Simon's Bike Shop: what do users think?
Michael Boland
Michael Boland: Awesome store with good dudes working there. Brought my bike in for a tune-up on my lunch break Friday at mid day and they had it ready first thing Saturday morning (likely would have been EOD Friday if I'd brought it in earlier). Honestly, my bike is riding better now than it was when I first bought it. Would definitely recommend this store and would use their services again.
PHILLIP LOW
PHILLIP LOW: best mechanics. methodical, knowledgeable, thorough and fair.
jordan casoli
jordan casoli: This place is amazing. Brought in a flat tire in a pinch right at closing and they fixed it instantly
Diego Blais
Diego Blais: Rod is the best, needed to fix the speeds and they did it very quickly and perfectly; highly highly recommended, will be back to tune-up all our bikes 🚵‍♀️
Abcd Ef
Abcd Ef: I rented a bike for 4 days. The price was really fair I thought but I didn't expect much of the quality. Now Im on day 4 and I must say that the bike is really really good value. The gears and breaks work properly and it's suitable for city biking and mountain biking as well. I am really happy with the bike and I will go here again next time I visit Vancouver. The dude was friendly as well
Luciano Borgen Delgado
Luciano Borgen Delgado: Walk in, and nobody helped or talked to me. You will have to find stuff by yourself
Gideon Leo
Gideon Leo: I will not shop for bike and parts anywhere else, Simon is very honest not greedy, he fixed my bike with no cost even though I did not bought my Specialize from them. Worth all the travelling from Richmond to downtown.
Ciara Madigan
Ciara Madigan: Simon was very helpful and kind. We were referred here by a friend. Reasonably priced rental
kwiis hamilton
kwiis hamilton: Used to be a reliable, honest and fair place to ha e work done. They damaged my bike and then lied about it and refused to fix the problem they caused. Then lied again when they told me the part was irreplaceable and I should just buy a new bike… really unprofessional. I would no longer suggest supporting this establishment. (Used to be my go to place before the pandemic)
John Maxon (Wolf Pack Home Inspection)
John Maxon (Wolf Pack Home Inspection): Great service as always (free service for life!) Had a few minor issues with my ebike. Quickly fixed under warranty. Mel, Toby, Rod are all great mechanics to deal with - Toby is the eBike expert. In for another tune up. Same day service always appreciated.
Fouad Bedran
Fouad Bedran: Simon from Simon's Bike Shop is a very disagreeable fellow. He is unprofessional, unfriendly and borderline verbally abusive. I am baffled how come he's still in business.
Dorian Nijdam
Dorian Nijdam: Every time I go, I pay less and get my gear faster than I expect. Highly recommended.
Dave R
Dave R: Simon is the man. Best deals and service in the city!
Pierre-Luc Mongrain
Pierre-Luc Mongrain: Mechanics are pretty good but the clerk, or I dont know if it's the owner?!?! What a bad service. I would not recommend that shop just because of this.
Tobias Souster-Williams
Tobias Souster-Williams: Wow there's lots of stuff packed in a little shop, I could spend all day there, great prices and knowledgeable staff.
Brett Price
Brett Price: I've had a few very good experiences here with the mechanics, fast fixes at a fair price. Not easy to find these days!
Feroz khan
Feroz khan: Rented the bike for 24hrs. Cheapest best service around
Karen Lippoldt
Karen Lippoldt: Simon is just adorable and his *pit* crews were very knowledgeable. The price was fantastic. He didn't even mind that I stood and shed a couple of tears watching the queens funeral
Mike Guntner
Mike Guntner: After visiting two bike stores, we thankfully found Simon. We are new to the area and new again to biking. After a quick conversation, Simon was able to size us up and fit us with exactly what we needed. It was a wonderful experience and if you are unsure, you just need to do yourself a favour and see Simon. He is also incredibly resourceful and knows this city probably better than anyone. Just ask him for help. Thank you Simon!
Ryan Fehr
Ryan Fehr: My sons bike was vandalized. (Cut break lines..broken spokes) The guys at Simon's bike shop repaired it as good as new. They were quick, efficient and not costly. 100% recommend 👌 awesome work..and many thanks for getting his bike back on the trails!! Very happy we went to Simon's!
Quoc Nguy
Quoc Nguy: If I need my bikes serviced, I never think of anyone else. Simon is always available with quickest turnaround in Vancouver. Why go anywhere else? #1 for Value and service.

Union Street Cycle: what do users think?
Patrick Berting
Patrick Berting: Shop closed. I went to the location on May 12, 2023 and there was nothing there. Not even a sign to say the shop was out of business. That’s a real shame because I have good memories of visits here before.
Clarence
Clarence: Bob rules. I don’t know where to go to get reliable and trustworthy service anymore. He mentioned he might go mobile when the shop closed. Anyone know?
Big John Bates
Big John Bates: This joint is closed
Dee Graziano
Dee Graziano: Bought an internal gear hub from here and Bob gave me a really good price on it. Came back a week later to get a wheel laced to it, bob had quoted me as having it ready for that wednesday, but I ended up getting a call Monday afternoon that it was ready for pickup. Awesome and really relaxed staff. Will definitely be coming in again in the future!
Michael Geilen
Michael Geilen: The guys here are great!
Jaycee C.
Jaycee C.: This is my first time at this business and had great experience during my visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. He explained to me how to change the tire tube. Recommended business for bike repair. Business was on Union Street but moved to East Georgia Street in Chinatown.
francis mantis
francis mantis: Best place to get your bikes fixed in the city. I saw the for lease sign on their business but will definitely follow them wherever they go : )
Luke Y
Luke Y: Called Union Street Cycle as my bike tire had suddenly gone flat after I arrived to work. Bob picked up and was knowledgeable with the questions I asked. He asked that I bring in the bike for him to check out and provided me possibilities of what may have happened. In person, Bob was very polite and gave me a sense of sincerity. He provided all prices upfront and was transparent. In the end, when I went to pick up my bike, he stated that my bike tire was a bit old but the problem seemed to just be the inner tube and just replaced that. Would be back if I have any other future issues.
Bill Hepler
Bill Hepler: They fixed a flat for me promptly and at a reasonable price. Friendly service.
A Kata
A Kata: Sloppy work. Left the masking tape underneath handle bar stem. Left part completely unattached.Tried to support local, but going to MEC next time.
Rubayed Nehal
Rubayed Nehal: Overpriced and unprofessional staffs.
Leo Yu
Leo Yu: Love the service! Bob tuned up my commuter Trek hybrid bike so it rides like new. He took the time to explain things clearly. Most of my repairs were minor, but now my bike is much safer and faster. I called ahead to book an appointment, so that when I dropped off my bike he was ready to get started on it. Money and time well spent!!!
Braden Huggett
Braden Huggett: Excellent place to go for repairs. The staff are very friendly and will help you understand any issues you’re having with your bike. Also reasonably priced and quick service
Linda
Linda: I wish I had discovered this place a long time ago. I brought my bike for service and it is very clear that you are not getting ripped off. They clearly are knowledgeable and only do what is necessary. Swift service during lockdown when all other bike shops were only servicing bikes purchased at their stores. Took my daughter’s bike for check up today. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Justin Kusnir
Justin Kusnir: Had a chain snap and these folks saved my bacon by fixing it quicker than it took me to have a coffee next door. They did a better job tuning it afterwards than a $200 tuneup I just had somewhere else.
Back Off
Back Off: Great service. The guys are knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. No up selling.
Arnold Nowicki
Arnold Nowicki: Very solid little cycle shop focusing on service with a serious work ethic. Competitive service rates and parts prices and willing to squeeze jobs into the que even when backed up.to.get their customers rolling again. Great attitude, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to their people!
Lydia Gutierrez
Lydia Gutierrez: Needed my bike tube changed they did it within less than half hour while others places near by told me it would take a couples days wait. Definitely would recommend this place. Customer service was great!
Charles Perrot-Minot
Charles Perrot-Minot: Great place, very friendly and fast service, highly recommend! Honestly regret not coming there sooner.
Abigail Grey
Abigail Grey: I love this shop. I went there based on the reviews, to buy a new saddle and they are the real deal.
Sandy W
Sandy W: Friendly, helpful, honest, great price. Couldn't ask for more. Will recommend and will come back!

Giant Vancouver: what do users think?
R & R
R & R: The sell seemed very friendly until the purchase was made. No bike fitting just here you go. I now deal with a store that sells other brands as well as Giant and the comparison is striking!I stopped getting tuneups etc done here as it seemed to be a hassle for them.
Zach Poole
Zach Poole: I'm not usually one to write reviews. But every single experience I've had with the service department has been horrendous. It's actually hard to believe just how bad they are.The service guys are rude, unfriendly, and give off a vibe that they just want you to go away. They're tone of voice is passive aggressive and hostile. As a avid cyclist I'd go as far as saying you should avoid the giant ecosystem all together.
Hillgan Ma
Hillgan Ma: Edit: Tennessee from Giant Vancouver contacted me and resolved my issue. Thank you.I contacted Sean their mechanic to get work done on my bike. I emailed with a detailed list of things I needed to get done and asked for a quote. I agreed on the price and brought my bike in to do the work. After all was done, they charged me extra for work that was not on the quote. I asked them to reconsider but they refused to do anything about it. I felt they were DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL.
Serikbolsyn
Serikbolsyn: Great experience at the store. Staff are friendly, especially Lindsay who helped me pick the right bike. I was able to do two test rides on two different bikes. Another staff member also greatly helped me the next day during pickup (didn’t ask his name). The only thing I wish they mentioned is the giveaway on the website, about which I found out only by chance. Attaching a photo of my new bike on my first ride in the wild :)
Catherine
Catherine: Friendly staff and lovely environment
Therese
Therese: Andrew was fantastic, he helped me pick out a bike for myself that suited my needs, and checked inventory and upcoming deliveries so I could pick out the perfect one that I wanted in my size. The first time I came in I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted to get a brand new bike as a nervous new rider, but talking to Andrew made me feel confident in getting one. He also showed me how to take the front wheel on/off a couple times (and let me take a video so I'd remember) and helped bring it to my car to make sure it would fit.Lindsay from next door at the Liv store was also super helpful in setting up a bike for me to test ride and all around was a great experience.
Christopher Rozitis
Christopher Rozitis: Wonderful people that know bicycles.
Quit Hollerin
Quit Hollerin: I was reminded of my 'Giant' experience after watching a YouTube vid this morning... the rider was on the 2017 Reign.I had gone into the Giant shop on 4th to slap a tidy sum of money down on the last 2017 sitting on their floor. Dude behind the counter declined my request for a layaway. Let me walk out.So I threw a new Pike on my trail bike to tide me over...rode that for a few months then picked up my brand new Knolly Warden.Salesmanship. Had the chance to take me out of the market.Update.Just picked up the 2021 Troy.
Ron Pankratz
Ron Pankratz: Well after having a wonderful knowledgeable conversation with the Irish Sean about some work on my bike with quotes on price for parts and installation. He asked me to come by so they could order the right part and set up an appointment for the work. So, went to your shop, explained what I needed and tried to order the part. The mechanic reluctantly finally sort of looked at it. When I asked about the two different models of brake Sean had recommended he just muttered something about liability and walked away. The kind woman at the front apologized and wrote down for me one of the parts Sean had suggested.I must admit this has been the most astonishing way to treat a customer who in good faith trusted the Sean who seemed way more knowledgeable than the mechanic.Lesson learned.
Jason Tabo
Jason Tabo: Edit: follow up visit went smooth and issue free. Appreciate the store reaching out and creating a better experience and ensuring the bike itself was in proper working order . Thank you to Tennessee for reaching out and the team at giant van for making me feel more comfortable about my purchase.I do not recommend this store!! I recently purchased my first ever road bike in excitement from this location. I have visited many stores prior to making my purchase and they all were incredibly helpful and passionate about getting me into the sport, unfortunately I decided to buy from Giant Vancouver because they had stock. My initial interaction was fine however when I went back to pickup it seems like they didn't care because I took advantage of giants payment plans and was an online order. I had to remind them about receiving 10% off accessories and they set my saddle height and they sent me off. It wasn't until two days later on a ride out to UBC that a passerby informed me that my tires were low. I purchased a floor pump and my pressures were down to about 30psi. I pumped the tires to the recommended 85psi and it has held for a week so i knew it wasn't a puncture. Although tire pressure is a small issue, it has made question that nothing on the bike was checked before selling it and releasing it which has made me second guess my bike, the store and the brand. They say when you buy the bike you're buying the store, and with that I wish I waited for other stores to get stock and bought elsewhere. Which I would recommend you do as well.
Sally Young
Sally Young: Fantastic experience at the Vancouver Liv store. I was greeted by Lindsay right away and, because I called ahead of time, she already has both sizes of the bike ready for me to try.Lindsay and Tennessee are very helpful and patient with me as I asked my 600 questions. After going to multiple bike shops in the same area, I found Liv to have the most competitive prices. AND I don’t have to swap out any of the components. I’m 5’2 and usually need a shorter stem, different saddle, and shorter crank arms when I buy unisex bikes. I need none of that with my Liv bike. It’s a perfect fit right out of the shop.Needless to say, I very much appreciate Lindsay and Tennessee for making my bike hunting experience so smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone who hasn’t had a lot of luck finding suitable bikes to pay Vancouver Giant/Liv a visit.
Paul Craig
Paul Craig: Fantastic staff and great selection of Bikes.
Ana Lorenzo
Ana Lorenzo: Gray place. I bought my bike in Liv (the women's version) and I love it. Also, staff is super nice and friendly, and there happy to always help and answer all your questions. You can get your gear and brakes tuned free all the time if you get the bike with them. So far it has been a great experience, totally recommended.
CIAN LAWLOR
CIAN LAWLOR: Nice staff but inconsistent service levels ... some unresolved issues with the last couple of installs. Most recently, the shop was too busy for me to drop back, so i ended up going somewhere else and paying again for same service.
Max Waibler
Max Waibler: I am compelled to write another strong review on Giant Vancouver. Made a special effort to get me a new hanger for my TCR and fixed in record time so that I could do the Forte Whistler Fondo this past weekend. Outstanding service and generous costs. Thank you Giant.
Alexis
Alexis: Andrew was great with helping me get setup on my first mountain bike. Went through all the features and was very knowledgeable.
Sia Monadi
Sia Monadi: It's been 3 weeks since I purchased my Giant e-bike and I absolutely love it! The bike rides incredibly smooth and it is very efficient. Jacob and Tennessee were extremely helpful with the allocation of the bike and answered all my questions quite patiently. Overall, had a great experience in Giant Vancouver and very happy with my purchase.
A G
A G: I was given some wrong information about helmets from this store but Andrew was very helpful and sorted it out. He was very kind and went out of his way to make it right even though he was under no obligation to do so. Excellent, will be back when I need a new bike
andrew starritt
andrew starritt: I brought my bike in right after a ride in hopes of booking it in in the near future to fix some pivot issues. They were able to do on the spot. Every single staff member was genuine and friendly. They called my bike “baby”. They love bikes and would recommend them to anyone. Also my Reign SX is incredible!
Victor Limbo
Victor Limbo: The two sales guys Jacob and Graham are just a couple of beauties.
Joseph Yang
Joseph Yang: I needed a replacement flip chip for my Trance X during the visit to the west from Toronto. The service department staff went through the boxes and bins to find what I needed AND saved me a bunch of money by not having to buy a whole kit for a small flip chip. They saved the rest of my riding trip 4000km away from home!

West Point Cycles - West 10th.: what do users think?
Cassandra Melnyk-Croft
Cassandra Melnyk-Croft: Initially very impressed with this local shop and their quick response and availability to help me out.A few things worth mentioning: lack of team communication as I clearly stated the issues I needed help with; Written down when I arrived -seemed good. I was told my bike would be ready before end of day (I am very patient but this was not the issue.)I clearly stated that if a bigger estimate was going to result then to please contact me for permission to proceed; I waited around until end of day and no luck getting in contact.I finally received a call stating the two possibilities of a solution and I chose the cheaper one due to budget and possibility in replacing my bike soon. The tech understood and agreed and did not know about the other issue which was to be fixed and noted; He seemed clueless. The next day, no call and no luck once again. Finally I get a call that the other, more expensive fix has been done without my permission. Again, the other service was not complete.End of day on day (2) I finally get a call once again and yet AGAIN, no team communication. I had to elaborate once again and was given a bill of service I did not consent to.I am a very easy going and understanding person . I rarely leave reviews but my intent is to inform others of possible outcomes that may result due to an absence of team communication and awareness.I hope this review sheds light to the shop and community to use this as a learning opportunity to grow and learn.I will not take my bike here again due to this issue as it’s a non negotiable to have an absence of my consent. I hope they evolve to ensure this is fixed.
Angus Jackson
Angus Jackson: They broke my axle and refused to replace it. Don’t take old bikes here.
Jack McKenna
Jack McKenna: Great service and friendly, helpful people!
Chad Steward
Chad Steward: Thanks again for great service and reps! 032123 Lauren for the booking and Phil for looking after our 9yr old Brompton’s. Bought our Bromptons there. Tim and Sara were…. Great!! Sent a number of friends there and will be back. Thank you .. our 7 year old Bromptons are riding like newStay well stay safe.Chad & Bobbi
Johnnie
Johnnie: Had a wonderful experience at West Point Cycles today. Needed a new helmet and Matt from the store walked me through every step. Super helpful and knowledgeable about the products there. Highly recommend.Best bike shop in town!
eric pike
eric pike: Staff here are so helpful. I don’t have much experience with bike shops. The Few other places I went to have never been helpful, they always made me feel less than cause I don’t have a fancy bike .But the staff at West Point were great they were so fantastic they walked me through everything gave me an accurate price. I won’t be taking my bike anywhere else.
Jay Benison
Jay Benison: Just had the best retail bicycle shop experience I’ve ever had in Vancouver - I wasn’t spending thousands of dollars and just needed a quick task done in the tech/repair shop. Matt took care of me on the spot and I will be directing all of my business to this shop from now on.
Deb Wong
Deb Wong: I recently bought a bike from West Point Cycles, and the staff are so friendly and helpful! I test rode several times over the summer before making my decision, no pressure or questions asked. When my bike arrived, Matt patiently answered all my questions and helped set up my bike. He even offered to lift my bike into the car which was very kind (snow on the roads so couldn't ride!). They have a great bike shop for mechanical repairs/maintenance and are very fair with their prices. Highly recommend this store. It truly is a part of our community.
Scott Morris Rose
Scott Morris Rose: This is a large, full-service bike shop with competent staff. I find the pricing a little high.
Fabio Levy
Fabio Levy: If you are looking for solutions, you may be better going somewhere else. Poor bike shop services and advices.
Jim Leggott
Jim Leggott: The guys at West Point were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient when I took my golf cart in for a new brake cable. They promised it would be completed within two days and it was done within one day …. and inexpensively too.I’ve been going to them for all my bike, (and now golf cart!), repairs for years; and strongly suggest that you try them out too!
Billy Milton
Billy Milton: Best bike shop in Vancouver!
Elias Rieger
Elias Rieger: Nice looking shop, but I’d only go here if you’re wealthy. Nothing in the store has prices on it. The staff were unwilling to help me find an affordable pair of gloves, so I ended up leaving. I was planning to buy a lock, gloves, and some tools but I’ll take my money somewhere else.Seriously, add prices to your store! You’re alienating customers who don’t have a lot of money.
canada XWZ
canada XWZ: not very honest stuff. tried to upsell me. can not trust their advice!
Kyle Haack
Kyle Haack: Great job on the tune up feels like new again thank you!
Jack Gru
Jack Gru: Best bike shop in vancouver. Best service. Great people.
Porter Abbey
Porter Abbey: Walked in just to ask advice and had a very helpful conversation with no pressure to buy
Patrick Cruz
Patrick Cruz: Just wanted to give big shout out to Matt! I called in to buy a pump because all dollar stores around were sold out in the area. I needed to pump my football and Matt offered to pump it up free of charge! Great help and even better service from Matt! Keep up the great work man!
Majker Alex Majkrak
Majker Alex Majkrak: Was looking for MTB wheel all over the city, could not find correct one, find it here. Quick and good service 👍🏼

Bike Repair Centre: what do users think?
Yawazy Abdullah
Yawazy Abdullah: Lovely honorable guy, would recommend all my friends to go there very honest and knowledgeable awesome customer service.I wish them many success
Rhett O
Rhett O: Lifetime customer.2023 update after 7 years of originally posting 5 stars: still incredibly impressed with how amazing my bike rides after everytime I come in. My bike is always like new with no complaints and buckets of gratitude.
Lydia Park
Lydia Park: I came by the shop several times now, to have my bike tuned-up or fixed and I really don’t go anywhere else for bike repair/service. I don’t have any issues after having the bicycle fixed, price is excellent, and there are really only good things to say about this place.
Doug Greenall
Doug Greenall: I went to Bike Repair Centre because of the Google reviews and was not disappointed. Replacing a tire and brakes came to a reasonable 200 bucks inc. tax. Pleasant service was delivered within the estimated time frame.Since A-1 on Main Street is gone, this will likely be my go-to for cycle maintenance.
Quyen Tran
Quyen Tran: Quite surprised with good reviews for this shop but I don’t sense the same. First impression outside the shop looks horrible to me while inside is much better. However, what I felt when being consulted and quoted by the staff was like a cheat, he wanted to offer a package that costs a brand new bike. This shop think you’re a newbie and will try to steal money from you for what they consider their high standards. Their attitude never works for me even though how good their skills can be.
Marc Henry
Marc Henry: Brought in my bike to replace worn out brake pads. I was very impressed with the level of service I received. Informative & sincere. I can tell they care about their customers. A great spot for cycle commuters who need more frequent bike maintenance.
LL
LL: I highly recommend John for all of your bike maintenance needs. Not only is he a skilled mechanic with a wealth of experience, he is also honest and efficient. He has worked on my bike several times and has consistently provided top-notch service. Whether you have an entry-level or high-end bike, you can trust John to get the job done right.
Dave Farnell
Dave Farnell: Got a full tune up a few months ago. Bike feels and handles like it is BRAND NEW. Very happy bike rider!
Michael Cumblidge
Michael Cumblidge: Bike Repair Centre is easily one of the best bike shops in the city. My wife and I have taken our bikes here several times and each time the quality of the service and workmanship is incredible. John is honest in his work and upfront about what needs to be done to your bike. As soon as you enter, you know that you are in the hands of a professional who absolutely knows their craft. Also, the prices are reasonable and fair. I will be taking my bike(s) here for years to come.
Gabriel Tran
Gabriel Tran: Lots of bike specific tools for sale!
Milan Nikic
Milan Nikic: I took my bike here a few times over the last two years and I can't recommend this place enough. Fantastic service, quick turnaround and extremely knowledgeable. Will continue to take my bikes here.
Peter Jackson
Peter Jackson: Great service, very professional, excellent work.
Google User
Google User: I recently replaced the rear tube on my 25-year-old Raleigh mountain bike but somehow wasn't able to reinstall the derailleur properly. Last week I took the bike to Bike Repair Centre to have the derailleur installation fixed. I was told that they'd prefer not to work on cheap bikes like mine. I was further advised to get rid of it and buy a new one instead considering the bike had some parts that were pretty worn. The bike wasn't that bad to begin with in my opinion and more importantly it has great sentimental value to me.The repair estimate of $160 for a $300 bike didn't deter me. The final tab came in 20 dollars below estimate as one part thought broken turned out to be fine. I picked up the bike yesterday and spent one hour today negotiating the hilly, winding trails in my favourite park. At the end of the ride, I concluded that the money was well spent, hence the 5-star rating. The price is very reasonable considering the amount of work involved and current soaring inflation.
Brent Henley
Brent Henley: Honest, fast and helpful.
Susana Banks
Susana Banks: A friend recommended I take my bike here after I received a “fix” elsewhere that did not last. John reminded me of the best car mechanics, asking first about budget, how and how often I ride, and he delivered a prompt quality repair that has held up. Plus his shop reminds me of a craftsperson’s workshop: a fun visit.
Bryan Michael
Bryan Michael: Awful service, condescending staff. If I could give zero stars, I would. Their “world famous” tune-up advertised for $100 “doesn’t have options” and isn’t $100.Update: I brought my bike to Sidesaddle where they were more than happy to take my money.
Adam Smith
Adam Smith: Soooo condescending. The employee that dealt with me spent the whole time verbally belittling and telling me I need to replace things that definitely don’t need to be replaced. Example: I was missing a spoke, he told me to replace the rim/wheel.Dude, you’re fixing bikes. Your arrogance is severely misplaced.Ended up going to bike doctor, a couple stores over. Way more professional and kind.Edit: Wow, you just told a black software engineer ‘we don’t do ghetto fixes’. That’s seriously inappropriate. I’ll do my best to make sure more people hear about this.I had no issue with replacing the back rim (which didn’t have a gaping hole, the hole for the tube valve was cut). I had an issue with how you spoke to me. BTW you quoted me ~$200 for the repairs, I went to bike doctor and spent over $300. Worth it for the better service.
s. e.
s. e.: Been here 3 times over the years and will continue to do so. Have only gone for routine bike maintenance but it's because the result and care from these visits allow us to ride our bikes with confidence and for long periods of time between much needed maintenance. John is very thorough, meticulous, and honest with his work - you know what you're going to expect when you drop your bike off - never tries to impose a product or extra work - just gets the job done. It's pretty impressive how much he knows or remembers of your bike without looking much into his records - he knows his work and prides in it. There are many bike shops/repair shops around the neighbourhood and he has predominantly the highest rating and reviews and there is truly a reason why. We highly recommend Bike Repair Centre.
Nicholas Madden
Nicholas Madden: Greatly appreciate the timely manner fix on my flat tire
Kevin Lee
Kevin Lee: My bike rides better than when it was new after getting it serviced by John. Thank you John!
Paul Michaud
Paul Michaud: Had tune up, new chain, cassette, shift cable, wheel and other parts, this is the first time that a proper service was done…. I’ve gone to several different shops over the years, without fail they would get the gear indexing wrong and I would have to bring it back often several times.I recommend Bike Repair Centre , they’ll do it right the first time👍

West Point Cycles - Main St.: what do users think?
Marcus Johns
Marcus Johns: I've been here a few times now and had a great experience every time. They give honest advice on the best way to deal with problems and are always happy to resolve minor issues in minutes rather than quoting for unnecessary work. I'll only be coming here in future.
Eric Proulx
Eric Proulx: I’ve gone a few times for bike repairs. Whenever I go, they do a great job and take the time to teach me how they fixed it, which has helped me learn to fix it myself later on. Seriously kind and professional staff!
Len Romanski
Len Romanski: Great friendly service. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Mark Mergatroid
Mark Mergatroid: Its OK They didnt blow any wind up my skirt in any real effort but adéquate.
Michael Levy
Michael Levy: Best service and exceptionally knowledgeable. Bought 2 bikes and third time we bought from them.
Emma T.
Emma T.: Two thumbs up for the excellent customer service at West Point Cycles - Main St.The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Even when they’re super busy, I have always been greeted with a welcoming and friendly smile! Highly recommend this store location for anyone looking to get an amazing bike and wonderful service.
Heather Allen
Heather Allen: Wonderful service experience that happens again and again. They are busy for a reason, they take their time with each customer and bike.High five to Mark and Randy! Shining stars.
Paul S.O. Barbeau
Paul S.O. Barbeau: Entirely unsatisfying experience, trying to buy a pair of shoes for my gravel bike. Next to nothing on display, vague comments about purchasing online, and concluding with the observation that they can be ordered in, which presumably means one pair at a time. Worst sort of post covid-19 retail experience hangover (for the customer). If you're going to be a retail store, then be a retail store!
Mathew Wong
Mathew Wong: Once again, west point cycle Main Street and their staff as always top notch, just left the store half hour ago, I had issues an hour ago after washing my bike and my gear was locked and stuck, after drying I brought it to the store and Mark greeted me. He was super fast troubleshooting the problem and figure it out In 2 mins… once done he said go out and ride, enjoy the sun.. this is why I referred two other family members and one friend to purchase a bike here. You guys have definitely gained my loyalty few years back when I got my bike and your staff helped me, I would definitely buy my next bike there again.
Chris Hill
Chris Hill: The gang at West Point Cycles are fantastic. It was my sons seventh birthday the day after I arrived and I wanted a pre-caliber 20 inch Trek and they didn’t have one built.Mark was kind enough to say that he will have it built by the end of the day or early morning, and he was good to his word, and my boy was so excited! This is not the first time I’ve bought bicycles from them, and it will definitely not be my last.Mark said that he couldn’t possibly have a boy not have his bicycle birthday present :-)
Ken Hagiya
Ken Hagiya: Great staff - they meticulously explained what services were available for me, and I was really impressed at how much they had to offer. They made me feel valued as a customer and the whole experience was great. Definitely recommended.
Warren H. Wong
Warren H. Wong: Been a customer of West Point Cycles for about 30 years. The customer service over the years across the their locations have been mixed. Not horrible, just average at times. I have high expectations. However, recently my wife and I were shopping at the Main St. location and the service was top notch from the phone call to the store visit. Bought two pairs of Bontrager SPD road shoes. Andrew was super helpful and a consummate professional. The customer service he provided would be something you would expect at a five start hotel like the Ritz Carleton. I am glad West Point has been around to service our cycling community over the years.
Andy Liu
Andy Liu: It’s a very bad experience to repair my flat tire.I came here yesterday and tried a few times to confirm if they can fix my tire. The staff was very confident that they had the tube and told me that I can pick up my bike at 11Am tomorrow. Today I arrived the store at about 11:45 am and another stall told me that I must wait and can pick up my bike before 4 pm today. After about one hour,I got a call and was told that they can not fix it and I can pick up my flat tire anytime.
I C
I C: I would like to say that this bike store has very good service and i was only buying 5 dollars worth the bearings but they treat me very good. I have never been treat so nicely in a store. Thanks for being a good person 👍 and treating me like a human being. I am very impressed with staff. i will be buying a lot of my bike parts from this bike store. Thanks
Brendan Tuytel
Brendan Tuytel: I've gone to West Point Cycles to pick up some different parts and accessories before since they're so close to me, but it was a recent servicing that I got that made me want to review. The team at West Point really goes above and beyond to make sure you understand the work that they're doing, why they're doing it, and what you would need to do it yourself at home. It's that last part that I think really shows the integrity of the shop. They would rather empower you to do the work for yourself than have you coming back.I took a vintage bike in to get serviced and I was also super impressed with how friendly the staff was with talking about my bike, showing enthusiasm for it, and trying to make it as best it can be. One of the staff even went into the back to grab some handle bar grips that hadn't been put on the floor yet just because they thought it would look sick (and it did).I'm definitely going back to West Point Cycles for any servicing I need. I know the quality of work will be great and I'll come out a little bit smarter about how my bike works and how to take care of it.
John Schafer
John Schafer: Top notch bikes, wish I could have every one!
Ben Mowbray
Ben Mowbray: Terrific experience. I took my road bike here for service before boxing it up for a big move. Andrew was super helpful throughout the process and even hooked me up with a bike box. He thoroughly explained the service, expected timelines, and contacted me promptly when the team found a broken part during the service. He clearly explained my options for replacing the part and let me make the decision for how to proceed. The service was quick and affordable, the shop staff was helpful, and my bike came back in great shape. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking quality service.
James Dobko
James Dobko: I'm a first-time customer. I brought my bike for servicing. What a great experience. The shop has an automatic sliding door, which eliminates the usual door opening struggle. The staff was friendly, professional, efficient. My bike repair was completed faster than expected. What an outstanding company culture. Clearly the owners/management know exactly how to run a business. Well done. I'll be back!
Rumi Tejpar
Rumi Tejpar: Shop staff were friendly, knowledgeable and diligent!
Colm Nolan
Colm Nolan: Great shop and excellent customer service when I dropped by to get a mudguard (similar to asssaver) for the bike. Gave me a cable tie so there's less chance it will fall off the bike
Raven Bruan
Raven Bruan: I've always had a great experience coming to West Point @ Main St. I usually run into Jack and he's been so helpful every single time - I once had asked for a particular item and he went out of his way to get more info. Unfortunately they didn't have it in stock but still meant a lot to have him check.I've also had a great experience when I brought my bike in for servicing. I'm terrible with names but I believe it was Jordan who helped me out during the initial assessment - he walked me through the tune up, as well as checking out the parts that needed replacement. He was very transparent about what needed to be replaced and why - I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell but was genuinely looking out for the bike.I received my bike and finally got a chance to ride it - the service team did an excellent job in putting it together. It felt like a brand new bike, and all the creaks and noises were gone. Mind you I had just bought the bike in early 2022 and rode it quite a bit, so at that point it wasn't feeling as good as it first did.I will definitely be coming back again for the annual tune up. Thanks team and please keep up the great work!

Atomic Bike Shop: what do users think?
Connor Rosine
Connor Rosine: Great service and really reasonable prices! Wish I had a shop like this for everything, but very glad to have one for my bike!
M P
M P: Steven serviced my bike well
j m km
j m km: Steve is very helpful and very nice human being. He went above and beyond to address our issues. Highly recommend to anyone!
E T
E T: Atomic Bikes is amazing and very fast service! The prices are very affordable compared to other bike stores nearby. Will definitely come again for more tuneups and fixes.
Neil Thurley
Neil Thurley: I would trust this man with my life, never mind my bike. As long as he’s here, I’ll be going.
Soraya Nazerali-Lorenzon
Soraya Nazerali-Lorenzon: Very helpful. Steve is great and explains things well. Thanks !
Parminder Mall
Parminder Mall: Knowledgable with great service.
Kuan Chen
Kuan Chen: Nice guy, good service
Brandon Yttri
Brandon Yttri: Would recommend to family and friends. Steve is extremely friendly and truly is there to help. I took my bike back twice in 10 minutes after the tune up for minor tweaks and he dropped everything to help. Pay cash if you can, it really helps smaller vendors like Steve out.
Clothilde Robine
Clothilde Robine: This is exactly the kind if service we should have everywhere : kind, sweet, very knowledgeable, affordable and not trying to rip you off. Steve just cleaned and oiled the freewheel of my bike when another bike shop offered to replace the whole part! And now it works perfectly for only few bucks! He also checked my brakes and pumped my tires while we had a lovely chat. Please visit his shop if you need anything done on your bike.
J S
J S: How have I not reviewed this yet? He is the best of the best. Love this guy, love his shop, love his generous knowledgeable and honest service. Can’t say enough good things. Like a reviewer below, I feel conflicted because I wish it to remain secret. So… don’t go, it’s horrible. 😁
Wendy Au Yeung
Wendy Au Yeung: Steven was so kind to help me with a rush fix so I could bike back home, without even charging me extra for it being a last minute ask!
James Bradley
James Bradley: Steve was the biggest help in getting my bike ready last minute for the Gran Fondo!Very personable, and did an awesome job with the bike for a great price! Also his friend Tim went out of his way to lend me his own personal cleets for the day of the race!Highly recommend!
zena totzke
zena totzke: So friendly and awesome prices :)Great bike shop !
Will Richman
Will Richman: Great to work with, nice and informative
Tiffany Wun
Tiffany Wun: I came here to get my brakes adjusted and this is the only bike shop I'll trust for any future bike needs! Steve is a gem and provides friendly, genuine customer service that really brightened up my day, which is so refreshing compared to the terrible attitude of some other bike mechanics in this city. His pricing is fair and he cares very much about what he does. Thanks Steve! 🚲
Maya Acevedo
Maya Acevedo: Steve is super sweet and very knowledgeable! Was straight-forward and kind. He had my bike tuned up sooner than he thought, kept his shop open longer so that I could come pick it up, and was super pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend him.
Ross Buggy
Ross Buggy: Best bike shop around. Steve is an absolute gent and great at what he does. Superb price and my bike is running smoother than ever. Couldn’t recommend more!
Dennis K
Dennis K: Super friendly and went above and beyond. Took my bike in to get a few things checked out and Steve fixed everything on the spot. He even threw in a bunch of minor tune ups at no charge - what a guy! Cleary shows the guy likes what he does and cares about his customers. Highly recommend.
Jeremy Sugden
Jeremy Sugden: By far the best bike shop experience I've ever had. Steve is super caring and even went out of his way to scour a pretty hard to find part. Super great service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a good place for a fix or tuneup!
Tim Salcudean
Tim Salcudean: Had a broken axle stopped at two other bike shops was offered at one a new wheel ($150 all included) and given a lecture about having to buy a more expensive bike because the have more reliable parts at another. Steve pulled out a worn axle and ball bearings to replace the missing ones and gave me some good advice on how to proceed, asked me to come back if I have issues, charged me almost nothing. The place to go in Vancouver for professional service.

Sidesaddle Bike Shop: what do users think?
Amy Poulston
Amy Poulston: Have visited both Sidesaddle and their sister shop Flat Fix and am super happy to have purchased a bike from them! Andrea and Bernie were both friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to transfer parts from my old bike onto my new one. As someone who knows almost nothing about bikes I was grateful there were no pretentious airs, just staff who love bikes and getting people riding!
Ash
Ash: Be careful getting a tuneup at this establishment. I’ve had many friends who live in the neighbourhood have their bikes wrecked by them with the wrong parts or with bad service. They push back when you question their work, rather than fixing their mistakes. We’ve had to reservice our bikes in other places instead. They will gaslight this review and other reviews that speak negatively of them. This just shows what they’re all about. Being locally owned does not equal being good. Prioritize your bike and your safety, try any of the places on Broadway or some of the others in east van.
Richard B
Richard B: Ridiculous customer service here. I came into the bike shop in person to make an appointment for bike repair, not even expecting to get my bike repaired today. They told me to "go online". I asked why I can't make an appointment in the store? They should be able to control the appointments as they are the bike shop. Again they told me I can't make an appointment in person, and i have to go online. Terrible customer service honestly. I came in for help, and they basically told me to use the internet or go on google. Will definitely never come here again.
Lou L
Lou L: Overall ok experience with Sidesaddle, but with exceptions. Their bike fitting questionnaire is genius and they gave me a very thorough personalized email that lead me to buy a bike from them. They also have exceptionally friendly staff. However, when I brought the bike home, and was going to ride it, I realised that the headset was super loose and the bike was not rideable. Tried for a good while to fix it with no idea why the headset was loose (because they handed me a bike that should be ok, right?). I couldn't ride my brand new bike and it made me sad.Brought it back to the shop and it turns out there weren't enough spacers on the headset stem. They fixed the problem right away and were super nice about it.After riding it once after the headset experience, I realized that the one sram shifter on my handlebar seizes in low gear and I have to bang it back into place while I ride. I had the issue fixed at another bike shop where they spent a fair bit of time adjusting the derailleur.I am upset that no safety checks/tune-ups were done before handing me a $2500 bike. I will not be coming back to Sidesaddle for tune-ups due to this experience. Double check all components on your bike before leaving with it to avoid inconvenience. On a good note, I learned how to fix my own bike due to mistrust of bike shops.
Alexandre Pepin
Alexandre Pepin: Went there 3 different times and as usual no service at all unless you buy a bike from them. Last time I went it was for a flat tire. The employee proposed to inflate it which I told him again it is a flat tire that need to be fix. He look at me and said "so you expect me to fix it? Sorry but you need to take an appointment and there's nothing available for the next 2 weeks" !!!Don't go there, don't spend your money there they are expensive and arrogant. If you're not a pro they won't even talk to you. There is better shop that would be please to make business with you. Not them...
Tiffany Chin
Tiffany Chin: I was in the market for a gravel bike and stumbled upon Sidesaddle's bike survey where they help match you up with the bike of your dreams/ budget etc. I didn't end up getting a gravel bike from them but thought I'd support local and liked how swift of a reply I got from the bike survey so I brought my road bike in. professional and honest work; and my road bike rides so smooth! thanks sidesaddle team! :)
Adam D
Adam D: I emailed in inquiring about a bike, Alex responded quickly and was very helpful with suggestions and alternatives. Although I did not end up purchasing a bike there ( only due to availability ) It was a great experience and I will stop in for anything else bike related that I need in the future
M Rod
M Rod: I have neither been to the shop nor talked to the staff but I wanted to give support simply for being responsive to my stock request. Andrea quickly shot me an email recommending their sister shop Flat Fix had stock and that she would cc my request. After confirming a successful purchase we touched base and she was very encouraging. I really need to stop by Sidesaddle now (with my new bike). Thank you for the help Andrea!
Taras Baker
Taras Baker: Lucia provided some incredible and thorough advice for getting on a gravel bike and bikepacking!
Matt Stonkus
Matt Stonkus: Chatted with them over email, staff was friendly and gave me great advice.
Gloria
Gloria: Been here many times. The last tune up ($280) they wrecked my bike. Went back for a warranty fix and they wrecked it again. Ended up getting brand new parts.Sad to see the quality of work isn’t what Sidesaddle used to be.Update:Sidesaddle called me at 9pm on a Saturday and asked me to remove this post.It is quite the invasion of privacy to access my phone number on my profile to sensor their reviews.I wish Sidesaddle the best, they got some cool stuff and some very nice people that work there. But unfortunately my experience has come to a bitter end.
David J
David J: Excellent work on my bike! Their booking system is so easy and the staff are helpful and friendly. This was my second visit. I really trust their recommendations. I will definitely be back again!
Anna Docherty
Anna Docherty: Do yourself a favor and resist the urge to shop local. Just save yourself the headache and order your bike online. It will be much less effort in the end.
Wes Bartlett
Wes Bartlett: Thank you heaps for helping my sorry butt out in the rain outside winter hours. Yall are so kind and will definitely be back!
Kaan Williams
Kaan Williams: My bike came back from servicing looking beautiful and ready for big rides. I appreciated the clear recommendations and reasons for maintenance items and the swift, courteous communication all through the process.
Skye Peterson
Skye Peterson: Every time I’ve gone here they’ve been so rude, pretentious and not helpful at all. My mom went it one time just to ask a quick question about her bike and they went straight to saying she has to book an appointment online and the waitlist is 3 weeks, and wouldn’t even speak to her.. I went in asking a few questions today and they made me so uncomfortable, like I didn’t know anything, and they were soo not helpful. I feel like they’re trying too hard to be some sort of high end, fancy bike shop?! But it’s coming off as just an unwelcoming, pretentious place to be in. I live just upstairs so I’ve given them multiple chances, thinking maybe it was just a bad day but I’ve never had a good experience here and I won’t be going back. Sorry to leave this review, I don’t usually leave bad reviews but you guys really need to make a change in your customer service.
Seymur Dadashov
Seymur Dadashov: Booked a 'saddle library' session for my partner to find a seat for her new bike. The Saddle Library appointment is something that I have not seen offered at other bike shops in Vancouver and essentially lets you try as many of the saddles as you want. Part of the booking fee goes towards paying the saddle which is great.Cassey and Lucia patiently helped us for more than 2 hours taking on and off over 5 different seats as well as letting us test ride them around the block adjusting each one to our liking (fore/aft position & angle). The staff was very knowledgeable about narrowing down the saddle options to one that eventually was perfect for my partner.Would highly recommend investing in this session if you are struggling to find a saddle that suits your butt and want to save the time of running back and forth between bike shops buying and returning seats each time.
Amédée Beaudoin
Amédée Beaudoin: Purchased my bike here 2 years ago, got a great fit, and refitted this year. It makes such a difference to feel good on your ride. Great staff, very knowledgeable. Appreciate the care and attention under covid time to health regulations. Thanks sidesaddle!
Chandana Kondapalli
Chandana Kondapalli: The minute my family walked in, the staff mentioned that they only sell high end bikes ($2k) here, even before he knew what we came in for. Terrible attitude and I would say not inclusive at all. We went here hoping to support local business! Never again!
Eduardo Eribert
Eduardo Eribert: It's ok...
Ali C.
Ali C.: Staff very unfriendly,

Bicicletta Vancouver: what do users think?
Marinus Waterberg
Marinus Waterberg: I brought my P2 in for a warranty frame issue back in October 2022. Now it is late April 2023 and after 6 months I am now taking the replacement frame, which has been with them for months, elsewhere to be built up. The service and communication, or more accurately lack of communication, has been worse than anywhere I’ve experienced before. I’d give them 0 stars if possible. Worst retail experience I’ve ever had!
troi whalen
troi whalen: Was in Vancouver riding this past weekend and needed a hangar and service on my Cervelo Aspero, the staff were awesome, got my bike in and done quickly and got me back out riding. Highly recommend !
上官河
上官河: General services and employees are mostly good. Unfortunately, the bad part is the worst.
Maxime Guérette
Maxime Guérette: Ordered bike parts on march 22, received them on the east coast of Canada less than 7 days after. Products were in good condition, one box was a bit damaged but didn't affected the disc rotor which was mint. Super easy to follow the shipping process with the Shop app, would recommend!
Ron T.
Ron T.: Helly provided incredible bikepacking suggestions despite not carrying certain stocked items.
Tom DD
Tom DD: Five star for the return and warranty service team. Fast responding and convenient method to get warranty service. Quick respond and friendly reminder
W St
W St: I’ve only dealt with bicicletta online, and I can say they have treated me like a valued customer every time. When I purchased a bike, from the initial consultation, and 2 warranty claims (not their fault), all of my concerns have been addressed. They also have a great selection, even when things were difficult to find, they always had what I needed. From pedals to pads, I could find what I was looking for. Thank you!
Andres Perdomo
Andres Perdomo: After years of searching, lack of inventory and overpriced bikes, I decided to give them a chance. Although I love all the bike shops in Calgary none could guarantee they could get the bike that met my budget and needs. After searching online, I found that bicicletta had the bike I was looking for. I quickly contacted them and Cam replied right away, then Josh answered all my questions in regard to fitting and such. He even took the time to transfer my measurements to the bike to ensure it was the right fit. After making sure it was the right size, we then customized the handle bars and stem. I was a bit nervous about the shipment, but the bike showed up in about 5 days after we prosses the order, one day before Christmas! All I literally did was to raise the seat and just like that my bike fit like a glove. I'm very pleased with their service, workmanship and speed. I highly recommend them! Thank you Josh for all your help and going the extra mile.
W W
W W: Bought a few items from them, good price and good products but for the brand, the shipping is horrendous. I have stuff from Assos in Switzerland shipping faster than from Vancouver to Toronto. Asking questions to the chat reveal only 1/2 answers. Was told that a discounted product did not qualify for free shipping but doing a search, saw it was on their discount site with lo and behold free shipping... Surprised since they market themselves as a premium experience...
William Knowles
William Knowles: Asked to have a full overhaul on my DA Di2 bike. Was told they don’t work on bikes they haven’t sold!? Very underwhelming, but mostly expected. Bike shop, they are not!
Scott Surridge
Scott Surridge: Bought a smart bike trainer from them online. The trainer arrived quickly but had an issue. A quick email to them and they jumped to fix the problem. This is exactly the type of service every business should be providing to their customers. Very happy I purchased from Bicicletta and will be buying from them again.
Benjamin Sharpe
Benjamin Sharpe: This place is awesome. Just moved to Vancouver and I’ve been to this shop twice. The staff are super friendly and really care about you. They give great advice and never try to push their products but instead help you with anything even if the solution is recommending another shop. Cant say enough about how impressed I am with their customer service. I will definitely be coming back and giving them my business.
Ben Dhiman
Ben Dhiman: Used to love the shop when they had a walkin store. COVID helped them change there business model. I personally don’t like that, I used to enjoy going in and chatting, buying bike parts and getting my bikes assembled by them. They have some of the best mechanics and knowledgeable staff. Even meet these guys riding their bikes around town. Would of given them 5 stars but online part kills it as if I wanted an online store and delivery I have other online stores I can get the same services. I miss the beautiful in store set up.
Kim Mackie
Kim Mackie: Thank you Helly! Bicicletta Vancouver had a great selection of different manufacturers helmets and sizes including Specialized, Lazer, POC, Kask, Abus, Smith and (another I can't name). Helly had great product knowledge and was familiar with the different fits of the various helmets and the ratings by Virginia Tech. I'm very happy with my final choice, a Lazer G1 Mips, replacing my older Scott mips helmet. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and patience demonstrated by Helly.
k's
k's: Staff is usually very nice and friendly, website is full of great gear and equipment. Unfortunately I have been having a very hard time in the last 2 years to find anything that is actually available to buy. Everything is constantly sold out, even seasonal stuff is never available, I can't buy long winter gear in the summer as its out of season and the moment its in season, its sold out! Seriously guys, this is getting ridiculous.
Julian
Julian: I had placed an order to be picked up at the Broadway location. My experience was absolutely fantastic. The lad who helped me was extremely jolly and professional. I didn’t grab his name but just want to say thanks if you get a chance to read this. You would know who are and just wanted to say that it’s refreshing to have this type of customer service today.
Scott Wildash
Scott Wildash: After a rough start to our relationship that didn't really have much to do with one single person, but more so some challenges the store was having overall, I can happily report that these people are genuinely sick and have a sincere interest in customer service and making sure their customers are hyped. I'll be a customer for life now, what more could either party ask for?
Deanna Skura
Deanna Skura: If I could give Bicycletta 0 stars, I would. I have made 2 separate purchases from them online. The first order was some grip tape for my bike— this order was fine, no problem. My second order was a set of Garmin power meter pedals— which cost around $950. I ordered through Bicycletta because they are Canadian and it would ship from within Canada. I received the pedals quickly and there were no issues with the product itself, but they were not compatible with my crankset, so I requested a return. Things went quickly downhill from here… The return was approved and I was responsible for shipping them back myself… no problem. I mailed them back and they were received by Bicycletta on September 26. I was advised 7-10 days for a refund… no problem… except… 10 days passed and I heard nothing. I reached out and they advised me that they encountered an error in their POS system and couldn’t process the refund. They did not contact me or make any effort to try to resolve this error. Turns out their staff just didn’t know how to do a refund and just… didn’t? This is obviously extremely concerning given that it was a $950 item and they made it seem like I was SOL because they don’t know how to navigate their own online order system. They left it up to ME to contact the company that THEY USE as a point of sale. The refund was finally processed today… almost a month later after a million emails to try and get it resolved. The entire process was extremely frustrating because there is no phone number to call. They have an online chat but it is only for sales, no one could help me with a return. I found their email turnaround time was slow and at some points they just didn’t respond at all. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After my terrible experience, I looked at their FB page and found MANY other reviews with similar circumstances… Buyer BEWARE… it’s a gamble with Bicycletta! Only spend what you are willing to lose because even though this is a legitimate brick & mortar store… if there are any issues with the product you might not get your money back!!!
Douglas Woolcock
Douglas Woolcock: Great place to shop. Very knowledgeable staff and super fast shipping.
Theo Giannopoulos
Theo Giannopoulos: Can't give them a zero. A $2800 shipment was lost and still waiting for a refund. If you order from them and something goes wrong good luck. Support at first ignored me then they ignored PayPal. I contacted my bank and then they reached out. They seem to not be able to listen to customer input or they just are being passive about actually wanting to help. 5 days and still no solution. Do not get upset with them for not helping, I responded to a vague email in all caps, because they consider that abusive and toxic.

A Fulton: Great experience w/ Bici. While I live outside of Vancouver, I consistently choose to order my gear from Bici given their great selection, price point, service and quick shipping. I really appreciate being able to rely upon quick turn-around times, even when items must be sent by mail. Great team, great gear, great prices!
