Jennifer Dott: My husband and I were living in Europe before we moved into Northwoods Village Apartments. Lyndee got onto facetime with us no problem and did a showing of the apartment. Honestly, we could not have done this move so seamlessly without her help and great management. It was a perfect spot for us for almost two years. The only reason of moving out was the fact that we needed a bigger space for our son. Lyndee and Mik are awesome and so professional. Whenever there was any issue they were so fast to reply and deal with anything. Loved our time here and will miss living there!

Greg Turnbull: I lived at NorthWoods for 2 years, only moving to find a larger apartment. NorthWoods is beautiful, there is a great vibe in the building, it's a great location, so many people with dogs, the apartment was beautiful, top notch appliances, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. If I ever needed anything the team was super quick to fix it and super professional. I was so impressed with the service that when I had to move to find a bigger place I stayed with QuadReal. Renting from an established company is so much better than renting from individuals.

Mike Lee: Found this apartment online when I was in the UK, emailed Lyndee and even with the time difference the reply was super fast! We moved blind with work to Canada and housing is such an important thing to feel settled, the experience could not have better. From day one Lyndee and Mick got us set up, they were always there to help out and answer our questions! Love living here, the building is great but the management is what makes it a dream, you are truly and asset to your company! Sara H: I just moved into this building from Ontario and I love how clean it is. The units have new full size appliances (ones you would only find in newer condos in Toronto), the building and hallways are super clean and quiet and they are pet friendly which is a huge plus! Last but absolutely not least the property managers Lyndee and her husband are absolute angels. They not only walked me through every step of the way from viewing the apartment virtually to providing all the necessary information before the move but also went above and beyond and met with me late at night to give me the keys to my apartment when my flight landed late at night with delays. Lyndee walked me through everything I needed to know about the apartment and just set me up for success and made me feel welcome. I already love this building and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well managed apartment.
Chantal Mazerall: This was by far one of the best places I have rented. The building is very secure, clean and modern. There is a lot of natural light that comes in and the view is spectacular, and if you think that's great they also accept dogs and cats (which I find challenging when looking for rentals). To top off the experience the property managers Lyndee and Mik are extremely kind and easy going people which made the place and experience that much better!
Lauren Pauw: My roommate and I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect for us and the apartment was beautiful with all new appliances and fixtures. Most notable however were the building managers. They were always around being so helpful and easy to talk to. Only reason we moved out was life circumstances. Otherwise would’ve stayed! Definitely recommend moving here. Also, pets are allowed which huge!

Shauna Root: I lived at Northwoods Village from the day it opened and stayed for 5+ years. I absolutely loved the suite! The kitchen is amazing, a great space for entertaining with lots of storage. Most friends that visited me thought I owned the suite, as it doesn't have the lower end finishes you often find in rental buildings. I was a bit concerned about the noise between floors and suites before moving in, but the construction was so well done that you never had to worry about the neighbour's music or TV being too loud. The fact that the building is pet friendly was like the cherry on top!

Chris Lawrie: My wife and I had a wonderful experience living here and especially appreciated the level of details and service provided by Mik and Lyndee. Super professional and fun.We had a great south facing unit with lots of light and the location is ideal with almost everything you need all in the adjacent buildings. There are excellent trails and places to take a stroll nearby and being so close to the bridge was helpful too. If we were still in the rental market, there’s no way we would have left.Highly recommend!
Whitney Lawrie: I could not more highly recommend a place to live! It truly felt like home, and the property managers, Mik & Lyndee, are incredible. They were so helpful, responsive, and friendly and you can tell they take pride in the apartments and in what they do. The apartments themselves are beautiful - they feel and look brand new. When we moved in to a lived-in apt, there was not a single flaw and everything worked perfectly. It was spotless, clean, and newly painted (which they have done upon every move-out/in). The area is so convenient with everything you need right below you in the village. Maplewood park is right behind you which is a great place to take your kids and/or dogs, and the river is a great spot to hang out. Wild-eye & Deep Cove breweries are a quick walking distance away and Lolo is about a 6 minute drive. I can't say enough great things about Northwoods Village! Thank you Mik & Lyndee again for taking such good care of us and the place. We already miss it!!

Cam McLeod: Lived here for a year and a half, the building is very modern, well maintained and managed professionally (the building managers are very friendly!). Close to amenities, Stong's market is literally right next door and the Seymour river is a 5 minute walk away. Our unit was on the South side of the building facing Dollarton which is quite busy but the sound insulation is so good that the road noise was barely audible when doors and windows were closed!

J W: This apartment building is a hidden gem in a beautiful neighborhood. Could not believe we found a spacious 2 bedroom, oversized bathroom, with an in-unit washer/dryer and it is pet friendly! Which is so hard to find in Vancouver. The overall size of the building is perfect, it's not too large, which makes it nice and quiet. The location couldn't be better, it is very close to all the major stores on West Broadway, but is located in a quiet, less busy end of West Broadway. The 99, 14 and 9 bus stops are pretty much directly out front of the building and it is walking distance to the beaches and parks in Kitsilano. Also nice and close to the Kits pool.The building manager is very lovely, she is always available to speak with. and you are treated as a friend. The manager takes excellent care of the the building and really cares about the tenants; the manager hosts various events throughout the year, such as a summer and Christmas BBQs, which are a great way to mix with the neighbours and meet their pets!

The care that the staff put in really shows through the building’s cleanliness and their smiles. April Marsden: My husband & I & our 2 dogs moved into Forte only 3 wks ago & it has already exceeded my expectations! When so many places said no to 2 dogs, Forte was the only bldg that said yes. We were left a care package in our suite…. A gesture realtors do when people buy a new home… we’re renting & we received the same gesture, a very nice intro to living here. The management, staff & tenants are all so kind & friendly! So far, the gym is the only amenity I’ve used & it’s a clean, well equipped gym. I look forward to using the pool next summer! They had a food truck come here for tenants to enjoy a free pizza & drink, & I’ve been told they hold community events around holidays, & just because, which I think is pretty cool! The bldg is quiet & very well kept, & the communication about things going on in bldg is excellent, the people are lovely & the neighbourhood is so beautiful & calm.
John Logan: Forte on 14th is a great place to live.My wife and I moved into Forte on 14th a few months ago and we have been very happy. Our new home is located in a great neighborhood which is conducive to walking, as we are located near shopping, cafés and groceries. We also enjoy great building amenities which include a car wash station, on-site barbeques, bike storage and much more. Regular resident events offer those of us fortunate enough to live here a true sense of community. The on-site staff are courteous and their attention to detail ensures the property and building are clean and well maintained.

The on-site management team, Dvorka and Sasa, are very professional and approachable and do a fantastic job of maintaining and improving this wonderful building. The amenities shared with our sister building are great. Forte is a wonderful place to call home.

Haylee: My partner and our dog have been living here for just over a year and we love it. The management team, as well as the contractors and janitorial staff, are incredible. Whenever we have had a maintenance request or inquiry we have received prompt responses and solutions. The company has also gone above and beyond by providing the residents with fun events or surprises such as hosting a food truck for the residents and giving out donuts or other fun treats.The building is extremely well kept and is quiet. The amenities are fantastic and even through Covid have been easily accessible.Lastly, the community as a whole is lovely. The tenants here are approachable and respectful.
Silvia: I lived here comfortably for many years despite the incessant renovations and construction next door. The location and the management staff more than made up for the minor annoyance of noise and dust. Davorka, Sasa and the recently added Ivana are amazing people; kind, always helpful and totally reliable. You can't go wrong chosing this building to make your home in.
Dani Paine: I have been here for a few years. The constant construction on premises is very disturbing. I have had numerous things destroyed in storage because the property manager, Bentall GreenOak Kennedy, only cares about the bottom line. When mold destroyed contents of my storage locker, the property manager told me to talk to my insurance instead of them. The moisture was due to a flood caused by building construction. Latest news is parking price increase from $50/ month to $125/month.

Anna Krymskaia: The apartments we lived in were really the best in my life. Spacious, light, with huge windows from ceiling to floor, and a tremendous view on downtown Vancouver and the mountains nearby. We had a 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom + flex apartments. More than that we had an unbelievably big and beautiful terrace where we had rest after working days with a glass of wine and sometimes threw parties with friends. I am very thankful to all Quadreal staff for their support and quick response to every little question we had. When I had a problem with my dishwasher it was repaired the same day!!! We also rented a parking slot, a bicycle room and a parking lot. It was not that expensive but very convenient. I’m really sorry we have to move out of these apartments, but our time in Canada goes to an end as we are moving to US. If we stayed longer in Vancouver I would definitely keep these apartments.

Dulce Ramirez: Metrotown area is a very well known place because how huge it is with the mall but also so many places around here. For example, there's a Walmart, a couple of restaurants around, some walk in clinics, food stores and the sports complex which is known as Bonsor recreation complex.Another very significant point of metrotown is the business area which is called the "metro towers", that are 3 buildings with around 50-60 stories each and you can find here services mainly from law firms and migration stuff as well.This last area is in front of the skytrain and a nice spot for taking pictures. During the summer, a good thing to do is going to sit at the food area from outside the mall, eat some chipotle food and walk around the metro towers. The green area where the fountain is, is a good spot just to sit over, relax, it might not be much for some but you definitely can get some good photos from around and behind, close to the bonsor recreation complex.And next to this last one, there's a spot for skaters and a soccer field surrounded by apartment buildings. In case you want to do some exercise, you are going to enjoy it too.

Special shoutout to the maintenance extraordinaire, Dragan, and the entire Quadreal team for making the building a peaceful, positive, quiet, clean, and welcoming place to live. As a property manager myself (completely unaffiliated with Quadreal, I might add), I can confidently say that this is one of the best purpose-built rentals you’ll find. 10/10.

Atlas: There are few years I call this place as home. I actually love everything of the building and I'll say they have very good securities in Vancouver downtown. I'm giving 3 stars due to a woman called Ivanka.All people from management team is polite, nice and gentle except this Ivanka. I don't know if there's anyone from leadership team related to her, and I won't be surprise if that is true, since Ivanka is so unprofessional but still stuck here for a lot of years, clearly those guys allowing and agreeing with her to treat tenants like her prisoners.Ivanka is very emotional, not flexible, hard to communicate, shows no respect to people and prefers to judging everyone, plus she take all common utilities and rooms as her own treasure instead of tenants resources. All my friends living in this building hate her and try not to deal with her.My company is keep hiring new people to Van, I would like to refer all of them into this building as long as I heard Ivanka is not in the office anymore.

It is an extremely well-managed building, and the management, leasing and security staff are friendly and helpful. Jonathan Yao: We lived here just over three and a half years. Our experience at Metropolitan Towers has been excellent throughout.Everything from payment options and package systems are streamlined and modern. Building managers are quick and responsive and maintenance issues are usually addressed within minutes.The only downsides are associated with typical downtown living - the neighborhood can be noisy, and the cost-to-space ratio isn't for everyone. That said, it's still the perfect location if you're looking for somewhere that's high-energy and incredibly convenient.The only reason we're moving away is that we need a much bigger space for our new baby, otherwise we would happily stay longer. Highly recommended Metropolitan Towers as a great rental option.

Sheila Matano: I've been living at Metropolitan Towers since 2018. I would have stayed but unfortunately have to move to another province. My experience has been wonderful staying here. From my initial contact with the Teams at the leasing and management offices, the customer service has been excellent. They have gone above and beyond for me, and I couldn't have asked for more. I have never had an issue here where I wasn't heard; any problems in my apartment have been dealt with almost immediately. They are that fast! Just yesterday, I had an issue with a beeping smoke detector and a problem with the microwave handle, I put in the request at 8am, and it was fixed by 10am.We know that downtown has been a bit of a mess during the pandemic, but I've never felt in danger living here. Although there have been some break-ins in the building, I feel pretty safe as a single woman living in this building. The security guards are great folks and have looked out for me, especially when it's late. They do their best.There are many pros. My apartment is relatively large compared to other buildings in this price range, and there's a Starbucks and grocery store downstairs. The amenities in the building are also excellent; the gym is pretty decent, there's a lovely cinema, social lounge, and study. Honestly, we've been in a pandemic for the last couple of years, and this Team has done the best they can. And I have genuinely loved living here.
Lori Forrest: We lived there for almost 8 years and probably would have stayed if they would have ripped out the carpets. It's a rental - it's exactly what you think. Elevators were out enough to annoy. The on-site staff were nice. Neighborhood went downhill during and after COVID.
Vienna Page: This apartment was a terrible experience for my sister. The apartment management treated her poorly. I do not suggest registering to that apartment. This apartment is very unprofessional for treating their costumers badly.
Angel Wong: Rented in this apartment building for one year. When moving out, a room inspection was required. I was charged 400 dollars for dusty blinds that had been wiped down one week prior. Was gaslit during the situation. Was told that if I argued with the charge, the inspector threatened to do a more “thorough” inspection and was sure she would find other things to charge me on. She told me that she was already being nice about the whole situation.

The location is really good for getting around (near the Phibbs exchange), the suites have nice appliances and are very modern, the building management is second to none - they do a great job looking after the building, keeping it safe and clean, looking after the tenants. They've updated the common spaces numerous times since I've lived here, including the BBQ and the furniture. The people here truly care. A great place to be if you want to live on the North Shore!

Alyssa Marie Masanga: We have lived here for a year and a half and moving out was a bitter sweet feeling. If we didn’t bought our own property I would have live in this apartment forever. Great location (bus stop that will bring you to all parts of Vancouver and a good cafe right outside the building), amenities (clean gym, great party room and rooftop with free bbq grill and overlooking at grouse mountain) and the best management team you’ll ever have. The building is always well maintained and Sean the property manager, Maria and Afees puts so much care, time and effort to all the tenants.Thank you so much for making this apartment the best home to live in north shore, we highly recommend this place. We will miss the nice and respectful neighbors, Stuffies, and the amazing management of Lynn Creek apartment.

I have rented for the past 12 years and I can honestly say that Sean is the best building manager I have rented from. Not only is he personable but puts in so much time and care in making the building a great place to live. I’ve never had a landlord who has been so responsive to any of our concerns and is also a wonderful neighbour. If we didn’t have to move to have a yard for our dog, we definitely would have stayed longer.All of the tenants in this building are super respectful, great neighbours who are easy to make connections with.Shout out to Afees and Maria for supporting Sean in making Lynn Creek an awesome place to live!Thank you team, we will miss you!

Management is very on top of the maintenance of the building itself, as well as very prompt with any repairs you may need in your individual suite. Unfortunately I had to move out early but I am very sad to be leaving, this building had the best management out of all the places I have ever rented at. I highly recommend renting at this location if you get the chance 😁
Viola Malischewski: I was one of the first to rent an apartment in the newly built Lynn Creek Apartments about five years ago. Wonderful caring management and one of the best places I have lived in. It was so well looked after; unbelievably clean, both inside and out. Management take great pride in the complex. I moved out to relocate in Regina and would be thrilled to find a comparable place, but I honestly don't know if that's possible!

Very quick responses and informative. I know that living somewhere can be vastly different than your pre-move in experience but if the management is even half as attentive once you've moved in then I'm sure this is a wonderful place to live.

This is a beautiful, modern building and the on-site property management team here are incredible. Not only is this building spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, the management team are extremely attentive and kind. In the unlikely event that there is a concern or even a repair (no matter how minor), they are there to take care of it right away and with the utmost of professionalism. It was a fortunate find and it has been a pleasure to live here.

Iurii Shamkin: My partner and I recently moved into this apartment building and have been thoroughly impressed with our experience thus far. The building is incredibly safe, with secure access points and cameras throughout the premises. As a resident, I feel very comfortable and at ease knowing that my safety is a top priority.Additionally, the building is kept impeccably clean - management team takes great care in maintaining the cleanliness of the property. The amenities are also wonderful, including a well-equipped fitness center, shared bbq , dog walk and even an underground car wash (that’s very convenient to washing bikes as well).Most importantly, our landlord, Roy, is truly amazing. He’s incredibly responsive to any of your needs or concerns, and he truly cares about his tenants. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable place to call home. It's truly been a pleasure to live here.

Adora Grunert: I love it here! The location is amazing, everyone is friendly, and the condo itself is very cute. I love that the building has a gym and the new YMCA is a short walk away. The building garden is lovely as well.
Maureen Busby: We have lived here 2 years now and can't imagine being anywhere else.(The only time we even considered moving anywhere was to move downstairs to a 2 bedroom unit- lol)The suites and rooms are updated & the patios are spacious. There are storage and bike lockers as well as underground parking!The location is great for anyone needing the skytrain and is walking distance from grocery stores, coffee shops etc...There is a very nice park next door. The building has an outdoor communal bbq area, dog park and fitness room as well and a small community garden for anyone with a green thumb!This building is very dog friendly and the tenants are all very kind!!Roy the building manager is always available if you need him and is super helpful! The building is always very clean and welcoming thanks to Roy and the maintenance staff Vafa & Goli are not only neighbors but have all become friends!Love this building!Thanks Roy, Vafa and Goli have made us feel at home the day we moved in.Maureen and Dan

The apartment building is new, kept clean and pristine all the time. Unit neighbors are very friendly. ☺️ Our building manager, Roy, is very responsive and accomodating. Certainly a gem for renters.

From the initial walk through, requesting information to moving in was handled with professional and timely information. Since moving in, there have been no gaps. Parkade is well lit, the neighbours are friendly, the entire place is clean and kept neat and tidy at all times.

We are so happy we made the move here - it was the best decision!

The building, parking lot, and grounds are well-kept and routinely maintained. Covid precautions were prompt. Neighbours are also respectful and respectable. I would definitely rent from Bosa again.

From the minute you walk into the lobby it’s immaculate!! The hallways, the elevator and Parkades are always pristine.I would highly recommend Foster by Bosa4Rent building to anyone looking for a place to live. It has a sense of community and safety. The building is clean and well maintained.

If you want to rent a unit, I highly recommend to move here. Very quiet, organized and clean. The last thing you will get exited: see the garbage room...NO smell of garbage, believe me. God bless the people cleaning this amazing building and taking care of everything.
