Queen Elizabeth Dog Park: what do users think?
d h: Good for dogs if you're a dog huggerPlayground: No playgroundDog-friendliness: Love the doges
Dominik Plempe: Nice okay sized dog park but there's no fence separating it from the parking lot or quiet road near by, but since it's pretty big it's not usually a problem for the dogs when they're running around playing.A water station would be great to have there for the dogs. There's a washroom just across the parking lot so plumbing is nearby. Constructing a water station wouldn't be that big of a problem to build.
Anna: Avoid on rainy days cause it’s a muuuuuddy battlefield, but my pup loves it here. It’s huge and usually she has some friends to play with!
Jon-Paul Jones: I'm not sure about the dog park personally because I don't have a dog. But there is a lot to do at Queen Elizabeth Park and golf ⛳️ tennis courts, and I think there are basketball hoops Frisbee golf as well, and it is just a nice park to walk 🚶‍♂️ or run 🏃‍♂️ around
Marwyn Pangaliman: Good, great
Selina Ma: Less of a “dog park” and more of an open field where dogs are allowed off leash. There are no public dog amenities like fresh water or communal poop baggies. But still, a gorgeous area of the park with calm traffic. Its clean and the grass is well maintained. Other dogs and their humans are lovely and responsible. There was a nice crowd when we came here on a Saturday afternoon :)
Paul Ambrose Lythgo: is it a dog park? or an open field? 🤔
Simon Blizzard: WOOF WOOF WOOF BARK BARK WOOFread this to your dog
Enxvinityツ: I own no dog ):
Henry Liu: Big open area with fresh air for walk. Easy for parking.Restrooms: Cinvenient. One near Ross Garden. One near Restaurant.
Jamie Carballo: Mom-fenced area for dogs, but plenty of space to roam
Peter F: Not fenced, minimal picnic tables or sitting areas for humans, no water for pups.
Bryan Young: Doggos and puppers dogpark
Jen: It's not huge but it's at least a place for the dogs to run around off-leash and get some interaction with other dogs. But it does tend to be a mud pit so bring some towels for after.
Austin Rosenfeld: No much going on when we went. Very muddy. Nothing special
Myisland Ofchoice: Park on road to avoid pay parking
Joseph Wong: Very popular place to walk dogs.
Julio: Fix your holes at the dog park or just close it.Few animals get hurt here due to holes.World famous park...
Natsu Fujita: Nice and big but not fenced.
Johnny Moore: Sucks that parking isn't free..
Diane Askin: Big area. A bit mucky after all the rain

Spanish Banks Off Leash Dog Area: what do users think?
Mike Estevez: Good place specifically for the dogs. They will have a lot of fun and they will get super wet in the beach area. If you come early you can get a picnic table and have a nice day with your furry friend. I don't recommend coming on a cloudy day since it's too windy.
Robin Allison: There should be more dog parks like this one.Dog-friendliness: Other dog parks can be as pathetic as a chain link fence around a gravel lot. This park delivers exactly what any reasonable person would imagine when they say the words dog park.
Nakita: Every Sunday during the warm season I go to drum circle
yvette y tang: It's big, it's nice
Haval Kawani: My favourite
Pouya Nourbakhsh: Must visit
Janet Robertson: Large field with no fencing, a dog beach at the west end, and of course it's next to the beach... lots of parking
Nunu Nasimi: One of the best places to picnicDog-friendliness: The last parking area is dog friendly areaPicnic area: Perfect with benches and washrooms
Bob Baker: Spanish Banks central is my favorite part of the miles of Point Grey beach area.
Nathan Cooke: Best dog beach in Vancouver.
Shoubhik sinha: Great off leash dog beach area.
Victoria DeBrun: Lots of fun for the doggos. Open ocean. Sand ball throwing. Friendly dog owners. Great space to enjoy the fresh sea air.
John Pozer: Great waterfront location with spectacular views of the North Shore Mountains, sunsets, and the Vancouver skyline. Plenty of benches and tables for all. Beach area for dogs adds a extra fun spot for off-leash play. A special park for our family and we often visit the memorial table dedicated to my folks. Enjoy!
Arpit Gulati: I was able to catch aurora here, so enough said!
J Graham: Great spot located at the beach on the far west end of Spanish banks. Plenty of parking when we were there in April but I can imagine it’s not enough in the summer. Also a decent size beach for your pup to roam around off leash. I wish there were more dog friendly spots in vancouver.
Alexander Valencia: The best off leash park in Vancouver, beach , sand, grass, ocean, tables for picnic and BBQ what else can we ask????? I know better restrooms because they are gross...
Dominik Plempe: Beautiful!
Derek Nelson: Great place to walk and comb the beach. Rocky beach. Main attraction is the views and trail.Restrooms: Porta potty
Keith Shikatani: My dog loves the off-leash trails and so do we. It's a simple walk with a few small hills. There are so many different trails that we can take, that it becomes as long or short of a walk as you want. Everyone is so friendly and so far, all the dogs have been well behaved.
Captain Crock: I mean... It's a top beach in Van.... And it has dogs. But don't come here please. 😂
Matias Koch: Beautiful beach with spectacular views of the mountains. It has a large grass area with a lot of picnic tables. It's our favorite spot in Vancouver since we can also bring our dog with us.In the summer it's really hard to find parking unless you come early.

Sparwood Park: what do users think?
Christian Johannsen: Nice little park off of 49th Avenue near Boundary. Located in a quiet neighborhood beside a school with a playground. It has a small forest in the North end of the park where I dropped off my son for a foam flinging event.Dog-friendliness: Dogs were roaming the park off leash.
Alfa Paper: Good place for Japanese food.
Torchie 2010: Playground: Nice new modern playground we take our grandkids there when we visit.Dog-friendliness: Lots of dog playing
Sandra Rivera Rojas: The forest area is beautiful. Not so many dogs to play tho
Angel Armamento: Clean green space. Natural shaded areas from the trees makes good picnic spots - bring your own gear. Watch your dogs in case of coyotes. Washrooms at the gas station across the street.
Thomas Smith: This park is a nice one in amongst a long line of parks in the area. Attached to Champlain heights elementary it can get hectic during school days/events so if your looking for quiet maybe head to Everett Crowley park during those times. It loses a star since the field has a incline in some parts. If your playing badminton or volleyball you can avoid it but soccer could be affected. For baseball there is a gravel field so they got that covered at least and the school has 3 basketball courts but that's school grounds not park. It's also ok for sunbathing/yoga if that is your thing. Happily it has benches but they are usually exposed to sun so it's not much a relief. It has a good forested area that I enjoy seeing in parks, it offers respite from the heavy sun. As mentioned it's attached to Champlain elementary so there is a good playground rated for kids (don't recall age) so toddlers should be restricted/watched. Then the trails in the area cut through between the park and school so it integrates right into the community pathways.Overall a nice park to have around, not stellar but good for little explorers and those wanting to play small court games.
David Sin: It's a quiet park in urban area, I love to stay for some time at Sunny day, very close to home.
Justin Lam: Off leash dog park when it’s after school hours. It’s not fenced in though, but at least the roads are quiet. Doesn’t get too busy, but at least it’s nice to have somewhere like this in the neighborhood.
AC CC: Wonderful park
Tal Bernstein: A beautiful hidden park
吉达星: Sparwood park The elegance of the park is a good place for leisure. Walking 🚶‍♀️ and exercising.
Honto Ming: Good off leash dog park in the evening, but it's part of the school do it's not fenced in.
Donna Dame: Get to walk your dog
Andrew Fedorovsky: Nice and calm
W T: Quiet and small but located on a very quiet neighborhood. It would be part of a larger walk more so than a destination..
Danny Hourican: Big open park, a lot of space and many places for activities of all ages.
N H: Dog off leash hours in the morning and evenings
LUU DUYEN NGUYEN: Thân thiện, trong lành. Thích hợp cho gia đình picnic.
Hannah Haji: Has a lot of logs to walk on which is fun and it's close to a playground and field
Clark Mitchell: Pleasant arrangement of doggos, puppers and the occasional woofer. Quiet, accessible, and the neighboring landscapers are very friendly

Kitsilano Beach Park: what do users think?
Jorge Andrés Arango Gallego: Una playa con espacios para estar tranquilo
Tanveer Behniwal: Always my favourite city beach, amazing vibes, crowded on one side a bit empty on other, accessible to good parking around, all in all love this beach
Kartar Singh: Best place to go for after work walk or just enjoy sunset with your friends and family.
Kelsey D: Great park, one of my favorites - west is the upbeat party, mid-beach is the sports (volleyball and basketball) and east is the quiet(er) park.
Kevin: Great place. Dog friend on the grass part, not on sand part.Nice view. It's very nice here. Parking can be pain.
Gagandeep Dewal: Good summer crowd......Very crowded .
Rebeca Ramírez: In fine 🙂
Aaron P: Busy on good days, packed on great days, and for good reason.Gorgeous mirror view to that of English Bay but less touristy. Many activity facilities, including basketball courts & fitness equipment. But also a looong tracts of land with cool grass-fronts interspersed that are excellent spots for any kind of play. Great for adults and children. And even more I'm sure!
Duke D: Very nice evening with friends; sunset picnic. Decent parking. Play areas. Sandy beach area. Grassy areas with some trees for shade. Popular place. Ship watching from shore.Playground: There are a few.Restrooms: Flush toiletsRelatively cleanRunning water to wash
Saeid Golbidi: Very beautiful, needs more washrooms.
Juan Hernandez: Nice place to relax and set up a towel and lay on the sand or grass whichever you prefer. There are all kinds of people going to Kits beach. There always something for everyone. The stand near Kits pool serves a lot of overpriced goodies for you to enjoy. If you want a meal, the boathouse restaurant is good for lunch and dinner. At times you will also find fruit vendors selling food at the beach. However the best thing at Kits is to sunbathe and people watch. Everyone is always trying to get a good tan or showing off their bodies in the latest swim gear. You see all kinds of body shapes and sizes. From families with new babies or toddlers as well as young and older people is a good mix to enjoy. The volleyball nets have games ranging from the novice to strong competitors. A good mix and fun to watch.Kits beach has it all for sun lovers. But be careful and bring sun screen or you will be a crispy sun worshiper.Restrooms: Always busy when the sun is out. The mens moves quickly but the line on the women's is always long.Picnic area: Nice area for a picnic. There are a few tables so come early.
woo jung park: Very nice place and quiet crowded many people! But it's worth it to visit if you are travel in Vancouver
shenny m: Clean
Nicolas Felipe Ramirez Sarmiento: Lovely place to see the sunset, some folks with music, volleyball camp, the public park. It has a decent washroom, restaurant and a convenience store.
farzod darzi: Lovely beach with volleyball courts, playgrounds and picnic space. Can get fairly busy in summer.
Reid Perepeluk: Best beach by far in Vancouver if your 19-26 years old I highly recommend it and if your looking for a good time on a sunny day.
Graham Traynor: Playground: Awesome place
Janet Robertson: The beach is perfect for hanging out, theres basketball hoops, kids playground, the boathouse restaurant, and the regular beach concession for fish and chips and burgers. Amazing sunset views. Enjoy!
Ashish Lorenz: Nice place to visit on a sunny and hot days.
Nils Manegold: Super aber manchmal sehr voll
Abhishek Gupta: Sun, Sand and Beach with a vibe...🍹😜

Stanley Park Dog Park: what do users think?
América de Breñalvírez: Great, just great 😀😃❗️
Shawn of the Sheep: Clean well kept dog park. Always tennis ball available as there is a tennis court next to it. The turf is covered with small stone but won't hurt your dog. It is quite big and plenty space for many pets to run around. There is also parking which you will need to pay for. You can also take your pet for a walk on the many trails around Stanley Park and the seawall.
Cam Foster: Very dry now....known to be muddy..
Helena Luciano: We love bringing the dogs here however the gravel creates dust clouds and the pen never gets cleaned. I’m going to go ahead and give it 5/5 since it is our city, we love ya!Edit: also 5/5 because the dogs love the stray tennis balls
Lakshmi Subramaniyam: The dog park is nice and great location but too small for our big dog. It's great for smaller dogs!
Bryce Mathews: Not sure why they had to use cement as the base instead of grass. There is so much open space in Stanley park it would have been nice for the fenced off area to be a bit bigger. But it's still a good place to let your dog run around before going on a walk along the seawall.
Jessica Deakin: It’s too small and has no grass.
Mr. Cole Gallant: Very popular place, full of tons of lovely dogs!
sean richards: Awesome garden to walk through!
Al Ja: Worst dog park ever!!! Brought two small breed dogs to run around, unfortunately due to the large breed dogs, one of which showed aggression immediately, I will not return. I do not recommend this small sized enclosure for small breed dogs or puppies.
BG S: Great but watch the gates
Ana Lorenzo: This is a great place for little fellows, the only thing is there's a lot of mud, and the sun does not get to it much, so it hardly dries when it rains, but other than than our dogs love it, and we are very happy to be able to take them there where they can play unleash
G ST: This is the worst dog park I’ve ever seen in vancouver
Sally K: I have a small size dog thats why I googled and went there. I couldnt figure out the parks name after I saw the place, is it a small size park or park for small size dogs.. any ways the park was even small for my chihauhau lol. And thats cement floor and some gaps on the floor so after any rain some natural mini lakes appeared lol. That was so much fun lol.
J: Fully fenced but small and gravel
Josh Manuel: Small area for dogs to run around off leash, owners were being responsible and aware of other dogs, was not too busy, never saw more then 3-4 dogs at a time. Good place for a run around off leash before or after a walk through Stanley park
Martin Oscar Castrejon Lozada: Fue muy agradable.
melissa brewster: Closed off space for small dogs but when no one's there it's quite depressing
Aleah Martin: Great small dog park! My only complaint is that it's not that busy, so you don't usually run into other dogs.
Jonathan Lebherz: Terrible
Christine Binder (Stine): Superb closed in safe space beside tennis court so extra bonus of free balls for all the pups to play with! And the people who go here are all good responsible dog owners. Much better crowd than at Nelson Park off Bute Street. Busiest in spring, summer and fall but we go year round.

Richard Brown: Cute little park
Vanessa Watts: Great place ! Played softball there was perfect 👌
bostondave2011: I am grateful to the City for putting a great deal of effort in keeping fields maintained!
Christopher Blazina: Has a good community garden. And a public bathroom.
Sam Prasad: Nice local park
Natalia Rabell: Limpio, bien ubicado ,perfecto para caminar, patinar , pasear al perro y realizar picnic
Israel Garcia: Great to play football 🤙
Carter Watson: Strathcona park is a lovely place where kids, adults and anybody in between can enjoy themselves. There is a skatepark that is fun for the crowd it appeals to. It is a bit sketchy because sometimes there are drug users and abusers that hang out there.
Karen W: Clean. But could not find a garbage can near the skate park
David Jolivet: This city of Vancouver park is really beautiful. Vast open spaces and a welcoming trail alog the southwest corner that hosts plum, kiwi, apple trees. The park holds eents through out the year, including aboriginal drum ceremonies and barbaques sponsored by various non profit societies. There is wheel chair parking free around the park and especially across from the animal shelter attge west end. Public washrooms available and are well kept teyare gender friendly as well. Pets are welcoe and there is kids playground with jungle gym. This park has skate boarding and a roller skate area that is safe.the trails are not accessable by wheelchair but are by mobile devices which are allowed. This park is one place you can go and enjoy the day and will have you looking forward to the next visit. There is no fee to enter.
My Boss: This park is so run down, hobos everywhere. Doesn't feel safe to stay there for long 😞.Playground: There's a playground alright, don't feel safe to let kids play there.Restrooms: There's a restroom there but doesn't feel safe to use.Dog-friendliness: See lots of people bringing dogs there running around in the field.
Alex Walls: Amenities=Two public gardens.Maybe more depending on how you quantify gardens, it could be in the thousands if you count species, genus, other crapperjax and razmatazz. The bathrooms are open sometimes.A skate park with lots of low options, a hip, reasonable rails, transitions, sloped box.Which is adjacent to a quantity of basketballness, balls are not provided, bring your own.Slightly further south you will find a gazebo like structure with seating for up to 69 if you try hard enough. An ample playground including climbing, sliding and swinging aparatus for several ages. Some racket fuzz ball arenas will great you with the sarcastic pantamime of Julius Caesar declaring the demise of a gladiator with the tip of his thumb nail.If you like breaking your sternum tall bike jousting on acid, this might just be the park for you.Bring your dogs.
Rob Siebert: Nice stop.
Kent Apatsti Orla Danielson: Community respite
Takaya Asano: 毎週土曜の11時からタッチフットしてます。
Peter Muursepp: Dog-friendliness: Great off leash park
Roch Gosselin: I have dance and enjoy the day of the dead 2022 giving respect to our ancestors.. Gracias a los organizadores...
Joselynne Rogan: I have to say, the city has done an amazing job of fixing it after Tent City.
Lloyd Miner: Nice quiet park for a stole in the evening's.
Gerry Higgins: Huge local park, bordered by community gardens and the neighborhood of Strathcona. Small play area for small children with slide and swings, open basketball court, small skate park, 2 baseball diamonds and enough open space for a couple soccer games.
Nicholas BUCHANAN: Beautiful park

John Hendry Park (Trout Lake Park): what do users think?
OYEWALE OYELAKIN: Cool
Lavanya Selvaraj: Lake is not well maintained now. Need consideration. Community centre✋️
Stephanie Morgan: Great place to bring the dog!! Man made lake has been toxic for years, city won’t fix it so be careful.
Jim Cooke: Great park for a picnic.
Doug: Every day I have to skip this park, lake area and surroundinga, including tennis courts due to heavy drinking and heavy smoking at all hours specially at night. Also Wednesday nights is a disgusting and disgraceful mess, smokers of pot and cigarettes everywhere. I live a couple houses up hull st and I could not sleep, had to shut all the windows in this heat/warm nights to prevent the stink of second hand smoking and pot coming into our homes. I have asthma and my next door neighbour has copd we are non smokers so we find this horrible cloud of second hand smoke unacceptable, unbearable and disappointing that troutlake (park board) is not supervising for heavy partiera, loud drinkers, heavy smokers everywhere. the smoke is sent to the undeserving surrounding houses in the neighbourhood. Also where are your cleaners this morning???cigarette butts everywhere and alcoholic empty containers all over, specially surrounding the tennis courts, are you going to clean that mess up????? It is all still there now almost noon.how disgusting, I will be writing a complaint letter to my MP AND CITY HALL.
Jen: Great park to hang out, visit the farmers market, play sports in the field, kids playgrounds, facilities etc.I would not swim in the water though. Last year my dog got crazy inflamed pink eye in both eyes after swimming in there.
Joel Schat: Great spot, come here almost everyday. Don't let your doggo's swim in the water though!
Anthea Williams: Awesome Powwow spot, beautiful facilities, welcoming staff
Saadiq Daya: Really nice park, little beach, lots of playgrounds and loads of open Space
Derrick Zabotel: Beauteous place and gathering there. Alot of nice people
Maria Garcha: This park is well used and much loved by locals. There are gravel paths around the lake, a playground, an off leash dog area, picnic tables, public washrooms, baseball Diamond, grass fields. From April to September there’s a farmer’s market on Saturdays at the north end of the park. There’s a community centre with ice rink on site
shaan khan: Good place for kids. Plenty of space.Cons:Too much crowded.Only found street parking and it was bit difficultPlayground: Playground is goodRestrooms: CleanPicnic area: There are plenty of picnic areas
Janet Robertson: Large park with a small lake, kids playground, baseball diamond, community centre...and lots of space for outdoor family picnics...some parking is available but there is street parking..
Manisha Yadav: Trout lake is a beauty. The trail is amazing, park is beautiful and big for kids to play and have seen events happening too. There is a spot which gives the feel of the beach ⛱️There are washrooms aswell but strange they were locked 🔒. Wish they don't keep them locked and people can access them. As it's a little far and when we plan to spend some good time. It's a necessity to have a washroom around. 🚻Playground: Huge playground, shaded and unshaded bothRestrooms: They have clean restrooms but were locked last 2 times I have been there. And because of that we had to rush back home.Dog-friendliness: There is massive area for dogs to run, play and enjoy.Picnic area: Massive area which can be used as a picnic spot under the big trees and and besides.
Jason J Richardson: Huge park, good people around just run down.
Google User (M. B.): Great place for ethnic/cultural bbqs and gatherings. Pond is great to skate on when it get's really cold during the winter.
Travel Anna: I like this park, nice wiev of the mountains
Saurabh Prashar: Nice park
stephen milton: Beautiful park, large and with great views.
Inge Mueller-Langer: This park is a Vancouver gem but has been so neglected by the past Park Boards that the park is in serious decline. The lake has been abandoned (was a treasured swimming hole for decades, now unusable), overrun by geese, dock in bad repair for years, now behind “do not cross” yellow tape. East van families have been forgotten, the beach no longer a beautiful way to spend a summer afternoon on a budget. Shameful what has happened to a once gorgeous park.
サケ子紅: Love this placeVery good for kids and dogs

Rebecca Peters: A must visit place for people who need a break from the hustle bustle of the city life & desire to reconnect with nature ❤️
Jesse Culbert: Went in early May was great weather, water was still cold but went for a swim and had fun. Everything was nice and clean. Highly recommend for a day on the beach with the family. Absolutely loved the views at this beach mountains and the city plus all the sail boats.
varun mahajan: Just a cold, ugly beach with views of ugly ships/primitive merchant vessels. one restaurant, super ugly, super expensive and just offensive to nature itself
Lo Rex: 喜歡
Saurabh Prashar: Awesome 😎
Farzaneh Rezaei: I really liked this beach. It's an awesome place for skinny dips, sun bathing and hanging out with friends. It's attached to a park and has good facilities.

The park is super cute and the beach is beautiful with a great view of incoming ships, the mountains and downtown Vancouver. Definitely one of my favourite places in Vancouver.
Les Rosehill: A place to be.
Kingbaby Chou: 如果你是老饕,這裡沒有人賣冰淇淋,也沒有熱狗可以吃,這裡只有沸美到讓你忘記呼吸的美景,還有一群黑色的野兔會追著你跑 🤣
