Christine Falcon: I’ve been here for years always had my issues fixedI go in today now they charge extra and no longer charge the normal hour rate if you want an hour you have to pay more they give the option of 50 minutes instead.I have a really bad back issue where I can’t move it in certain directions my massage lady spoke zero English and she barely touched or tried to fix the spot that was actually the problemThey don’t tell you to ask for an English speaking masseuse

I love going to Golden feet, such good service.My family and I regularly go see Mike.If you like deep pressure massage He is the best! He also have broad knowledge about Human Anatomy and Muscle pain remedy because of His profession back in China.He is so considerate and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the process. From doing simple things such as covering body parts that are not actively being massage or from checking the hot towel temperature on your forearm before wiping down your back with it. He also NEVER rushes. Trust me, it makes a difference.Thank you so much Mike for the great service you provide.The owner and also all the receptionist Jenny are really friendly and accomodating.The place itself is clean and they provide free parking for clients which is awesome.My Family also go to James, Luna and Christie. All four are equally amazing massage therapist.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. worst massages ever, was promised a complimentary session to come back since things went so damn south and horribly, I come back, owner starts yelling and wont even allow me to talk one second, turns me away and dosnt even show any remorse for the promised complimentary session since they messed up so bad . I went home with major back pain after the first massage ( person was not properly trained ). AVOIDE THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! Wouldnt go back even if they were the last massage place standing. Worst treatment and customer service iv ever received in my entire life. Horrible horrible horrible place

This place is absolutely fantastic. I have no going back problems and get very tight muscles from daily gym workouts and various other sports I am involved in such as high diving and football. I’ve go here regularly to relieve the tension and soreness. I’ve seen many of the masseuses and all are incredible and well trained. Very classy and professional place definitely not anything seedy here. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful answering questions about what types of treatment are offered. The prices are extremely good for this level of massage. Highly recommended.

S B: Royal Feet is the absolute best!Making an appointment is an extremely easy process and I am often able to book the same day, the team is very talented and consistently have exceptional regardless of who my appointment is with.While the reflexology is great, I often go for the body massage, which has a great impact on my body. I prefer the services at Royal Feet much more than any RMT or other paramedical service I receive through extended health benefits. The team at Royal Feet has helped me recover through multiple injuries!

There was a lack of communication and little care for how I was feeling during the shoulder massage. I felt she was condescending me when I asked for a more gentle pressure and she coughed and talked a lot to her coworker over my head while massaging.Overall I felt that I was rushed along the whole time to get the massage done with. I felt uncomfortable in their care.I endured injury to my neck and shoulders from that massage.

What makes this place different from most of these TCM places is the consistently good service and therapeutic treatment you get regardless of the masseurs. However I do think it is worth mentioning that Victor is my absolute favourite. He is precise, thorough, conscientious and respectful. Such wonderful healing hands-highly recommended!

Mann Family: Julia is the best, I've been going to her for years, even when I was pregnant and now postpartum. She really puts her love and soul into her clients. I pass on expensive massages and spas at high end places to get a massage for with Julia. Her skills and speciality are not the soft type of massage but instead she uses pressure points and really gets into the muscles she knows are stiff. Just tell her where you want to focus on. When I was pregnant, it was mostly my legs and now it is my upper back for carrying my baby all the time.

Jane Chu: The staff especially Tony and even the females are strong and professional Asian acupressure trained masseuses. The place is clean and safe, thoroughly sanitized. The rooms are smaller because it is not a spa for lounging around. It is for people with all sorts of discomfort and knotted muscles. A perfect place to loosen the tightness in the whole body with deep muscle massage or with foot reflexology after playing sports or a day at work or just overall stress. The client should give feedback as the massage progresses as to how strong and deep you can tolerate the strength applied. This will make for good mutual understanding and a great experience there. I am there every week so that my steps are lighter and I feel better.

New Fleet claim to except MSP and extended service. This is far from the truth, at the end of your session they will.not take MSP or extended health and demand you pay right away out of pocket. If you pay cash they will not charge you tax buy not give you a receipt . Very shady operation beware!

She instantly found knots and had the perfect pressure to work through them. Very strong, but she asked me if I was ok, and didn't miss any spots, even my ears! Highly recommended. Kat Golik: I was waiting in the mall and was wandering around when I stumbled across this place. Everyone that was getting massages looked so relaxed inside so I decided to call to see if they could fit me in while I was in the mall. They were able to book me in half an hour after I called and since I didn't have a full hour to spare they arranged a 45 minute session combo. I am really kicking myself that I didn't get my therapist's name because she was wonderful. She was really adept at finding the right pressure and getting into my tight shoulder/neck area. I hadn't had a massage since before the pandemic and I would deifnitely come back here again. Highly recommended.

They provided us with hot tea, and Selena even offered a blanket for me when I looked cold. Highly highly recommend them, the massage and service were 10/10, and well worth the price!

I went with a friend and opted for the 50min foot reflexology session. I was offered some hot tea to start while I was doing my foot soak. The pressure was good and he adjusted accordingly when I told him the pressure was too strong.The place seemed clean and service was friendly.
Dany M Johnny: I would never recommend anyone to here for a massage. This was my first time in a massage center and had a really bad experience. I went here to relieve some pain and back/spinal pressure. Instead I got more pain now compared to earlier.The person, who was providing the service, she was massaging as if she had some grudge against me. I have red marks on my back and it's really painful. Initially I had opted for 90mins massage but as soon as she began, I had to cut it down to 60mins. And the dun part is, she asked if the pressure was fine. I told her to lower the pressure and go little bit smooth. She did that for like 1min and back to that grudge level pressure. Really bad. Now I have to search another massage center to get rid of this pain.
Bryan Dieu: Had my first massage here with Aaron! I came after an intense day of skiing at Mt Seynour, and he applied pressure to all the right places. I was sore everywhere and decided to get the full body massage with the foot massage. He did a great job. I felt immediately refreshed following the session, and would recommend him to anyone without a doubt. He was very professional and nice, and did a great job explaining everything that he was doing and the reason for it. 5 stars!!!
Thomas CADROT: My experience at Zen reflexology was second to none!Aaron was a true magician with his hands! The foot massage and body massage were relaxing and released a lot of tension in my body. I go regularly to the gym and suffer from muscle tightness. Aaron fixed that. I can’t recommend this spa enough. 5 stars!

E. Jackson E: By FAR, no word of a lie, the best massage I've ever gotten. I have chronic body pain and have struggled to find a consistent masseuse at a reliable location and with affordable rates. This on takes the cake. Aaron was PHENOMENAL. He knows exactly what he's doing and is very knowledgeable of the chinese pressure point techniques, I got a full body 90min massage focussing on areas that have the most pain and he was putting pressure on parts of my cranium that melted away pain down my spine, it was fantastic. His pressure was consistent and he pays close attention to each muscle group to see what needs working the most. How thorough he was with my arms and shoulders was very impressive. He offered me advice for my cold hands and feet as well as offered me tea and water. He was kind, polite and exceptionally skilled. The place was very clean and peaceful, the music was nice and there is parking out front in the lot. The prices are wonderful and from what I observed while there, the staff work very hard to earn customer trust, repeat business and to make the experience peaceful and relaxing. 11/10

Stef: I would be very careful booking here. Massages are ok considering they are not RMTs. However what they did to us with pricing is probably the closest I’ve ever been to calling my credit card company. I booked a massage for myself (deep tissue $55-50 min on their website and board in their shop) and one for my partner. I asked them to do a relaxing massage for her and she doesn’t like a lot of pressure. They said this would be $10 which is fine. They also asked if we wanted one hour which is $60 which seemed decent $5 for 10 more minutes. In the end they charged us $70 each which is a custom massage for both of us plus the $5 extra. The massage was less than 50 minutes so they scammed us for the $5 each and charged me $10 for a custom massage when we only asked for that for my partner. This would come out to 140 but in actuality I paid $152 and tax on top of that. No idea where that extra money came from. After that they harped on me about not tipping them which I obviously was not going to do. The receipt is not itemized so I just see “custom amount” of 152 with no breakdown of what I paid for.Again it’s a cheap place and massage is ok but I would be very careful about what they’re charging you. I went in for two $55 massages and paid $152 before tax.

I arrived home feeling the most relaxed I have felt in a month.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful environment. Dividers between sets of 2 or 3 of the foot-massage chairs gives a more private environment. Chairs are great—big and comfy. She applied the perfect pressure and checked in regularly with me to make sure I was comfortable. I got the 60-min massage which included a 15-min shoulder and neck massage, followed by 45 mins of feet. My jeans wouldn’t roll up, so they even gave me a complimentary skirt to change into. I am going to come here every time I’m in Vancouver.
