Canadian Tire: what do users think?
Ron Lange: You can find almost anything here, it's great
Alex Bz: cannot believe Canadian Tire Does NOT recycle their own packaging for products sold to consumers!! Such hypocrits!!! Bought a BBQ and the packaging and Styrofoam material I ended up with is incredible..I asked If I could return the packaging material and they refused.. On their website they claim to be a responsible citizen in the area of waste... all lies!
Gennifer: The best thing about this Canadian Tire is the camping scene with nature sounds as you go up the escalator to the second floor. That's the only kind of camping I can get behind. This store is huge and had what I needed and I'm sure what you need. Hate all the self checkouts though. Wish that wasn't a thing.
Teresa West: Just tried to pay with first my debit then my credit card. They could figure out how to make their system work. Insisted it was my fault, ie no money. Just walked up to Home Depot and bought the same items without any issue.
Benjamin Whyte: Good selection of tools.
Liam Dib: Recently experienced the worst customer service in attempt to purchase a scooter online that wasn’t inventoried correctly and cancelled abruptly the next day when we were going to go in to pick up the order that was pre authorized, played phone tag trying to talk to their online orders desk which required calling a different desk to garner an actual response and at one point was answered at the online desk and left off the hook as they were scanning orders and no answering me intentionally, then when I finally got through they didn’t offer any sort of suitable product available for the same price point I had already attempted to purchase it for; but ThAnK GoOdNeSSs I didn’t have to go in and deal with anyone at this store in person based on all the other terrible reviews; in years past there hasn’t been issues with this location but they clearly don’t have good employees anymore.
Kaitlin Olezchuk: Made an order last night based off their website inventory. Around 10pm our order was confirmed and said it would be ready for pick up the following day at 3pm.12pm the following day, we get an email that the order has been cancelled, along with a suggested alternative product listed at 3x the price of what we were originally trying to purchase. We called the store, which in itself was a whole separate issue. Four times we tried contact the online ordering reception in-store, and could not get through. We tried getting through at the "scanning desk" wherein our call was mistakenly answered and no one knew. We were sitting here listening to random noises and a store associate talking to someone else. Finally we paged the main phone line and informed them that the online ordering phone was being ignored and we needed to get through. They transferred us to the online ordering phone line again and finally we were informed the inventory was completely wrong and they never had any in the first place.Didn't offer us any solutions, alternatives, or a price match to alleviate the inconvenience they created for us.Never going back.
Allen Lau: I only go for the deals, customer service is dismal…
Catherine Mellon: I'm always happy to bring my car in to this location. Even once when there was an issue they addressed it and fixed it right away!
Harry Lee: I bought 2 bag of balloon $20. I arrived in 8:50pm after 5mins , i got ticket $90. I usually shopping another location but there are free parking. So this is first time in my life got ticket parking at Canada tire. This location so bad
David Kruyt: If it tells you online that there are items in stock.... take it with a grain of salt. As I was told in the store, "You have to order it." When I responded with it says here it's in stock, the response was "those marketing people always do that to us"
Pooria Hasheminejad: It has everything about your vehicle but empty of staffs that can guide you.Expensive price and poor customer service
PT: Not the best customer service when I brought my car in with a flat tire. But also not the worst. They did the work and no problems since.
Chi T: I went in after Christmas to check out their seasonal clearance area. I wanted to look for some Christmas lights, a few decorations, and maybe some gift wrap. It was very sad to see that they had reduced some items but not others. Something things weren't marked down even though they were surrounded by reduced items. Frustrating and confusing. Off to the next store.
Evan Dickinson: Had an appointment today at 11:30am to get two tires changed on my car, a task that should only take 30 minutes at most. Was told that my appointment would have a turnaround time of 2 hours. It took 4 hours before my car was ready for pickup. At 2 hours and 30 minutes I went to the front desk of the auto services department to ask where my car was, and was told that it had just left the lot not that long ago and that they were waiting for paperwork and it should be ready soon; a complete and utter lie. It took another hour and a half before they said I could get my car back. Wasted my entire day for this. What's the point of making an appointment in advance when they'll just treat you as if you were a walk-in customer? My brother-in-law also had a similar experience wherein he had an appointment to get 4 tires changed on his car at this location, but also had to wait 4 hours for the job to get done. Clearly the staff here are not well managed or well organized. I go to a Canadian Tire in Victoria for tire changes during the winter months and they do this task in one hour on the dot!Whatever you do, find somewhere else to get car maintenance done. This particular CT location needs some serious staff training for it to be even remotely considered competent.
vida piri: Great place for all your house hold needs! They usually have some great deals as well
sarosh somani: More than 100 aisles of stuff. Can cater to all your needs - tire to attire, from hair to toe. Whenever you're lost, ask a staff. They pull out a palmtop & are never wrong about their suggestions.
Melissa Jean: Amazing departmental store overall staff is too good very friendly
Alvin Johnston: I go there at least once a week . If you can't find it at Canadian Tire you ain't looking hard enough
Colton Robinson: Huge selection of anything you could need! Car parts, home appliances, camping, ect
Ramin Tajwanchi: Ok place but their receipt checking security is quite annoying.

Canadian Tire: what do users think?
Shameera Abeygunawardana: I visited the Canadian tire in south Vancouver. This is one of the worst Canadian tire franchises I have visited. Rude customer service from the staff and the supervisors. No help offered at all. Cambie street branch has way better customer service in Vancouver.
Robert Payravan: I always shop in canadian Tires friendly staff and prices.
J D: I can’t say enough good things about Joe in Automotive / Service. I honestly don’t think I would have kept going back if he wasn’t there. Exceptional service hands down! The store manager on the other hand, was extremely rude and because of him, I haven’t been back for past 5 years.
G C: Huge store. Difficult to find a staff on floor to assist. And this branch cannot match the lower price provided by other branch, so I had to travel to another branch to purchase the same product.
Juan Carlos Bribiesca Vázquez: It’s incredible how inexperienced sellers they have. Apart of the guys working at the auto center the rest of the guys have zero knowledge about the products. Make sure you have time to solve your doubts by your own!
Silversurfer Tabasco: 5 minutes talking with automotive department was enough to end almost half a century of buying at CT.
Kaylah Zander-Nuñez: Canadian Tire is anti-union! They want to bust the Canadian actors union so they can pay the workers in their ads 60-90% less! Their advertising agency tears up collective agreements and locks out union workers. PLEASE don't shop here until they come back to the table.
Cliff: Very good service
kwok, man chu: Car repair service is very popular, fair price, honest and reliable.
Patrick Friesen: Best store Best service 👍 and delivery and lady manager good service if you got a mistake or problem.
George L: It's ridiculous where I paid cash for an item I purchased from this store and they refused my refund because I lost my receipt. Be careful when buying from this store as they will take your money but refused to take your return. I even suggested getting a store credit but they still refused. Do not buy anything from this store they don't have customer service.
eric wong: Purchased an item and had to exchange it for another but it still didn't meet my needs. I went to return it and was told it can only be returned once and they can only give a store credit . I asked to speak to the manager, he was extremely unprofessional and rude. I haven't experienced any issues when returning an item anywhere else. Very poor service.
Alexander Martin: Really terrible selection and availability of hardware. The location is missing nuts and washers for normal sized bolts. Their website lists some in stock, but they couldn't find them. One staff member suggested I use 1/2" nuts with a 3/8" bolt. At checkout, the cashier miscounted the bolts I had by +15, and I had to count the 60 I bought again with them to make sure I was charged appropriately.
Cory Pidhaichuk: Great place for automotive supplies.Stopped by to check if they had firearm ammo, which most CTs have, and unfortunately, they do not carry any. You can get 30 different picket knives, but ammo, thats too much for them. Also, when to go check out the safes. (Firearm safes). *Apparently one of the only canadian tires that have them in stock*No one in the store could open them "we lost the keys". "So do you want to buy it?"😔. 3/6 safes were number dials FYI.
Chris: Lots of stuff to check out. Prices are higher than some other similar stores.
George Sisic: Long waiting time, need more staff and stop harassing people with credit card
Vladyslav Isaienko: I went to Canadian Tire to buy a car tire pump. The store consultant doesn`t know his products. He sold me a different type of item with the words -"Yes this is what you want". Which wasn`t true. And their return policy doesn`t allow you to return an item if the box was opened. So do your own research couse their workers are unreliable.Poor service.
Ghost Song: Tons of product , pretty well organized. Huge store with good parking.
Jong Jin Han: 전구사러 갔는데 찾기가 힘들어 직원분께 도움을 요청했더니 정말 친절하게 응대해 주셨습니다.
Tony Saul: I basically found what I wanted on my own. But when I asked for help. Customer service person helped me right away. Very nice...and cashier was great and good to talk to.... but as usual you always end up buy what you didn't go there for. Like this watch for only $9.99!
TheRealM: Terrrribbllleee Returns policy. (Its been like that for over 20 years, but still.) They have nice stuff with generally good prices. Still my go to for a lot of day to day items.

Schedule: Opens at 9:00 AM

Business type: Department store

Canadian Tire: what do users think?
G C: Though not the biggest branch, but still offer many goods (and during Monday Clearance, this branch do offer the best possible price.)
Katrina Fast: No human cashiers, just malfunctioning self-service kiosks. Most of the things on my list were out of stock, despite having checked online first. Never coming back.
Rylen Moore: Employees all had different rules/answers for the same simple question. Super annoying!
Ray Taylor: Ever wonder why the product reviews are all good? Because they won't publish anything critical.Purchased an expensive name-brand item that was made of flimsy sheet metal. Returned it the next day. Recieved an email stating they could not publish my honest 2 star review because it didn't meet their guidelines (there was nothing offensive) but I am welcome to edit it by clicking a link. That link said that I already submitted. Can't even edit it.Spend your money at businesses who are willing to be accountable.
Dima Arden: Love it.
Biker Jdm: Not bad 👍
Leanna Morrison: Did a return for luggage that was damaged after one flight. They did a return for store credit and I was happy with that.
Der “oyamel5.0” meister: Fishing equipment supply for salmon!
Jackson Wong: Came here after doing an online order to pick up. Pickup is on the main floor behind the elevators in this small corner. Friendly service otherwise!
Frank Hannig: Whatever you are looking for you can likely find it here. Sporting goods, home renovation supplies, plumbing, paint, lighting, small appliances, hardware and more. An iconic Canadian shopping experience.
Greg Perperidis: Friendly service
Henry Lio: Reply to CT Grandview Team:I placed an online order for pick up. When I arrived at the store and at the pick up counter, I rang the bell and called the number numerous times and waited for 5~8 minutes, but still no one was there. I had to walk back to the front to ask someone for assistance. By the time I walked all the way back to the pick up counter. The customer representative was not friendly and not even slightly apologetic for the unnecessary wait.
S. Vahid: I had a very bad experience at this location Canadian Tire. When I went to the store to buy a four-wheel cart. I asked for help, but no one showed up. then I asked for help again, and someone showed up and they did not have any clue I was asking. He did not help and left me standing there. I took the last unit to the front desk with missing bolts and washers and bent corners. I asked for a discount, the cashier manager said $10 off. then she gave me $15 off on a $150 damaged unit. Asked for a bag or a box to carry all the bits and pieces, and the staff brushed me off. They were very rude to me. eventually, I returned the unit due to more missing parts. I felt unwelcomed by the store staff. I will never come to this location ever again.
micheal chan: The Asian gentle Tao in part department was really helpful. I was very confused and he helped me with all my parts and explain to me. My first time buying parts for my car. I bought the wrong oil but he helped me find the right oil and many other parts.
Надежда Сорок: Большой выбор растений.
Tablet Carlin: Missed their sale last week and Customer Service was willing to still give me the discount.
Carlos Tellez Garcia: Excelent store!!
john Louie: Good 👍 prices
Kelvin Fong: The only one in town with a fire arms section. Joe is extremely professional and personable. I love coming here to kill time!

Motion Canada Corporate: what do users think?
navinder singh: other stores told me to wait for a month for a broken sheave/pulley on my shop air compressor. I found motion canada and talked to Kurtis , he found exact same part off the shelf and my broken compressor was up and running within 2 hours of breaking.Thank you Kurtis.
Brian Howey: Fairly useless company that acquired a good local company. Shame.
Petar Dimov: I am highly disappointed with their business. I ordered some U-joints from them and nowhere on their website and in the subsequent correspondence it was mentioned that this was (or would have been) a "special order" for them and that the special orders were not returnable. So, when I got the goods more than two weeks later and it turned out that they were no good for my application, it also turned out that I was stuck with them.On top, the u-joints were supposed to be Boston Gear, but they were just re-packaged by Boston gear. The original manufacturer was SDP. One can go to SDP website and order for Canada directly from there for less than half the cost.I would never by components from Motion Canada ever!
Anb Bna: Friendly & precise service, nice prices. Could keep open on Saturdays.

Bobby Cheung: Great customer service and help from Jordan as he knows his stuff. Thank you Jordan, and also to Sean too!
joben gill: Best store in the city for roller hockey gear with more than helpful staff members, would recommend to anyone looking at getting gear to shop here.
mitch vevang: Ordered a few times from the shop. Never disappointed. They go above and beyond and even check in after to make sure it all worked out.

Boarder Labs and CalStreets: what do users think?
Charles Gagné: Have gone here for a couple years now. Super friendly/knowledgeable staff - bit of a drive from New West but I've yet to regret making the trip.
Coquitlam_Railfan: Good customer service lots of stock
Al: Great store in terms of stock, but my experience was negative here. I was buying my 1st surf skate and decided to support a local store instead of buying online (40$ cheaper). I went there to get some knowledge, I was hoping they would help me pick the right one for my needs. It's a 400$ skateboard and as a novice you don't want to go wrong here. They guy seemed experienced in surf skating, but he just wouldn't provide anything I wouldn't find online before, I kept asking questions and he's answers were short and kinda useless, completely disinterested. He didn't make the effort to step over the counter, perhaps show me the proper stance, measure my surf stance, ask me some questions to see what am I looking for etc. I mean, isn't the reason we go to stores to get a 1st hand experience and get some knowledge and tips in person and get help to choose the right product? 0 effort, 0 passion from this store, I ended up buying online then.
Mia Switzer: Super super nice customer service, extremely helpful and informative and a really cool collection! Thanks for the free stickers!!!
Rachel W: really nice dudes. crazy amount of finger board stuff
Iscream: Bought some blackriver completes here from their online store. They offer free BC shipping. Great service. 5/5
Rowan Jackson: i’ve been there a couple times now, every time i go it’s fun even just to look, day before yesterday i bought a blackriver complete fingerboard from them but when i got home it had a defect in the wheel, (not their fault, it was blackrivers fault) i came back there yesterday to see if i could exchange it and i could, we opened a few to make sure they had no defects either and i got a new one. the staff were super friendly and helped a lot, if you are interested in fingerboarding, longboarding, skateboarding, one wheels, definitely go check them out!!
Rick Anderson: A bunch of irresponsible kids who excel in spreading misinformation and wasting peoples time. They will lie and tell you they have what you’re asking for (over the phone) then pretend that conversation never happened when you drive across town only to find out they don’t have what they said they had. Unapologetic and unrepentant bunch of punks.
Raymond Blake: Incredible selection or new and old-school decks. Fast service and delivery time. And even if there's a issue they go out of their way to resolve it. I'm on the website daily looking for cool products! And love my onewheel I bought from them, hands down best selection of onewheel products too
michael latimer: the website charged me shipping despite advertising free shipping. I had to email some guy called Graham 3 times and threaten a paypal dispute to get my shipping fee refunded,no apology, just short rude messages despite me approaching them politely. Just basic simple manners could have avoided this bad feeling
Damion Ceniccola: Like going back in time!! So much to choose from in so many Super rad old school decks and supplies. I was lucky enough to meet the owner on my visit and he was just such a happy positive dude. It was such a nice experience. I've gone back a few times and it's great every time!!
Pat Gunter: They wouldn't return UNUSED bushings. To my surprise, after driving a half an hour there. The inside diameter of the bushings were larger then the outside diameter of the kingpin by an extra noticeable amount. I wouldn't normally return bushings if they weren't perfectly snug and had a little wiggle, but these were extra unsnug. Clearly, the circumferences were not matching up. Like a bad batch, that didn't come out right from the manufacturer, that type of thing, and they still wouldn't return them. The white long haired owner seemed offended that I would even try to return them. Cold and harsh towards me. I won't be shopping there again.
Lucas Horsman: Some incredibly kind customer service.
Pedro Leon: Awesome products, service it's so friendly and kind, totally recommend this shop!!!
Kurtis Knappe: Bought my Onewheel from them and they shipped it fast. I had a concern and they went above and beyond to clear it up!
Peter Carscadden: These guys really and truly care about what they do. I'm by no means an easy customer and they clearly went out of their way to make me happy.
Chase Trellert: Great people, will come here for all my boarding needs!
Ken macleod: Bought 2 decks from them first time 1 arrived damaged got offered 20 of next order instead of sending replacement deck so no I will have to return and hope I get a new deck or money back needles to say not impressed with after service it's simple arrived damaged replace I send pictures but if ordering and having shipped I would think of buy locally if you can
Felipe Cassio: Very good store.Good product variety, good service.Steve gave me and my friend an outstanding customer service.Looking forward to stoping by again another time.
Connor West: Beyond happy with the carver surf skate I ordered. Just arrived yesterday and I ordered it maybe 4 days ago. Amazing. They also didn’t have the selection I wanted a few weeks ago but I called up and I was assured they’d have what i was looking for in a week or so. Sure enough they did. Very helpful staff. If you live in Canada you can’t go wrong getting a board here. Especially for surf skates they have the best selection I’ve seen in Canada.
Austin: False Advertising:Claim to have a Onewheel price match, but when you give them an authorized Canadian dealer with stock they claim they cant adjust the price.

NAPA Auto Parts - NAPA - Vancouver: what do users think?
Gurjot kaur Dhaliwal: I went here for a oil change and came back with numbers of problem l never had with my car and in inspection they told me my car’s break pads are gone although l got them changed last summer.Worst experience these guys are ripping people off they create problem to get paid
Geoffrey Sugar: Nate at NAPA was extremely kind and helpful. By far and away the best customer service for a auto parts store/ mechanic I've experienced and will now go out of my way to support this franchise.
Tyler Keeling: Terrence is the man
Massiel Naranjo Martínez de Cordoves: The best, fast and most efficient company!!
Shane Delaney: Good option for car parts of you're downtown Vancouver.

Aman S: Friendly service and he'll from the front desk staff. Got my new wipers from here and had no issues changing them in the parking lot.
C. S. Ardeleanu: Bought a starter payed tax on, returned core got no taxes back. So you get the core but the taxes are not only applied to both but not returned either. You stole from me the last time napa.
Marc C.: Employees are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Shopping at NAPA is always a good experience.
Paul Seamans: Fast , friendly service.
Rick Hogan: Great staff, decent prices
Yves Duranleau: This is the last time I go there. They never what I asked !!!!
Matthew Ho: Gord is truly the GOD FATHER of cars. He is super knowledgable, approachable, and down to earth to advise & consult you in your car issues, etc. He knows CARS to the T. I've commuted to many parts stores including Lordco and EVEN Ford & GM parts departments, and so far I've only been told "I don't know how to fix cars. I can only find the parts for you" It's not even about knowing or not. It's about working / troubleshooting together with the customer in creating solutions for both parties. This is how you work retail. It's just a bonus Gord is a mastermind in cars!Thank you Gord for being apart of my adventurous journey in bringing back my old classic back to life. In which will be a life long memory for me. I will be back to see you!!
Omar Serry: Thanks a lot for the professional and friendly service form Gord who came out to the car and did an extra effort to check which bulb I needed to change.
Kieran Nirula: Great, friendly service & straight to the point.I tried to get an engine air filter from the Richmond store earlier this week - the guy there wanted to charge $20 more than the 3rd Avenue store in Vancouver charged for the same exact part. So I came to this one instead. Thank you!
Parnell Bromley: Looking for a part and found not one, but two at NAPA. Called to conform in stock at location and rushed to purchase only to be told they couldn't be found and was referred to a Burnaby location.70 minutes of my life wasted in travel and writing this review
Allan Liao: Went there to pick up some fluids, Abdel was a great help.
Laura Aslan: Excellent service provided by Abdel. Good location. good price, I recommend this place.
Ian Horsfield: Wanted a bulb and socket for my running light on a 2005 Mazda 3. Was told I was giving the wrong info and sent away.
Princess Peach: Drivers are unsafe and rude
Alexander Lindsey: Generous return policy.

Bicycle Sports Pacific: what do users think?
Ray Konet: Great service. Needed both tubes replaced. I was in and out within 30 min. Very nice and personable service. Thank you.
Jonathan Lloyd: I took my bike in for routine maintenance. They did a timely job with good communication; however, they did forget to grease/lube the components which showed signs of rust on the cassette and chain after one wet rides as a result. I noticed also my alignment issue still persisted after taking it in, it wouldn't shift properly. The hub replacement came loose after 3 rides as well. My back tire flat issues still persisted after repair as well, it went flat after 45min of riding into a remote location. Unfortunately, I will be taking my bike to another shop for future repairs. My mechanical issues still persist after costly maintenance .
Mark Kanwischer: I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a bike service. I went into BSP the other day looking for a bike box, and a tune up. The manager helped me out with a free bike box, and fixed up my mountain bike.Highly professional store with above average service quality. Very friendly people - go in and pay them a visit, you won't regret it. They got the job done fast and for a good price.
King Ma: Awesome bike store, they have a great selection of bike products, and so on. Nice staffs and service.
Jon Farrell: Very helpful and knowledgeable mechanics, I had to find an oddball riser ring size (1.5”) for my steer tube. They both shared great product knowledge and explained the how and why very well. They also took the 5 minutes to set up the steer tube/stem perfectly while explaining the steps. Needed a shock pump as well, they had multiple types and made sure I found the best one with a good price
Hossein Khakbaz: Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable
Norman Wang: This is a very good shopping experience. Thank you Marc!
Michele Ferraz: Recently purchase, great product and thank you Marc for the help.
Jim Thompson: Great people, great service, excellent brands, competatively priced.(But mainly its the staff).
Lauren Zylyk: Really great and quick service! Marc helped us pick out a brand new bike and got it ordered right away. This will be my second bike from BSP and will be coming back here for all my bike needs!
Jonathan Metcalfe: Really helpful and professional staff. Had an issue mid-ride which I was unprepared for and they were more than happy and able to help. Pleasant and knowledgeable, they also included some great advice for routes in the area! Will definitely be returning for sales or service.
B Smith: Repair of my bike was done much quicker than expected. Great service.
Brent Gatlabayan: Helpful staff, answered my questions and gave advice. Also handled my repair and kept me updated on its status
Peter Bucholtz: Service was exceptional!
Jamie Baudru Nagy: We stopped in one weekend because my brakes were speaking. I'm new to biking as I haven't been on a bike since I was a kid. They helped us straight away and even answered all my questions. We even got some great advice on a few things we didn't even stop in for.
Gregoz Gawronski: A great location if you are looking for your next bike, lot's to choose from including my preferred brand Trek, both standard and electric. I had my bike serviced here and the technician was very knowledgeable and explained all the details for this repair. He also gave me excellent tips on what to look for while hunting for a new bike. I bought a super cool Sega Fredo biking shirt too :-) I can recommend this location for any of your biking needs.
Yuhei Horibe: Got my bike here, and in-store experience here was great. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and solved my problem twice! Once I got shifter problem, they fixed it perfectly, AND they've done more than I asked. They also adjusted brake for me nicely, cleaned chain, and found some damages on my tires...and that was FREE because they did it for me as "new bike adjustment". I was quite impressed, and I can trust their mechanic. But, I wouldn't recommend placing special orders here. It never comes...well, due to pandemic, delivery system is messed up, and it wasn't entirely their fault. But, I ordered new brakes for upgrade at beginning of April, and ETA at that time was mid May. I visited them for other reasons at end of May, but brake was not there, and ETA was delayed to mid June. Since then, I haven't heard anything from them, and visited them again for other reasons on August (2 months from new ETA). Surprised! Brake was not there yet. They said, they would double check, and get back to me ASAP, but they've never reached me out, and I had to call them (it happened twice). Still waiting for it (almost rainy season...).
Amanda Carlin: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Airiel Buckner: These guys are awesome! Friendly and well staffed shop w lots of stock.
Jason Mullen: Guys are always super helpful when I bring in my Rail 5. Totally recommend
Alex Lahijani: Excellent quality and responsible staff.

Dunbar Cycles - Mountain Bikes, Road Bikes & eBikes: what do users think?
dwayne chambers: - Amazing Customer Service- Constant Contact through to fulfilment on all orders- Above my expectation on shipping timelines- Highly Recommend ordering from Dunbar Cycles!Thank you Hersh for an awesome experience
Sarah Fung: Had great help selecting a helmet today (from Hans?). I'm not an avid cyclist and have been brushed off at other shops in the past when looking for products. So thanks for treating me with respect and as a valued customer.
David Soto: I sent my bike to Dunbar Cycles for my fork maintenance, adjustments and various repairs.Thank to all the mechanics for their magnificent work, professionalism and kindness!Special thanks to Alex, thanks to you my bike feels better than ever!I recommend Dunbar 100% for its great variety and quality of material and brands, full of hardworking cycling lovers who will help you and recommend you with anything you need.:D
Stefan M: They have all the bearings and were very helpful.
Mathew Marchand: Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, happy to walk you through your bike (regardless of whether it was purchased there) the service team do a great job and will walk you through any repairs or maintenance they've done and always give multiple options to fit your price point. Highly recommend them, looking forward to checking out their new shop today!
Lisa Gracias: Bike was great, shop staff less so.
Cole Howard: My partner and I went in looking for a bike for them and literally everyone at the store could not have been nicer and more pleasant to deal with. We ended up getting exactly what we needed/wanted without having to deal with overly an pushy sales team or being overwhelmed by information. Stupendously happy with the experience.
Kevin Keresztes: This is my third consecutive bad experience at Dunbar with unfriendly staff. I came in today to pick up some seal kits for my fork and shock and was under the impression I only needed to know my fork and shock model. I met with the suspension guy to get the products and was told to next time to come in with the correct parts numbers from Fox's website. I then asked where on the website all that information is and he walked away and said he was "too busy".I've been riding bikes for 20+ years and have dealt with many shops, and this shop continually has the worst customer experience out of any. Thanks Dunbro Cycles, I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
B: Dunbar continues to rock and roll with professionalism, super stock and super employees like Hersh. Easy peasy dealing with them every time. You folks rock! Thanks again!
King Ma: Friendly staffs and nice service. Great selection of bike products.
Tal Hamburger: Great service, very nice and professional team!
dr_channel: Asked them just to tight up bottom bracket because missing this tool in my workshop. This job takes few minutes. It would be slow to spend 10 minutes on it. Took them 2 days to do it - okay, they are having other jobs. Completely understand that. But final cheque? They tightened it and greased it for $45 and called it BB overhaul. Really? What’s then hour rate? The most expensive service charge for such a small thing in my life. Thank you, Dunbar service never again.
Sean O'Neill: Walked in to see as a Lezyne dealer if they had a spare part for a light I own. Guy was ridiculously helpful, ended up getting a brand new light because of the Lezyne warranty. People like that make you want to come back and shop in that store, I don't know why other stores miss this key point. Dunbar Cycles is an excellent resource and we're lucky to have them.
John Kay: Good service and great work on my bike tune. Its pretty expensive, but thats common.
Matt S: Julian and the Dunbar Bikes staff have gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions. Whether ordering in hard-to-find parts or advising on an equipment purchase or upgrade, their professionalism and passion for what they do and are exceptional. Though Dunbat’s roots are on the MTB side, their new road shop is deserving of a visit - they have an abundance of incredibly road and gravel machines that span from entry-level rigs to right into dream machine territory. Long live the local bike shop!
Joanne: With both tires popped on my bike courteous of Vancouver roadwork, I needed my tubes replaced asap for my commute. Friendly and quick service completed my request within the hour. I will be back for further repair and bike maintenance work!
Timo Omblus: Best place to get your MTB needs satisfied at Vancouver! Top service team and friendly staff.
Thomas Evdokimoff: Quickly upgraded (by request) a worn out bottom bracket on my Trek 520. Solid service, reasonable price and turn-around time as promised. Thanks Will!
Matthew C. Cheung: Very helpful staff who approached me in the store and showed me how to properly choose a bike helmet. They also checked the back inventory and eventually found me a perfect fit. Very honest and professional advice. Highly recommend this place.
Shannan Kay: Cam is a pleasure to deal with over the telephone and was extremely helpful to my client.
VIUDAX MUSIC: Great service!

Bicycle Sports Pacific: what do users think?
Adam F: Very friendly staff. Most helpful.Would recommend checking them out.
Alexandre Chabot (Alexandre): Ordered a bottom bracket online for pick up in store, was in stock at an other location and supposed to be ready for pick up few days later. No news for 5 days so I pay a visit and they tell me the other store did not send it, should be ready for pick up the following day. Go back that day and it’s not there, the other store did not send it.Finally received a call saying they now have it and I realize it’s the wrong one, asked for refund. Will go buy my bikes parts somewhere else…
Emin Güven: I just get my new bike Friendly and so professional crew! Specially Stephen helped me a lot he is the best! Thanks for everything BSP.
Fabiene Bittencourt: Bikes and other products are very good but the costumer service is awesome. They really help you in anyway!
Zed-Ola Myers: Impeccable service! My bike is riding like butter. Would recommend. 5 stars
Chloé Bosquin: Poor service, they say they will call you when your order is ready but they do not. You have to follow up three times for things to actually get moving
Wei x: Professional staff. They allow you to use the pump for free.
Mike Fortier: Friendly knowledgeable staff and great service!
Mackenzie Fleming: Friendly, knowledgeable service and great customer care. Stephen really goes above and beyond to look after you and all your cycling needs!
Lis Jang: Store layout makes it easy to find product, good selection of products, friendly staff.
Siobhann Williamson: Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Mathew Milne: Very friendly and knowledgeable, invested in helping you find the right product. Thanks!
cynthia skabar: Great experience buying my ebike at Bicycle Sports Pacific. I was recommended by a friend who works in the industry as well which speaks to their great reputation in the cycling community for so many years. Highly recommend them. I love my bike and got a great deal compared to the other bike shops! Thanks BSP!
Raymond Huynh: Great service. Steven and his team were nice and helpful with their suggestions. Steven helped me with my bike fitting and taught me a lot about bike fitting and other useful tips for riding. 110% recommend someone to visit this store to get biking, tuning a bike and anything bike related :)
Corey Solomon: Impressed with staff like Noah for the time to share knowledge, help me on my next bike investment, and his passion for biking and wanting me to have the best experience with my next bike purchase.
Derek G.: Really good experience this week at BSP. I've always said that although it's a big shop and it's a multi-location business, it has a "small bike shop feel" which I really like. It has a very personal feel thanks to the staff. They are friendly, casual and totally not pushy. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in.I bought my first bike in Vancouver many years ago at BSP on Pacific and Burrard. It was a TREK 7.1 hybrid for around $500 (entry-level bike). It was a great little bike and I took advantage of the free servicing that's included within the first year of purchase. They also threw in some accessories which was great. Got years of use from the bike until I decided to sell it and upgrade.I love hybrids but I always wanted a carbon fiber bike. Problem is that I'm not a fan of road bike ergonomics or drop bars. As such, the Cannondale Quick Carbon One was the answer to my prayers. Buttery smooth ride, fast, agile, nimble, great in traffic and practical enough to have a rack where I could stick a pannier for my work commutes and weekend trips - this was the bike for me! Love the Shimano 105 components too.I was greeted by a very friendly young blonde woman when I first came to the store. Micha then took over and assisted me in setting up a test ride, answering questions etc... I came in later that week. Micha was off that day so I was helped by Sam who closed the deal.Micha and Sam were both great to deal with. Friendly, non-pushy and very knowledgeable. The bike mechanic who put the new accessories on was very nice as well (Darren, I think his name is - Scottish guy, I believe).Really good experience overall. I would happily recommend BSP to anyone and will definitely go back in future when it's time for an upgrade! Thanks for the good experience, guys.Derek
Michael Gardias: S.was helpful and friendly. My inquiries were answered without any 'hard upsell. Bicycle Sports Pacific is a velosport institution in Vancouver for decades now. I will recommend to friends and family. 👍😁
Nil Khosh: Great service, friendly staff. I dropped my bike for a checkup and even though it was a busy time they made sure to have it ready for pickup in time.If you get a chance to talk to Noel ask him about his professional biking experience, it'll somehow both motivate and scare you to bike again.
Taliesin River: Great experience, staff were enthusiastic, helpful, and knowledgeable
S L: I never learned how to bike as a child and trying to learn as an adult. Not easy! I end up buying a pricy training wheel & Bike and went to BSP to install ( And pay the installation fee. ) The shop owner Stephen spent good time for me to explain 'how he taught his elderly mother to learn how to ride a bike without using the training wheels'. He adjusted my bike for me to easily ride, without a fee. I bought my bike & all the accessories in a different store, and didn't buy anything in his store. Stephen was so kind and just encouraged me not to give up on learning! It is extremally rare to receive this type of genuine service when you are not even spending a penny.
Jaycee C.: This was my first visit to this store. I was in the area so I dropped by to pick up a bicycle helmet. The store being in downtown has challenges with parking. Inside the store is clean and well organized. Stephen assisted me with my purchase. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and has good customer service skills. Recommended bike shop if you’re in downtown area.
