Matthew Ip Shaw: This company keeps ticketing my visitors in my residential building. Plus the employees are very rude. I've called in multiple times about the situation and I've been left on hold before being hung up on. Truly unprofessional.Response 04/19/22: Unfortunately, it does seem like the information you have is incorrect. Moreover, your agent on the call put me on hold before hanging up on me abruptly, so no explanation was given. The lot number in question (Lot #9027) is the lot number to a separate parkade on Davie street. The location with resident and visitor parking is in is the building located on Jervis street. I had a couple visitors as well, but for some reason only one was ticketed. It seems like this company tickets at will without fully looking into the situation.

Spring Power: It is expensive but central. The mean trick is the timing of day vs night: 6am - 10pm = $18. So you can neither go for dinner nor stay till 8am and have to pay for daytime parking (or full day) even if you are not interested in. My trick: parallel parking (10pm - 9am is free, 7 days) mixed with the nightly tariff.

ArbitrateTFT: I had called on phone to cancel my parking before the deadline in July 2022.I also made sure the receptionist had verified that I cancelled before the deadline so I wouldn’t need to pay for August and got charged anyways.Called 3 more times and got 2 different receptionists. One said I needed to show her an email of when we cancelled it but since we called on phone to cancel we didn’t get an email.The second one was very helpful and made 2 tickets for us to verify that we had cancelled the parking before August deadline in July.She also took off the credit card on the account so we wouldn’t be charged with the incorrect transaction. I also called again a week later and the tickets were still in process.I went to the head office to return the fob and their office was under REEF parking and not called advanced parking.There was no indication to show we returned the fob so I was very hesitant to give it to the receptionist. Nonetheless she told me they were in the process of transitioning from advanced to REEF systems and that the fob would return for account verification.Fast forward to now and somehow it says on our account we owe the month of August plus interest?They have been calling our house phone everyday last month and last week said they want to sue us apparently.Account number is: 226123Vancouver and whistler phone numbers do not exist somehow and I tried calling on 2 different phone lines.

Robinson Marroquin: Be aware they claim gates closes at 11pm but they actually close earlier and charge you $60 for it.
Rahim: USE AS LAST RESORT.They deliberately close the lot BEFORE the posted 11PM time to trap more vehicles and extract fees. Bunch of thieves.The gate closes WAY BEFORE 11pm "due to covid". They will literally hold your car hostage there, despite what the posted hours say. If you call them, they'll want 60$ CASH to open the gate. Cash so there's no papertrail. Definitely shady business...

Dom Wong: Car got broken into here unfortunately last night. Saw car beside ours was also broken into. Parked there from 6:30 pm to 10 pm. Rear window smashed but nothing was stolen. No parking attendant at this lot. Probably should park on the street next time. Lot was cheapish $6.50 for evenings until 11 pm. Not sure how frequent break-ins happen but this was the first time I parked here.
Joel Wutzke: Was great until all the construction around. One of the new projects was previously a parking structure. This lead to increased demand for spots in a lot where I previously had no problem parking to see my Dr. I now had to park blocks away after arriving 30 minutes early to sit and wait in the lot for a spot. Didn't help because it was filled with construction workers cars and they weren't going to be off for a while.

Cory: "Clean and brightly lit", maybe, but not safe, truck was broken into, window smashed and bunch of items taken. No support so far from parking company. Police didn't care either even after submitting a report. Good luck.
Raven Forrest Fruscalzo: Car was smashed and a bunch of trash for them to steal but they broke in anyway. Cops were completely unsurprised. Apparently happens all the time especially if you have foreign license plates. Security is nonexistent and after half an hour waiting for some to pick up all they did was tell me to call the cops.
Danielle Jeschke: Expensive, the meter doesn’t work half the time. If you have to use the hangTag app it will cost 12.50 instead of the 8.00

rodrigo valle: Expensive AF, if you're planning to stay for 4 hours, they will give you the 24 hour option only, which is $35... even though the location is good, the security level is too poor.

A Kappel: Nowhere does it state that they charge you $50 to get to your vehicle after 11PM. It clearly shows a phone number under the gate closed at 11PM, but nowhere else does it say that you have no access to your vehicle through any other entrance at all and are forced to pay a ridiculous fee for something so stupid as to be able to get to your car during the night in the DOWNTOWN CORE.
Onside Legal: Total scam. Was a few minutes late after paying evening rate and came back to a locked door. Called line to get car out and they said they would send someone. Mentioned nothing about a charge. Waited 10 minutes and called back. Said it would be 15-20 minutes. Asked what their “possible charge” was. Guy said $50 cash only. I offered credit card or debit. Said cash only. I told them that was suspect and I wanted to talk to manager. He put me on hold and came back two minutes later saying manager “not in”. Would not give his own name or managers name when I asked repeatedly bc it was starting to sound like a shakedown scam. Demanded $50 cash. These guys are scammers and should be avoided at all costs. police report pending.
B L: Entrance is located off Smithe St - not Howe St as the address suggests. Had to loop around the art gallery twice (due to all the one ways) in order to finally figure it out. Didn't see any security but a few other people were around so it didn't feel sketchy. Brightly lit and only $9 for the evening. Was perfect for parking and going to the Vogue.

Derek Schott: $9.00 a day, and ample room. This simply can't be beat. Not to mention it was one of the cleanest parking garages I have eve set foot on. Reading some of the previous complaints- First, it is posted on HUGE signs that you have to pay in advance to park. The directions are clear as can be, and if you can't read, then I don't know what to tell you. I didn't test the closing time, as we parked early in the morning and left mid afternoon. What I can attest to this was a nice garage in a great location to check out the sites downtown. Use common sense, prepay, enter your vehicle plate, and leave the ticket face up on your dash. Your day will go good.
Nicole Sunday: DON'T BELIEVE THEIR OPEN LATE SIGNS. Parking said it was until 1am. Paid for my spot and came back early at 12:00. It was closed down. I called the helpline because it shut down an hour earlier than it was supposed to. they sent over a security guard to open it (after another hour of waiting outside for him in the winter cold) they then proceed to charge me $50 cash upfront just to unlock the door to the parkade to get my car that I came on time to get in the first place. They called me and were very condescending on the phone. I ended up having to pay the man $60 for a $50 ticket because he couldn't give me change.TLDR;They lied on their sign and my ticket saying I had parking til 1am. They closed up early. I went back early. They charged me cash $50 upfront to open the gate.Very untrustworthy I will never park at this location and avoid Impark at all possible costs now.
Matt Brookes: Best place to park near Granville street in my opinion. I've parked here several times no problems. In fact when I go to Granville street it's the only place I park. Closes at 1am so get out before then and your good. $10 all day.

Deniz: Sad Canadian tire having impark on thier lot and grab more money from customers. 5 minutes for 80$ ticket and that's if I pay within 7 days after $90 more then city tickets. Hefty.

Graeme Schlesiger: This lot is NOT open 24hr like it says on the impark site and on google. Please update the site so it says accurate information about the hours of your parkadesOr make the hours clear at the pay station.
Chance Ainscough: Parked there, paid for 3 hours of parking. After the three hours was up, I went to pay for my car and the gate was closed. I called impark, they wouldn’t help me at all without lot number, and hung up on me while trying to get the information for them, and would not accept my call. About an hour and a half later of my calls being refused to be picked up, I finally had someone on the other line. By this time I had acquired the lot number. She told me the lot was closed by 10:00, which I was there by that time to get my car. After which she realized the lot was in fact closed at 11:00. One hour earlier than it was supposed to close. I explained how I needed my vehicle and I was working at the store, and she simply told me there’s nothing she could do and her answer wouldn’t change. I then asked for a manager to speak with or someone who had the authority to make something happen, and she refused to provide me with it. Absolutely terrible service and a terrible parking company. Never going to park at a impark lot again. They will screw you and won’t leave you with any options to deal with it.

Andy Cheng: Elevator smells and got a parking ticket 6 minutes after expiry. Buy the full day or make sure you buy extra if you can't find another parking lot.
Timothy Skarda: It’s a scam. Advertised as hourly parking and the only options at the kiosk are 12 hours or 24 hours. Paid for 12 hours. Returned from dinner to find a $70 ticket issued 4 minutes after we paid for parking. At least we have the receipts. But, still have the hassle.
Ms Eve Smartnik: Convenient parking. From Fri 4pm until Sat 6am we paid $30 in Nov 2022. If gate closes at 11pm, we waited for residents to leave.

Ben Gelfant: There used to be two ramps. One is decommissioned due to damage last year. It had a decent grade whereas the remains ramp is impossible to use for many boat/trailers at low tide.The site is heavily used and parks board had plenty of time to get the work done prior to the summer. There is no signage to indicate anything is in the works.
