Ryan & Shalyne Bond: We hosted our 10th anniversary party here and enjoyed the location and staff so much, we booked and hosted my parents 50th anniversary party 6 months later! We appreciated their flexibility and how we could to tailor the event to what we wanted. For the first party we brought and barbecued our own food. The staff offered and used their serving utensils and dishes. For the second party we used their catering and the food was delicious.For the first party we had our own DJ. For the second party we used a playlist, and we also had a zoom call using their A/V system. We also really appreciated being able to bring our own alcohol to have available what our guests wanted to drink, and to keep costs down.My parents arrived very early (much earlier than the party start time) yet were welcomed beautifully. They had wheelchair accommodation which was an important feature that we needed. There was ample street parking and some of our guests used the Skytrain which they said was easy.Can’t say enough about how awesome the staff were. From the guest check-in downstairs to the bartender to the hosts, everyone was friendly and so helpful. It was a real treat not to lift a finger or have to monitor everything. We really were able to just enjoy ourselves as guests. All our needs were met!

Staff was very helpful and always active throughout the event. The floors were very sticky, good thing the music was on so you couldn't hear everyone's shoes.

Nojan Abrary: We hosted a birthday celebration at this venue and it was an amazing experience. Our guests loved the venue and everyone had a great time. The location and the VIEWS from the patio are unbelievable. We worked with Rose who was a consummate professional from the very start, during the event and final clean up. Her involvement took away a lot of the concerns of “did we forget anything”. All in all I highly recommend this venue for a special celebration!

I would especially like to thank Ms Rose - the event Manager who was available every time I had a question before the event and she handled the event so well that I cannot thank her enough and I wish I could have given 7 stars here - I will highly recommend this place for small to moderate gatherings of 40-60 people

Bao Tu: Beautifully set venue with even better staff! We've hosted multiple event gatherings here and this venue always has what it takes to make those evenings the most special! This venue has a wonderful outdoor view of the Vancity skyline as well as interior amenities to keep your guest continually entertained. Rose and her staff always go above and beyond to keep all of the guests happy and they are always so pleasant to deal with. Looking forward to booking again.

Rashminder Kaur Sandhu: This is an excellent venue located near science world. You will have access to a beautiful view both indoors and outdoors. Its definitely more worth than the price you pay. The whole team was very helpful and was available for assistance at any time. They went out of the way to help set up my decorations even though they didn’t have too. If I didn’t have the team to help me with my arrangements, I wouldn’t have been able to set up the baby shower on time like the way I had envisioned. You will have access to bar tender, servers, helpers, table decor, cutlery, and catering along with the venue access. Make sure you book with them because it will definitely be worth it. Again I would like to thank Dee and Rose for their wonderful service and support. I really appreciate it!!! Can’t wait to do another event at this wonderful place ☺️

Bujou Studios: We rented multiple furniture pieces from Bespoke for a pop-up store event this past weekend and they were gorgeous! Great service provided during pick-up and drop-off as well!

Mariko 'got us' - we gave her our vision and she, and her team, brought it to life. It was such a spectacular event at the Polygon that staff are still talking about a year later. We rented linens, napkins, some large props for our ceremony and smaller decor. We mixed and matched different coloured crushed velvet linens and napkins and it was a little risky but really paid off. We were in love with our decor.They really have the best selection of rentals in Vancouver if you're going for a vintage, moody aesthetic. I loved so many things!!! Their furniture and charger plate selection is also stunning; while we chose not to splurge on those items but if you have the budget I would highly recommend taking a look.Shout out to Lanessa on the Bespoke team for her support throughout! She even hand-tied all of our napkins for us before her day off. So sweet!

The food at the 1927 restaurant and at the outdoor patio Reflections was very good. I was most impressed with the management and staff who introduced themselves to us. The hotel is in a central location with many ways to connect to shopping, dining and attractions like the Granville Market. I will definitely come back.Rooms: My room had a lovely view of the library. The bed and bedding were comfortable and I had a sofa to relax in. The bathroom amenities included a heated floor, generous-sized bath tub and shower, bathrobes and slippers. There is turndown service in the evening which was lovely. Sarah Kazimi: Upon booking a deluxe king suite, I was disappointed to find the washroom covered in fingerprints and the floor dirty with unidentified white substances. To document the state of the room, I took pictures. Additionally, I had inquired about room upgrade options prior to arrival, hoping to surprise my fiancé for his birthday. However, the person I spoke to on the phone informed me that the only available room was priced at an exorbitant $4,000 per night, which I found to be quite insulting.Upon check-in, I encountered another issue when the front desk attendant not only requested my identification, which is standard as the booking was under my name, but also asked for my fiancé's ID. This struck me as peculiar since we have stayed in numerous hotels before, and it has always been sufficient to provide the ID of the individual the room is booked under. My fiancé felt profiled due to his African American heritage, further exacerbating the situation.After calling to express my dissatisfaction with the room's condition, the hotel staff kindly arranged for us to switch to a different room, which I genuinely appreciated. It is worth noting that I have previously attended several work events in Georgia and held a great fondness for this particular establishment. Regrettably, this experience has significantly tarnished my perception.

The room was clean and the bathroom and shower was really nice. I enjoyed my workouts in the fitness room. There was a great selection of equipment. I felt the hotels location was prime and there was lots to do in the area. I look forward to my next stay.

Every single staff person we encountered was kind, welcoming, efficient, helpful, and fantastic. My kids felt safe and adored and my husband and I were relaxed and pampered. Thank you!!Kids got ‘their size’ robes, we were given complimentary snacks upon arrival, and after turn down service we found bookmarks by every book left out and screen wipes on top of my husbands iPad. It was above and beyond. Shower was WONDERFUL and beds and pillows were perfection.Walkability: We were able to easily walk around and discover the neighborhood. Visited a friend’s hotel by foot and walked to various restaurants nearby.Food & drinks: Room service breakfast was decadently delicious. And the coffee provided in the room was better then my fancy machine at home!
