Kennedy Falls: what do users think?
JeongSoo Doo: Finding the start of the trail is not obvious, but once you park, walk down the big road and you should see a sign marking the start of the trail. There are orange markers along the trail but nothing else.Great hike at an intermediate level. There’s not a huge elevation change but the second half of the trail can get more rough since there are streams of water you have to cross and more steep areas where you have climb carefully. Make sure you bring good shoes since the terrain can get rough and wet.At the end, there is a beautiful waterfall. Definitely worth a sight.
Abby Nicole: Lovely hike! Often muddy but not a hard hike.
Anthony: Good place, it's a bit difficult to go up the mountain, and it takes about five hours to go back and forth
Dmitrii Petukhov: Recommended activities Walking, Hiking, Dog WalkingMore
Kalum Iverson: A nice hike from the Fromme parking lot. Not a ton of elevation gain but definitely a nice place to go for a hike.
jelle: Beautifull waterfall with not that many people, and a beautiful sight
R Galls: Relatively flat out and back trail, some rooty sections with a couple of water crossings.Make sure you bring grippy footwear when it rains! 🌧
David Chao: Good technical hike. Challenging terrain. Proper hiking shoes a must.
Tom Mulligan: Not too much elevation and the falls are lovely. We even went for a dip in one of the pools. A great hike. Would recommend
Lorentz Kan: Great hike, when you get to the falls it’s nice and cool and very rewarding
Hassan Rabab: Nice Hiking place
Wing Lee: One of the most beautiful waterfalls I’ve seen at the end of the trail. A very challenging hike, but definitely worth the effort!
Sriram Durga: Peaceful and serene (try getting an early start)
Joanne Chen: 炎热的夏季,这条路径很适合徒步,没有泥泞的道路,对一些人来讲可能会觉得有点漫长,但是沿路有很多大树,到达瀑布你就觉得没有白来了。
Kaylynn: Excellent trail with a variety of challenges, like stream crossings, roots, rocks and ropes. It takes about 4 hours round-trip. I can't imagine it would take longer than that unless you're including lunch time at the Falls.
Honza P: I recommend
Richard C: Quite the hike to get there so be prepared with proper footwear, snacks and determination. This trail isn't for the faint of heart.Once you get there and see the beauty of these falls, you'll see it was all worth it.
setareh “Star” N: So good you can feel the nature
Axaie Xel: Beautiful waterfall, but go early. It's a 5-6hr hike despite what the sign said. Hiking shoes are mandatory if you plan to hike all the way to the waterfall. The trail is very straightforward if you follow the markers, but it's very steep and slippery in places. On a wet day there's also quite a few streams you will need to walk across.Don't search "kennedy falls" on google maps and use the recommended route as a GPS to get here. Parts of that suggested route don't exist as I found out the hard way. There are lots of detailed videos on youtube for how to actually get here.
swerk26: Great hike. Amazing views of the falls. Go early as parking is scarce. Moderate trail with some technical parts. About 14km rt
Liliana Kabaldina: Nice moderate level hike, worth to go there!

Cypress Falls Park | West Vancouver: what do users think?
Anne Breco: For the people who like to bring their dogs here to swim, please have them on a leash. ❗️❗️❗️❗️A man and his dog drowned here this past Friday 24, 2023Please whenever you are close to bodies of water be super careful with your dog. May the owner and his dog rest in peace
Francis Ngoh: Wonderful trek in a park so conveniently close to the city.
Patrick Ceasar Muñoz (PC): Lower and the main falls were beautiful. Prepare for the intermediate trail though.
Ali Hadian: Best place for relaxation
Tim Bowles: Great off leash park to enjoy with your dog. You can easily spend 1.5 hours here walking and taking in the views.Restrooms: Portable toilet. Serves it's purpose.Dog-friendliness: Lots of trails for your dog to explore. Keep an eye on them getting too close to the canyon. It's a long way down.
Jared Perrow (WeFindSpots): We spent about 2 hours enjoying this trail and all of its features! There are 3 waterfalls to admire of this hike and they are all amazing! In may there is a lot of water flow so the roar of the waterfalls can be heard most of the hike, the rocks on the trail can be surprisingly slippery so take caution but have fun! Wasn’t many other hikers when we went.
Gagan Brar: Great views and easy hike
Giant Zygote: Amazing trail. So serene and the falls view at the end is totally worth it. The hike can be slightly hard for absolute beginners but it's nothing for hiking pros. A must go in the summers.
Anna Emelianova: Beautiful forest. We love walking with dogs there.
Snigdha Reddy: Must visit place and an intermediate hike.
Melissa Ann: Fairly chill hike. Doesn’t take long but is a gorgeous place. Says it is intermediate which I assume is just because there is a lot of up and down over roots and slippery rocks. But my 5 year old did it no problem. The waterfalls are beautiful. Have done this one several times.
Paul Genyk-Berezowsky: Beautiful walk. Not a walk in the park but nothing crazy difficult.
Daniel Godlewski: I love it - something for everyone of all levels of ability. So, close and very old. Be careful, it's easy to get lost and that's what makes it attractive.
Justin Fourie: Dog-friendliness: Great on-leash dog park with a scenic view.
J P Singh: We had an amazing experience here with family, trails were not that tough
Samee Ali: Great hike even in snowy conditions, it says on the trail it is intermediate which may not be suitable for small children as there are some steep sections. The hike begins at the entrance to the forest on Wood Green Road and within a few minutes you are surrounded by trees and foliage with a clearly marked trail. The trail runs parallel to the falls which we hiked to the top and enjoyed the views. It didn't take us more than a couple of hours to hike to the top and back and we went off trail at a few points. Definitely reccomend this hike, it has views, elevation and is not too long.
Wesley Yung: Wonderful short hike. At this time of year it’s still covered with snow and some sections are slippery, especially downhill. Suggest some crampons if you want more sure footing. Falls are lovely. Nobody around because it’s early season.
Brian Payne: Had a great time hiking with the family
Trudi Ohki: Great little hike in beautiful surroundings!
Mark Pelletier: Beautiful place. It's like a fairy forest. Love the hike and the water, and falls. So much fun. We will be going back.
Samantha McRorie: Beautiful park. It wasn't terribly busy when we were there which was refreshing for a hike in such a densely populated area. Lower and upper falls. Trails aren't super obvious at times. Watch your footing - can be slippery.

Twin Falls Bridge: what do users think?
Komeil Karimi: Twin Falls on Lynn Creek through luscious green forest of Lynn CanyonTake a high capacity memory card if not multiple ones with you.Lynn Canyon is a not to be missed location and all along Lynn Creek, if you can get to it, is amazing. But the star attraction inevitably is the suspension bridge. Most like to shoot photos from the bridge itself, but don't miss the opportunity to shoot the bridge from about and below angles. It's not a difficult hike and you won't need to go off path. Lots of stairs up and down
Mohsen Mp: The cozy and lovely environment is very suitable for the weekend and you can enjoy nature
Shellay: Beautiful place. Although crowded, everyone was respectful.
Kim Lisa: It’s a good place to hike with your dog 🐕
Stryder and Me Adventures: Loved it!!!!
Vessela Mihneva: Super!
Kateryna Konova: Great place for walking. Free entrance to the park. The incredible nature of coniferous and not only trees and the soothing sound of waterfalls will give you heavenly pleasure
Vladlen Poliezhaiev: Fantastic trail!
Lars Qvistgaard: Meget flot gåtur fra hængebro til nedre bro. Flot skov. Massive træer.
Char M: Always a great time at Lynn Canyon... They've updated the parking, I paid $12 for 4 hrs
Evelyn: 小小的但很美溪水非常清澈碧綠木橋很穩定會害怕的人不用擔心
son mac74: Located at the Lynn canyon Park past the suspension bridge via a boarded trail through a lush rainforest
BecomeTheAtlas: Beautiful spot ! Shame you can't get any other views of the waterfalls, just what's offered by the walkway.
Adrian Mak: I love this bridge even more than the suspension bridge! really nice connector to great trails. Unfortunately however, there are no twins falling here so the expected laughs are not there to be enjoyed! Otherwise, wonderful spot for a jaunt.
Amin Seifoori: One of my favorite trails and spot in North Vancouver
Madeline Elsen: Loved stopping in for a quick visit while visiting Vancouver! Plus, it's free, so can't complain, right?
Lawrence Raju Prasad: Beautiful place.. so relaxing..
Melodie Miole: Amazing
Sudheer Kumar Lakum: Fantastic place to hangout with family on weekend... loved it
Nhihad Hassan: Amazing hike. Easy hike highly recommend
Melody Monro: Nice bridge in Lynn Canyon. You can make a loop of the suspension bridge to twin falls, just be aware there a lot of stairs, and you won't be able to change your mind part way!

Regina Tam: Lots of ups and downs, it wasn’t muddy as it didn’t rain for a while. It had ropes and a little bit of scrambling. Fun hike. But parking lot shared with Mount Fromme is definitely busy.
Hugh Staughton: Very rough trail, mediocre destination
Mojgan Yaghoubshahi: Wonderful landmark!
waleed alsallami: It was great to go out of the city in a place close to home. Felt tired but I really needed it
Neil Gnyp: Unreal. Happy to have been here, can't wait to go back.
Paisley D: It's a big cedar. Lives up to the name.
Sam Joshva Baskar Jesudasan: Easy hike. Please be respectful when you are there. Trail is in good shape even though it's not maintained.
Jesse Fu: Beautiful tree
Gabe Baron: Nice intermediate hike
Elio Di Nino: Definitely a nice hike, especially if you go past the big cedar and visit Kennedy falls, but it is fairly long and has some less-farouable parts. I.e. ropes, lots of mud, and steep sections.
Kyle Stuxx: Awesome hike.
ed naiki: It is about 3 hours hike to one of the oldest cedar trees that is still alive . it is more than 700 years old . If you continue your hike, you end up to a water fall, that is really huge and gorgeous. I recommend to do that if you are willing to spend about 5 hours in your hike.
Andra Lo: Can you give a 600 year old tree less than 5 stars?
nitish kumbhar: Wild hike ! Make sure to get food and hydrate
Jason Czorna: Such a majestic forest giant. If you don't like mud, go in the dry season. Continue on to Kennedy falls as well.
Duane (strong horse): Beautiful, peaceful place to get away from the noise pollution,
Brent Morning-Smith: This is an unmaintained trail and is very muddy in stretches at this time of year. Great for experienced hikers. Proper footwear is essential. Beautiful West coast forest!
Alex Ham: Really enjoyed it was a little harder than I thought wouldn't recommend it to elderly people or people with mobility issues
wensheng zheng: Nature
Justin Y Bailey: The hike was different then I expected as there were a lot more rooty and rocky sections than I initally thought. I enjoyed the variety and the falls at the end but the sights during the hike were quite average.

Swan Falls Viewpoint: what do users think?
Ingrid Doerksen: Nice walk by the Buntzen Lake and then a very steep climb up the hill to the falls. Going down is actually not as difficult as I thought it would be.
Matt Q: For promoxity to city, it ain't bad. The loop around the lake is flat, and if you head up to the waterfall you get a short steep climb. There is a particularly hard area to climb over to get to the water fall. But it is doable just take It slow. The water fall view is nice but missing the whole view. It is a good escape from the main trail. The real reward is the full loop over the mountain. Start early, and be prepared. Possibly snow up top
Hamed Nazeri: Beautiful waterfall. Once you break off the main trail that goes along the lake and turn right to the steep slopes, it gets harder but it's not long until you get to the waterfall.
Chiara Piccolo: Kayaked across buntzen and did a tough but quick hike up to the viewpoint. Easy to miss the access to the ascent!
Will RL: Amazing trail and hard as well, walking pole is necessary. Some parts of the trail is not solid ground , be careful with it. Not good for hiking after raining
H-dargalaye: Good work out and great view
Ceesandmarta van de Mond: Amazing place, and a tough steep hike to get here. Falls weren't running with too much water when we were there.
J Chow: Easy along the lake, then intermediate an incline on the way up. Great to dip your feet in!
Tina W: The trail starts off easy until you climb up the quiet forest away from the lake to the falls. Its a rewarding steep but not too long with a couple of different spots to stop and enjoy the views of the lake and waterfall.
Ashley Moore: Crazy climb, worth the view
Adolph Hitler: Nice spot with a beautiful view
adam cutler: Fantastic hike even on an overcast day
Mo shay: Amazing hike located on the north eastern part of Buntzen. 2/3 of the hike is low intensity and an easy trail. However, the last section when you climb to the waterfall is an intensive and dangerous (almost vertical) climb. Personally i highly recommend good hiking shoes, a hiking pole (or stick), and lighter packing. On your way down, be very careful and take it very slowly.
stan cook: Short 45-50min walk to the north side of bunzten lake, there you will start to hit deep inclines up till the cold tubs as I call em.Enjoy!
Alex North: The climb up is fairly steep. It's full of small and medium sized rocks to get over with some larger ones you will need to climb. Roots are constant so watch your footing, especially on the way down. The roots provide many secure hand holds to make you feel stable on both up and down hikes. To get to the waterfall there is 1 very short rope section that must be used. The rock face is only about 2-2.5m long during this rope section, there are small spots to put the tip of your shoes in while going up.I recommend going with a partner because if you do injure yourself and can't manage to keep going than chances are you will be there for a long time. This path is very rarely used.
Avster Fein: Pretty easy hike. Nice afternoon or morning destination. The 200m of vertical gain after the lake can be quite slippery and a little bit technical in the winter. I wore slip on crampons which made it pretty straight forward but my buddy who was without got spooked a couple of times. The falls are gorgeous when frozen.
James McConville: The hike to this Viewpoint is steep and exposed. Not suitable for beginners.
Eric Young: A wonderful little gem of a find. This viewpoint offers a narrow view of the north end of Buntzen Lake. The trail is fun but not necessarily easy. There are some technical portions where you'll need to use your hands to climb and steady yourself. If you're up for a little challenge, take this detour when you hike Buntzen Lake trail!
Pavel V: Spectacular views!Rough place to get thou 👍
Matthew Wong: Very steep and the trail is narrow. Slip-resistance gloves are strongly recommended as you may have to grab the trees and rocks to climb and your hands wont get hurt. You also need gloves to climb up the rope right before the viewpoint so you dont burn your hands. The trip was challenging but the view was amazing.
Nicholas Lin: Not a bad hike, but super steep. Like a 50% grade over 1km.

Cypress water fall: what do users think?
Chiara Berton: The waterfalls are so nice, but the trail to go there is basically a normal road with mabye 2 km in the woods. Nothing that special. The little path to actually see the waterfalls is pretty steep, so it is probably better to go on a sunny day.
Hiroshan Gunawardane: Great hike. You can complete less than 45. Public transport is available from Park Royal. The trail is intermediate. Some places are rough and steep but not challenging. Worth visiting.
Chris P: A good hike - difficulty a 6 out of 10 but danger level an easy 8. Lots of places one wrong step and it’s all over
Regina Tam: Did the Cypress Falls Loop. About 3.7km, 163m elevation logged. Easy marked trails with lots of trail markers. The trail had some pavement road shared with cars, but there wasn’t any cars to be seen. Trail going down to see the upper falls viewpoint is a little bit slippery. Lots of signs to remind you of a cliff fall at some sections.
Devlin Fenton: One of my fave trails on the North shore. Lots of tourists these days, with visitors from out of town/downtown too.
Ugis Austrums: Short but beautiful hike ;)
Jimmy Crawford: Beautiful!
Ashika Eldhose: It is a great hike which is not that difficult, you will also get awesome views of falls in between the hike.
Andrew Clark: Great hike, not for beginners.
Timtwoface (Timtwoface): A bit difficult to get to but very beautiful to visit!
G ST: 峭壁很危险 要注意哦
shaan khan: Good view. Moderate level hike.
Tristan Laing: Worth the hike
Cheryl Martin: I liked this hike. There are a few scrambles and embankments where a slip would definitely not be good. There is signage but No barriers so be careful. I would recommend Good Treads runner or hiking shoes or boots for this hike and a hiking stick if you knees are not the greatest, like mine.
Adam Maglio: Don't miss the second waterfall, it's incredible!
Colin Rose: Steep, but short and easy hike. Rewarding waterfall view. Bring an entry level hiker.
Michelle Maclean: A nice walk close to west Vancouver, however the paths are very well used and hard to follow as there is not just 1 path. Seems to be the popular dog walking area too.
T Wadhi: Great hike!
Satya Thadvai: 3 waterfalls within a distance of 3km
