SAFFRON HENDERSON: I’ve had pain and nerve changes from upper body injury, as well as neuropathy in my feet from 43 yes of Type 1 diabetes. After a few customized sessions I noticed I can feelmy feet!!! I can roll through them as I walk, feelfeel the ground, feel them in my shoes. For over 24 hrs afterward they’re no longer numb, painful blobs. The instructors have been helping me reset my feet and spine and get circulation to them. Very grateful and excited about this healing.

Historia Lee: I've been getting chiropractic services for years and it was my first time getting physio therapy, so I decided to go to this place.They have horrible customer service, very bad attitude and didnt aware me on how much was going to be charged on my credit card..They also didn't mention about cancellation fees so I had to call an ask if I could cancel, because I was so sick, but they just said it was noted on the contract sheet that I signed and that I needed to pay full amount of the session even if I wanted to cancel it.I just decided to not go to that place anymore and I cancelled all the future appointments I had with them.. I wasn't asking for money back, but maybe next time the recepetions could talk with little bit of generosity for long lasting customers.Definitely not a place to go for if your looking for a friendly-family vibe..I just felt like I was money to them, not a person that they actually cared for, which is something they should be starting to do now :)

Noemi, Alison and Christabelle have all been really great to work with.The exercises are very effective, challenging and sometimes quite creative.I have challenges with mobility and stability in various parts of my body. Lots of previous sports injuries over the years have left me often in pain or dysfunction with some of my movements.After consistently attending classes for over a year, I've noticed the incremental improvements that I've made in class and when I exercise on my own.I often refer friends or clients to this studio with confidence.The quality of instructors gives me great confidence.The size of the studio is also really great for anyone who wants to make sure they can get quality instruction and attention when needed.

Judith Netscher: Great studio - both the physical studio which is light and airy with lovely views of the mountain, and the overall vibe of the studio. Aya does a fantastic yogalates (yoga and pilates) class both in studio and online. Always thoughtful, interesting and different classes each week. Karen is great and her communication around the classes is always fantastic.

Lou Meggiato: I love this place. The teachers are fun and engaging, the space is open, airy and inviting and the classes have been great. I also love that they are very community based and often have fun events hosted there. They also offer a mix of classes for all ages and abilities. Karen the owner has the biggest heart and is the energy behind this space. I would highly recommend trying out a class.

As an overweight mom with 2 kids I always feel welcomed, encouraged and supported. This place is the real deal.

Karen’s energy is contagious and you can’t help but feel stronger and happier by the end of class. I have done prenatal yoga and dance classes in studio as well as Pilates Mat and yoga classes online. All of the teachers have been top notch. I highly recommend Kahlena!
Holly Choi: This is the studio North Vancouver needed. There are a classes for all levels! Come as you are and you will feel supported. I started taking prenatal yoga, now take postnatal pilates and my toddler joins me for parent & tot yoga. I had never done pilates prior to joining the postnatal class, and it has been very accessible and not at all intimidating. Classes sizes are small-medium and allow for the instructors to give you the care and attention you can't get at huge studios. The owner, Karen, is a genuinely warm human being and it shows in the operation of her studio.
Elaine Wong: I love Karen's dance classes! She always gives a delicious warm-up which stretches and tones every muscle of your body. Her warm-up includes Simonson Jazz technique and movement and a generous mat session which makes your body warm and ready to dance. She is prepared with choreography and doesn't waste any time teaching it, practicing it and having the class perform it by the end of each class. Karen is inclusive ensuring everyone in her class is comfortable with the pace while encouraging them to stretch beyond. Karen herself is a beautiful dancer with a beautiful soul which makes her classes even more enjoyable to attend. I leave dance class feeling blissful and with a buttery worked-out feeling. I highly recommend Karen's dance classes.

This is the only time I have ever not dreaded exercise and actually enjoyed it!!

M P: Marlene is a truly committed and enthusiastic instructor. I have always been apprehensive about body work such as pilates due to an extensive spinal fusion from scoliosis surgery, plus neurological difficulties, but Marlene does extensive homework to help her clients as best as she can. Through modifications to classic pilates exercises and honing in on specific muscles, not only have I felt improvement in my strength but my day to day movements too. I have been taking regular private classes with her for a couple of months now and plan on continuing for as long as I can!
