Canadian Tire: what do users think?
Ron Lange: You can find almost anything here, it's great
Alex Bz: cannot believe Canadian Tire Does NOT recycle their own packaging for products sold to consumers!! Such hypocrits!!! Bought a BBQ and the packaging and Styrofoam material I ended up with is incredible..I asked If I could return the packaging material and they refused.. On their website they claim to be a responsible citizen in the area of waste... all lies!
Gennifer: The best thing about this Canadian Tire is the camping scene with nature sounds as you go up the escalator to the second floor. That's the only kind of camping I can get behind. This store is huge and had what I needed and I'm sure what you need. Hate all the self checkouts though. Wish that wasn't a thing.
Teresa West: Just tried to pay with first my debit then my credit card. They could figure out how to make their system work. Insisted it was my fault, ie no money. Just walked up to Home Depot and bought the same items without any issue.
Benjamin Whyte: Good selection of tools.
Kaitlin Olezchuk: Made an order last night based off their website inventory. Around 10pm our order was confirmed and said it would be ready for pick up the following day at 3pm.12pm the following day, we get an email that the order has been cancelled, along with a suggested alternative product listed at 3x the price of what we were originally trying to purchase. We called the store, which in itself was a whole separate issue. Four times we tried contact the online ordering reception in-store, and could not get through. We tried getting through at the "scanning desk" wherein our call was mistakenly answered and no one knew. We were sitting here listening to random noises and a store associate talking to someone else. Finally we paged the main phone line and informed them that the online ordering phone was being ignored and we needed to get through. They transferred us to the online ordering phone line again and finally we were informed the inventory was completely wrong and they never had any in the first place.Didn't offer us any solutions, alternatives, or a price match to alleviate the inconvenience they created for us.Never going back.
Allen Lau: I only go for the deals, customer service is dismal…
Catherine Mellon: I'm always happy to bring my car in to this location. Even once when there was an issue they addressed it and fixed it right away!
Harry Lee: I bought 2 bag of balloon $20. I arrived in 8:50pm after 5mins , i got ticket $90. I usually shopping another location but there are free parking. So this is first time in my life got ticket parking at Canada tire. This location so bad
David Kruyt: If it tells you online that there are items in stock.... take it with a grain of salt. As I was told in the store, "You have to order it." When I responded with it says here it's in stock, the response was "those marketing people always do that to us"
Pooria Hasheminejad: It has everything about your vehicle but empty of staffs that can guide you.Expensive price and poor customer service
PT: Not the best customer service when I brought my car in with a flat tire. But also not the worst. They did the work and no problems since.
Chi T: I went in after Christmas to check out their seasonal clearance area. I wanted to look for some Christmas lights, a few decorations, and maybe some gift wrap. It was very sad to see that they had reduced some items but not others. Something things weren't marked down even though they were surrounded by reduced items. Frustrating and confusing. Off to the next store.
Evan Dickinson: Had an appointment today at 11:30am to get two tires changed on my car, a task that should only take 30 minutes at most. Was told that my appointment would have a turnaround time of 2 hours. It took 4 hours before my car was ready for pickup. At 2 hours and 30 minutes I went to the front desk of the auto services department to ask where my car was, and was told that it had just left the lot not that long ago and that they were waiting for paperwork and it should be ready soon; a complete and utter lie. It took another hour and a half before they said I could get my car back. Wasted my entire day for this. What's the point of making an appointment in advance when they'll just treat you as if you were a walk-in customer? My brother-in-law also had a similar experience wherein he had an appointment to get 4 tires changed on his car at this location, but also had to wait 4 hours for the job to get done. Clearly the staff here are not well managed or well organized. I go to a Canadian Tire in Victoria for tire changes during the winter months and they do this task in one hour on the dot!Whatever you do, find somewhere else to get car maintenance done. This particular CT location needs some serious staff training for it to be even remotely considered competent.
vida piri: Great place for all your house hold needs! They usually have some great deals as well
sarosh somani: More than 100 aisles of stuff. Can cater to all your needs - tire to attire, from hair to toe. Whenever you're lost, ask a staff. They pull out a palmtop & are never wrong about their suggestions.
Melissa Jean: Amazing departmental store overall staff is too good very friendly
Alvin Johnston: I go there at least once a week . If you can't find it at Canadian Tire you ain't looking hard enough
Colton Robinson: Huge selection of anything you could need! Car parts, home appliances, camping, ect
Ramin Tajwanchi: Ok place but their receipt checking security is quite annoying.
Michael Angelo: Always a pleasure to shop at Canada Tire. Except crippy Cambie location with pay parking on top of itS hitt hole.

Business type: Department store

Walmart: what do users think?
Wajahat Faiz: Good place for shopping all groceries
Chip Hase: Expensive, boring, and bad products.
Matt G: Tried to find a phone charger that was on the website. Everyone deflected me to someone else without even trying to look it up to know if they even carried the product at this store.
Andrew Sanders: I frequent this location as it's the cheapest option for staples on my regular commute. It's convenient to grab the usual grocery items and nice if you need the odd kitchen tool. I find it very difficult to find specific items or items with different sizes. This location definitely feels smaller than other locations which I have been too.At times the line ups can be fairly bad for checkout but that's to be expected during peak times (5pm on a weekday). The staff there are very pleasant and add to the experience.I am am happy that they have stopped closing the mall entry early, it was extremely frustrating to have to walk around the entire building at 5:30 pm when the mall doesn't close until 6pm.
Kasra Roghanian: Persian lady at the cashier keep pushing me to apply for credit card i was jeep telling her i don’t want maybe more than 5 time but she wouldn’t give up and put me in pressure and i felt force to apply for credit card even i told her i wont get approved but she was persisting and of course i didn’t get approved and effected my credit score even more they never get train to know when someone say no one time they have accept that do not recommend to go there otherwise you will be force to apply for credit check
James Marshall: A lesson to all grocery retailers on how to run a great store: good prices, good selection, friendly staff, clean, and a no-frills experience. Fancy, modern interiors are fine but if it costs me even 1 cent extra per shop (and it will), forget about it. Give me a plain interior and savings any day. High recommend this Walmart.
Sara Zabihi: Fairly stocked, multiple parking lots around,My only complaint is lack of staff on the floor
Gursimran Singh: Worst management. I applied for the job over there and was called for an interview but they told me there’s no interview today.then they called me again and rescheduled my interview.when I reached there i was told that we don’t have vacancy rn. Why did they call me for interview. I travelled all the way from surrey to Vancouver two times which took 2 hours to travel one way each. It am really disappointed with this kind of behaviour. My worst experience with Walmart of all times.
Edward Meier: Awful retailer. Do not buy from Walmart these days. They will sell the poorest quality products to you and are less than helpful in correcting for there wrong.Recently ordered a few pairs of headphones. They were Apple Earpods, supposed to be identical to the stock Apple Earbuds. The headphones I received, when plugged into my phone, were recognized as beatz headphones and required the use of my phones bluetooth even though they were plugged in through a wire. This is sketchy and misleading that they would sell these as iOS certified. After hours of time wasted contacting the support teams, I'm required to travel an hour back to Walmart to return them - INSTEAD of them just doing a proper quality check before selling these garbage electronics.Doubt I will receive a full refund. I will not trust shopping online at Walmart in the future.
Javier: Incompetent self check out employee mouth breathing on my neck as I check out items. Accuses me of not scanning one of my items and then grabs another of the same item out of my basket and scans it twice. I show her that the other one was already scanned and she just looks at me dumbfounded and walks away
MI Five: For treating innocent shoppers (profiling) like thieves monitoring some more than others at self check out or late evenings or day shopping based on speculation and stereotyping them is tempting class action ls. Treating shoppers with scowls, snickering, mockery, creating drama, dirty looks and gossiping whilst deciding they are guilty as a cross departmental 'attack' verbally and nonverbally is despicable. Learn from Shoppers Drug Mart - they lost customers. Today in particular I asked if she was going to stare at me the entire time like Im a crook for 2 x-large and 3 medium sized items at self checkout and she said yes - shame on you for profiling people of your own culture. Also the store sections HARDLY EVER PICKUP the phone and when they do, they do not want to help customers - why call it customer service? Transferring the phone line to people who dont pick up is useless as well. When asking for detailed help they say vague answers and that it will take a long time if they transfer your call - basically its saying we dont want to help.
Sassan Rakhshani: Good place to find popular electronics. The mobile kiosk is great. It has all wireless companies products and services.
Craig Listel: Also your woman bathroom was filthy. It takes weeks to get that level of black mold around faucets. Gross. So the bra sets I used to buy are now separate and sold as singles. I guess I will buy elsewhere, the corporate greed is getting epic.
Sasha Joseph: Manager and workers need to watch their attitude, just because you thought my boyfriend was stealing doesn't mean you can be rude! He was there to spend money for a phone which you denied him, then he was asking for directions to get cat food and children's clothes and you said " can't you find it yourself!?" What gives you the right to treat people like this!? He gave a little attitude back to you, you started it first! Treat people the way you want to be treated!
Gregory Scott: One of the worst stores for scam pricing. For some reason this store is always cheating people with the multiple item pricing. The sign shows a discount on multiples but you don't get it at check out.Walmart is part of the Scanner Accuracy Program but doesn't follow their obligations. Here is the code from the Government of Canada website.Under the code, when the scanned price of an item without a price tag is higher than the displayed price, the customer is entitled to receive the item free of charge when it is worth less than $10, or receive a $10 reduction if the correct price is worth more than $10.I guess Walmart likes to cheat seniors.
Oliver Balisky: Great visit at Wolmort! The second we arrived we smelt the potting soil.
mamtha Rani: My name is Nellie, senior and a regular and a loyal customer at your Capilano Walmart since 2006. I re4commeded your store to many immigrants who gave me positive feedback on your products, displays and well trained , cheerful and eager to help staff on duty. You have 3 cash registers with trained cashiers for people who have different needs beside your self serve cash checkouts. Tavish and 3 cheerful cashiers on duty gave me excellent customer service. Tavish is walking extra miles everyday to help customers, he is patient, very kind, shows customers where the products are located than just direct them to the location. I was looking for a particular item, he walked with me and showed me where that item was located instead of telling me where to go and find by myself. This tells me he has respect and patience. I am a very old senior, I recommend this Walmart to anyone who is able or disabled, healthy or with special needs. Wishing the manager and his staff the best in 2023.
Neil Wexler: I needed an item, and I called this Walmart so many times, and they said they would transfer me every time, and then no one picked up!!! And when I went in, no one could help find the location. And despite the fact it said would have it online, they didn't have it in the store! And when I bought some groceries, I got home to see the orange juice I got was expired. This store definitely needs some work to be at an acceptable standard.
Ricardo Augusto Moraes Ferreira: Bought a JBL headphone on boxing day and stopped working after 40 days. I came back to the store to exchange and they said they can't do anything because are more than 30 days. I called customer service before and they said that the store where I first bought it should be able to replace it. Miss communication between cx service channels and frustration in paying over $80 for something that doesn't work. Never again.
James Hedch: Worst experience ever staff are lazy and the new manager doesn’t care to much about his store or customers…
Reza Manochehri: Not as big as other walmarts. They don't carry a lot of items other walmarts carry. It should upgrade to a better facility

The Home Depot: what do users think?
Graham Peterson: **DO NOT BUY PLANTS FROM HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES**We bought one plant from here and it was rife with spider mites, it completely decimated all of our plants we own, expensive ones, ones we’ve had for years with no problems. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. There is no way they have that under control at the store, and I doubt they spray them at all.Save yourself days of headache trying to save your plants and never buy any plants from here EVER.
Moira Casey: I tried to contact HD to find out if a curtain rod I wanted to order was able to be installed on the ceiling. "Customer Service" contacted me 3 days later to let me know that they could only help me if I wanted to order custom window coverings with installation. Unbelievable.
Ted Li: Small outlet store. But had the tester.
Sandra Wadden: Ordering
Dinusha Wijayasuriya: I visited this store as my Home Depot card had an issue, I was assisted by a girl named “Palak” at customer service. She had to contact their backoffice for further support. It was not a straightforward case. She did her best to help me.. she was very professional& courteous. The world is beautiful when we have people like her…
Tha sparkygamer420: Worst Home Depot ever. Shop there only if you want attitude and unattentive employees that will mock your serious questions as if they are jokes. The only joke is this location and it's employees.
Cael Tompai: This store is decent but it seems to get a lot of traffic at times and people stealing. They have closed certain entrances to control the flow of people now.Seems odd this is what Vancouver is coming to.
Janett Poorman: Not alot here but if downtown here you go. Bad for traffic coming there but isn't everything down there😂
Charlene Myers: To the sweet older gentleman who sold me my air conditioner 10+ years ago, I have never forgotten you! It is because of you I survive every summer. I was in a greenhouse worthy sweltering apartment at the time and this man was amazing. Along with his professionalism, he went full Dad mode, full of care and empathy, and treated me like family and pointed me in the right direction, and gave me hot tips how to get the most out of my A/C. Sadly I have totally forgotten his name, but its never too late for a good review. So wherever you are, thank you! :)
D: Parking at this place is next to impossible! You must take a parking ticket when you arrive Try to find a parking spot in this very crammed and dark underground parkade Remember to present the ticket at the store checkout if you want to have the cost credited off your purchase Then don’t forget to pay for the parking at these inconspicuous machines in the underground parking area (that is if you still have the ticket and remember which pocket you put it in, otherwise be prepared to pay $25) Remember to retrieve your ticket from the machine and take it with you Find your car and drive out through the barriers which will only open if you insert a paid parking ticket. And heaven help you if you slipped up on any of the above procedure - you’ll be trapped in your car at the barrier gates unable to get out with horns honking behind you.On top of this, they have coated the floor of the parking area with this sticky paint that causes car tires to loudly screech on rainy days every time you turn the wheel. When the lot is busy, as it usually is, you need hearing protection to prevent your ears from being blasted with this multi-tire screeching sound that reverberates throughout this cavernous space.
João Prado Ribeiro Campos: My favorite tool’s shop
B A: Staff are very helpful , great experience
MIKE “Checking in” BENNETT: Self checkouts are a bit confusing at first but can get in and get out in a short amount of time
Michael Paterson: Staff at front entrance very helpful. Was told the right row near the far end.Staff in the row showed the section and adl
Christian Malin: Pros:-By far the funkiest main entrance to a hardware store.-Convenient location for a quick purchase, eg. "Stopping at HD on my way home from work to pick up a picture hanging kit."Cons:-Funky store entrance is probably a nightmare if carrying out a large purchase.-Compact layout limits product variety; I couldn't find the specific brand/version of what I was looking for.
Pooja: Its really a home improvement place😊everything is there, to beautify the home.
Jay A: Another Clean Home Depot! Everything is well arranged and their staff were helpful! Was a bit confused where the entrance was but found it after. I always go to their Richmond location which, is as clean and well arranged as this location as well. The person who helped me was really helpful and considerate. I just forgot his name. :( Keep it up team!
Carl “Budd” Stymiest UE: Many business at this site in Cambie Street
Morteza Abootaleby: Hi,I am so sorry for your unfair hiring process,After times and times apply for your position like merchandising, I just received unreasonable remarks,As my friends mentioned, I finally realized that you employ people just based-on referral not based-on fair procedures. You just wast time of regular applicant like me.I really sorry for your dark company.
Tay Cun: KEY DEPARTMEMTI bring in my key and pick the key I want cut. The employee puts my key into this machine that tells you what type of key you have. The machine says my key is not of any key type. So I sayThe key type is right there on the key its says KW1 You cant just take a KW1 key and cut my key ?He says No because the machine tells me its not a key we carrySo I ask him Can you not then manually cut the key?He said No I have to put it in the machineI said well you have a manual key cutter right in front of you. I know because I used to cut keys.He says oh well I dont know how to cut keysWell say that then! So I proceed to customer service and tell them my story and she saysYa there's only that one guy in hardware so...I ask Does any of your employees in the store know how to cut a key then?Blank silenceWhy offer key cutting service if NOBODY knows how to cut keys? Educate and train your employees!!

Address: 1622 Salt St, Vancouver, BC V5Y 0E4, Canada

Schedule: Opens at 9:00 AM

Telephone: +1 604-448-4882

Business type: Pharmacy

London Drugs: what do users think?
Maya De-Vreeze: Pharmacy staff are exceptional! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast!
Carolina Santos: The photolab is great for passport pictures. They are fast, reliable and very nice!
Tim: Pharmacy staff were extremely friendly and professional and provide a quick service. Will definitely be coming here from now on after some horrible experiences with shoppers drug mart.
Coach Lucy, PhD: This LD location is exceptional. Apart from the products and special offers they offer, I really appreciate the advice and assistance I get from Amir, a specialist in the electronics department. When it comes to finding the right product for you, Amir goes the extra mile. He helped me find the best bluetooth computer mouse last year, and I'm still happy with it. Amir helped me with noise-cancelling headphones this Black Friday. In addition to saving me from purchasing a mass-produced JBL product, he pointed me in the right direction. After discussing different brands and products with me, Amir recommended Sennheiser PXC 550-II headphones as his best recommendation and one that fit my budget. Because they weren't available at the location, he spent a long time calling probably all the other LD stores in Metro Vancouver and arranged for the headphones to be shipped to Olympic Village. It was worth the wait to receive the headphones today! Their sound is incredible, the noise canceling feature is excellent, and they fit perfectly. Amir is an expert in his field and makes your shopping experience enjoyable, knowledgeable, and easy. You don't need to go to other stores if you want to buy electronics because Amir at LD is a top expert who listens to your needs and finds the best option so you can get the most out of your purchase.
Anna Gray: Dhruv was a great assistance! He helped fix my AirPods and was quick and friendly.
John Ferrie: Horrendous. Paid for 15 minutes of parking tonight and ran inside to pick up 2 items at 5:30 this evening. All 4 self check outs were broken. ONE cashier on the till and there must have been 20 people in line. Finally, I got my items run through to pay. Only to come out and receive a $60.00 ticket on my car. Pathetic service. Pathetic.
Simran Arora: You will find whatever your bed in here
Artjoms Skrins: My favorite LD in town! Very polite and helpful personal. Especially Erfan, as he helped me multiple times, always makes my experience!
Timothy Webb: Dealing with the Photolab has been incredibly frustrating, would highly recommend getting photos developed anywhere else.
S P: Pre-COVID, this store had washrooms for customers. Now it looks like the washrooms are closed permanently. Why? I feel like my (and other customers') needs have been ignored by the management.
Wywghh: Pretty small, Though very nice staff.
Jasmine Garland: The Photolab was incredibly frustrating and incompetent. I spoke with one individual when bringing in film and they informed me that it would be sent to another store to get processed. No problem with that, and I was informed that I would get an email to pick up everything when it was finished. I come back to the store after receiving the email and the individual at the desk tells me that no one ever picks up their negatives and that the other store would have thrown them away. I explained that I have picked up my negatives every time and the individual continues to blow off my concerns. I call the Photolab in New West as they were the place that developed my photos. They informed me that they don't throw away negatives and that my images are currently being sent back to the Olympic village store.I allow for 2 weeks to pass, and I receive no email. I figure it is worth a check so I go to the Olympic village lab and encounter that same individual from before. He once again looks at me in confusion, telling me that no one picks up their negatives. I continue to ask him to at least do a physical check of their filling cabinets. Voila... My negatives are there.I am upset that the individual continued to avoid actually helping me and would rather talk down to me. The people at New West unfortunately had to be my point of contact as whenever I called Olympic Village they were useless.I've learned my lesson and won't be going there for any future photo needs.
Travis Carroll: If you're from the UK this place is like Boots and Currys all in one!
Kat B: Small but mighty! The staff here are very friendly and helpful compared to the larger LDs. Staff members Daria and Omar were able to order me a product that was out of stock. Thank you!
Cosmo Kwan: Great store, friendly, clean store! Quite spacious of great items. Got to shop more in this location more.
C Inthara: Post office staff are very friendly. This is one of my favorite post office location. I just wish on the weekends, they open earlier. 12pm is a bit late. I end up having to hop on the skytrain to go to Shoppers Drug Mart on Broadway & Commerial when I need to mail something on the weekends.
Daisy Ha: Is it Asian should be supported by an Asian staff?-Hi Lester! I called back to the number that you provided but I couldn’t reach you. They transferred me to another person, I told her my story but she didn’t care. It’s pointless to make the call. I believed the call should be recorded so you should listen it. Thank you for actually replying back to my review but maybe just replying to show that you care?
Jeffrey Lomenda: London Drugs is in my neighbourhood which is home to a primarily 25 - 35 year olds demographic. A friendly store & neighbourhood where going for a walk safely at 9:30 pm is common.
Davin Boutang: Great customer service on second floor
Anna Nguyen: Amazing customer service for online ordering from this store. The gentleman who looked into the items I ordered, when it was out of stock, went above and beyond to help retrieve some for me. I really appreciate his work.
Tristan Peterson: Jordan M at the Canada Post office has been very helpful on more than one occasion - thanks Jordan!

Walmart Supercentre: what do users think?
RoCsvi O: Please remove the pride contents from the kids section and from your store. Doesn’t belong to the children section. Stop the manipulation and propaganda and picking sides.
Joseph T. Tan: Bigger and more complete selection available compared to the walmart in Richmond - but older and not as nice.
Chelsea Leblanc: Always busy, cant get price checks often over charged at till. Wish they had bigger pet section less clothing more home and out doors
Jack Judge: #dingsfortipsA mega corp like Walmart is dinging me to tip the driver, on the after tax amount, of an online delivery. Dip into your profits Walmart, pay them a living wage. I've been shopping here for two years, PC Express for me from now on.
Matt Hoover: Strange place, lacks a friendly greeter and is old and dark, including some areas have a creepy low ceiling. This may not seem like a big deal until you experience it yourself. Creepy! To end your experience the self checkout is reminiscent of herding cattle and the computer shows you a live security feed of yourself on the screen. I could only assume this was implying I was a thief. Guilty until proven innocent. There was no paper bag option and nobody cared to help. I asked if I could use my basket for 30 seconds to go to my car and drop stuff off (as you can exit with a cart) and staff and security said “no way!”. Alas, I placed the basket on the ground and walked out with my arms full, feeling untrusted despite my clean cut image and friendly demeanour. 1 out of 5 stars, would not go back.
Sagar Mehta: May 7, 2023. 10:30pm An employee named Anas and one Indian employee(name unknown). Standing on the exit door body shamed my girlfriend when I was not around and then later when I came back to confront them, they refused. I made sure I create a scene big enough that this guy feels ashamed of his act and be embarrassed in the staff too. Then I talked to the manager(name unknown, but bald and white moustache) and he did everything to save his employee and could not answer one simple question of mine which was "Is body shaming tolerated in Walmart or not?". I was told that this concern will reach the store manager and he will take care of it. I would love if appropriate action gets taken.
clark kent: Thumbs up on their pharmacy dept. The friendly gentleman helped with the med recommendation. Received my shot here. The lady was professional & explained thoroughly. The store itself is ok. Plenty of parking.
F. Boubacar: Very poor and inconsistent customer service
S D: Long wait times and rude employees
Isabelle M.: I typically don't shop at Walmart, since I've only been there twice before, with the last visit taking place prior to the pandemic. Yesterday, I went to the Vancouver location after hearing that they had good mattress toppers in stock. However, I was stunned by the degradation of the store: it looked miserable, messy and dirty. All goods are now displayed on the shelves in cardboard boxes. The mattress toppers I was looking for were packaged in a way that allowed people to touch them, which does not meet Canadian health and safety standards. With the food that's sold in the store, I wouldn't be surprised if there were cockroaches hiding in the boxes. Therefore, I do not recommend buying anything at this location nor online.
Joanne Chow: Bought some Great Value Tex Mex cheese there and realized it’s moldy I open it the next day, after I already mixed them in my food. The expiration date is in 3 months away, which mean it’s a storage or supply issue at Walmart.
Morgan Staples: Rohan helped me with my groceries and was very polite
Simon Wang: Helpful staff
M User: Photo pickup experience horrible. Sign says “pickup 9am-6pm”. Not an employee in sight. Around the corner, there is somebody that is apparently in charge of the photos working as a cashier at the same time with no view of the photo pickup queue. Customer service failure.
Iyanuoluwanimi Adebara: Absolutely Terrible online Service! I ordered furniture online in march and as of Apil there was still no delivery... There was no feedback i had to be the one calling and asking, no tracking either then I called and was told there was some kinda error in my tracking after a whole month! NEVER ORDER FURNITURE FROM WALMART! RIP OFF!!!
Matthew Phelps: Extremely slow online pickup service. It's faster to shop yourself, pay, have a sandwich and do your taxes than wait for the service.
W W: I feel like the staffs at this location presume everyone is a shoplifter. I have seen people being stopped before they left the stores or asked to see their receipts (random). When they didn't have enough staffs to 'watch' the checkout counters, they would open minimal numbers of checkout counters so causing a long lineup. What disgust me the most is that when you go to self checkout, there is a camera 'recording' your face while you checkout your items and pay. There is absolutely no privacy! Their price is not particular attractive and their produce is not very fresh, I don't see myself going there again if I have other choices.
King Ma: Not a great experience in this branch location. Customer service was rude. Also, there's was beggar asking for money outside the store.
Edward Meier: Would give 0 starts if able. Awful retailer. Do not buy from Walmart these days. They will sell the poorest quality products to you and are less than helpful in correcting for there wrong.Recently ordered a few pairs of headphones. They were Apple Earpods, supposed to be identical to the stock Apple Earbuds. I will not trust shopping online at Walmart in the future.
Shtune G: One of the well laid out stores , wide isles, friendly staff and clean facilities. Can get busy but usually find what I'm looking for.
Manisha Yadav: I like it, get most of my groceries from there.

Canadian Tire: what do users think?
G C: Though not the biggest branch, but still offer many goods (and during Monday Clearance, this branch do offer the best possible price.)
Katrina Fast: No human cashiers, just malfunctioning self-service kiosks. Most of the things on my list were out of stock, despite having checked online first. Never coming back.
Rylen Moore: Employees all had different rules/answers for the same simple question. Super annoying!
Ray Taylor: Ever wonder why the product reviews are all good? Because they won't publish anything critical.Purchased an expensive name-brand item that was made of flimsy sheet metal. Returned it the next day. Recieved an email stating they could not publish my honest 2 star review because it didn't meet their guidelines (there was nothing offensive) but I am welcome to edit it by clicking a link. That link said that I already submitted. Can't even edit it.Spend your money at businesses who are willing to be accountable.
Dima Arden: Love it.
Biker Jdm: Not bad 👍
Leanna Morrison: Did a return for luggage that was damaged after one flight. They did a return for store credit and I was happy with that.
Der “oyamel5.0” meister: Fishing equipment supply for salmon!
Jackson Wong: Came here after doing an online order to pick up. Pickup is on the main floor behind the elevators in this small corner. Friendly service otherwise!
Frank Hannig: Whatever you are looking for you can likely find it here. Sporting goods, home renovation supplies, plumbing, paint, lighting, small appliances, hardware and more. An iconic Canadian shopping experience.
Greg Perperidis: Friendly service
Henry Lio: Reply to CT Grandview Team:I placed an online order for pick up. When I arrived at the store and at the pick up counter, I rang the bell and called the number numerous times and waited for 5~8 minutes, but still no one was there. I had to walk back to the front to ask someone for assistance. By the time I walked all the way back to the pick up counter. The customer representative was not friendly and not even slightly apologetic for the unnecessary wait.
S. Vahid: I had a very bad experience at this location Canadian Tire. When I went to the store to buy a four-wheel cart. I asked for help, but no one showed up. then I asked for help again, and someone showed up and they did not have any clue I was asking. He did not help and left me standing there. I took the last unit to the front desk with missing bolts and washers and bent corners. I asked for a discount, the cashier manager said $10 off. then she gave me $15 off on a $150 damaged unit. Asked for a bag or a box to carry all the bits and pieces, and the staff brushed me off. They were very rude to me. eventually, I returned the unit due to more missing parts. I felt unwelcomed by the store staff. I will never come to this location ever again.
micheal chan: The Asian gentle Tao in part department was really helpful. I was very confused and he helped me with all my parts and explain to me. My first time buying parts for my car. I bought the wrong oil but he helped me find the right oil and many other parts.
Надежда Сорок: Большой выбор растений.
Tablet Carlin: Missed their sale last week and Customer Service was willing to still give me the discount.
Carlos Tellez Garcia: Excelent store!!
john Louie: Good 👍 prices
Kelvin Fong: The only one in town with a fire arms section. Joe is extremely professional and personable. I love coming here to kill time!
Kaylah Zander-Nuñez: Canadian Tire is anti-union! They want to bust the Canadian actors union so they can pay the workers in their ads 60-90% less! Their advertising agency tears up collective agreements and locks out union workers. PLEASE don't shop here until they come back to the table.

Eric Hung: Always able to find what we need there, never disappoint
Will L: Visited the rental store and found the staff to be helpful.
Lenka Vaskova: Got all I needed for my small project!
N NC: NAM LE , he really helpful , he helped me alot around to pickup some things around garden, heavy soils bag , , bringing them to pay , to my car... Such a very nice helpful, friendly, nicee guy. Thanks a lot 🙏 Nam Le.
Anthea Williams: Have craft classes for youth 5-12 with online registration
Kaveh Hajighazi: Great store and friendly/knowledgeable staff.
Morgan H: Lots of great prices and very cool gadgets! I will note that the lady in charge of the self-checkouts was extremely good at what she does. Amazing customer service, and that feels great since it's lacking in so many places. Great experience here. Give that lady a raise!
Peter Kieser: Store opens at 7 am. Nobody scheduled to work in paint department til 8. Manager tried to help but wasn't able to. Suggested I wait around an hour for the person scheduled to show up. No offer of discount for a waste of my time.
Graydon Kubbernus: The staff were rude and I was not treated very well
J Tsang: Friendly workers there.
Terry Gordon: Well stockedGave it a 4 because it’s become harder to get any help.
Cael Tompai: This store is one of their best. Recommend. Contractor or Home owner this place has what you likely need. Larger selection than most.
Janett Poorman: One of the better home depots. For stock and tools. I am a Milwaukee fan and use this brand. Lucky for me Milwaukee opened a major outlet in this home Depot 😂😁
Joseph Wong: Very expensive.
Mark Kehler: What can you say. Has it all.
박요한: They have everything but you'll need a mask. The sawdust made me cough.
cici wilson: The home depot team are always eager to help u find what ever need
Kamyab Ebrahimkhani: Today I came here for buying some shelves and wood sheets. What a great service by “Gurman”. What a professional guy. Thanks alot hone depot team
Angad Ladhar: Francisco was a great help. He knows his products and was able to help us with our queries within minutes while also teaching us how we can go about it in the future. If you are in hardware needs at Home Depot, Francisco is the guy for it.
aftab ladhar: Francisco from hardware made my life sooooo easy! Kudos to that guy for helping and going extra mile. Gave me knowledge about how to pick tools and fasteners
Helen R: I just want to say that I experienced exceptional service at the Home Depot, Terminal Ave., Vancouver today. When I asked for directions, I was taken to the place where the plants were, and Olive, bless her heart, she actually loaded in my topsoil for me. Everyone was in a very customer service oriented mood, and it was a real pleasure to shop there. The choices of plants were abundant and they were all good quality. However, the prices have gone up quite substantially since last summer. It is still my “go to” place for home gardening materials.

London Drugs: what do users think?
SYDWAD: Tech literally never answers their here phone if you call them, so dont even try.
Kei Alaba: Waited at the cashier for the cash back then he said I have to go to other cashier because he don't do that. So I waited again until HANNY said they don't do cash back. I went outside to withdraw money because I really need it for bus, I came back to HANNY again for a $20 change and she gave me $7, I keep coming back because she keep giving me not enough change. I think she needs training how to count?. And please she needs a customer service training. She's so rude.
Sneha Sree: John is really Good .
Christopher McDonald: Placed an online order, was contacted the next day to say I was not getting my product at that price. False advertising.
eishasn y: Didn't expect to give ratings to a pharmacy usually, but after three tries to other drugmarts in vain, i was really happy and relieved to have finally found what I was looking for at this shop ~.~
Calvin Hill: Abishai completely made what would have been a nightmare a dream by helping me use crummy ministry vouchers that nobody wants to seem to treat as legal tender.Completely respectful and easy thank you much.
John Eyitayo: Good customer service at the Tech department, the staffs are friendly too.
Fabio Pfrommer: Some products are disgusting
Heather Tremblay: You have to be weary about ordering photos online and in store because they tax you twice at the checkout. They add the tax to the total but at checkout they charge tax on top of the tax they had on the online order
William Hunter: Security person Arun was very professional and friendly!!!William H.
Tony.: Riesen Auswahl an Drogerie Produkten, auch ist hier eine kleine Apotheke vertreten.
Faidra Berda: Yesterday I went into the cosmetics department at London Drugs on Granville and had one of the best customer service experiences ever. Nanda was so knowledgeable about all of the products and she recommended some fabulous skin care and make up that I just love. While helping me she noticed someone trying to shoplift and she politely asked me to wait a moment while she alerted security then she quickly returned to helping me. I was so impressed by her calmness and professionalism. Any employer would be lucky to have Nanda working for them. I will definitely be back to see her the next time I need new cosmetics.
Harran Shi: Massive London Drugs. Got everything I need however I wish their Milka chocolates can be more consistent. I like that they offer Milka cookies which is very rare. They have huge chocolate section now. About four isles of pure goodness. I also like their camera section, they display the cameras very nicely.
Jorge Ramos Ferreyra: Came to refill my prescription at 6:00 pm and they said they aren’t refilling prescriptions because they close at 7:00. Great customer service
Kenneth Lai: Candy bars are on sales.
Julia Hornyak: They have almost everything here and friendly workers...
Sean Morse: Waited 1 hour to be told I couldn't return my item. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Tech department and customer service desk are beyond useless and management is unresponsive.
Jason Kjorlien: Conveniently located on Granville Street (right downtown!).Can buy soft drinks (Cans or plastic bottles), various chocolate bars, toiletries, etc.
Jodi: Same discriminative downtown is known for, if you are in you 30-40's expect a babysitter by your side cause covid 19 protocols doo not apply when it comes to your personal space, makes me wonder why they ever bronner installing those fancy security systems that were supposed to make it so that they have on their eyes on their store without having to single out individuals with arcaic tactics such as chasing stalking and staring and I never to me you feel so uncomfortable that you leave rather than in finish all going to save already decided that you do not have money to be shopping there in the first place.
Guadalupe Salinas: Ya no es como hace años, le hacen falta articulos
Kristy Kaye: Love! Excellent customer service and friendly staff. It's a big, two level store televisions, stereos, beauty products...I could spend hours in this place.

Canadian Tire: what do users think?
Shameera Abeygunawardana: I visited the Canadian tire in south Vancouver. This is one of the worst Canadian tire franchises I have visited. Rude customer service from the staff and the supervisors. No help offered at all. Cambie street branch has way better customer service in Vancouver.
Robert Payravan: I always shop in canadian Tires friendly staff and prices.
J D: I can’t say enough good things about Joe in Automotive / Service. I honestly don’t think I would have kept going back if he wasn’t there. Exceptional service hands down! The store manager on the other hand, was extremely rude and because of him, I haven’t been back for past 5 years.
G C: Huge store. Difficult to find a staff on floor to assist. And this branch cannot match the lower price provided by other branch, so I had to travel to another branch to purchase the same product.
Juan Carlos Bribiesca Vázquez: It’s incredible how inexperienced sellers they have. Apart of the guys working at the auto center the rest of the guys have zero knowledge about the products. Make sure you have time to solve your doubts by your own!
Silversurfer Tabasco: 5 minutes talking with automotive department was enough to end almost half a century of buying at CT.
Cliff: Very good service
kwok, man chu: Car repair service is very popular, fair price, honest and reliable.
Patrick Friesen: Best store Best service 👍 and delivery and lady manager good service if you got a mistake or problem.
George L: It's ridiculous where I paid cash for an item I purchased from this store and they refused my refund because I lost my receipt. Be careful when buying from this store as they will take your money but refused to take your return. I even suggested getting a store credit but they still refused. Do not buy anything from this store they don't have customer service.
eric wong: Purchased an item and had to exchange it for another but it still didn't meet my needs. I went to return it and was told it can only be returned once and they can only give a store credit . I asked to speak to the manager, he was extremely unprofessional and rude. I haven't experienced any issues when returning an item anywhere else. Very poor service.
Alexander Martin: Really terrible selection and availability of hardware. The location is missing nuts and washers for normal sized bolts. Their website lists some in stock, but they couldn't find them. One staff member suggested I use 1/2" nuts with a 3/8" bolt. At checkout, the cashier miscounted the bolts I had by +15, and I had to count the 60 I bought again with them to make sure I was charged appropriately.
Cory Pidhaichuk: Great place for automotive supplies.Stopped by to check if they had firearm ammo, which most CTs have, and unfortunately, they do not carry any. You can get 30 different picket knives, but ammo, thats too much for them. Also, when to go check out the safes. (Firearm safes). *Apparently one of the only canadian tires that have them in stock*No one in the store could open them "we lost the keys". "So do you want to buy it?"😔. 3/6 safes were number dials FYI.
Chris: Lots of stuff to check out. Prices are higher than some other similar stores.
George Sisic: Long waiting time, need more staff and stop harassing people with credit card
Vladyslav Isaienko: I went to Canadian Tire to buy a car tire pump. The store consultant doesn`t know his products. He sold me a different type of item with the words -"Yes this is what you want". Which wasn`t true. And their return policy doesn`t allow you to return an item if the box was opened. So do your own research couse their workers are unreliable.Poor service.
Ghost Song: Tons of product , pretty well organized. Huge store with good parking.
Jong Jin Han: 전구사러 갔는데 찾기가 힘들어 직원분께 도움을 요청했더니 정말 친절하게 응대해 주셨습니다.
Tony Saul: I basically found what I wanted on my own. But when I asked for help. Customer service person helped me right away. Very nice...and cashier was great and good to talk to.... but as usual you always end up buy what you didn't go there for. Like this watch for only $9.99!
TheRealM: Terrrribbllleee Returns policy. (Its been like that for over 20 years, but still.) They have nice stuff with generally good prices. Still my go to for a lot of day to day items.

Walmart Supercentre: what do users think?
Saska Djordjevic: Customer service is so poor. We had to deal with two associates that weren't helpful at all and quite rude. They need to work on their skills, as they didn't show any interest in helping us.
Well Chen: 很好買分類很棒
Joseph Paull: Poor store service. Got two Google Play gift cards. $50 card was validated, the $100 card was not. Store has a no return policy.
Tuấn Kiệt Nguyễn: These sales associates are depressed or something; I am just looking for my things and pay for them at the self-checkout, then this sale associate, who seems like they just rolled out of bed earlier or something, wearing an orange printed graphic T-shirt was kept on stalking me since I am looking for a face wash. Then after I finished checking out, I was about to leave Walmart; then this lady (the same one) came up to me and asked, “Did you pay for this?” I was like shocked, and I was a regular customer as well.Walmart! Trained your employees better!!!
Karolina Forrest: Would give this store a zero rating. I dropped in with my reusable bag to grab soap, toothpaste, deodorant and while there I grabbed a dress and shorts for my daughter (age 11). I was wearing a t-shirt ( no jacket), fitted jeans with my wallet and phone in the back pocket. You might be wondering why I am being so specific.....well this is to paint a picture that I did not have a backpack, purse, shawl, sweater, or jacket with me. While I was walking to the register with my items in my one reusable bag I was loudly yelled at by a tall, slender built person, wearing plastic see-through gloves, a black hoodie, with short black hair. I later learned that this person was undercover security and their name. The person yelled "do you need help". I responded "no" the person came towards me and said " yes you do, you need a cart, you can't use your reusable bag". One since when is using a reusable wrong (no signage no policy prohibiting this) and two I was walking to the register. I responded " I don't need a cart I'm going to check out" (this was in eyeline of the register). The person then said something like "oh yeah then keep walk" while ushering me to the front of the store. She then proceeded to stare at me and follow me to checkout. Upon reaching the register the person stood in close proximity and watched me. I asked the check out clerk who the person watching me was as this whole thing made me extremely uncomfortable. The clerk stated that the person staring was security. I asked the clerk to call the manager and then I turned to the security person and asked her if she would like to check my pockets and double check my bag ensuring that it was empty. Her response was something like "you keep doing what your doing". The main issue is that this person was rude, abrasive, unapologetic for her miss read of the situation, and never identified herself as security or why she was engaging with me in the first place. The public humiliation was not only uncalled for and unacceptable but will have a lasting effect on my mental health. After paying I spoke to the manager who like the clerk was kind and understanding. Unfortunately, theft is an issue at the store but this is no excuse for rude, abrasive, intimidating and insulting behaviour. The real unfortunate part of the story is that I am a person with anxiety. This situation left me shaking while I was in the store and having an anxiety attack in the parking lot after. While this person will likely go on to work in this store behaving like this towards others, I will be suffering the consequences of this interaction for months to come. Not only will I never return to this Walmart location (even though it is the closest to my home), I will likely struggle with anxiety everytime I will need to go into any store period. If shopping at this Walmart be aware this kind of interaction happened, hopefully this review will help someone else avoid the humiliation and anxiety I have had to suffer through today.
Sasa Lin: The staffs were welcome you with morning greetings this morning, very friendly and helpful with their beautiful smile, Thank you for good service and providing a comfortable shopping environment.
Mr ATeam604: Anyone else get annoyed by this? Walmart Metrotown please work with property management to rectify this issue.
Sammy Wilson: Helpful staff.
Yi Ling Kuo: Poor management, the cashier asked me to go the customer service, and customer service said I should go to the cashier for an unlabelled product.
Muhammad Rafi Latif: Very bad experience from customer service desk. Very poor customer service. They don’t follow proper return policy. I went there recently to exchange my safety shoe with receipt. But the Indian guy from return desk behave rudely and refuse to return. Also I want to talk to the manager but did call the manager. Even he just ignored me and start to deal with another customer. They don’t even follow 90 days return policy. This is really disappointing.
myyenli: I purchased with Apple Pay and tried to return an item with Apple Pay, but the store won't accept a return thru Apple Pay or any other cards that I have. They keep insisting I take store credit.
Olga Valchenko: Not all of the staff is polite and helpful enough
Sofia Ramírez: Check one of the photos where everything is disorganized, most of the employees don't know where the products are.Walmart is a good brand, just deserve better service.
Marcus Lip: Went to pick up a new phone. The staff was nice and pleasant.
Salvador Vargas: I’m general is ok but Some products are damaged (bread buns) I had to trash it because they were wet also
Lynn F: The only thing this WM needs is a deli counter. Fruits and vegetables are cheaper here but realĺy bad qùality. They stil sell milk at regular price even when there's only 2 or 3 days left. Do not buy the Great Value cheese as it doesn't melt and I've found bits of mold in it. Walmart doesn't have the best baked goods
David Loker: Some prices beat RCSS, some don't. So I selectively shop here and at RCSS
Taylor Kirkland: We initially parked on the second level because the first was full, only to find the elevator is not working (no out of order sign either). We packed our baby back into the car and parked on the third level as it has direct access to Walmart. When entering we were told that the doors were closing and we would not be able to exit the way we came in. When we brought up the issue of the lack of elevator we were told security was looking into it by an older gentlemen at the door. Roughly 10 minutes later we return to find the elevator still out of order and we’re told we needed to exit out the main doors on the ground level. Which means we would have had to walk up 3 flights of stairs, with our stroller, baby and a box of diapers and wipes to get to our car. All while I am 8 months pregnant!! How is it okay to block the only accessible access to the upper levels on the parking lot?! The older gentlemen was extremely rude and either unwilling or incapable of helping whatsoever. The manager was full of nothing but excuses and couldn’t see the problem that closing the doors caused, just wanted to blame the mall for the lack of elevator. We weren’t the only ones there who were facing the same problem and highly doubt the issue was escalated and dealt with. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. on a side note, I overheard the older gentlemen say to a couple who was asking if the checkouts were open “do you not see the red light, what do you think red means”
King Ma: This branch is huge with two seperate floor. Clean and well organized inside the store. Self checkout station is great. More efficient and fast. Close to SkyTrain and bus station, also it connects to access to the mall, so convenient.
Meredith Kemp: A young man at the till. Didn’t look at me didn’t talk to me and didn’t even put my things on the convorbelt after scanning. My yogurts were sitting in front of him next to the scanner. With plexiglass and card machine impossible for me to reach around and grab. I was stretching and grabbing them and said, ‘Can you help me.’ He just looked at me and said ‘What’. I guess this is why I always do self check out.
