Ms Rigoso: Nice full service campground close to Vancouver.
Niko Nesin: I visit my friend who lives there, it's a nice and quiet area, some common areas are outdatedRestrooms: Could be cleaned betterDog-friendliness: There's a nice trail next to river, where many people take their dogsPicnic area: A small picnic area, with small playground, well kept
David Schwab: High price, low value,No wifi, small sites, poor services.Noisy, unfriendly to pets.
joe smith: It's the luxurious camp site at a reasonable price. Yes, I would stay there if I'm visiting the lower mainland with my rv. Convenient and close to everything at a good price. RV hotel!
Karin Vaars: Geweldig RV park.Alles is er en superschoon.Erg vriendelijk personeel
Jennie Primor: Great place to stay.Had flying bugs in the trees and they get into our motor home ....took us 6 months to get rid of them.
Matthew Beck: Made the mistake in staying with these clowns last summer.Just a fair warning, if you have Alberta license plates or an animal don't bother with this place. My recommendation is to go to Anmore. Skip this place completely.
Bernard Kittikhoun: Loved the place. Good receptionist. Ahmed was the best host out there. Thanks for the amazing experience!
Kathy Schmidt: Thank you for hosting our family. This a beautiful park with privacy hedges between sites. Thank you to Shawn in the office and Kim for your gracious hospitality.
Jennifer Batchoun: Owner is way too strick and the lots are tiny.
Phil G: Best location to stay in Vancouver, the camping is next to Burnaby lake with more than 10k trail. Also very close to Production University station, Sky train terminal of the Expo line going to famous Gastown area of downtown VancouverThe camping is very well maintained and offers all services, convenient store, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, gas tank delivery and so on.Weekly rates apply during winter, which is great
Remy van Geene: Prima camping voor campers. Wel kleine plekken. Leuk dat er een zwembad is.
David: RULES RULES RULESThey threatened to call Child protective services for the kids putting their feet in the hot tub, which they could only have noticed by watching their spy cameras in the pool area.Creepy people
Daniela Jacob: Durften mit unserem Camper Wassertanks entleeren, gegen Bezahlung. Freundliches Personal.
alan francis: Pitch small. Very noisy with the motorway on one side and the railway on the other, not very good it you are a light sleeper. Didn't use the amenities so can't comment on them
Lois Beck: If you have pets this is not the campground for you. Even though they say the are pet friendly there rules are not friendly. The only time you can have your pet outside your rv is if they are attached to a leash and attached to your arm. No fences, tethers or kennels! Not very humane! Not sure why they just don’t say “No Pets Welcome”.
Kun Chang: privacy is excellent. each space has a screen tree. well maintained. has all your needs in the RV park.Dog-friendliness: near the walking trail for dog walking.

Amy Rae: Staff were not friendly or very helpful. Showers were average and toilets were not very clean. No cooking facilities, overall campground is looking a bit tired.Very close to highway, so a bit of road noise. The laundry was nice and new.If you are here for a couple of days, it is ok.
Kelley Vice: I don't want to leave a bad review, just help people know what to expect. This RV park is right smack in downtown Vancouver between the Capilano River and the freeway. It is not picturesque and there is a notable paucity of wildlife. The spots are narrow, but flat and level as advertised. It is within easy walking distance of a cinema and other downtown attractions, and if you are working nearby for a while it would be a perfect spot for your trailer. If you're looking for nature, this isn't it. Friendly, polite staff, and our hookups were totally reliable (Wi-Fi was not the best, but that's not unusual). Ingress is a tricky 180-degree turn from a narrow bridge.

Mike Duhaime: First of all: Huy chexw !What an awesome location. You are downtown, 5 min walk to malls :) Full service, all hook ups. Spaces are tight..it's downtown, not a Provincial Park! So you have all the amenities that go with Downtown, but without paying big hotel rates. It's Right on main bike trails that take you to harbor, downtown,Stanly Park, and west Vancouver. We cycled to the Capilano suspension bridge....beautiful place. It was so nice to meet Squamish nation people. Very friendly. I loved watching them fish in the water beside the campsite. They did it the way their ancestors fished, thousands of years ago. The seals came each day to try and snatch some of the fish they caught. It was amazing to see these wild seals swimming in streams. We are definitely going back in 2023 and hope to explore more of Vancouver. We biked to Stanly Park easily and spent the day exploring. Cant wait to travel back from Ontario again.Thank you for letting us stay at you're awesome RV park!
Janie Jane Bigmore: Winter bliss. No snow . lovely hot tub. Great staff
Robert Jordan: Elitist smug disrespectful settler wannabees. Told me on a Friday my camper was too old (87 Lil bigfoot that I drive x country twice per year, well maintained and still made under the armadillo name in BC, stay at campgrounds all over north america) told me to fill out an application because he didn't work there and was only filling in because of a funeral, to come back next Tuesday.... which I did....and when I mentioned my condolences about a funeral staff don't even know about a funeral. Pretty sad to use the old funeral story...not only disrespectful to the dead but also paying customers. But they're right, it's private property. I don't mind leaving who wants to be around a bunch of smug elitist losers.

Alvita Starr: I enjoy because it is friendly quiet and close to stores
Asi Sa: Expensive tickets but an enjoyable experience.
Nasim permanent makeup: Expensive tickets but an enjoyable experience.

Mike van der Velden: Great place to camp. Shelter needs a broom for sweeping and pit toilet will need sanitizer.
Glenn Johnston: Awesome site for larger groups bring your youth groups, scouts or guides up here. Good shelter with stove. Great for winter camping and lots of tobogganing and hiking abs snowshoeing.
Lakhveer Singh: Car hear cars ..but not a big deal ... We didnt realize how big the site is. Has various camping locations depending on if u want to sleep under stars or under trees.
Tinker Jin: Nice cozy place to gather, but nowhere to wash and use water.
Emil Gagnon-Girard: lovely
Larry Offley: Camping in the snow was awesome trails nearby to take the scout on.
G Jarman: Great area, beautiful hikes to go on with my friends and my scout troop.
Winston Sun: Is a good place to go for a youth retreat but don't expect that much from it. The actual cabin is far from the parking lot and you have to use an outhouse.
Jackson Chen: Not really high enough to have consistent weather...
Matthew Jordan: Love this group campsite when the snow is deep and the snowshoeing is good.

Helena: I visited this park with family and friends by yacht on 22 January, 2023. The natural environment is mysterious and beautiful and covered with green woods even though it is winter. There is a wonderful waterfall that has plenty of water. The scenery from different angles is great and we had a great time in the park. It is said another bigger waterfall is not far away, but we couldn’t find it. I am going to visit the park again.
Conchita Alvero: Absolutely BEAUTIFUL 😍

Radek Jenc: Nice quiet spot.
Pete H: Nice park but would be even nicer if it had a road from Coquitlam in
Lars Schwanebeck: Very remote, very beautiful. Need a proper offroad vehicle to safely access. Boat dock there, can see the Wigwam Inn across the water. Gorgeous views.

LL: Amazing place to camp for a night. We took our inflatable kayak and had good fun. I’ll be back to this place one day.
KS B: Public park. Nice island to visit in the summer.
R Galls: An hours paddle from Deep Cove by kayak. The dock on the east side makes for an easy launch and land regardless of the tide but you do need to bring your kayaks up and out of water/dock.Plenty of tent pads and a pretty high tech composting toilet, the best part is that it is free due to being a provincial park but can be busy especially on summer weekends. All year camping means you can find quiet days in spring, fall & winter.Beautiful views of the arm! ⛰️
Danny Y: Small island tucked away, accessible only by watercraft. Very cool place to visit. “Climb” (just a few feet really) and enjoy the view. But you’ll get swarmed by flies.
Christin R: Went for a camping by a boat . Such a great place if it was sunny. It was raining the night we got there . Great place .
Michael Rayne: Easy access with indianarmauxiliary.caBring water
Peter Jokan: Beautiful place, must visit. You can rent a kayak at the Belcarra Park. From there you have to kayaking about 1.5 hours (5.5km each way). The scenery it's beautiful along the shore. The islands are amazing! There is a small bay between the islands with shallow and warm water (see picture below)

lal mann: Great views and the roads always clean in the winter park does a great job maintaining the mounting.
Char M: Always a great time at Cypress 👍
Eloho S. Sido: Really good ample free parking. During busy days it can be difficult to find parking but don’t give up, a lot of people arrive there before you and there’s bound to be an empty spot for you. The hiking trail just by the ski lifts are free entry, so you can go snowshoeing for free when it snows. Just remember to pick up a free pass by the lodge to gain entry.
Bella Chung: Clean and good facilities around
Joan Zennstrom: Excellent. Staff very helpful.
bhuvan chaturvedi: Great views. Nice place to do skiing.
Laraina: It's beautiful anytime of year. Ski packages available for gift giving. Have fun and bring you're camera.

Kartar Singh: Best place to go for after work walk or just enjoy sunset with your friends and family.
Kelsey D: Great park, one of my favorites - west is the upbeat party, mid-beach is the sports (volleyball and basketball) and east is the quiet(er) park.
Kevin: Great place. Dog friend on the grass part, not on sand part.Nice view. It's very nice here. Parking can be pain.
Gagandeep Dewal: Good summer crowd......Very crowded .
Rebeca Ramírez: In fine 🙂
Aaron P: Busy on good days, packed on great days, and for good reason.Gorgeous mirror view to that of English Bay but less touristy. Many activity facilities, including basketball courts & fitness equipment. But also a looong tracts of land with cool grass-fronts interspersed that are excellent spots for any kind of play. Great for adults and children. And even more I'm sure!
Duke D: Very nice evening with friends; sunset picnic. Decent parking. Play areas. Sandy beach area. Grassy areas with some trees for shade. Popular place. Ship watching from shore.Playground: There are a few.Restrooms: Flush toiletsRelatively cleanRunning water to wash
Saeid Golbidi: Very beautiful, needs more washrooms.
Juan Hernandez: Nice place to relax and set up a towel and lay on the sand or grass whichever you prefer. There are all kinds of people going to Kits beach. There always something for everyone. The stand near Kits pool serves a lot of overpriced goodies for you to enjoy. If you want a meal, the boathouse restaurant is good for lunch and dinner. At times you will also find fruit vendors selling food at the beach. However the best thing at Kits is to sunbathe and people watch. Everyone is always trying to get a good tan or showing off their bodies in the latest swim gear. You see all kinds of body shapes and sizes. From families with new babies or toddlers as well as young and older people is a good mix to enjoy. The volleyball nets have games ranging from the novice to strong competitors. A good mix and fun to watch.Kits beach has it all for sun lovers. But be careful and bring sun screen or you will be a crispy sun worshiper.Restrooms: Always busy when the sun is out. The mens moves quickly but the line on the women's is always long.Picnic area: Nice area for a picnic. There are a few tables so come early.
woo jung park: Very nice place and quiet crowded many people! But it's worth it to visit if you are travel in Vancouver
shenny m: Clean
Nicolas Felipe Ramirez Sarmiento: Lovely place to see the sunset, some folks with music, volleyball camp, the public park. It has a decent washroom, restaurant and a convenience store.
farzod darzi: Lovely beach with volleyball courts, playgrounds and picnic space. Can get fairly busy in summer.
Reid Perepeluk: Best beach by far in Vancouver if your 19-26 years old I highly recommend it and if your looking for a good time on a sunny day.
Graham Traynor: Playground: Awesome place
Janet Robertson: The beach is perfect for hanging out, theres basketball hoops, kids playground, the boathouse restaurant, and the regular beach concession for fish and chips and burgers. Amazing sunset views. Enjoy!
Ashish Lorenz: Nice place to visit on a sunny and hot days.
Nils Manegold: Super aber manchmal sehr voll
