Sveta L: Terrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. I called in the morning and asked for the guy that helped me to solve a problem that was created by the sales person. One lady told me that he’s going to be there after 3pm and took my information so he can call me back. I called around 5pm and another lady picked up the phone and started yelling at me and telling me that he doesn’t work there anymore and that I should go to the apple store. She didn’t even asked me why I needed his help.

Randeep Dosanjh: I hired Ariel Cachon as our Day of Coordinator from Umbrella Events for our Big Day. Ariel is awesome! Not only is she fun, super down to earth but this woman knows how to pull off a seamless event! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and pulled off the exact vision I was after for our wedding day. She responded in a timely fashion to all my emails, accommodated calls and in-person meetings when needed. I was a stress-free bride on my wedding day thanks to Ariel and her exceptional organizational skills. A huge thank you to Kim as well who was the 2nd wedding coordinator on hand at our wedding from Umbrella Events, she did a great job as well. What I liked most about working with Ariel was her relaxed but can-do attitude, thank you for making our wedding day one of the most memorable days of our lives!

Tom Chung: Don't fall for their "Promotions" or "Deals". It's actually a scam - I am not exaggerating. I was promised to pay a certain amount per month and receive certain rebates. Fido was not aware of any of the contents I discussed with the store associate (Mitch). They kept and is still charging me amounts way beyond what I was promised and there is nothing I can do. Now I'm stuck with a 2 year plan with very bad network coverage.Fido customer service is absolute garbage and they don't understand basic English. I had to repeat things multiple times and in different ways but they never understand a thing they say. And they purposely drop your call if they don't know what to do. Piece of advice, if you want to get anywhere with customer service, just try to get the manager on the line - at least they understand English enough to have a descent conversation.In sum: signing up with Fido is the one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my life and a decision I deeply regret. Once my plan is over, I will be switching to anything but Fido.
Natasha G: Go anywhere else, the associates will not help you and if they ‘try’ they’ll do the bare minimum and stare at your face without a solution or even trying. I asked if they had a phone charger I could use while I waited as my phone was low on charge and the associate told me she doesn’t have any chargers. I’ve never been to a cellphone store that doesn’t have a charger they can give a client while they wait to be assisted lol So unprofessional and unhelpful.

Susanne M.: Went to Fido Kingsgate Mall to pick up a data sim card and left with a tablet + sim + half the monthly fee! I had tried a 3 days prior to purchase one on Fido's Live Chat but it never showed up (apparently the order was never put through). Shared this with Sahand and he listened and was able to get me what I wanted plus more! He was approachable, easy to talk to, respectful to all his customers and overall, a nice person. It's so nice when the customer experience is so positive. Thank you, Sahand. Keep up the great service!

Door signals and motion detectors not working. Had install in Sept 2019 and problems since then. Seems to have faulty equipment and technicians adapt they are not familiar with the equipment. We will be cancelling our service

Mike Magrum: Had a networking problem on Sunday. Spent three hours on the phone getting bounced around like a ping pong ball by people telling me that it wasn’t their problem. I was ready to dump Telus when I finally got Rod in tech support. Solved my problem in a couple of minutes. If it wasn’t for that, I would be using a different provider. Thanks again Rod.
