When I showed my interest in a particular watch, the guy didn't even take out the display model for me. Arrogant and ignorant are the best to describe people there. Got way better service at other authorized Omega dealers.

nehaz hirji: Called in for a watch, spoke to calvin who was very pleasant and confirmed they had it in stock. Got to the store and was greeted by the doorman. So far a pleasant experience. Then Eza comes out and gives a look up and down( looking at what i’m wearing)…. fyi it was gucci. so no idea what her issue was. she was very rude and un pleasant. she passed me off to Jorge who was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly and spoke about the watch with apt of knowledge. As i was about to pay via debit, Eza comes circled around and wants to check my id with my debit card. My debit doesn’t have my name on it, it’s blank. Again she was very very rude. I will not be dealing with Eza the next time i go into Omega, only will be dealing with Jorge. I have also written a letter to Omega head office to inform them about my experience with Eza!

When the watch arrived, there was a minor manufacturing issue that the manufacturer would not fix, but Raz took care of it himself! I could not have asked for a better customer experience and I will always come back for my watches in the future.

Don Mah: Happen to be at Oakridge so went in thinking they must know what they're doing and they probably do, but $69+tax for a battery and install for my TAG2000 model??? There's mark-up, and then there's just take you to the cleaners mark-up. I usually go downtown where it's $20. Goes to show you have to ask first about pretty much everything in life I feel, even a simple watch battery. Now six months later the dial to change the time does not work at all...coincidence? Maybe, but I would not recommend them. Lesson: once you find a trusted place, stay with it.

Consequently, I settled on a Tudor Black Bay, a great watch. I highly recommend checking out Rodeo for your future watch purchases!

Steffi: Dishonest watch maker who claim can change the battery for my Chopard Happy Diamond but not at all. He had a very difficult time closing the case, it took him 2 days. And the watch was still not working. I had to take it to another watch maker who only took 30 mins to fix it.
Ben Fok: Was there, nov 23rd, 2019 at 3pm. the asian sales lady was nice and I was looking at a FC watch ($4k). I wanted to ask if we can swap the SE watch that comes with a model boat for another FC watch. The so-called manager didn't even have the patience to speak to me. Came, listened abruptly, said "no, no", then walked away. Didn't even get the actual details of the conversation. I hardly think "no, no" was actual service. I'm going to walk over next door to Pasquale's shop (monte) and get a rolex instead. good luck rodeo. thanks for saving me $4k from your incompetence.

Hayoung Jeong: I was looking for a luxury watch for my fiancée and I am very fortunate that I met Raz. He educated me on the different types and brands they carried, and carefully listened to my reactions, then finalized a few candidates. From there, we find the perfect one! What I really appreciated about him was his sincerity, he was attentive without being pushy. Honestly, I also went to Hublot, and the experience was not pleasant. So, I am happy to say that walked away with the best purchase, but also had the best experience.

G-Force: My wife and I went to this Breitling Boutique looking for the B50 Cockpit Night Mission. Learnt that it's a rare piece and no longer in production. We were assisted by Di and he showed us the Chronospace Military that was closest to what I had in mind. However it wasn't the B50. Di asked for a day or two, to try and source the watch, and 2 days later, he informed us that he was able to find a piece half-way across the globe.The watch finally arrived at the boutique and had a great experience at the store with Di and his colleague. Di then further helped us get another strap that was out of stock and production!!Overall we're very pleased with Di and the experience.

I came in to get a watch serviced and polished as it had been neglected for many years. Quote was on point, service was promised and delivered over and above. There were lots of red flag when I saw him n his place but I always like to give the underdog a chance.I left him my omega watch my father left me n he’s giving me more excuses than u can shake a stick at not able to complete the watch. JE MacPhail: Peculiar business, unreliable hours and communication, suspect technical ability is limited. First impression was that it might be an eccentric but competent operation. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Wrong decision. I left 2 watches for battery changes, clear communication that they would be ready for me to pick up the next day. Never heard from them. Tried for 8 hours (!) to make contact, including going to the building but it appeared nobody was home -- the business is run out of an unmarked apartment. There was no way of leaving phone message (I tried 15 times over the 8 hours) and, no useful response to email. Finally at 8 pm I went back as I needed to catch a ferry. Was able to make contact through a ground floor window. They gave an impressive scope of bizarre excuses for their extremely poor business practices. Other reviews also mention weird "explanations". With some persuasion I was able to ransom my watches (without new batteries) through the window. Next step would have been police. Caveat emptor.

Not only Mohamed fixed my lock, but he did an excellent job with polishing and washing my watch very professionally. He also explained to me how to do it without getting any water in. They are so unorganized that he had all of my watches with backs off and with pieces removed sitting on an office chair pushed under the counter. This story can go on with more details, but suffice to say, I took back my watches literally in pieces in a plastic baggy. I took them elsewhere and had them all put back together within 60 mins. DO NOT BRING YOUR WATCHES HERE!!!!
