Neuro-Ability Rehabilitation Services: what do users think?
Arman Zeinali: Great staff, my physiotherapist Chelsea is great and very helpful for my MS treatment
J Wan: ***Highly recommended.*** Caring, highly experienced owners and staff who are sincere about therapy and quality of care. It is refreshing and reassuring when so many service providers post-stroke top priority is profit. The techniques they specialize in are not the typical physio. The visible result six months post-stroke speak for themselves.
Phil Hammer: In my opinion, the top neuro-rehab physio clinic in BC. Great clinicians including two that teach internationally. Almost all of the clinicians split their time between the public system and here so they really understand the whole system. And everyone is so nice! Highly recommended!

Neuromotion Physiotherapy Clinic - Vancouver: what do users think?
Gabe: Great people doing amazing work!
Courtney H: Great clinicians and staff who treat clients with genuine care and compassion. Kalliopi has been knowledgeable, thorough, and effective in providing a variety of interventions targeting the functional activities I’ve struggled with. I’ve had a great experience using the MyndMove system to regain some awareness and control of my shoulder/arm, which in turn has decreased my pain as well. Thanks Kalliopi and Neuromotion!
Tammy Midttun: the staff was extremely helpful and answered all the questions i had and help be to get to where I needed to be.
Gerry Parker: Excellent staff, very friendly and knowledgeable!!
Chen Ie Lie: In my experience the therapists and other staff have displayed profesionalism coupled with a friendly atmosphere that stimulates participation and healing
Cameron Quon: The team at NeuroMotion have been absolutely amazing and helpful with our father’s’ rehabilitation. We are in for a long haul, but Victor and the rest of the team have welcomed us in have become a part of the family. We are so thankful for their patience and amazing work.
Marbi Lauri: Kalliopi, Estefani,Kerstin, Chris, Slinky and his mom have been awesome with me and the staff is very friendly. Thank you Neurotomotion!
Tannis Romer: Staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Staff go out of their way to make each visit comfortable and engaging. Staff are extremely professional and create a welcoming and inclusive space. I highly recommend this clinic and their clinicians.
Richard Creed: Pleasant a helpful place to improve my health. A welcome place to seek needed therapy!
Matthew Cooke: I've been going here since my release from the rehabilitation centre 2 years ago.. The team at Neuromotion showed an exemplary level of customized care and support for my case. Laura, Lyndie, Victor and everyone whose name I forget.
Blake Pridham: Neuromotion is an amazing place! The staff are so knowledgeable and nice, it makes me look forward to my sessions (and that isn't a common thing with having a brain injury and looking forward to my rehab). Pauline, Victor, and Yasmin not only support me getting back to every day life but really help me to get back to all my hobbies. Nicole has been amazing to work with for speech therapy and has really helped me improve in a short time frame. I have done the love your brain yoga with Estefani and it was really awesome, I felt it was at my pace and my body felt so much better after doing it. I really feel they all go the extra mile with the service they provide and you get the sense they genuinely care.
Evan Brunelle: Thoughtful and knowledgeable staff who care about helping you achieve your goals
Jenica Cruz: Reviewing for my mom! Staff is lovely and she's been a returning patient for the past couple of years. Their physiotherapist will go above and beyond with compassion for my mom's care, and I highly recommend this place to those who are looking to find physiotherapists who'll treat their patients as family and with a great amount of TLC!
John Milner: From day one several years ago, we have always been impressed with the knowledge, helpfulness and general upbeat attitude of all the staff. The first time my wife was scheduled in for therapy after a back operation, she was a little apprehensive. By the end of the 2nd or 3rd session the staff had removed all fears. If fact some of the “laughingest” sessions are with my Wife. Thank you to all the staff, with a special shout out to Estefani.
Arthur Redillas: I’ve been coming to Neuromotion for several months, and it’s always a pleasure to attend my weekly appointments. Every single person whom I’ve met has been extremely welcoming, but special mention needs to be made of the incredible work done by Chris (at reception) and the two physiotherapists I’ve worked with: Carlita (who has since left the clinic) and Yasmin, whom I continue to see.I have a condition that has been stable for several years, but from Day 1, I have been happy to see constant small improvements in my function and daily life because of the work I’ve done. As long as I continue to be encouraged by the advances I’ve achieved, I will keep coming to Neuromotion. And for now, there is no end in sight. Thank you again! I cannot praise you all enough.
Tanya MacKay: Neuromotion has been so welcoming and helpful with managing the things that were causing me troubles even before I was able to get a formal diagnosis. Don't wait to seek out their support, they will help you build a plan that works for you specifically not just a generic plan they give to dozens of other patients.
Cecilia Sau Fun Yeung: Our family is thankful for the professional care from Lyndie and Victor in the clinic. The persistent loving care for my sister who suffers from impact of energysm are deeply appreciated by the family. The smile, friendliness and prompt replies from Chris and Emily relieve the stress of the family and create good communication.
arianne bastien: I have had a great experience volunteering at Neuromotion. The practitioners are kind and everyone who comes through the door has a smile on their face. They make sure to focus on your own personal goals and how best to achieve them. Overall a great team through and through.
Ariel Chan: I have been volunteering here for more than a year, and I have to say it is definitely one of the most rewarding experiences I have had in my life! I especially love how the staff are all willing to teach and give opportunities for volunteers to learn, and I can always learn new things every time I come to the clinic. Whenever I have questions, the staff are willing to explain in full detail, and they always look for chances to diversify my involvement to ensure I can gain more in the volunteering experience. Their professional attitudes and manners are something I look up to, and I really admire their passion and dedication to improving the clients’ well-being.I would highly recommend volunteering here to all individuals looking to gain exposure to the healthcare field, as I guarantee this would be an amazing opportunity to learn more about how rehabilitation could create an impact in one’s life!
Sally Ozar: Great clinic, great therapist & a good feeling & very friendly
Adam Jones: I have been volunteering at the clinic for about two months now. If you are looking to get into healthcare (physiotherapy, kinesiologist, occupational therapy etc.) this clinic will give you some of the best clinical experience you need in your learning, as well, you get to have a real impact on the wellbeing of those who come here for rehabilitation! The staff are so knowledgeable and welcoming to everyone and really have a passion for making a positive impact on their clients lives and helping to educate the client and volunteers. In the process. The staff are very collaborative with one another and help to problem solve together, complimenting one another’s strengths in helping with client outcomes. The field of rehabilitation and medicine is constantly evolving and what has stood out to me is that the clinic picks a topic each month to then research the latest comprehensive findings and subsequently have clients come in to help provide a case study. This aids in keeping everyone up to date on the latest information, challenge clinician’s current practices and ideologies and keeps their clinic truly evidence-informed.I would strongly recommend coming here to gain some invaluable volunteer experience whilst having a meaningful impact

GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre: what do users think?
Will Schuurman: I spent 4 weeks at GF Strong after spending 5 weeks in a general hospital following a major surgical procedure.I arrived at GF Strong frail with loss of mobility. All therapists (physio, occupational, speech, recreational) and doctors we're amazing, they helped me recover and return home with physical and mental skills needed to thrive with with reduced capabilities.Nursing, food and transportion services were amazingly supportive and compassionate. GF Strong's structured approach to therapy empowered me to be very active in recovery and adaptation. I can't thank them enough for guiding me through a very difficult period.
Randy Vancouver: My buddy was moved to GF Strong a month ago from VGH. He had a spinal operation and is starting the long journey back to health.Great staff, and a peer counselor named Walt take great care of him daily.TV's are small, so when I'm rich, I will supply new ones. You can't get better support if you suffer a life changing illness or accident.Thank God for GF Strong...
ron c: Awesome staffGreat rehabCan't say enough about the place
salina imani: disgusting horrible communication and unbelievably rude staff my family member was a patient here and they didn’t even care to follow up with them as an outpatient. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. you are not the best rehabilitation centre it’s embarrassing you call yourselves that. disgusting. THEY COULDVE DIED be ashamed of yourselves
Nico 'Chibi' .S: I was in there on July 24 2018 to recover ans rehabilitate to walking again from a spinal operation that fixed my pinched nerve. My experience was so warm and the Nurses and Doctors helped me through a very dark place. my PT and OT were excellent and just pushed me to become a better person for my son. 3 times a week, we had game nights. The art studio brought out the passion to paint again. I went in not able to dress myself to partial aided standing. Thankyou GF Strong for all your help.
Carol J. Sutton: Caring, compassionate care delivered by dedicated professionals and experts. Thank you.
Raman Dhaliwal: I came here to get my nerves check by Dr.H and Morgan (I am sorry if I forgot your name), they were the sweetest people ever. They made me feel really comfortable and talked to me step by step for what they were doing. I couldn't ask for any two other people to help me better, they were amazing!
svee bains: I was discharged to GF after 4.5 months at VGH,I found the staff to generally be very welcoming and helpful in my transition. The food was definitely better :) The downfalls were having to share a room and small washrooms. On my third day i went to physiotherapy, there I was told I'd never walk, however my therapist and I diligently worked at getting me back on my feet. I had a great OT and got back to cooking. They have hot water so showering was a better experience. Clients are taken on trips such as the PNE,family's encouraged to visit and there's a mini mall across the street. You can also use the computer lab in the basement. I'm an outpatient now and so thankful for the empathetic, experienced staff. I only wish the facility was larger
Preet Jaswal: I took drivers rehab driving lessons here, and it was the most horrible experience that I could think of ever happening. The OT Lisa, doesn't have any respect for how to treat someone and she constantly tries to put her patients down. I came in for my FDE appointment, and my father had come with me and she wouldn't let him give her any input on my physical situation, which he should be able to because he is my parent. If you're going to be working in a rehabilitation center, make sure you know how to talk to someone properly with the respect that they deserve if someone is trying to be nice to you. Don't put someone down just because they are not meeting your standards. People learn and succeed in different ways!!!! I definitely know that I won't ever be coming back here again!
Boomer L: Just got back from visiting stepson, who is paralyzed and in a wheelchair. My wife did all the visiting in the building as due to covid, 1 visitor in the building only. Acceptable. By all her accounts, support staff on 2nd floor are excellent, Julia, Chris are some of the names she mentioned. And the stepson is probably one of the worst patients they will have, rude, swears alot, etc.Brings me to the facility itself, only once a week sessions with social worker and psychologist. Makes no sense. Does not seem to be much investment into the mental aspect of recovery. How are the patients supposed to deal with being in a wheelchair the rest of their lives? My wife had a big fight with the stepson, was in tears, a person parked next to me in the parking lot also was in a fight with her son, and the day before, saw a husband in wheel chair make his wife cry. Yes, very difficult to adjust to new lifestyle, but the facility wants family to support, but family keeps getting abused by the patients. There needs to be more attention put to the mental recovery aspect. Also stepson moods seem to be really like bipolar, but when we try to talk to someone about it, there seems to be no where to turn. "He's an adult, so.....' Professionals dont seem to be able to recognize the mental needs or mental illness of some of their patients.
Westcoaster Shells Paull: Lisa Luft, RSLP (C), Lisa Vardi RD, CNSC are a few of the kind ladies who helped my sister deal with ALS. They are wonderful people to deal withThank you for all your good work .
Kathy McDonald: It is a great place for rehab pt, ot and nurses are great. Expect to be bored and don't depend on the food. Was able to walk out
B P: Rude unprofessional staff and Drs. Dr I met with was invalidating, belittling, and just generally awful. Some people have no business working in this field.
Google User: Have called them probably 30 times this week because they left a message for me, and nobody answers. I need serious help with my concussion, and a concussion clinic doesn't even answer the phone.
Miriam Watkins: Wonderful place that really cares about people
Duyoo Gong: Good job.
Jessie Gordienko: I was sitting in the lobby on a wooden bench waiting to visit my friend. This man comes in in his electric wheelchair and loses control of it. He hits me, pushes the bench and pins my legs against the bench beside me. I was screaming because my legs were being crushed. The security guard just watched, did not even ask me if I was okay, offer ice, or anything. There were other visitors around too, and they didn't say or do anything. Everyone just stared. My legs are so swollen and cut up.
Ghislaine Halverson: Almost 28 years an out patent at GFS . I like the name change from Hospital to rehab center . By some of the reviews a hospital they do every thing for you even wipe your bum . A rehab center will teach you how to do it yourself . Sure nice knowing I have GFS behind me as I get older .
L Dub: Reception staff are rude as hell. Had me wondering around like an idiot, made me felt like I was an idiot.
Velma Telek: Blonde seemed rude when I asked direction on 2nd floor behind the service desk 😥😝
Debra Hong: Best service and place for rehab.Everyone is so dedicated to their job. Can't thank them enoug.Dr Reebye, Dr Hallem, Dr Rainer, Debbie, Tracy, Dina, Mike, Kathleen Big thank you 😆

ADVANCE Concussion Clinic: what do users think?
Cortes Island: Beyond Terrible!!! Went here on referral before I was well enough to go online read the reviews and now I see that others share my concerns. Called in March, got in two weeks later for an assessment ($700). Waited another two weeks for the doctor to get back from vacation so she could debrief on the results. Waited another two weeks to get in to see the practitioners to get a treatment plan ($300). Meanwhile, in the MONTH that has elapsed since I was assessed, obviously my symptoms have changed and so the practitioner today wanted to spend our entire appointment reassessing my symptoms! At what point on this multi-month, thousand dollar journey, were they planning to give me a treatment plan? (I demanded, and subsequently received, a few exercises to do today)Things the practitioners have actually said to me:- Practitioner: “So my colleague says that your recovery goal is just general fitness?” Me: “No my recovery goal is to be able to GO BACK TO WORK AND EARN A LIVING AGAIN.”- “You need to come every week for 12 weeks. If you do, no concussion. If you don’t your concussion symptoms will all return.”- When I asked to be given some exercises to do: “Well I could but I don’t want to overwhelm you and why bother…no one does them anyways.”- Me: “So which of these exercises will resolve my issues with being in indoor noisy public settings or driving at night?” Practitioner: “None of them. You’ll just have to wait for those to resolve on their own.”Other highlights:- The receptionist never answers the phone. You always have to leave a message and wait for a call back. I called from the outside of the building once and watched her through the glass inside letting the call go to voicemail. She was not already on the phone. She was not serving another client. Today I arrived for my appointment early and listened to her trash talk one of the staff to another colleague for a full 15 minutes.- A practitioner arrived back from lunch as I was in the waiting room. The receptionist said: “You’re back!” To which the practitioner responded: “Yes, reluctantly.”They don’t want to be there. You don’t want to entrust them with your care. Definitely go elsewhere.
Laura Turcotte: Everything was great today, and awesome to have validation that your injury and recovery is important and a process ,
Hsing Yi Ho: Very professional doctors and kind staffs, relaxing and clean environment, great visit.
Shelley Latendresse: I had a very good experience at ACC when I was assessed following my own concussion several years ago. I attended only a few sessions focused on short term exercise rehab but really benefited from the personalized program tailored to me as an athlete.Recently, as a concussion practicioner myself, I connected with the New clinic manager of Advance Concussion Clinic. He has such an incredible vision for collaborative care and for a more streamlined and personal approach to client intervention, concussion education, financial payment plans and continuous care from therapists. Im so excited for this comprehensive clinic!
Hodie Kahn: I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Cirelle Rosenblatt and her wonderful team. Dr. Rosenblatt impressed with her knowledge, but it is her compassion and caring that sets her apart. You can feel her passion for her work. She has infinite patience and a special ability to listen. No question is too lame. From the moment we met, I knew I was in excellent hands. And my instincts proved correct. I highly recommend Dr. Rosenblatt and her ADVANCE team.
Leslie Kanner: This clinic is wonderful. They treat patients with caring and compassion. They create an interdisciplinary approach to recovery. The team at Advanced Concussion Clinic is professional and are doing amazing work to support patients dealing with brain trauma.
Danit Macklin PT, DPT: I have had great experiences with the interdisciplinary team at ACC. They have made tremendous differences in the lives of patients that we have referred to them. ACC is a comprehensive Concussion Rehabilitation facility staffed with compassionate and knowledgeable physical and occupational therapists as well as counselors and led by an accomplished and expert Neuropsychologist, Dr Rosenblatt. If you are anywhere on the west coast and you need real results from your concussion management team, this is the clinic for you!
Jenina Pascua: Great office!!
Geoffrey Glotman: Dr. Cirelle Rosenblatt and her team of professionals are amazing. Anyone who has or thinks they might have a concussion should visit her clinics. Having been a cyclist for years I had a accident which resulted in a concussion. Without her expertise I don’t believe I would have recovered so quickly. I have recommended her services to many cyclists who have had accidents and have had nothing but positive results!
Jenisheille pascua: This is a great clinic with a terrific team! Really helped my sister after a car accident. Recommend them highly!
Jeff Smith: The Advance Concussion team was very helpful in my concussion recovery. Their ability to accurately diagnose my condition using cutting-edge techniques, combined with a data-driven approach to helping me recover made a huge difference. I think the most comforting aspect of the experience was instilling confidence that I was truly healed and ready when I returned to play. Without the Advance Concussion team I would likely have returned to play much sooner than I should have, risking further injury.
julia dillabough: I 100% recommend anyone with a brain injury to attend and commit yourself to getting the help you need from the Advanced Concussion Clinic. I would not be where I am today without them.
Sarah Smith-Tripp: After nearly a week of trying to make an initial appointment I had an initial assessment done by Advanced Concussion Clinic. After my frustration with the initial appointment I was still excited to talk to someone about my cognitive issues. My initial 'assessment' took nearly two hours of responding to questions including an hour sitting with a counselor responding to questions that used conflicting scales of 1-10 (where sometimes 10 was good, but sometimes 10 was bad - confusing I know). At the end of the assessment I asked point blank what an example trajectory might look like and was given a short clipped response of 'well it is different for everyone.' When I paid $160 for 30 minute online test and sitting answering questions I expect a better response. A week later I got a follow-up from the initial assessment, suggesting I book another assessment with very few details of what they actually learned from that first session. Perhaps once past the intake the process it gets better, but the initial appointment reminds me of nothing further than a pandering scheme. I left the first appointment feeling swindled and continue to feel as such.
Leonidis larpollapagus: The receptionist will kill the business. The lady put me on hold mid conversation because I had questions and she didn't have time for it, extremely rude and bad vibes. She refused to pick up the phone from my number for weeks. Took me over a month to get an appointment for a concussion assessment, at this point its been so long its not even worth it.I wanted to be proactive and help my brain, but it seems like a money scheme. they require 2 appointments for $170 each just to get "assessed and they wont even give u any treatment until the 3rd, this is just to determine how "bad" your concussion is.It's sad because the physio therapist there do seem very knowledgeable based on there certifications, both the guy and girl have a ton of training and experience, but as someone who has no insurance, I will never even get a chance to see them. Whoever the owner is do yourself a favor and invest some money into a better team at the front desk.
Virgile Blais: TLDR: Julia Dahlby is by far the best and most caring physiotherapist I have ever worked with.I have been working with Julia for a couple months now after having back to back concussions. I was quickly readmitted to Advance Concussion and was extremely lucky to have been assigned Julia Dahlby as my physiotherapist. Julia is by far the best physiotherapist I have worked with, and I have worked with quite a few. Julia is EXTREMELY well versed with the scientific literature regarding concussions and the nuances that come with applying it in the real world. If you are wanting to recover from your concussion as quickly and completely as possible, ask to see Julia. My concussion symptoms have drastically impaired my ability to complete my university work, however Julia has been to maximize my recovery while minimizing impacts on my studies. Julia understands the demands of academia, having experienced it first hand, thus is able to thoroughly understand the intricacies regarding the impact of varying university demands on my concussion.Lastly, I am blown away by the amount of care and compassion Julia gave me after having just taken me on as a client. Julia genuinely cares about her clients, not just regarding their concussion, but also everything her clients may be dealing with in association or irrespectively of their concussion. Julia consistently goes above and beyond whenever she suspects there’s something additional that can help her client. She is a far cry from “going through the motions” or “running down the clock”. For example, Julia inquired about how another health issue of mine was going, and after I explained that I was essentially unable to walk, Julia suspected that dry needling of a specific muscle would help. It did, as I left the clinic walking for the first time in over a week.If I ever am subjected to a concussion again, meeting with Julia will be my first priority.
A&B Wong: Horrible
irish gal: Phenomenally helpful! Excellent, compassionate, team based approach. Great communication, helpful staff, and a dramatic improvement in symptoms after a few weeks of following the suggested exercises and rest. I wish my GP had recognized my symptoms earlier, and had referred me. This is a great clinic and their protocols really do work.
Claudia Vizcarra: I came here feeling totally hopeless, having headaches all day and other symptoms. Now that I finish the treatment I feel my self again. I am extremely happy about the results of the treatment. I want to give a big thank you to the whole team, they approach was very accurate. Big hugs to all.
Brydon C: . The experience was similar with Chantelle (OT
Devin Braden: I began going to this clinic 2 months after a serious car accident I was in. They were great in informing me how the concussion protocol had changed from when I was younger and they were very knowledgeable in providing me exercises and activities that helped me and my symptoms progress.I have been very happy with the progress I made and all the staff.
Nathan Pauls: My experience with the clinic has been nothing but positive. The team hear that i was involved with in my opinion went above and beyond any health care professionals i have been involved with and recently and that has been a lot. I mainly came in for concussion but with my accident suffered a burst fracture of my t12 vertebrae which i needed multiple surgeries on. Not even being part of the concussion they addressed how much pain my back was causing me and sent me to the proper professionals to deal with problem. Going to this clinic has played a huge role in my recovery from my accident. The team hear was on top of everything i needed to do to get better not just with the concussion but as a whole. I can not thank the team enough for the work and over all genuine compassion they had towards me. A special thanks to Chantelle the OT, Andrew for counseling, Billy for physio, and last but not least Hillary for vestibular physio.

UBC Physical Therapy and Research Clinic: what do users think?
Daisy Zhang: I’d give this place six stars if I could. I worked with a few students, and all of them deeply cared about my care. It’s been a couple years since I made my last visit, and I still think about some of the sessions I’ve had at the clinic.
Melissa Giesbrecht: By far the best physiotherapy clinic I have ever attended. Clean, efficient, affordable, and friendly. Everyone I've met has been skilled and knowledgeable and I have received tangible relief from ongoing treatment tailored to my disorder. Gavin is a miracle worker.
Sartaj Singh: Super great price and services. Came in to fix my neck snd Alyssa really made a difference! Huge discounts for UBC students, love that they’re not limiting service in lieu of price. All the other staff are quite nice too! Facilities are clean and COVID protocols feel very safe. Highly recommend checking them out!
Athena LIU: Affordable, professional, effective physical therapy located on the UBC campus. Although treatments are given by PT students in training, the quality is the same as professionals, if not better. A professional physiotherapist supervises each session and checks to make sure we are on a good track. I visited here for my shoulder injury for 5 sessions and the exercise programs and massage therapy they gave me have been very helpful in terms of building strength and reducing pain. Each session is 1 hour long and with my UBC student discount & insurance plan, I only need to pay $15. I’ve had physiotherapy at professional clinics for $80 for 30 minutes and the quality of treatment is about the same. So I would highly recommend anyone, especially UBC students, who has mobility and strength issues to give this UBC clinic a try!

Melissa Grassmick: TC Lifestyle has been an amazing facility for my daughter, who has a spinal cord injury. Even though this facility doesn't specialize in pediatric rehab, the team does an excellent job in connecting and engaging with my 6 year old. The facility features a Lokomat device which is a robotic gait trainer with integrated video technology to keep the patient motivated. They also have a FES bike, treadmill systems, and an Armeo device along with other manual therapy equipment. Their professionalism and knowledge are top notch. The facility itself is spotless, and in a great location, with 2 free accessible parking spots right outside the front door. Cat, Chris and Trang are wonderful to work with and we always look forward to going.

Abilities Neurological Rehabilitation: what do users think?
Rock Chouinard: Took my son here for a year. Constant revolving door of OT and physiotherapists. Seriously only consistency is the inconsistencies. Had to fire them as they just take money
Patty Brown: Krystina is very kind, patient and sweet with my son . I really appreciate her profession and the work she has been doing .
Jenny: Professional, quick response, patient and understanding people
Vladan Nikolic: Adel is an absolute star!Has helped so much with good advice, great attitude and commitment! We could see improvements from day one. Highly recommend!
Tamara Friesen: The therapists are skilled and what they do makes a difference. They really care about their clients and they personalize the session to the client and make it fun!
Heather Elyse: Abilities has made sure our experience with speech therapy has been seamless and friendly right from the beginning. Not only are all staff really kind, understanding and friendly but our SLP K. Becker has been nothing but patient, informative and professional during our sessions. She treats my son with respect, and listens to him so that she can best communicate with him, but also allows him to go at his own pace. She tries to understand him, and had built trust within the very first session. After a very frustrating start to trying to find a speech therapist that best fit our needs, once I found Abilities the frustration was gone. From booking, to the actual appointments and sessions, I’m extremely impressed and we will continue our therapies here at the Coquitlam branch.
Randi Kaur Jhalli: April is a committed therapist who makes an effort to really understand my son and builds great rapport with him. We are happy to have met a dedicated and patient speech therapist like her.
Jacqueline G: Amal helped my 12 year old son recover from a rare neurological illness. She explained things to him in a way he could understand and motivated him so much that I never had to ask him to complete his exercises at home even when it was challenging for him. I cannot thank Amal enough for her expertise and kindness. Katrina was also great in helping schedule appointments that fit with work and school.
Lois Donnelly: A spinal cord injury left my right side with restricted movement and significant muscle tone. I attended the healthcare supported programs which helped me initially. I was feeling that l couldn’t expect any more improvement until l contacted Abilities and met Eva. Since the first session l have renewed hope that l can improve. And l have. Thank you Eva and Abilities for your professional treatment program.
J Triggs: Supportive, effective and friendly!
Anton Yanovich: if you need physical help, come be a part of this centre. Very high educated workers, very patient with clients, hard workers.i have been with them for almost 2 year. And from non walking stage, i am almost ready to run. Totally recommend this centre.
Michelle Davidson: Not good.
