see something more chocolatey on the menu too.
Snoopy Kitchen: Nice coffee and cake shop. Sliced cake is a bit too much and i like the mini cake more. Coffee is good.
Amir Beiklik: Great dessert and coffee shop. Good to go on a Sunday afternoon, very clean place with friendly staff...
Team Kleiner: I love their ten-spice tea! Our friends enjoyed the Nutella cake! Yummy! The sandwiches are great, and the staff and customers are so pleasant!
Lydia C: I love the chocolate decadence cake! The mousse cakes are a bit tough and weird in texture in the earl grey but I’m definitely coming back for the chocolate.
OLOLT: Great little cafe shop and they have very delicious cakes!
Saki Gotoh: I ate Ham and cheese Croissants! It was very delicious and healthy! I would definitely order it again. Cakes were so good too! I ordered london fog for drink and the amount was a lot which is great! Staffs are very nice too. Recommended!
Michael Yeung: Excellent cake
Mark Lintag: This store has the best cakes and hot mocha in lower mainland. A must try if youre around main st. Vancouver. Thanks to sir Serg, Gab and Shelley, Shanaz and all the kitchen staff 😃🙏
Margot M. D.: I was very excited to try it out but was quite disappointed for the price. The lemon cake was good... But still frozen! The cinnamon bun looked beautiful... But was very dry and didn't seem fresh. They also close early even on weekends.
Michelle M: I was very impressed with the range of desserts and had trouble picking one. We started with ham and cheese croissant and the cranberry chicken sandwich which were devoured. The London fog earl grey was delicious and went well with the funfetti cereal cake. I would love to be back to try other flavours. Great cafe and service!
bradley sanche: Pain to deal with, they won't answer phone. Good bakery though
Din So: Love their cakes!!!!
Rahim: We tried this place for the first time... Ordered Breakfast Torta on Ciabatta and Green Goddess on Whole Wheat Sourdough sandwiches along with Chocolate Nutella Cake and 6 mini cakes. The sandwiches are well done with fresh ingredients... The taste is so good and it's well presented. The cake presentation is very nice, the texture is intense enough not to break apart when you try to take a bite and so delicious. Very friendly staff and spacious dining area in a nice busy area.
Kate Y: Good customer service and Cake was so amazing!👏
A: ordered something else when i'd been told that's all they had, turns out they had the item after all ...
Michael Neilands: Since when does it cost over $19 CAD for two hot chocolates (To be fair, they did come with a tiny cookie each)? I was flabbergasted! You would think that especially during the Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival, local businesses would do everything in their power to have people drop by to try out some of the delicious food and beverages that they have to offer. Sorry, this place is too rich for my wallet. Not good value for your money.
Jen Williams: I usually come here to grab lemon bars, but came for the hot chocolate festival and had one of each of their featured drinks: exotique and black dragon. My drink tasted great, almost like a winter pina colada) but the almond milk separated a bit, which I didn’t mind but one of owners or managers( I think but I could be wrong) came over and asked to make me a new one because he didn’t like the look of it. So, I ended up having two drinks -both great!Great service, delicious treats and beverages, calm environment.
Darina Vekhova: I live nearby and it's always a delight to come by this bakery whenever I want to treat myself. The staff is always so lovely and their cakes are shamefully delicious!!!

Purebread: what do users think?
Nicola Parker: Purebread is the best bakery in town (in the lower mainland even) hands-down and have THE best selection of goods. Went in today to pick up a birthday treat and the staff were super lovely in dealing with a minor mixup with the order, so kudos to the service team as well!
vida piri: Such a cute bakery serving fresh paste
I Hadiputra: The store is very pretty
victoria vid: Went there multiple times during our stay in Vancouver! Everything was fresh and tasty especially the cakes and brioches. The selection was always different. Highly recommend checking it out!
Shannon: The staff are friendly and helpful. The pastries are tasty. There are nice bar seats in the windows for people and dog watching. I saw a dog carry his owners umbrella. Very good boy.
박현진: 직원분도 친절하고 맛있었어요 ! 아침으로 간단하게 사서 길먹하기도 좋았아요
Victoria Spiterie: This is the best dessert bakery I've ever visited in my life, to date. It's truly a unique experience— being overwhelmed by the extensive and diverse selection laid out before you + the atmosphere is so warm, fun, and friendly. I personally love decadent sweets, this place does it right. We tried three different items on two separate occasions and both experiences exceeded our expectations.
Gregoria G: Delicious and fresh! 😋👌
Kaley Merritt: This is one of my favourite bakeries in downtown Vancouver. They have a large selection of freshly baked goods. They have even have a good selection of vegan items. The desserts are so delicious and very well made. Everything I have tried has been SO good. If your looking for something sweet and delicious this place is excellent.
Topkwon: While looking around the city, I went to a nearby coffee shop, and it was different and delicious because there were several types of bread.시내 구경하면서 근처 커피집을 찾아 갔었는데 여러 종류의 빵이 있어 색달랐고 맛있었습니다.
Raz: Lots of optionsNice ambiance
Cyrus Lee: Working my way through their offerings, but you can bet every single thing is delicious! Love their chocolate almond croissants, brownies, and savoury scones. This is the best Purebread location simply because their staff is so sweet and friendly.
Ghazal: Amazing bakery with lots of goodies to try! Everything looks super delicious here and the cafe has lots of room for you to sit and get some work done or to hang out with friends and family and enjoy your time off.I got a latte and the raspberry cheesecake brownie for ~$10. Both were pretty good. I’m looking forward to trying other treats here!
l luong: Some delicious products, but it is hidden behind the abundant options which are hit or miss.
Manolli: Probably one of the best bakeries I’ve visited in Vancouver. We tried the scones and were not disappointed. Staff is friendly and accommodating - will definitely be back :)
shivani agarwal: Just happened to stumble across this place while strolling and I had the bestttt cookie of my life so far. Got a chocolate rosemary sea salt cookie and what burst of flavors it was with just the right amount of sweet and not overwhelming. Also what made it's fan was it's texture. It just crumbles when you take a bite and melts in your mouth. I will definitely try out more next time I am there. What a gem. The staff is friendly and the amount of options they had is crazy incredible.
Gulnur Sultanova: Good desserts
Lisa Voigt: I have not visited this bakery, but I have eaten many of their treats and they are incredible. 10/10 baked goods, so decadent.
Tracey Mi: A variety of pastries choices, but both coffee and bread taste okay :/
jennialame: very cozy vibe and friendly staff, had a lemon loaf which was way too sour for me, but everyone else in my party enjoyed what they got. good coffee!

Breka Bakery & Cafe (Fraser): what do users think?
Lilia Badillo: Don’t get the hazelnut pie. It’s tasteless and the texture is terrible. I regretted that purchase. However, their sandwiches and their donuts are to die for!
Keith Ver: Definitely one of my favorite cafes in Vancouver. Can't wait to try their other selections!
S D: Had a cheesecake here which was melting in the mouth. Absolutely delicious.
Susmita Ghosh: Wonderful display of delicious goodies and cosy place to hang out for coffee and cakes.
jimmy jonson: i love their cup cakes. wonderful taste it was.
Archuro: Never disappoints. Fresh as it can be. Staff friendly. I only wish it could accommodate mode people.
Janus K: the place was PACKED when we went so i doubt my reviews going to make much difference but LOOK HOW FULL OF FILLING THOSE CREAM PUFFS ARE!!!! they were so good with a hot americano, the perfect combination of bitter and sweet.
익명_: 여기 진짜 맛있습니다다 맛있게 생겨서 걍 터키어쩌구 샌드위치 먹었는데 맛있었구요커피도 맛있음요👍🏻👍🏻 근데 커피보다 빵이 줜맛
Aditya Duggal: The best bakery in Vancouver!!
Satvir Gill: Great bakery selection and everything we tried tastes great, but Coffee is average. It can get busy here, so finding a table is not always an option.
Heidi Duval: Every breka I've gone to is amazing. The cakes and strudel are so good. The caramel machiatto cake is my favourite
Priyanka Shukla: Love this place 😍
Suzanne Choy: Good pastries and dessert
Manish Basra: Probably One of the best places to hangout. pastries are just mouth watering 🤤. I like their Americano and caramel macchiato. Free wifi 🤩 If you are a student, it could be the best place to make assignments.
aftab ladhar: Love their strawberry shortcakes
Ro Gi: I am so glad I don't live near a Breka Bakery, as I would probably go there daily = ) Amazing treats. I bought a box of assorted goodies (cookies, pretzels, desserts) for my Albertan visitor when they were here. THEY LOVED IT. They made a point of finding a Breka when they came back to Vancouver. Staff is always polite, paying is always fast and I'm out the door quickly with my goodies.
Edward Desaulniers: I'm angry that I've lived in Vancouver for so many years and I've never been to this place before. If you love European Rye Bread like Sovital, this is the place to come. This is the best bread I've ever had. Well, maybe not, but it's incredible, and it is very close to the best bread I have ever had. This is the Breka of Brekas (favorite location)I also got a sandwich and it was also scrumptious.I will definitely be going back this place is a 10 out of 10. And they're also open 24 hours A-day, so win win win.
Arel Steen: Very good!
Shoran D: Their pastries, cakes and coffees are just amazing. Recently bought my fiancé a birthday cake, he absolutely loved it. Best part it’s open 24x7
Tae Won Jung: Best bakery cafe in town. They have various choices of cakes, baked goods and sandwiches at high quality. It’s always clean and welcoming. The staffs are very nice and well trained and fast. Love their pesto sandwich and caramel cake. Highly recommended.
Doc Parker: Good to find a place open 24 hrs for snacks, coffee and cocoa. Their Danish is a take home staple of my last graveyard shifts.

Anthony P.: The coffee is decent. Not that special to be honest. I still prefer Timmies. However, the bakery is on another level. Their croissants were really good. Seating was always not available the couple of times I came through as this place is always packed for good reason. The decor and vibe in this place is chill overall.
Sophia H: Baked goods are good but small portions given the high price. I really don’t appreciate how they charge for alternative milk to pour into your americano, it’s not house made and feels like a rip off.
Douglas Purdy: The coffee and staff are wonderful.
Abhishek Das: Dropped by on a busy day, they were out of most of the pastries. I decided to get a scone, it was quite dry. A little too pricey for what it was.
Ivan: Everything is very good. I wish they had a simple yogurt parfait with granola. They only have oats and granola. Which is not the same.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Pastries, Breakfast Croissant Sandwich and Almond Croissant, Sandwich Dietary restrictions accommodated Vegetarian, Vegan Recommendation for vegetarians Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes …More
Greg Hung: $4.50 for an Americano when the menu says $3.50. we just tap and are asked for tip and hardly see the breakdown in Vancouver of why we end up paying more than we see. It's a bit much just for tax. Where else is that goingFood: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Victoria Spiterie: The bakery offers an awesome selection— a combination of classic and creative items ranging from pastries (both sweet and savoury) to fancy cake slices to chocolate chunk cookies. Everything looked amazing and everything we ordered was satisfying.I can recommend the butter croissant from here: It is buttery, flaky, and soft and gluttonous in the inside. I also recommend trying the pistachio croissant-donut. It isn't drenched in oil, it's a delicate pastry with a wonderful pistachio cream interior. The coffee is also nice.I took away a star because the lighting kinda sucks and this takes away from the ambiance.
Amrita Arora: Best almond croissant in town!

Breka Bakery & Café (Bute): what do users think?
juan manuel morales: Muy cafe
KAUREEN MENDIS: Amazing deserts !!! The New York cheesecake is my favourite. Breka is one of my favourite bakeries in Vancouver!!
A.T. L.: For lunch today, I decided to check out the Breka on Robson and Bute. I'm super pleased that I tried it out. 😁The sandwich I ordered was the Apricot Chicken Salad Sandwich, and the drink I had was Vanilla Latte Frappe. 😋 🥪 🥤This location is very busy during lunch times, but you can easily find a seat or two around the Café or on their outdoor patio.I would give this location a 4/5 just cause the service was quick and prompt, and the food was delicious!
Daizy V: Always busy. Has wide variety of pastries, cakes, desserts and sandwiches. We never missed visiting this place when we are in Vancouver. Might take a lot of visits as there are lots of choices. Very nice packaging as well, but looks so costly.
H. C.: Customer service is excellent: staff are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance/cleaning man checked the table and often collected the used cups/dishes. Even this place is extremely busy with a long line of customers, clean and well-managed.Recently I was there late at night, and I was impressed by how the security man had an excellent manner and was supportive.Lucky to have this cafe in this neighbourhood!
Diego Esperanza: Open 24/7, lovely staff, great location and nice desserts. It is quite rare to find 24/7 coffee shops/restos in vancouver, but this location opens 24/7.You can walk to the waterfront station by foot, it takes only 5-10 mins.Surprisingly, their cake is great. I didn’t expect anything exceptional for their strawberry cake but I actually like it.Staff are nice although the store is quite busy everyday. Great service.
Peter Farejowicz: The selection at Breka was incredible, they had something for everyone. As a result, this place gets incredibly busy and even at 10pm when we visited there was a line out the door. The staff managed the line well though and it moved very quickly. Our strawberry shortcake dessert was good but felt pretty standard for a bakery. Prices here are very affordable so might come back and try another option next time.
MJ 2021: Food was amazing! The wait for food was pretty quick even when the line was out the door.
Ася Каюда: I like Breka very much, but one of the staff members on Bute Street is rude, not friendly and spoils the mood. Every time I go there (not just me, my friends too), after conversation with her I want to cancel my order.
Bubs P: I really appreciate Breka, they definitely were the number one reason I got through the pandemic as they didn’t skip a beat and were open always. The staff are always super nice even when customers are really rude and I really really appreciate that they don’t up charge for oat milk 3
Susie Bang: My friend and I had 2 cakes, and decided to take one for to go as we had to go back to the office. I went up and asked the girl holding a tablet for a box, and she gave me this sarcastic annoyed stink eye. She proceeded to move slowly to grab the small box behind her and she slowly passes it to me with the same look on her face. Didn’t know it was such a hassle to get a takeout box 🤷‍♀️
Benyamin Re: Nice friendly atmosphere
Hilary Tsui: Really tasty and interesting selection of baked goods :)) I recommend the chicken pot pie as well as the pistachio pot de crème
M BaHubaishi: A good 24 hours café and they have few locations!
Les Rosehill: Reminded me of Paris small bakeries.Lovely place.
Alden Almonte (RedJax_Dast): Nice bakery, a lot of students studying here
D Milburn: Great place to come out in the middle of the night any day of the week. Breka Bakery has sandwiches, baked goods, sweet cakes and many types of hot and cold drinks. I absolutely love the new cherry blossom flavored lait!
Suitcase Monkey: Really good place for simple but effective breakfast. I had the Italian Pocket which was good. Free Wi-Fi.
Julia N: I was in this place yesterday. ordered and paid for lavender tea latte.on the menu is a hot drink. they gave me just water with ice and a light scent of lavender ... it was terribly tasteless ...
Saurabh Joshi: Overall nice sweets
HTrinh: Very delicious 😋 cakes and nice ambiance.

Beaucoup Bakery: what do users think?
Sara Rezai: Almond croissant was delicious!!! Must try if you are in the area.
Hardeep Purewal: Really good but pricey, and they do on occasion get the orders wrong, but generally really delicious
Alexis Okabe: Undeniably and unquestionably the best bakery in the Lower Mainland. I'm always excited to see yuzu-flavoured treats, and despite the massive line, the team here handles everything super efficiently and with a smile. Definitely get whatever yuzu thing they have, and also try the cardamon kouign amann!
Jessica Villavicencio: Croissants are good👌🏽 crunchy like I like it.
Kelvin Fong: After finally getting the opportunity to sample some of the baked goods, I must say that I fail to comprehend the enthusiasm surrounding them. To be honest, the croissant I tried was unappetizing. It was excessively dry, and the texture inside was reminiscent of Costco's baked goods. I'm uncertain whether they blended some shortening with the butter or if I obtained day old items. Considering the cost, the taste wasn't particularly noteworthy. Luckily, I only purchased a few items to experiment with. Thankfully, there are numerous other bakeries in the area to explore.
Kanako Sakurada: Definitely one of the best croissants in town! So flaky and buttery!
Franco Cornejo: Good range of products, no bad coffee, however, unprofessional staff (FOH) looking very unhappy and rude to customers, also, asked to tip when there is no service involved.Tables needs some attention.
Abhishek Das: I've had the pleasure of visiting this establishment a few times now, and while I loved their ham and cheese rolls and croissants, I did find the pistachio croissant a bit too sweet for my taste. That being said, their croissants are undeniably great, and I highly recommend them.In fact, after trying their Sakura Croissant Supreme and Jasmine Tiramisu, I must say that I would add another star to my previous rating if I could. These two items were absolute winners in my book - the flavors were impeccable, and the execution was flawless. If you're a fan of unique and delicious pastries, make sure to try these out!
Richard Wong: The peanut butter cookies, both plant based and regular peanuts were excellent. Probably, the best peanut butter cookies we've had as they were both creamy, crunchy, and the taste of the cookie was scrumptious. The chocolate croissant or Paine de chocolate was very flaky, large, and also very good tasting. You can see they have a variety of not only pastries, but also jams, ornamental gifts, and local coffees.A nice place to visit and have a snack and coffee.
Richard D: Great croissantsGo pistachio and almond and almond chocolateSuberb. Worth a second visit
Ross Judge: DISCRIMINATION HERE as they DO NOT accept cash. Many people don't have credit cards or may not want to use them. Also not everyone has a debit card with cash available. Is this place just for rich people ?I had a Almond Croissant for $6 that was okay, not the best I've had. $6 scones too.Their card machines start at 15% tip and up......and that's for takeout
Joel Kaplan: Fantastic pastries and sweet nibbles.
Vlad S.: The bread pudding is the best we’ve ever had anywhere! And the coffee is so good :) great cafe
ewan quirk: 5 star pastries. Visited exactly 7 minutes prior to closing one day and got nothing but deliciousness and good vibes! Now THAT is good customer service. Pistachio croissants are to die for!
Lilian Dang: Wow, all cakes I have eaten here is really good and amazing !!!
Joyce Gilchrist: Great as always
Chloe D: Croissants are super flakey and buttery. The lemon yuzu tart was delicious (but a tad sweet for me) - the consistency of the filling was not too dense/jello-like but not too liquidy.
l luong: Pastries is a 5/5.Customer service was awful and awkward. This is after visiting the place 3 times in the event it was a one-off. Unfortunately it wasn't.
Crystal Mount Tannehill: The late was so good!!!!! As was their iced late. So yummy. We also loved their pastries!
Leah Kloeble: Great french bakery. Delicious pastries! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it!

Vancouver Best Cookies: what do users think?
NASTASIA GENOVA: We were absolutely overwhelmed and clueless when we started our business and needed a commissary kitchen. Thank goodness we found CoHo! 10/10 recommend to anyone starting up needing a kitchen. Well maintained, great equipment and wonderful kitchen-mates!
Forrest Gump: Beautiful experience ordering a holiday gift box from the Coho market. The order process was easy, the gift box contents amazing, delivery on time. Sender and receiver both delighted. Highly recommend
Scott Gardner: So friendly? Yes!
Rebecca Rausch: A wonderful first commercial kitchen experience. The owner is helpful and always available to take care of the community.
Saradha Subramani: Fantastic brand new facility ! The owners keep it top notch at all times and if there are any minor issues they are fast to fix it.
Hen Ry: I've been with Coho commissary since day 1, and it has been very good. I am so glad I chose Coho to start my business journey. The service and facility are great! I met so many friendly people here and it's a good supportive community.
Sydney Koby: Coho Commissary is one of the cleanest commercial kitchens that I've worked in. They have new equipment, and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The other businesses that work in the kitchen are also friendly, and great to work alongside. I'd highly recommend this facility to those looking for commercial kitchen space.
Trinity Park: I've been making my product here since it opened and have been very satisfied with what they offer. I like about its location, friendly community, package, and good maintenance of the kitchen at all time. More than anything, they try to help you, listen to you and support you. I'm very lucky to have this kitchen as my first commercial kitchen experience.
Behnaz Shafiee: My company has been a part of Coho Commissary kitchen for a few months now, and I have had the best experience as a tenant. The kitchen is extremely clean and very well maintained, the equipment is all new and high quality, the owners have created a welcoming atmosphere, and they host helpful workshops to help small companies grow. The other vendors at the facility are all so helpful and get along great.

Bâtard Bakery: what do users think?
Maria P.: Delicious latte (well-balanced between espresso & milk, leaning to stronger espresso flavor) and pear flan tart. Efficient customer service. Sadly, no plugs for laptops or complimentary wifi if you need it.
Christina Chan: Excellent bread, sliced or whole, wrapped in butcher paper to go.Fresh pastries, simple French lunches (excellent tarte a l'ognion) and a simple, fresh take-out deli with dressings, pickles, and charcuterie.A great place to go shopping for all things baking as well.A small patio outside is perfect for those with pooches.
Sherry Kallergis: My favorite coffee shop! Ricotta cheese on toast with jam is the best start to a weekend with complimentary people watching.
Nada Awada: Everything in this bakery is delicious
Will L.: My fav place that I visit almost every weekend!! I love thé food and vibe here. Both pastries and lunches are soooo delicious. If there were 10 starts, I could give 9!! Soups can definitely be improved 👌🏼
B D: definitely one of the better bakeries in the area. I just wish they had a better sourdough schedule, every time I go they're out!
W K: Used to be good, but quality has taken a huge dive and everything is overpriced as they try to increase their profit margins. Paid for 5 croissants and only received 4 in the box. They would not honour their mistake and staff were rude.
Paul Johnston: Enjoyed a coffee and croissant. Delicious granola purchased that I use now at home. I also purchased some cheese labelled as being from St Albert, Quebec. Are you sure it is not from St Albert in eastern Ontario? In any event, good cheese.
Jenn X.: Fabulous... only downside is they don't have everything everyday... so u have to figure out what days they have your favs & go early...
Gregory Kehm: Ohh la la! Flavour fantastica and in every direction you look. This is a fabulous place to enjoy superb culinary talent whether from the wide assortment of baked goodies or the savoury sandwiches and soups.
Harpreet Rose: Beautiful croissants, good lamination and baked to flaky perfection
hammy pie: Delicious baked goods, sandwiches, soups, coffee, and homemade goods. Cute well known place on Fraser.
Kanako Sakurada: Definitely one of the best bakeries in town. Their honeycomb and financier are must-tries!
David López: Expensive and very normal. the pastry was not fresh and they served me a cold espresso.
Juanita Camargo Nunez: It is pricy for what it is. The atmosphere is of course a trip to Europe, and it all appears so delicious and good BUT: the espresso we ordered was cold... Cannot understand how that even happens, but it was cold. The almond croissant looks great but it's kind of flat, tasteless, and zero soft, too hard. The pear gallete pastry was ok but nothing exceptional, especially for the prices. The service is alright, nothing outstanding either. I had high expectations and definitely those were not met.
Tessie Mercado: Delectable pastries.
Donna Mah: I was very unhappy with the customer service that we received at Batard. My friend and I were planning to have coffee and chat with some pastries. It was around 3:30 when we arrived We didn’t realize that the store was closing at 4pm. There was a bit of line to by the time we got to the front of the line up they were serving beverages. At this time it might have been a good ideal to inform the customers that the store is closing at 4pm rather the rude interaction we received. The front counter pretty much said we don’t do beverages after 3/30. Well if that was the case we would have left. Still there was no mention that they were closing. We thought we could grab some pastries and sit. They pretty much kicked us out no apology. We will never go back.
Theodore Jakob: Delicious baked goods!
nicole: Delicious pastries. At French bakeries, I usually go for something sweet like a pain au chocolate or almond croissant. But they had a delicious looking potato galette. Highly recommend if your wanting something savoury but also love a laminated dough. It was cheesy, with a perfectly crisp pastry. Husband got the beef dip, good portion and very flavourful. Only downside (minus 1 star) is the very limited seating and although I ordered a coffee for dine-in, I received it in a to-go cup.
Sam Bell: No public wifi which is very behind for a cafe in 2023. Myself and another lady had to scramble to leave to get work done, should be advertised for a large cafe that they don’t want any remote workers in their cafe
