Spin Society: what do users think?
Amanda Daemmig: Great place for spin!!
Chris Etcheverry: Nice studio and very friendly coaches!
Aynaz Parkas: I tried a class here with class pass but I got hooked in. The energy level is really high every class I’ve been to so far and everyone is super nice and friendly.
Sofia Sainz: Amazing class, really fun and great music!
farzod darzi: Great instructors and friendly staff.
erik Benson: Great first class.
Aiko Ladesma: 🚴🏻‍♀️🙂🔥 Fav location!!!
Stephanie Sun: EDIT 31/10/2022: I've tried some more instructors and just want to add a few other faves down below! Also - shoutout to the staff who are always so warm and welcoming and do their best to setup the room and help everyone get settled in on time. Appreciate your hard work, smiles and friendliness. After leaving tonight's class feeling so fantastic and with a smile I couldn't help, I feel compelled to share my positive experiences after several years of going to SpinSociety. I never loved spin, (had tried it a few times when I lived in NYC) but a friend convinced me to join her here for a class. Although it was a tough class, I had so much fun I decided to try a few more. It's been several years now and this is my go-to spot now for spin in Vancouver. I have tried two other popular studios but they just don't do it for me the same way.My fave instructors are definitely Beth, Lucy and Jenna - I know I'm always in the best hands with them. The facilities are great, love having late classes for people like me who can't always make it to anything earlier and the themed classes are always fun too. If you love EDM hits (Rayel, Odesza, Avicii, Zedd, etc.) then Lucy (and Amanda) has incredible playlists.*EDIT* I just want to add that I also highly recommend trying Carmen, Stephanie, Marco, Anil, Amanda and Parker you won't regret it - great music, strong communication for cues and countdowns, and overall, really fun! Every instructor has a personal touch to their classes - whether it be in their music, their motivational words, the choreography or even their own journeys that brought them to spin. In any case, it really does take a bit of trial and error to find which ones speak to you but once you find them, it makes the world of difference.Give it a try, I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do!
Reagan Leslie: Great facility. Class instructor was amazing. Place was clean and people were great.
Stacey Keating: Super nice space, clean and equipment is kept in top shape. Have gone three times now and all of the instructors are fantastic! Music is also good volume but not deafeningly loud and can still hear the instructor speaking. I’m addicted!
Dr. Jaipaul Parmar: Just what you want in a spin studio. Good instructors, clean space and good music.
jessy m: Amazing experience and workout. The instructors lift you up and push you to do your best.
Marcela Ramírez: Since they haven't replied to my email, I'm posting my feedback here.If you are short and/or inexperienced, don't come here, It's not safe.Email sent on May 25th 2022, same day I attended to class at 6:40pmHey,I came to try this place because I saw one instructor from Rumble also worked here, so I thought I would have the same amazing experience too. Even though I knew they are different studios, I still expected to be awesome since they cost almost the same. Nevertheless, it was horrible. The lady from the front desk rushed me to go into the class, and didn’t even let me lock my things. She told me she would close it for me, but when I finished the class, I went to pick my things and the locker was open. I know that the chances of someone stealing my Fanny pack is very low, but still the lockers are there for a reason and it’s not ok for the staff to tell me that they’ll take care of it when they have no intention to do it.After this, the lady walked me to the room, she “measured” my height according to the bicycle and left me there. No instructions, no further explanation, she didn’t even explained me the parts of the bike or anything. Even though she knew it was my first time doing this. Then, the class started, and the instructor gave some quick directions that Were not even clear. I didn’t know what to do, where should I move the gear, place my hands, anything. I know it’s similar to a bicycle, but still every sport has certain poses and specific instructions so I don’t hurt my knees or back or something else. I kept going, trying to figure out the instructions and I started feeling pain in the part where I was sitting on, because the seat was too high and it was very hard for me to keep going without balancing from side to side. I was struggling. It’s disrespectful to leave someone just like that, knowing it’s their first time, and not even checking on the new people that were joining the class. I didn’t leave the class because I didn’t want to be disrespectful to the people in the room. Even though I couldn’t care less about the instructor because she didn’t care about the new spinners. The whole experience was awful. And not even the music was good so I could at least enjoy while seated waiting for the class to finish.I really wanted this experience to be nice, I was looking forward to trying a new sport, but it was just terrible.
Christine Millington: All of the instructors are excellent! They really motivate you even when you don't want to be. Lol
Joy Ful: The staff here are super friendly and inclusive, especially Alex he recommended a class he thought I would like... and I DID!! This is the place to go to if you want an amazing workout and to lose some weight! They lock you in a room, turn out the lights, crank the music, turn on the disco lights, everyone starts cheering and screaming! Its basically a cycling rave! The motivation is intense! I was drenched in sweat after! Can't wait to come back for another!
Melany Noseworthy: Have been to lots of spin studios but this one remains my favorite! They have some amazing instructors that make the classes so fun!
Julieta F: The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by super friendly staff. The amenities are great and you defined get what you pay for. Trainers are amazing and always leave the class inspired for the rest of the day!
CJ W: Workout was good, but the instructor was very standoff'fish and cliquey with riders that she knew.
Amanda Breitkreutz: I’ve never been so motivated and pushed so hard in any exercise class. The music is Loud, the room is dark, and it’s just a lot of fun. I love Spin Society, and the downtown location is my favourite. All the instructors are great and have their own music and vibe. Carmen is my favourite !
Shamil Hajee: This is by far one of the better spin cycle companies out there. I had an issue with my online account and Dominik went out of his way to help me solve my problems. Their vibe is awesome and I always look forward to getting in for a ride. I would recommend Spin Society 100%!!!
Yasmeen Vaquerano: Awesome intructors, friendly and encouraging environment, clean & tidy, and it's a fun way to exercise! i recommend this place if you are interested to cycle.

Spin Society: what do users think?
Maria Continentino: Best studio in Vancouver. Friendly staff and great instructors!
Heather: Gorgeous facility. And a wonderful little puppy welcomer. Based on the first interaction I had with an employee, I would not go back. They were stressed and frantic. The bikes were nice, different than others I have used in the past. But overall not bad. I had much better luck after class with someone friendlier at the front desk!
Krzysztof Lewandowski: Great experience, 1st time and really appreciate the atmosphere, the instructor Marco and his choice of music and energy were on point! Recommended!
Lea S: I really love going to spin society! It is my favourite spin studio I’ve been to in Vancouver! Especially the mount pleasant location. Jenna T is an amazing instructor, best vibes. I’ve attended mostly her classes. The studio is very clean and the front of house staff is super welcoming. I appreciate that there is no rental fee on the shoes! I would give it 5 stars, but I went to a class today at the DT location at 5:30 pm and it was disappointing! :( It was my first time with this other instructor, they were very off beat and had unclear instructions which were paired with excessive choreography. The music choices were also quite poor to a spin class. It is possible that person is very new! Overall would highly recommend this studio. It’s a bit pricey but if you can afford it, I would say it’s worth it ❤️
Jaime Chong: This place is pretty intense and very stimulating. As someone who gets bored easily, I love it.
S W: Great Class, great vibe. It's a little packed in there and the lobby is very small when there's one class coming in and the other leaving. That's the on drawback
Jayanti Hunter: Looovveeeeee spin society!! The ambiance and vibe is immaculate. Especially Evvie. She’s such an amazing instructor and always so energetic. I also love her music choice.
Genevieve Ling: Been going to Spin society for 5 years now and they are incomparable! The spin instructors have a genuine fun and exciting attitude about instructing which makes the exercise so much more enjoyable!
Amanda Bacon: Terrible experience. Firstly, they have way too many bikes crammed into one room. There are 50 bikes and just enough space to fit the bikes side by side maybe a few tiny inches apart, so you feel like you have no personal space. I personally am not worried about covid, but I don't want to feel like the person next to me is on top of me, especially in a cardio class where everyone gets really sweaty (and smelly). If someone was still worried about covid or had to be cautious due to a vulnerable family member etc., this place would not be covid-safe. Really feels like they are packing all those bikes in there to make as much money as possible per class, which I understand from a business perspective, but makes for a very uncomfortable ride.Immediately walking into the studio it reeked of B.O. from the previous class. They should have an essential oil diffuser going during class and/ or spray some kind of natural air freshener/ disinfectant before the next class. On that note, it seems like there is not much time between the classes, they flip the room probably within 15 min- so when you walk in, the previous class is leaving and the new class is coming in, making the reception area very crowded and hectic. Also flipping the room that fast makes me question if the room is being properly sanitized between classes or if they are solely depending on the riders / class participants to sanitize their bikes. The instructor was also awful. She didn't do a gradual warmup, she just went right into intensity. I can usually modify to my own intensity but she made it hard to adjust as she went into 1-count stand ups from the seat within the first 2 min.Just overall a very disappointing experience. Such a shame because I used to be a member at the Granville and Drake location when they first opened. Way different vibe then with their humble beginnings, vs now where they pack too many people in and flip classes too quick just to maximize profit. Please do better Spin Society.
Felicity Nguyen: love the environment and the instructors! i removed one star because sometimes i take a super early morning class around 7am and whenever i shower which is pretty infrequently, they seem to never have any conditioner? little thing..
Jessica Davidson: I think Spin Society is a great studio. I have found it is one of few studios that offer an intense 6 am workout class. I exclusively go to the morning classes due to my work schedule and honestly it's one of the highlights of my day. The instructors are all great and have different styles so you do get a bit of variety with each class. The people that work at the front desk are always friendly and the studio is always clean and welcoming. Overall, I would highly recommend this studio to anyone who is looking to get into spinning!
Jack Nielsen: Horrible neighbors, rude staff.
lindsay Brooke: 945am booking for spin societyTerrible service, kicked me out of class when i had to pee instead of help me back to my bike, im in total shock. They apparently didnt want light inthe room so thats why they couldnt help me. So if anyone needs to use the washroom during class they are not allowed back in, 🤣
Ben: Came in for two classes as a guest with my friend and really enjoyed the energy of the class. I had class with the instructors Anil and Alex and both were amazing at hyping up the class and keeping it fun and energetic. Really enjoyed how fun the class was and how clean the facilities was. Would definitely see myself coming back soon!
Anna Li: I never knew I would enjoy spin class as much as I do. I have been coming to this location for almost a year now and I have no reason to ever look for another Spin location. That is, as long as Alex teaches here I will always come back. Alex is the most phenomenal trainer/instructor/motivational speaker I have ever met. I love to be inspired and he inspires me every class. Although, his classes are usually a bit more expensive than other instructors here, I’m always willing to pay a little extra for quality things in life. The staff is always helpful and accommodating. Grateful to have been introduced to Spin society
maja giannoccaro: The instructors are great!
Talia Rivera: I love the classes! Sometimes it's hard to find a class you like but the schedules don't match your work hours. Spin Society has it all. The facilities are nice, clean, the staff very friendly and the instructors are amazing. Especially Madi who always motivates me to give my best!
Emily Fu: The best spin class I’ve had to date at this studio, bravo. All the instructors here have energy like no other place. Will be back again and again
Joyce F.: One of the best studios I’ve been to! The staff is friendly and willing to help you get on your bike.
Nikki Aytoglu: If you are looking for a spin studio, this place is IT.After moving back to Vancouver in 2018, I felt like I couldn't find a studio that had a vibe similar to what I was used to out on the east coast. I finally stumbled onto Spin Society through class pass. Since then, I can't begin to describe how incredible this place has been. Spin Society is more than just a studio, it is an incredibly supportive, inclusive and welcoming community.I want to echo the other reviews about how it is "the little things that matter the most, the moments that might go unnoticed: remembering and calling you by your name in a class of 50 students, following little old me on IG, taking time to ask about your class experience at peak hours on a Saturday morning, and sharing a piece of their personal journeys in class with such vulnerability and honesty".S/O to Brent for always being hella inspiring, Marco for always being so approachable, so kind and for the BEST (and toughest) rides, Kandis for always putting a smile on everyone's faces and Jaime! (even though I think Jaime moved on to another role lmao)Thank you Spin Society! you rock xoxo
kara h: Had my last spin class here today (am moving abroad) and have had a wonderful experience at this studio. All the staff are friendly, Emma at the front desk is always warm, welcoming, and helpful! Instructors Kaiya, Marco, and Vanessa bring lots of energy to their classes and are great at motivating you at 6am. Will definitely be back here to spin during visits to Canada.

SoulCycle YLTN - Yaletown: what do users think?
Ambra: Really enjoyed their classes
Rustom Burjorjee: We absolutely love soul cycle and completely understand the cult like following. For a person that never really prioritized working out, I now come here 3 to 4 times a week and will probably never stop. It's a solid workout , with the best instructors who really have such a positive message in every class. In a world surrounded by so much hate, this place provides a nice positive good feeling each time. The music is so great and a 45 minute class flies by. Lastly, Lindsay and her team, provide the best service I've ever seen and am always pleasantly surprised by the level they go to. They have done their best to be socially distant during COVID as well with everything you can think of being constantly sanitized and socially distant.
paola Little: Amazing classes and wishing the best success as they are amazing team
Roxanne Dowlatyaridowlatdoost: Amazing studio and fantastic instructors!!! Going to class is like food for the Soul ;)
Myka Tubo: the workout itself was super fun and motivating, JD was amaaazinggg!! i’ve done spin classes at other studios but his energy and interaction with the class was just unbelievable. I only gave it 3 stars because I didn’t really feel welcomed when I first came in. I walked in and no one acknowledged me or even said hello. I signed in and stood there until someone noticed because they were talking amongst themselves. I usually don’t mind stuff like that because it happens but it just sucked because it was my first time there and I didn’t feel welcomed. Staff could be nicer. Although I would go back again because the workout itself was great!
Andreas Nystrom: Great fitness and fun. Tia is on fire!!!
Derek Kief: Tori is AMAZING! The staff here are also great. Be sure to get to class early, as it can be a bit tight around the lockers.
Dannon: Facilities below standard, especially the changing/locker area. The bikes aren’t the quality you would expect for an establishment that charges the fees that they do. Worst part is the unfriendly atmosphere. We need a better option in Yaletown
Claire Parker: Loved it! Soul cycle is consistent wherever I go in the country!
christina zhang: Amazing customer service
Rebecca Germond: This is the best place on earth ❤️❤️❤️ the team here is so lovely and accommodating. Everyone is helpful and so kind. My favourite place to work out.
MICHELE FAYE: Too expensive. The manager was fired for being racist against a middle eastern man. The studio is too loud and hot. They have the cheapest bikes
Grace Pinter: I am a regular a several spin studios around Vancouver and when SoulCycle arrived last year, I was ecstatic. I used to make trips down to Bellevue to go to spin and visit Seattle. SoulCycle has made a big impact in Yaletown. However, with most spin studios, there is a big of a clique vibe. Once you're in the studio, you'll be enveloped by high energy from reception to the instructor to the people around you. It's a tough class where speed and resistance are constant battles. But, you'll walk out of the studio feeling accomplished!
Justin Voitic: Daniella - HIP HOP THURSDAY! the best everrrrrr
Joshua Fang: Great first class with Francisco! Super high energy and really got you pumped up.
Adriana Orta: I went on Saturday morning for my fist time ever and I was not sure what to expect but oh boy! it was fun, Francesco was on fire! He made sure I was all set and explained everything well. He is full of energy and I really enjoyed the class even though I was feeling like I was gonna die haha Loved the music, the studio, and all the good vibe that everyone brings in. I shall be back... I just need to recover from the after workout pain lol
Sarah Hildebrand: Disappointing to be honest. I tried 2 classes here. I’ve been to SoulCycle in the states and it just doesn’t live up to the hype here. The classes aren’t full which really kills the vibe (Saturday mornings should be full!) Front row has empty seats and first time riders are put in the front so it’s impossible to ride all together on beat - everyone is honestly doing their own thing going in whatever direction. There is just so much competition in this city for spinning that I expected better (although the facility and bikes are absolutely beautiful I must say!)
Pallavi Gurrala: An awesome experience. Every employee working there was so friendly. Daniella’s class was fantastic. The energy and vibe was great to support having a great ride! Will be coming back.
Philman Yeung: Loved the facility!
Kalvin Lim: One of my most favourite places to sweat! The YLTN Soul cycle team create a warm inviting space to encourage both health and wellness
Christina Weizmann: What an exceptional experience - to rock out hard to awesome music, positive affirmations, a hard body instructor pushing you to keep going further and feel like you're in a nightclub. Loved every minute of it.

Method Cycling: what do users think?
Eliot CP: Great studio for cycle training, the instructors are top notch, methodical ;), and there’s always a great vibe. Very welcoming for beginners as well as more serious riders. The space is always very clean, bikes are in good condition and the space is wide open so it doesn’t get stuffy. Love the stretch and recovery corner and the fact that the music is not too loud. You also get a great metrics report emailed after class (make sure to check-in) which is a useful tool to track progress.
Billie Murphy: The absolute best! Everyone is welcome here. If you can pedal you can find a place at Method. They have seen me through injury, recovery, and training. Keep up the amazing work!
Regis Denefle: Quality coaching in a roomy, well lit and ventilated space (Kits location). Good change rooms. A predictable, self contained workout, as intense as you make it.
Karen Scanlan: Amazing staff, great intructors and the bikes are so well maintained. Nice facility with all the amenities and a mountain view once in a while! Love going here!
Robin Gill: It is a ride of your life and the best workout.
Mariko Ikehata: I take Gregg’s morning class on Fridays. Very good workout and fun environment to squeeze every last drop of my sweat in the morning.
Eliott Wilkes: Took Gregg's class this morning, was a GREAT workout. Fun music, well organized and intense! I'll be back!
Bob Lindsay: Absolutely the best way to train in cardio and endurance. The instructors are great.
peter buecking: Method indoor riding sessions are the best! Make your day better every time. Just show up once and you will understand!
Omid Najafi: Top notch facilities and great instructors!
Dave Roman: The instructors are organized and friendly, the place is clean, spacious and there's a good choice of sessions throughout the day
Kira Orr: Unlike so many other cycling studios in town, you WON'T be pedaling in the dark, struggling to hear garbled instructions amid the ear splitting 120 decibel music or have your back in agony from bouncing in and out of the seat doing handlebar "pushups"! Nope! Method is the place where you can rely on any of its accomplished and professional coaches to provide a structured, challenging, safe, motivating and dare I say fun experience, whether you're a serious outdoor rider or not. All are welcome. Love it here!
bruce marshall: Best spin studio in town......where to go for keen cyclists who are looking for a quality work out
Adina Ku: Amazing studio and amazing people
Glenn Eleiter: The best instructors. Welcoming atmosphere. Perfect variety of classes. Wonderful community.
Robynn GS: Absolutely fantastic studio. The couches are sooooo great. They keep the class motivated and feeling fit. Also, the entire team has always been lovely, polite and super helpful. The studio is clean and the bikes are in great shape.100% recommend!
Bill Klug: The instructors and high intensity workouts are great! Even during cycling season I attend studio classes to get that additional motivation from the Method community.
Gregg Ambrosi: Gorgeous facility - love seeing the mountains out of those windows. And the team is top-notch... friendly, professional and best of all: great workouts.
Siobhan McCormick: I haven't been to Method Cycling for a while but I am starting up again. It's a great studio with great instructors and an solid schedule!
Nathan Chan: Such an amazing space for indoor riding! Love that this is a structured training style class compared to other indoor studios. Great workout during off season when it’s not as easy to get outdoors!!
George Muenz: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityBest spin classes, bar none. Excellent facility, professional instructors, structured workouts with a proper warmup, this is a client focused service. Spoiled me insofar as no other service can compare. Instructors are superb but modest, it’s about you, not them.

Ride Cycle Club: what do users think?
Christopher Doege: Staff here are all awesome. Great music, great instructors. One of the best places in kits for a good sweat but I’d probably continue coming here even if I moved further away. Worth every penny.
Diksha Sen Chaudhury: Instructors have amazing energy and make the experience so enjoyable!
Zhi Zhang: I love ride cycle
Lee Celine: Lovely staffs, lovely instructors !! I love starting my morning with Ride :)
Kathryn MacFarlane: Ride is one of my favourite workouts in the city. If you like cardio and loud music you’ll love this workout.
Nikki: Might be biased…as I’ve only been to Mollys classes but I don’t need to go to anyone else but her! Great energy. Was scared to start spin as it seemed very intimidating but she made me feel super comfortable and always brings her A-game to class. I’ve keep bringing everyone I know to her classes. Studio space is clean and well kept. :)
Shannon Dressel: Ride Cycle is the best!
Trang Thai: Great energy! I love a good ride when my mood is not always there. I always leave feeling great after
Robin Lewis: Becs class was so so good! Incredible tunes and such a phenomenal sweat. Hands down best spin class I have been to.
Jason Van: Love the studio and the staff! Community is great and they did amazing during the pandemic and keeping the studio safe and clean. Highly recommend to anyone!
Keerti Walia: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Ashley Godbout: Great spin studio with awesome instructors. Definitely has its own fun and intense vibe. If you're into spin you'll love this place and if you don't know it's definitely worth a try.
Tyler Smet: Positive:Professionalism,QualityBest spin in town
Amee Barber: An absolute blast. They pivoted well during Co-Vid and have let us back in studio with excellent precautions. Highly recommend!!!
Kim Williams: Absolutely amazing place for a workout. Great staff, great facility, fantastic class!
Jimmy Quach: First time at Ride today... Man this place was awesome. The class is large, their sound system is incredible, the lighting, the facilities... everything is on point. My class was with Latonya... what’s up with her? She has some crazy energy... and is she a motivational speaker? There were 3 songs left, I was dead tired and she drops some heavy grungey beats that only an audiophile can appreciate, I can feel the bass... then she throws out a quote from Coach Carter... I had to give everything I had to pick up the beat hahaha amazing feeling. Thanks for the fun class!
KT S: I LOVE their spin classes and their instructors are fantastic! High energy, fit and very very encouraging. I like their Kits location the best because it's brand new and everything is super clean.
Sarah S: One of my favourite workouts in Vancouver at the moment. Love to follow on Instagram and find out about all the fun events happening in the studio
Carmen: Usually I love this place but today I brought a friend, she forgot her water bottle, and when she tried to buy a bottle before class, she was told they were out - yet each employee had a Ride plastic water bottle they were sipping behind the desk. Poor optics...I feel like maybe save them for sale if you're low stock? Great class and facilities though. We still had fun.
Sandra Emry: Love love love this studio. Was such a good sweat, high energy, and the instructor was fantastic. Very happy to have this studio in the neighborhood, I'll definitely be back!
Jessica Klose: I love Ride. Great space full of great people. Top notch equipment and instructors. This is my church.

Cadence: what do users think?
Ariane: I tried spin for the first time at Cadence on a class pass. I'm a fair weather cyclist but was intimidated by some of the more .. vibey studios. Cadence is much better for me! The instruction is clear, the music is good but not too loud, and there's a true diversity of patrons. There's no weird dance-y bits on the bike in the classes I've been to, and no strange screaming or hollering. I do wish there were more showers and proper lockers, but as I'm in the neighborhood it doesn't bug me. I love Cadence!
Wande Abimbola: Honestly, I've never been a spin person but Cadence has me convinced! Great instructors, varied classes that feel challenging but without the gimmicks, and overall good time. Go to Cadence!
Matt Silvestre: The best place to spin in the city!
Camila Swinyard Lara: I like the inclusive feel of this studio, some spin/ work out places can feel intimidating/ pretentious but all of my experiences at Cadence have been positive.I've tried different classes through class pass and thee 45 minute spin is perfect for me and the 45 minute work out classes upstairs are also great! The staff are really friendly, welcoming and remember people's names which I find impressive and also elevates the experience!Updating my review to reiterate everything I said before, the ambiance is great, the staff are great and the members are also pretty awesome. I really enjoy going to Cadance :)
Dr. Joe Seifeddine: Hard to sum up how much I truly love Cadence but let's start withLove the atmosphere, ambience, and the community. The owner is amazing, staff incredible, and the members very warming and welcoming. Never knew I would be getting addicted to cycling but definitely I am now. Love this place as much as I love lifting weights ☺️💪
Cassandra Anderton: Super great classes with lovely people!
Hayley Matches: An amazing community and killer workouts - highly recommend!
Courtenay Pletz: I just finished my intro month at Cadence and absolutely loved it. The instructors are great and the classes always provide an amazing work out. The atmosphere is fun and inclusive and the facilities are top notch.
Mark Liangco: Class at 5:30, arrived at 5:31 and refused to let me in. Don't ever be late for any class here or they'll take your credits ask you to go home. I admit I was late but a little leniency goes a long way. Classes are a good. Customer experience? Not quite.
Gregg Ambrosi: Wonderful studio with very friendly staff. Love the all green cleaning supplies used too! Fantastic Stages bikes and a big variety to types of classes.
Bronwyn Wilkinson: We are long-distance cyclists who train regularly at Cadence and particularly enjoy the power rides with Gregg Ambrosi and Endurance rides with Natasha Lowe. Facilities are great, staff are wonderful. Great training for cyclists and anyone who wants a good hard workout.
Luigi: Great Work Out! My first Indoor Cycling Class ever! 60 full minutes of intervals, up and down the hills; after 3h I still feel like burning Kcals!! The studio was great (modern and super clean) the instructor Gregg Ambrosi awesome (competent and interactive) i suggest it to everyone!
Jill Masters: Luv the 60min Power Ride with coach Greg Ambrosi! Efficient, challenging & fun. Great complement for outdoor riding.
tina: Loved the class however the marker they gave me to fill out my waiver leaked all over my hands and stained/ruined my jacket :( !!!!!
liz m: I have been going to Cadence for more years than I can count. Cadence was the first spin studio I ever attended and it wasn’t until I started to travel for work more and attend classes in other cities that I realized how lucky I was. There are no disco lights and there is no pretentiousness … just great fitness classes in a supportive environment. The classes truly cater to all levels from beginner to elite. There are no rankings and people are not compared to one another. Instead, everyone is pushed to work within themselves and for themselves.
Will L: Good spot. Helpful staff too.
Amy Speranza: I’ve been apart of the Cadence community for over two years now and it’s my happy place! The instructors are knowledgeable and make you sweat while having a really time.If you have never tried a spin class before or you’ve spinning for years you’ll be so happy you came!
Jason Howell: Positive:Professionalism,Quality
Rebecca Neild: Amazing community, the instructors are extremely welcoming and supportive. Always clean, top notch bikes and shoes and the music choices are always awesome.
Camille Lopez: Love this spin studio! The instructors always motivate you to push your hardest while still listening to your body and your limits. I highly recommend this spin studio if you’re up for a fun and challenging workout!
Sogol A: This is a great studio! The Saturday 8am Class with Caroline is a great workout and worth every bit of sweat! She keeps the energy up and positive the entire 60 minutes and has the best songs! Highly recommend it.
