Fairmont Waterfront: what do users think?
Stefanie Wills: The staff, location, and food is the reason why I’m giving this place two stars. However, the rooms are very outdated and rundown. I’ve literally stayed in better two star hotels. There were no outlets at all on one side of the bed. There was noise from both the hall and outside of my room from the ships. It was very difficult to get any quiet time. I asked for a room move but was told the only renovated rooms go up to a certain floor. The photos are very misleading. The view from my room was nice but had to pay for the upgrade. Also, no mini fridge, only those annoying fridges that if you move anything you get auto charged. So tacky. Also, the shower/bath combo is old and tiny.I checked out and went to the fairmont pacific rim down the street and so happy I did!
Thib_ F: Great experience in family . Service was so nice and very good dishes at the restaurant , great hot pool thanks for all the employee. I will come back for sure! I highly recommend this place
Tim Allen, Sr.: Beautiful rooms and good service and location. Just a bit pricey. 😊 That said, would return again. 😊Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More

L'Hermitage Vancouver: what do users think?
Junky Mailhai: Amazing place to stay in Vancouver. It’s charming and quiet. It has all the amenities that you need: parking, restaurant and gym. The staff is super friendly. The parking cost $25 CAD. There is street parking and plenty of parking garages close by too. IGA market is right next door for groceries and a small deli inside. Three good coffee places downstairs. We loved it! I will def stay here again.
Charles Boehl: The finest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying. Staff is impeccable. The room is spacious and well appointed. The bathroom is huge with a separate WC. Good ventilation on all four rooms. It's super quiet, just an awesome place. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Nicole Leonard: This place makes us feel like royalty! Love, love, love it! Our superior king room is immaculate and stunning! They even let us check-in a couple hours early. Walkability: Fantastic location...walkable to anywhere you need to go! Gastown, Canada Place, etc...
Murtaza Ibrahimi: During our recent visit to Vancouver, we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two nights. Situated in the heart of the city, its prime location was just one of many highlights of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional level of customer service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, leaving us with nothing but positive memories of our time at the hotel. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Vancouver.
B A: Overpriced and located in a noisy location ,I woke up to loud noises every morning from the garbage truck in the back alley.
Nick Stephen: Outstanding service at this hotel. Probably one of the best experiences i've had at a hotel when it comes to my interaction with staff. The hotel itself is fantastic and the location is great. It is only a few blocks from the heart of downtown and so is much more quiet which is great. Room was spacious and modern. The dinner at the restaurant was not the best but the breakfast was amazing (I recommend the Chia Boost). Overall fantastic experience. I will be returning when I am back in Vancouver and would highly recommend anyone visiting Vancouver to stay here.
Robert Brown: Exceptional service and very clean and beautiful propertyRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Valeria Stephens (Panda): A bijou of a hotel. Cannot recommend the high tea enough. We are regular guests (for special occasions) and as well as making the high tea a tradition, the rooms are also comfortable and fitted lavishly.Staff aims to be attentive- if you like feeling special and spoiled they seem to have made it their main aim.(Beware only of that lovely bathroom marble floor - it becomes a skating rink when wet.)Rooms: Spacious feeling rooms, soft beds, bathroom is not skimping on fixtures.Food & drinks: We keep coming back for their high tea.Noteworthy details: Decor touches are quirky and interesting without being try-hard. Feels a bit like your midcentury great grandma was rich.
Jacek Laszkiewicz: Thanks to all WHO made our wedding ceremony special. It was incredible and loving experience...Rooms: Very clean comfyNearby activities: right at the corner of Robson and Richards StreetsWalkability: central locationFood & drinks: yummy brekky and lunch
Jason McLaughlin: We love this hotel! My wife and I make a point to frequent here for rest and relaxation. The staff is super friendly and rooms are beautiful. We love all the amenities, the lounge and breakfast room, the gym, pool, hot tub and steam room are all wonderful. With an Uber in from the airport and theatres, diverse restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Definitely one of our favourite places. We found a little gem when we found L’Hermitage.
Lidia Vera: Me encanta 😊

Fairmont Hotel Vancouver: what do users think?
Sarah Greenwood: An exceptionally modern hotel, room, bar/restaurant - everything you would expect for a very healthy price! Or should I say, top dollar. Amazing experience form the minute we stepped foot on the driveway out front. Exceptionally nice staff, healthy food and delicious drinks. The hotel rooms are like luxury condos, however, the TV's could do with an upgrade.
Jay Joyce '74: Disappointing at best...My wife and I stayed as part of a Regent Cruise Lines off-ship Vancouver excursion. We have stayed at various Fairmont hotels in the past, and always had a great experience. Not this time. After the first evening, we went to breakfast with what we thought was plenty of time to spare. Upon arrival at the Notch8 maitre d's desk, we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait for the breakfast buffet - even though we could see numerous empty seats in the dining room. They explained they were short-staffed. I asked to see the hotel manager, and only the desk manager was present. I expressed my concern, and said that at a minimum, we should have been told when we checked into the hotel to expect delays in breakfast service (because we had a morning time commitment). He was not aware of the problem. When I said that I would like to speak with the General Manager about the problem, he indicated that the GM had not yet arrived, and he did not know when he would. However, he said that he would have the GM contact me. The GM never contacted me.The make-up mirror light in our room was not working upon arrival. The next morning (same day as the breakfast problem) I stopped by the Front Desk, and the receptionist logged in the problem and said they would have it fixed that day. When we arrived back in our room that evening, it still had not been fixed. I called and they said that someone would be up to fix it. An hour later no one had appeared, and I called again. Same response - they'd get someone up to fix it. An hour later, after no one appeared, I went to bed.Next Day - breakfast - no problem - they had opened more space, leading me to wonder why they could not have seated us at an empty seat the day before...?At 8:15 AM, asked to see the manager to discuss my concerns; same desk manager appeared and said that GM was not in yet. I told him about the lack of response regarding the maintenance problem, and that the GM had not contacted me the day before. Polite reaction, but no actionable response on his part. When we left the hotel at 8:30, the GM had still not arrived. We were told by one of the dining staff team that there have been recent cuts in hours. How can this be possible if you're already not providing the level of service that Fairmont guests have come to expect? After three visits to Vancouver over several years - all at Fairmont Hotels - we will NOT stay at this hotel again, and not recommend it to others.
Taylor Rockefeller: Stayed here with my husband and 2 young kids. Very kid friendly without being a "kid" hotel. Room service food was average, and our bathroom was a little small, but the staff was all 10/10 fantastic. We can't wait to stay here again, either as a romantic getaway or as a family-friendly option. Great location with city views. I can't compliment the staff or environment here enough!
Mitchell Edwards: Beautiful Hotel with tons of history.Super friendly and helpful staff.Defiantly recommebd
Geraldine Henry: Our whole trip was a positive experience from before we arrived; to bellhop service, to extra assistance required with AC and figuring out amenities. Our breakfast before departure was top notch. Each staff member was kind and courteous. Thank you for helping us make the most of our little trip for our kids soccer. We always look forward to our time here. Thank you!Safety: Options for shopping and dining our were all close by. It is nice to have the downtown core experience and be safe and comfortable.Walkability: Excellent location for making the most of our time here.Food & drinks: Always love the quality of care that goes into our food while we are here.

Bernard Beck Jr: Had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel as we were getting ready to depart for a cruise. Staff was AMAZING. Will Lin took exceptional care of us during check-in, and was readily available with any assistance that we required during our stay, including being most professional in always calling us by name. The bell and parking staff were also extremely polite and professional. A ten minute walk to the pier and convention center, this location is near anything that you would require including a massive amount of restaurants and bars. The room was fantastic, clean, and we were fortunate (thanks to Will Lin) to get a room with an awesome view of the port.
Matteo Bocci: 4,5 stars. I spent five nights in this hotel for a business meeting. It is impressive how this huge hotel is run in a seemingly effortless fashion. Everything was really good. My room was spacious, clean, with an excellent view. The bed incredibly comfortable, and the service almost impeccable. The only minor point I believe can be improved is the coverage and speed of the Wi-Fi connection. Perfectly located, really convenient to walk pretty much anywhere in the city. Thank you for having me & looking forward to another stay!
Mehsam Sunny: Funny place to work at. They don't hire many people from south America , Asia, middle East , Russia to work in front office , guest services, restaurants and servers.

Fairmont Pacific Rim: what do users think?
Hossein s: We went to the Botanist with friends. The food was excellent. Especially the lamb was delicious and fresh.Obviously this place is fine dining with its special prices. The food quality was indeed at the level of its pricing. My only issue with the food is, and this very subjective, the presentation was over crowded.
Tim C.: A bit of a background, I have a very long history with Fairmont PacRim ever since I discovered it back in 2012. I have made many return visits several times a year and basically obtained Accor Diamond status just from Fairmont stays alone.A lot has happened since my last negative review of this place. It was in the transition to a new management team and new staff on the gold floor. I am happy to say that all of my issues with my previous bad experience have been rectified, and it is now once again among the finest properties I've had the opportunity to stay at. (Even compared with some of the most exclusive European boutiques!)Jasmine and her entire Fairmont Gold staff have everything dialed in. They remember our preferences, and try their best to make each of our visit special from extremely generous upgrades to little things like setting up desserts in our room. Although a lot of familiar faces have left to pursue new ventures, I am really liking Jasmine and her team. Her attention to every detail is what makes our visits so wonderful, and I am looking forward to enjoying many more stays at this world class property.
Vincent Silver: Above and beyond the usual strengths from the Fairmont brand (prime locations/ luxury amenities), this particular Fairmont delivers on an experience that is second to none. The service is tirelessly outstanding and consistent from the doormen, front desk, bellhop, dining, bike attendant, valet to the concierge. The foyer has a bustling vibe but it’s so well staffed. Dining is busy as well so I appreciated how eager staff are to accommodate. The established work culture at this location is so rare to witness these days (it’s why I’m writing this review). I booked with my Amex this time and received more perks than when I booked directly with Fairmont in the past. Regardless, with or without the perks, this hotel offers incredible value; Canadian hospitality at its finest.
Sam Wong: Location is amazing. Room is not styling but very well settled in details. Room amenities are upscale. The harbor view is stunning. Food and service in the restaurant are fabulous and impeccable. However, the service from Front Office staff is not up to par which ruined the whole experience of our arrival AGAIN in two months. Last time we booked the partial harbor view room, but we got a room on the very lower floor with buildings and swimming pool view in March. Today we check in at 5pm, we were informed that the room is not ready. We booked through AMEX ( been called “the 3rd party” from Front Office) which is entitled noon check-in if available. But considering it is long weekend we chose to check-in late in order to get the room instantly while checking in. We were shocked while the FO staff informed us that the room was not ready at that moment. After a chat with the Front Office Manager, we immediately got a clean room which is exactly our room type. We were even more upset with the experience, so we were wondering why we could not get the room which is already been cleaned and ready to check-in. Instead, the Front Office wanted us to wait since room is available. We have stayed with Fairmont for years with Accor member. While we were trying to let the front office hook up our reservation to the guest profile, they told us they could not do it, and kept saying that as the system been changed, there’s no guest data been kept in their new system, except for Accor member. Front Office Manager was shocked when we let her know that we do have the membership.I am not sure what exactly the reason why they did not provide us the ready room while checking-in. I did not know the excuse that why they refuse to look for the guest profile.I just feel like we are not welcomed to stay at Pacific Rim.Maybe I should book through other channels instead of through “the 3rd party” like American Express.Sure thing is for our next staycation, we definitely won’t stay with Fairmont Pacific Rim
Nader El-Ramly: Stay at the Pan Pacific downtown due to some unexpected renovation nightmare. Turned it into a tourist in my own city vacation. Staff were amazing, great rooms and beautiful views! The location is perfect.Walkability: Great walkability. Close to lots of attractions downtown Vancouver within 15 to 20 minutes walk.
Stefanie Wills: I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff, food, location and value are all wonderful. My bed was so comfy. My room was on the 19 floor and I had a very small room but it amazing view of the harbor and mountains. My only gripe was that because of the automatic curtains they do not go long enough and the bright light woke me up every morning at 6 am and the seaplanes outside make a lot of noise. I hoped to have a soaking bath but the large bathroom and shower made up for sit. Other than that, it was perfect!
Demetrio: Vancouver

Shailesh Dalmia: Disgusting check in. Long queue. Each check in taking about 15 mins per guest! I mean wow! In todays age n time when it usually takes in about few mins. Were Centurion Card members and had put in an early request for check in at 12 noon but they allotted room only at 3.15. Waited for more than 3 hours. We kept on checking with the check in desk at regular intervals and they said that the room was being cleaned. This continued on for about 1.30 hours. We guessed that they had taken a “vow” not to allocate the room before 3.Anyways we waited. No choice. At 3pm, still room not alloted. Thats the time we decided to meet the Guest Relations manager. I just asked her that such a big hotel, couldnt they accomodate a single room early. The Guest relations manager replied with a curt no. I would have expected her to be a bit apologetic but her behaviour was rude. She said were just 15 mins late and looked as if its a big deal! Then she asks me what can she do? Im not the kind of client who looks for favours. Not me! Would have appreciated a simple sorry and a body language being sorry about it. But this was: WoW! She was not bothered. This is really sad. It seems just business for her.Ive stayed earlier at the hotel and would hold it as one of my most favourite stays.Really disgusting this time. Not staying next time for sure.

Tracy Gibbons: Spa was amazing! Tiny and boutique-y
Fred Aram: A hidden gem in the centre of Vancouver. Extremely clean and comfortable hotel with super corteous and helpful staff and quality food. Loved the experience. Anne F: This is a beautiful hotel with impeccable service. The staff are truly top notch.Rooms: Rooms are beautiful. Very clean. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are quiet.
Alison Fisher: We held a 2-day company workshop for 27 people in April and everything the hotel did was outstanding. This was the easiest event I have planned due to the communication and organization from the event staff. The meeting room was set up perfectly for our group and the catering over the two days was amazing. The kitchen also carefully took care of several of our attendees with food allergies. I could not find fault with anything. The service throughout the two days was 10/10. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel also arranged for our 27 guests to have dinner at Bacchus restaurant, and again, the food and service was incredible. Would I recommend the Wedgewood Hotel and Spa? Absolutely! Whether for a corporate event or for a personal getaway. We've held several events in Vancouver, and I without a doubt, we will look to book with the Wedgewood Hotel in the future.

J Larsen: The rooms here should have been renovated about 15 years ago. Who knows when and if that will ever happen, but what exists now is a mishmash of updates throughout the decades and just doesn’t feel like a luxury experience. That said, it is a comfortable boutique hotel with charm and an alternative to some of the bland box hotels in the city.

From the moment we checked in and was surprised with an upgrade to a palatial suite to the welcome chocolates and the turn down service and fresh cookies each night everything was 11/10! We appreciated the personal welcome by name every time we came in and out to after hours access to the steam room and lounge. We enjoyed afternoons at Bacchus even just to unwind from our busy day. Staff is lovely and helpful and that is enough reason for us to return very soon!
Preet Mudhar: I was really impressed with the service. All the staff we encountered was so friendly and made our experience that much better! Tommy Tong: On Friday, March 10th, 2023, I decided to have a cocktail whilst waiting for a dinner reservation nearby. Whilst sitting at the bar, I witnessed Lindsay, the bartender, treating his protégé Liam in a manner that was not conducive in creating and/or nurturing a supportive environment.Imagine learning the skills required for a career in mixology during a busy Friday night at a 4-star hotel in the heart of Vancouver. If that wasn't stressful enough, imagine having to learn from someone who does NOT have your best interests in mind and makes this fact known through his ineffective communication choices.I felt so bad for Liam that I gave him a tip and thanked him for his hard work. Unlike the gratuity that I left for Lindsay, that was the best money I spent in a long time.TO MANAGEMENT:Please do not invite me to contact you with your cookie-cutter, insincere replies on Google Reviews. I won't be coming back to your establishment. This is not the first time I've had a negative experience at your bar. The 2-stars are for your cocktail creations and for the design and ambience of your decor (which I find very appealing). What a shame.
Ryan Punambolam: Three star hotel at best. Booked through AMEX fine hotels with late check out. Told the morning of check out that “we will have charge me.” Food was terrible. Saving grace is Chipotle is across the street. Lots of other better options in Vancouver with this price point.
Christopher Brumley: Great lobby. Felt welcomed at the front door. Front desk experience was ok. Room was nice and housekeeping brought us everything we needed. Prime location as well. Would recommend to anyone who likes old fashioned European style room.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Harold Warkentin: love this hotel. Excellent staff. Great location within walking distance to most things Vancouver.
K Michelle park: The room was dated but it was clean and well maintained. The staff service wasn't the best especially the valet parking. I love going to Relais & Chateaux hotels, but this one wasn't amazing. The restaurant had a great foods with live piano music in the evening. I recommend the restaurant more than the hotel itself.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Rosewood Hotel Georgia: what do users think?
Rosa Yuan: My mom and I enjoyed our stay. The reception desk, especially Alona and Phoebe are very nice and kind to us and they ensured a smooth check out experience. The in room dining team also did an excellent job for providing us breakfast for a few days, expecially the last day when we left at 5:20AM. Breakfast was packed and delivered to us on 5AM at the door. Thank you for your great hospitality to make it feel home during our 6 nights.Walkability: Convenient location at downtown. Very safe to walk about in the city.

If you ever find yourself contemplating a stay at this establishment, I highly encourage you to go for it! The level of hospitality provided was truly exceptional, leaving a lasting impression on me. Also, Rachel at the spa was amazing!

Jane Leung: I was very impressed by the service and accommodations at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia. The staff worked well as a team to meet the expectations of the hotel guests. The food at the 1927 restaurant and at the outdoor patio Reflections was very good. I was most impressed with the management and staff who introduced themselves to us. The hotel is in a central location with many ways to connect to shopping, dining and attractions like the Granville Market. I will definitely come back.Rooms: My room had a lovely view of the library. The bed and bedding were comfortable and I had a sofa to relax in. The bathroom amenities included a heated floor, generous-sized bath tub and shower, bathrobes and slippers. There is turndown service in the evening which was lovely. My room attendant had my slippers laid out by my bed with bottled water and biscuits placed on my bed table.Nearby activities: It is easy to take a taxi or Uber to all the city attractions.Walkability: It was easy to walk out of the hotel and find stores, coffee shops, etc.Food & drinks: The location is close to many restaurants and cafes. There is a diversity in the offerings. There is a bakery next door to the hotel.
Sarah Kazimi: Upon booking a deluxe king suite, I was disappointed to find the washroom covered in fingerprints and the floor dirty with unidentified white substances. To document the state of the room, I took pictures. Additionally, I had inquired about room upgrade options prior to arrival, hoping to surprise my fiancé for his birthday. However, the person I spoke to on the phone informed me that the only available room was priced at an exorbitant $4,000 per night, which I found to be quite insulting.Upon check-in, I encountered another issue when the front desk attendant not only requested my identification, which is standard as the booking was under my name, but also asked for my fiancé's ID. This struck me as peculiar since we have stayed in numerous hotels before, and it has always been sufficient to provide the ID of the individual the room is booked under. My fiancé felt profiled due to his African American heritage, further exacerbating the situation. After calling to express my dissatisfaction with the room's condition, the hotel staff kindly arranged for us to switch to a different room, which I genuinely appreciated. It is worth noting that I have previously attended several work events in Georgia and held a great fondness for this particular establishment. Regrettably, this experience has significantly tarnished my perception.

Paul Gabay: I loved the hospitality. Every staff members I interacted with were extremely welcoming and very helpful. My suite had everything I needed with the exception of a USB port. The room was clean and the bathroom and shower was really nice. I enjoyed my workouts in the fitness room. There was a great selection of equipment. I felt the hotels location was prime and there was lots to do in the area. I look forward to my next stay.
Kathleen Kaufman: I am extremely picky about hotels; this is one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. The hotel itself, including the room, is beautiful. And so many lovely little touches, like the heated floor in the bathroom, the nightly turn-down service with cookies, the thank you notes from the housekeepers for tips I left, and every amenity you could even think of. Every single staff person simply could not have been nicer or more helpful. This is the only hotel I'd use in Vancouver- I highly recommend them!Rooms: One of the most beautiful rooms I've stayed in. Lovely seating area with a couch. Gorgeous bathroom with heated marble floors.Walkability: Nice area to walk around in, with lots of shops restaurants.Noteworthy details: Gorgeous hotel and room.

Josi Twigt: Stayed in one room with my husband and two young kids. This was the absolute BEST hotel experience we have ever had as a family! The service was amazing. Every single staff person we encountered was kind, welcoming, efficient, helpful, and fantastic. My kids felt safe and adored and my husband and I were relaxed and pampered. Thank you!!Kids got ‘their size’ robes, we were given complimentary snacks upon arrival, and after turn down service we found bookmarks by every book left out and screen wipes on top of my husbands iPad. It was above and beyond. Shower was WONDERFUL and beds and pillows were perfection.Walkability: We were able to easily walk around and discover the neighborhood. Visited a friend’s hotel by foot and walked to various restaurants nearby.Food & drinks: Room service breakfast was decadently delicious. And the coffee provided in the room was better then my fancy machine at home!

Loden Hotel: what do users think?
Steven: I've traveled internationally for more than 30 years and there are things that make a hotel great to stay in and The Loden Hotel, Vancouver BC, Canada, is one of those special hotels. It's got to be the best boutique hotel I've ever been at and ideal for a vacation. So what makes The Loden so good - everything! Super nice people working at the hotel who are pleased to help you in any way they can. And I mean - Super Nice! When planning to come, they wanted to know what we needed and if they could help in anyway. We arrived very early they stored our bags so we could enjoy the day.  When we came back, the room was ready, beautifully prepared and all our luggage was in the room. Attention to details in the room from the great beds/pillows/linens and fabulous bathroom to nicely stock refrigators, a safe, great coffee maker, and a large closet with lots of hangers. And I could go on and on for a long list of little details that makes the room great. Every night they brought fresh lemon water to the room. There's a great French Bistro attached to the hotel with in room dining. The lobby is very comfortable. Valet Parking with underground car lot. Think about how wonderful it is not standing line line with dozens of people waiting to check in and frustrated workers from trying to meet the needs of a 1,000 people. We used their special London Cab drop off service every night to go to dinner. So many hotels are cutting back on service but not The Loden. They specialize in making sure you have a great time in Vancouver. Please support businesses that are dedicated to their customers!Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device
Madalyn Clemis: 5 star service! I stayed for 2 nights in Feb before heading to whistler and I've never had such amazing service. I wish I would have had time to check out the spa. I got the corner king and loved the views. Proximity was really good, walking distance to many different areas depending on your walking ability (we walked to the granville island ferry and gastown) and the concierge was so helpful!!!! Lots of luxury shopping close by. They had bikes available but what I loved was the short distance to the park on the water. Watching the sea planes was such a treat. I didn't eat at the restaurant next door but my sister commented that it was very good and we did stop for a drink one night which was lovely. I had some time in Vancouver before my flight out after a week in whistler and the hotel was so lovely, letting me leave my luggage while I explored. The customer service was so amazing, 5 stars doesnt give it justice 🙌

Jadin: Amazing! I stayed one night at The Loden with my partner and it was absolutely fantastic. Staff are so friendly and helpful, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are quiet despite the location right in Coal Harbour (walkable to Stanley Park). Sheida Noroozi: We stayed at the Loden in the summer of 2022. An exceptional boutique hotel with attentive and friendly staff. I greatly appreciated the call a few days prior to our arrival asking how they can make our stay more pleasant. We had complimentary prosecco in our room when we first arrived. Rooms were excellent. In particular, they include a dyson blow dryer which meant I didn't need to bring my own. Valet parking was prompt and convenient. Central location - close to all major restaurants, shopping, and attractions in downtown. Highly recommend staying at the Loden!
C AD: The hotel was in a good location but unfortunately, I wasn't happy with my stay at the Loden Hotel. It's a lot of smoke and mirrors!Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Erik Johnson: Outstanding local, boutique hotel. Excellent warm customer service - with 24 hour staffed reception. Full gym on site with Equinox also about a block away. Tableau restaurant in the lobby is lovely and provides delightful room service. Elegant, light filled rooms with luxury bed linens. The property is about 15 years old, but well maintained. The Loden is an excellent choice for discerning travelers seeking a quiet, sophisticated hotel in a prime, central address. Highly recommended.
Wenter S.: What a great hotel experience. From the check in to the gym to the room. Will definitely be staying here again!
Richard Downey: What an excellent hotel, very big beautiful room, great bed, extremely quiet, excellent service, very nice gym and centrally located. Everything you could wish for
Indo Chohan: What an amazing hotel! The location, room and staff were top notch! Our new go-to hotel whenever we are back in Vancouver
Kelsey Keizur: We absolutely loved our stay at the Loden in the Luna suite. From the gorgeous amenities, to the incredibly helpful and kind staff - we wouldn't have have changed a single thing. Our very large dog, Hank, was also with us, and the staff was so welcoming to him. We can't wait to come back!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tobias Barth: Best hotel and best services in town. We are going there whenever we're in Vancouver. Highly recommended.Rooms: Large rooms, comfy beds, big bathroom.
Avtar Singh: Beautiful boutique hotel coupled with great customer service. We arrived quite early but were assured our room would be ready asap and they delivered. Spacious one bedroom room with a welcome bottle of wine! Staff were amazing and the experience was second to none, will definitely be back again.Rooms: Corner bay windowWalkability: Robson street just two blocks away (shopping district)
Sydney Lauer: We stayed her for a weekend away and it was a lovely experience!! The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are super clean and very modern. The restaurant attached is also amazing. Location is perfect for downtown. We plan to stay here every time we visit Vancouver!Rooms: Great rooms. Clean, modern, Dyson hair dryer.Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants nearby and the waterfront.
Mario D.: Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die laute Klimaanlage im Zimmer.
Denver Bingham: Staying at the Loden was fantastic, and the staff really ensured we had a seamless visit. From bringing a birthday treat to our room, to the turndown service, to charging my dead cellphone behind the counter after check-out… excellent customer service all around. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Vancouver!

The housekeepers are very clean and always put new bedsheets. The hotel restaurant’s food is OK. Waiters and waitresses are very professional and welcoming. Went to The Vancouver Fish Company restaurant on Granville Island for an early lunch, delicious. And then we explored the island for the rest of the day. We almost went back to the island the next day, lots to do there. The Hotel is within walking distance(20 to 30 min walk) of so many interesting places and venues. Or transport to other spots of interest, the tram is just across the street literally. Would highly recommend The OPUS. Unfortunately we did not get to try the restaurant down stairs but we did get drinks at the bar. Thanks for a great first time in Canada!
Travis B: Service was impeccable. Kunal and Sanaz were a bright light at the end of a dark journey. Air travel being what it is currently, it's so wonderful having folks like these two greeting you, empathize with you, keeping your spirits up with champagne and cheery service at midnight, then again at 5 am. Can't say enough about the service. Location would be great if I was visiting. For Opus management: promote those two. It's so rare to find teams that seek to go above and beyond because their own internal barometer compels them. You can tell their enjoyment to give others a great experience is genuine.

The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver: what do users think?
Betsy Huang: Hight quickly hotel, we choose breakfast included, the breakfast is buffet style, everyday a little bit different, but it’s enough. Swimming pool and sauna, Gym was pretty relaxed.
Jose gabaldon rubio: Increible
rod beisel: Great location, overall great staffCheck in person was like used car salesman trying to upgrade us to more expensive room. Never had this experience here before.
Mitesh Vekaria: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Bayshore Hotel in Vancouver, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From its prime location to its top-notch facilities, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way.First and foremost, the location of the Westin Bayshore Hotel is absolutely superb. Situated right on the picturesque waterfront, it offers breathtaking views of the harbor and Stanley Park. Being able to wake up to such a stunning vista every morning was truly invigorating. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to downtown Vancouver allowed for easy access to the city's vibrant attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to explore the bustling city or take a leisurely stroll along the seawall, everything was conveniently within reach. The facilities at the Westin Bayshore were nothing short of impressive. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and exceptionally clean. The plush beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The hotel also boasts a wide range of amenities that cater to every guest's needs. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine, and the spa provided a serene haven for relaxation. The outdoor pool, surrounded by lush greenery, was an absolute delight, offering a peaceful retreat with stunning views of the harbor. The hotel's attention to detail in maintaining their facilities was truly commendable. The staff at the Westin Bayshore Hotel were outstanding, delivering excellent service with genuine warmth and professionalism. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel welcomed. The staff members were attentive, accommodating, and always went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. Their knowledge of the area was invaluable in helping me plan my daily activities, and their recommendations for local attractions and dining options were spot on.Additionally, the dining options at the hotel were exceptional. The restaurants offered a variety of culinary delights, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Although they could cater more for vegetarians.I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Vancouver.

Jose Antonio Fernández Asensio: Espectacular
Margaret Au: We LOVE staying at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver. Not only does this waterfront hotel offer wonderful views of the harbour, the marina and the city, its location is within walking distance of Stanley Park if you like the outdoors, or Robson Street if you prefer to go shopping or cafe- or restaurant-hopping. Also, there are plenty of bicycle and scooter rental places nearby.Courteous and friendly crew members; rooms are bright and clean. Can use some upgrade to provide more charging ports for modern devices but still acceptable. Good upscale restaurants in the hotel and plenty in the vicinity offering a wide variety of cuisines to suit any budget. Room service was also good.If I must include a negative comment, it would have to be my shock of the century experience with room service! I had a late dinner one night due to work demands, and really needed coffee. When I ordered room service, I wanted to get a pot of coffee to help me through the night. When I was told there was no coffee available at that time, it was simply incomprehensible. Yes, a first world problem but I have never encountered that in all my hotel stays so I was seriously shocked and … “disappointed” was nowhere close to how I felt at the time. Other than that, everything was great!
Mer Kava: Great location now ran by liars. I have been a guest since 2005 always in a Tower suite with Harbor View. Beautiful and convenient for a morning run in Sydney Park. I have also held three national corporate events (300+) over the years. Got in yesterday evening for a one nighter. Something looked off with the front desk staff, I asked confirmation that i was headed to a Tower room, she told me no, that was not the reservation but had the best room in the hotel. I confirmed it would have a Harbor view and a terrace. That was lies. My office i of course booked a Tower room, Room 904 is not the best in the hotel (that is a wood panel suites somewhere else I had a board meeting in years ago), no Harbor view and no terrace. I called the duty manager in the morning and was served another lie (reservation on Expedia, which my office never does). Not a word of apologies let alone a placating gesture, a very abnoxious attitude which is not what one would expect or need to get in the hospitality segment Westin operates in. Sad to strike the Westin Harbor off the list of accommodation our company uses but no guest need to be lied to.
Barney Andersen: I went recently for a gala event. Good service and good facilities despite its age.Service: 5/5 …More
Luis Valencia: Beautiful place

Pan Pacific Vancouver: what do users think?
Robert Dehn: If you are catching a Cruise out of here, then book here right now. It’s pricey but worth every penny. They literally have a “cruise deck” button in the elevators… took all the mystery out of “where do I need to go.” That being said it’s here. You leave from this hotel…!The rooms had an incredible view of the water, were spotless clean, and every person that worked there was so friendly and accommodating. We didn’t realize we needed to print our luggage tickets before getting there… and they even had a free business center with a free printer! There is an indoor shopping / food center directly across the street. Had a few stores / cheap food options as well and an indoor / outdoor sitting area. Grabbed a coffee and some travel essentials without issue.Protip. Ask the front desk to have the bellhops to take care of delivering your luggage to the cruise ship. We handed them off from our room (for a worth it, 5 dollar per bag fee!) …and then we we’re able to walk around Vancouver luggage / stress free for a few hours! Big win.

Tanya: It's the little things that matter. We arrived after a 14hr flight at the hotel at 8:30am. Dreading the late check-in, we were told our room was ready and we could go straight in. The porter was about 2 minutes behind us with our bags. Excellent! Twin beds that were double size. Pillows that were so comfortable. Shower curtain on a rail that was arc-ed outwards - the curtain didn't slap around you as you showered. Bathroom products that not only smell nice, but didn't feel like the cheapest, driest washing liquid. Positioned right on top of the cruise terminal making it easy for us to travel onward. A really really nice place to stay.
Montse Albella Fernandez: Hotel precioso ,cómodo con unas habitaciones espectaculares .
Steve Wilkins: Stayed for four nights pre an Alaska cruise. We had a club deluxe double double room, which was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was adequate. Service was good from the staff we spoke with. Breakfast in the club lounge was of a high standard, and there is no need to pay extra for breakfast if you book a club room. I didn't think the hotel, in general, was of the same luxury as other Pan Pacific's I've stayed in. Nevertheless, I would recommend and stay again in the future.

Chris Fowler: First time staying here and likely will try another hotel first if we have to stay in Vancouver again. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable . The staff were very pleasant and helpful and seemed happy to be working here.Bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Pillows were a bit small and soft, but we had a good night sleep anyways. The reasons for for not getting more stars are:Parking is isn’t included, yes a small discount is given, and there was always someone patrolling the area, which a gave me piece of mind, but I have gotten security and parking included at hotels just up the street. Maybe it’s because I am not from the city, but $50+ for 24hrs of parking…. Ouch.No breakfast, or deals on food.TV, after a long day or running around, we couldn’t watch anything good or recent unless we wanted to pay. Now maybe I am wrong , but then it wasn’t clear how to watch anything good or recent.Didn’t try the internet.A hotel of this size, would be very difficult to paint and modernize, so I don’t mind that everything felt a bit dated.IMO not worth the price.
Benita Very nice!: We stayed here after disembarking from our cruise to Alaska to enjoy Vancouver for a couple of days. Be aware that this hotel does not provide any shuttles to the airport or anywhere else.
