I recognize that lawyers are often in court working for their clients; this is great. What isn't great is the HUGE gap that is created when your primary legal counsel is away in court, thus unavailable to respond to communication or correspondence. This is a service gap within this law firm. If you aren't careful & proactive you will fall through the cracks. This is what happened to me.Preszler Law, I ask that this gap be addressed to further prevent the frustration & confusion I went through!Being left without an income is extremely difficult, I question if lawyers can ever truly understand. It doesn't help your clients when the legal team fails to communicate to you. I would have liked to know when the settlement was being issued, & what the tracking number!I absolutely should not have had to chase anyone for these answers. I don't fault Raj for this, this is a systematic crack in the law office that needs to be addressed. Do with this info what you will.Would still recommend working with Preszler Law but I encourage you to stay vigilant to avoid falling through the cracks!!

Althought I didn't get the result I wished for when I first approached Filkow, Michael was very honest and thorough from the beginning and explained my prospects to me. I truly appreciate that Michael seemed really honest and explain what was the likelyhood of having a desirable outcome as opposed to overselling them so that I would move forward with the process even if I didn't have any chance of winning. I would definitely use Filkow again if I have a situation related to their areas of expertise.

They then Informed me of what happened, all they said was "sorry"... took my money and ran. Didn't offer any compensation for their blatant mistake. I'd keep your money and find someone else.

R Lee: Thanks to Mike Scott I was able to get a very favorable result for my traffic ticket! I called a few law offices before deciding to go with Mike from Filkow Law. He was very clear on explaining the implications of my ticket and possible options. I appreciated his patience with my questions even though I had to ask some multiple times because I was slow to understanding. The price charged was fair relative to other places that I had inquired about. Hopefully I never have use his services again (since that would mean that I have received another ticket!), but if I do I now know where I would turn to.
