Jonathan McLeod: Very mixed walk-in experiences.My girlfriend had some coordinates tattoed onto her incorrectly (a 9 instead of an 8) and then when she went back to try and get it rectified, the artist incorrectly altered two different 9s to 8s (so now there is an 8 where a 9 should be) with no pathway to fix this now without removal or a cover-up.However, I had an amazing experience with Keegan (who was not responsible for the above mishap) and could not recommend him enough. He was careful, was responsive to requests which made the tattoo better, and did great work. Ask for Keegan if you go here :)Service:Tattoos
C P: I visited the studio when I visited Vancouver during my honeymoon and wanted to get a special souvenir for me. This day Sage were there as a guest artist and what can I say? The was awesome! Very kind, very nice and very talented. I love my new tattoo ! Thanks for this ! The studio itself was very clean and I loved the whole vibe of it ! Everyone was so nice and if I could , I would give you all more than five stars !
Bella Sorochan: My boyfriend and I saw Josh while visiting from out of town. I had beforehand requested an artist with experience tattooing on coloured skin as my boyfriend is dark skinned and has experienced scarring from previous tattoo artists. We decided to place our tattoos behind our ears and were told we’d be charged extra for that placement… first red flag. After the appointment Josh poorly slapped on bandages and sent us on our way. We kept the bandages on as long as possible but due to the way they were put on they fell off by the end of the day. (Should’ve used second skin) we continued with usual aftercare as were both covered in ink and this isn’t our first time. Now about 2 weeks later my boyfriends new tattoo is scarred and bumpy. Overall unprofessional and clearly inexperienced in tattooing coloured skin. I do not recommend him to anyone looking for a walk in or even in general..Service:Tattoos

Aaron Kitt: I went to pacific rose tattoo with a an idea I wanted to commemorate my late sister. I only had a rough idea of what I wanted. Josh helped me with the design on the spot and even mixed in some of her ashes for me. It was an emotional experience for me and Josh really helped me through it. Angela Bining: My friend and I went here for her 18th birthday and she received a tattoo from Peter who was super funny and made the entire experience more enjoyable. The shop was clean and all of the artists were extremely welcoming and cracked jokes during the tattoo to ensure she was comfortable. Peter was a great tattooist who was patient and took the time to go over the after care and ensured she was okay throughout the duration of the tattoo. Batman: Color completely faded from my tattoo after 2 years. I have multiple tattoos from other artists that are just as old and still look like new. They want to charge me full price to get it retouched. Had a black and blue star done by the same artist and had to get it redone by someone else because the blue was so dark the the whole thing looked black. Poor customer service and poor tattoos. Brian “Bassman” Browne: In the last 5 years my wife and furry kid would visit their store when on Commercial and buy items and NEVER had an issue with our dog...she was always welcomed.We respect this policy but no sign at the entrance, and how we were welcomed and treated turned us off the brand...you lost a customer who is a proud East ender who as a musician wore your hats and hoodies with pride, I came in to restock, forget it!.

Rocco, the owner, set me up with a tattoo artist that he thought would best suit my artistic needs and he was right; I have had 4 more pieces done by that same artist.Not only is this my tattoo shop, but my hairdresser is on the bottom floor; Yumiko Hair. I've been going to her for about 4 years now. Always get a good cut and the price for hair colouring should be illegal for how cheap it is. Haha

James Moore: I went to get a forearm tattoo by Aisha on Sept 27th. We had the consultation the week prior and I was already impressed by the friendliness of everyone there and the facility. Fast forward to the tattoo itself. Aisha has a high standard and is a really great artist. I'm so happy. Beyond that, her and the rest of the staff are professional, chill and very kind/mindful. For a lot of people, tattoos are a new beginning after a stressful time. I felt respected and that meant a lot. They also play really great music at the shop and the place itself is superb. Anon: Used to be my go-to shop when they were located on Granville. I got my navel and double helix pierced by Eann (if I remember their name correctly). The navel piercing ended up being crooked, and I had to take it out, let it heal, and get it redone elsewhere. One of the helix piercings out of the double kept bugging me even after 3 years of having it, and I also could never get posts or rings through it without it becoming a bloody mess (mind you, I only attempted changing the jewelry out after 2.5 years).I finally went to a different shop to ask why. She told me it was pierced at an angle through my ear and that was why it kept not healing and also why I could never get any new jewelry through it. Took that one out too, now I'm getting it redone there. The top helix survived though, so I guess not all my money is wasted haha. I also went here a few months ago at the new location and the lady who helped me change out jewelry was extremely kind and patient. Hope I can muster up the courage to try this place out again if things have improved!
Soraya Patel-Crabtree: I got my second nose piercing with Ian and oh my gosh he is so lovely. Very knowledgeable about what my nose needed for the best result! Highly recommend.❤️Update on my nose piercing: unfortunately it hasn’t healed properly, I went to a local piercer in my area and they showed me that the angle of the piercing is not very good. It’s at an angle where it’s almost parallel with my septum:( I did try to contact this shop and ask them for some compensation bc it will never heal I need to take it out and get it repierced but they never got back to me. I messaged them on the messenger option on their page when you click their website. I’m definitely sad, I don’t want to take it out but it will keep being red and irritated if I don’t:(. I think this place is good if you live in the area and if something like this happened (sometimes it does and that’s okay) you can go back in and I’m sure they would see what they could do to fix it. I live in alberta and won’t be in their area anytime soon. So just please be aware if you are visiting Vancouver and want a piercing it may be better to go somewhere else.

They also sell aftercare so saves ya the hassle of trying to find some to buy LOL Everyone there is super sweet and nice, made me feel incredibly welcomed there!! The studio itself is also very nice and very cute!!! Shout out to Naomi for replying to emails faster than the speed of light 😂 10/10 experience at Next!, I highly recommend!!
