T D: Poor quality. DO NOT BUY THEIR PERMANENT BRACELETS. They are temporary. My boyfriend and I got matching permanent bracelets and both of ours fell off within a week. I got it rewelded and it broke again. Such a waste of money
Melissa Carla De Guzman: The welding that I booked an appointment for was fine. My issue is with customer service and the quality of the jewelry. I bought a ring on 4/12 which I barely wore & knew what the material was made of. What I did not know was that that the piece was going to tarnish in several days. I bought pieces from amazon that is gold vermeil & it has lasted longer that the piece I bought here which is super disappointing since the item was $75 and the amazon piece was less than $20 and it still has not tarnished on me. I reached out to customer service on 4/25, no response. Reached out again on 5/4 and nothing. I also commented on one of their IG posts & still no response. This place is literally trash when it comes to their customer service. Definitely don't recommend.
Anisa Maya Dhanji: Purchased a pair of $200 earrings that I had been waiting to buy during a sale. Unfortunately, I felt they were too small compared to the website photo and simply was just not the "fine jewellery" quality I had been hoping for. I contacted Customer Care, but they explained that they could not offer a full refund as their policy states that they do not accept returns on sale items. This was not explicitly listed. And regardless, for a fine jewellery to not accept returns for a full refund is an outdated policy.Customer Care offered me in store credit, but I have denied it as I do not wish to shop with them ever again.

Mikayla Vander Helm: My sister and I got our seconds pierced in 2021 and had an incredible experience and service. Unfortunately, we went to the newer location spring of 2023 and it was the opposite from incredible. We booked an anklet welding service for our girl friends birthday, hoping to share the incredible experience we had received two years prior. The service was poor, the girl doing the welding was nice, but didn’t make us feel warm and fuzzy! Tried to create conversation with the staff and felt judged and rushed. After spending hundreds of dollars the three of us left feeling underwhelmed and slightly disappointed. Will definitely not be going back to the Vancouver studio. Love the jewelry still, and will continue to order online.

Zoey Hoang: My friend and I purchased two permanent bracelets with the zodiac sign charm at Melanie Auld Vancouver. My friend’s one got broken at the weld a day after that but that was no big deal because we could get it welded again for free within the coverage period. However, mine was worse. It was the charm that got broken into half and the zodiac sign was gone, only the connection ring was left. This was not what we expected from which called the “permanent bracelet”. Fortunately, we went to the store again and got everything solved. My friend’s bracelet was welded again, better this time. I got refunded for the charm because it did not last for a long time. I think in order to keep the zodiac sign charm safe, you need to be extra careful, especially with the one like aquarius with some sharp details. Nevertheless, the bracelets themselves are gorgeous and very elegant. Angie C.: Giving MA a 3-star review for their great customer service, design and packaging. However the overall quality is disappointing, especially for the price point. I have three pairs of earrings and two bracelets and all but one piece has not maintained its integrity, the one piece I rarely wear. Gold plating has is scratched and worn on two pieces, one bangle has become completely bent and misshapened just from regular wear and one of the earrings broke after a short period of time and had to be replaced. I have cheap fashion store jewelry that has withstood regular wear much better than these pieces. Very disappointing as I do find the designs to be beautiful. I would not purchase additional pieces after owning these.
Allison: The pieces are pretty but feels cheap. The branding feels cheap. I purchased a few pieces at once online and made clear notes that 2 pieces were gifts and requested for 2 gift boxes. All jewelry came in one gift box so now giving a gift without the branded box. I sent an email to customer service 2 weeks ago and have received no response. Very poor experience.

The elderly looking sales person was talking to a set of customers. I spoke to the guy because he was infront he was so ignorant when I asked for choices. The other young lady was just staring at the entrance. I left the placebuying nothing because I thought they didn’t want to sell their accessories because the sales people were ignorant!!!! I kept on talking asking for the ring collection for my budget! he was so slow like a snail not even speaking a word properly! which made me so angry so I went and purchased from another place! I felt so sorry for the owner!

We ended up finding it in another country, and she guided me through the process every step of the way getting it to Vancouver. It was our daughters’ birthdays, and I wanted to plan something special for them. I pre-arranged the appointment with Kurtis. He ordered two sets of pearl earrings, and had them ready for our appointment. Our daughters were welcomed into the store by the entire staff. We were brought to a private room, where the earrings were wrapped and waiting for them. Kurtis paid impeccable attention to detail. There were macarons from Thierry Alberni. Kurtis did a brilliant job helping the girls try on their new earrings, and rewrap their old ones. We sang happy birthday, and the girls were able to try on some beautiful rings. It was a magical day, and we could not be more pleased. Thank you Kurtis and staff for the exceptional memories!!
Michael Lalande: Purchased my wife’s engagement ring 11 years ago received excellent service then. Recently we dropped off the ring at the Burrard St store for a repair (same store we purchased it from) Monica processed the repair order and was lovely to deal with. I followed up with them to coordinate them mailing it back to me as I live on the Island and everything was done correctly and as promised. The employees at the Burrard St location are all wonderful to deal with, I highly recommend them and Tiffany & Co as a company. I felt valued as a client and will continue to do business with them in the future.
George Kronberg: Bad customer service. A bracelet was bought at this store and broke soon after. We live on Vancouver Island and with COVID were only able to get to the store now. For a simple fix (literally one chain link broke) we were quoted 150CAD. This seems unreasonable and considering the chain broke within the first year it should have been fixed for free.Tiffany seems to be suffering from an exaggerated sense of own importance while quickly falling out of relevance.

Devon Squire: Once I am able to pick up my purchase, it will be the last time I deal with this company. When I initially ordered the Item, I made it very clear that I would need to have someone pick up the Item for me. I explained that I was purchasing the item for a friend, so his wife would not see the transaction for the item until after their Anniversary when he would pay me back. They took down the information of the person who would pick it up, and let me know that everything was fine. Immediately after the payment went through, they phoned my friend ( Almost blowing the entire surprise for his wife) and told him that they do not allow 3rd party pick ups. And a few hours after they bothered him, they decided to phone me and give me that information as well. My work schedule does not coincide with the stores hours, thus the reason for someone else to pick it up for me. Now, after exhausting all avenues, including Fed Ex delivery, which I also cannot do, because of my work schedule, I am forced to take time off to go and pick up the item. This would not be an issue, if at the start, they would have told me no 3rd party pickups. Terrible customer service, out right deceitful on the sales end. Oh and I forgot to mention, between my initial call to purchase the item, and the payment going through, ( A matter of Hours ) the price jumped $150.00, with no phone call or information as too why. I just received the bill with the price increase.

She literally has not taken them off since we got it, she loves it. Not only that but I am looking forward to returning after the store renovation to get some pieces for myself! Nathalia Vancouver: I don’t care how beautiful their jewelry might be or about their quality; the human aspect always comes first. I heard from the owner after saying that she lost a client due to being unhelpful to size a ring that she DOESNT CARE because that are people going there all the time!!! Do you really want to support this local business??? I don’t. I went to a different jewelry the same day and guess what: they got a life time client after altruistically helping for no reason!

The service I received was truly incredible - Taylor was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the entire process a breeze. My fiancé had been admiring a ring on the store's Instagram for years and it turns out that Taylor designed it herself. She helped me pick out an amazing green sapphire and was very patient while I looked through all the purple, teal, and green gems. My now fiancé loves it! The ring ended up exceeding all of my and more importantly my fiancés' expectations. Taylor also did a great job of keeping the ring within my budget. I cannot recommend Cavalier and Taylor enough for anyone in the market for an engagement ring.

I had originally overlapped for them 2 years ago when I was on the hunt for an engagement ring for my now wife. A wonderful sales staff by the name of Deborah was so helpful and lovely in helping me navigate the many beautiful options they had, and helped me find a beautiful Tacori Ring that I ended up customizing with a Sapphire centerpiece stone. Ever since then, their customer service has been absolutely incredible, some routine cleanings to even helping us out with a loose stone that accidentally had come out, their team of professionals have always taken great care of us (special thanks to you Arturo!). They have an amazing selection with great customer service, and have my business for life. I’ll be looking forward to the next time I swing by for something new, can’t recommend them enough!

Janyn Mercado: I had a very great experience with Rodan Jewellers with resizing my wedding and engagement rings.When I entered the store on a busy Saturday with my husband to consult with the ring resizing, I was a bit worried that we were going to be ignored. However, even though all the associates were busy with a customer, they let me know that someone would be right with us. I appreciated that a lot as I felt like they cared about each customer in the store.The service was amazing. The associate really took her time with me to make sure my rings were going to be resized correctly. She did not rush her service even though there was already a line forming behind my husband and I. When I got quoted with the resizing, the associate took the time to explain the reasoning behind the quote pricing and what would happen to the rings. They cleaned the rings also at no added cost! It looked better than when I handed it over to them! It also look less than a week to finish the resizing (3 days to be exact).In all, I will definitely come back to Rodan Jewellers for fixing my jewelry. I recommend them to everyone looking for a local jeweler in Vancouver. There is a reason why they have been in business for so long and why it's busy at their store!

My ring looks incredible, they were able to size it down without losing any of the engraving or the inscription. The price in the end was a little less than the original quote as well which was nice. Overall I’m so happy with the service and my ring fits perfectly and looks beautiful.

I had a fairly clear and specific vision for an engagement ring, and Arturo assisted me every step of the way. The quality of their selection was great, and the option to fully customize a piece was a wonderful option. I ended up finding a perfect setting in their showroom, but wanted to have a gem centre stone, as well as adding an additional alteration. The correspondence was quick and clear, making the whole process so easy. The ring ended up being everything I had hoped for and more. My fiancé has said several times she thinks “it’s the prettiest engagement ring anyone has ever gotten.” If that’s not a glowing review, I don’t know what is. We can’t wait to go back and shop for our wedding bands.I will definitely recommend Rodan to anyone I know looking for jewelry.

I was looking for a pair of larger gold hoops and I found a pair that are lightweight and very comfortable. Harling’s is worth a stop in if you need service or are looking for a new stylish piece. We had a piece of terribly tangled jewelry and it was very frustrating. They were patient and managed to untangle it for us as well. I forget the name of the gentleman that helped us but he made our day! We will definitely be back next trip to Vancouver.

C-Note 604: As someone that came in with zero knowledge about diamonds and purchasing jewelry in general, I was pretty nervous to start this process. Thankfully, Peter at Harlings made the process quite simple and eased my worries. He quickly found a diamond that would work with my budget, while also explaining the technical sides of diamond purchasing in a relatable manner, such as the difference between lab and mined diamonds. The only information that I had was that my fiancee liked oval shaped diamonds and yellow gold as a band colour. Peter was able to take this information and craft a beautiful ring. We were also able to come under what I had initially budgeted, which is a big plus.I wasn’t able to provide peter with a proper size, but peter assured me that each purchase comes with a free sizing. After I had proposed we came in and had her finger properly sized, and now it fits perfectly.I would recommend Harlings to anyone that is beginning to look for an engagement ring as it was simple and affordable, and came with great, personal customer service.

Jen Vo: My partner and I were looking for some jewelry over the weekend. I had been comparing a few pieces from Cartier and other stores such as VCA and Chopard etc. We came in looking to get matching Love rings and I think the sales associate was not very please as these were “cheap” items to her and we did not look like we would purchase anything based on our shopping bags. We had some put our stuff and VCA purchase into a H&M bag to make it fit as it was raining and quite frankly, we don’t like putting a target on our backs just walking around with it. She showed no interest in helping us and did not offer us any refreshments until I had asked to get my love bracelet and JUC ring cleaned. Immediately, she perked right up and offered us refreshments and asked if there was anything we would like to see.This left a bad taste in our mouths and we soon left. Also never got the refreshments that she offered us. Since Cartier does e-commerce, we just feel more comfortable shopping online. We always think it would be nice to help out the workers there but it should not be at our expense.

omer havri: BE CAREFUL!AFTER YOU BUY IT, DO NOT EXPECT TO EXCHANGE IF YOU TAKE IT HOME EVEN FOR A COUPLE HOURS.Once we purchased the bracelet we got home and tried it for a few hours we find out that the size is a bit small ,we went to the store to exchange the size in the store the salesperson said there is a bit of use on it so we can’t do anything.I asked to speak with the manager and the manager came and said the same thing that she can’t except the product, I said it’s almost $10,000 , how you can help me , and she said I can’t.It’s really disappointing that you are going to one of the most Expensive stores in the city and they trade bad. The manager had a very bad attitude and did not care about the customers.FIRST AND LAST TIME!JUST GO AND SPEND YOUR MONEY INA PLACE THAT APPRECIATES CUSTOMERS.

I never had such a poor experience in a luxury store. We knew exactly what series we want, I am familiar with models & their history,etc. just not which one comes in small or medium. I asked I'm looking for Tank[model] small size & the arrogant Chinese lady responded that model doesn't have small and I asked in North America ?I've seen the small model in Japan. And her attitude was horribly rude as if I'm required to know all models and sizes. She wasn't willing to show their limited collection, help me wear the watch or even answer ANY questions.I asked whether I could get a different Color strap and she said you have to order it for~$500 ( Cartier California gave me an EXTRA strap for free )In any store especially a luxury store. Sales rep must be polite and help customers with a positive attitude and provide information so they can make a good decision. This experience in luxury stores could adjust the $$$$ ( my case, a $14000 watch ).In Cartier California they go above & beyond to ensure we have the best experience.

Lady does not seem welling to provide solutions and the tone of voice is making shopping experience very uncomfortable. When a ask about the rings for couples, she responded you could check yourself. Is this just a lady having a bad day or because I did not make an immediate decision on my purchase. I wonder.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to go to the boutique to buy my JUC ring for my birthday. Dara helped me to get it on time. It was nicely packed and shipped to Edmonton overnight and was ready beside my birthday cake 👌. I liked that she included the cleaning kit and traveling pouch without asking. Loved the experience and Dara will be my SA in Cartier Vancouver from now on. Can’t wait for my next purchase!!!Update, just got my Love bracelet. Finally I went in person to the boutique😍. Again Dara was amazing. Such a refreshing experience.Another update, Dara never disappoints . She helped my husband to surprise me in my birthday with the JUC bracelet. I had a chance to try it on when I was at the boutique in the summer. She saved my size in her records and as soon as my husband contacted her to purchase this gorgeous bracelet for my birthday, she took care of everything from there in a very timely manner. I received my surprise birthday on time. Can’t recommend Dara enough.
June Jung: Went in to look at watches, but no one greeted us or recognized our existence let alone helped us. They seemed too busy selling to Chinese customers.
Cecilia Leung: Made a purchase online but the ring turned out to be 2 sizes too small. I went in store for an exchange but the experience was insulting.The sales women examined the ring and informed me of a scratch, I went on to tell her I’ve owned this ring for less than a day since it only arrived later of yesterday. She went to the manager, came back and proceed to jam the ring that’s 2 sizes too small up my fingers, almost getting it stuck a few times because she didn’t believe me initially when I said it doesn’t fit. She took the paperwork and went to the manager, came back and told me the date printed in the receipt was wrong(printed a month in advance, Cartier’s error) in an accusatory tone, then went to the manager. Now, the doorman who greeted me by the door is no longer there, but standing beside me and watching me. 15 min past and she came back to explained the date might be the shipping delivery date and presented me with rings to try, I picked one and were told to check for flaws, it was scratched. I past it back to her and she matter-of-factly told me it’s just a speck of dust as if I didn’t just cleaned the ring with the cleaning cloth, right in front of her. I went on and picked a ring but she made me sign a “final sale” paper and removed the tag. The purse didn’t fit back in my purse with all the new paperwork so I asked for a paper bag, she told me she had to charge me for it but the customer next to me wasn’t charged for hers. Today, I called Cartier asking if there’s a limit as to how many times an exchange is permitted before it becoming a final sale, Mario in NY told me that no such policy is in place and he had clients exchange up to 4 times. Cartier will sell you a damaged ring, then mistreat you if you had a problem with it.

TCY T: Received a gift from my partner. The piece itself is beautiful however the chain was too short to its liking. It was the return to tiffany double heart pendant. Haven't even had my gift for a week yet.Went in to ask for a different size, ridiculous that they charged an extra $80 just to add 2 inches of chain. The pendant is not removable from the chain forcing you to purchase an extra few inches just to fit into your liking. Being a multimillion dollar company, things like this should be part of your complimentary service. I was shocked to have been needing to pay for such minor services that are expected to be complimentary like other companies. What I REALLY dislike about this is, some people were not born with the skinniest and petite neck, the standard chain it comes in is 16inches, and to some people this size may not be comfortable or may be too small for them, like me. Felt like a choker. Horrible design choice to only make this piece fit petite woman and not be considerate of other sizes.My experience with the sales associate was horrible. Horrible sense of client experience. Never once made eye contact with me. Super rushed for no reason when the store wasn't busy. I can tell she did not want to deal with me as I was only considered an "after sales" client with a $80 transaction. She would ask me to sign paper work and before I even grabbed a pen she would walk away, grab and ipad and tell me to create an account. Asking ME to do 5 things at once without even giving me the time to even FINISH ONE THING. 1. told me to sign paper work agreement for chain extension 2. grabbed an ipad and told me to make an account 3. follow her to the other register 4. make payment 5. finishing up paperwork with receipts and handing off my product. All of these things she ASKED ME TO DO within 5 minutes. And I havent even signed any paperwork yet before she rushes me to do everything.HORRIBLE customer service. Extremely disorganized and unaware of how to properly service. Client experience is not transactional and a step-by-step procedure. Never coming back nor buying anything from Tiffany again. Tiffany is under LVMH yet every other LVMH company like LV and DIOR offer amazing and complimentary service.

Back to store, the director said the ring has been scratched out, and reinforced me I bought it with a employee price? It was too big I was not able to wear it, where the scratches came from? And why the employee price make it different for the quality I should receive?Went to the other store in Robson St, changed the size with no problem!
Nalin Lall: Wish there was an option for negative stars as that is what this store deserves. The service is pathetic and the staff including the manager is extremely rude. I bought a ring for my wife 2 weeks ago but didn’t like the design afterwards so came back to return it, barely wore it, as we were explained when we bought it that if we do not like it we can return the ring, when we came back the staff started rubbing the ring and took it to the back and came back saying there is a scratch on the ring which apparently you couldn’t even see with a microscope but due to that it wasn’t saleable and they wouldn’t take it back. Reading through the reviews seems like a common theme for this store that they refuse to do any exchange and refunds for customers for made up reasons. The staff is extremely rude and will make any excuse to not take a return or exchange an item. Anyone looking to shop Tiffany in Vancouver, recommend them to go to the Burrard outlet and avoid this store.
Julieta De Pieri: I went with my daughter to exchange a Christmas gift on December 26, 2021, at about 12:30 pm at the Tiffany store inside Holt Renfrew. She was exchanging the ring for a smaller size with the gift receipt.The salesperson helping us didn't seem like she wanted to do the exchange. She kept cleaning the ring, suggesting it was scratched; she said she would need manager approval. She went to the back; when she came back, she told us that the manager would not exchange it because it was scratched (I didn't see any scratches), and we would need to go to the Burrard store where it was initially purchased. I didn't want to make a fuss, so we left and walked down to the Burrard store; it was a great inconvenience. I have mobility issues, and we had to leave the mall and go out in the slushy snow.We went to the Tiffany store on Burrard and had no issues whatsoever to exchange it, and they even told my daughter the ring was not scratched, not sure what the deal was, but I will never shop at that outlet (Tiffany at Holt Renfrew) again. Very disappointed in the customer service we received.Point here my daughter called in advance, and they told her she could exchange it there; I felt that they didn't want to help us and were quite rude in sending us to a different store. If you have to do an exchange at the store where it was bought, they could have communicated that over the phone instead of giving us the runaround and even postulating that the ring was scratched when in fact, it was not. Very disappointed in the customer service received at the Tiffany store located at Holt Renfrew. Don't waste your time there if you want to buy Tiffany; go to the Burrard store, where you will receive much better customer service!

When I bought my goods online, I wanted to return or exchange them in the store, but they told me I needed to go to another store. They don't have a return service! I paid for parking at the mall, nothing was done, and I had to drive to another store, which made me waste my time!

Pandemic profiteering, using the pandemic as a way to save their money.I have several pieces but am shocked at this greedy move by Tiffany & Co! Then we had to walk to her because she couldn't bother to come to us. Then she refused to exchange an item that I got 3 days ago, but was bought in a different store, saying there were scratches on it. Stay away from this store if you want good service.
