If they don't have the item in some locations, they will get it transferred over night from other branches.My only complaint is that they don't have a Richmond location!Gescan regional manager, if you see this message, please open up a branch in Richmond. I am sure you will thrive in Richmond given your competency.

Gescan on the other hand had many option. Sales clerk was super helpful and took the time to show me their options. Big place with tons of stock. Parking was easy too as they have a large parking lot.

Coco: I wasn't greeted by anyone. STEVE at the desk acted inconvenienced when I asked to look up a product I was interested in. He wouldn't answer any questions about the specs with having to repeat my question multiple times. Not one hi, thank you. Customer service is easy. That's what brings customers through the door and keeps them returning! Absolutely horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Hootan Mihanyar: Terrible service and surprisingly unqualified staff. After wasting a few hours of my time I went to their direct competitor 5 min away and it was night and day! If you value your time and are looking for some basic answers stay away from this place.
David Boulding: i was looking for an unusual bulb by Sylvania, after 3 stores i was in GESCAN and nancy the blonde ( and funny ) counter queen after she could not find it on her shelf, phoned her a competitor...no luck...she tried again and finally said give me your card . I left. 30 minutes later she phoned saying she had located the bulb in another competitor...now that is extra effort and should be rewarded.....maybe GESCAN should she send her on a cruise to Alaska....all expenses paid!...or at least buy her dinner and a movie!
Josh Spray: I have been here 2X over the last 2 weeks, as I am not a trades worker I was trying my best to describe what I was looking for. I feel like I did a decent job knowing for the most part what I was after. Both times the staff were rude, condescending and verbally short with me. I'd rather go to home depot... Which I did. At least there when you are actually able to find someone they try to help you with a friend attitude.
