For a class 4 driver. It's very devious didn't like the service he had to wait a long time for even a straight answer about information on the employment.

The SUV was super clean and stocked with water etc. My husband left his jacket in the SUV and they went out of their way to get it back to us the next day. willowvale road: After arriving from Sydney, Australia to Vancouver and having our connecting flight cancelled, Nick dropped us to our hotel then the next day (Christmas Eve) drove us all the way to Sun Peaks Ski Resort in a stretch limo. The trip took approx 10 hours due to the extreme weather & highway closures. He was so professional & kind and we really appreciate the effort to get us there in time for Christmas while sacrificing his own Christmas Eve.
Alecia Gibson: This place quoted one price on phone and charged double after drop off for a “second drop off” which never happened. Also took photos of my friends credit card (front and back) for some reason? We gave the credit info over the phone the driver didn’t need it.The driver was also strange. He was absolutely blasting his own music in the front even though we already had music playing? We asked the driver twice to put up the partition and he didn’t. Just a very shady experience altogether.Will never recommend.

Hanna Thobani: More expensive than some of the others but A1 customer service, no hidden fees and the team was super responsive. We had 3 stops in different cities and a tight schedule and we have absolutely no issues at all getting to where we needed. The driver was on time and helped us set up our music. From booking to scheduling to execution, they were great all the way through, which I found the cost worth it. Would recommend.

Brandon Wong: Very good experience renting a limousine here for my mothers 60th birthday.Shopped around a bit with pricing and City Limousine had the best prices. They were able to get us a limo on a few days notice and quick response by email.The driver Sunny was awesome and very friendly.I will say the one downside is that the interior of the vehicle was a little worn but still overall a 5 star experience.

Michael Thornton: We had a very sad and disappointing experience using this company. We booked long in advance, specifying a regular size sedan limousine for a round trip to the airport.We explained that my wife would be returning immediately after a hip replacement operation and that the seat must be at thigh level for safe access.The first vehicle arrived 18 minutes late, and then only after I hopped in my vehicle and circulated thru our neighbourhood with emergency lights flashing.Fortunately we made it to the airport in sufficient time, during which the apologetic driver explained his phone GPS stopped working and that his car doesn’t have one.Although we didn’t need that extra worry or excitement at 7 in the morning, I would not have posted a review about this single incident.What now has me enraged is that upon our return a driver met us at the arrivals gate, and with Air Canada wheelchair assistance and a significant amount of luggage, we are taken down a long and circuitous route to the departures level to find an SUV so large that even I cannot get in without using the running board.I’m 6’ and my wife is 5’6”. To attempt this SUV entry was unthinkable immediately after the operation.When the driver called dispatch, they proposed we wait another half an hour for the vehicle we carefully ordered a month ago!!This is beyond unacceptable. I am writing this review while we are crammed in a small cab, with my wife in the front seat, not more safely in back of the sedan we were depending on.I sincerely hope we make it home to West Van without further incident.In closing, it appears I should have been far more careful with whom we placed our trust.I’m updating this now, 2 months later, adding 2 more stars because this was likely some clerical error, and because most of their vehicles are SUVs.

They also made suggestions with not checking in luggage since the airlines were losing passengers luggage. Which we didn’t account for.
