Fairmont Hotel Vancouver: what do users think?
Sarah Greenwood: An exceptionally modern hotel, room, bar/restaurant - everything you would expect for a very healthy price! Or should I say, top dollar. Amazing experience form the minute we stepped foot on the driveway out front. Exceptionally nice staff, healthy food and delicious drinks. The hotel rooms are like luxury condos, however, the TV's could do with an upgrade.
Jay Joyce '74: Disappointing at best...My wife and I stayed as part of a Regent Cruise Lines off-ship Vancouver excursion. We have stayed at various Fairmont hotels in the past, and always had a great experience. Not this time. After the first evening, we went to breakfast with what we thought was plenty of time to spare. Upon arrival at the Notch8 maitre d's desk, we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait for the breakfast buffet - even though we could see numerous empty seats in the dining room. They explained they were short-staffed. I asked to see the hotel manager, and only the desk manager was present. I expressed my concern, and said that at a minimum, we should have been told when we checked into the hotel to expect delays in breakfast service (because we had a morning time commitment). He was not aware of the problem. When I said that I would like to speak with the General Manager about the problem, he indicated that the GM had not yet arrived, and he did not know when he would. However, he said that he would have the GM contact me. The GM never contacted me.The make-up mirror light in our room was not working upon arrival. The next morning (same day as the breakfast problem) I stopped by the Front Desk, and the receptionist logged in the problem and said they would have it fixed that day. When we arrived back in our room that evening, it still had not been fixed. I called and they said that someone would be up to fix it. An hour later no one had appeared, and I called again. Same response - they'd get someone up to fix it. An hour later, after no one appeared, I went to bed.Next Day - breakfast - no problem - they had opened more space, leading me to wonder why they could not have seated us at an empty seat the day before...?At 8:15 AM, asked to see the manager to discuss my concerns; same desk manager appeared and said that GM was not in yet. I told him about the lack of response regarding the maintenance problem, and that the GM had not contacted me the day before. Polite reaction, but no actionable response on his part. When we left the hotel at 8:30, the GM had still not arrived. We were told by one of the dining staff team that there have been recent cuts in hours. How can this be possible if you're already not providing the level of service that Fairmont guests have come to expect? After three visits to Vancouver over several years - all at Fairmont Hotels - we will NOT stay at this hotel again, and not recommend it to others.
Taylor Rockefeller: Stayed here with my husband and 2 young kids. Very kid friendly without being a "kid" hotel. Room service food was average, and our bathroom was a little small, but the staff was all 10/10 fantastic. We can't wait to stay here again, either as a romantic getaway or as a family-friendly option. Great location with city views. I can't compliment the staff or environment here enough!
Mitchell Edwards: Beautiful Hotel with tons of history.Super friendly and helpful staff.Defiantly recommebd
Geraldine Henry: Our whole trip was a positive experience from before we arrived; to bellhop service, to extra assistance required with AC and figuring out amenities. Our breakfast before departure was top notch. Each staff member was kind and courteous. Thank you for helping us make the most of our little trip for our kids soccer. We always look forward to our time here. Thank you!Safety: Options for shopping and dining our were all close by. It is nice to have the downtown core experience and be safe and comfortable.Walkability: Excellent location for making the most of our time here.Food & drinks: Always love the quality of care that goes into our food while we are here.

Bernard Beck Jr: Had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel as we were getting ready to depart for a cruise. Staff was AMAZING. Will Lin took exceptional care of us during check-in, and was readily available with any assistance that we required during our stay, including being most professional in always calling us by name. The bell and parking staff were also extremely polite and professional. A ten minute walk to the pier and convention center, this location is near anything that you would require including a massive amount of restaurants and bars. The room was fantastic, clean, and we were fortunate (thanks to Will Lin) to get a room with an awesome view of the port.
Matteo Bocci: 4,5 stars. I spent five nights in this hotel for a business meeting. It is impressive how this huge hotel is run in a seemingly effortless fashion. Everything was really good. My room was spacious, clean, with an excellent view. The bed incredibly comfortable, and the service almost impeccable. The only minor point I believe can be improved is the coverage and speed of the Wi-Fi connection. Perfectly located, really convenient to walk pretty much anywhere in the city. Thank you for having me & looking forward to another stay!
Mehsam Sunny: Funny place to work at. They don't hire many people from south America , Asia, middle East , Russia to work in front office , guest services, restaurants and servers.

YWCA Hotel Vancouver: what do users think?
Edmaris Zamora: Amazing location, really close to Robson Street, the train station and the waterfront too. Room and bathroom were clean, nothing extraordinary but with the prices it's really a good option. I liked they provided a lot of towels and toiletries. Pillows were very comfy.Air conditioning worked really well. I'd totally recommend it if you're traveling on a budget. We had the option with private bathroom but I believe they offer even cheaper options for shared bathrooms.
Roshan Kotian: The property is located in a good location. It's minutes away from Stadium-Chinatown station. It's easy to get the bus as well from around the hotel. The Maintenance staff especially the AC repair Mechanic Aguado was very kind. The housekeeping staff is good too.The front desk staff lacks hospitality. It wasn't easy to deal with them. The room I was assigned had AC issues, looks like they never check the rooms before assigning it to a customer and this happened twice during my stay of 5 nights. The final room I was assigned also had a leak under the sink but I never felt like approaching the front desk and telling them about it as they weren't friendly or approachable at all.I was glad my stay was over and would never return to this property again only because of the front desk staff.
Max Giles: Beautiful and clean room with a great view of the city. Located in a great spot in downtown Vancouver and right next to BC Place stadium, this hotel/residence is perfect for anyone visiting the downtown area, but especially for people in town for a sports game or event. The price for our room wasn't cheap, but it was well worth the price. Thank you for the stay, YWCA.Noteworthy details: There were additional showers, bathrooms, and laundry facilities on our floor.
Esther ayeni: Amazing location!!!!! Rooms clean, staff very friendly and safe and right in downtown and close to everything .. quite affordable, too!! I will recommend and use again!!! Enjoyed my stayRooms: Clean and pretty decentNearby activities: Amazing spots located in walkable distanceSafety: Very safeWalkability: You can access many places on foot!
ACE Jalandhar: Very good location, Walking distance from Vancouver coal Harbour (10 min walk), Rooms are very small, Coffee is served at reception in morning, Very Cooperative staff, always ready to listen & provide solution.Rooms: Very Small, but very clean, Washrooms are Good, A Good hotel for Short (1-2 days) stay ,Safety: No access without card, even to reception (after 9 PM)Walkability: Very close to Vancouver Coal Harbour ( 10 Mins walk) , good no of restaurants are nearby, Stadium is 3 mins walk
Natalia Martinez: The location is convinient to do everything walking.Rooms: CleanRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Michelle Teng: I was gonna give this a 5-star review but then housekeeping entered the room even when we had the "sleep in" sign on.I hope they respect the signs the guests put at the door.Rooms: Rooms are spacious and generous.Safety: I did not feel safe when housekeeping went in our room in spite of the sign sleep in is up on the door. I am very particular about housekeeping entering our room during our stay and the fact that they came in regardless of the sign on the door made me feel very unsafe.Walkability: It's in downtown so close to everything.
Josef Votava: I've been living here for 7 months and I had an amazing experience with this hotel! Personal is super nice, they help you with everything, They serve free coffee until 12 am and water with lemon. House Keeping staff is also very nice and friendly, they always smile. The price is perfect for the location, cause there's everything close.I would recommend it for students who are coming to Vancouver for the first time.
David Suero Cobos: Good residence... I have been staying here for a year and a half and they have always helped me in any way they could. Highly recommended :)Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Shannon: This is a wonderful place to stay. I always recommend it to friends and family. It is my first choice when I need a place to rest my head in Vancouver. I like supporting it as it is a social enterprise.
paasha mehboob: Not value for money
Nate Hicks: Horrible company, steals money from someone who booked the wrong day for a stay and refuses to refund even when no services were provided. Greedy company and would not recommend staying with a company with such little flexibility.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More

Victorian Hotel: what do users think?
Alina Lawson: I really enjoyed my stay at the Victorian! The rooms are very clean, bright and beautiful, the staff are super friendly, and the location is central! Only downside is the parking is a bit of a trek away with suitcases in tow, and it's damn near impossible to get out of! I'd recommend offloading your suitcases before going to park.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Romantic, Great value …More
Benjamin Bahmann: The Victorian Hotel in Vancouver is a beautiful old Victorian style Hotel in Downtown Vancouver. The room was clean and I had one with shared bathrooms. I think there where seven rooms on the floor and three bathrooms for private use. There was also a sink in the room.
Willer Foisy: Initially had a misunderstanding with the hotel, but they reached out and made sure things were corrected. A1 customer service.
Jason Godfrey: Great location to services and a very modern take on a classic building. Rooms are beautifully laid out with high ceilings, wooden floors and walk in robes. Very plush and comfortable bed as well.Staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring my stay was fabulous and relaxing. A nice late check-out of 11am as well!

Karen: 2nd time coming here love the convenience of where it is located. Rooms are cute, didn't mind the shared bathrooms either. They accommodated our late checkout request. Only negative is parking area is not designed for trucks, pretty squishy! Overall we love it here and will come again!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Katie brown: We really enjoyed staying here. The shared bathroom situation was easy considering we had a sink in the room. The hotel has so much character and is close to all things down town Vancouver. The allowed us to drop off our bags after flying in but before check in. This aloud us to walk the city and explore with out our luggage. Highly recommend.

Stephanie S: Excellent location, helpful and friendly service. Rooms are a little small, fine for one person though. Shared bathroom was large, modern and clean. Never had any issues with sharing. Plenty of fresh towels etc. Room bit noisy which is unfortunate (other guests being loud late at night).Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Bethany Gagnon: We stayed back in January. It seemed nice overall and the shared bathroom wasn't bad. For some reason my other review was hidden and only I can see it... I think they hid it because I mentioned the fact that there are bed bugs and I got tons of bites while there. We were only in the room for one night and didn't stay anywhere else. I recommend going elsewhere.
Arash JENAB: I recently had an unfortunate experience with this hotel. Despite having paid for the parking, I received a parking ticket. Upon further inquiry, I learned that the hotel has ongoing issues with their parking provider, and customers like myself are unfortunately being affected. However, what was even more disappointing was the poor communication from the hotel's management regarding the matter. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, the hotel did not take any action to resolve the issue or offer any assistance. Although I did enjoy my stay and the room was great, the ongoing parking issue and lack of communication from the management ultimately led me to change my review.
Mary Glasgow Brown: Beautiful and funky hotel. Incredible staff and hospitality (chocolates and hand written note in my room!). My room was compact and had access to shared bathrooms rather than in room--- they were clean and allowed me to save a few dollars. Old building so no elevators for those needing accessibility but communication seems pretty clear about this.
Sasha Gollish: I had an awesome experience staying at the Victorian hotel, think it will be my go-to place to stay when travelling to Vancouver. Great location, friendly staff. Nemesis and Revolver coffee are 200m and now my favourite places to get coffee in Vancouver. Easy to run along the waterfront and into Stanley park. Thanks Victorian Hotel for an awesome stay!
Anne F: I have stayed here twice now. This is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are friendly and went the extra mile on little things to make us feel at home. EXchange Hotel Vancouver - An Executive Hotel: what do users think?
Troy McCoy: The hotel was better than expected. Perfect location. Great room with comfortable bed and pillows. All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful. We arrived early and asked them to hold our luggage for us while we went on a tour. When we got back our room was ready and they had already put our luggage in our room for us without us even asking. And lastly we would highly advise to pre-purchase the breakfast if you like having breakfast. First it’s a lot less expensive than eating there without it AND it’s one of the best breakfasts we have ever eaten. Extremely good quality.
Sandy Leier: The EXchange Hotel is a beautifully renovated building in a fantastic location if you’re looking to stay near the convention centre, Gastown, or Robison St shopping. The people that work there are incredibly helpful and genuinely care about the experience that their customers have during their stay. I loved the room that i stayed in, equipped with all of the essentials including real cream and milk for my coffee. The room was comfortable and very nicely decorated, and I’d give it a perfect score for cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel and will be booking again in the future.

Elizabeth Varughese: I have stayed at this hotel in the past but this time my extended family came as well. The location is fantastic for shops, restaurants and Coal Harbour. However, what I like most is the service. Everyone is sincerely very kind and helpful. Thanks again.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Christy Simpson: We love this hotel! This was our second time staying here and we will be back! The location is ideal, the beds are very comfortable, and the rooms have a great design flavor (coming from an interior designer herself). What sets this hotel apart is their staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.Walkability: Super close to Pacific Centre Mall , great restaurants , and the ocean
Michael Lavigueur: Great hotel in the core of Vancouver just steps away from the waterfront and local attractionsExcellent transportation from the airport via the sky trainNice rooms and great serviceRooms: Clean and comfortableNearby activities: Waterfront walks and museum of art shopping of courseSafety: Open streets well lite in the evening very walkableWalkability: Located in downtown core and within minutes for walking to nearby attractions and restaurantsNoteworthy details: Converted historical office tower green heated and use of rain water
Chris Krock: Great location, and the staff were incredibly nice and kind. The level of service was outstanding. The room was ok, super small for 500 a night and not a lot of storage so if you were staying longer than a couple of days you lived out of your suitcase. I unfortunately was put in a room on the 3rd floor facing the street so it was very loud with traffic, people and sirens. The clothes steamer didn't work, but the staff was on top of getting me an iron and board. Breakfast was good at the restaurant as well

Will Douglas: Great location. The room was very good, though the little tablet didn't work. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The small illi coffee maker didn't work well. (If I pressed the button for a full cup, it poured about I ounce, like espresso size) But the service was great and it was very clean. The concierges were wonderful. I met three young men. One from Brazil, one from Iran and one from France. They were all delightful and worked as a team to do everything they could to make their guests happy. These three gentlemen, put a smile on my face, were engaging, polite, fun and helpful. I would hire them all in a heartbeat!
Emma C: It was my first time staying at the exchange and I can say it was a great experience overall. I will definitely be planning to stay here again if I visit Vancouver in the near future. All the staff we welcoming and friendly even offering suggestions as to where to eat or visit and I was just really happy to stay here.

Marjorie Michele Stobie: Situated on a lovely island, lots if shops and places to eat, things to do. Pricey but you don't need to go anywhere else if you don't want to.Nearby activities: Little theatre, boutiques and historical places. Easy access to water ferry.
Sharon Chatenay: If you bring your kids, a dog or both, this is the place to be!We came for business at the Vancouver General Hospital, only a 20 minute seaside walk away.I've stayed in downtown Vancouver many times with all the noise and bustle, and lack of greenspace. No such thing here. So convenient with Kitslano and its dog beach only 2 km away, walking oceanside to literally everywhere.Charleson Dog Park is also nearby with an Oceanview! Beautiful grassy areas with lit pathways right out the hotel doors , also a playground for the kids. The hotel staff and restaurant servers were attentive and very approachable. Rooms were well appointed, comfy beds and had a view of the ocean. There was a nice business center on our floor, also a bonus if you're working away from home.Parking was a breeze with surface self parking at 20 bucks a day. Access to the other side of Vancouver across the creek is easy with the shuttles and aquabuses everywhere. Want to paddleboard, kayak, sail, or rent a boat or go whale watching? It's all here. John Foster: This place was right down our alley. It's a very clean, quiet and nice small hotel in a great location with plenty of space in the suite including a kitchen and small balcony. The bed was very comfy too. There is also a nice sitting area on the rooftop with 2 BBQ grills. A Safeway grocery store is right across the street in case you forget to bring your steaks for grilling. 😁 It is a very short walk to Stanley Park and bike rentals for the park are less than a block away. Be sure to save time to walk to the seawall beach for sunset.
Kishan Geeganage: "Times Square Suites Hotel Vancouver is an excellent accommodation option in the heart of Vancouver's West End. The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped suites, which are perfect for families or travelers who want a bit more space. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the accommodation and the location. Overall, a great choice for those looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Vancouver BC.
Robert Hughes: Ok, I travel a lot, and rarely would I give a hotel 5 stars. This place is great. Being suites, the rooms have everything. Full kitchen with washer and dryer. Fireplace, tv’s in both living room and bedroom. Extremely clean. Safeway across the street. 2 of the best Italian restaurants at street level. In other words, a fantastic location. Bus stops 1/2 block away. Parking in basement.

Alex Kingston: I’ve been staying here for over 10 years now and have accumulated well over 100 nights of being a valued guest. When I come here I always feel like I’ve come home to my family and not just a regular hotel. The staff are exceptional and care about not only the guests but also what they do and how they do it.The turnover rate for employees here is virtually non existent. In the ten years I’ve been visiting here it’s always the same amazing and beautiful people and there’s a reason they don’t leave. Each room is its own separate apartment with bedroom , kitchen , living room, fireplace and washer and dryer. It contains every convenience you’ll need for your trip and best of all the location can’t be beat. You’re literally a 3 minute walk to Stanley Park’s lost lagoon and hundreds of exceptional restaurants and shopping are at your door. Thanks for all the great memories over the years.A++++++++++++10/10
Eleanor Hicks-Green: Fabulous stay. The rooms are more beautiful in person, and the service was amazing. We had nothing but nice experiences here and wished we could have stayed longer. Nicolas GIRARD: What a cute hotel! We loved our short stay there. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel couldn't be located in a better area, it's only a few minutes away from Stanley Park.Rooms are great, there's everything you need. We also had a great view on the last floor.I highly recommend it!
Alyona T: Rooms: Our room was awesome, warm, quiet and good for the whole family.Nearby activities: There is plenty of activities nearby since it's almost downtown.Walkability: Great for walkers, sidewalks and parks all around the place.Food & drinks: There is a bunch of different cafes nearby, all kitchens and price ranges, also Safeway just across the road.
S.: I found this hotel based on location and ratings. It didn't disappoint and exceeded my expectations. Location is very convenient - walking distance to Stanley Park and tons of restaurants downtown. Starbucks downstairs, Safeway across the street corner, and multiple bike rentals across the street. Check-in and out were both smooth. Room was clean and quiet and came with a full kitchen, a fireplace, and washer and dryer. All staff I met were nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

OPUS Vancouver: what do users think?
Ghaith Abdalla: Room:The AC opening was right above our bed, we ended up being sick.Bar downstairs:Wednesday night there was this blond guy, he was a bit rude. The place is clean and very well positioned.Lobby personnel are amazing. The housekeepers are very clean and always put new bedsheets. The hotel restaurant’s food is OK. Waiters and waitresses are very professional and welcoming. Over all it was an awesome experience. One star was lost on the air conditioning and the bar maid Wednesday evening.

Anthony Ciciulla: Outside was beautiful. Greeted by Brandon curbside! Very friendly, funny and helpful! Great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Went to The Vancouver Fish Company restaurant on Granville Island for an early lunch, delicious. And then we explored the island for the rest of the day. We almost went back to the island the next day, lots to do there. The Hotel is within walking distance(20 to 30 min walk) of so many interesting places and venues. Or transport to other spots of interest, the tram is just across the street literally. Would highly recommend The OPUS. Unfortunately we did not get to try the restaurant down stairs but we did get drinks at the bar. Thanks for a great first time in Canada!
Travis B: Service was impeccable. Kunal and Sanaz were a bright light at the end of a dark journey. Air travel being what it is currently, it's so wonderful having folks like these two greeting you, empathize with you, keeping your spirits up with champagne and cheery service at midnight, then again at 5 am. Can't say enough about the service. Location would be great if I was visiting. For Opus management: promote those two. It's so rare to find teams that seek to go above and beyond because their own internal barometer compels them. You can tell their enjoyment to give others a great experience is genuine.

Hans Hoyer: Gute Pizza. Waren nur im Restaurant.
Thang Phan: Great hotel and is well situated for downtown. Close to many restaurants, boba/coffee shops, and pasteries. Wedgewood Hotel & Spa: what do users think?
Tracy Gibbons: Spa was amazing! Tiny and boutique-y
Fred Aram: A hidden gem in the centre of Vancouver. Extremely clean and comfortable hotel with super corteous and helpful staff and quality food. Loved the experience. Truley deserves 5 star.Rooms: Extremely clean and comfortable.Nearby activities: The whole night life and shopping district of Vancouver downtown.Walkability: Right in the heart of the city.Food & drinks: Great food. Fantastic breakfast. Lunch and dinner menue can enjoy more variety.
Anne F: This is a beautiful hotel with impeccable service. The staff are truly top notch.Rooms: Rooms are beautiful. Very clean. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are quiet.
Alison Fisher: We held a 2-day company workshop for 27 people in April and everything the hotel did was outstanding. This was the easiest event I have planned due to the communication and organization from the event staff. The meeting room was set up perfectly for our group and the catering over the two days was amazing. The kitchen also carefully took care of several of our attendees with food allergies. I could not find fault with anything. The service throughout the two days was 10/10. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel also arranged for our 27 guests to have dinner at Bacchus restaurant, and again, the food and service was incredible. Would I recommend the Wedgewood Hotel and Spa? Absolutely! Whether for a corporate event or for a personal getaway. We've held several events in Vancouver, and I without a doubt, we will look to book with the Wedgewood Hotel in the future.
sony pandher: good price
Peter Sedin: The bar is my go too when in Vancouver, the service is top notch, the drinks are well made and the setting is fantastic. In other words, if you have time, visit this bar!
Cristian Sevilla: Really friendly staff
Junnosuke Kuroda: We stayed here with my family and our dog, the staffs were warm and friendly. It's located at the center of Vancouver downtown, we could just walk to shops and restaurants on Robson St. We would like to visit here again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
Christina St: Amazing stayRooms: Schöne AustattungWalkability: Nah zu allem in der Stadt
J Larsen: The rooms here should have been renovated about 15 years ago. Who knows when and if that will ever happen, but what exists now is a mishmash of updates throughout the decades and just doesn’t feel like a luxury experience. That said, it is a comfortable boutique hotel with charm and an alternative to some of the bland box hotels in the city.
edward robinson: What a fantastic hotel! Front desk attendant was so personable. Room was incredibly clean and well appointed and very quiet... Loved the balcony. Location was perfect for our theatre night out.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Zerlina Thompson: We just finished our Spring Break ‘Staycation’ and cannot gush enough about the service, luxury and hospitality of the Wedgwood Hotel and Spa. From the moment we checked in and was surprised with an upgrade to a palatial suite to the welcome chocolates and the turn down service and fresh cookies each night everything was 11/10! We appreciated the personal welcome by name every time we came in and out to after hours access to the steam room and lounge. We enjoyed afternoons at Bacchus even just to unwind from our busy day. Staff is lovely and helpful and that is enough reason for us to return very soon!
Preet Mudhar: I was really impressed with the service. All the staff we encountered was so friendly and made our experience that much better! The turn down service with a little treat is a nice surprise when you come back in the evening. They had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, would definitely recommend to friends.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Tommy Tong: On Friday, March 10th, 2023, I decided to have a cocktail whilst waiting for a dinner reservation nearby. Whilst sitting at the bar, I witnessed Lindsay, the bartender, treating his protégé Liam in a manner that was not conducive in creating and/or nurturing a supportive environment.Imagine learning the skills required for a career in mixology during a busy Friday night at a 4-star hotel in the heart of Vancouver. If that wasn't stressful enough, imagine having to learn from someone who does NOT have your best interests in mind and makes this fact known through his ineffective communication choices.I felt so bad for Liam that I gave him a tip and thanked him for his hard work. Unlike the gratuity that I left for Lindsay, that was the best money I spent in a long time.TO MANAGEMENT:Please do not invite me to contact you with your cookie-cutter, insincere replies on Google Reviews. I won't be coming back to your establishment. This is not the first time I've had a negative experience at your bar. The 2-stars are for your cocktail creations and for the design and ambience of your decor (which I find very appealing). What a shame.
Ryan Punambolam: Three star hotel at best. Booked through AMEX fine hotels with late check out. Told the morning of check out that “we will have charge me.” Food was terrible. Saving grace is Chipotle is across the street. Lots of other better options in Vancouver with this price point.
Christopher Brumley: Great lobby. Felt welcomed at the front door. Front desk experience was ok. Room was nice and housekeeping brought us everything we needed. Prime location as well. Would recommend to anyone who likes old fashioned European style room.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Harold Warkentin: love this hotel. Excellent staff. Great location within walking distance to most things Vancouver.
K Michelle park: The room was dated but it was clean and well maintained. The staff service wasn't the best especially the valet parking. I love going to Relais & Chateaux hotels, but this one wasn't amazing. The restaurant had a great foods with live piano music in the evening. I recommend the restaurant more than the hotel itself.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
ASENJO ONE VISIT DENTISTRY: Really spectacular service. Recommend it.

Georgian Court Hotel: what do users think?
Rome .Medrano: The most clean and safe hotel to stay with especially on this new norm living with Covid. Thank Aida Aquino and team. You are truly one if the great asset of this Hotel. Thank Shasha in front desk together with your team in providing an excellent and professional service at front desk.Rooms: Very clean rooms and comfy.Safety: Very safe in terms of Covid protocols and maintained.Walkability: Great area walking aroundFood & drinks: So much restaurant around. Pema Sherpa: I stayed at Georgian court for 4 nights recently and I had an amazing stay. All the staff were friendly, enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. I am not sure why the room was always dusty after housekeeping but nonetheless I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend.
Paul Monagle: Checked in here for 8 nights at the end of April and had a great stay. Nice decent sized room and large comfy bed
Juan Madrigal: We had the opportunity to stay at one of the suites, and we were impressed. Very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, the decor is definitely notmy style but it was bad. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! And parking is a little bit cheaper than other hotels in downtown Vancouver. I could say it is a family-friendly hotel. My only complaint is the access to the hotel: is not easy as there is a bike lane on that side of the street where the hotel is, and cars are parked in the 3 or 4 parking spots on the street so it is complicated to get out of a car.Walkability: It is close to restaurants and close to Gastown. The area is safe and easy to understand get around.
Sarah: Very very good! They missed cleaning or room one day, but staff were very quick to give us new towels and such. Would go again! Love that it's so close to the harbour convention centre and SkyTrain station at Chinatown.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Annette: I’ve been staying here since the mid 90s, many changes but always exactly right. I can’t justify 5 star & this 4 star has never steered me wrong, I love it and recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay downtown.Nearby activities: Close to Science World for the kiddos.Walkability: Right at the bottom of Robson Street. You can see BC Place from your room. 5-minute walk to Harbour Centre.
Angela Le: Our stay was for one night but it was very comfortable and concierge was very accommodating!

Mary Deighan: We had a lovely weekend stay here. The front desk staff were super friendly and the hotel was clean, tidy and inviting. Our roomwas comfortable and quiet. We took advantage of the sauna and found the facilities clean and comfortable. Great location with easy access to downtown and transit. Great to see the minimizing of disposable plastics as well!
Neda azouji: So clean and calmI really enjoyed
Olivia Riesgo: This hotel was great! The room was really nice, however, we didn’t realize they won’t service your room unless you put the sign out to ask for it. We went the first half of our trip a little confused. They offer yoga classes and provide a yoga mat on each room which was fun. Definitely recommend this hotel, it’s a walkable distance from so many nice restaurants!
