Reflections : The Garden Terrace: what do users think?
Nicholas Quintillan: Definitely not a bad visit, but all-in-all, pretty mediocre overall. Certainly not a bad experience, but very average.
Shannon Y: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Lucas Klaassen: Great food, great drinks. Great atmosphere. Great service.
Korean Spy: Don’t order food not worth it. $40 cheese board looks like $5. Servers are not inexperienced.. all the wine bottle are not available. 😵‍💫 next time just come for cocktails.
Gabriel Faucher: Very beautiful rooftop! Food is great and staff is friendly! We stayed at this exact hotel, but i reccomend for anybody as its even accessible for people not staying at the hotel! Beautiful panorama and good food also!Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Andrea Valliere: I never know which cocktails to try because I have a very specific flavour palette but Magda was so kind in walking me through all the cocktails so I had the best choices. Thanks Magda!
Blake Macdonald: Good vibes on this lovely, secluded outdoor terrace. Drinks and food are good, but overpriced.
Parveer Ghuman: Loved the vibe of the rooftop, especially when it got a little dark in the evening. We had the prawns, flatbread, lobster tacos and the steak. They replaced the steak because we ordered medium and it was well done. Server didn't even charge for it. I would come back again, not necessarily for the food but definitely for the ambiance
Connie Goo: Food: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Erica S: 2 stars for ambience.Went twice since they reopened for the season but service is not there. They forget everything you ask for and super slow. (And when we went those twice it wasn’t even busy there)Food and drinks are just average, price is high but I think average Vancouver price now. This sushi roll tho, was like unbelievable.Pickled vegetable roll. For $26.Literally raw cucumber, carrots and avocado.6 pieces that’s not even evenly cut.On top is just mayo. They don’t give you chopsticks or when we asked for at least wasabi, they said they don’t have it and gave us wasabi mayo lolThis is the worst sushi roll I’ve ever seen in my life especially with the price tag of $26
Amy Davidson: Drinks were decent but didn't taste as the menu described them, atmosphere was great. Not a very good view of the city for a rooftop but still overall a fun place to go.Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Kelsey Martin: Prices are super expensive and the waitlist unfortunately just isn't there reflections really doesn't "reflect" the waitlist that the rest of the rosewood amenities and restaurants bring took ages for us to be served ... Drinks and food were below average glorified pub grubFood: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Kevin C: Gorgeous venue. Food is nice however I'd stay away from the black cod if you are hungry...The most lacking component to this place is the service. Unbearably slow, unrefined and inattentive. Had to constantly ask for our water to be refilled and we had been sitting for an hour before our food order was taken. We were a group of five, not a particularly large group. The music was great and at a perfect volume.Improve your service and you have a great place to eat and drink.

Sherry Laali: Atmosphere was good, food was good too, but the service was very slow and amateur, but definitely a to go place if you’re in Vancouver!Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Kajol Parikh: The ambience was so nice! It was cold on the night we went and they had blankets on every chair and we had such a cozy time. The drinks were a bit overpriced but I really liked them.Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
PK Gulati: Very good ambience, super settingFood: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Alexandra Gomez: This place is okay, drinks are very pretty but expensive. This restaurant is clearly understaffed, I could see their personal running crazy, and even though service was very slow. My family had to wait to be seated because there was no host. We also had to wait about 20 minutes for our bill. We will only come back if they solve their issue and hire more people.
Kevin Guo: Bad service, dishonest business, period. Don’t waste your money there

Dockside Restaurant: what do users think?
clay gillespie: Great restaurant!! I would suggest going during the week. No on-site parking for the restraunt. Or you could walk from off Granville Island. Parking is an issue.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Jordan Reid: We came on a day that wasn’t very busy. Our server took a very long time taking our order. She didn’t come to even take our drink order before going to take a table of 16’s food and drink order. Our two person order would have been very quick. After this she went and billed out another table before finally coming to take our order. This caused us to wait almost an hour before getting our food- which was all we ordered.Overall, the food was good, nothing to write home about. Wouldn’t recommend. Mediocre food and not great service. But a lovely view.
Nicole Harpold: Weird and disappointing. We stayed at the hotel and we’re so excited when we checked in to see a waterfront restaurant right at the hotel. After wandering all afternoon around Granville Island and shopping, we were looking forward to dinner on-site. At check-in we even received a promo coupon for a “chef’s choice” happy hour appetizer, happy from 3pm - 5pm. We walked into the restaurant at 4:40 and were seated no problem, they even had a high chair for our toddler, no problem. We put our order in for our promo appetizer, plus two other happy hour appetizers to share as well as 2 cocktails at 4:45. Waitress brought our drinks and our first appetizer (marinated olives) no problem. About 5 minutes later (4:52 by my watch). Waitress came out and apologized, and said our order had been cancelled by the kitchen because happy hour was over. Excuse me? You still have happy hour menus in the table, the signs and the cards you hand out to guests all day until 5pm, but at 4:45 the kitchen starts cancelling orders? Okay. Check please, we’ll take our business elsewhere. One star for the nice view and the very apologetic waitress who was highly embarrassed by all of it.
Thea: Food was good. Wasnt happy with our server victoryia though. She was nice but her service wasnt the best. We didnt get side plates when our appetizers arrived and we were starving so we ate it right then and there with no plates to share. She didnt even ask how our food was until she gave us the bill to pay. We asked for refils but they came 10 minutes later. She took our napkins away when she took our appetizer plates away and didnt give us new ones. My mom ordered clams (which were delicious) and she sat there for 20 minutes with no eyes on our server to get a napkin. It turned out to be so cold so we asked for a blanket and she took 10 minutes to get that. We asked to sit at a table that wasnt wobbly. I even said if its a big issue we can stay its no problem but she totally avoided the question and never came back woth an answer whether we could or couldnt move. For a dinner that was 300+ $ especially on mothers day it was such a disappointment to have a server that seemed to not care. We asked about 2 other servers to get us our bill because we couldnt find victoria and they all said theylle be right there but then go to their pos system and then walk right away far away from us. I understand we might have been annoying and asked for too many things but its expensive eating out and we want everything to go perfect. We most likely will never go back to this restaurant just because of the service we received.
Mohamed Chams: took more than 20 minutes to place our order, plates had to go back to kitchen came raw and way too salty, service too slow and lack of professionalism, although the view was spectacularFood: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Saman Saadat: Food: 5/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Ghalib Dhalla: Its been a couple of years since I was last here and I had forgotten what a wonderful waterview this place has! Halibut, salmon and humus appetizer were all delicious. Very reasonable prices for the amazing location. Highlight was Lara's amazing service! She was efficient and attentive with a warm genuine smile. She made an early Mother's Day dinner ever more special. Thank you Lara. Beautiful view, good food choices, easy parking, and great service!Parking: Lots of reasonably priced parking.
Joel McCooey (The Tough Critique): We decided to dine here since we we’re staying at the Granville Island hotel. First impressions were good and the service staff were attentive. The first plate we had was the Wagyu Beef Carpacio. This was delicious and well plated. Accompanying this plate was the smoked olives these were very good although only some of the olives on the plate were smoked. Ok, good start. The mains were overall lacklustre in all ways. Lacking in presentation, flavour and overall composition. I can guess that this could only be attributed to the fact that cooks in a kitchen are only as good as their training. Perhaps if there were just a little more over the shoulder looking by the head chef these plates would come out cleaner. I will say that whoever wrote the menu did a fantastic job. i did want to order everything on it.
Juno: Great spot with view and hidden gem .Great open restaurant and patio. Good food and service as well
Eat Eat (Icaneatanelephant): It was our first time here, we liked the environment here, nice and quiet, great service, great food, and very reasonable price. I didn’t add as a special occasion when we book online, however through the conversation they found out is my bday, I didn’t expect a card and a tasty hazelnut chocolate cake. The wine ! One of the spots, the white wine was very fruity with clean after taste, fruity as actual fruity not the sweetness, it is very pleasant pairing with my cream sauce halibut. The halibut was just cook right ! Not too cook or raw, it’s just prefect .The red wine as I rmb is from California, its buttery and a little spice, very good with the sirloin steak, the sauce is also a hit, a very good recommendation of the wine pairing from the server Todd.Sorry to mention your name here but I truly appreciated your service with heart and in details. You did shown your passion of what you are doing. Just nothing more I can say. You did a great job!We will surely come back when it’s getting hotter.Service: full starsFood : fullEnvironment: fullFree Parking after 18:00 as I rmbCheers,
Terry Gordon: It a nice place lol
Lisa: Celebrated my bday here early April and had a pleasant experience with my sons. Food was tasty and fresh. Oysters were delicious but a pricey at $5 a piece and they were tiny. Not sure what kind of oysters. Truffles on the pasta was quite expensive, I didn’t realize. Service was friendly and prompt. Nice if you can get a window seat. But walk outside of the restaurant by the water is refreshing.
Alex Rose: I came here this evening for my birthday dinner with some friends. We were really excited after hearing great reviews. We ordered some sharing plates and most of them did not seem fresh or had a very unpleasant taste. We were given a discount and had some plates taken off the bill but the bill was still high even though we did not touch barely any of the food. I hope others don't have the same experience.
Stephanie Forbes: Recommended dishes Wagyu Beef CarpaccioMore
Heeju Hong: It was very nice experience to have lunch here. I ate outside which was perfect decision. The patio section was closed yet around 12pm.Hawaiian flatbread was so good but I think it could be little spicy for some people.People were so nice here too! I’d like to visit again if I have a chance to go to Granville Island!!
Wendy Hunter: I was here for drinks and appetizers and was very pleased with the level of service. The restaurant is spacious and airy and it offers beautiful views of False Creek.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
helen tashin: Really enjoyed the food
Matthew Piton: Decent food and good service but keep in mind you're paying for the location and view more than outstanding food.
Donna Brown: Very nice restaurant at the Granville Island Hotel...service excellent and food was excellent as wellFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
