Robert Boyd: This store has been (and still is) 100% reliable in acquiring intermittent catheters and lubricants that I need so that I can urinate safely (I have a serious bladder problem. The staff at the desk are unfailingly helpful and pleasant, to an extent that it is always a pleasure to visit the store.
Jean Chen: I went to Nightingale Medical Supplies to buy some products for postpartum use. The staffs were very helpful and friendly, they shew me different kinds of products, and encouraged me to pick the suitable one for myself.

I spoke with Christa and she could not have been more helpful. She was pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions, then took the time to check the store's stock to see if she had what I was asking for. I believe that customer service is so important. It is what makes us want to shop at a store again. We are new to the ostomy scene and were so glad to find somewhere in Canada where some of the specialized ostomy clothing is sold. From Cindy who took my call and helped me through the initial steps to Sylvia who did my fitting and gave me a hug when I left. A great place, very professional and very comforting.

Graphic Society: Disappointingly poor customer service:- the old lady who works there has no interest in her work. She has no information about products, and does not return phone calls.- they did not call me for my order. Both staff said I have to keep calling back everyday myself.- my order was there and yet she wouldn’t give it to me. She said the manager should take care of it.- the arrived medical device was wrong. Their mistake.- when I gently told the manager about the above matters he said it’s all good and he doesn’t need to know more.Question :- in this day and age that a lot of people are out of work, why is she working there?- I suffered pain for an additional 3 days for their incompetency. Why?

He should have been consistent from the start. I wished that I would have been there along side my Parents in picking up the product once it was repaired. Ranjit SIngh Bhandal: This was a terrible pharmacy with absolute terrible service. We order compression socks from Nikki and she promised to order the socks and have them arrive in one week. She never gave us a call and 3 weeks later she hasn't even ordered them, instead of being sorry all she said was I'll give you your money back. She was very rude. We went back and she gave us a pair of socks but didn't give us the correct pair and instead gave us whatever left over trash was lying around. We returned them the next day and the gentleman behind the counter was also extremely rude. This happened at the East Broadway location.

Jacob Cheng: What a great experience we had. Amir was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. We urgently needed a lot of equipment and they were able to meet all our needs. We purchased a lift chair and support bar at 1:30pm and he was able to arrange delivery and installation the same day at 3:30pm. We are very appreciative of everything Amir did for us.

Gale Leitch: Where to begin? I was released from Lions Gate Hospital two weeks ago after a 4-day stay there after Hip Replacement Surgery. During my entire stay, I wore a pair of Pillow Paws socks and loved them. But where to find them? So I searched the internet and then contacted Nightingale. My gosh! What incredible customer service! I had the two pairs I ordered in 2 days, mailed to me from Nightingale via Canada Post. The staff discussed the best way to send the package with no hassle for me. Canada Post is the absolute best method during this pandemic because they knock on your door to alert you that they have just left a package at one's condo door! Thank you, Nightingale!

Daniel Bewsher: Ordered coreshorts online, only store to have the size I needed. Shipping was extremely fast and free, I require these due to hip injury that turned my groin muscle to spaghetti. And these gave me the stability and support to get back to sports very soon after recovery.
Janet Leung: Professional and friendly staff. Been having trouble to find the right knee straps, its always too loose or doesn't stay in place. They gave me few options that solve those problems and I finally found the ONE!
Dimmy Chow: Their extensive range of sports injury equipment, coupled with personalized 1-on-1 consultations by knowledgeable staff, makes it a go-to destination for athletes seeking effective rehab.Beyond the exceptional care and equipment selection, the overall atmosphere of the place is inviting and professional. The staff is friendly, approachable, and genuinely invester in your well-being.They're found on Broadway and Burrard. It's pay parking, but you can find free 2 hrs if you can walk 2 minutes. I recommend giving them a try if you're struggling to find a solution to your sports injury problem.

Peter Baragon: I shop at Paris Orthotics for most all of my orthotic needs. I went in a few days ago, and no one approached to help me even the person at the front counter was dismissive.Eventually, somebody asked if I needed help. When I explained what I was looking for from my physiotherapist. The sales person who seemed disinterested and uninformed on the product I was looking to buy, he basically said “any of these will work”. I asked a few more additional questions (because my physio want me to get the proper item), with very little or no helpful feedback.I was sensing he was close to ending his shift and wanted to is to quickly shuffle me off. This is unlike past experiences at this location. It’s sad that customer service is dying.I’m off to shop at Kintec!!!
Mitch: Went in for an Air Cast after being on crutches due to a Ruptured Achilles. Salma was able to get me fitted and walking again. Satisfied and very happy.
Bryn: The tests they did to assess my gait and foot posture seemed quite bare bones, and it really showed in the final orthotics product. Felt less adapted to my foot than off-the-rack Superfeet inserts. $545 vs. $50. The receptionist has also called me all three times I’ve booked online asking who I am and saying my information is not on their file. Quite a frustrating and expensive experience.
Carolyn Northcott: I had a custom knee brace fitted by Ryley. He did a great job of explaining my options and helping me choose the best brace for my needs. When the brace arrived, Ryley took his time making sure I understood how it worked and how to make simple adjustments. He also made sure that I could take it on and off properly. It is working really well, and I am very happy with the service provided.
L W: Non-existent customer service. They promise you one thing and then change their mind. They are not customer-centric, more focused on the company and do not think about their customers at all. They keep changing their mind. They say this and then late on changing their mind because of whatever reason. The staff keeps changing, there is no consistency and they are just more concerned about doing their job rather than sorting out what the customer needs. They also don't listen. They say they don't charge for stuff for example and then say something different later on. Not good at all.
Believe: really bad customer or no customer service. They make you chase to get service and don't appreciate how busy their customers are. so much back and forth not enough consideration for the customers who are actually paying them. if you want good service find another place as it's not here. they are only concerned about their internal drama.

Also wonderful.Last week I was measured for a lighter brace by Ryley Wilson,(Human Movement Specialist), who gave me excellentcustomer service and explained things clearly.Last week, Nelson Trent once again gave me exceptionalcustomer service and explanation for the adjustmentsto be made to my fitted orthotics.

Gibs somal: I would not recommend Paris orthotics. I had issues with my knees hurting and was told to get my feet checked for alignment. At Paris i saw somebody called Martha who told me I needed orthotics after examining my feet, they were a custom made pair at almost $600. After wearing them I had pain in my feet which I never had before. I called them and they said you have to wear them in a bit, so I did but after 2 weeks it was getting worse. I went back in Martha altered the orthotics but the pain was still there. Second time I went in again and had them adjusted. Third time I went in because my feet were starting to form callouses. Martha was being very rude and abrupt with me and starting telling me I need to hire a Physio and work on my hips. I am a fairly fit guy I do strength training regularly I was pretty sure it wasn’t my body but the orthotics they prescribed me. In the end I asked for a refund (I didn’t get full, just partial). Two and half years later I am now left with constant callous pain and feet issues which I never had to begin with. I only came in with knee trouble. But at the end of the day I was to be blamed. I got a second Opinion from a Podiatrists and I was told I should have not have been prescribed those orthotics to begin with. Just thought I would share for anyone going through the same situation.

Rach: Only popped in for a fitting today as prescribed by my doctor after a recent operation but deeply appreciated the professionalism of the staff here in particular ‘Andy’. She wasn’t even assisting me but noticed from afar that I may have been wearing my hinged knee brace wrong. She was gentle, efficient and clearly knew what she was talking about and fixed my brace that had been put on incorrectly and was actually causing me pain. Thanks to her I avoided further discomfort and possible complications. Felt very taken cared of 👍Thanks Paris everyBODY, and thank you Andy!

Debora Nortman: James Wall, Field Technician for National Seating & Mobility did a phenomenal job installing 9+ grab bars in the bathrooms throughout the house. These inluded wall mounts beside the toilets, in a bathtub with shower, in a walk-in shower stall and several mounts surrounding a very deep seated soaker tub (which otherwise one would have a longer soak than intended). The service provided by James was couteous, fast, efficient and professional. I highly recommend NSM for their service and their products and will not hesitate to use them again in the future if needed.

William McElroy: I just wanted my review readers to know if you ever need to go to a place with your mobility needs I highly recommend National I've been a client of there's ever since I became disabled and in need of my wheelchair whenever I've had a problem with it ill give them a call with no waiting or very little waiting time they take care of the problem and make sure I'm on my way safe and sound and there prices for different mobility needs are very reasonable so give them a call you'll be happy you did.
Byron biller: these are the most unprofessional company i have ever had the misfortune to do business with. I bought an evolution walker, very pleased with the walker, but had 2 wheels break, instead of getting a warranty the staff member i spoke to insisted that i purposely broke the wheels by using the walker as a wheelchair, they were rude and condensing.
Anton Miller: At first it looked like they would not be able to bring the bed we needed at time agreed, but they managed to work it out. Helpful personable delivery guy who knew what he was doing. They were prompt when it came to removing the equipment too.
Nathan Edelson: The bearings of a wheel on my wife's wheelchair broke. I looked at several stores and other repair places. SelfCare staff spent time looking for a replacement wheel. When they couldn't find wone, they then realized they might have a replacement part for my wheel. After another search they found the right part and installed it. They were incredibly kind and helpful.

Lisa Paille: The experience with this company was below exceptable. We purchased a lift chair for my father who needed assistance and from the time of delivery there were issues. The jarring motion that happened while maneuvering into the standing position was both dangerous and not functional.The brand new lift chair was brought in for repair and once returned to my father, the issues where still there.We were instructed by the store owner that he had to deal with the warranty of the lift chair leaving us with our hands tide, or so we felt.The store owner he was unprofessional, and offered no help being very agonistic on our last call. Here we are 6 months later and the chair is still not working leaving my father with a less than adequate quality of life and this could have been solved with having the chair fixed correctly the first time or have it replaced.To say we are disappointed is an understatement. I would strongly, strongly not recommend anyone purchase from this store. Beware.****You’re reply while prompt has still left us with a NEW chair that doesn’t not work. Please see review above.I appreciate that you took the time to reply to our Google review but you couldn’t take the time to call and have a replacement delivered or the chair repaired.We would be happy to hear from you anytime about a solution to this chair issue as again my father has been left with a chair and not one that we were sold on, a lift chair now being out thousands of dollars with a store owner who is less than concerned about his clients well-being.We would be happy to hear a date which you can provide a working chair for my father to use. They provided me with detailed information about their products and helped me choose the perfect wheelchair for my uncle's specific needs. They even delivered the wheelchair to us for free, and the wheelchair was exactly as described - high quality and durable. The owner (E.T.) even followed up with me a week after the purchase to make sure that everything was going well and that my uncle was satisfied with the wheelchair. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the service I received, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a wheelchair or other mobility equipment.

Shima Rastegarpour: I recently had Ehsan (He goes by ET), fix my father's scooter, and I could not be more impressed with his level of expertise and professionalism. Ehsan was incredibly knowledgeable about the workings of the scooter and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. His customer service skills were exceptional, and I felt confident that my father's scooter was in good hands. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and the scooter now runs like new. I cannot thank ET enough for his excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of mobility equipment repairs.

Ryan Rivers: Air canada ruined my wife's power wheelchair while checking the thing below the plane. I arrived in vancouver with no way to get my disabled wife the mobility needed to enjoy our planned cruise with the family.Sunquest was recommended by the intermediary claim resolution system air canada uses, and they helped me navigate the system to a fantastic result. My wife has a chair for our vacation and they'll either have a fixed chair or a new one at home for her when we get back from this trip.
lewis Corkum: The scooter was delivered on Friday of a long weekend (almost a year ago). He did adjust a couple of minor items before leaving. I learned shortly after that the rear suspension needed to be adjusted as it was bottoming out everywhere. I contacted them numerous times both by phone and email and was promised every time that someone would drop by to correct this. Now after a year there has been no one show up and they are no longer replying to my emails. I feel totally abandoned. They received payment and no follow up. Not even a reply.Update to my previous review on May 27 2022. I did get the attention of the owners and received a call shortly after posting my review. They do care about their reviews.On June 26, 2022 he showed up to do the setup and adjustments. The problems seem to have been resolved.I felt bad that I had to resort to negative reviews to get the issues resolved but he was understanding. I understand everyone has personal issues and challenges exterior to work / business. I believe my problems fell through the cracks.Bottom line is everything has been resolved.
A EG: I have visited this place a few times recently to purchase some medical support for my knee pain and I found the store to be of top quality in this business with a knowledgeable owner. He was also very helpful and welcoming. I’ll definitely recommend this place.
Jakhongir Khamudkhanov: New ownership can often lead to turbulent times, but this isn't the case with Sunquest and it's new manager. My partner recently had surgery and she not only received highly personalized service, but was able to freely visit for follow-ups and obtain quotes with ease. In my opinion, Sunquest is an excellent option for anyone's mobility and medical equipment needs!

I had surgery recently and they were recommended by Royal Columbia for my recovery needs and the owner was super helpful and available to answer all my questions, was even able to order me additional medical supplies that the hospital was upselling within 48 hours. Would highly recommend!

My son called to confirm and he said nope I don’t have one like 20 min later. He was abrupt and rude. My son gave him a bad review and this guy calls me to ask why. I said I have no control over my son writing a review so he calls my son telling him he better change his number !? What is that a threat. This guy is completely unprofessional!!!!!

He came to my house twice to fix a battery problem I was having on my dad's old scooter and never charged me a dime. Several sample sizes were given to us beforehand and also the name & phone number of a professional installer. The service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend this store.

The recent ones (after new management) are horrible reviews, because the customer service at Sunquest is HORRIBLE.Sunquest continues to owe me $160, which they admit was charged by them to my Visa in error. They are refusing to refund me!!!AFTER OVER A MONTH OF REQUESTING A REFUND FROM SUNQUEST FOR THE SECOND CHARGE THEY MADE FOR $160, WHICH THEY ADMIT WAS CHARGED IN ERROR, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND!!I am extremely UNHAPPY with Sunquest Mobility& Medical Equipment in New Westminster!! I requested medical equipment well in advance of scheduled foot surgery, but when my surgery was postponed (maybe indefinitely??) I immediately went into Sunquest to let them know. This was about a month before my scheduled surgery. I was told that the equipment had already been charged to me, and that refunds ARE NOT GIVEN!! He said I would have a credit, and when I asked for receipt for this credit, he refused. Eventually, he wrote the amount of my credit $160 on the back of a business card, but he wouldn't date it or sign it.THEN, the charge actually went through more than 1-1/2 months later - and of course, they already knew that I wouldn't be renting the medical equipment. These are unethical business practices, and I suggest others not find themselves in similar circumstances with this company.I want a refund!!!!!

My Dad and I went there looking for a scooter and long story short, Vadood drove it out to us all the way in Langley and took time showing my Dad how to drive it and navigate getting around the corners in his condo etc... Cara: This place is amazing!! I called in need of help with repairing my father's power lift medical chair. Though Wellwise is currently without a technician, Amrita went above and beyond to assist with a solution. She was extremely thorough, making several calls to trouble shoot with the manufacturer. At one point, it seemed that purchasing a replacement part through Wellwise and having Amrita’s manager install it was the solution. Amrita even agreed to ask her manager if he would have a look at the chair to provide an opinion on whether the new part was likely to correct the problem. Her manager agreed to make a service call to my father’s home for FREE!!. Not himself a technician, he unfortunately was not able to detect an obvious problem. Rather than sell me an unreturnable part that may not work, the manager and Amrita again went back to the manufacturer for advice. After much back and forth, Amrita advised me in the end, and at the expense of losing a sale, not to purchase the replacement part without having the chair professionally assessed by a technician. Though this meant having to take my business elsewhere, Amrita seemed far more concerned with me wasting my money, than she was with taking my money. She seemed fully committed to ensuring the most effective and cost saving solution for my dad. Amrita provided me the part number that I would likely need and a quote. Though I ultimately had to have the work done elsewhere, because of Amrita’s excellent work I was far knowledgeable about what was needed and the cost associated. Amrita’s integrity, kindness and exceptional customer service are outstanding! I can’t say enough about Amrita and her manager. If in future we end up needing to replace the chair (or require any other medical products), I will without question be buying from Wellwise. These are people who really care. I can't thank them enough.
Chris L: Excellent service over the phone (twice) and in person (once) with the same helpful associate. She went above and beyond every time we interacted. Things that impressed me, she was professional, asked the right questions, took the time to check to see if what I was looking for is suitable for my needs, didn’t try to up sell another product that had more fancy options, took my name and number to contact me when a shipment was in and called me immediately when it did (I know because I called 2 days earlier to check and she was just as cheerful and kind). When I was there to pick up the walking poles (21/04/22 3:40 pm) and asked if someone could teach me how to use it, she took the time to properly show me with clear instructions and encouraging words as she walked beside me with poles in her hands. We were walking back and forth with poles in our hands until I was comfortable. Her mirror teaching method was very helpful. Once I was feeling more confident, the associate wrote down info that I can look up online about the product that might be helpful. Honestly, I was very pleased and touched by this entire experience. You just don’t get this type service anymore. Highly recommend this store! Thank you again for the outstanding and professional service! Thank you for caring!

Vik Shaw: I have had a CPAP machine (actually 2) and have never gotten more than four hours sleep with it. I walked into this spotless, helpful store looking for a sun lamp for the winter and I was directed to correct place and CPAP machines were right next to it. Long story short if you have sleep apnea or a machine you can finally get help. The most wonderful woman, a respiratory therapist, fitted me with a new mask, taught me how to use it, showed me how to read a report to monitor my progress. I feel like a new person. That very night I got 8 hours of sleep with my machine. I’m a total fan, Princess is the therapist and all the staff are incredibly helpful. Completely recommend!
Brian Fisher: Had the best service ever!!! I came in looking for a brace after I injured myself on the weekend. The person who looked after me was amazing. I think his name was Vadood?
