Frame of Mind Fine Art & Framing Inc.: what do users think?
Karen Lam: I love Chantelle's framing work - there's something about getting your special piece framed by a fellow artist who loves the art as much as you. When you arrive, you're greeted by Lucy the pup, whose ears are pretty well larger than the size of her body. Leave your art in Chantelle's capable hands and you will not go wrong. It might not be the cheapest place to frame, but it is most definitely the best.
Alice Podmore: This is the best place to get anything framed! Chantelle is extremely knowledgeable and helped create an amazing frame even when our canvas wasn't quite square! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality framing
Seanna Evans (Searaevan): I'll be honest, when I got the quote for my frame, I was a bit shocked by the price. It was my first experience framing with anyone other than Michaels, so it makes sense. I was super happy with the look of the framing, but the frame cost almost as much as the artwork...HOWEVER. I can confidently say that it was 1000% worth the cost. Due to improper wall hanging on our part (we have tile over our fireplace, so hanging is...complicated) this picture has fallen from about 6 ft high TWICE. The second time, it fell onto a glass structure below it (facepalm emoji) and the frame is still completely intact. There are a few chips and dents on the bottom piece of the frame, understandably, but the structural integrity is still there, no broken glass and the art is completely protected. Highly recommend. And needless to say, we will get the thing professionally installed next time, or stick to what we know...Walls.
Yuri Artibise: Good work. Great support of local art.
Les Ennis: Chantelle is amazing. Great eye and has the experience to bring the most out of the piece with beautiful framing.
Carrie Kiesewetter: Chantelle was so thoughtful when it came to our large pieces of art. They came out beautifully and we are so pleased with the results!
S Buchanan: Chantelle recently framed a number of pieces for me and I was delighted with the results. Her vast experience and innate colour sense guide her excellent choices. Small wonder she is the framer of choice for so many professional artists. Top notch!
weibetter: HORRIBLE!! BE WARNED!! She did such a DISASTROUS JOB the nail from the frame went through the painting and caused a HOLE in my painting. So many jewels also disappeared from the painting too. Owner did not even say anything about it. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL WORK ever and it costed $200. IRRESPONSIBLE AND HORRIBLE.
Patrick A: Great service and suggestions, been back repeatedly.
Mike Smythe: Very knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Frame of Mind
William Mainguy: Chantelle is an incredibly talented framer as well as kind hearted human! I've brought multiple pieces to her now ranging from vintage newspapers to straight forward prints. Each time, she puts in a concerted effort to understand your ideas and gives excellent recommendations of how to achieve the outcome.Time and time again I find myself very thankful for her guidance, especially for the tricky pieces that don't necessarily even start as art pieces- they all end up making such a beautiful impact on the overall presentation. The materials, and methods she uses for the finished product are world class- I wouldn't bring pieces anywhere else.
Glenn Kachmar: Frame of Mind did a very professional job of my brother's painting. I will definitely be back.
Tim Pezarro: Excellent advice on different frame options.
Aileen H: Quality work completed quickly. Chantelle has a great eye for colour and layout. it was a pleasure working with her.
Heather Briese: This business is without a doubt a business that listens to your needs, takes the time with you and creates amazing memorable art that speaks to the heart and soul and is one of a kind. My partner arranged with Chantelle to create a shadowbox with a canoe paddle my father had custom made for me 40 years ago & five of my favourite photos of my Dad and I. My dad was very special to me but died just about 21 years ago. This shadowbox is in our living room above our fireplace. It was a gift from my amazing partner for my 50th birthday. When I look at it daily, I'm reminded of my Dad and his love for nature and his family. Thanks Chantelle for making this milestone birthday extra special.
Margaret Noonan: Chantelle was so a accomodating and provided some excellent guidance on how to best display my picture. Highly recommend you try Frame of Mind.Margaret
Brian Kummer: Chantelle did a wonderful job with my Paddle Shadow Box Frame.Thank You Very Much 🙂
janeen elliott: Chantelle has a great eye and knows what it takes to allow your artwork to speak for itself, and to be not overwhelmed by the frame or matte work. I had a piece that was a focal point in my home, and wanted to be sure to take it to someone with experience and the talent it takes for quality framing, and this is the place! She zeroed in on the right treatment almost as soon as I put it on the table! Great experience.
Steve Denroche: Great eye, helpful, excellent work. Met her through her work for Artists for Kids.
Michael Fong: We first met Chantelle when the “Artist for Kids” recommended her (one of two framers in Vancouver) to frame a new purchase. Since that time we have used her exclusively. Her artistic talent, experience and execution is very evident in all her work. Chantelle’s has the ability to find the heart of art, whether it be two or three dimensions, and bring it forward using a blend of the frame, the matte and presentation to compliment this focus. She listens carefully to our input and offers alternatives to guide us into a collaborative decision. We are so pleased with Chantelle’s work that we would never consider going to any other place.
David Ray: If you want an artist to frame your art, this is the best place I know of in town. Anywhere, really. I've been going there for years.

Kimprints: what do users think?
Bryan Dott: Fun shop with everything from cards to novelties a great shop to go to in Gastown
Christopher Blazina: Is good place to pick up for fed ex
Blake Macdonald: Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Did a great job working with us through framing a special piece, and we’re very transparent about the pricing and options.Dog friendly!
Anette Boersma: I’m doing a major renovation and needed someone that would put the time and care into framing our art. The staff at Kimprints was amazing! They ensured my order went smoothly and arrived perfectly. I will forever and always recommend them for all framing needs. Plus the shop is super cute and has the best gifts!
Baby Gwen: Absolutely love kimprints!! I'm a long time costumer, great service every time I come in. The staff are very friendly and super helpful, could not recommend this place enough!!
Nick Rong: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great experience buying a frame for my certificate/diploma. They have frames with different size options.
Andrea Pino-Olivares: Lots of unique, beautiful and creative gift ideas and cards. Love to go there when I am looking for something special for someone. Usually find things for myself too.
Gerry Garcia: Had a multi panel picture done and it turned out great.
Nayeli Sanchez: Excelent!
pat pri: I bought a painting from this shop (bought two others paintings a few years ago). Mrs Briscoe rolled it and mailed in a tube . Extras were paid. But when arrived, a straight cut (9.5 cms) was on canvas although the tube was intact. For refund, I have to pay shipping, customs, handling by shop (demand from the shop), the total is more than refund ! Well planned !
Courtney-rose Flynn: Awful, Elderly white lady needs manners and WRONGFULLY accused a random customer of stealing a 6$ sticker!!!!!! 😕😡
Sterling Graham: Went to pickup a large parcel from FedEx with which the lovely staff offered to lend me a dolly to carry it home. They ended up cutting handles into the sides for me and this made the journey much easier!
Paolo G: The best place to buy local painting in downtown. Not overpriced.
A McK (Venom604#1841): Great fast and kind folks
Bren H: I brought a piece of damaged art to Kimprints hoping by some chance they could help out. Kim went out of her way, and had the original artist bring it back to life. I'm very thankful for this kind act and would recommend this place to anyone.
Cesar Calle: Excellent service.
Kat Avocado: First and last time going to this unfriendly and discriminatory store. My sister and I went there to pick up a package as it is a FedEx delivery site as well - and as soon as we entered the establishment, no one greeted us . A blonde woman sat at the front desk, saw us and said nothing. We had to go to the side of the other front desk and get the attention of a younger brunette woman. We said hi and that we were there to pick up an oversized package. She said okay and turned to ask the blonde woman if she would help us with the task to which she replied “yeah I will” then continued to sit there and turn to a white male customer who had already been helped and began making conversation with him. The brunette woman saw that she wasn’t helping us and began the paperwork/computer work part of the transaction so we could finally get our package. It’s the little micro-aggressions like this that leave a bad taste in your mouth about a business. That and the cringey “wall of shame” around the door frame. Large, blown up pictures of shoplifters gives the overall establishment a negative, judgey and unwelcoming vibe.
Dianne Baccay: They have such a large selection, with cards for almost every occasion!
Jad Bou Mattar: Amazing posters
Jamie Gairns: A number of years ago I went to the Kimprints with some amazing prints I picked up in Hanoi from a local street artist. Having never framed anything before I didn't know what to expect, but Kim walked me through the process of choosing frames, mats and what the best sizes would be for each piece. Those pieces are still on my wall to this day.I went back a few years after that with two posters I picked up in Warsaw. I fell in love with the idea of transferring the posters to canvas and mounting them on stretcher bars. These two posters are also still on my wall.I recently had a huge canvas print of some street art I encountered in Prague. I couldn't be more thrilled with the results.
Jovian Radheshwar: This is an amazing local business and their work is pure art.

Artrageous Pictures and Framing: what do users think?
Kathy L: Beautiful and unique art surrounds you.
Sophia Romanchuk: I came in for a relatively last minute gift, and the workmanship was incredible. I had three records framed, and they came out exactly as had been discussed and envisioned. Had some small communication issues, but this was to be expected during such an extremely busy holiday rush. The outcome was well worth the wait; impeccable quality and work. The lovely staff even sent me home with a gift certificate for the miscommunications, but I don’t intend on using it as the quality of product is very well worth the price. Thank you!
Scott Greenfield: I brought in a mixed media piece to get framed and was extremely happy with the results. They provided expert service and helped recommend the options that would work best with piece. They went the extra mile to ensure the best results, removing backing from the original mounting and repairing wear on the front. One slight disappointment, there was a decent sized nick on the top part of the new frame. It won't been seen once it's hung, so it's not a huge issue. I would highly recommend them. Edit: they reached out after my issue with the frame and I'm very pleased. Again, cannot recommend enough, great setvice.
Brynmor Crookall: Excellent framing & lots of great cards.
Sean Graham: Super helpful and non-pushy staff (special call out to Eric) and owner who gave very thoughtful advice on how I should frame two items. I am really happy with the final products. They also have a well-curated selection of non-Hallmarky (local and independent) greeting cards. This store is just lovely, all round and worth the trip to Commercial Drive (I live on the other side of the city).
merion g: Great owner and staff who go above and beyond!
Eugene Shmitsman: Great framing, fabric stretching is very precise, reasonable prices. Thank you
Dorsa Khormali: Lovely store. The cards and the lovely writing set was all I needed to make my day brighter
C.J. Volney: Really nice store with some great selection of local art
phil Nealy: They do great work, they surpassed my expectation on a rush order. I would highly recommend, quality work, even with the last minute changes, not to mention very nice to deal with.
Meg Sequeira: One of my favorite haunts on the street I call home. I pop in at least once a week for new cards to mail out or to check out new art. Eleri + Estella are lovely company too. Every piece in our home has been framed here, including a rare family heirloom and there's no end in sight!
Adam Campbell: Great little neighbourhood framing place. I’ve been coming here for years, they just did another piece for me and i’m happy every time. : )
Martin Kitchen: I was given excellent advice by knowledgeable and friendly staff. The framing was done tastefully and the craftsmanship was impeccable. I shall certainly come here again, should I need any more framing to be done.
G M: Just had my second picture framed here and once again I'm delighted with the result. Great advice and great service!
David lemaire: Came to frame a huge painting (2m×1m roughly) made by my sister. I had fantastic help on what to choose. The result is amazing. The painting is perfectly framed. Thank-you !
Iris Cai: Love the unique finds from this store. The owner even gave me design advice and suggest other stores on and offline to meet my needs. She truly puts her customers first rather than making a sale!
Ruochen Sun: Super helpful and friendly staff!
Tamar Haytayan: Eleri & Estrella were great and I am so happy with the end result. Estrella guided me to make the right decision about the framing and I am so happy I went with that as it is a much better way to exhibit my work. I would recommend Artrageous as your framing go to place and the prices are reasonable for what you get. Great service, great people and you will be helping a small local business. So, go for it!
Natalie Finkle: I bought my first painting recently and was looking where to stretch and frame the art work. I Googled and found Artrageous near my home. I'm so glad I did! The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I had Estrella show me how the lines of the artist could match the lines and curves on the frame. As well, she looked through the mood/ colours of my bedroom and chose a colour to match. The framed painting looks stunning in my room and is definitely what everyone comments on. I just dropped off a second painting with Jonathen and am excited to see how it turns out!
David Knights Cowling: I always come here to buy cards for presents or special events. Really nice curation of designs. Comfortable place to browse.
Jeannie Stubbs: We've had many paintings framed at Artrageous over the past 15 years or so and have found their expertise inspiring and helpful. All he employees we've met are artists themselves, and are knowledgable and creative. Pamela and Bill are thoughtful and honest owners who I cannot recommend enough!

Framagraphic - Custom Picture Framing: what do users think?
Perry Boeker: Yup, they've got their act together. Skillful advice patiently delivered as we considered our many framing options.I can confidently recommend the team and Framagraphic for prompt excellent service.
Austen Pearson: The team at Framagraphic couldn’t be more helpful. Great work, solid prices on their selection of glass and couldn’t be faster with their turn-around times. No need to visit any other frame shops, these guys have you covered.
Erica Yuen: Reasonably priced with great service. The frame came out really nice!
Johanne Cashman: These people are wonderful and their professionalism is second to none. I ordered mats and UV non-glare glass to fit a store bought frame that was supposed to be 16 x 20 inches. The glass didn’t fit, it was just perhaps 1/8 of an inch too large. I went back to the shop with my frame this time and it turns out the frame was not exactly the right size. Despite this, they replaced the glass, cut it while I waited and placed it in the frame, put in new clips and backboard, all without charging me. I will definitely be going back there!
Amber Marple: Excellent service! I purchased a Groupon voucher and the stuff at Frameographic were helpful from start to finish. I emailed them with an inquiry and they got back to me straight away. I made an appointment to come in and get a painting framed and they had a ton of options, as well as great pricing. Staff were super friendly through email, phone, and in person interactions. I highly recommend them for any of your framing needs!
Megan M: Amazing service, competitive prices, and knowledgeable staff.
Nest Camera: The purpose of my initial framing consultation with Gerry Giroux of Framagraphic was to determine if my Niece’s art prints could be framed before her birthday next month. The remarkable level of personal attention to detail and the overall service experience is notable from the onset. While the moulding, matting and glass combinations are seemingly endless, it’s the practice of active listening, open communication and Gerry’s professional manner, in and of itself, may be why Framagraphic is considered the standard of excellence against which to measure and compare.
Jonathan Carfrae: Very friendly and efficient service. I felt like the care and time was put into helping me decide on the different frames I wanted for my various pieces. Will use again and recommend highly.
Nicole Simpson: Friendly, expert service
Trish: I've had a few prints framed here, the first piece was a limited edition Tokidoki print and I wanted a pink frame for my print. They do such an awesome job here, they recommended a metallic rose gold frame (which compliments the artwork), how much matting I should use for the look I am trying to achieve and what type of glass to protect it from the UV rays. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am so happy with my first print, it is just so beautiful and I love looking at it! When I received another limited edition Tokidoki print for my birthday; I of course, had to come back to Framagraphic to frame the second print. It is so great that they keep client records even if you hadn't been there in a couple of years! Although the original rose gold frame was no longer available, I was able to get another beautiful pink metallic frame which also complimented the artwork! I am so happy with my framed prints, I had all my husband's Star Wars prints framed here as well! I just ordered another Tokidoki print and of course, I will be coming back really soon to get the new one framed from here too! Thanks so much for the customer service, attention to details and recommendations!
Itamar Shani: Lovely
Andrew Stulken: These guys were so helpful and great to deal with, from the second I walked in until I left with my beautifully framed picture a day later. They also helped me save a bunch by using a frame they already had made. If you're reading this review just go to Framagraphic already.
Moises T: great work
Anick Violette: I am a professional photographer and have been using Framagraphic for all my client framing for over 5 years now and they have always provided me with amazing service and flawless work. I highly recommend their services.
Sam S: My "go to" for stretching and framing. Very knowledgeable staff who take the time for your piece
Jose Carlos de Macedo Soares: Top customer service. Went to frame tiles I had. Offered me several options and explained the final result with each. Final product very solid and well done. Highly recommend.
Candace Suessmilch: Found an obscure print in an old shop here in Saskatoon; sent it out to Gerry at Framagraphic who worked his magic! Loved the result!! Thanks Gerry :)
S. Shapiro: Excellent customer service, very informative. Who knew frames could do so much talking for a piece of art! Really makes a difference, especially when you have knowledgeable frame techs :)
Aaron Griffiths: Fast turn around to get our canvas framed and it looks spectacular! Thank you.
P. W.: Excellent selection and work. Very helpful team!!
Kathryn Langsford: We are a fine art portrait photography studio and have had nothing but (dozens and dozens of) wonderful experiences working with Framagraphic. The level of customer service they provide is outstanding. The team is very knowledgeable, with great attention to detail and are happy to find creative solutions to best display every piece of art brought to them. The quality of their work and quick turnaround times have been a game changer for our studio and we will continue to have Framagraphic take care of all our framing needs.

KENT Picture Framing: what do users think?
Mystic Medicines: Good pricing
Ashley Lambert-Maberly: Used yelp to see if there were any great framing shops I may not have known about, and KENT jumped to the top of the list and is but a short drive away. I took my ukiyo-e print to them, and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. It began well: I said "this is special, so I'd like to use the museum quality good stuff" and they said "that's all we ever use," so I knew I was in good hands. The finished product looked terrific (I'd post a pic, but it's under wraps until Christmas) and was, given how busy they are, relatively swiftly done, in about two/three weeks.
Beau Dalton: Perfection is their bare minimum. Kent makes the impossible, possible. Beyond grateful. 🙏🏻
Alex Neumann: I've been using these guys for years - Kent has very helpful staff and always does excellent quality work. Thanks!
p p: Great place to get something framed professionally! We had a soccer shirt that needed reframing the original frame that came with the shirt was very flimsy. Kent was great at showing us options and the final cost. Turnaround was 3 week but we were not in a rush. Final product was great and we can't wait to hang it up!
kelly strain: I brought in a very dark print that is super delicate to work with and they did an amazing job. It looks perfect and I would highly recommend them
James Glave: Went above and beyond to deliver a job inside a tight deadline. Delighted with the work.
Nick Pizza: 9/10 (rounds up to 5/5)The framing team here is absolutely outstanding.I came by with a tricky framing request as it was a multi layered piece and they did an unbelievable job. The care that goes into each framing job makes it well worth it. Our quote was 30% more than quote at Michael's, but again worth it in my opinion. Will be back for those special pieces for sure. They are extremely busy, turn around was about a month, but they were upfront at first visit on their schedule.👌👌
David Ro: I never write reviews for places but I had to for this one. KENT Framing was so professional with their work. I dealt with Kent directly and I was so pleased. Gave me a great quote, and was able to frame a poster before Christmas for me in such a short time frame. The poster turned out great and I could not be happier. I have nothing but great things to say, please don't hesitate to go here!
FERNANDA DENIZE VELAZQUEZ: ABSOLUTELY PLEASED WITH Everyone at Kent!!! They did an amazing job stretching/framing my embroidered textile and it looks magnificent. My client was very pleased with the results, too!ProfesionalNiceFriendlyReasonable priceWill be coming back!Thank you againFernanda V.
Shabnam Mirshokraie: I recently ordered a mirror with Kent Picture Framing. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the level of responsiveness (always got quick responses to my emails). They also have a fairly good collection of frames and the one I selected looks great on my mirror. I highly recommend Kent Picture Framing if you need a custom made framed mirror!
Robbie Cooke: Wonderful experience! I had a frame that needed repaired and they did a fantastic job. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Matthew McDonagh: I found Kent via Google search for picture framing professionals in Vancouver, and I'm glad I did! Kent was super responsive and great to communicate with via email. He mounted a 60" x 30" giclee print on wood canvas for me and installed really sturdy and good quality mounting hardware. It looks great in my office. Once I decide what style and colour floater frame I want for it, as well as some other pieces of canvas art in the house, I'm definitely going to return.
J D: Fabulous experience working with Amie and the team at Kent! They provide exceptional service both in terms of advice for framing options and the actual framing. Highly recommend them.
erin smith: Amazing! Super helpful and on-the-spot service! Highly recommended!
Randy Sutton: Great place. Due to my poor planning had a rush job before a long weekend and they accommodated me and got it done. Great job too. 😊
Leanne Low: What a fabulous experience. Kent and Amy were not only friendly but accommodating and professional. Highly recommend.
Bart: I brought in a print to be framed for a Christmas gift at Kent's Framing. The staff were really helpful and recommended some options as they had framed this exact print before. They gave me a price quote and stated it would take about a week. They called and texted to let me know it was ready. They did an amazing job and I was really pleased. Unfortunately, the frame was dropped when it was being hung at home. I brought it back to Kent's for repair. They graciously did not charge anything extra for the repair, which they obviously did not have to do as the damage was my own fault. I would highly recommend Kent's Framing if you want quality work and excellent customer service. I will be returning in the future.
Kristy McClocklin: I brought in a poster to be dry mounted and KENT Framing provided above and beyond in regards to customer service. They care about the quality of their end product as well as their customers. Friendly and down to earth service from all of the individuals I interacted with whether it was in person, email or over the phone. If you have something to be custom framed, trust this team. They will make sure you are satisfied with the end result.
Connie Geier: I have had shadow boxes repaired here and they did a great job. Yesterday I went back to have some scratched picture frames touched up. They did them on the spot and then said it was on the house! These are expert technicians who have big hearts.
Mary Renaud: In the past three years, I have had two custom mirrors, as well as a dozen (and counting!) framing jobs done by the brilliant staff at Kent Picture Framing. Each time, I've relied on their taste and expertise in the selection of my frames and without exception, each piece has been enhanced by their product knowledge and fine eye for detail. The people at Kent are highly skilled, professional and most important, seem to really like and take pride in their work. Every job is given individual consideration and attention, the price point is reasonable, and the work is always completed within the time-frame specified. Whether you are framing personal mementos or valuable fine art, I would not hesitate to recommend Kent Picture Framing. You won't be disappointed and your work will be elevated in the process.

Time Frame Gallery: what do users think?
Robert Cromagnon: Great service at a reasonable price. Christie's experience and advice were invaluable in helping us decide exactly what we wanted and the attention to detail was impeccable. This will be our go-to store as we redecorate our apartment.
Robin Adams: Amazing customer service. I had a complicated project with a tight timeline and Christie at Time Frame Gallery made it all happen. Prompt, clear, and helpful communication throughout the process with a real willingness to help with our deadline. Wonderful flexibility. I strongly recommend this business for your framing needs.
Proud Nutbush: I had a great experience having some art framed at Time Frame Gallery. Christie really took the time to go through each step of the process to help me choose the perfect frame. It turned out excellent.
Matias Marquez: Great company! Christie has done a couple frames of us - always fantastic and well worth the money. Recently, our wedding was showcased in a magazine and she did an outstanding job framing it for us! Thank you Christie and the team at Time Frame. Awesome local company.
Mary-Sarah Andreas: This place really knows what they're doing! They are very careful and detail oriented, I'm so happy with the way they framed some of artwork/photos and made them look absolutely perfect! I will not go anywhere else for my framing needs! Quality work by quality people!
Hussain Alaqrawi: Very good experience and welcoming staff lots of interesting items
Doug Zdanivsky: Very happy with the framing job and help with the selection for my 3 pictures. Professional and pleasant service. Will continue to use them, good luck in their new location.
Nina Star: Great service and atmosphere! Excellent manicure, pedicure! The most lash lift in Vancouver and quality accessories for home care after procedures! Individual stuff for each client - it's very important. I love you, girls!! Thank you for everything!!!
Matthew Thiesen: Good framing shop. I only needed some basic re-matting and the work was done extremely well. They matched a pair of prints which both needed different matting. Great job.Second time I visited I needed a basic frame and matting. A stock frame was all good to go and the service was quick. Nice and friendly staff! The shop is quirky and speaks to Vancouver's off-the-cuff humour.
Jeff M: Had a great experience.. Thought it was good value for the service.
Listen Chen: sells racist content & dismisses concerns by people of colour. gross.
Zoe Lam: They sell racist cards. When contacted by unhappy customers, they blamed the manufacturer and the previous owner of the store, as if they had no control over what's (not) sold in the store.
Thomas Ip: Snobby attitude, terrible service, definitely has a feel of judging you at the door. The merchandise here are not out of the ordinary, and overpriced as well. However, they do have a large collection of cards, some of them being more tasteless than usual. Their framing service appears to be worth it if you have something that is really quite an important keepsake, then it would be worth the abysmal service.Great location, but would avoid unless I have to frame a self-portrait of Gandhi.
Cecilia Teixeira: I bought three artworks in Japan and took them to Time Frame Gallery to have they framed. Their work is absolutely great. They did a wonderful job. Highly recommended!
First Last: Long story to describe, but customer service is not the best one in downtown. I would rather next time buy my card from any other store near buy like Nordstrom or Winners or HomeSence or IGA market... If you want to get bad customer service and pay for it, this is the right place to shop for a card. I would not recommend this store, and I won't ever shop there again. This is what happened in short."Can I please pay for my card?""What you have to do is to wait until someone will come and help you""I don't really have much time to wait. I am running late for my doctors appointment, but I wanted to buy for him Christmas card.""Your bad time management does not affect our business""Well, your bad customer service doesn't affect me either" After I said this, he took my card and said that it was not for sale.He seemed like the owner of the store, but not really smart one for sure since he treats customers who brings money into his business like that. Make sure he is in the good mood when you want to visit them LOL
Mb Langley: Karl you are amazing my man. Thank you for all the help

Frame Right Picture Frames: what do users think?
jacky nelson: I’ve been coming here for years and had many pictures framed, every experience has been great and all the framing is very well done, I won’t go anywhere else. Nothing but great work comes out if this store and they are swamped with repeat customers!
Petra Quiñones: I like to have information about this picture and who is the author
Ian Macdonald: After reading all the positive reviews thought I would try this shop. I dropped off pictures in July 2021, NEVER heard from owner. I called before Christmas 2021, and was assured that they would be done promptly. NEVER heard anything again. I finally went to store in April 2022, and NOTHING had even been started ? I had multiple pictures to be done, and MORE waiting in the wings....NOTHING even started, and NO contact from store ? I picked up my pictures and have taken them to "Michaels", done in 2 Weeks with EXCELLENT results.
Alison Shepherd: Excellent service and quality of work. The best framing ideas and workmanship ever!
Katie Mills: Randy is such a nice guy. He stretched our canvas and did such a nice job. He quoted us the exact price as well. Took a while (over a month) to get the job done but 100% worth having it done well by a local company than by overpaying to get it done at Michaels or something like that. Thank you Randy.
Craig Hopkins: Incredible service! I brought in a poster that had been through many moves and I was worried it couldn't be saved. It's now properly mounted and looks incredible. Thank you!
Deborah Robinson: Owner (Roger?) was friendly, helpful and did a great job framing my Mom's picture. Will definitely go back! 😊
Doug Barton: Randy does a great job at very reasonable prices!
Nancy Wong: Frame Right Picture Frames replaced a piece of glass for a large, framed artwork. They replaced the glass fine, however, the frame's corner joints did not quite connect. I brought it up with them. They said that happens with reframed frames and the piece won't fall out...
Kalvin: Randy is genuine guy and very honest with his work.
Paul Nelson: Perfection
David Griffiths: Very happy with their work, I trusted them with one-of-a-kind drawings and got them back expertly framed and preserved. I happily recommend their work. They're very busy, so best to plan for 6-8 weeks of processing time depending on the size of your order - but better to take it slow and get it right the first time.
Sebastian Di Cesare: Excellent work, very satisfied. The care, quality, and time put into framing my diploma was really appreciated. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to frame important documents.
Bob Elner: I have had dozens of art pieces and photos framed by six or so framing businesses in and around Vancouver over the past 25 years - all of them have had positive results but my recent experience at Frame Right Picture Frames Ltd in Burnaby easily takes the top prize for quality, service, value and turnaround time. Randy, the owner, artist, and master craftsman takes the time to diplomatically guide the customer through the plethora of choices around what mat, what size, what frame and what glass etc - altogether a pleasurable and educational foray with a truly remarkable end product.
Anny Kyun: Had to get a canvas stretched and Randy gave an approximate quote which was priced higher than what he actually charged in the end because he said it wasn't as complicated as he thought it was going to be. It's refreshing to go somewhere nowadays where it's great service and honest work. I love the end product, canvas looks great and exactly what I wanted. Thank you!
Darren Wong: Randy assist me in the summer of 2020 by framing my accounting practice's five core values that was created and printed on legal sized paper. Randy took his time when assessing how to get the most out of the framing to highlight the core values that are now displayed in my office. They look absolutely stunning on the office wall. Highly recommend Randy for all job types!
Vincent Chou: Loved the custom frame and mount Randy did for me. He’s super friendly, gave me options to choose from. Fair price and no pressure. Great customer service. I’d definitely be back and highly recommend.
Pinchoffat: Amazing person. So helpful. Many many thanks.
Simon: Randy is one of the best framers I've met, period. He has a unique base of knowledge as he is an artist as well. He will not hesitate to advise and help you choose just the right frame. Honestly, there are very few true artisans like Randy out there - do yourself a favor and trust this kind, multi-talented artist with your framing needs and you will be very glad you did so! Don't forget to check out his own work on display!
Craig Rodrigues: Randy was extremely helpful and fantastic prices!
denny mires: The man has heart! I had not been in for 20 years or so, when I used to pick up some art supplies and canvases after the art/stationary store closed in the mall. The good ole days! Anyways I was very happy to come in and have a wonderful experience and now we anxiously await my framed picture. Even the owner was excited, that was the icing on the cake. Thank you, for your enthusiasm for art.

Kimprints: what do users think?
Kiana Mortensen: Staff is super helpful and nice. Got my prints done there efficiently and shopped around lots of very cute items you want to give as gifts and keep for yourself!!
Baby Gwen: Absolutely love this store! I've been coming here for a long time I always receive great service the staff are super helpful and friendly! The gastown location is awesome as well! Love Kimprints!
Rooftop Your mom: Shady service and super rude . The guy that works there or owns it is a mess !
Andrea Pino-Olivares: Nice selection of cards and prints. Lots of cute quirky gift options. They also have a variety of funny socks. I really enjoy going in. Have found many cute gifts here.
Manuel Leonardo: Friendly staff and great service, re: Kobi* There is a large assortment of cards and other great gift ideas. There is a Fedex location inside this store.
Christina Daytona: I've had 3 prints framed here over the last 6 months. The team are super helpful and informative and help you get the look you're wanting for your picture. All 3 of my prints look great in their new frames and mounts and the team are super quick at completing the work to a super high quality. Will be using them for any other framing needs I might have in the future.
Cameron Sheppard: This is a great store - with a ton of fun cards for every occasion. More selection than any other store I’ve been to in Vancouver. Let’s keep them in business!
Sarah Michelle: Excellent service. Great gifts and cards.
Martin Weintritt: Fast and good.
Surindra Sugrim: I didn't know I needed an awesome framer until I found this place - highly recommend! The artwork I have carries sentimental value, however it sat in my closet for years because of the cracked glass and outdated and basic frame. It was waiting for the right time.I took it in only intending to fix the glass, but was quickly blown away with the intriguing selection of frames. However more importantly, the person who helped me (Ryan), seemed very knowledgeable and confident in what could be done to restore the piece, and give it the 'stage' that it was missing. He was very methodical, focussed, and patient, and I didn't feel forced or rushed throughout the selection process. A very pleasant experience. While I made the ultimate decisions, his suggestions were on point.I picked up the piece several days later, a little nervous and excited as to how it turned out. I'm happy to say that I was not at all disappointed. If anything, it was even better than expected. I took it home, and it just magically fit right in, and somehow really reflects my personal style. I don't know if that is a coincidence or intentional?I'm really glad to have this place in my new neighbourhood. I have gone to other places before, and this was an entirely different experience - a friendly and down to earth one. It's obvious when a business prioritizes a great product and service over everything else, and this is one of them.My only problem now is that I'm wishing I had more pieces in need of reframing. However they also have a neat and quirky selection of funny gift cards and other gift ideas, so I have an excuse to revisit after all!
Mark Blake: Great place for custom framing and excellent customer service. I took a conceptual idea for a framing project into the store and the staff were thorough in understanding what i was hoping to achieve.Ryan worked with me to design the layout of the piece, while also providing guidance on frame, glass and backing board selection.Would recommend.
Arash Ghavami: As a supporter of small businesses, I decided to get an estimate for framing a canvas from this store but staff were not willing to provide a single ounce of help. So I took it to Micheal's. No wonder the small businesses die. It's not because of the enterprise competitions but the staff who run these small businesses.
Victor Kozak: Great place for dirty birthday cards, fun socks, and other silly things.
George Cuyler: Friendly staff
Victor Mier y Teran: Great selection for cards! Friendly staff!
Melissa Killion: Such fun friendly people working there!
Mike Holmwood: Great staff and marvelous selection of cards and other gift items.
Robert Craig: Great spot for gifts and friendly staff.
Barragh Wayne: It's fun...a great selection of off the cuff items...to suit...the tastes of those who are quite aware of being " outside the box "... Cool staff... Yay...
Charles Moody: Excellent selection of odd items and clothing, particularly socks and greeting cards
Catherine Walsh: Great merch and great employees
