I bought a bed frame with draws and they have been completely badly fixed and falling apart. I do highly not recommend this business at all. Please be advise. Unfortunetly there is no under zero staro i could have given minus 10 stars to this business.
River Caza: Furniture is fine but the instructions are very bad and you’ll most likely be missing parts on orders. Got a bed with no way to attach the headboard. Got a sofa with arms that are trying to be too clever. They don’t slot in. Put away 2h per piece of furniture you buy for assembly and the wet wood used make screwing things in difficult. I was I paid more and had less of a headache. Also forgot boxes twice so the delivery was actually 3 visits
Nina Petrovova: I’ve bought a sofa from this store earlier this year. After only 5 months, the seam on the chaise broke. After a couple of months of back and forth, the store has sent a repair man. The repair has ruined the sofa and on the top of that, it broke after a few days. The store has been ignoring my emails, phone calls and even a visit so now I have a sofa I can’t use without further damaging it. I’ve never had a worse experience with a customer service.
Qudsiya Afaq: The product was positioned to be very good quality but once its deliver within two day its started giving me hard time. I bought one king size bed and sofa. And both of them is worthless. I had called to the store within two days of purchase to inform if we can exchange and get it fixed or returned if not fixed as it we have been told it has 30 days return policy at the time of buying the product. The store denied and ignored my request even after reaching couple of time. I paid assemble fee as well for both the product. At the end they stop picking up my call and ignored the request. I had to keep both the product as i cant do much and tired of chasing. Every time I use my sofa cum bed it get closed automatically which hurted someone as well.It was really scary. So we stoped expanding the sofa to bed and using just to sit(not to get harm again). Unfortunately, I have to write to beware of before buying. Please buy the product very cautiously.

Also threw in a lovely gift for my trouble. Thank you!Very uncomfortable delivery experience. Delivery guys wanted $40 cash to set it up for me and wouldn’t take e-transfer or a payment through the store. Obviously under the table but when I didn’t have the cash they tried to convince me to leave them in my apartment and go ask neighbours or my building manager to borrow money. This was very unprofessional and made for a highly uncomfortable experience.

Further, the delivery service was earlier than expected, but they waited almost an hour for us to arrive and carried our purchase into the apartment in a professional and effective manner. Hannah D: We just came by here no more than 30 mins ago. Upon walking in, we got hit by the strong smell of cigarettes in the store. Mind you, I am not sensitive to smells but it was bad. No one was there, so we just went around and looked at some furnitures we were interested in. The prices were good compared to the ones I saw online, and I was genuinely interested in their storage beds and sectionals. When someone finally came out of the back, he just stood there and stared at us. I was checking out a couch, so I didn't realize a man was there until my boyfriend mentioned it. No hi, no hello, nothing. Not a good first impression of the place. Needless to say, I will not come here again and would rather take my business elsewhere. If that is how they treat potential customers (or lack, thereof), I cannot imagine how they would treat one after purchasing furniture from them. Keep that in mind.

Gina Chang: STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!! I regret not listening to the advice of all the online reviews of EQ3. We always enjoy browsing the EQ3 shop on Granville because of the nice aesthetics and presentation. We bought this coffee table last September (reg price $699), and it was wobbly from day 1 after it was assembled. We tried tightening the screws but it'll only stay a bit less wobbly for one day, and then return to the same wobbliness. We didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it and searching for another coffee table so decided to live with the wobbliness.6 months later, the table collapsed ON ITS OWN. The photo shows the crooked leg (it's supposed to stand straight on the floor). Customer service wanted us to film a video of it so I did, and while I was showing how wobbly it was, another leg BROKE spontaneously and I burst out laughing in my video.Now the customer service claims we put "extra force/weight" on it that caused it to break so they won't do a refund. Honest to God, at most we put cups of coffee or dessert plates on it on a day to day basis. I really regret not returning it right away on day 1. By the way, the customer service phoneline NEVER picks up your call, it just always leads straight to a voicemail. We are very disappointed and hope EQ3 can just give us back the money we spent on a piece of furniture that doesn't even stand up right.

The did not use high pressure sales tactics - they explained the product, answered all of my questions and gave me time to ponder my purchases before signing. Now just waiting for the sofas to arrive!

Ivy Chan: We have a 5 seat Oskar sectional couch, we love this couch so much and ended up buying the headrests for it. We figured such a reputable company would create high quality products that would be worth the $3500 we paid for it. We are exceptionally clean and never eat on our couch, and yet somehow the headrests have rusted into our couch. Now why would a $235 headrest start rusting when there is no water involved whatsoever? Upon contacting support apparently rust is not covered under protection. Which I guess makes sense BECAUSE WHY WOULD AN INDOOR HEADREST START RUSTING IN THE FIRST PLACE? I’m so confused and frustrated. I’ve been recommending this place to all my friends and literally my entire circle of friends own the same couch. My whole living room is eq3 and after that ridiculous phone call with support, I just have no words any more.

Carolyn Dunn: My friend recommended this place to me for the best and coolest sheets in town! Finally splurged on a beautiful duvet cover and sheet set. I had SO many questions and wanted style/colour advice and Charlotte was amazing! It was so fun looking at all the options and pairing colours together. She was super knowledgable and patient and I got really into it! I'm really pumped for how my bed will look (I'm going for lunar landing vibes with Mercury marble and mushroom-colour compliments)! I still need to grab some matching pillow cases for my extra pillows but can't say enough how these look! I know they will wear in well too. Great service and product! 3

They can be a little starchy (“scratchy” to the unenlightened) at first, but after a few washes they soften up quite considerably. My oldest sheet is almost like silk! They’re so cozy and warm, but I’m never too hot or sweating through the fabric.The versatility and range of colours made in this shop is amazing!! Did you know everything is sewn by one person?? You can’t get more local than that. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and can answer so many technical questions about fabric, linen, fibre, and bed dressing. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to better their bedroom.

Eric Kirstein: I've bought three king size duvet covers within the past couple years from Bed. The cotton is great quality, seems to get better with age. The zippers on the duvet covers are terrible though. Two out of the three have broken and the third doesn't look like it has much longer. The oldest duvet I have from them which was purchased over 10 years ago is great, the zipper works just as well as it did when first purchased so something has changed in recent years. For the price they charge, everything should be top quality.

We don't even live in Vancouver anymore but we either visit/order once a year to get new bedding. The sheets and duvet covers are sturdy and hold up well to many years of washing. It's always fun to go into the shop and come up with new color combinations. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. All in all we love to support bed.

My sister likes to (and I quote), "dive into colour", and I go for the more subtle tones (she'll fweak when she hears I chose the raw unbleached, undyed duvet cover, but she'll definitely approve of the plum pillow covers). Go to BED. I highly recommend it.

Dadazoid: Horrendous customer service and warranty support. Bloom mattresses are extremely cheaply made. Mine is five years old and coming apart because of the lumbar section. They won't honour the warranty because it's slightly dingy, and they say it's unsanitary. Will never buy a bed from them ever again.

Isadora Costa: Worst service!Initially, bought a matress for $2249 I had an employee discount for $500. During the 100 night policy, I went to exchange my matress for another that costs $2299. They made me pay for my coupon and the difference ($550). So I completly lost my employee benefits during the process even though the matress were only $50 apart in value and I was within the 100 night policy.I have been contacting costumer service for days and everyone says they can't help me.Plus, they called me to confirm my matress delivery for Dec 20th but it never arrived and nobody contacted me. I have contacted them after a few days and that it was never put on the truck for delivery, now I am getting my mattress 8 days later. I don't recommend!

In short, best experience the two of us have had as a couple in a store in six years, lol, not joking. Joshua is extremely good at his job. Give this man a raise. No regrets on our pillows. M B: I bought a brand new Bed bug proof mattress encasement for $180 (they're about $50 on amazon) from here on the condition that if I open the packaging I can't return it. When I took the encasement out of the packaging I noticed a large opening at the seam (10 inches or 20cm). I took it back to the store for an exchange since they wouldn't offer a refund. They gave me an all-plastic mattress cover (covers the top part only) for the same price. This $180 mattress cover is the type that hospitals would put on beds for patients with incontinence; not breathable and is extremely low quality. You'd start sweating after being on it for just a few minutes. I'd recommend buying on amazon if you have time (you can check reviews) or going to the Homesense, Hudson's Bay or elsewhere where they'd offer a proper customer care.

The folks tasked with delivering my bed, however, were impatient and unskilled, caused damage to my stairwell, and were unable to navigate the stairwell without assistance. They actually told me my bed could not be delivered and I had to help them myself in order to get my bed delivered

Ian Smith: This is a followup to my previous posts. Although I still feel that I was misled on the extended warranty that I purchased, I finally was contacted by a very nice lady, A***r, who offered me a comprise of a new bed at a substantial discount. This I accepted and the new bed was delivered and installed in short order. I appreciate A***r reaching out to me, and the issue is now behind us.I posted the following almost 2 weeks ago. Sleep Country replied, showing concern and requested details of my problem. This was immediately emailed to them. In the subsequent 2 weeks and after 2 calls and left messages, there has been ZERO response from Sleep Country. Their actions speak louder than words. They are not interested in responding to customer issues. Be very careful if you are considering buying extended warranty at Sleep Country. or for that matter shopping there period.The following posted on 8 July, 20225 years ago we bought 2 Twin XL Spald Siesta adjustable beds with a 10 year Lifestyle Base warranty. Total cost $5,000. Last November the adjusting mechanism failed on one bed and was eventually replaced after protracted calls. Then immediately after replacement, the weld holding the bracket that engages in the adjusting mechanism failed. Zucora Home, who handles warranty for Sleep Country, under instructions from Sleep Country, refused to correct the problem, saying warranty does not cover the frame (as you can see in photo there is nothing wrong with the frame). So basically we bought an extended warranty, i.e. Lifestyle Base Warranty,that only covered part of the bed, viz the adjusting mechanism only. This we would never have done if this was explained to us at time of purchase. So we're done with Sleep Country. I now shop at Wayfair where we get exceptionally good service and any issues addressed promptly.
Vince Man: My wife and I stopped by the Broadway and Blenheim location to get an idea of what we wanted. Our sales person, Sunday, was amazing. She answered all our questions and gave us a number of options. Afterwards what I appreciated the most was she left us alone and let my wife and I discuss and try those options. We did not feel pressured nor did she hover over us to make us uncomfortable. She gave us the proper space and time to make our decision on our own terms. We love our mattress! Thank you Sleep Country and thank you Sunday for being an amazing sales person.

I didn’t like the mattress she showed me but since she had left, I was unsure where to look. Disappointing as I would have liked to see other mattresses and bed frames. Even when we wanted to try some higher priced mattresses for fun she graciously told us about the mattress knowing that we would most likely not be able to afford it.We left feeling very informed and positive about our experience.Although we opted to purchase a used mattress in the end (again a budgetary measure) we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sleep Country on Blenheim & Broadway and actually would encourage you to make a visit if you are in the market to buy a spring, hybrid, box or memory foam mattress.Thank you Sunday (sorry if the spelling is incorrect!), you deserve this 5 star review.

Mario Iwazaki: We went to Marine Drive store on Dec 17 and bought some stuff there. The sales representative was courteous but mislead us in one item. He explained that the mattress has a test period and can be returned in that time frame, pillows can be returned if not opened the plastic packing but did not mentioned that the bed frame is non-returnable. After the delivery, we had a problem with the bed frame and have contacted the seller, who suggested us to call customer service. Contacting CS they said the bed frame can not be returned due to internal policy… Sleep Country, we would suggest to improve the training of the sales force to explain to customers about all the products they are considering, not only the ones that can be returned. As it happened to us, other customers could be biased in their decision making.
