Ted Hunter: Took the bus from Vancouver to Golden today (~10 hrs). Every staff member I dealt with was polite, communicative and well mannered - from the guy checking me in, to the multiple drivers. Bus was clean enough, wifi didn't work, but I knew that you lose cellservice on most of that drive anyway so came prepared with my own downloaded content to watch. Seats are decent with footrests, lights and your own AC vent which was nice. Would have liked an arm rest separating me from the person beside me but not the end of the world.Stops were well timed and not too long.I didn't expect much, but honestly this was a pleasant surprise. I'd take it again.

garry grewal: ***Exceptional customer service***Due to torrential weather in Vancouver this bus service was my last hope to get to Abby Airport in time. I called and checked the details with their representative Ms.Shern who advised me that the bus would ply and I can pay my fare on the bus. 15 min prior to taking the bus the representative called back giving me an update that the bus is on route but the bus is missing the system for payment on board thus I would not be able to buy a ticket. She booked my ticket over the phone, the bus was on time and it took me safely to the airport.Five stars for excellent customer service and for going above and beyond.

Claudia Rose: Horrible service and do not care about the safety of their passengers. Bus was running late and had us waiting in -27 degree C temperatures for an hour in Banff in the middle of the night. No indoor space to wait, not answering phones. This was an incredibly dangerous and potentially life threatening situation. They really need to provide an indoor station for customers or partner with a hotel to ensure passengers are safe. Never booking with them again.Edit/ update based on the company’s reply : it is untrue that customers are informed of delays. We were not contacted at all. Unless told to arrive later we are going to come at the time requested regardless of the tracking. Really disappointed their reply is to place the blame on customers rather than accept responsibility for unsafe conditions. In no situation is it okay to have people waiting outside for an hour in -27C. Clearly a stingy company and don’t want to spend the extra money on an indoor space in ensure their passages are safe.

B J: We just left Kamloops 30 minutes ago with another bus driver who is a CoNtRoL fRe@K who put his unwrapped greasy bike in the luggage and told me " This is MY Bus and I don't have to box it up, but YOU P And it Costs $50Later while driving on a slippery section of the highway, he was talking on his cell phone after finally leaving Kamloops 15 minutes late ,' joking ' that"..God must want to take me today.. can't see much with all the f🌧️g ..."Please fix your audio, as it shrieks when the driver abruptly hangs upP.S.I also made an error on mistyping my email address and had to pay 2 x for my return ticket to Vancouver and had to call my bank so they can " negotiate with you to refund $91.97...which they said ,will take 30 days to investigate.. "but was automatically withdrawn from my account in 2 seconds without detecting my mistyped email , which should have been checked against my previous purchases' correct email address and looked at when shown ony phone and checked by your staff before boarding the busWhy doesn't anyone answer your business phone to help correct anything

Alex Radu: The bus and bus ride itself was fine (clean but nothing special, wifi didn't work). However, scheduling and communication left a lot to be desired. Which is important when you're in the transportation industry...I was sent a second trip confirmation email a few weeks before my trip, which looked identical to the first one. An hour before my scheduled departure, I noticed that the departure and arrival times on my ticket were now different, and there was no mention of a change in the subject or body of the email.This meant my trip got pushed back 30 mins. Then on the day of the trip, the bus ran progressively behind schedule with each stop, adding another 40+ mins to the arrival time. Not great.

Mackenzie Coleman: Horrible company. Put a unsafe bus on the road which broke down and left the whole bus stranded for 8 hours! No compensation was given for the time lost, food and drinks purchased, or the day of work missed! Management is nonexistent and useless. I was not able to talk to anyone above the help line centre, they don’t care about their customers at all! Use any other bus company because they will just screw you over!

Booked 2 return tickets from Vancouver which were cancelled within 24 hours. They refused even the return portion refund despite what their agent said. They have ignored all emails from me as well as the Better Business Bureau. Use another reputable bus service instead.

Atticus Courtoreille: Business is run a particular way and if you're a new costumer like I was. Who didn't know how they run it or their particular protocol. I ended up missing my bus. They should really invest on a intercom or TV or something so people who can't hear can know what's up because not everyone can hear properly or know how it's run/knows the route.I found this business to be run very unprofessional as the customer service people dont explain anything in detail, and are rude off the bat when you have an issue. Gaslight and deny they did any wrong doing when it actually happened.... So you can tell they get complaints a lot with how defensive staff are. They aren't considerate to their costumers who have hearing impairments or brain trauma so they are ableiest to say the least. No customs in place to make sure nobody misses their bus. Their work environment seems hostile and terrible.Will never use this service again. I'll stick to flying or driving.

Nicolas Salamanca: Travelled to vancouver from kamloops for the weekend on Friday as a result left work early to be on time for bus departure. Bus driver was nearly an hour late and when he arrived he and all the passengers weren't wearing a mask. Now yesterday they cancel my bus ride back to kamloops because they got covid cases THEY LEFT ME STRANDED HERE. I have classes and work tomorrow that I will miss as a result AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND. This is your mistake, you have lost me as a client and I will never use your service again so GIVE ME BACK THE MONEY YOU OWE ME

Joe Evans: Filled a compaint with the following body of message sent same day as the event:Bus route #255 was heading northbound on Lonsdale Ave crossing Keith Road at 9:08am today November 15th 2021. I was driving Southbound stopped fully along with a car beside me (Full lane stopped) as a pedestrian was at the cross walk person was in the middle of the crosswalk while Bus Route 255 @9:08 went through the intersection. I even honked before bus went through intersection to notify others and Bus approaching. Bus driver did not stop or slow down. Bus continued not stopping or slowing down. This is a major issue that could have resulted injuries or death. I would like a update on this issue along well the acknowledgement of this complaint as Lonsdale is a street that has many crosswalks and should be a road on less then ideal weather conditions should be approaching crosswalks with full scans of the road before proceeding rather then blowing through them without scanning or acknowledment of those about to cross or in the crosswalk.Municipal response back on November 21st, 2021- prior had a phone call from the same person with a open ended discussion about updating me on this event.I have finished my investigation into your complaint and will be taking appropriate action with the operator. While many of our customers would like to find out the outcome of our investigations, due to Privacy Laws (FOIPPA), I cannot disclose the outcome of my internal investigation and/or its possible ramifications.In summarary not much as I don't know if or anything had occurred from my complaint.Note: November 18th a person was seriously injured at a crosswalk in the same area that this bus blew through. 3 days later from the events that I complained. If the investigation is not shared with transportation or city about dangers of a particular route perhaps modification could have been made to make it safer or added to the statistics of the intersection. When forward the article about Nov.18th incident to the same email recipient no reply back occurred leaving this feeling very little had been dealt with this issue nor the seriousness of this complaint was obsorbed.

Michael Moore: Great drivers on my 256 Spuraway shuttle bus. That I take to work now with the new schedule 7:13 am. Mostly folks on that trip are in their 80's. However the first Monday today Feb. 25th. of the new schedule there was no bus? It was freezing outside. I was not late at Spuraway! I was there at 7:00 am I waited for another 20 minutes and called a taxi to take myself and several of my neighbors to there destination.I lost an hours pay waiting for the phantom bus. And paid a taxi $15.00 to get to work. I don't make a lot of money. Only $30.00 per hr.Yes I understand that drivers call in sick! Is their no contingency

Despite making a reservation well in advance and after one hour waiting with all the guests, they did not show up on the day of my daughter’s birthday event, leaving my guests ( 16 kids) stranded and frustrated. To make matters worse, the owner was incredibly rude and unapologetic when I called to inquire about the situation. He just said it’s due to heavy traffic and he can’t do anything.As a customer, I expect reliable and professional service from any business I choose to work with. Unfortunately, this company failed to meet even the most basic expectations, leaving me in a difficult and stressful situation. It's unacceptable for a business to not only break their promises but also to treat their customers so poorly.I would highly advise against using this company for any rental needs. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service are red flags that should not be ignored. Look for another bus rental company that values their customers and can provide the reliable service you deserve.

Tang Marcus: My name is Marcus Tang, On Saturday, June 25, my friends and I rented the 20-passenger bus to Cultus Lake, and we had some bad experiences we would like to point out from our customer perspective.First of all, our trip duration to the Cultus lake was expected to be within 3 hours, as Google maps have shown. The minimum hourly rental for the 20-passenger bus on the website states 3 hours (image 1); we were told that we needed an extra hour to get the booking done, which we need to pay or 4 hours of bus fee from A.R.Macneill Secondary to Cultus Lake Waterpark, and another 4 hours for the return trip from Cultus Lake Waterpark back to Richmond Center. We have paid extra 2 hours without proper reasoning, and the response that we received from phone customer service claimed that the company made a mistake on the website and has no interest in taking bookings that are under 4 hours. As a first-time customer, I felt scammed for a bit since I had already made my payment before I got phoned to pay 200 more extra, but it was reasonable for you guys to offer us a refund. It is unclear to me for what rational reason the bus company believes a trip less than 110km should take at least four hours. I strongly suggest that the website typo must be changed. Otherwise, more customers will fall for it and consider it a false statement or even a fraud.Secondly, the website claims that the bus we ordered was a Ford E450 bus with a WiFi + USB charger (Image 2). However, it turned out that none of those options were available, and the bus for the return trip was not even a Ford, so it was hard to recognize which one was our bus at the waterpark. Once again, the experience we were expecting in contrast to reality was just head-shaking.And most disappointing and unacceptably, the bus came nearly 30 minutes late, around 7:30 pm, at the Cultus Lake Waterpark. It's summer, and the heat wave is hitting everyone hard. So we waited for the bus driver to arrive nearly half an hour late. The receipt (image 3) stated that the bus should start DEPARTING at 7:00 pm instead of ARRIVING at 7:26 pm. This might indicate the poor communication between your company headquarters and the driver, ending up putting customers in a nasty spot. And I didn't even receive any driver information until I called the service center frustratingly. I mean, how could you not give the contact information of the responsible bus drivers in case of any scenario? Overall, I had an uncomfortable experience with the bus rental. I And I would like to hear a formal response from the company about this incident.

Omar Khan: I was walking to work this morning and one of the tour guides exits off the bus, doesn’t look left or right, and walks right into me. I ask them politely, to watch where they’re walking, as they didn’t even look while exiting a parked bus, and their response was “watch where YOURE walking”. Excuse me? I’m walking on the sidewalk and you’re exiting a vehicle, you need to be aware when exiting a vehicle. The fact that they thought they were in the right was absolutely ridiculous. If you’re going to be a tour guide, and guide the safety of a group of people, while not even paying attention to the road/street, then you are a liability. What a joke.

Sandra Waffenschmidt: Habe noch nie so einen schlechten Anbieter erlebt. Für Vancouver rate ich davon ab. Die Haltestellen waren aus meiner Sicht nicht zentral. Fotos aus dem Bus sind eine Katastrophe, da man immer eine Stange im Bild hat. Die Qualität der Busse unmöglich. Sehr eng, der Gang war so schmal, dass man andere Gäste belästigte. Was ich jedoch viel schlimmer fand war die Tatsache, dass ein männlicher Fahrer in jeder Rechtskurve den Bürgersteig oder sogar Fahrbahnbegrenzungen mitgenommen hat. Passanten mussten weg springen um nicht überfahren zu werden. Da ich rechts sehr weit hinten saß hatte ich danach starke Schmerzen im Hals/Nackenbereich und im Rücken. Positiv möchte ich jedoch die App erwähnen in der man sich über eine Live-Map die Standorte der Busse anzeigen lassen kann. Das Kombi-Ticket für 2 Tage inklusive Aquarium war sein Geld nicht wert.

Cave Man: Booked for tour thru flight centre for 16th April 2023. Had voucher and ticket with me. Got off the plane in vancouver only to discover they had cancelled the tour to Vancouver Island. No genuine reason given. Never use them again. Still waiting for my refund 4 weeks later.

While we were just about to take a bite, one of their elderly employees who was responsible for a bus full of people crashes into our parallel parked car.I have video proof of the employee saying, word for word, "I was distracted" while driving and was not paying attention to his surroundings, which violates what BC's ICBC driving standards (or any road standards). If we were not there, the employee would have 100% driven away. Luckily, we have video evidence that the Westcoast Sightseeing bus drove right into our parked car.I would not feel safe entrusting my sightseeing tour with this company if they hire employees who don't hold their actions accountable, drive recklessly in tourist spots, and risk the safety of foreigners who want to see BC for the beauty that it has.Not only was my boyfriend's car and birthday ruined, but it also impacted many other people's schedules in the bus - which probably made them late to their next destination. It was frightening, and many people's safety was involved

JS: I took the Vancouver City Tour with Capilano Suspension Bridge.A day well spent, with stops including the totem poles in Stanley Park, Capilano Suspension Bridge, and Granville Island. Our driver-guide Leslie was very knowledgeable and provided very relevant and interesting information, as well as brought up current local issues /news stories. I learned a lot from him today.This tour covered three of Vancouver/North Vancouver's main highlights. Worth checking into.As great as the day was...I can only give this 4 stars as the bus was a bit dated. Charging stations should be installed as well seatbelts. Need new buses...I'm sure the pandemic hasn't helped.

Susy Dirwanger: Viel zu teuer für was sie bieten. Die Busse sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Start warteten wir uns der Bus kam ganz wo anders. Der Busfahrer holte uns zwar, fuhr dann aber sehr ruppig, die Audio Erklärungen funktionierte die halbe Zeit nicht und er fuhr eine ganz andere Strecke!!Beim nächsten Bus waren die Sitze so eng, dass man nicht mal mit einer Grösse von 1.70 m sitzen konnte!! Und das für 68 Can$. Viel zu teuer!!!

Mona Gohil: Wet took trips to Capilano, Victoria and whistler, all our guides were so humble and nice and explaining everything on details. The trip worth of money we spend and time to explore places we're also sufficient. West coast sight seeing doing an awesome job.

Michael S: After travelling from Australia the day before, we were really excited to have signed up for a coach tour of the Sea to Sky Gondolas, Whistler and other sights. We were told to be at Canada Place at 8am. We showed up but nobody was there to help. I phoned and was told the tour was cancelled. Apparently not enough people. I was told I should have got an email. At that time I did not BUT it did come at 8.25am. Left us completely stranded and could not offer any help or advice. After coming to terms with this, we eventually found a bus company to take us to the Gondolas which we enjoyed but had to wait till 3pm to get back. No opportunity for other activities. I did get an apology and refund and an excuse of bad communication. NOT GOOD ENOUGH GREY LINE. DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY. Customers apparently come second, cancelling things at the eleventh hour and not helping find options.

Helen Connah: Gray Line let themselves down here. Very old dirty school bus, which was difficult to get on and off. There was a hole in the floor and you could see the road. Couldn't really see what was being pointed out because the windows were dirty and plastic covering old. Definitely not the bus shown on the brochure! A 48hr ticket not worth it because of the limited schedule.

Chrissy M: This was an absolutely fantastic day! We were picked up at our hotel at 8.30am in a 20 seater very comfortable bus. Andy our driver was professional, knowledgable , pleasant and accomodating. The first part of the drive took us along the sea highway with lovey views until we reached Shannon falls- a beautiful waterfall and river that was partly frozen. It looked almost unreal it was so pretty. Had enough time at the stop to have photos and walk around. Then drove 5 mins to the Gondola which was included in the price. It was amazing to go to the top of the mountain in about 10 mins. Spectacular views! There is a suspension bridge at the top and a nice shop and restaurant/cafe/bar. We had breakfast there. Spent an hour at the top. Just the perfect amount of time. Then drive another hour to Whistler. We had 3 hours there to talk around, shop and have lunch. We only just had enough time though we did go in a lot of shops!! Had a great lunch at Grimaldis at the bottom of the main run. We were very lucky with the weather - sunny though very chilly (- 13!). Met the bus for the drive home and even had a stop along the way for some more photos. Dropped off right at our hotel. A perfect day- worth every cent!

Torben Schmidt: Friendly staff but that's about it. Way too expensive! I took the tour due to a rainy afternoon and I can't recommend it. The bus was cold and wet from rain.What was advertised as "live tour guide" is just a couple (really just a few) of pre-recorded pieces. Some are interesting but mostly it's quite and uninteresting during the trip. Better take a ride on the SkyTrain or some city busses. It's cheaper an you'll see even more.I joined a few Gray Line sightseeing tours already and therefore I'm quite disappointed about this one. And it's not just due to the weather.
