Parking Indigo Vancouver Lot 034 - Canada Place: what do users think?
Ko Mongmong: Beautiful scenery. Good for organizing some events.Parking is available easily.
Diesel: This large parking lot was convenient for an event at Canada Place. Unfortunately, the payment machine would not accept credit/debit cards (no tap) and wasted so much time until we found an attendant. He was aware of the broken machine and directed us to another payment machine located on the other side of the parkade. Many tourists were having issues.
Brad Olsen: Very convenient for cruise parking.Make sure and reserve a spot online before you arrive.Leave time to explore the local area.
Jason Hart: Only needed 1 hour and it made me pay for six. Total rip off
Colette Boileau: Parked here on Sept 3 - safe, easy, and great location! There is public parking and also port parking for people going on the cruise (same entrance). I was just visiting for the day and had an appointment in Gastown that'd take 5ish hours (plus i was by myself), so I was trying to find some safe parking since the area can be iffy. Thanks to some of the reviews here (and on trip advisor) I found this parking area. It was super easy to book and also to find. Basically you go to Indigo Canada's website, choose Lot 034 Canada Place in Vancouver and you can book your parking there completely online! I also saw when I got there that you could pay via a QR code that was posted frequently throughout the lot. It was only a 10 min walk to Gastown and Yaletown in the other direction.Anyways I highly recommend! Of course just make sure to use common sense and leave nothing in your car and lock it, especially if you have a non-B.C. license plate, just to reduce/eliminate any possibility of a break-in. But I'd suggest this anywhere in a big city. Hope this helps!
Kris Baldridge: We paid for reserved parking and it was a good experience. We were welcomed and guided to our reserved spot where an attendant guided us in our spot.
cory hartman: This was a seemless parking experience from the time we pulled in to when we left. The spaces are tight so if you have a large car it can be hard to manage. This was also perfect since we got right off the boat and down the elevator to the car.
Stefani Beverly: Do NOT PARK with this company. I didn't even park in their lot and they charged me $18.35 through an app on my phone. When I called to discuss my refund they were very rude to me, cut me off when speaking and even yelled at me and essentially told me I was lying about parking in their lot. They refused to refund me my money unless I can prove to them I did not park in their lot. Needless, to say I had to go through my credit card and filed a dispute to the charges to get my money back. Very unprofessional company and I never have or never would park in their lots.
Arturo Garcia: Lindo lugar donde puedes apreciar la bella vista de la ciudad de Vancouver.!!
Anson Li: No issues with this place.
Manni Li: DO NOT PARK HERE.I parked for only 40mins and they charged triple of half-hour rate. Be careful if you got here at 3:29 and you leave at 4:01, you’ll still have to pay for ALL THREE half-hours, as by clock you passed three 30-minutes(which is stupid).
Kee Dong: This parking company is a scam and they will rob your money. Avoid at all cost. Vague payment instructions to cheat on customers.
Kilometer Club: We pulled in to park, got out to read the instructions on how to pay, we noticed well withing a minute of walking to the instruction sign a guy was walking from the front of our van. We go back, there's a 55 dollar ticket. I'm really hoping the company will undo this.
Suresh Pon: Great place to have fun with kids.
Canadian BC: Too expensive they are going to rob you
Paolo Cuéllar: At least on this time of PANDEMIA your services should be FREE or at least more efficient.I paid 8.00cad for 20 minutes for getting my vaccine today on 999 Convention center and that's not OK to pay regular prices for a mandatory process but also not OK to not coordinate with such a HUGE place to have at least 1 elevator to going back to the park area from inside. I got all WET because they make the EXIT far away and You need to circle the whole building to get access back to your car. Shame on this company MAKING TONS OF MONEY thanks to a PANDEMIC.
Sweetpete58@gmail.com Tucker: Great acsess 2 cabs
Dustin Erdman: Conveniently located downtown close to sightseeing pickup locations for a variety of tour companies as well as cruise terminal. $23 max charge for all day parking. Lots of spaces. My only complaint, really, is there are not enough exits to street.
Kien Lam: Convenient for Canada Place, but expect cruise ship and car rental return traffic
Ray Gee: Great rate for evening parking in waterfront downtown Vancouver. Especially good if you are going for a nice dinner. Don't have to worry about valet parking!
Bbeuniepie: They charge by every 30 minutes by the half hour mark. They should be more clear with that and warn the customers. It really is just a scam. They should get their machines to count the 30 minutes instead. I wanted to quickly look around and so I parked for maybe 20minutes. I parked at around 5:45 then paid at 6:04 and was charged double. Apparently because I passed the 6:00 mark it charges another 4 dollars even if I didnt actually stay for 30 mins. So what if I come in at 5:29? I would have paid triple? When I mentioned this to the person working there she was so rude in explaining this and she took the ticket and put it in the machine to open the gate (and basically told us to get lost).

Vancouver House: what do users think?
钰鹤。: 写着11点关,8点就关了,开门要收60刀现金,很无语
Robinson Marroquin: Be aware they claim gates closes at 11pm but they actually close earlier and charge you $60 for it.
Rahim: USE AS LAST RESORT.They deliberately close the lot BEFORE the posted 11PM time to trap more vehicles and extract fees. Bunch of thieves. The gate closes WAY BEFORE 11pm "due to covid". They will literally hold your car hostage there, despite what the posted hours say. If you call them, they'll want 60$ CASH to open the gate. Cash so there's no papertrail. Definitely shady business...
Alex: Use at your own risk.
Andrew Evans: So they hold your car hostage by closing earlier than the posted sign states and make you pay $60 to release it.Seems reasonable to give them the eye for an eye treatment.
John Ming: They will close early and hold your car hostage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Ashley T: Signs said it closed at 11. Came back just after 8 and the gate was closed. Had to pay a $60 fee to get my car. Now I know why no cars are parked here.
han Wu: Car got broken in today. Don’t park here
Dom Wong: Car got broken into here unfortunately last night. Saw car beside ours was also broken into. Parked there from 6:30 pm to 10 pm. Rear window smashed but nothing was stolen. No parking attendant at this lot. Probably should park on the street next time. Lot was cheapish $6.50 for evenings until 11 pm. Not sure how frequent break-ins happen but this was the first time I parked here.
Joel Wutzke: Was great until all the construction around. One of the new projects was previously a parking structure. This lead to increased demand for spots in a lot where I previously had no problem parking to see my Dr. I now had to park blocks away after arriving 30 minutes early to sit and wait in the lot for a spot. Didn't help because it was filled with construction workers cars and they weren't going to be off for a while.

EasyPark Lot 27: what do users think?
Herman Lam: Parking lot has security patrols so it's a lot more secure than other parkades
Matthew Yip: Avoid this lot at all costs. Even if your life depends on it
T: they charge you the whole half hour even when you're even a minute past. they should give you a grace period. why do I have to pay $4 for 1 minute?
Canice Chan: Someone broke my car window in this parking lot, no compensation from the parking lot with this ridiculously expensive parking rate. Called and waited 50mins for the security to come empty handed, no equipment to help me clean up my car’s glasses. Luckily, someone one helped me clean up the car seat and remove the glasses from the window for me with their gloves on, during my time waiting for the security. Don’t park here, your property is unprotected and they don’t care. All they care about is to increase the parking rate but no compensation/help from them at all.
Teo O.H.: Machine wasn't working, no real attendant on site. Website doesn't work to pay for the lot. Also just smells like other people have stated. I'd give it a goose egg of a zero were that an available option.
Dariush Adim: Good staff and clean parking
Chen Shen: Best affordable lot to park in downtown
Angelo Siglos: Great place to park. Very reasonable.
Horatio He: Misleading/unfair pricing for overnight visitors. The day rolls over at 5am, so you will be billed for 2 days if you leave a vehicle overnight and exit after 5am. While this is somewhat fair, the catch is that if you return to park on the second day after already having paid the max rate, your second parking session will be charged as a new session. Ie. they double charge you despite advertising a daily maximum charge.Everything is fully automated, and I never saw an attendant present during my 4 days there, so you can't ask for clarifications on the rules. Pretty scummy imo.Exits have a VERY strong scent of urine plus chemical cleaner. Feels like a biohazard leaving the stairwell.
Miguel Romero Viquez: Espacio conveniente para dejar tu auto, y en el centro de la cd., total recomendación
Paul Wu: Rates as of June 17, 2019.$2.50 for 30 min to a max of $13.50 for the day but I don’t know how they figure out what are events. Would be a pain in the a$$ if you figured only paying $13.50 and come back to owe $21.I guess it makes sense as B.C. Place, Queen Elizabeth Theatre and Rogers Arena are close to this lot.
P. Ky: You pay full price during event night. Don't parl here on an event night!
Danny Fowler: I don't care about event parking it's a fact of.life in downtown parking. But if you're going to charge event parking at least know the event.... I shouldn't have to pay for event parking if you cannot tell me what the event is. The guy said "they don't tell us, just tell us to put the sign up" so beware this location just puts the sign up even if no events are taking place
Marco Simard: Compliqué de stationné à cet endroit. Plus de stationnements privé que publique.
Aman Sidhu: Good parking garage, rates are high as throughout downtown. Can't complain about anything else tho
Feng Yie: Very clean and well lit parking lot. Management guys are very responsible. I went back to my car to get my stuff twice and the patrol guy showed up twice. I feel very conformable to park my car in this parking lot.
Kokob Weldu: Expensive parking lot
Ran Dio: Under the library parking
Brock Rose: Best rates close to events downtown
Travis Hill: If you're going to a show at the QE Theatre, you might as well pay a couple of bucks more and park at the venue. You could park two or three blocks away for a buck or two less, but why bother? Expect to wait about 20 to 30 minutes to exit the parking lot after the show, but at least you're dry.
Anthony Benel: Part of library square parking. Tiny spaces and very dark.

Posy: Good place for day (before 6pm) parking on the weekend but entrance is kind of hard to find. Make sure you are entering from Howe Street since that is the easiest one for me.
Stacie Camponi: Google maps doesnt take you here
Ti Du: I could not find the parking entrance, there is no guidelines at all
Nick White (n_whitey): There were a few to many signs just trying to find the public parking section but once found as you can see is the perfect place to clean out and reorganize your home 🏡😉Especially great in Vancouver due to the excessive amount of rain 🌧️😂😭
Carey CKCZ06: 1 of the nices area of downtown.
Mehdi: Nice place to spend time
Amit D: Best place to visit in BC
Robby Hlady: It's a place to park, but crazy expensive!!!

Vancouver Convention Centre W - Lot: what do users think?
Ling Rose: A good place to hold exhibitions, with convenient transportation and modern environment
Kathy Leavens: What a rip-off. Goes from 18 for 3 hours to $35 for 1 day. Nothing in between.
Elizabeth Van Beethoven: It's a parking lot. Beware of evil doers as they frequently wander around this area
Kourosh Misaghi: Convenient parking. I parked here to go to Club 16 but at $3.00for each hour and half session it adds up
Edward Hall: Very spacious for parking and to attend a conference was also a highlight.
Camilia Rodriguez: The parking sign said the most I would pay was $24 for the day and on my way out I ended up getting charged $34 for the day.
Sukhwinder Mehmi: Best place to visit ..You can go ride sea bus.. easy to travel from surrey by train or car.I always go there whenever any guest come. Must visit if you are come first time in Vancouver area
Cathy T: Exceptionally clean... Staff very friend
Troy Tyrell: It's got nice views
Manveer D: Best place to park in the area
P&C Life 2023: Clean, convenient and easy. A bit pricey but Uta expected 😀
Pamela Cousineau: The nicest convention center in Canada. Vast but welcoming. Views are breathtaking.
Andy: Need to funnel folk more effectively with Covid-19 checks i.e. move the check desk so we dont stand in wind and rain there was no reason they were placed as they were diagonally one possible as once check you had to cross paths with the in coming
Austin McRae: Awesome place
Someet Singh: While a bit expensive, it is in close proximity to Canada Place this relieving us of the headache to keep on driving around for a spot, because it is big enough to accomodate even rush hour!
Gen X Surrey Girl: Lots of parking, right under the convention center, and they had a special pricing for the van Gogh exhibit. 10 bucks for 3 hours. I believe it's usually $4 per half hour.
Vanesti Dragon: It's good. Reasonably priced, well monitored by VCC security. Seems clean for a parkade.
Amardeep Locham: This lot is well managed. Service is excellent.
N R: Vancouver convention centre is great, as always, visited Van Gogh experience exhibit. I prefer to see actual paintings, pretty expensive for projection onto the walls and standing for 30 min. But still interesting to see.
Paul Croes: Clean garage. Expensive. (3 hour minimum). But if you need tonbe at Canada Place or the area, the meters are comparable and at this lot there is always space. Seems a safe parking area as well. A less stressful day is a good day...right?
Keenan Peddie: 3 hours for 10 dollar deal I think is the best thing going on!

Granville Square and PWC Place - Lot #525: what do users think?
Ramanpreet Singh: Nice experience
Whitney Bolduc: Beautiful views!
Nathan Sheng: Extremely expensive. Leave your car at home, I can bet taking a taxi is cheaper than parking hereHowever it is very spacious and close to Canada Place etc.
Anna Hollinshead: We are in BC visiting from Ontario, we had parked in this garage to go and walk around downtown this past weekend. We paid for 3 hours about $25 and we were a few minutes past our time and we got back to the officer ticketing us and my aunts car window smashed in and her bag was stolen. Extremely disrespectful for this company to have given us a $80 ticket while having to drive over smashed glass of my aunts rental car as we were walking up. Even more frustrating that the ticket is for not paying to park there when we clearly did. Just very disappointed, that won't even cancle my aunts ticket.
Sonja: The lot itself is spacious and secure. The rates are insanely expensive.Low rating because they will ticket you even when you have paid so make sure you keep your receipts! Apparently it happens so often there is a portal on their website to dispute tickets when you have paid for parking, but the dispute is only accepted if you can provide a copy of the receipt. I suspect that patrollers hand out tickets to paying customers on the hopes that they did not keep their receipt and will have to pay the fines. ALWAYS keep your receipt until you have left the lot!
癲子圍觀: It's worth to seating and enjoy... spectacular scenic view from waterfront street Vancouver BC 🇨🇦
Angela Wong: No price displayed on website or at entrance of Granville Square. Over 10+ for less than 2 hours. Take sky train instead
Mary F: Evo and car 2 go parking here
Moises Schini: They don't display the price at the door! I paid $7+ for just one hour!

Park Place Parking - Lot #295: what do users think?
Jace Nielsen: On a hot summer day in the rounding years of my twenties I ventured into the deep underbelly of Vancouver. Even traversing so far beneath the streets could not shade of from the heats presence. Guided by the scraping of our antenna did we find our path. Two stories away from the sky did we find suitable accommodations for our nearly seven foot high hulking mass of tire and steel. We sought to find the mechanical marvel of which to present our coin, but to no avail! only by delving further into the bowels of the earth could we find the station of which we could gain the favour to stay within these walls.By chance you find yourself within these same walls pay mind to the hidden toll collector for they dwell deeper than the first common folk. The mid day allows for great range of choice to situate one's steed for a short time. However, be warned! there is little guidance towards the surface when you delve into this hovel.4/5 would park again.
marijke Dallimore Lindsay: Always clean and safe!
David G. Piper: Dreadful service.

EasyPark Lot 31: what do users think?
Sean B: DO NOT PARK HERE Brutal, these little weasels have a ticket guy on site at lot #2 waiting for meters to expire, I had a $60+ ticket 2 min's after it expired (per the photograph they took) after paying $8.75 for 2hrs, It was $10.50 for the full evening; I fought it explaining they would be making more money than I was able to donate at a cancer fundraiser I was at, they did not care, even elevated my appeal explaining this, and that I have been a loyal customer at their water street lot for 20 years, they did not care, zero empathy, vote with your feet.
Saurav Kalra: The elevator has been out of service for a month now
Abolfazl Bashiri: Many of their machines do not work with tap. Be very careful and ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS get a paper receipt
piano lover: 27.50 charge for 4 to 11:30 on a Saturday evening. Used this lot for years but never again after this extortion!
Dan Davies: Central location in Gastown, with easy in & out.
T T: Just park elsewhere to be honest. Not well maintained or priced
Marco A: So you pay $28 dollars to park and figure, at least my car is safe. Nope. Then you figure, well in case of emergency there would some on site to help. Nope. Easy Park, you’re terrible
Daniel Galán: SCAMMERS! Don’t park here. They made me pay 60$ and then 3 violations because “i hadn’t paid” up yo 230$. They say it’s because there are two parking lot, but it is the same complex, impossible to know from the inside. No workers to be found and the one I found didn’t explain any of this to me. This people are just here to scam you.
Amin khojasteh poor: Fair price
utmart321: A huge parking lot that is fairly cheap considering the area. Has an attendant 24/7 and I did see security patrolling when I left at 11 pm. Definitely feels safer than some of the other Gastown parking garages
Matthew Philip: car got broken into other reviews are true park at your own risk
Tim Mcgrath: When visiting Gastown, it can be difficult to find parking. This was nice to find.
Abhilash Attri: Easy to park here. One of the closest parking for the historical Steam Clock.
Kirk Chantraine: It's a pretty confusing lot with elevators often out of service. It is huge though, nearly always has parking. Home base to Evo and Modo car shares.
Guillaume Vilain: Worst parking I ever seen. We parked there and the morning after our car has been broken into and all our luggages have been robbed. Of course we were in a area free of security cameras, but there is nothing telling you so, you need to guess this info. They say there is a surveillance team and so but it seems that they are taking round once or twice a day because they spot the robbery only in the morning! And of course no footage of our robbers leaving with our stuff.
Adrianne B.: Was pleasantly surprised with my experience here! Felt very safe parking here as opposed to other lots in the area and the fee was half the price I expected! The security there, Jas, exuded the very model of compassion, care, and generosity; giving amazing parking & route advice to make ensure my future travels were safe, cost efficient, and time efficient. Thank you, sincerely for all the effort and care put into my time here!
Daniel Hough: We don’t give enough credit to the hard working people who keep parking lots safe, secure and clean. Well, I left my car here the other day and it was still there when I got back, with exactly as many bumps, scrapes and blemishes as it had when I left it. Great job, Easy Park Lot 31!
Brayden Naka: BEWARE DO NOT PARK HERE. I work down the street on Cordova and have parked here frequently but then recently was given a $140 parking violation from this parkade for not paying for parking on a particular day even though it is a "pay when you exit parkade". Amount owed when you leave the parkade is based on how much time you were there and the ONLY way to leave is by paying what you owe. This $140 "violation" which I received in the mail a month after the alleged incident states that it is my final notice even though this is the first I have ever heard of it. Explaining this to their appeal department was fruitless and denied and their customer service team to actually speak to someone over the phone is non existent. DO NOT PARK HERE, THEY ARE THIEVES AND WILL TRY TO CHEAT YOU. I will also be letting everyone and anyone in the area and my customers at work know to avoid this company and parkade at all costs.
Yoly C: The car next to us got a window smashed. The place is clean and has security at the front gate but definitely park here at your own risk.
Dale Faith Allwood: Greedy! Do not park with this company.
Manuel Armando Ochoa Zuzuarregui: Bello el lugar.

619 Richards Street - Lot #1037: what do users think?
Angela S.: This lot smells like death. The price to park here is way over priced and they do not even offer the option time less than an hour, which is very inconvenient. It is about $8+tax/fees for just 1 hour. Avoid this lot, it is not worth it. For this price, there should be 2 security guards at all times.....
Susan B: Cramped, and unfortunately came back to our truck's window smashed after parking there for about 3 hours. Best to avoid.
Martin Gritzan: Sketchy place. Saw a guy checking out all parked cars for valuables when I returned. Junkies in the staircase. Found my backpack zippers magically rearranged a few minutes later (luckily nothing of value in it). Thank good my car has blinded windows. Never coming back there.
Sage Gilmour: Parked here for a show at the queen elizabeth. When we returned there was a junkie passed out on the stairs so we had to walk up the vehicle ramp. Broken glass everywhere from windows being smashed in. Luckily our car was ok but the one 5 stalls down wasn't. Avoid avoid avoid this place.
黃佳貞: Car window got smashed and my backpack got stolen! Not first time in this place according to the reviews!
Freya Edhellen: Finding parking here is like swallowing a spoonful of cinnamon: IMPOSSIBLE!
Mike Loehndorf: No proplem. Security is present
Kay T: Smells and very dirty. Top level says no photography but the view is too nice not to take photos.
Todd Kahtik: Awful place to park. Especially, when it's night time. Too many people using the stairs for toilet, drug use and more. The night I parked in this lot, I was working nearby. As soon as I got out, there was somebody trying to break into a vehicle below. This lot needs four times the amount if security they think they have, which is next to none.
RTD2: Puddles of pee in the stairs everywhere. A terrible smell of urine also in the stairs this place needs to be cleaned up.
Charles D. Jago: DO NOT PARK HERE! DISASTER AREA.Break-ins and vandalism are routine here. Broken windows typical. Drug users shoot up, pee and defecate in the stairwells. Bad lighting. Dirty. A NIghtmare.
laura m.: Between constant car break ins and rampant drug use this is not a safe place to park. Do not leave your car here outside of normal business hours and careful parking on the top floor as the lights seem to no longer go on and you will walk into people injecting etc. It seems that things have been going downhill at this location for over a year. It used to be cleaned somewhat but now is constantly dirty and the security who used to walk around now are now only in a car scanning licence plates. Obviously they need help from local enforcement and support groups and need to invest in more appropriate security that work 24/7.
Anthony B: If you get a ticket here. Dont bother paying. They cannot send debt collection to recover bill. They might send you a letter saying you must pay your ticket. Bit legally they cannot force you to pay. There are zero consequences to not paying.Do your research.I have a hunch it's the security that works there that is breaking into cars.
Wes Eastwood: Parked there today from 325 pm to 520 pm and someone smashed our rear window and rummaged through my work jacket, shirts. Didn't seem to take anything. Never broken in ever, no cash in vehicle - bad place to park!
Brandon Walker: As many have stated. Dirty, overpriced and small parking stalls. My truck was broken into (smashed window) after a few hours of parking. Will never be parking here again. Better to take your chances on the street if available.
Sanjiv Khangura: Lacks accessible options - such as power doors. If you have a wheelchair or stroller look out. Doors require a lot of force to open and close quickly. Otherwise, its a parking lot.
Kaelan Leblanc: Had 2 car break ins (Smashed Windows) over the span of 6 days. When contacted the Parkade essentially told me "That Sucks." I cannot understand how if there are multiple negative reviews, why they have not increased their security? This is an obvious problem.
Gino Pagnotta: My window was smashed in when I got back to my car. I noticed a sign that said the place was patrolled and protected my security. While I was on the phone with the police security walks by, with head phones in, not even paying attention. I tried calling to him and he kept walking and didnt hear me because of his head phone. This place and security is a joke. They care more about giving tickets then they do your or your vehicles protection.
Hanaa Ha: Dirty. Not safe. You’ll get a ticket and if you try to contact customer service they’ll reply in a very rude way!
Gabriel Mastey: TERRIBLE. Unclean, unsafe parking lot, and they will ticket you the minute you arrive. Avoid at all costs.
Freedom “Freedom IN Strength” IN STRENGTH: Good variety and competitive prices, friendly and helpful staff, open till 11pm daily which is very convenient and great location as well.
