Jennifer Lucas: I bought a really unique sleeper sofa. They were upfront about how long it would take a custom order from Finland and that timeline was pretty accurate. Great communication from Harald whenever I asked for an update. Delivery was easy to arrange, very flexible and they took care of everything. It took some time to get, but it was well worth the wait. Can't wait for my first guest.
P Kwok: It was a nightmare in recent purchase in Industial Revoluyion Furniture. We paid the dining table, delivery and assembly fee in full in advance. Then in the delivery day, the installers didn't bring the needed hardware for the table assembly. So the table was just left unassembled at our home. We asked the installer to come back with the hardware to complete the assembly but no feedback. The shop asked us to go to their place to pick up used hardware but at the expense of our time. It is totally no customer service and just put the burden of other faults on us, the customer. Totally disappointed and frustrated.

Dean: Great customer service ! David helped me with a small problem we had with our sofa, sourced a few new pillow inserts to provide both better support and a better overall look. Excellent service from Dave and the entire Briers team.
Daniel Broverman: We bought 2 sofas and 4 chairs from Briers. While they took a few months to arrive, when they did, they were beautiful. We ended up having a spring pop out the bottom of our chaise after only a few months of use, and Briers was amazing in getting it fixed. David oversaw everything and had the frame completely rebuilt for us in only a few days. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend Briers. They stand by their quality and will make it right if there are any problems.

Aaron Kafka: I purchased table bases for a cafe. The service was prompt and friendly. Once the bases were installed there were some manufacturing defects. Better Buy Chairs quickly replaced the table bases and paid for the re-installation. They clearly stand behind their products and are a stand up business to deal with. Highly recommend.
