Taylor Sharpe: So friendly and kind here. For a small store they have a great selection of fun and useful stuff for newborns all the way to kids. The lovely saleswoman even gave us a discount because they didn't have the bottle in stock that she had told us they had over the phone (inventory system bug). Great vibe in the store too.

James Sparks: Terrible service. Ordered an embroidered hoodie they said would be ready in weeks weeks and it's going to be at least two months. Poor communication, worse service. Just go to the mall instead and they'll do it on the spot rather than 2+ months
Cannis Wan: Terrible customer service. One week after ordering, I called to inquire and got yelled at by the lady answering the phone, that I was not listening, that she has been doing this for a long time, that we are suppose to know to wait at least three weeks and that I am "after her" now because I called. Didn't know just one phone call inquiring was not justify and I deserved to be yelled at. I asked her to calm down because she was angry, her voice got even louder and just ended our conversation. WOW! Speechless and WOW! I really do not understand why our team has to order from this place since she is so busy and overwhelmed with our orders. Given our short season, by the time we receive our apparels half of the season will be over already. Not to mentioned, I got blamed on the phone "why you didn't order earlier". I would have if we are given the information earlier. The team was just notified two weeks ago. Will not recommend any team to use this company at all. Go elsewhere!

kevin kim: Want to buy overpriced printed clothes with limited inventory (I think I saw 3-4 clothing racks total) with 1 or 2 staff that doesn’t even look your direction when you walk in? What a joke of a brand and storefront.
