He is very professional and genuine in suggesting the frames. Unfortunately due to our budget limit we did get our puzzle framed this time, but we will definitely come back again with art pieces that worth the quality here!Another HEARTWARMING moment is that Bill kindly and carefully helped us wrapped our puzzle to protect it from the rain, even though we did not get it framed here. Kelly Taylor: Quality and customer service are amazing! I ordered a set of three custom matboards in "smooth white" for prints I needed bigger frames for. I wanted the matboards to blend in with the prints, which ended up being more off-white than I thought. I emailed them, explained how I choose the wrong colour, and asked to do an exchange. They replied promptly and are sending me the off-white colour free-of-charge. I was so relieved I didn't waste my money. I would absolutely order from them again!

Kassman: Although other reviews applaud this company I would use caution. This company took payment immediately and I waited more than a month for my order. During this time I called numerous times and was given the runaround. Apparently the person who took my order was on vacation. Don’t they have another staff member to handle customer enquires? Apparently not.Bottom line I did not receive my frame nor did I receive a refund. They insisted that Fedex was the delivery company and I should take the matter up with Fedex. It was the courier of their choice and Fedex would not talk to anyone other than the shipper. They made it so that I had no recourse and wasted my time forcing me to deal with Fedex when they created the problem.There is nothing good I can say about this company.I wasted a whole month and lost my money. Go somewhere else as your money is hard earned.

Johanne Cashman: These people are wonderful and their professionalism is second to none. I ordered mats and UV non-glare glass to fit a store bought frame that was supposed to be 16 x 20 inches. The glass didn’t fit, it was just perhaps 1/8 of an inch too large. I went back to the shop with my frame this time and it turns out the frame was not exactly the right size. Despite this, they replaced the glass, cut it while I waited and placed it in the frame, put in new clips and backboard, all without charging me. I will definitely be going back there!

While the moulding, matting and glass combinations are seemingly endless, it’s the practice of active listening, open communication and Gerry’s professional manner, in and of itself, may be why Framagraphic is considered the standard of excellence against which to measure and compare.

Trish: I've had a few prints framed here, the first piece was a limited edition Tokidoki print and I wanted a pink frame for my print. They do such an awesome job here, they recommended a metallic rose gold frame (which compliments the artwork), how much matting I should use for the look I am trying to achieve and what type of glass to protect it from the UV rays. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am so happy with my first print, it is just so beautiful and I love looking at it! When I received another limited edition Tokidoki print for my birthday; I of course, had to come back to Framagraphic to frame the second print. It is so great that they keep client records even if you hadn't been there in a couple of years! Although the original rose gold frame was no longer available, I was able to get another beautiful pink metallic frame which also complimented the artwork! I am so happy with my framed prints, I had all my husband's Star Wars prints framed here as well! I just ordered another Tokidoki print and of course, I will be coming back really soon to get the new one framed from here too! Thanks so much for the customer service, attention to details and recommendations!

I called before Christmas 2021, and was assured that they would be done promptly. NEVER heard anything again. I finally went to store in April 2022, and NOTHING had even been started ? I had multiple pictures to be done, and MORE waiting in the wings....NOTHING even started, and NO contact from store ? I picked up my pictures and have taken them to "Michaels", done in 2 Weeks with EXCELLENT results.

Randy, the owner, artist, and master craftsman takes the time to diplomatically guide the customer through the plethora of choices around what mat, what size, what frame and what glass etc - altogether a pleasurable and educational foray with a truly remarkable end product.
Anny Kyun: Had to get a canvas stretched and Randy gave an approximate quote which was priced higher than what he actually charged in the end because he said it wasn't as complicated as he thought it was going to be. It's refreshing to go somewhere nowadays where it's great service and honest work. I love the end product, canvas looks great and exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

I am super happy with all my pieces so far. Look no further and go check this space out! its pretty cool and worth a visit.Edit: added some photos. The one with the white matte I asked them to dirty the matte so it went along with the theme of the live concerts the album was signed at. The one with the burnt matte was actually burnt. The really long one has fishing lines holding it in place along with some supporting structure that had to be created to hold the album in place. No glue. Photos don’t do them justice. They all look beautiful!

I took my ukiyo-e print to them, and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. It began well: I said "this is special, so I'd like to use the museum quality good stuff" and they said "that's all we ever use," so I knew I was in good hands.The finished product looked terrific (I'd post a pic, but it's under wraps until Christmas) and was, given how busy they are, relatively swiftly done, in about two/three weeks.

p p: Great place to get something framed professionally! We had a soccer shirt that needed reframing the original frame that came with the shirt was very flimsy. Kent was great at showing us options and the final cost. Turnaround was 3 week but we were not in a rush. Final product was great and we can't wait to hang it up!

Bart: I brought in a print to be framed for a Christmas gift at Kent's Framing. The staff were really helpful and recommended some options as they had framed this exact print before. They gave me a price quote and stated it would take about a week. They called and texted to let me know it was ready. They did an amazing job and I was really pleased. Unfortunately, the frame was dropped when it was being hung at home. I brought it back to Kent's for repair. They graciously did not charge anything extra for the repair, which they obviously did not have to do as the damage was my own fault. I would highly recommend Kent's Framing if you want quality work and excellent customer service. I will be returning in the future.

Sophia Romanchuk: I came in for a relatively last minute gift, and the workmanship was incredible. I had three records framed, and they came out exactly as had been discussed and envisioned. Had some small communication issues, but this was to be expected during such an extremely busy holiday rush. The outcome was well worth the wait; impeccable quality and work. The lovely staff even sent me home with a gift certificate for the miscommunications, but I don’t intend on using it as the quality of product is very well worth the price. Thank you!
Scott Greenfield: I brought in a mixed media piece to get framed and was extremely happy with the results. They provided expert service and helped recommend the options that would work best with piece. They went the extra mile to ensure the best results, removing backing from the original mounting and repairing wear on the front. One slight disappointment, there was a decent sized nick on the top part of the new frame. It won't been seen once it's hung, so it's not a huge issue. I would highly recommend them. Edit: they reached out after my issue with the frame and I'm very pleased. Again, cannot recommend enough, great setvice.

The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I had Estrella show me how the lines of the artist could match the lines and curves on the frame. As well, she looked through the mood/ colours of my bedroom and chose a colour to match. The framed painting looks stunning in my room and is definitely what everyone comments on. I just dropped off a second painting with Jonathen and am excited to see how it turns out!
