Capilano Suspension Bridge Park: what do users think?
jcadigital: Of course the main attraction is the suspension bridge. However, there are other parts of the parks worth exploring. The whole can be explored in a few hours. Great views, and good places to take pictures.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …More

Elaheh Matini: Nature is calling you
Christine Raymond - Kichwapanikuna: Fabulous place to visit, wonderful walks, a wonderful shop, and a wonderful experience walking across the suspebsion Bridge!I was part of a small group.... it's better to cross the bridge when there are fewer people so you can relax and enjoy the moment and take photos or video your exoerience.Inevitably, there is always someone who relishes trying to swing the bridge, which makes it very difficult to video or take photos of the beautiful river below.Take your time here, and enjoy the experience - breathe in the surrounding energy of nature - walk one of the circuits, when across the otherside, and read some of the wonderful and inspirational information plaques at various locations - make the most of your visit, and try to go across with the bridge with the least number of people! 😊

Vancouver International Airport: what do users think?
Nadim Kara: Perhaps it's the magic of the West Coast, but I find the service at YVR to be excellent. The staff just seem happier and more relaxed. Always helpful, and often generous with their smiles. The airport is aesthetically gorgeous. And, they have signed a sustainability and friendship agreement with the Musquean First Nation, advancing reconciliation in concrete terms. Bravo YVR
Anjali Kelkar: On arrival v didn't get r luggage promptly though it had a Priority Tag.In departure d Lounge facility was changed to another .
AJ: Civilized, easy to transfer and polite service.
Cristal Mitchell: The security screening process was simple and hassle free. Just follow the instructions from the security team.
Secret Avenger: Enjoyable experience.
Brandon Lawrence L. Yu: The airport had arts and nature scenes when you walk around and a train station I also like the view you get and it’s on a island witch Vancouver intl airport is the best airport I’ve been to Vancouver is a nice place but I liked the airport scenes and the sunset it was very cool to see what Vancouver has to offer like the Vancouver island being near by also they didn’t put the backs in the bagage belt for like 2 minutes the staff said there were missing bagages so I kinda felt bad for whoever lost the bagage but it was very crowded that sunset day so you know it was fine but Vancouver airport is a good place
michael: Well organized!Very nice welcoming and efficiency
itsar sudrajat: Good airport, and cozy with plenty choice of duty free inside :)
Ratilal Kazani: Beautiful Airport. Easy to commute by car, taxi and amazing skytrain.
Barry Seymour: The place is huge, but well laid-out, and everyone is helpful. Big pluses are plenty of power sockets near the gates, and very fast wi-fi
L Liu: Nice place .services good
Ahmed F. Makki: Strange feeling being in an empty airport on one of the busiest months of the year.Update:Almost normal nowUpdate; business as usual now
Kathleen Wright: Very confusing
Rebecca McMonies: Swift visit to this airport, very efficient and well designed
Jennifer H: Apparently not prepared for snow...major delays...feel sorry for people with kids and those who missed connecting flights.Such a different airport in the summer
tapatiaplus1: Hermoso aeropuerto.
Kanwulia Iyamu: Clean; Clear signage; Rental car return was easy. Friendly porters. Straight forward process through to the gates. Duty-free shops, restaurants and, of course, Timmy's, are available along the way. All in all, very smooth transition through the airport.
Corrine Batchelor: Always a great experience at Vancouver International Airport!
Aman Singh: Good fast service every where, easy accessible everything:-)
Victor Law: Update: things seem back to normal. The traffic is still high, but YVR seems to be able to handle it.YVR airport is one of my favorite Airports to fly into. The parking is costly, but there is a cellphone lot. Alternatively, you can use public transit in the form of the Skytrain. The airport feels very modern with lots of good food and restaurants past security. Japadog and Vera's Burgers are available here. The usual fast food options are also an option here, including Tim Hortons, 7-Eleven, A&W, Harvey's, Subway, LA Prep, and Manchu Wok.Washrooms are mostly clean, and the First Nation artwork is top-notch, heavily focused on Haida woodworking.Beyond the stores, there are multiple lounges available. Having experienced one particular lounge, I can tell you how enjoyable they are from comfort and food experience.Overall, YVR is a great airport to visit!
Angela Chen: Tim Hortons only available before check in

Talisman Durden: You know the wibilea? No? Then go look it up!
LUBNA: Xcellent
Viktor Avtorv: Very beautiful park and mountain, difficult and interesting climb uphill. beautiful ocean and city views. I recommend to everyone.
Karambir Gill: It is a good small hike to do for beginners. I really enjoyed it
Tim E: Had a great time atop Grouse Mountain.
Douglas McKinnon: Good views and a well maintained stair but very touristy
Poon Chun Pong: Enjoy all the good times
George Woo: Mouse mountain is a very amusing place. I go bySky train from brighouseTo waterfront station and then go by seabus to QueyMarket and then go to station 6 by no 261MouseMountain to there. It is veryPretty and elegant. To dayIs a weekday not too people. The sky-run trainIs very amusement butCharge $80 per person andYou drive a car you needTo pay parking ticket. Actually it worth to go toMouse mountain in thisPeriod.
Swaminathan G: Pls don't go to grouse just for a view from the top as there is none... The gondola is worth it only if u do activities up top or if u r going back country hikes from grouse..was so disappointed with the view after doing the grind..do the grouse grind if u love workouts..
Jonathan Bouwie: Great place great views
Sam Raj: Its a great tourist visit. But is expensive ride to the mountain top. Is cold up there so dress appropriately.
CA sunder vadlamani: Super refreshing…
mahtab foadian: We went there May 14th, 2023. We got Gandola to go up. But the Gondola windows were so old and full of scratches that the view outside was hard to see. Imagine that you are watching a beautiful movie on TV, but the glass of the TV screen is full of scratches. Considering the money they got ($65 per person), we expected much better service. And the second thing we were unhappy about was that all the entertainment on the mountain was closed (when we asked why, they said it was for safety because the snow was melting) but we expected that they would honestly tell us all this before we bought the tickets.
Joe Nesrallah: Best view of the city! Not recommended for someone who is afraid of heights but as someone who considers themselves a chicken when it comes to high places I survived and thoroughly enjoyed my time with clear skies, May snow, lumberjacks, and grizzly bears.
Anthony F.B. Davies: Good experience that was limited by fog at the top.Worth a visit but check weather conditions or you visit will be curtailed.
Anne F: Great place to spend a day. We really enjoyed the lumber jack show and the chair lift up to the peak. The Bears Koola and grinder were amazing to watch and we caught the tail end of the owl talk. The free shuttle to/from Canada place was a nice surprise bonus too!
Lucas Nicoloso: Amazing location, a very different experience for me.

Specialist Referral Clinic: what do users think?
jordan bray: never returns calls. I was put on a year(+) long waiting list (b.s. as im a risk for colon cancer since i was a toddler) and when my appointment was eventually booked it came and went and nobody contacted me... I have been trying to get an appointment since and nothing. I'm furious with this useless operation.
Marge Urbani: Terrible!
JD Projects: this place never return calls or answer emails.
Mar Clanuzzi: This is an excellent clinic. Dr. Rod French was so caring and helpful with my husband's ganglion cyst and wrist arthritis. So thorough in his explanation. An amazing doctor. And the staff were courteous and helpful.
Corey Doell: After living in pain and fighting with the public system for 1.5 years on a botched hernia surgery the team at SRC and Cambie surgical repaired me. They are fast( 24 days start to finish) , efficient and increadible professionals to deal with. Called after to make sure I was OK. I would highly recommend them!
kami Ra: I visit my specialist after my torn 3 ligaments in soccer .Dr Saswah said no surgery I decided to get second opinion and I visit Dr day about month ago he told me come back in month they called me back after 10 days and arrange another visit I went back to Dr Day , like last time he was very kind and respectful and kindly exam me and he said keep going no surgery and again offer me follow up in 3 months for $550 this great man allowing me to visit him for 3 rd times ,what else I should expect ? Dr day thanks so much for your effort and honestly .Both times you spent more than enough time with my knee
CT M: After paying close to $1000 for a consult I can’t get them to call me back or Email after 6 attempts in 4 weeks. Waste of time and $ that I could be using to heal instead of get taken advantage of.
Breezie Lee: Wow! Excellent Service. Professional, kind, compassionate and very organized. I decided to see Dr. Alastair Younger regarding my ongoing issues with my right foot/ankle as I had an accident/surgery in Costa Rica nearly a year ago and have been in terrible ongoing pain. Dr.Younger is a leading foot/ankle surgeon, and I really wanted his opinion. And I was right! He was so patient and empathetic, he spent a significant amount of time going thru my MRI's, X-rays and all other medical reports. Plus, he examined my foot/ankle thoroughly and explained what he believed was going on. Furthermore, he reviewed all my options so I could make a decision on my recovery moving forward. I cannot recommend the Specialist Referral Clinic enough. The receptionist that I booked the appointment with, Evangeline was so sweet and extremely organized with my instructions for pre-xrays and other necessary documents in order to properly prepare for my consultation with Dr.Younger in advance. I highly recommend the Specialist Referral Clinic to anyone dealing with health concerns. It was the best decision I have made since I got home from Costa Rica and simply couldn't handle the pain anymore and needed answers. Our health is in our own hands! Listen to your body. THANK YOU Specialist Referral Clinic. I greatly appreciate everything you did for me.
M T: The service is mediocre.
A T: Extremely Unprofessional, Poor and Unethical management. It is Unbelievable how they treat their patients. They do Not care for their patients. They take advantage of the patients' desperation to see a doctor because of the waits in the public system. This is wrong. It is not worth the headache and stress . After three and half months of stress and frustration, I did not get any result. No patient should go through this. This is a private medical Clinic!! Act like a medical clinic. The office manager did not respond to patient's emails for weeks, either ignoring them or arguing back and forth about any routine patient questions. The only reason I endured the way I was treated by him for three and half months was because the doctor I needed to see only works at this private clinic. It was extremely negative and stressful experience to deal with this candidly unprofessional management. I did ask him repeatedly to speak to the director for over three months. He said that he conveyed my message. But, I was not given her email and she did not email or call me- a patient of their clinic !! She could take a few minutes to resolve this unnecessary nonsense issue which was created by her staff , which should not be an issues for any patient in the first place. I would have not written a review if the management/director had taken a few minutes to call the patient , listen to them and address the issues. This is simple Wrong. No patient should go through this headache.

Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden: what do users think?
Camilia Rodriguez: I’ve come twice with family that are visiting and both times it’s been closed for a private event. Both times the garden’s have been marked as Open on Google, and yet I’ve called in advance to make sure that they are open which they confirmed they were and then I get here and BAM closed for a private event. This is really frustrating.
Barbara Leao: I was looking for things to do in Vancouver, and while in China Town, I stepped into this garden. It is paid, and I suggest you follow the guide because otherwise it is just another ordinary Chinese garden (and there is a public one for free right beside it). The guide was not Chinese but very knowledgeable of the garden and China history.

Andy Aras: A beautiful garden in the heart of the city. Enter and let peacefulness envelope you!

Antonius A. Tjong: After our business trip in Vancouver Canada, we took a private leave for a more few days stay. Avoiding the hustle and bustle outside there of the downtown, we came to [Dr. Sun Yat Sen Classical Chinese Gardens] and [Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Park], a Chinese-style classical courtyard and a beautiful classical Chinese Garden, which are adjacent 2-in-1 as both extension and complement to each other. This complex is located on a street cornering block between Carrall Street paralled with Columbia Street, in China Town, British Columbia, Vancouver, which place is said to be where Dr. Sun Yat-sen once lived in when visited Vancouver. The exquisite and elegant layout and exhibition of the museum-like interior can really make us feel the strong Chinese atmosphere, show the exquisite and long-lasting Chinese culture, and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the interior. People who like to buy some souvenirs can also buy some commemorative items here. We can taste the Chinese tea specially prepared for visitors, snacks or light food. The gazebo, huts in the garden, water plants, flowers and trees as well, and the fishes, turtles, ducks, wild geese swimming in the pond, forming a classical and beautiful natural picture in our sights. And in about two hours long, we ended our visit to these [Dr. Sun Yat-sen Classical Chinese Garden] and [Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Park]. Walking out of the park and looking across the Columbia Street, there is an vacant square that is to be a lively scene in the afternoon and night a moment later soon. (130523/x)
Andy Yang: Poorly maintained garden with spider webs, chipped walls, rocky pavements, dirty pond, no fish. Nothing to see here.. Very small and not wheelchair accessible to the paid area. Everything is broken apart….. Seriously! What a waste of money. You are better off go visit any botanical gardens than here. It’s also at a bad part of the city…. what a waste of time.
Anthony Tran: It's a nice and calm place to visit, good to learn more about the culture but for me I find it boring.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …More
Thomas Robson: Always lovely in any season.Open and welcoming.O3/24/22 Masks not required.
Eric Carlson: The overall complex is quite nice. The paid portion of the experience is small and unnecessary. Go through the courtyard past the paid entrance and walk into the public section. It offers more and is FREE.Reservation recommended No …More

Fairmont Pacific Rim: what do users think?
Matt Kinder: Outstanding experience staying here!
Hansel Qiu: Booked a Signature Harbour Mountain View Room. They put us into a room with a partial view of the Harbour. Likely the Deluxe Partial Harbour View Room...The hotel was fully booked, so while we were disappointed we were OK after they told us they would comp our parking. However a few days after our stay, it looks like we were charged for parking, but since they did not send us an email of the receipt we have no way of knowing.
Hossein s: We went to the Botanist with friends. The food was excellent. Especially the lamb was delicious and fresh.Obviously this place is fine dining with its special prices. The food quality was indeed at the level of its pricing. My only issue with the food is, and this very subjective, the presentation was over crowded.
Tim C.: A bit of a background, I have a very long history with Fairmont PacRim ever since I discovered it back in 2012. I have made many return visits several times a year and basically obtained Accor Diamond status just from Fairmont stays alone.A lot has happened since my last negative review of this place. It was in the transition to a new management team and new staff on the gold floor. I am happy to say that all of my issues with my previous bad experience have been rectified, and it is now once again among the finest properties I've had the opportunity to stay at. (Even compared with some of the most exclusive European boutiques!)Jasmine and her entire Fairmont Gold staff have everything dialed in. They remember our preferences, and try their best to make each of our visit special from extremely generous upgrades to little things like setting up desserts in our room. Although a lot of familiar faces have left to pursue new ventures, I am really liking Jasmine and her team. Her attention to every detail is what makes our visits so wonderful, and I am looking forward to enjoying many more stays at this world class property.
Vincent Silver: Above and beyond the usual strengths from the Fairmont brand (prime locations/ luxury amenities), this particular Fairmont delivers on an experience that is second to none. The service is tirelessly outstanding and consistent from the doormen, front desk, bellhop, dining, bike attendant, valet to the concierge. The foyer has a bustling vibe but it’s so well staffed. Dining is busy as well so I appreciated how eager staff are to accommodate. The established work culture at this location is so rare to witness these days (it’s why I’m writing this review). I booked with my Amex this time and received more perks than when I booked directly with Fairmont in the past. Regardless, with or without the perks, this hotel offers incredible value; Canadian hospitality at its finest.
Sam Wong: Location is amazing. Room is not styling but very well settled in details. Room amenities are upscale. The harbor view is stunning. Food and service in the restaurant are fabulous and impeccable. However, the service from Front Office staff is not up to par which ruined the whole experience of our arrival AGAIN in two months. Last time we booked the partial harbor view room, but we got a room on the very lower floor with buildings and swimming pool view in March. Today we check in at 5pm, we were informed that the room is not ready. We booked through AMEX ( been called “the 3rd party” from Front Office) which is entitled noon check-in if available. But considering it is long weekend we chose to check-in late in order to get the room instantly while checking in. We were shocked while the FO staff informed us that the room was not ready at that moment. After a chat with the Front Office Manager, we immediately got a clean room which is exactly our room type. We were even more upset with the experience, so we were wondering why we could not get the room which is already been cleaned and ready to check-in. Instead, the Front Office wanted us to wait since room is available. We have stayed with Fairmont for years with Accor member. While we were trying to let the front office hook up our reservation to the guest profile, they told us they could not do it, and kept saying that as the system been changed, there’s no guest data been kept in their new system, except for Accor member. Front Office Manager was shocked when we let her know that we do have the membership.I am not sure what exactly the reason why they did not provide us the ready room while checking-in. I did not know the excuse that why they refuse to look for the guest profile.I just feel like we are not welcomed to stay at Pacific Rim.Maybe I should book through other channels instead of through “the 3rd party” like American Express.Sure thing is for our next staycation, we definitely won’t stay with Fairmont Pacific Rim
Nader El-Ramly: Stay at the Pan Pacific downtown due to some unexpected renovation nightmare. Turned it into a tourist in my own city vacation. Staff were amazing, great rooms and beautiful views! The location is perfect.Walkability: Great walkability. Close to lots of attractions downtown Vancouver within 15 to 20 minutes walk.
Stefanie Wills: I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff, food, location and value are all wonderful. My bed was so comfy. My room was on the 19 floor and I had a very small room but it amazing view of the harbor and mountains. My only gripe was that because of the automatic curtains they do not go long enough and the bright light woke me up every morning at 6 am and the seaplanes outside make a lot of noise. I hoped to have a soaking bath but the large bathroom and shower made up for sit. Other than that, it was perfect!
Demetrio: Vancouver
Maryanne Roy: The location and food cannot be beat.Walkability: So close to many events and restaurants.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Kid-friendly …More
Wallace So: 👍👍😊💗💗Location: 5/5 …More
Shailesh Dalmia: Disgusting check in. Long queue. Each check in taking about 15 mins per guest! I mean wow! In todays age n time when it usually takes in about few mins. Were Centurion Card members and had put in an early request for check in at 12 noon but they allotted room only at 3.15. Waited for more than 3 hours. We kept on checking with the check in desk at regular intervals and they said that the room was being cleaned. This continued on for about 1.30 hours. We guessed that they had taken a “vow” not to allocate the room before 3.Anyways we waited. No choice. At 3pm, still room not alloted. Thats the time we decided to meet the Guest Relations manager. I just asked her that such a big hotel, couldnt they accomodate a single room early. The Guest relations manager replied with a curt no. I would have expected her to be a bit apologetic but her behaviour was rude. She said were just 15 mins late and looked as if its a big deal! Then she asks me what can she do? Im not the kind of client who looks for favours. Not me! Would have appreciated a simple sorry and a body language being sorry about it. But this was: WoW! She was not bothered. This is really sad. It seems just business for her.Ive stayed earlier at the hotel and would hold it as one of my most favourite stays.Really disgusting this time. Not staying next time for sure.

SureStay Hotel By Best Western North Vancouver Capilano: what do users think?
Chris Stephen: This is my "go to" hotel when I'm visiting the North Shore. It's a older hotel, but it's very clean, comfortable and the staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming and you can't beat the price, great value. The attached restaurant is convenient, food is good and again, welcoming staff.Noteworthy details: It's a good location central to West Van and North Van... only challenge is access on Capilano Road travelling south off the Upper Levels highway.
Cheryle Major: Staff was very nice and the hotel entrance was very home like and very nicely decorated. My room was very comfortable and spacious. I will definitely be staying in your hotel again.
J Speed: This hotel surprised us! The rooms are very basic, and all you need for a few nights. The hotel is older but very well kept and clean, the room had an AC unit which was nice for 28 degree weather. It was very easy to Uber to downtown Vancouver, for a night out. There's also free parking and a big pool, which was unfortunately closed when we visited. For breakfast we went to De Dutch which was in the hotel. Overall I'd recommend staying here.

The type of bed that makes you want to stay and sleep longer, great rest.Rooms: Clean, comfortable, outdoor heated pool.Nearby activities: Stanley Park 10mins awayCapilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain within 20mins.Food & drinks: DeDutch Cafe onsite for Breakfast and Lunch options2 gas stations within half block with convenience stores.Panago Pizza and Dennys within 1 block

M H: Great for what it is - cheap and comfortable. Friendly staff.
Rayhan Sheikh: Rooms are big spacious but very less light and dark.Beds are squeaky and old.The lady on the reception does not even understand english, I dont know why shes there. We asked if there is sofa bed or mattress available as extra and she responded with no smoking in the room! Then she said in this money you get what you pay for otherwise go get a hotel at waterfront !! this was a shock for us! however as she hardly understood english so we didnt argue on anything and just went in our room...only stayed there as it was really late an we were tired but not a good experience despite of being at such an excellent location.
Milan Kubik: Decent hotel, nothing too bad. Needed a place to stay for an unplanned overnight stay.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
