We always do our laundry here instead of our building - they have big washers and driers, it’s affordable, and I would rather support a local business then the slum landlord who owns out building. David Araneta: Been going here for my laundry for several years now. It's a family-run business, but I think the parents have retired now. The guy who's always there has a very lousy attitude. He's very hostile to his customers and he makes one feel unwelcome. Sad that the parents left management of the business to this guy. To avoid the stress, I'm not going back to this place.

Hayley L: Great laundromat!The owners are so friendly and nice!Sadly there are hardly any laundromats left in Vancouver, and I hope they stay in business for many more years!I get a family run business vibe, they are hard workers and they are always busy doing tons of drop off orders but I’ve never had an issue with needing a machine when I come in, have never had to wait even at busy times.They run their business very efficiently and don’t put up with shenanigans.Everything takes loonies or quarters, but they will give you change at the till.Largest washing machines are $7/load, and the dryers are very fast. Usually a big load will dry in 30 minutes and cost $2.50 ish.

Jesse Gasparac: Was going here for a few weeks and it was good until today. We arrived at 7 pm and were told by a young lady that even though they are open until 8:30 we could not use the machines. Despite the fact we only wanted to use the 20 minute washing machine and had been coming there every Monday at 7pm for a few weeks she still denied us service claiming a new rule prevented use of any machines after 7pm. At this point there were multiple customers still in the store using said machines.I suspect she wanted to go home early as her attitude was extremely unfriendly and she had a friend waiting for her. It was very humiliating and extremely unprofessional.Do not recommend.Service:Industrial laundry

It takes a visit or two to understand which machines work best for your needs because there are multiple sizes. Good parking. Coffee shops nearby.

Raymond Marek: Went on a cruise and in Vancouver fir a few days. Needed to get laundry done before leaving on rail thru the Rockys. SIMER was very helpful. Guided us thru how the machines work to how much time needed. She was in high demand while we were there. 2 machines broke out of over 10 dryers. All washers working. This place is very busy with drop off and self service coin operated. If there would be one improvement I would say add more machines. More dryers for sure. Even with being so busy, we completed our laundry under 2 hours. Very good.

In the past 6 months, I am not happy with their service at all.I might use their dry cleaning ( almost 2x compare to press and wash ) to give them one final chance before taking my business to somewhere else.
Chris Jones: I was staying in Vancouver as part of a 3 week vacation. It cost about 4.25 for a load of Washing (paid in quarters- they have change) and about the same for drying. You can buy soap and conditioner for about 1$ each. The stag are very helpful!

No clear communication can be expected and explanations about each protocol can be confusing.Laundry transfer protocol was not explained beforehands and due to the time constraint as I have to leave right after picking up my clothes, I told her that I’m going to speak with someone else later she kept coming closer and insisted me to talk to her right now. I had to ask her to give me some space numerous times to disengage from the argument. I’m not sure is it a customer service that she was trained on?

The worker was nice and friendly and told me to come back the next day around the same time.I went back to pick up my laundry the next day and they were closed for renovations and nobody doing the renovations knew where my laundry could be.There were shirts in there I needed for work, I was beyond frustrated.The hours listed on their website state that they are open at 8am on Saturday so I went back at 8:30am on Saturday to HOPEFULLY pick up my laundry. They were not open so I banged on the door until the same worker from Thursday opens up and says, “we aren’t open yet.”I somehow refrained from swearing and convinced him to give me my laundry back.Zero professionalism, avoid this place like the plague.Also quite pricey.

Stone Fox: All of the good reviews are a lie. I called this place to confirm prices 4 times during open hours I just got the answering service. The website prices are not the same as in store. Machines and dryers are tiny. They charge $5 a load (the claim it's per pound) but their scale is broken along with the cash machine inside. They don't take debit and the guy who was at the desk didn't care one bit. He sat there with his foot on the desk watching Netflix on his phone. There is also 0 parking. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here. The photos on this side make it seem like the place is spacious. It is not!! I feel sorry for the people to have to pay this price for since small loads and TERRIBLE service.I forgot to add. If you drop your clothes off here. Don't!We went to the back to check the gate for parking and saw or ppl's laundry thrown everywhere including the floor.

Michael Rousseau: I've been coming here for 12 years now, and the experience has gotten terrible. The laundromat is regularly closed without new hours postings or updates on the door. Half the machines are down at a given time. Mask rules are not enforced. When you use a dryer, you're gambling on whether it will actually produce heat.I wish there was another local option in the area. We rely on laundromats as an essential service, and it's time for a competitor who takes the community seriously to move in.

Frances Embury: I took two pairs,of slacks in that needed hemming. The gentleman working there had me put them on, and then he pinned them up for the correct length. He told me his 86 year old mother does the hemming when he takes customer’s clothing to be altered. She does an amazing job, in a very quick time. I highly recommend Centre Laundry for alteration services. And while there, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the laundromat. I would not hesitate to take any laundry there if needed.There is another laundromat down, and across the street that also advertises alterations. I tried them a year ago and had to throw out 2 pairs of new slacks because she’d cut them off so much they looked ridiculous.

So sweet! I like that it is big and roomy and the wash is done in 25 minutes! No waiting around! Love this place.

The location is great, with 7/11 for some laundry-time-scratch and win's and Lil Ceasars incase you get hungry while you wait for your clothes to dry, right next door, and the Dollar Store across the street for any laundry knick-knacks.The laundry machines get my clothes CLEAN. They aren't jacked up in price, infact they are more efficient than most.My greatest appreciation to the business!🙂

Anna Reynolds: They put huge pins through my silk skirt to hang it up which has left visible holes in the waist band. Was closed before opening hours when I went to pick it up previously so did not get my items in time before a trip I'd planned to take them on.
Haley: I had them wash a duvet blanket that was very soft the feeling of the material has completely changed and the soft fuzzyness of it has been destroyed due to using heat and not following wash instructions. It now feels old and dingy and upon further inspection even the tag has been melted and destroyed due to the amount of heat and mistreatment

Gunes Kaan: Poor customer service. Waited at the door for someone to let me in during business hours for 15 minutes. Tags were stapled into my clothes and were very hard to take off witout damaging them. Hard to get an answer on the phone.

melissa raking: We have good and bad experience with this laundry. The lady speaks very politely which is nice and second, I like the fact that clothes returned folded nicely. However, when I inspect the returned clothes, I notice my baby's shirt seems unwashed along with 2-3 others they were still dirty and doesn't smell fresh. Clothes too were folded into smaller pieces and so when stacked it get "full" which was not. We ended up paying for 3 small bags which could be 2 and paid about 225+ which is kind of pricey. It is not a money issue that really matter but feels like cheated is.

The lady who owns the place told me to come in the next day to pick it up.when I returned the next to pick it up I was very happy to see how clean she got the dress shirt and how she got all the stains out. She was even MORE generous to not even charge me for her services. I was completely baffled and super grateful. I was not expecting it at all. Customer service is 10/10. Thank you again!!
Derek Osman: I stayed at the Sheraton Wall Centre just down the street and had my laundry sent out to Swan Laundry. I forgot to call and actually place the order to have it done. So Swan called the hotel and we got it handled over the phone. The lady from Swan was so incredibly nice on the phone and the laundry came back folded perfectly and smelling fresh! Very good experience and would highly recommend if you're in the area looking for laundry/dry cleaning. Thanks again!
