L'Atelier Coworking: what do users think?
AJ: There's a reason they have basically 5⭐️. Awesome staff! :)
Madeline Furlong: Great spot, attentive staff, nice open space to work
Gerald Leckie: First day here. I really needed a contract printed out and staff member went out of her way to get it done after I had issues printing. Awesome service 🙏
Euan Murphy: Such friendly staff. For a smallish co-working space, they really create a sense of community. I've been working here for a few months now and it's been great!
Elizabeth: When I first joined L'Atelier my plan was to only stay for 3 months until I found a permanent space for my business. Three months in, I am so happy with L'Atelier and the owner Sabrina that I have no intention of moving my office anywhere else.
Wei Chou: Awesome co-working place with fantastic upkeep and friendly environment. Been on the hot-desk and virtual mailbox membership for more than a year. Thx Sabrina!Cheers,Wei, CargoSprout.com
Faisal Nahri: A small family thing. Highly recommended!
Luca Giuglietti: L'Atelier is the best choice when it comes to creativity. The space is bright and full of natural light. The service is top notch and people there are super kind. I also used their mail service and it's great!Overall, I would recommend to sign up for a membership at L'Atelier if you are a:- photographer/videographer- marketer or marketing agency- startup in the creative field
Daniele Lisi: I've been to almost all co-working spaces in Vancouver and L'Atelier is so far my favourite and best co-working space in Downtown Vancouver.- Management is top-notch.- Great location in the heart of Downtown Vancouver.- The space is really well organized, bright and spacious.- Good variety of phone boots and meeting rooms of different sizes.- They frequently organize fun events for members to let everyone get a chance to meet and connect with each other.
Max Muge Bakkaloglu: I highly recommend this place. This co-working space is absolutely great. I have been using this office for almost 3 months as a dedicated desk member. Here are my observations:(1) The general manager, Lynn, is very friendly and helpful. You feel that you are a part of the community on your first day.(2) The office is bright, spacious, clean and safe.(3) We have many options for our calls/meetings such as meeting rooms, telephone rooms, so no one distracts each other. That’s why we can work productively. There is also soft music on the background, which helps me to relax and focus on work.(4) All members are warm and friendly, also respectful to each other.(5) They sometimes organize events for members such as pizza day, escape room, etc. These events allow you to engage with different people from different backgrounds and also to have fun.(6) The location is Gastown (what else can I say, it is beautiful!) There are many coffee shops and restaurants around, so having a short break during lunchtime changes your mood immediately.
Suresh Penkey: It's been a month since I started going to this place, it's been a pleasure all through out. The place is clean, quiet, comfortable and delivers very good value for money. Community and events here are much better than other co working places in the same area, thanks to the manager Lynn. She is doing an excellent job with the place and newcomer on-boardings. Loved getting to know the people in the monthly event and looking forward to more !
Danice Carlson: Love our office days at L'Atelier! This co-working space on my favourite corner in the city (Cambie and Hastings). I call it my "Corner of Requirement" because of all the great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. But enough about the neighbourhood. The staff at L'Atelier are super friendly and supportive. The space itself is comfortable and quiet - super conducive to getting a ton of work done or meeting with a larger team. Different levels of membership and rentals available are reasonable depending on what your needs are. I particularly appreciate the sense of camaraderie created with the chalk board of inspiration and motivation, and the table that regularly houses shareable snacks!
Digital Mass Labs Admin: Sabrina, Lynn and the entire team at Atelier is awesome! We have been working here for nearly 3 years now and the atmosphere of the space is great, it's very clean and the team is on top of it whenever we need support. I highly recommend this coworking space for any freelancers, creatives or small teams who want a great spot to be productive. Thanks! :)
Monica V.: Have hosted a few workshops at L'Atelier, beautiful space, friendly/welcoming community and great customer service. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a place to host an event or to access co-working space :)
Michael Nesrallah: Amazing space for productivity. Clean and unpretentious space. Affordable. The people who work here are focused and professional, but friendly and down-to-earth as well.
Kiran Jay Babla: Lovely place to work. The vibe is very chill, there's light music in the background to set a peaceful atmosphere, the lighting is fantastic, and Lynn (the manager) is really accommodating and laughs at my poor jokes.
Aleah Martin: Great work space, wondeful team and relaxed atmosphere!I highly recommend L'Atelier if you are looking for a very functional, quiet and friendly space to work in. Plus, it's dog-friendly!Kudos to the team for making it such a fantastic place.
Cédric Tang: I've been working at L'Atelier for a year and love it! This is the cheapest and the friendliest coworking space downtown. I started as a hot desker with the flexibility of being able to come and go as I want and always had space. Then I chose to have my own dedicated desk. The space is big, not too noisy, conveniently located in Gastown close to restaurants and bars. The staff is super friendly and there are events organised regularly. Also, another huge advantage is that I could bring my dog along !
Christian Nesrallah: I highly recommend this co-working space. There are a number of rental options and the prices are very reasonable. The location is fantastic; plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It is comfortable, spacious, clean, organized, well lit, and well ventilated. The staff and fellow workers are great. The general manager is especially awesome; she is personable, accommodating, positive, and helpful.I have tried and researched other co-working spaces in the area, and I definitely plan to stay here.
Rima Tarraf: I was in Vancouver for a week and needed a place to work Downtown. Found L'Atelier Co-working and the space is lovely! Very nice vibe, friendly and super helpful staff, and a lovely community. Will definitely be coming back here whenever I'm in town.
Y: It's been a pleasure working at L'Atelier for a year and half. Staff and people work here are welcoming and friendly, you will have a good day. Not a 5 star just because the Wifi speed isn't the fastest (was about 5 Mbps) so you may slow down your workflow if your files are heavy and require lots of network bandwidth. If not, this is a fantastic place for co-working with a beautiful environment!

The Network Hub: what do users think?
Vlad Zams: Misleading management. I asked for a dedicated desk (which is a 3-months commitment, min 1050 CAD in billings). They took 10-20min to check availability and then confirmed there are 2 desks available. I picked one and they promissed to send me the agreement paper for signing shortly. After 3-4 hours of waiting for the agreement, I was told that there are some other clients who confirmed some booking and no other desks are available at the moment.Completely disappointing.Would not recommend that office space for anyone who needs to operate reliably.
Tina Massey: Been dealing with the good folks at Network Hub for awhile now and they always come through - great service, always prompt, courteous, organized and reliable. Highly recommended!
Ateeya Sandhu: Incredible staff and great space!
Todd Kahtik: I only stop by to pick up our company mail occasionally, but everyone at the front desk has always been polite and very professional.
Khalid Mustafa: You can never go wrong with The Network Hub..! These guys are unmatched when it comes to serving their customers 😊 I've been with them for 3 years now & they just keep impressing me at every transaction. Looking forward to more stellar services & just keep doing what you're doing 💪
Sedat Andic: excellent service. i am very pleased to work with them.
Thomas Jackson: I rented a mailbox here for years. They were excellent at everything. Great staff and great service! Also the co-working space looks great too! 👍
Mohammad Naghshineh: Such a wonderful and kindly staff. Always helpful and responds quickly. thank you for the great service.
Eric Jiang: easy to communicate and friendly service.
Robert Schwetzke: Reliable, friendly and professional. Could not ask for better service.
Johannes A.: The staff and services provided at The Network Hub were always exceptional. They go out of their way to accommodate customers’ needs. I was a client for over four years and never was disappointed by The Network Hub. Their responses to questions were always prompt and cheerful. Highly recommended!
Danielle: I was underwhelmed by the space. Just a large room with desks. There's no privacy or sound proofing. They don't provide any equipment.
Melissa Van: Absolutely love The network hub, staff is always so helpful and the owners are amazing. I use their mail service for my business. And it's Absolutely perfect.
Mike Bloemen: I use this location for drop-in visits while downtown. It's nice and quiet, no loud music competing with me on phone calls, and very reasonable cost. You get a comfortable chair, a desk, power, and WiFi.
Jason Koningen: Hi, Network Hub helped me through my transition back to Vancouver, and they were wonderful to deal with. Very professional, easy to set up the account, and very reasonable pricing ! Thank you !
Thorsten Wetzig: The Network Hub is an easy to use, reliable service.
Chris Du: The Network Hub is home to some of the most helpful and friendly people. The space and the staff played an essential role in our early success as a startup.Would definitely recommend to other startups looking for an affordable space in Downtown!
Pablo Listingart: Very friendly people. 100% recommended place. I love working with them and it is a really well located spot in Downtown Vancouver
Ruwan Sanjeewa: Nice
Shawn Kalin (Ruralty com): a bit warm and close.

Business type: Coworking space

HiVE: what do users think?
Colton Kirsop: Today I was rudely interrupted by an employee in the middle of a call with a senior advisor in my firm to inform me I could not take calls in the totally empty space I was sitting in. Now why might that be? They also have terrible furniture that is about to fall apart, don’t answer the buzzer, leaving you locked out and a vulnerable target on Hastings Street until someone shows up (usually late) to man the “desk bee” position. This place is not an effective alternative to an office and isn’t very clean. Better off elsewhere.
Andrew Irwin: Great place to work as there people are very friendly from the Anna the manager and desk bee's to the other people working there. Nice quiet place, with good socials! you'll make friends for life here! :)Thanks very much!
Vea Coronado: Love this co-working space! I use the hot desks for hybrid work, then the meeting rooms when I need a focused space or meet with my clients in person. It's right in gastown and a quick walk from the skytrain so the location works well for my commute too. The people and the space are also really welcoming so you'll feel at home quickly! It's also quite unique from the rest since it's non-profit and focuses on social impact which aligns well with my own business. I highly recommend this space to entrepreneurs and creatives.
Clochette 1236: Poor management, very expensive for the service you get (especially when dealing with admin stuffs). Would not recommend. For the same price you get a very nice professional coworking space at wework
Tanzi Khakimova: I have been a hot desk member for almost a year now. Great space for freelancers, designers and social impact businesses. I really like the community-centered approach here with Thursday drinks and lunch & learns.
Qian Zhang: there are some startups took off from here
Amber Marple: This is a great space for anyone who is self-employed. Staff are always friendly and there is a great sense of community. They have a variety of options for memberships including temporary/drop in hot desks and then long-term options where you can rent office space from them. They have a number of board rooms, strong wifi, full service kitchen / coffee area, printing, shredding, and they organize social events for members. Their price point is affordable for the market compared to other coworking spaces in Vancouver.
Matt Johnstone: They do good work.
Julia Watson: Friendly people, great facilities. I'm very productive when I work here.
Vancouverite111: Nice atmosphere , got nice design and nice coffee
John Taylor: Nice breakfast/lunch... good lattes and coffee
J D: I've run my sole-proprietorship here for almost 3 years now, and have built a great network. I've learned a lot, hired members, and have been hired by members. The location and facilities are great, but the community is what's really important.
Anthony Hebb: Great
Wendy Hunter: Have been to this creative space for a number of lectures and enjoy the vibe. Easy to get to via public transit and centrally located in downtown core.
Kim Huynh: Super cool office space! Such an interesting concept too
P Pahwa: The best place to work in vancouver, of you are a freelance
Neil Thomson: Wonderful community of folks doing great work in the world. If social impact is your jam, then this is where you should be.
Elisabeth Ormandy: I've been a permanent desk renter at the HiVE for two years now. As the founder and now ED of a small charity being a member of HiVE community has been instrumental in our success. It's such a pleasure to go to work every day to a space where I can guarantee supportive conversations, solid advice, free tea and coffee, fibre internet, indoor bike parking, and a plethora of invites to events that help me develop important skill sets and friendships! If you're on the fence about co-working, hop off on the side of the HiVE and come and join us!
Devon Boorman: I've been in a lot of Vancouver's co-working spaces and I always really love the atmosphere here. Very collaborative, friendly, progressive, and inspirational. Nice amenities and meeting spaces. They also host a lot of community events and meet ups.
Nav Singh: Great co-working space. Nice ambience and great staff.loved it
Kamal Singh: Great discounts on lots of items

Trodriguez: Not in the best location but the suite is gorgeous
Boris Shteinberg: Good location, clean place.
Patrick Wong: Cool working space but limited parking
Chris Harris: Suite Genius is the best coworking space. I got more work done there than anywhere, and I’ve worked at a lot of shared spaces. The design is great, the people are ballin,’ there’s always lots of high functioning stuff going on. Not least of all its run by Mitchell who is a genuinely awesome guy. Check it out, enjoy, be cool and share your skills.Peace,C
Daniel Moscovitch: By far the BEST coworking space I have been a part of (and there have been many over the years). Amazing people, great businesses and beautiful design.

Barrett Wilson: Very cool coworking space! Lots of room, desks and space for everyone there. Everyone is welcoming, and it's in a great location. Highly recommended!
Helina Patience: We've been working out of Suite Genius for over a year. We, our team and our clients love the space. The other companies working out of Suite Genius are great and inspiring. The regular events that get us all together are great for networking and great conversation. Many added benefits that we didn't anticipate when we first joined.
Victor Liu: Great Co-working area, open, spacious, with great views of Rogers arena and the general area.
Joshua Gilless: I work at a company that's renting space here, it's a great building but what makes it extraordinary is that somehow everyone who works there is super friendly. Love the dogs walking around too.
Daniel Moscovitch (Daniel's Awesome Reviews): What an awesome work environment!

WeWork Office Space & Coworking: what do users think?
farid hendi: The location of this wework is amazing with great view but community manager is extremely rude and exhibits racist behavior. I’m an all access member and been to at least 49 different wework branches and never seen something like this. I always felt an inclusive environment but made her rude an unprofessional attitude made to avoid this location at any cost.
YVV Dude: Perhaps the best Wework location in Greater Vancouver
Melody Woo: Beautiful office view but very rude staff! I worked out of this office for 3 days while on business. The office view of the waterfront is stunning. However, the community managers on staff have a serious attitude problem. Their tone of voice when giving instructions and guidance is very rude and off-putting. It’s a shame that their title is “community manager” when their demeanour is so unpleasant and unwelcoming. I am disappointed how they treat visitors. Hopefully my last day working out of this office will be better.
Rocío Chávez Caballero: I found this place really good for meetings; particularly, I went to get an appointment with my student advisor from a Spanish agency and was comfortable.
Brendon Sharma: Terrible representation of Teagan Mcmurty, we works community lead at 1045 howe street. On Wednesday August 31st, Teagan from we work location 1045 howe street gave us a call to discuss the service we were providing on September 1st, 2022. We mentioned to Teagan that soda and juices weren't included in there service because that was declined by Rochelle. Rochelle mentioned they will have non-alcoholic options available. Which was fine by us. We mentioned to Teagan that we are supplying the non-alcoholic mixes for the cocktails. Such as, bitters, limes, simple syrup. A community lead decided to de value our operations by calling it ridiculous. We as a small business work off of being mobile. So everything cost to operate. We charge $2.00 a person for soda and juices and you get cola, sprite, ginger ale, soda water, Tonic, cranberry juice, orange juice, and Pineapple juice. We don't charge $2.00 per drink. On September 1st everything was going well. Keep in mind this event was 1 hour long. Or set up process usually takes a bit longer depending on the environment and setting. Our set up didn't take too long which was a plus for us. This helped us be better prepared. But in the eyes of Teagan the community lead this wasn't right. She then goes on to claim that we took 2 extra drink tickets to add to our total and called it stealing. This assumption of theft is huge. We made 80+ drinks in 1 hour. Non-stop. Some people gave us drink tickets and just left it on the table for us, but i also recordedall the drinks i made incase i took too many tickets. Can you believe it? We works community lead Teagan McMurty accusing us for stealing? You could of asked about it instead of making assumptions. We take pride in our job. We even asked Teagan herself to count the tickets for accuracy before billing. We did our part and yet she still decides to falsely accuse us.Tell me this future clients of we work, do you want to work with Teagan McMurty from we work? Do you think as a business, she'll blast you online because of something she doesn't agree with? Or even a service she doesn't agree with?I'd be careful working with Wework and with a community lead like Teagan. Even before working with we work for their event, I considered getting an office space here. I definitely will not anymore
Greg Hung: Convenient Location across waterfront station. money view but a bit small and not as Social as the Benthall locations
Mac - PC Tech Total Solution: Nice Reception . Professional work space
AJ: Extremely noisy and disorganized. Hostile staff.
Kyle Trusler: Lovely time here. Amazing view of the waterfront station as you can see from the pictures. It wasn’t too crowded and always lively. Shout out to all the staff. Thanks!
Jean-Yves Cadeus: We have had the pleasure of renting several Wework offices around the world in recent years. However, Seymour's is by far the one where we had the most beautiful experience, thanks to the quality of the staff specially Simon, he was an incredible help throughout our stay and always went above and beyond our expectations. He perfectly represents Wework's values and what we love about the company.
Jonah Neukomm: Huge shoutout to Brooke Milne and the Seymour WeWork team. Brooke was extremely prompt at getting back to our team on anything we needed and went above and beyond to meet our tight deadlines and requirements. We are moving in this week to WeWork but I have to say Brooke and all the others at 333 Seymour including Carla Hughes and Simon Albert have welcomed us with open arms! Keep up the great work!
Amlea Avocats - Attorneys: Location is beautiful. Best office view! The staff is super welcoming, we loved meeting Simon and François, and there is plenty of space, 3 floors. Highly recommend this one.
John Lee: Absolutely horrible customer service.
Frank Hui: Nice office. Great location. Friendly staff.
Tim Pezarro: First class office space. Excellent meeting and work space. Many amenities like coffee, tea, pop, beer and snacks. Excellent lighting. Excellent internet. Friendly staff.
Danny W.: Nice view and great location
Mike Craigen: Cool concept. Very hipster.
Patrick Audley: A little noisy.

Werklab Inc: what do users think?
Aren Bahia: I LOVE THIS SPACE!!!!!!! Great vibes, great space, great room for creativity.Best coworking spot I’ve ever encountered.
Rebecca Beaton: I love this space and have been really impressed with how they go above and beyond for members. I haven't even been at the space that long yet, but they've already made an introduction and referral for me.
Bixie Cribs: This is a wonderful place to work. The space is uplifting, bright, and inspiring. The staff are friendly and responsive. It makes such a difference to work in an environment that has been so thoughtfully realized.
Zohra Shahabuddin: It is an amazing place. For those of us who dont want to or cant work from home, Werlabs is a perfect place. The vibe is productive yet safe.
Juan Camilo Avellaneda: Enjoyable environment, community is very well built, but most the site is kinda old.
Nick: Have been here 2 weeks and am thoroughly satisfied to say the least. I'm sure I will continue here for a while. Many places that I went to see were unwelcoming, non-collaborative, or extremely conservative in vibe. I think at Werklab you can have a traditional office based small business, a health/beauty therapy service, creatives, entrepneurs, start ups, tech etc... It's a happy medium ground here. I visited 7 places and Werklab was easily the best.Matthew & Nicole get it and create a great environment.
Jessi Jacobson: Werklab is such an inspiring and supportive work environment. My productivity has improved immensely since moving from my home office four months ago. The werklab staff are so wonderful, attentive and open to ideas for how the space can meet my needs as a photographer.
Clare Hennig: I highly recommend WerkLab - really fantastic atmosphere, amenities and staff! It’s the right combination of social enough to build connections and combat the solitude of working remotely but with plenty of quiet spaces to get the work done. As someone who has loads of Zoom calls everyday, I appreciated the phone/video call booths and never struggled to find an empty booth to take calls in.People are super friendly and professional, I immediately felt like part of a community. I love the fact that WerkLab is not just a physical location to get work done but it’s also network and community – both professionally and socially. And the coffee bar with a well-stocked supply of oat milk, almond milk, regular milk, tea, coffee etc etc is such a nice bonus!WerkLab is an all-around great place to be and work. I’d totally keep my membership up if I were still in Vancouver and plan to do drop-ins whenever I am back in the city and need somewhere to work. 10/10!
Hannah McClenaghan: I spent 4 great months at Werklab this fall! I loved the atmosphere and felt like I could really get great work done! I think they are doing a great job to mitigate risk during Covid by making cleaning solutions readily available and mandating masks. I felt safe during my time there!
Patrick Shannon: I've been at Werklab for a couple months now and it's been such a blessing to have a space like this during the pandemic. I travel the world and utilize co-working spaces regularly, and this has without a doubt been amongst the top that I've rented. The space is stylish and well thought out with many wonderful touches that just make you want to spend more time here. This will for sure be my Vancouver go-to co-working space.
Juno Kim: I've been a Werklab member for almost two years now, and I've thoroughly enjoyed my membership for that whole time. The facilities feel very open, spacious, modern and welcoming. As a creative, I also appreciate that Werklab doesn't have a corporate feel to it. Flexibility is huge for me, and I can find a quiet space to be left alone, or work somewhere a bit more communal -- or as communal as can be, 2 metres apart.I've been happy with how they've adjusted with COVID, and I feel so much gratitude that I have somewhere to go to be productive where people take masks, sanitizing and social distancing seriously.
Sachin Khona (Creative): Safe, inclusive and inspiring environment. I love being at Werklab. From a health and safety perspective during Covid, it's very welcoming and everyone here is kind and considerate of each other. There is a ton of space between members so you'll feel at ease and everyone is wearing a mask during the current updates.Werklab are quick to adapt and respond, so know that you're in good hands. The staff at reception are super helpful, the vibe of the werkers here is great, and on a bright sunny day like today, its where you want to be... Plants, plants, plants, good light and good energy.Shout out to Christina Disler and the team for putting this place together for us.Much love,SachinFounder, Educator + Podcast Host // ARCARC Creatives Inc.
Kat Timmins: I used Werklab recently for a client photoshoot and it was perfect! We had lots of space to set up for the shoot and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful space! I think the only drawback is limited parking. I was fine as we used Werklab on a stat holiday so no issues, but get there early if you need to drive ;)
Chris Stovell: Great co-working space. Great community.
Brant Cheetham: I'm definitely a fan of Werklab. It's a beautiful, well appointed, and welcoming workspace with a solid community of mindful-leaning workers. Quiet where it needs to be and social where it counts to create a productive and engaging environment that serves well as the positive collective workspace that us solo workers lack. I'm a year+ in and can thank Werklab for one of my most productive years yet, despite the calamity that was 2020.
Payam Rajabi: I've been working remotely since 2015, and for the first few years I was in the honeymoon phase of working from home. Gradually, I started to realize that my productivity was diminishing at home, but as started scouting co-working spaces around Vancouver everything felt so sterile and uninspiring. That is, until I stumbled across Werklab.I've been working out of Werklab since 2018 and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The vibe of whole space is clean and simple, yet rich in texture and life, and filled with lots of well-cared-for plants! I spend each day surrounded by kind, inspiring humans who add to the great culture. We're respectful of each other's space and do our best to maintain a quiet, peaceful environment where everyone can focus and do their best work. The staff and management are wonderful, always open to ideas for making the space better and responsive to our needs. The coffee is legit too!During covid, this space has become even more invaluable to me. The management has done a great job spacing out seating between members, providing cleaning solutions/tools and managing contact tracing. Most importantly, they've been extremely thoughtful and transparent in communicating guidelines to all members as circumstances change while being respectful of everyone's autonomy.
Lark & Ives Collectibles: Loved this gorgeous space! I used it for a photoshoot for my headshots as well as my brand, Lark & Ives. Stunning location with tons of natural light, beautiful interior details + amazing customer service. Would definitely be back.
Yonadav Anbar: I have been a member since May and I am confident there is no better place in Vancouver to work, especially right now. Clean, airy, and incredibly pleasant. Take your pick of seats from a wide open communal space with ample distance between members or find yourself a quiet comfy nook. The Werklab community is incredibly welcoming, respectful, and hardworking! The Werklab team is very responsive to any questions or concerns members may have and I am 100% confident this establishment will help us thrive during these challenging times.
Alexandra Ballantyne: Werklab is the most comfortable, accommodating, and welcoming space there is! The staff have responded to the pandemic with diligent sanitation standards and safe operating practices that keep everyone aware, safe and happy. They continue to shine in their responsive management while navigating the every changing guidelines and maintain good communication about those changes. I also LOVE the community there and enjoy having a safe and clean place to head to when I need to use some of the services like the quiet phone room, their printer, or thier meeting rooms! Each workspace and room is sanitized after use by werklab members and safe distancing protocols are always followed.
Christy L: I have had the pleasure of working in this space since the pandemic happened and I'm so grateful for such a creative and welcoming community. I am so much more productive compared to working from home and I feel comfortable with the measures they put in place to help reduce the spread of Covid-19 (and I've been very conservative about where I've been going outside of home). Highly recommend.
Matthew Smithdeal: Love this space and the community here is great. The space is set up really well to facilitate getting work done. They've also done a lot to make the space feel safe during COVID: lots of room for distancing, sanitizing spaces, etc.

WeWork Office Space & Coworking: what do users think?
Thinking 101: We had a terrible experience here. The staff is particularly incompetent.
Ran Dio: Decent cowork space
vancity webdesign: Great co working space. I do like the Burrard location a bit better, but this one is perfect for Main Street!
Edmon Moren: I have been renting a 2-person office here for over a year. Great location, awesome staff, happy hours on Thursdays, pet friendly, what more could you want? 'Derick' the printer breaks down sometimes, but the team is is good at fixing him quickly.I see some reviews here from people complaining about the old covid protocols and can't help but wonder why they're going into a co-working space if they were concerned about that.
Sonic Brownie: Cool vibe.
ninjaboy744: non responsive despite numerous emails.
Nile X: The worst customer service and staff. Never going back.
AJ: Horrible place, horrible staff, horrible treatment.
W T: Pretty cool space for a new biz wanting an office, a receptionist and a dynamic work space. Thursdays social mingler with refreshments, maybe you meet a handy contact?!! Try it, cheap rent and security.
Minh Le: The staff here are good but there is one major annoyance that I have with the offices. The walls between offices provide NO SOUND proofing and you can really hear the conversations of your neighbours. We've constantly asked the staff and neighbours to please keep it down but there's very little they can do other than a polite please keep it down. Sadly, this is not adequate as it's simply unrealistic to expect neighbouring colleagues to not communicate, so there will always be the odd occasion where a group of people are chatting and laughing for 30 minutes at a time. They'll go quiet for awhile but its inevitable that the chatting starts up again from the same people or ANOTHER office nearby.Simply put, the concept of having offices right next to each other separated simply by glass walls is terrible for companies that require a quiet environment. On average, 2-3 hours out of my day is filled with noisy conversation from adjoining offices. I've given up on asking the staff to constantly ask people to shush..
Nathan C: I've been going here awhile and it's a good location with nice staff, but the some of the people who go here need to seriously consider others safety during a pandemic.I just watched someone cough, with their mask around their chin, all over the kitchen area and walk away, leaving the entire area contaminated. This is just part of a long string of people I've seen blatantly ignoring basic safety, and honestly I've had enough of going here purely because nothing is done about it.The staff need to be more forceful and educate people on how to properly wear a mask, and to STAY HOME if sick or coughing.
Alex Benjamin: Best WeWork in North America? The team here are exceptional. We’ve been here ~15 months and love it. Highly recommend.
Shay B: Went for a tour (using a pseudonym on here though) and noticed that there were multiple people sneezing and coughing without any masks, or even covering their mouths. It was super gross to see within a brief 10 minute visit someone sneeze all over the table in front of them.Given the COVID situation I was pretty unimpressed - it's an enclosed space and the tenants aren't taking it nearly seriously enough. Masks should be mandatory in any coworking space at this point.Staff seemed friendly and were wearing masks, but there's no enforcement of anyone else in the building which is a huge shame.
Taylor Chobotiuk: Love this space and amazing team!
Tim Pezarro: High quality shared workspace. Close to downtown.
JZ Home Buyers: We absolutely love this office space and highly recommend them for anyone who may be interested. An amazing staff who puts you and your needs first.
L L: Beautiful space in a very good location though parking is very difficult!
Pat Borrelli: WeWork's newest location in beautiful Mount Pleasant. 2 floors with everything you expect from the company, minutes from transportation options at Broadway City Hall or Terminal Station. Quick walk to great restaurants on Main St., Olympic Village, etc. Tons of great brewery options as well, including Main St. brewery, Red Truck, Brassneck, 33 Acres, and more. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for office space in a beautiful, community focused working environment.

The Profile: what do users think?
Elgin Lim: Fast, reliable service with a personal touch. We're very happy with The Profile and their services.
Katharine Lamoureux: Daphne & Kevin @ The Profile offer an amazing mail service. They are responsive, pay attention to details and have great pricing. I would highly recommend their service and will continue to use it ourselves.
Golden Age Timeline Publishing: The Profile is great. It's a well-thought-through co-working space with excellent service. They are very friendly, helpful, and professional. In particular, I appreciated their virtual address service especially during the pandemic, trying to make it work for everyone despite the challenges we all faced. I highly recommend them for any business looking for a virtual address and/or co-working space.
Jai M: Just like the other reviewers, they did not refund my deposit. Though the website looks very professional with quality details that we otherwise overcome, the reality is still these guys are unprofessional. They got a deposit which they did not return and moreover i never got mails for over half month due to postal strike and i get no service as soon as i say i dont want to continue further. Canada post returned the mails due to their address naming convention which does not work for me. Also they increased the scanning fees abrupty without notice which also did not work for me. They still have the deposit for the month but act like they are doing favor to me. Luckily im on holidays and dont have the need to legally go after them as done by a number of reviewers.
Rydex Global Dist Ltd: Excellent customer service! Kevin was very helpful and answers all my questions patiently when I had some issues . This is one company who would go the extra mile to help their clients.
Behzad Sh: Nice idea
Tricia Raha Sedaghat Wayne: Best coworking space ever.
Ekaterina Martynyuk: One of the greatest places for Co working space and virtual office.
Matt Jarvis: Great Work Environment!
Josh - Oh My Print: Love the new office and the staff could not be more welcoming :) Thank you for having us. Here is to the years ahead!
Arash Ehteshami: I share many of the same experiences as others here. The space is nice, the staff are friendly, and the meeting rooms are great. When it came to ending the lease, my security deposit was not returned under the terms of the commercial tenancy and I was effectively ghosted by the company. My calls and emails weren't returned and unfortunately, I too, had to resort to legal action to get the deposit back.Very (unexpectedly) unprofessional on their part.
Jeff Phillips: Great space with convenience of multiple locations. The team that runs the Profile is really helpful and the spaces are constantly being improved. You don't get as many amenities as fancier co-share spaces, but the price is also more reasonable. Recommend for those looking for a quiet space to work from.
Mike Kerfoot: Great location in the heart of gastown with great value. The team here is very helpful and supportive. The view is hard to beat too - it's always easy to see where the snowline is on the north shore.
Minal C.: This is a great space and conveniently located at the heart of dtown.
Hamid Omid: Great attitude, great views and lots of hardworking entrepreneurs!
Debbie Lane: Don't get a lot for your money - not even water!!!
Ashley Viens: If you are on the fence about which coworking/packages office space to join, look no further. Kevin, Sunny, and Marina have been a pleasure to work with! The Profile team has been supportive of our growing team and have made the community here genuine and valuable. Highly recommend!
Ray Fish: Don't expect to get your security deposit back. Nice view but not worth the premium cost.
Patrick Audley: Great coworking space. Reasonable rates, very professional and clean. One of the more business focussed coworking spaces.
Adam Kagan: Great for small businesses
Ahmed Aibak: Good place to host events.
