L' atelier Patisserie: what do users think?
Dennis Mills: I tried the raisin pastry yesterday. Big problem. Perhaps 4 raisins scattered in a 5 inch round. Why call something raisin and then choose not to put any raisins in it? These are not inexpensive and presumably worth it if you get what you are paying for. Out of say 16 bites, I had 3 with any raisins in them. Under 19%. Yet, I paid almost $6. The pastry was very good, I give credit for that. But they need to fix the raisin ratio. L’Athelier- I will give you one more chance. I’ll eat the pastry in the shop. We will count the raisins together, as a project in community and communication. I am hopeful we can get this fixed.
Sylvie hiekel: OMG!!! This is the place to go for authentic French pastries, the sandwich 'croque monsieur ' is sublime ,I would recommend to anyone!!
Caroline Goode: Double chocolate croissant....so good and unique. Regular croissant is delicious! We went in the hot weather which is very difficult to make croissants and no issues it seems for them! Cute space as well. We didn't try the coffee or anything else.
Ron Wegiel: The bakery items are perfectly made. True French bakery at it finest!
huwyda9 Mezaal: 🥐🥖Franck Best and creative chef of bakery delicious croissant and satisfy ,and addition nice staff and services,ha! and good coffee 😊 thanks a lot.
Vincent Lee: I am so happy with having a little coffeeshop / patisserie a block from my house. Our neighborhood needed this so badly. Now on a Saturday morning I can look out my window and see how busy it is then run over and get my two favorites... Hazelnut Croissant 🥐 and Pistachio white chocolate pastry.I like the coffee you use for the Americano. So 😋 tasty. I don't even add any sugar. Then run back home and we enjoy our mornings.
Kanako Sakurada: I was not too sure about their new location but the building was new looking and there were lots of seating available in bright and spacious area.Just GREAT pastries here!! Their croissants are so yummy….possibly the best in town. I can smell and taste high quality butter! My favorites are double chocolate croissant and laminated brioche! (Both pictured). Those are must tries!!
Ambre Maurin: I am french and grew up eating fresh croissants (I know, I am lucky!) and the truth is that croissants from l'Atelier are the closest of those I ate growing up. So fresh, a bit greasy and not too flaky! Just right! We usually take few other items because it's hard to resist but our go to is the croissant.
bianca pers: The best of hidden gems serving the best croissants in the city. The only place I have run into french people buying croissants EVERI have had their almond and pistachio and both were sooo well executed. It is a tiny spot with maybe 2-4 tables at any given time. Great spot on a nice dayJan 2023They have moved to a much larger new location! The staff is double, spaced 4X, and variety, doubled! The space is soo cute and the croissants just as wonderful.
Jessica Soule: An absolute must visit!!! Every detail down to the serving trays is thought out and high quality. Top-knotch customer service and the food is delicious (especially the laminated brioche!).
J DS: Great selection of French pastries. We bought a couple of pastries and a baguette for breakfast. It’s worth the detour if you’re in the area or visiting Vancouver.
Moussa Bassiony: c'était mon rêve de trouver une bonne boulangerie pour la baguette, cette boulangerie est la meilleure de Vancouver, je vous souhaite bonne continuation!
Lu Lu: I love this cafe. Perfect place to have breakfast and coffee. I love latte and Pistachio chocolate croissant here, and croque-monsieur is my new favourite. The service gets more friendly and better than before. They have 45 mins seating policy now, it’s a little bit short and hoping it’s 1 hour but it’s understandable because it’s often very busy here.カフェラテとクロワッサンがとても美味しいです。特にピスタッチオチョコレートクロワッサンとクロックムッシュがお気に入りです。着席時間制限が45分と少し短いのが残念ですが、混雑していることが多いので仕方がないですね…
HUI CHE LIU: 可頌非常美味,口味多樣可以選擇!
Steven Xu: 5/5 food + service top tier
Eve Kahama: Had one of the best matcha lattes in my life, along with an amazingly flaky buttery croissant. Highly reccomend
Melanie Y: Great selection of delicious French pastries and sandwiches. Atmosphere is airy yet cozy with high ceilings and natural light. Coffee was good as well. So in love ❤️ and highly recommend.
Akash Lamba: Good Ambience!Great deserts!Would go here again.
D Jetfire: my first time visiting this new location, obviously I returned for their delicious pastries! I love their assortment of buttery croissants, I can tell they use quality ingredients, reheated my refridgerated croissant over the stove and its so flakey! Highly recommend L'atelier!
Daniel Carkner: As someone in my old French language meetup once said, the croissants in this place are not just "Vancouver good", they are "good good" 🤭 interior in new location is pretty standard but now more room to sit. Baked goods are among the best in the city in my opinion.
G Yee: So far we’ve tried the yuzu croissant and double chocolate croissant…SO FLAKY & DELICIOUS ♥️ we must try more 🤤

Beaucoup Bakery: what do users think?
Sara Rezai: Almond croissant was delicious!!! Must try if you are in the area.
Hardeep Purewal: Really good but pricey, and they do on occasion get the orders wrong, but generally really delicious
Alexis Okabe: Undeniably and unquestionably the best bakery in the Lower Mainland. I'm always excited to see yuzu-flavoured treats, and despite the massive line, the team here handles everything super efficiently and with a smile. Definitely get whatever yuzu thing they have, and also try the cardamon kouign amann!
Jessica Villavicencio: Croissants are good👌🏽 crunchy like I like it.
Kelvin Fong: After finally getting the opportunity to sample some of the baked goods, I must say that I fail to comprehend the enthusiasm surrounding them. To be honest, the croissant I tried was unappetizing. It was excessively dry, and the texture inside was reminiscent of Costco's baked goods. I'm uncertain whether they blended some shortening with the butter or if I obtained day old items. Considering the cost, the taste wasn't particularly noteworthy. Luckily, I only purchased a few items to experiment with. Thankfully, there are numerous other bakeries in the area to explore.
Kanako Sakurada: Definitely one of the best croissants in town! So flaky and buttery!
Franco Cornejo: Good range of products, no bad coffee, however, unprofessional staff (FOH) looking very unhappy and rude to customers, also, asked to tip when there is no service involved.Tables needs some attention.
Abhishek Das: I've had the pleasure of visiting this establishment a few times now, and while I loved their ham and cheese rolls and croissants, I did find the pistachio croissant a bit too sweet for my taste. That being said, their croissants are undeniably great, and I highly recommend them.In fact, after trying their Sakura Croissant Supreme and Jasmine Tiramisu, I must say that I would add another star to my previous rating if I could. These two items were absolute winners in my book - the flavors were impeccable, and the execution was flawless. If you're a fan of unique and delicious pastries, make sure to try these out!
Richard Wong: The peanut butter cookies, both plant based and regular peanuts were excellent. Probably, the best peanut butter cookies we've had as they were both creamy, crunchy, and the taste of the cookie was scrumptious. The chocolate croissant or Paine de chocolate was very flaky, large, and also very good tasting. You can see they have a variety of not only pastries, but also jams, ornamental gifts, and local coffees.A nice place to visit and have a snack and coffee.
Richard D: Great croissantsGo pistachio and almond and almond chocolateSuberb. Worth a second visit
Ross Judge: DISCRIMINATION HERE as they DO NOT accept cash. Many people don't have credit cards or may not want to use them. Also not everyone has a debit card with cash available. Is this place just for rich people ?I had a Almond Croissant for $6 that was okay, not the best I've had. $6 scones too.Their card machines start at 15% tip and up......and that's for takeout
Joel Kaplan: Fantastic pastries and sweet nibbles.
Vlad S.: The bread pudding is the best we’ve ever had anywhere! And the coffee is so good :) great cafe
ewan quirk: 5 star pastries. Visited exactly 7 minutes prior to closing one day and got nothing but deliciousness and good vibes! Now THAT is good customer service. Pistachio croissants are to die for!
Lilian Dang: Wow, all cakes I have eaten here is really good and amazing !!!
Joyce Gilchrist: Great as always
Chloe D: Croissants are super flakey and buttery. The lemon yuzu tart was delicious (but a tad sweet for me) - the consistency of the filling was not too dense/jello-like but not too liquidy.
l luong: Pastries is a 5/5.Customer service was awful and awkward. This is after visiting the place 3 times in the event it was a one-off. Unfortunately it wasn't.
Crystal Mount Tannehill: The late was so good!!!!! As was their iced late. So yummy. We also loved their pastries!
Leah Kloeble: Great french bakery. Delicious pastries! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it!

Faubourg: what do users think?
Heli Kimhi: Great coffee, good service, awesome breakfast sandwich
Deepti Shinh: Cute cafe, interesting cake combinations..tried the black sesame one which was nice. Expresso was very bitter and service could have been friendlier.
Alden Almonte (RedJax_Dast): I love the tarts here, the owner is very nice
Marcel Laforge: The best caramel machiato that I've had in my life!
Kyrene K: I ordered their Hojicha and Matcha cake which Hotjicha should be carried smoky aroma. It is lack of any taste or smell of both kinds of tea but just excessively sweet.
Judy U: A tourist trap
Stephen Rees: Small but adequate seating for a group of four. Probably more seats outside when it isn't raining. Excellent tea (3 English Breakfast, 1 Earl Grey) parmier and a gluten free brownie. Friendly service, proper cups and saucers (IKEA) and spoons, metal tea pots (one each) and little milk jugs. ($27.77 with tax) Popular on a Sunday afternoon. Good location.
Nicolas Martinez: Enjoyable place to sit on the covered patio. Hot chocolate is passable, Nutella crêpe was OK.
Hossein Nezam: Prices don’t fit with the quality offered.
Tereza: We're usually quite satisfied here - we always get the breakfast sandwich (croissant) with spinach & cheese + cappuccinos. When we visited yesterday, the sandwiches didn't seem fresh as they usually do during working days.
Ayse Karasu: Average, prices are not compatible.
l luong: Sadly gone downhill since they first opened. Poor upkeep and front of house staff who lacks pride and enthusiasm in their work.
Mari Johnson: Came for lunch and had the most lovely ham and cheese crepe! The ingredients tasted super fresh, and the black forest ham added extra flavour compared to crepes I've had before. The interior was lovely, and I can't wait to try the sandwiches whilst I'm here too. Would recommend to anyone in downtown.
Jade B.: best oat spanish latte
Harjot Randhawa: Service is always friendly. Crepes are delicious and coffee’s are great.
Rafaelle R.: It looks great and is always crowded so I decided to get in to have a coffee and sth else. I had a palmier. I was very disappointed.. It tasted nothing and the price was expensive. 5 cad on piece.
Kerstin Richter: Leider schlecht organisiert.......erst kommt das Essen auf den Kaffee mussten wir warten. Der Crepe mit Pfirsich überteuert. Das Brot war sehr gut.
Rachel Kim: This place went down heel. Customer service awful. I ordered pain au chocolate and it was so tough to eat. They did not know how to warm up pastries properly so i had to ask again. It is embarrassing. Starbucks one is better than this…
Julia Hornyak: I ordered two apple pastries and they were dry and burnt.
monky mind: I really love their pastries and the coffee is good too. Staff have always been efficient and niceto me.
Samaneh vj: I have been a customer of Paris for a few years now, but the service and quality have declined a lot over the years. I always ask for an extra hot coffee, but they usually do not pay attention or care about the request, and it is typically cold. On Sunday, we had a terrible experience. A new girl named Kelly started working there a few months ago, and she has horrible customer service; she never smiles, and if you ask her a question, she does not answer. Yesterday, whenever she gave us our things at the end of the counter, she would not settle them gently; she would slam them down instead. I complained to one of the managers yesterday, but he laughed instead of trying to fix the situation. I will not go back there again; many more coffee shops downtown will provide much better service without attitude.

Footo Croissant: what do users think?
TJ Bartok: This is a cute little Gem been going here 5 yrs and every day I pop in its never changed always so good...
A: Tasted ok but not worth the $5.25 price. The lavender blueberry croissant barely had any filling. There was maybe 8 blueberries in the whole croissant and smallest layer of lavender cream in the croissant. Not what I expected from what they advertised as a "filled croissant".
Steve Blunt: if you like croissants this place is a must!!! So good!!!! 👍
Marianne Huang: Very good place for a bite to eat and cup of tea or coffee. The staff are super friendly and the food is freshly made. So do be prepared to wait a bit for your order. I’ve brought a few friends and they have become repeat customers as well.Personally, my favourite payday Friday treat.I personally like how you can see them make the croissant dough from scratch. Or see slabs resting in the fridge waiting to be rolled and cut. You can also see that they don’t cheat and use margarine instead. The other nice thing is that when you order in, they serve you at your table - the place is tiny - but they don't skimp on the service! Please come and try if you haven’t already. It’s worth it! I recommend the earl grey or blueberry lavender croissants. Or if you are looking for savoury the smoked salmon or shrimp salad are good (am biased towards anything seafood).Noticing some reviews consider the sandwiches too small. If you are a small eater like me, their food will be just right. Knowing my brothers…….one sandwich definitely won’t be enough. It would be more a snack than a meal. Hope this helps.
Dao Tran: This place is fantastic. Always come here when visiting Vancouver. Get the bacon tomoto and cheese on a cheese croissant. Also get a couple regular croissants and a long fog. Ummmm
Joseph Choi: Fresh croissants made and we're just delicious, had the salmon croissant with hollandaise...yummm! 👍🤘
Mitch B.: Really nice shop. Super flavourful
Katherine Szerk: Really good almond croissant!
Gina Tran: So deliciousss!!! A must-try! ❤️
Liliana Wong: Good cappuccino and nice croissant selection.
Vi: Delicious! The croissants don’t look particularly nice, but don’t let it fool you. It’s delicious! Super crunchy on the outside, flakey pillowy soft on the inside. Perfection. $10 for a loaded up breakfast croissant is a great deal in comparison to other spots in the area as well.
Tyler Ody: The almond croissant was heaven 😇
osama dawood: Decent food and very friendly staff.
Amir Tootooni: Very good food and friendly chefs
Mabel Chow: Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior and interior. This place is diamond in the rough. Reminds me of real mom and pop run store. Great croissants freshly baked - I had the blueberry lavender. Almond. And original (the best imo). I could have passed on the Americano though
Sarka Bemova: The worst coffee I ever had..croissants are not homemade
Lukas L: Really the worst croissant and coffee we've ever had. They have better coffee at McDonald's.
Ali: Fantastic food and drinks, amazing staff, and a wonderful environment. Will definitely be coming back here again next time I’m in Van :)
Bethany McNab: Not my best picture...I was holding a baby. This place is consistently friendly, warm, tasty and not overpriced. Enjoy a breakfast and coffee on the go, or take a seat and be served. They have lots of options even for lunch or to take away for friends and family. Buttery delicious even my baby loved it.
Melissa Bermudez: Amazing croissants and service!
K S: Friendly staff, delicious croissants. We had maple bacon, vanilla cream and egg florentine. The cafe mocha was scrumptious. I would recommend this place.

Cadeaux Bakery: what do users think?
tsitsi rinomhota: Great service, great cake!Ordered cake for sister’s 50th from Eire. Blair was great taking order and the cake went down a great treat by those who attended party!Well done and thank you
Selvan Vet: It's my favorite bakery in town. This place is a gem. The cakes are amazing! Staff are friendly. Oh, and did I mention that the cakes are AMAZING!
David Kruyt: Great coffee and you have to try the cinnamon croissants. AWESOME!
Ronald Meza del Valle: Best cakes ever!
yasmin Karimi: Love this place with their amazing cakes
Stewart Rogers: Yum. A mid-afternoon treat. Some carrot cake and an mini egg cupcake. They have a little something for everyone. Would definitely eat here again.
l luong: Good for looks, not for taste. Ordered a custom cake which looked beautiful, but it was a disappointment when we served it to our guests. The cake itself was bland and masked by flavourless buttercream and fondant.
Nazifa Aman: Best cakes in town
Justin Wong: dodgy part of town but worth the danger
Janjan: A lovely oasis of deliciousness - scrumptious pastries and outstanding coffee!
Alexandra Montoya: Really tasty but not the buttery flakey croissant I was after. Still searching…
Tellie Fellone: Love their carrot cake 😍
Vivek Chinta: Good carrot cake & great service
ANN YEE: The place is in the shady part of downtown Eastside and was very reluctant to head around there but my friend insisted I try their deserts & coffee. And so we did and it was so delicious and don't regret at all. It's all in house made. I will visit again. Totally recommend it if you're passing by there.
Randy Grixti: Some of the best coffee in the city
Brian E: Great vibe, with a young crew baking away. Gotta love that. Good coffee and excellent baked goods, as you'd expect. Worth the visit.
Isra S: I ordered the carrot cake for my moms birthday and was absolutely blown away by how good it was. It was so incredibly light and moist and had the right amount of spice to it. Definitely the best carrot cake I’ve ever had. Everyone loved it!
sarah liu: Thank you to Blair and the team for making us a wonderful gender reveal cake. Blair's communication was great throughout the process and we loved the result. It was beautiful, tasty and very good value for the price. I would recommend Cadeaux for any special event needs!
Peter Kostka: I've ordered their London fog cake 4 times now, best cake I've ever had! Everything else from there I've tried is as delicious as it looks
Drew Barry More: A slice of heaven in the DTES
Rudy Chin: A bit out of the way bakery but so worth the trek there. Beautiful croissants. One of the best in town for sure.

Thierry Alberni: what do users think?
Tina K: I couldn’t finish my coffee on Thursday May 11 2023 there’s at least 3 mice all around ! One in the garden one just running around patio and the other hovering around …having said that Thierry is one of a kind experience in Vancouver. It’s such a pity I can’t enjoy their patio at the moment. This review is for the city of Vancouver regarding their environmental friendly pest control!! Vancouver needs to stop that.
PrinceJ w: The pie was cold and the crust was hard. It seems like it's been out for too long.
leandro lara: A place to visit when in Downtown. Excellent customer service. Food here is amazing. Best place for sweets in town. Worth every penny.
Kate Blackwood: great spot in a perfect location, fantastic for an after dinner coffee and cake
Elham Shahbandy: Love the chocolate and sweet. Definitely worth the price . Staff are nice and welcoming. The outdoor tables are making the experience more relax and unique.
Jason Amor: The website refers to the chef's former partnership with Gordon Ramsay, who commended him as being possibly one of the best pastry chefs in the world. My first purchase whole-heartedly reflected that sentiment. This isn't fast-food-gulp-it-down-while-rushing-to-work kind of food. You'll want to find a quiet place and someone who can share the experience. Each bite urges a closed-eyes savoring that rewards you every time. The restaurant is well lit; menu offerings are plentiful; displays evoke curiosity amid a warm, home-style environment; engaging and approachable staff ensure customers will want to return again soon.
Mahsa Al: Nice coffee shop in downtown Vancouver. They have a lot of options for dessert. They are just overpriced. A small piece of cake is around $10. The taste is good but again not worth what you pay.
eyaan roomi: Quite overrated and unnecessarily expensive, I tried practically all the pastries and the best one are the macaroons, specifically the salted caramel but the chocolate eclair is decent not sweet not bitter just very neutral but decent worth a try but nothing more
ryo: マカロン美味しかった!
mahesh nandwani: Amazing place to get some coffee, tea and macaroons. They are light and airy. Their have wide selection of flavours
Brendan Pace: Best macarons in Vancouver. Great vibe and atmosphere, good coffee.
Deepti Shinh: The desserts are heavenly! I was soo confused what to try and ended up with three! The pineapple cake and pistachio mousse and chocolate cake was divine! Good coffee.Slightly pricey but worth it fr amazing flavours!
Alden Almonte (RedJax_Dast): I love the pastery here, tarts are my favorite 😀😀😀
Vivek Joseph: Place is great, the macaroons are the best in Vancouver, but the almond croissant was my favourite. Can't wait for the West Van location!
Abhishek Das: I've visited this establishment several times now, and I have yet to be disappointed. Their pastries are consistently fresh and flaky, and the rotating desserts never fail to impress. I must say, the tiramisu was a standout for me on my most recent visit. And to top it off, the Spanish latte was perfectly executed. If you're looking for a reliable spot for delicious pastries and desserts, this place is definitely worth a visit.
Kriti: Truly the best desserts in Vancouver. Loved the Salted caramel Macron. Their Tiramisu is delightful. The caramel under the chocolate Marquise adds such an amazingly chewy taste and balances the softness of the Hazelnut chocolate. I think of all the things I tried, this was my favorite. Wasn’t a big fan of the mango lime tart. The passion fruit cake was tangy and delicious. Definitely going back.
Tasnia Rashid: I tried their passion fruit cake and it was like good but the value wasn't great. You get about 5 small bites of the dessert and it was about $10. Now this is a pretty scuffed picture but the dessert looked really pretty irl but it was just too small. If you don't care about that and the pricing, then give it a try. It's cool to experience having fancy desserts and the interior of the cafe was very beautiful. They had a tiramisu that honestly looked very tasty, about the same size and price as the cake I got. But I'm sure that it tastes better. Anyways, I'd go for the experience and to just check it out.
Maria P.: Lemon pie is perfectly tart. Coffee is overpriced for quantity and quality.
Misbah Naseer: Their chocolate marquise and liquid chocolate with coconut is one of a kind. Impossible to find elsewhere. Have been going for almost a decade and service is always good.
Teresa Huie: Thank you for another beautiful birthday cake ! To die for!! Strawberry , chopped pineapple filling lLoved it!!

Bon Macaron Patisserie - Workshops: what do users think?
Joel Paul: Great service and the macarons are amazing.
Amanda Nagy: I did their macaron workshop on Granville Island. It was a great class and the macarons are delicious!
Amber Tortora: Most amazing staff and delicious cookies
Afton B: Husband and I went to a macaron making course back in October. Had an absolute blast, this was the highlight of our trip to Vancouver.I had a million questions as I have never quite mastered the macaron baking technique at home. Every question was answered thoroughly and thoughtfully. Yann was absolutely fantastic! An open book, he told us all of his secrets and encouraged us to reach out in the future if we had any questions. I believe it was his welcoming and open attitude that made the course enjoyable. Josh was helping out and closed out the day with us. He was incredible and we enjoyed him immensely. My son was jealous we went without him, we will be back with the whole family in the future. I made the Gin Fizz and my husband made the Matcha. We all shared our cookies with the rest of the class, which was awesome - we had so many delicious flavours to sample. Favourites included cotton candy, bubble gum and the citrus. In the middle of the workshop we had some bubbly with savoury macarons. I was a little apprehensive to try them, but I was surprised how tasty they were (except for the bacon, that was not my jam).Yann made us all believe we could do it (and we did!). He really made us feel welcome. We really got into it and cannot recommend enough. All of our friends were jealous and we have multiple requests for cookies. We’re just about to start making Christmas macarons (let’s be honest, it’s going to be a straight up rainbow of cookies in here), and thanks to this workshop, I feel confident in doing that on my own now with my family.***the aprons are SO cute and were not for sale at the time of our course. There were quite a few of us interested in purchasing an apron. If that option is ever available again, we would love to buy one!***
Azin Z: Cute tasty macaroons! I ordered a box of 12, smaller and sweeter than expected.
Preeti A: Absolutely tasty and fair variety of options.
Aly Brown: Pretty disappointing workshop. They tell us they have a 100% success rate but I feel like they pretty much do all the hard steps for you. Don’t feel like I actually learned how to make macarons properly. I think I would have learned more from a YouTube video.
Shelby Arcay: Macarons are delicious. I think I'll come back and take a class some time!
Paula Hlavacek: Such a great time! Solid 3.5 hours to learn how to make macaroons, Glass of champagne and a box of macaroons to take home!
Isabella Wölfl: WOW! The best in Van and Mainland! it was so worth it even driving over 30 minutes to get here!delicious, those are perfect Maccarons, flavourful, soft crunch, melting in your mouth!Great Taste and Price!!!I bought 15 for $23 something , and I had to go back and get more, for they didn't last for 10 min in my hands, and my kids, even Hubby loooooved them!! I definitely recommend them and will always and forever go and buy my Macarons there because I will not get disappointed anymore with buying Macarons.BEST IN BC, I WOULD SAY!Thank you, @Bon Macaron, for not letting me down and making such delicious and perfect Macarons ❤ may God bless your business in Jesus name ❤️
Amanda Barlow: So many unique flavours, I regret only buying a 6 pack!
Mimi Tran: I have to say it was super exciting upon entering the place as it had beautiful macarons on display and you can visibly see the staff working on making them. My boyfriend booked a private macaron class for us and I heard David was an absolute gem throughout the process of emailing and contacting. We can tell he was very busy but was kind enough to squeeze a class in for us in the the morning. He promptly greeted us when we arrived and gave off immediate friendly vibes. He let us choose flavours to make and shortly after we were introduced to Yann who was going to be our teacher/instructor for the day. Yann was an incredibly knowledgeable teacher who was both informative and fun to be around. 9 years in the making if i'm not mistaken. A true professional. I sincerely recommend this place for a cute, fun and informative way to learn about making macarons ! Thank you once again to David and Yann, they're great people and this place deserves the love 3
Hector: Thank you Yann and David, Just took the workshop private class for my girlfriend's birthday and it was the most amazing experience ever, we loved every second of it, the instructor was absolutely professional about how to make the macarons, we each got to pick a flavor to make and went from there, ended up leaving with over 100 macarons, and a lot of happiness. thank you once again. would recommend this to everybody, 10/10.
Shannon Fenton: Thank you David & team at Bon Macaron Patisserie for the excellent macaron's for my daughter's first birthday party! They were the perfect addition to the party as thank you favours to the guests. The guests loved them, and commented how delicious they were! I'm equally impressed with the turn around time and the service I received in making the order. Our initial dessert company had to cancel at the last minute, and with such short notice I was frantically contacting places to see what the lead time for a custom order would be. David was one of the only people that replied quickly (and was available) for such a task. He explained the options that were available whether that be what was in-stock or a custom order, and we agreed to meet at the Workshop on Granville Island a few days before the party to solidify plans. I was also looking for packaging options to cut down on time, and Bon Macaron Patisserie had a couple of options. We opted for the plastic sleeve and custom sticker that we provided. The outcome was terrific and adorable, and exactly what I envisioned. Ordering and pickup was a breeze, and as an added bonus because of the amount of macaron's we ordered, we received a complimentary 6 pack that we took home that day. The macaron's kept great for a couple days after the party as well! All said and done, we'll definitely be ordering again from Bon Macaron Patisserie.
C. Pine: I have taken this workshop twice now on how to make Italian macarons. It is an intimate group of people gathered around a table. They offer some creative flavors and you choose one to make. I recommend bacon and cream cheese, fog and goat cheese and pistachio. Everyone gets a share of what the others in the group make so you come home with a variety of macarons. ❤
Tammy: Variety of flavours and all of them are amazingly flavourful.
Audrey T: Yum! This was my first time visiting Bon Macaron Patisserie on Granville Island and I was so pleasantly surprised! I really liked seeing such a big kitchen and workshop space. Some chefs were just pulling out a fresh batch of macarons and I loved seeing everything in action! The macarons on display looked so appetizing, with a great assortment of flavors. I opted for salted caramel, tiramisu, crème brûlée, sesame, pistachio and white chocolate wasabi! They tasted so delicious 😋 A six pack costs $9.As I was leaving I noticed the macalato. You can choose the mega macaron flavour, the gelato of choice and toppings! I picked the strawberry macaron base with vanilla gelato and sprinkles for toppings. It was a perfect summer treat, and it costs $7.
Camilla Chow: I'm a bit of a macaron connoisseur, sometimes a lot of them taste very generic - however, this little place! Bon Macaron! What an absolute delight and surprise. Every single flavour is so unique and tastes delicious. I'd have to say my favourites would be the Pistachio, Sour Cola as well as the Salted Caramel. 10/10! You won't be disappointed.
Jennifer Pickering: Their macarons are truly a work of art. The owner and manager are the coolest guys my friend and I have seen in what seems like a century. Great secret spot.
Callum Thomson: A wide variety of quality macaron. I fully recommend them.
lili P: Go and pick the fresh macarons.
