Angela: Poor customer service from Simi, she helped us with our transaction and tried to sell us $50 for 2 years warranty. Failed to use the correct words, we asked for clarification and her attitude was like she doesn't want to be there. She took a pause and her face reads judgement on us for not understanding her. No patience, not helpful.Got our email wrong, ended up not re entering one for our receipt.We wanted to check if our email was even entered, got a shoulder shrug and a smile saying "not my problem".

Mark S: Before renewing or getting new cell contract DO NOT LOOK FOR RUSSEL, he act like he is your buddy with “I got you” but when he signed me up for a new contract, he did not mentions about the gift cards worth $300 but only he said was $100. When he left me with his associate, For some reason I went on Bestbuy apps and found out the $300 on a new contract.I ask the associate about it he then mentions that it’s a “new promotion”.
Nicky M: We wanted to get a $2500 TV with a price match on its own Best Buy website of $2200.The Senior Associate “S” in Home Theatre lied to us that she could do the price match.Once we ready to pay, she added up accessories and the protection plan that we didn’t want to our bill.I understand she wanted to sell to Protection Plan and accessory. But Instead of being honest and introduce everything, she added them to the bill without our consent when we ready to pay.We didn’t figure out the calculations right away and already took out our credit card. We know there’s tax on the $2200 TV so few more hundred dollars on top seemed making sense.After we really looked at the computer screen, we found out S added all costs to us and how unethical she tried to do the business.It’s is Best Buy, you don’t do business like this. Each staff represents the Company.Be honest to sell!She was angry and left the counter right after we caught her trick.Of course we didn’t get the TV and also wasted an hour of our time.FYI, my wife was the Operation Manager.

Cally Aura: Came here after the Metrotown location employee had smooth brains and told be to look up what inventory they had because he was too lazy to help me.This location at Marine Drive saved the day. I placed an order online, then went and picked it up. I arrived, felt a bit sketchy going up a weird parking lot at night to get to the entrance, but once I got in the team at the pickup counter and the Geek squad were super helpful with answering my questions and helped me bring my brew purchase outside to my car.If you want actual help, it’s worth coming to this location. Avoid the Station Square/Metrotown location.

Melissa Boulanger: Since you can't leave a review for their online sales exclusively I'll leave this here since it's the closest Best Buy to me. Purchased an item online to have it shipped to my address. They use Purolater as the shipping company who apparently doesn't leave shipping notices if they are unable to leave the package in the receiver's hands. And as Best Buy didn't provide a phone number for Purolater to call me at I was left with a package in limbo. Called Best Buy who told me to call Purolater of course and Purolater tells me the package is somewhere in their warehouse and will take upwards of 48 hours to track down and send back out. Totally unacceptable. When requesting the whole thing be cancelled and I just pick it up in store instead it was impossible. I was told I had to wait the 48 hours for Purolater to track it down and return it to Best Buy who would then take 3-5 business days to give me money back. So about a week's wait with no product and to get my money back. This is some of the worst pass the buck customer service I have ever experienced. And then the supervisor from Best Buy hangs up on you when you state your disbelief about how I can be out the product and my money with no resolution. Lesson learned, I will never order from Best Buy again.

Ashpreet Kohli: I purchased an open box, HP Specter yesterday but the department manager including the salesperson failed to find the stylus pen with it. Today, Prab being helpful did an awesome job finding not only the stylus pen but also the power cable included with the box. Considering his confidence and professionalism I believe he should be working at least as a supervisor.
Ahmad Nakib: Took 20+ mins for a basic return/purchase transaction - by far the slowest service I have ever experienced. They were also unable to price match with Costco, even though customer support said they do.

Anthony Forwood: I just found this place while looking for a cheap used laptop, and picked up a Lenovo Thinkpad w/ 500 GB hardrive and 8 GB of memory for #275 the same day. Lots of great deals on used and refurbished computers.
Gordon Sumers: Came in over a holiday weekend to replace my MacBook Air (2015) hard drive. Charles was awesome, very sweet and straightforward about the servies that would be provided based on my needs and the cost was reasonable for what was done. Was able to get my laptop back and fully functioning within 2 days (would have been an even shorter turnaround time if not for the holiday). Will definitely recommend and come back for any other computer services! THank you Vancouver Laptop!
Strickland Caleb: The trackpad and keyboard on my MacBook stopped working all of a sudden. I took it to the Apple Store and after troubleshooting and recognizing it was not a software issue, they recommend I send it in for repair. My warranty literally ended 3 weeks ago and the flat rate cost was $475 which is hella expensive. Basically half the price of a new laptop. I was stressed af. Anyways, I googled and came across Vancouver Laptop. I depend on good reviews and I wasn't let down; they saved my baby's life. Their customer service was on point, quick and efficient. They run a diagnostics test for free which takes one business day. The manager who I believe is Alex called me the next day and explained to me what was wrong with my laptop. Then he told me a price and even gave me a discount. While it still cost me about $200 to replace the trackpad and cable, it is definitely much more affordable than Apple. I was able to pick up my laptop within 2 days! The policy here also comes with a 1 year warranty which is great. I would come back again god forbid if I ever need to!
Leonard Katia: The team here was very friendly and explained all the options and what they cost before starting the repairs. They even recommended the cheaper option, which I appreciated! Took 30 minutes to fix.
Carpenter Melba: Issue: c drive would shut on and off intermittently at certain times of the day. The staff throughly diagnosed the issue and resolved it. Moderately priced, excellent customer service with an above average communication level. I intend on going there for future needs. Highly recommend them.
Carmen Sullivan: I've had a great experience with Burrard Laptops. I needed to add an extra driver to my desktop and they helped me with a very reasonable price. The bigger stores were quoting me double for the same service. The two gentlemen whom I encountered, sorry didn't get your names, were not only patience and nice but experienced and knowledgeable. I have peace of mind knowing that I if anything happens to my computer I can go back and get top-shelf service.
Austin Ryan: I had my keyboard replaced from a water damage for my MacBook. They were very friendly, quick to respond and had a quick turnaround. We chatted with the owner while we were there and it's very apparent that he is a true expert in this field as well as an honest businessman. I'm really glad to have found this place for my repairs and will come back to shop for computer accessories!
Melissa Wise: Been shopping here for years. The prices are great, the staff is super friendly, and they're extremely knowledgeable in their craft regardless of what random piecemeal homemade computer you need parts for/ help with. Great place, would give 6 stars if I could!

Burrard put me into a similar Toshiba model, with many less miles on it, popped in a new SSD with newer operating system, and I am back and running as normal and better! Pikahsu: Overpriced. They are selling DDR4 ram for 100$ when Memory Express sells for 55$ (Same Model). Their showroom laptops are overpriced, ranging from 2008-2014 models. They are purchased from auctions or recycling companies (I've recycled 1000's of computers to ERA for years). They resell for 699$. Sales people are taught not to give age of computers, or pretend to be to not know. Calling the business number gets a weird "HELLO" answer. Cheating unsuspecting walk-ins for "data recovery" services that get retrieved on the same HDD (this is extremely dangerous). I've never seen such a ripoff. Unforunately, the owner has several shops and are named differently (search New West Laptops)
Saeed Saberi: I had the worst experience for repairing my laptop here,I got a wrong estimate for time an the price. this was while explained I need my laptop in a day, my laptop was returned to me with no fix after 3 weeks, I was told everyday the parts I a waiting will arrive the next day.not trustworthy, unprofessional

David McLeish: Waste of time. I dropped off a laptop for repairs and was told I would get a free estimate the next day. Didn't hear from them for 3 days so went in to the store to see what was going on. I was told "Alex" would text me the next day with an estimate. He did not. I went in again, confirmed no one had even looked at the laptop during the entire time they had it in their possession, and so I took it back. 5 days later with nothing to show for it. The place looks incredibly disorganized.
Seamus Long: Service was slow I had to repeatedly call to get information, even when I was told the store would contact me. I waited 2 weeks for a quote that they said would take 2 days in the store.In the end, I chose not to have them work on the laptop due to their price, and it was returned at no cost to me. The laptop was returned with screws proud of the body of the laptop, and partially stripped. I will be looking elsewhere for service.

Manju: I went to the store today to purchase laptop.Our associate,loveleen assisted me with the best options in my budget and was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Even though She has told us about the warranty plan . Its a great service by Loveleen.
K M: Usually the staff can answer my questions but last time that i went there i choose 2 computers/laptops to buy (after an hour of looking and deciding). Both computers were out of stock and there was no notification to the customer that they were out of stock or display only. When i asked if its possible to have a discount on the floor model- he said no, but that he would give me a free warranty. I walked away, was a shame because i was willing to pay and was excited to have my purchases. Waste of time.

Noah Vasquez: Waited an hour this morning before opening to be the first to get the new game released today (tears of the kingdom). A line of about 40 people gathered behind me and the one person infront of me. The store manager didn’t seem to care about a line so about 20 people gathered in a cluster infront of the line as they all rushed the till befor the people who had waited in line. You would think when a highly demanded release calls people to line up for over an hour the store would at least try to honour first come first serve of a limited supply. Ended up getting the game after fighting my way into the crowd 👎
mayuri mammai: Today I happened to go to this store to buy mac book, and at the billing counter, unfortunately, my Credit card chip is malfunctioning, this person named Mathesh started giving me looks and showing an unnecessary attitude, without even looking at my card he said it was expired, as I was trying multiple times inserting my card, he was acting it out. I know he might be doing hard work but not at all professional, I felt judged at that point, well I just left the store and placed an order for pickup at another store🙄

Guilherme Guedes: Pretty standard Best Buy store. Very helpful and friendly service but some products like phone protection ones (glass, cases and others) are way more expensive than it should. You can easily find them online at half the price. But other psychs such as home electronics, gadgets and appliances are at a good price. You should always look for the offers though, they're very frequent but not always communicated, so you should do a price check before buying.
S p: EXTREMELY Pushy salespeople, and at the same time not knowledgeable about the products at all. Used car salesmen are like angels compared to some of these Best Buy salespeople. Worst part is that they INSIST that they are Not on commission, while literally doing ANYhthing to push you to buy...! I take it as a direct insult for someone to look directly into my eyes and lie so clearly and obviously into my face....Oh and I also had the pleasure of dealing with their Geek Squad for TV installation. After paying 350 Dollars for a TV mount, the first time they messed up the installation - they were nice people though. I had to book a second appointment which was scheduled for a few days later. The 2nd group who showed up at the 2nd appointment were so rude!!! And I ended up with extra holes on my wall and a TV which afterall was not installed at the height that I had originally asked for. Because they couldn't make holes too close to the holes that the first group initially made in the first appointment.In short, I describe their Geek Squad personnel as "Rookies". Definitely Not worth the 350 dollars to have a messed up TV mount and extra holes on your wall.

They avoid pointing to its weaknesses, and then, because of their short return policy, I've been keeping a useless, costly printer due to the following weaknesses;1. The scanner automatically adjusts auto brightness on documents in photo or doc preset. So you cannot scan something in actual colours.2. It sometimes has issues connecting your devices, and you have to sign in to your HP account before using it. Requiring users to log in to an online account to use offline devices is annoying.3. Besides this device's high cost of inks, you have a few months to use your cartridges; otherwise, they'll empty.4. This printer is heavy and oversized, and it makes noises.Therefore, I will never shop from Best buy anymore.

Xyz Abc: Mandy is FANTASTIC. I came in to return an online order. For some reason their system showed one of the products had already been returned----I am guessing it had something to do with the price adjustment I got via a Best Buy live chat agent a few days prior. Mandy went the extra mile, she was super patient considering the slowness of their computers at the time, read through the live chat notes, and made sure everything was correct and proper. Wonderful customer service. I also appreciated Victoria's interest in and knowledge of computer parts and video games.
Paul Donnett: Best Buy’s increasingly antiquated customer service and financing leaves me truly stumped sometimes. Applied online for a Best Buy credit card today and got quickly approved. So far so good. So I drive to my local store, needing to buy a MacBook for my company. Get great direct service from the salesperson, to her credit. And the laptop is on sale, wonderful. But when I go to buy, I can’t, because Best Buy insists on sending you a plastic card in the mail. Apparently there’s absolutely no way up to clear my card even though I have proof in my hands that I’ve been approved. I ask if I can just reapply for the financing in store because the laptop is also on sale. Of course not, because then the system registers it as fraud. So I am given no choice, no options, no hold on the sale price for even a couple of days so I can come back and purchase it. I leave the store empty-handed. I don’t get a computer and they don’t get my $1600. Off to Visions and I’m cancelling my BB card.

haidar Alsaady: Had an open box return on a TV that just didn't fit our space the way we wanted. I had lost the original receipt and was worried that might cause issues. Customer service was excellent, reprinted my receipt for me and helped me quickly exchange the TV for a different one. The team leader was incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing job!!
Mohammad Hosseini: In the mobile section, a rude guy lied to me about the inventory of a certain phone, and after asking the other employees and figuring out that the phone exists, they tried their best to not sell it. they behaved like I am fraudulent. I don't know what was the reason maybe they were all racist. and saddest part was that even the manager "Teri" didn't give a s**t about our problem.
Frankie Lamb: The sales associate in the cell phone section knows nothing. The unlocked Google 6a phone with no contract has $150 discount posted on their website for several days already and the associate kept insistingit's not on sale and was tryingto persuade me to sign a contract to get the discount. Don't shop at this store.

Sam S.: Was in dire need of a case for my new Samsung s23 ultra. Found a really nice Spigen case and found a price match at Telus. I was dealing with sales associate "Mandy" and about 10 minutes into the price match I asked her what the problem was as she scrolled up and down her phone. Didn't even bat an eyelash or explain anything to me. About 2 minutes later I informed her my parking was about to expire and I'd like to either make the sale or order online through Amazon. She immediately lost her cool blew up on me, informed me I couldn't talk to her like that. I think she may have been a little too woke.Regardless another sales associate came over matched the price immediately and I moved on with my day.I realize that it's tough to find good employees but you cannot have people like Mandy representing your company if they're going to be rude to the public.I don't also don't understand why it takes 12 minutes to price match a case that is being sold down the street at Telus. There's no shipping fees no conversion rates nothing involved it's pretty simple.Anyways I'm going to give Best Buy a one star for this encounter. My only advice to Best Buy would be treat your customers nicely or they'll just go online and buy it there with a simple click. If I wasn't in a rush, I would have done just that, next time I think I will.

Cashier thought it was garbage and I didn’t even notice my ticket was gone by the time I went back to the parking lot and had to pay $25 for a lost ticket. Seriously irresponsible to touch your customer’s things while they are in the store STILL BUYING A PRODUCT. I didn’t leave garbage on the counter on purpose I just took everything out of my pocket because the cashier needed to see my ID. I took everything with me on the way out I wouldn’t have left garbage for others to clean up.

Conor Davis: Tried to see if they had something in stock before taking time to go to the store. Talked to their online customer service to confirm the item was actually in store. After being reassured by online person it was, I went to store only to find out it actually wasn't in stock at all. Total waste of time.. then was told a neighboring store had it in stock. So I asked them to confirm that with me so I wouldn't have to waste more of my time. I checked the online status of this item which claimed it was out of stock. They claimed there was no way they could call the store to actually confirm it was there. Totally absurd. Complete waste of time. Don't worry I really enjoy paying for parking and burning precious moments of my life for nothing. I hope this store eventually folds like a cheap deck of cards.

Superpig 2001: I went to go buy a vr that u saved up for, cashier lady was really nice to be as I wasn’t sure how the quest 2 was and it was my first big purchase with my own money. I asked her if I could try the vr and if I didn’t like it if I could return it, she said “you can try the vr but you must return it within 30days and if you want you can get the extended warranty”. She kept on making me buy the warranty but it was 150$ and I didn’t have that money. I realized that the quest isn’t for me so I came back to return it u see 30 days and they are very rude, mik the assistant store manager was very rude towards me saying no one would ever say that to me and basically calling me a lier! They didn’t want to refund me at all and told me that it’s final sale once open. I was never once told it was final sale, not on the receipt, not on the box, only online in fine print. Never buy from this Best Buy they are a bunch of scammers who are very rude and just want the sale, don’t believe anything they say. The lady’s name was YIMM from best buy on Cambie in Vancouver Canada. The assistant store manger who was very rude was Mik. Please spread this post as I really just want a refund from what I was told. Thank you for reading my story.

My laptop was water damaged and I went there and i was expecting repair costs in hundreds of dollars. He quickly took a look and gave me estimated costs of repairs. I was so relieved when he told me that its only gonna cost $120 and it took few hours for fixing my laptop. Highly recommend this place.

Joey Kuhl: Took my laptop here because it wasn't charging. Another shop told me it was the motherboard and it would have to be replaced. This shop repaired it for a fraction of the price of a replacement motherboard, got it back on Thursday after dropping it off on Monday, provided a free diagnostic, and told me if what he did didn't fix the problem he wouldn't charge me. Couldn't have asked for any better.

I took my laptop in 2 months ago because I spilled coffee on it, and they replaced the keyboard in 2 days. 2 months later I found out the mic wasn't working and they repaired it for free even though I didn't have any of my paperwork from the previous repair. By that same afternoon Noel had called back and explained the problem. He offered two solutions: one more affordable and one more expensive and let me decide which I wanted to choose. W T: I brought in a computer with battery issues, the technician fixed the battery however in the process of fixing it the keyboard stopped working. The keyboard connection is directly under the battery, however the technician told me it's a new issue and there is no possible way he could have caused the keyboard to stop working. I'm sure he is a very skilled technician however the keyboard was working fine prior to him working on it. Reading past reviews there seems to be a common theme, the owner is great if he fixes it on the first try. Clearly he does not like to be questioned, the issue he caused would most likely be less than a 10 minute fix, but he would rather explain how he's been doing this for 50 years than take responsibility for the issue.Update.. thanks for offering to take it in and look at it. I fixed it myself using the youtube video.
CJ Y: Perhaps I'm unlucky. Spent roughly $500 here to replace an old battery on my laptop. Within 2 months or about 4 or 5 power on cycles after charging the battery as normal, the entire laptop wouldn't power on. Its now a dud laptop. I felt pretty terrible and regret it.The laptop was only 3 years old and in good condition otherwise.Hard to say what went wrong however given everything had been working fine, I suspect there was something wrong with the replacement or installation.I give 2 stars because saying it would take 2-3 hours to complete they had it ready within an hour which was appreciated. I only gave 2 stars because though the problem was not fixed.Seems I might be one of the unlucky ones but my feeling wasn't good about it. I noticed a good amount of 5 star reviews from consumers with 1 or 2 reviews so thought I'd throw my review into the mix as someone with more than 1 or two reviews.Best wishes and have a nice day

The sales rep gave really solid advice and I only spent $200 more than I'd hoped but got way more than $200 value out of it. I didn't feel judged at all or the need to explain my social services worker occupational hazards.The sales rep listened to what I needed (just a phone that won't fall apart upon updates or an client's behavioural emergency please) and hooked me up with an affordable screen protector and solid brick. He even put my screen protector on my phone for free because he "does it all the time . . .if [I] have a few minutes just grab and coffee [he'll] be happy to take care of it."Super tight experience that I didn't expect from a big box store. Will totally be back when gravity and my union benefits fail me (3 weeks and as many updates in- still going strong!)I'll always pop into freegreek first but this is my first line for retail phones. Barton Moxness: Was very disappointed with my experience at this location. I was keen on upgrading a device through my existing provider (Shaw Mobile) to the Google Pixel 6 Pro. The amortized cost I was quoted worked out to a monthly rate of approximately $200 more than buying the phone outright, including a shady $45 'upgrade fee'. I informed that the device could not be purchased outright due to internal policies. Very suspect.I informed the sales associate, Alex, that I would like to first call my provider and explore the best course of upgrade since the price quoted worked out to more than the outright purchase. When asked if the phone in stock had multiple units available, I was told 'maybe' and that they would not be willing to let me know if the phone would be available should I return within the hour. This is downright poor customer service and bad business practice. Bid a respectful farewell to the associate and walked immediately out the way I came in. Will not be returning.I was able to purchase the phone direct from Google a few moments later for $1179 after being told the cost was $1,320 + $45 upgrade fee from Bestbuy Mobile. The same exact phone, brand new, not on sale or discount.

Zoe Yuan: Staff are highly INEXPERIENCED. Prepare to do your own research before coming to the store because the workers will not be able to provide any information.I was looking for a product and the appliance specialist informed me that it was out of stock. I was pointed towards the wrong section multiple times and couldn’t find it myself which is why I asked him for help. I checked the website and it said the item was available at this location, so I asked him to check the aisle or show me where it is. After searching for 10 minutes, I had to locate it by myself.The cashier had no clue what their own price match policy is. I can understand if the employees don’t know every last detail about all the products in Best Buy as they have so many different lines. What I can not understand is a cashier who does not know their payment policies. He did not know what their tap machine limit was, and had to constantly intercom his manager for help. When I asked him about the return policy, he pulled out his phone to Google what the policy was.This location is essentially a self-serve station. There is no positive input from any of the staff, and it’s a better use of your time to do everything yourself. Best Buy please reconsider how your staff benefit your customers and business.This experience has deterred me from ever considering purchasing from Best Buy again. There are many other better retailers who can provide information and customer service in store.
Kat St. Amand: I was there to purchase a cell phone. The stock was lacking and the guy was only talking to/looking my boyfriend, not me.. when I was the paying customer asking questions. Blatant sexism in my opinion. Will not be returning.
Aman Nijjer: Worst service I've ever experienced. What ever you do, DON'T BUY THE EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN!! Their warranty is a scam. They charged me an extra $2300 dollars for a replacement phone and then sent me a broken phone. It looks new but it keeps rebooting on its own. Not seldom, some times it happens 4 times in one hour. clearly a broken phone. The replacement phone wasn't even the same color as the original phone. To top it off when I called the customer service they keep telling me there is no supervisor in today and they will call me back but it has been over a week and I still haven't heard back from them. What a horrible experience. I strongly advise not to use this company and what ever you do, DON'T GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!

retards kitchen: Nothing wrong with the store itself but I had an unfortunate experience with a staff member.I purchased a laptop in store and didn't realize i was making an online order.After finding that the laptop wasn't in stock I asked to cancel the order and have a refund.For some reason I could make an order in store yet not have it canceled.
Nia N'Gola: The reason I gave two stars is because I was surprisingly able to find help after being avoided by staff during my visit.I had bought a 128GB SanDisk memory card about two months ago, but it ran out of storage.I asked an associate who was standing in front of the entrance greeting people for some help. He told me to walk over to Geek Squad (his gestures and body language made it seem as if I was going to hurt him lol).The guy working at Geek Squad told me to wait in the area I needed help at. I ended up waiting for nearly 15 minutes. It wasn't busy at all early yesterday afternoon.Another associate mindlessly looked over and passed me after helping someone els as I was stood in front of SD cards. I literally had to approach him for assistance. He called over another associate, but she didn't know much about cameras, so she called over another worker named Steven.Steven was very knowledgeable and assuring when it came to answering my questions about camera storage. He also helped me pick out the right memory card for my Sony camera. Thanks, Steven!

They avoid pointing to its weaknesses, and then, because of their short return policy, I've been keeping a useless, costly printer due to the following weaknesses;1. The scanner automatically adjusts auto brightness on documents in photo or doc preset. So you cannot scan something in actual colours.2. It sometimes has issues connecting your devices, and you have to sign in to your HP account before using it. Requiring users to log in to an online account to use offline devices is annoying.3. Besides this device's high cost of inks, you have a few months to use your cartridges; otherwise, they'll empty.4. This printer is heavy and oversized, and it makes noises.Therefore, I will never shop from Best buy anymore.
Harsha Dhingraa: It was not my first time but surely first time using best buy service to buy a phone. It literally took about an hour or so to wrap the whole procedure including all formalities + insurance process and selecting the phone accessories. The representative - Neeraj was kind enough to assist me with ease and explain the process. Also, there was some issue with my credit score in the system. He immediately called customer support and got that sorted. I am impressed with best buy service all over and would recommend trying it.

Gabrielle Zeitler: This review is not specific to Park Royal Best Buy, but Best Buy as a whole.We purchased a dishwasher, the installation fee, and the haul away fee. When the contractors came, I mentioned to them that we paid to have our old dishwasher taken away as well (a separate fee) but they said they knew nothing about it. They then left without taking the old dishwasher.When we I contacted customer service at Best Buy to handle this, I was passed around to 4 different people before being told that only one department handled these inquiries, and that they can only be reached by phone (fine).I have called this department over 10 times within their office hours and they either do not pick up, or do not offer solutions. I have spoken to so many different people and no one has been helpful. We have even tried offering solutions, but they say none of them can be done. It has been a very frustrating experience and my old dishwasher is still sitting outside my house.

Kadyn Zientz: I had just gone to this location looking at purchasing a switch. Didn’t end up getting it but when I was leaving I noticed they had 4 sets of joy cons priced at 21.99 so I grabbed a set because I thought hey they’ve gotta honour it especially if they’ve got 4 there. Went up to the cash to pay and then got told they’re 112.99 I refused and showed them the picture of the price it was posted at and they refused to give it to me at that price because the product didn’t match the tag. I brought up the fact that if it was still wrong they’d have to honour it and take 10 dollars off because it is a law, they still refused to give it at the price and I had asked for the manager. The manager walked over and was told the situation and they just nodded their head and didn’t say anything . Very disappointed in the service that was provided, if your staff knows that the product is in the wrong place then there should be proper tags for the products. I will not support this location of Best Buy. I have a friend that works at Best Buy and it’s posted in the back on a plague that if products are in the wrong place they must honour the pricing and taking 10 dollars off.

D S: Best buy has a lot of good deals, but money is better spent on amazon if you're doing an online order. Best buy uses Purolator and your packages almost never get delivered. Amazon actually delivers your packages to your door. With Purolator, you'll be chasing down your package, calling them and messaging them to ask them to hold your package at their location, after which you need to take the bus out there. This is REALLY inconvenient to Best Buy customers, I would suggest they review this and see how they can make it better! Perhaps the Purolator shipping information could contain a Buzzer Number field, and phone number field to help the drivers actually deliver the package? If you need a signature, you might as well just have them leave a slip and have the customer pick it up from a Purolator office. Purolator fails to deliver packages 9/10 times. Best Buy definitely needs to review this, because it's not working the way it is.

I never go back to this store despite, I was a loyal customer to this location.

G S: Ex Best Buy staff here but I was at HQ, so I know how good they there in order giving good experience for their customers. Anyway, I can't remember during peak time do they store staff get additional incentive like sales commissions? The moment I step into this stores it's like lack of motivation. the staffs like more focus to chit chat among them specifically around mobile phone area. I still bought a phone cause of price matching or else would just walk away.
C Maxwell: I can see why Best Buy is going to go out of business. Went in on Boxing Day, there has to be at least 50 employees working but everyone is chatting up their colleagues. No one seems available to help and when we tried to check out we had to wait a long time to be noticed by the groups of staff. For some reason they closed the mall exit till like 10 minutes before closing? I get that it’s a holiday but for someone who want to support employment it makes it hard not shop at Amazon instead. Huge waste of time, effort and fuel.
