Alejandro Galindo: I have been in this store plenty of times because I love the brand but especially the service provided. Usually, I'm buying clothes and shoes for playing tennis and some casual clothes as well. Every time I go there and Carolina and Sereena are in the store, they help me with great suggestions.But what I appreciate the most is when I buy products for someone else as a gift, they always take the time to listen to the description of what I'm looking for and sometimes even the description of the person. I don't know how they do it but always they give great recommendations like if it was a “custom suit”

Not only was she rude, she was pushy and lacked empathy. After reading all of the comments on Google Review, I wondered why Lacoste still keeps her there as the store manager. It is clear that the management do not give much thoughts or care much about hiring staffs that values its customers.

Unfortunately, outcome from them is important than the guests shopping experience on site.

A kind of European looking feel and actually there is a small kid playground hidden in the corner. So if you're coming with kids, there's a great place for kids to play that is covered. There are food options as well and it's a pretty good place to spend a day if you're planning to shop anyways and it's good weather.

It's also interesting for you to know that trips between Templeton station (location of McArthurGlen Designer Outlet) and YVR-Airport station are free.The mall directory is at the main entrance. The stores carry varieties of products like clothes, shoes, bags, pieces of jewelry, make-up, chocolates, etc (high-end to average brands) are here. Most stores are competitive in giving big discounts and special deals. This long weekend (the Victoria Day) stores give good deals and discounts from 20% up to 60%. There are food restaurants, café, and coffee shops. There are two food trucks 1) Praguery cakes & ice-cream and 2) Nukkad Street Eats, both are located before the entrance of the mall facing the parking area.Since it’s not a covered mall, I loved shopping, especially every Spring and Summer. It’s wonderful to enjoy the sunshine for a casual stroll/shopping. Everyone is comfortable in shorts/summer clothes. It has a light festive ambiance, shoppers are everywhere, and kids playing and enjoy dancing at the fountain. There are kids play area near the OshKosh/Carter’s and Lindt Stores. Truly it’s great fun in this mall.The best designer outlet of good quality products loaded with deals and good discounts. The washrooms are clean and well-maintained. There are charging stations for electric vehicles. Parking is spacious and free.

Rayyan Khawaja: Had a really bad experience with my suit at the start, went to pick it up and the first associate “attempted” to help me and told me that it’s not ready and that I will have to come on Monday or Tuesday. This was unacceptable as I was told to come at that date. He didn’t even see how inconvenient it was to come another day (wasted time) and just walked away like a salesman seeing no potential for a sale.After going to the service counter, it was Ayesha who saved the day for me. While I did have to wait to pick up my suit, I was able to get it on the same day because she understood and tried her best and got it done. Otherwise the experience would be 1 star. If an associate can’t help or fix the problem, they should point out to someone who can help rather than just say come another day.I would give 5 stars if it was easier to reach by phone. I tried to call before to confirm, but wasn’t able to reach anyone on the phone.
B W: Went in to buy my husband a gift. I used to love shopping at Harry Rosen for my husbands gifts but I think the service has gone down hill. A very average sales person that followed me around the store, and no gift boxes or ribbons? The sales person found a couple of old boxes and said that I was lucky as they only carry boxes during holiday season now. I am lucky to get a box? With the amount of money people spend in that store, is it really too difficult to provide a nice box and ribbon for a gift? I have never had a sales person say that I am lucky to have a proper gift box after spending a great deal of money.....ridiculous.
Randy G: Horrible customer service experience, went in to get a suite. The Hugo boss selection didn’t have what I wanted so the sales associate showed me their custom section. After spending some time looking through their selection I decided on one. Sales associate took down my info and said she’d call me with an appointment in 2-3 weeks since they were busy at the time. Weeks went by and no call, I inquired about an appointment and was told again that they were busy and the next appointment wouldn’t be possible for a few weeks. I scheduled the appointment but due to having to wait double the amount of time for an appointment I didn’t bother attending and got a custom suite along with a custom tuxedo from a more professional and customer oriented tailor.

Place has wonderful accessories trinkets and just top tier garments.I would recommend asking for James as he seems like quite the sauvy connoisseur of dress.They will handle you proper and I guarantee you will find something you enjoy at probably a reasonable price.(Not even as expensive as some crummy Chrome Hearts wear so please give them your patronage)

J W: Overpriced clothing that doesn't match quality.Tried on a $700 dress that had an interesting design. But the craftsmanship was only decent, the dress was made in China (I expected it to be local at that price) and the fabric was 100% viscose (I expected a higher quality fabric). Was disappointed. So yes, this shop is boujee.Good appearance on the outside but lacks the content and quality to match the vibe it gives off.Side note: I noticed the employees were offering glasses of champagne to customers. The marked up prices explain why they can afford to do that. I doubt they have a liquor license to serve drinks though.

Kevin Soo: Too many people. There's a Chinese shopper performing WhatsApp conference call with someone in China that wants to buy clothes from this shop. She's so loud and no one stopped her. I wanted to buy some clothes but decided not to. That person should have been kicked out of the shop.
Ram Kas: Bought some clothing there that I am happy with, staff are friendly and not pushy, and say what on sale, it’s hard to find new items there maybe none as they are older designs not updated as much, size small and medium it’s hard to find there! Over all I visit when there to check it out anyway!

Danica Pazcoguin: The overall experience was horrible, after shopping and spending $5200 in the store. The lady at the cashier squeeze all the items we bought in 4 paper bags. Bags was almost breaking apart and overflowing, and all we are asking for was consideration for extra bags, you would think that after spending so much at this store all we got was a overflowing ripped paper bag and an attitude from the manager, yet other customer who was only buying 1-2 items were getting 1 bag each yet for us who bought more than 50+ items, all expensive clothes were squeezed in only 4 bags that ended up ripping apart as we walk towards the parking lot as it was too heavy. This experience has ruined our holiday. You would think that someone whose ranking is a manager would have better handling and customer service skills. Hopefully, this feedback can help improve the performance of the store. I have never experienced such a bad customer service in such a supposed to be high class store.

Amber Huỳnh: The worst Hugo Boss location ever. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE RETURN POLICY AND BE AWARE OF CLOTHES WITH NO TAGS ON. I bought a suit and a blue shirt for $919. The store policy said 28 days exchanges and returns for store credit with receipt, no refund due to their policy for HG Outlet. The manager was unprofessional, rude, lack of communication, and trying to blame me that the shirt has been worn plus there wasn't a tag on. I told her 2 time that I tried it at store and didn't even touch the whole set of suit for weeks after I bought them; I brought in the original bag includes everything. She said she understood but clearly she wasn't, she insisted to only give store credit for the suit until I called my friend. My friend didn't say much just walked straight to where we found the shirt and brought it to show her with the same style, all the wrinkle, AND NO TAG ON (most of the shirt weirdly don't have tags) . She ended up with OK fine 🤷‍♂️ and gave me the return. By the way, the store was unorganized, messy, chaotic, customers were cutting off the line, lots of clothes with no tag on which seem like a trap for customer to not able to return, services were even worse than a regular brand like HM or Old Navy with rude mangers and unprofessional. How can they be the manager??? I understand customer service are so tough and stressful, but we shouldn't be treated like that as a customer with the big brand like HG. I'm truly disappointed and unsatisfied with Hugo Boss custom services. We can continue to support and love the brand, but please go find a different store location where they treat you better because you are deserved it with the money you spend for the services.

I got some t-shirts as a birthday present and the person didn’t like them so I went to the store within 20 days to return them and the manager was extremely rude saying that the product had no tags on even though I had the receipt. He was so rude but so rude that I left the store and called their HO immediately. Never thought I’d be treated like that anywhere, especially in a place that is there because of the customers. This guy should never be in customer service. I’m beyond frustrated and will never come back here and will definitely file a complaint with BBB. Unacceptable! If you like the brand, go anywhere else but don’t go at this one.

Alpha Vo: I've enjoyed shopping here for Premium Menswear clothing on multiple occasions, and I have purchased a wide variety of casual, & smart-casual clothing pieces.The staff are fun to engage with, relaxed, and offer knowledgeable suggestions. Ellie (one of the apparel consultants there) is a rockstar, and always recommends the best drip for your style.This location also has one of the best changing rooms due to its mirror, lighting, and visual space set-up. I'd definitely recommend taking your fit pics here if you're going to be purchasing things.

C B: I walked in to this store to find an item for the Xmas party around 6pm yesterday. There were 2 employees around the entrance and I never got greeted. The lady was on her ipaid, other employee was tasking. I looped around the mens section and while I was leaving , I had an eye contact with the employee who was tasking by the entrance but he didn’t even bother asking a question, completely ignored. I found an item before I left but I didn’t even bother trying it on because of the service. It was not even busy due to snow.

Which this was not true . i have called customer service in Hugo boss and they just simply said sorry we refund your money asap while i was asking I need the shirts not my money and she said i have to re order . I wont order online through Hugo boss any more because they just don't do any thing when your package lost .God knows When I receive the refund .and don't have gift for my dear family on Christmas night . Such a horrible experience .Take A look at courier company who Hugo boss work with .almost every buddy have same situation .

He didn't buy anything but as we chatted with the salesperson Ellie she suggested I try on a long coat which she thought would be perfect for me. I hesitated because I always thought Boss women's clothing were EU small sizes and not for me:). I tried on the coat and it was perfect fit! I ended up buying a coat, a cashmere sweater and pants! Ellie had an uncanny sense of what Boss styles would work for me and she made the whole experience a lot of fun!

Jeffrey A.: Very disappointing experience. At first the sales assistant wouldn't check out any non-Hugo Boss items (which was frustrating as this is a section INSIDE The Hudson Bay store). Later she agreed to check out the other items separately. She did a poor job, however as she did not remove ANY of the security tags on the item. If I had not realized and gotten another sales member to remove them, it would have been virtually impossible on my own.
