Erin Zhang: Booked an initial phone consultation and got an email confirmation. When I called at the time of the appointment, they don’t pick up. Wasted my time
Brody Low: When I came to see Rich I was having constant nausea after eating, bloating, gas, general discomfort and chronic acne. I had seen many doctors and had many tests done over 3 years and nothing seemed to really help me figure out my issue. Rich really seemed to care and wanted to help me figure out why this was happening to me, after 5 sessions with him and some changes to my diet, i've been feeling wonderful and my skin has cleared up. He helped me when the medical system failed me, and I owe him for that! Was very well worth it for me!

Ecem Yildiz: I have been struggling with asthma and allergies. I found Rich Ralph online, after the first session he convinced me to believe he could help me actually could get rid of all my asthma and allergies in 5 sessions. He guaranteed that after 5 sessions I wont have any problem anymore.  After 5 sessions I was still badly struggling with asthma. I had to go to emergency 3 times in 2 months complaining about short breath. Rich wanted me to give him another chance and he was willing to give me free treatment, he was sure one more session would be enough. I went 2 more but I wasn`t feeling any better. So I told him to thank you for everything but as you can clearly see from the red spots on my body this treatment is not working so I want my money back. He refused to give me my money back. And my private insurance is not covering his treatment. I paid 1.128.75 cad for 5 sessions. Honestly, Rich is a kind and very polite guy but the treatment is not working at all, and him not giving my money back even half of it was a disappointment. He asked me to come for more session and he admitted he must missing something. But I work 12 hours a day so unfortunately, this treatment is a truly wasting time :( so I DO NOT recommend anyone.

Danka Ha: When I came to Rich I experienced constant bloating, had lactose intolerance, and my face was covered with acne from the stress at the university. Initially I only came to treat my bloating problem, but by the end of 6 sessions with Rich, not only it was normalized, but also my acne was gone and I can now digest a little bit of dairy. Dolly Bedi: Before coming to Rich I had lot of health issues with digestive system, anxiety and inflammation in my nose, hands and tongue. I had allergies to food, environment and had been taking allergy pills and nasal sprays. After first session I stopped taking allergy pill and after second session I have no inflammation in the nasal passage and breathing normally without the need for nasal sprays. Inflammation in the tongue is gone and hands feeling much better. I saw allergist last week and I do not have any allergies to food or environment. I was able to reduce anxiety medicine.Rich is very kind and patient. He listens to each and every issue that I have patiently. I am looking forward to more sessions with Rich to heal myself completely.

Belen Febres-Cordero: I had my initial appointment with Rich this week. Although it was supposed to last an hour, we took longer and I was conscious of Rich's time, but he did not look at his watch even once. Instead, he listened to me carefully, asked thorough questions, and made sure I understood and felt comfortable with every step of his practice. He made me feel he really cared about me and that he had nothing more important to do than listening to what I had to say. He also gave me a detailed food plan tailored to my dietary and emotional needs, and he shared some tips to manage stress that are actually useful and applicable in a daily basis. Although I have only seen Rich once so far, I can't wait to my next appointment and I recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone who is willing to listen and see people as whole beings, not only as body parts to be solved.

Once we cleared those up, the symptoms almost completely disappeared! Imagine 10 years of suffering cleared up in merely 3 sessions. It’s especially impressive considering my doctor’s referral to an ENT specialist resulted in advice to use steroid sprays to manage the congestion and pursue nasal surgery to remove my nasal cavity linings, a strategy with negative side effects that didn’t consider emotional triggers at all. BIE is a powerful modality, but it takes a healer like Rich who is incredibly intuitive and asks the right questions for it to be truly effective. If the patient is open to exploring their own emotional triggers, the possibilities for healing with BIE are profound and limitless! Holly Burton: I went to see Liz this year for help doing a complex elimination diet for food sensitivities. I've been vegan for 20+ years, but needed to go on a fairly restrictive diet temporarily to rule out food sensitivities to gluten, corn, legumes, etc. Liz was so helpful in making sure I was meeting my nutrition requirements while on this diet, and also helping me test various foods so I could make my diet less restrictive and I had more options day-to-day to meet my needs. Randy Parizeau: Adrienne has been SO GREAT to work with. I contacted her because I knew that I had to address my diet as I wasn’t really sure why I wasn’t losing weight. I was exercising regularly and trying to eat healthy food but my weight remained the same. After finding out how & what I was eating Adrienne identified why I was probably not losing weight and tailor made an eating plan for me based on the foods that I enjoy eating. She gave me a repertoire of healthy tasty snack ideas that I never heard of. She was very encouraging the entire time and taught me how I can manage my diet long term.The 2nd week into the program I found out that my A1C (blood sugar level) was 7.7 and was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes. Adrienne adjusted the diet plan that she had worked with me and accounted for this new information. When I began my time with the Elite Weight Loss program I weighed 227 lbs and after 12 weeks when the program was completed I weighed 197.4 lbs! On top of that, 2 weeks after the program finished, my A1C was 5.8 and my cholesterol levels all dropped down as well. My GP called me on Monday asking me what I had done as he has never seen cholesterol drop so dramatically in such a short time. I credit this all to Adrienne’s program and personal coaching. This was worth every penny! Oh btw, I am still losing weight a month later and I am confident that I will reach my weight goal with the tools I’ve learned from Adrienne.

Simrit Sian: Adrienne is awesome! I did a lot of research on different dietitians/nutritionists prior to choosing Adrienne. She was always my number 1 choice but I thought I'd look around to see what else is out there. Many of the professionals I contacted did not provide the commitment that Adrienne provides (they'd do a 60-min initial consultation and then you decide when you want to meet them again). Adrienne is there with you every step of the way, every meal, providing fantastic feedback. Other professionals have the mentality of "you eat this a lot so we'll need to cut this out cause it's not good." Adrienne, however, has the complete opposite approach. I love pizza and cheesy foods - she helped me create a fulfilling/satisfying meal plan that incorporates all that for me. A diet plan with pizza!!! Sounds too good to be true but she makes it happen. She really does care about her clients and wants to make sure they're not feeling deprived and its a doable lifestyle change.
