Fadwa Ahmed Ezzat (HopefulHopes): A very loooong queue.
Evan Feist: Good rates, long waits.Waited over an hour for service.Only 2 tellers working.
Pa Chan: I have been going to these guys for almost 5 yrs now and they always give me the best rates and are very prompt with their service.
Wei-Bung Wang: Reasonable rate.
Kevin S: I visited this place yesterday since I live close by. Their rates are trash compared to Charlie’s at Downtown Vancouver. They profited about $40 from converting CAD to HDK and JPY. I do not recommend this place and will not come back.
J: if the rate gets better they won’t change it, but if it gets worse (for them) they’ll take advantage
Joe Gaudet: Ģreat staff. 30 minute wait this afternoon. Far better service and rates than the banks.
Ali Alyami: It works well
3 NO: スタッフ不足で閉まっています。
Judy Shearing: Positive:ValueStaff are always a pleasure to deal with.
mahdieh pourghannad: Positive:Quality
Benjamin Graeme: The only place I bring my money to be exchanged! Very friendly staff!
P Chan: Very good rates, exchanged about $800k for house purchase and they were always professional and friendly.
Dima Narkevich: friendly service, and price was just as calculated online. line wasn't too bad in the morning, just a few minutes wait
Tony T.: Very slow and rude. I should of read the other reviews before I came here.
Brendan Khoo: Stuck up and pointless. Rude and arrogant.
Fernando Corrêa: Friendly staff, small lines, fast services and fair rates. Recommend going on the morning.
Calvin C: Never had a bad experience here. Look no further.
Read or Die: need more staffs. and the space is too small. Sometimes, I have to wait 25 mins to just talk to someone.
Alan Cheng: I will not cone here again. Staffs are REALLY RUDE. zero customer service. Might as well hire vending machines instead of people.
Troy Harrison: Terrible place, worker looked clueless. Wanted to exchange large sum of cash but was told it's minimum 50k? Like what the hell.

Shawn: I looked up an exchange place on Robson and this place came up.Their hours of operation ends at 8 pm as it is mentioned online and on their door. I really needed to exchange my money and got there at 7:30 pm it took forever for someone to come to the wicket for help, then someone showed up and said they are closed. I told her that their hours of operation says that they close at 8 pm she was so rude and said for me ro make a complain to the owner. Extremely rudely just stopped talking to us.These owners should really make sure they know who they leave to deal with their customers and I will be calling the better business bureau and make a complaint about them. Terrible place to exchange your money.
Marcelo Ketzer: Don't go there. You can find better rates.
Afshin Rezaei: Attention,Attention,Attention 😡😡😡This is not a fair exchange،The commission they receive for converting money is very unfair, horrible and unbelievable.I will never go to this exchange and I suggest you use other authorized exchanges.😡😡😡
Christina Schultz: Ordered my currency more than 10 days in advance. Showed up and it wasn't there. I was told to go to the airport and they would have it there and would be able to give the same rate. I showed up at the airport where it opened at 6AM. The person working there showed up ten minutes late then was doing something in the back for another five minutes. I had a flight to catch so I just gave up.
Ismail: Critical:ValueAwful rates. Their online calculated exchange total is about 50 CAD more than what I got in the airport.
TV路人丙(KeikeiTV): When others pay 1.42-1.43for USD,They pay 1.36so, I don’t need to say more.
Farzad Abdolhosseini: Awful exchange rate ...--------Response to owner: Maybe it's the fees then I don't know. All I know is that for a GBP to CAD conversion where the rate is ~1.71 CAD/GBP I got 1.56, so 9% less!I could have easily gotten 1.69 (without any extra fees) a few blocks away, so I don't recommend this place at all.
WESLEY STANGL: Con artists.plain and simple
Jonathan Molcan: Horrible rates, check out Charlie's currency exchange instead!
Bahaar Vafai: Do not go to this currency exchange place. They have the worst exchange rates possible. You will get a better deal at the bank compared to these people. The difference from this exchange place compared to VBCE was quite significant. Do not go here.
lewis hall: Book your rate through the website first otherwise walk in rates are lower, best rate i could find, thanks
L N: I was lied to over the phone about their exchange rate. Because of that, when I got there, I realized that I had to go home and get more money. They were supposed to be open until 8:30pm. I made it very clear to the guy that I would be back around 8pm, but when I got there at 8:10 pm the store was already closed.
Madison B (Roxy): I find their rates better than my bank. If you don't pre order online then you are hit with a service fee which will throw you off in terms of good rate.
Brad Allen: Ordered Euros a couple days in advance and received a preferred rate- better than other currency dealers. Service at counter was fast, efficient and pleasant for this transaction.
Cesar Hugs C: I thought this place would have better exchange rates than big banks or other currency exchange places, and here I am a few minutes later at a big bank finding out I could have gotten a much better rate. I will not be coming here again. For locals and travelers ... Do Not exchange money here.
Ali Nikzad: Very bad exchange rates
bruno brunin: Went to exchange AUD$ for CAD$ and offer was .9225 and recalled previous comment of charging a fee as well so walked the 500mtrs to Charlies money exchange and got .9550 and no fees.
Chloe: Do not go here, rates are bad and whatever service charges they have are even worse. Ended up losing $90 while converting $900, that's 10%

Jason: called 10 times they instantly hang up and then block, aswell as their call centre auto matically doesn't pick up...
josh scott: Awful exchange rate, complete ripoff. You will get a better rate at any local currency exchange and in any foreign destination. Avoid or pay the cost!
Matt Moradi: Awful!!!People! Please exchange your money in the city!City rate is 0.071 and their rate is:0.85924 on the board and 0.085720!!!This is how they exchange $400 to Mexican Pesos!4,600 pesos with their rate, should be $394.32! But they charged me $400.25 ($5.93 without letting customer know)She didn’t tell me about this fee! She handed Pesos and receipt after I paid in full.$0.25 for debit card payment + commissionDon’t go there or if you go there, be careful about the lies!I’m adding my receipt and their board for clarification
Brandon Whiddington: If you buy transit tickets from this place, DO NOT PAY WITH CREDIT CARD. I asked if I could pay with credit card and the employee said yes but didn't give me warning about the cash advance free I would be getting on my Credit card. I take some responsibility, as this is a currency exchange, but I don't even think about that when I am just buying transit tickets. Some sort of warning from the employee working there would have been nice.
Veran Starre: 8:20am Jan 8 2023. Lady working at the front desk was racist. Completely exasperated and didn't answer any questions. Very condescending. Asked the other Asian lady the same question and she had no issues and was very helpful. Sad to see this kind of stuff happening at an international airport.
Adam Beasley: Do not use. Transiting through Vancouver after a long flight, I thought I’d grab a few US dollars for when I land in America. At the time the AUD/USD rate was 1 AUD buys 0.67 US cents and I was exchanging $500 AUD. Not doing the calculating in my head and trusting I received $250 USD. After noticing I asked for a refund and to change it back but I was told it was to late. They provided me with a quote to change it back. You’d think my $250USD would yield somewhere between $400 and $500. I was way off! They offered to give me $270AUD for my $250USD witch I declined. Be very careful around these sharks.
Miscreant Day: Rate given was 0.21 rather than the advertised 0.31 on the screens. 1/10 would not recommend anyone use this companyUnless they like give away money. Terrible start to a vacation
Braeden Luedtke: Friendly worker. But a horrible exchange rate.
Michael Kwang: Ripping off tourist. Conversion to CAD from USD was ridiculously lower than in downtown. Very recommended to exchange in downtown money changer than here
lulu zhou: I arrived at YVR around 11 PM on 15 Oct. I exchanged 500 USD for CAD. The lady gave me around 570 CAD. Today, I got another 500 USD exchanged and got more than 670 CAD. I guess the lady who served me that night was not honest. Exchange currency is probably the first experience with this county for many visitors; shouldn't you hire someone with higher integrity?
debbie iorns: I also got ripped off. I paid $100, it should have been $75. I also kept asking what is the rate and she just mumbled each time. So I thought to myself it is only $100 to get me started on my trip. I will not do that again though. Getting moneu from an ATM in that country with a transaction fee is a choice better.
Andrew Smart: Misled by this company’s agent at Vancouver airport who gave me incorrect information on exchange rates in the city or from ATMs when I asked her to stop the transaction. You can’t disguise that this company is taking advantage of customers stepping off the plane, often jet lagged, with appalling rates then trying convince customers the difference is insignificant.
Tim Frerichs: „Charlie's Currency Exchange“ bei Google maps Eingeben der etwa 1% für den Wechsel. Kurs Orginal waren 215 kanadische Dollar. Sein Angebot 212 Flughafen 166
mazyarmp: The exchange rate is absolutely inflated. I bought $100 USD for $144.55 (including $5.95 fee). Right after the exchange, I checked foreign cash order with my online banking and they would have charged $129.95.
Raymond Chu: Critical:Quality,Responsiveness
A.P Bo: Positive:Professionalism
Rubble Rock And Gem Ltd.: The lady working there tried to rip me off. I gave her Thai baht and she converted it to Canadian, then to usd, charging me multiple transaction fees and exchange rates- even though I very clearly and succinctly said I wanted usd.I caught her and made her do it properly... And what do you know- I recieved more money.
Chrizzly: Warning! They will tell you its the aktuell rate from Stock Exchange. Don Not Change there, i lost 500 Dollar because of that explanation.
Andrew L: Critical:ValueDon’t expect reasonable exchange rate. Charge $6 per transaction. Most expensive currency exchange service i had experienced.
Patricia Green: Was great to use this website to find out what my foreign currency was worth and to chat on line to answer my questions about exchangingmy foreign currency. They were prompt in answering me. Great ServiceWould highly recommend. Thank you

F K: This is my by far my favourite hotel in Vancouver. It is so easy to get to by transit, and is located in a great part of the city. The rooms are very spacious and clean, with extremely comfortable beds. But what keeps me extend stay is the staff !!! Truly, the staff here are second to none! Farshid at the concierge desk is by far the best in the city. He constantly goes over and above to make you feel like family. Honestly, he is the best ! He takes so much pride in making you feel at home. A true gem. This hotel is only minutes from the convention centre, gastown, shopping, and Canada Place which makes is so desirable as well. There are hundreds of hotels to choose from in the area, however to me this hotel in the city has the best staff and location going!Thank you Exchange Hotel Vancouver for always being consistent, connected, and kind to me, and my family during our stays with you.

Troy McCoy: The hotel was better than expected. Perfect location. Great room with comfortable bed and pillows. All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful. We arrived early and asked them to hold our luggage for us while we went on a tour. When we got back our room was ready and they had already put our luggage in our room for us without us even asking. And lastly we would highly advise to pre-purchase the breakfast if you like having breakfast. First it’s a lot less expensive than eating there without it AND it’s one of the best breakfasts we have ever eaten. Extremely good quality.
Sandy Leier: The EXchange Hotel is a beautifully renovated building in a fantastic location if you’re looking to stay near the convention centre, Gastown, or Robison St shopping. The people that work there are incredibly helpful and genuinely care about the experience that their customers have during their stay. I loved the room that i stayed in, equipped with all of the essentials including real cream and milk for my coffee. The room was comfortable and very nicely decorated, and I’d give it a perfect score for cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel and will be booking again in the future.

Elizabeth Varughese: I have stayed at this hotel in the past but this time my extended family came as well. The location is fantastic for shops, restaurants and Coal Harbour. However, what I like most is the service. Everyone is sincerely very kind and helpful. Thanks again.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Christy Simpson: We love this hotel! This was our second time staying here and we will be back! The location is ideal, the beds are very comfortable, and the rooms have a great design flavor (coming from an interior designer herself). What sets this hotel apart is their staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.Walkability: Super close to Pacific Centre Mall , great restaurants , and the ocean
Michael Lavigueur: Great hotel in the core of Vancouver just steps away from the waterfront and local attractionsExcellent transportation from the airport via the sky trainNice rooms and great serviceRooms: Clean and comfortableNearby activities: Waterfront walks and museum of art shopping of courseSafety: Open streets well lite in the evening very walkableWalkability: Located in downtown core and within minutes for walking to nearby attractions and restaurantsNoteworthy details: Converted historical office tower green heated and use of rain water
Chris Krock: Great location, and the staff were incredibly nice and kind. The level of service was outstanding. The room was ok, super small for 500 a night and not a lot of storage so if you were staying longer than a couple of days you lived out of your suitcase. I unfortunately was put in a room on the 3rd floor facing the street so it was very loud with traffic, people and sirens. The clothes steamer didn't work, but the staff was on top of getting me an iron and board. Breakfast was good at the restaurant as well

Business type: Commercial real estate agency
Cindy Decario: Alastair Fergusson helped us sell the family property. He was a pleasure to work with and really knows his stuff. I would highly recommend Alastair. Thank you Alastair for all your hard work.
Adam Salloum: Blake Gozda is an excellent agent !Made my purchase a smooth transaction. He went over and above expectations, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things ! Thanks Blake !
Kuldeep Wraich: No, response to calls
Gary- Swarn: Critical:Professionalism,Responsiveness,ValueVery disappointing service. No Response back for phone calls whatsoever.
Tom Campbell: Their long time agent, Flavio Unti is not good for anyone to use as a potential lessor/renter. He often shows his clients (landlords) properties and makes you believe he is working for you. He isn’t. He working for his own interests only and you are simply a pawn to him. If you think you like one of his properties, hire an agent from a different agency.
glen braid: Very disappointed in the ZERO response back to me, I wanted to inquire about a lease opportunity for a new business, I called 5 days straight left 10 messages between 2 leasing agents, Craig, Li-um, I was given their cell phone #`s, after expressing my frustration, I left messages on their private cell phones? and again ZERO response! Very sad that I could have lost out on a great opportunity to change my life and my family's all due to zero corporation due to bad leasing agents. Note to self hire a new company that works for you not against you.I never post a review but i feel the need to today, very saddened and disappointed.
Raj Gill: They don't respond to their calls
Al Zedder: Highly skilled professionals.
Dane B. McFadhen: Absolutely one of the best real estate companies I have ever come across. They are thoroughly professional but more than that, compassionate and fair in how they treat their tenants. This company stands far above many of the other unscrupulous real estate companies in this too-fast changing city in which most tenants are poorly dealt with. We, the tenants, were completely unprepared for the way the representatives of Cushman & Wakefield handled the departure from our homes. They were kind, honest and honorable - something I cannot say for many of the other companies practicing horrid, unfair tactics when removing tenants. (you can find a column I would suggest you read in the Georgia Straight titled 'Renters of Vancouver'. Horror stories abound (and I will state here unequivocally, it is one column where you will never, ever see the name Cushman & Wakefield).Would I recommend them?Absolutely.Dane B. McFadhen
Dan S: Absolutely horrible email response attitude.
