BEARBOXCG: The tortilla soup is not as one would expect, the tacos are good but they need that Mexican touch that one would expect, prices are a bit hight of the food that you get, but I feel like they need to get more details to get that mexucan feel like we do on Monterrey when we make tacos. From then on everything is fine, the attention and staff are fine.

Charine Roy: We came here for a quick snack late in the evening (a few tacos and a quesadilla) after the beach, and were impressed, very good food and service. We were pretty much the only non-spanish speakers in the place, which is a good sign. We plan on going back to try more of the menu!

Daniel Silver: I highly recommend the Horchata and the Guacamole to share. I enjoyed the Tostaditas, all three options are good with chicken my favourite, although I would recommend one of each for variety.I personally preferred the Torta de Cochinita over the Taco Trio. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is decent minus the entrance and exit stairs.

I got chips with the seven salsas (spicy) and the taco trio, they have a veggie/mushroom, rice/bean, and potato taco for vegans/vegetarians. The tacos were good with the pickled onions that they gave on the side and with different salsas on each :)

Samia Massoud: Amazing quality food. And you can tell they cook with quality ingredients. We had ordered enchiladas and my daughter found them too spicy. They were awesome at subbing it out for something else. We love eating here and the staff is amazing, and the restaurant is very clean.

Leonardo Cerda: I ordered a pozole, a mexican soup that I really like and I have tried many times before. But this time didn't have much flavorz it was very plain and it barely had any meat in it, very disappointing that they charge almost $18 dollars for a dish that is very cheap to make and it seems that they don't put too much effort or flavor to make taste better, It's just water and corn and meat which it had very little.

Evelyn Lee-Mishenev: The happy hour deal is really exceptional! The tacos are all delicious and I love that you can actually taste the 'corn' flavour of the taco. The best ones (in our opinion) were the cod taco and grilled chicken; also liked the grilled pork with pineapple. The ahi tuna tostada was good with tons of avocado, though the tuna was dry. The 'steak' taco was just tiny bits of beef, probably wouldn't order that again. Unfortunately, the service didn't feel super welcoming or friendly. Perhaps it was an off-day, but they felt stand off-ish and didn't really care to check how we were doing. That kind of put a damper on what was otherwise a good place.
Maheen Dada: The churros are quite nice, and surprisingly so is the flan (even tho I generally don’t like it). Onion rings were nice too! And their house made red and green sauce was flavourful to the food. Service is wonderful, cute place cute vibe. Don’t really recommend some of the tacos that have meat or seafood. The vegan/vegetarian ones were better. My friend said the birria (beef) taco was really good. Tacos would be better if they had double layer, more carbs but the one layer of tortilla was ripping apart. Hence the 4*

Brian Chan: I don’t understand the high rating because this place isn’t good. I did realize after coming here that the restaurant only just opened the day before so it’s possible that they were still trying to smooth out their operations. We ordered a meal with portions for two people and it was supposed to be a mix of pork shoulder and belly. The meat was dry and unseasoned and was piled on top of all the tortillas. Presentation was great but then the tortillas were all soggy and broke apart easily even though we separated the meat right away. We also ordered horchata and that was awful. We knew right away it wouldn’t be good because it was white and looked watery. It tasted like watered down 2% milk. The decor was really nice though and staff were friendly.

It's fresh, flavourful and very quickly appears at your table. The service was good... not fantastic, but good and the atmosphere is a little contrived. I didn't quite buy it but they're obviously trying to do something. I'll definitely give it another go and see if it dawns on me.

What’s the point in tipping minimum 18% if you don’t have a server?They didn’t offer any drinks and they forgot to order our food too. Lol, they acted like it was OUR fault they forgot to give us the meal we ordered and paid for.Never going back, there’s other Mexican restaurants on the drive
