Mount Saint Joseph Hospital: what do users think?
Vanessa Wirth: Really kind and caring staff. Dr. David D and Dr. Anthony Y, as well as the nurses and support staff who's names I did not catch all listened attentively and offered great, compassionate care.
Andrew Mister: Staff are really friendly and professional. Emergency room wait time can be long but the staff are working very hard and doing their best.
Débora Xavier: I had an exam/surgery at the Mount Saint Joseph Hospital yesterday, May 15 2023. My exam was the first of the day, and the staff at the Surgical Day care is fantastic! Dr. Henry Tran, Mo, Winnie, Mary, the anesthesiologist and so many others (sorry I forgot the other names) were so kind! I was nervous and they made the whole process very comfortable and I felt very supported.Thank you so much, I really appreciate your kindness.
Patrick Hogan: I had an incident with an incompetent nurse harassing me in surgical daycare, and when I complained my nurse brought the offending nurse back to touch me without asking and they wouldn't let me report the Incident. Unwanted touching from old women who are not even your assigned nurse is not acceptable. The fact that my nurse, Claire, wouldn't let me report the incident has been bothering me since I recovered and I'll be bringing a patient advocate if I ever have to go to your hospital where you hire people who violate patients civil rights and then cover it up
Eva Lam: Emergency is always efficient and everyone is so kind and patient.
An Huynh: I’m here at 1:30pm, but need to waited until 7:30pm, it’s so wasted my time. After told me come on tomorrow. So crazy !!!!!!!!!!!!!
c d: i have the utmost respect for these three individualsJohn,Robbie,DarrinThese three showed amazing class, respect and demeanor. I never for a split second thought these three brought any outside work matters to their jobs. This is the type of energy i wanted to be felt when entering into a hospital. Thanks for the help today and the rest of the team.
Phillip Walter: The staff at St Joseph's Hospital are top class. My experience right from admittance to leaving the hospital was, from my perspective, completely flawless. The clerical staff who admitted me, the numerous nurses and surgical staff who spoke to me and assisted in my procedure were all absolute professionals. Thank you all for giving me a really comfortable experience
Haruna Himi: very bad experience. I needed to do some extra testing and they said they would call me to make an appointment, but they never did. When I called, the call was suddenly hung up. Emergency forces the sick to wait outside in the cold for more than five hours. don't go there.
James Blair: I was in for two days and the service and care was great from all the people who looked after me was first class.
Robert Hughes: Worst service ever at the emergency room
N G: I will be forever be in debt to these three people for their hospitality..1.Robbie A+2.John A3.Darin AThey made sure I was taken care of.Why is it that the overweight nurses have the nastiest attitude? Like they doing us a favour or something? I understand it may be a stressful job, but that’s what you signed up for with amazing pay. There’s people who wait 5-10 hours in excruciating pain and on top we can’t even get spoken nicely to.Seriously need to leave that attitude at home. I’m not even going to lie I even held back many times from asking questions because of the type of energy I would’ve got. Thanks again to those 3 people for making my visit little stressful than it already was.
Milaana: On February 24, I’ve had bad experience at this hospital. The staff was very rude and not helpful. The doctor didn’t listen. Because of the neck pain,I took too much painkillers and as a result I had very high blood pressure, but doctor tried to give me more painkillers. Weather was very cold and they keep people outside for hours to wait. There is tent, but still very cold.
CINDY JIMENEZ: Yes, sometimes you have to wait a lot. But, these people are real professionals, they really care about their patients. 😍😍😍 I should say THANKS FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE of my partner.
Taylor Sutthery: I can’t speak highly enough about the ER team at MSJ. I’ve been dealing with some scary medical issues for the last bit and have been to other hospitals in Vancouver, but my experience at MSJ has by far been the most positive. From the woman who greeted me at the entrance, the intake nurse, and all the nurses I came into contact with, everyone was so kind hearted and patient. Hillary Biden was who assisted me and I’ve never been listened to so intently by any medical professional in my 32 years. She made me feel so heard and cared for. I want to go back and give her the biggest hug! That kind of patience and attentiveness is so rare in our medical system and I will forever appreciate it.
Karrie Herbert: Today I came in with chest pains and numbness in my arm. After taking bloodwork and ecg. I was told to go sit outside in aTENT during a windstorm. I’m sorry this is not right, sick people outside waiting in the freezing cold. Not one person coming to check on anyone, no blanket … and barely heated. This is the free medical
Saygin Guven: I had a small hand operation (I got 2 cutestitches for a home accident) recently and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the care I received from the doctor and nurses at this clinic. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The nurses were kind, attentive, and always made sure I had everything I needed.I was so impressed with the level of care I received and I feel lucky to have been in such capable hands. The entire staff at this clinic is truly exceptional and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical care. Thank you for making a difficult experience so much better.
Fabio Souza: I would like to thank all the staff at the Mount Saint Joseph Hospital Emergency Department. This weekend I went to the hospital with a huge abscess located on my left leg. The entire medical team treated me with the most outstanding care and respect. Even with many patients, they did all the necessary tests, identified the best way to perform the procedure to solve the problem in question, and gave me all the necessary medication. I was treated in a humanized way, with attention by the whole team, for which I am deeply grateful!
Jeal Pineda: Went to the ER of this hospital have to wait more than two hours to get in and was sent home without treating my impacted ear properly. The doctor doesn’t know what he is doing. Never going to this hospital again. I would have rate them zero ⭐️ for their poor service.
D M: Filty unkempt runned down . Our hospitals are an embarrassment.
Valerie Russell: Went for a routine test. Service was kind and prompt.

TELUS Health Care Centres: what do users think?
Vina Bhuva: Kosta was INCREDIBLE. He was able to accommodate treating my mom within a day or two of contact. She was experiencing such a terrible onset of vertigo that really scared all of us. But his professionalism, skill and promptness are amazing. Highly highly recommend Kosta. We have his number saved in our phones!
K A: After four years of using Telus Health's services, I am contemplating discontinuing them due to a significant decline in their quality. This includes frequent changes in physicians and a noticeable lack of effort from the new coordinator, who seem disinterested in performing duties. To make matters worse, she often exhibit a condescending attitude towards patient , resulting in an unsatisfactory patient experience that falls well below the standard of care expected from a reputable clinic. Despite these challenges, I would like to take a moment to express my profound appreciation to my previous coordinator Peggy for her unwavering dedication and support throughout these years. I must confess that I miss my old team.
Rob B: Do not pay to join. “24/7” care is not even remotely true. Good luck getting care outside of banker hours.
Joanna Pang: Service is great, love their doctors and nurses.
Zoe Galloway: Telus' takeover of Copeman has been a very disappointing experience. They increased physician load so you now pay $300+ per month just to wait 2+ weeks for any appointment. Not to mention their finance team is absolutely incompetent. It's basically an expensive version of the public system.Due to my extreme displeasure with the Telus takeover, I cancelled my account effective in June 2022, they continued to charge me and now I'm chasing them to get refunded. Most recently they said it would take 3 weeks to be refunded, and that they'd be MAILING me a CHEQUE. Is this 2001?Telus Health has butchered Copeman and turned into an expensive version of the public healthcare system. Don't waste your time and money.
Celia Myers Martin: TELUS has runined the practice that was formerly Copeman Healthcare. It once was somewhere I couldn't say enough good things about but would no longer refer anyone to join.My doctor is excellent and always has been but everything peripheral to them has changed and the experience is no longer the same. I am gravely disappointed.
Harvey Dales: A complete and utter disappointment and degradation of services since Telus Health took over Copeman.... Already looking for a new provider that actually delivers on their promised scope of timely services and treatment.
Shelina Edgar: Tired of paying monthly dues but no one is available to even make an appointment. No one returns calls simply to schedule an appointment. Stick with your GP .
Madison Hadfield: Great until you really need themWhile Copeman's care is great, I strongly urge you to avoid them at all cost.I ended up at Copeman because of the struggle to find a family doctor. I have some chronic health problems and really needed the help. While at Copeman I was able to see doctors on a regular basis, and get the referrals I needed. I got in to see specialists much faster than I would have normally. My care being coordinated and kept on track made a big difference, and I did improve by leaps and bounds. When Covid hit my boyfriend was laid off. I’m on disability assistance and relied on my boyfriend’s income to pay the monthly fee for my care. I was hardly able to pay for it before, but it became impossible. They had no form of assistance for Covid, low income, disability, or otherwise.I lost all care.My now former doctor refused a refill request at the time I was kicked out. I have been struggling to find a new family doctor so I wasn’t able to get a refill in time and went without for several days. That resulted in some major health repercussions I'm still dealing with.I have no idea what happened to an external sleep study I was referred to through Copeman that was supposed to happen months ago. I waited multiple years on the waitlist.Copeman’s care is great, and I'd absolutely recommend it - but only if you’re sure nothing will ever affect your income, such as job or insurance loss, a recession, or in the current case: a pandemic. At that point I hope you only ever had to use them for general check ups and are perfectly healthy.I do miss my Nurse Practitioner though, and wish I could still see her.
Meg Sequeira: Nothing less than stellar service here. Dr. McC is the best!
kyle k: may I ask you? I am looking for family doctor with speaking Korean language. because I don't have family doctor. Most of Korean speaker's family doctor is full client. So, I go to a doctor only doing walk in.
John De Villa: Amazing clinic I have been to other private ones in the past but Copeman has been the best they really take care of you and the services are very very fast.
Google User (M. B.): Lack of complete information on their website. I'll update my review as necessary.Basic info like what's included that isn't covered by MSP in joining and additional fees for services not covered under MSP are lacking. One needs more information to make an informed decision when something costs as much as an annual membership of almost $4,500.Based on the previous comment it appears Copeman doesn't need new clients or they'd be transparent with their services that are included in their membership. Hopefully I'll receive a satisfactory response from them.
Kristine Huo: I heard many good things about this place, but so far after three times trying to reach them within last month about their health annual package, with no success, I’ve decided not to use this clinic anymore. Can’t trust a company that fails to establish relation with a potential client at the first step.
Goran P: I just want to say that healthcare services like this should be covered with our Universal Healthcare system, every citizen should be covered and it shouldn't cost more than a fee that everyone can afford. That's how it's done in all humane and civilized countries like Sweden, Finland, France, Germany, Russia, etc. Human health is not for making profit, and that uncivilized and insane habit should not be applied in our Canada. Greets!
V S: Excellent healthcare clinic! Truly and literally a life saver! Fantastic doctors and clinicians! This is the way healthcare should be, preventative and un-rushed!
Jay Bar: This is the way healthcare should be! Just did the Comprehensive Health Assessment and it was totally worth every penny. We are lucky in Canada with our health care system, but it could be better by taking a preventative health care approach like many other countries do. Personally I want to be able to catch something before it happens as oppose to waiting until the only resort is prescription drugs.

Timely Medical Alternatives Inc: what do users think?
G Bray: I suffer with osteoarthritis and for the second time in 10 years, Timely Medical Alternatives has helped me get me health back after Alberta Healthcare failed me. In 2012 I needed back surgery for laminectomy with fusion. For 2 years I went through all the hoops; chiropractor, acupuncture, PT, working with a nuerologist, and even after an MRI diognosed my problem I was refused as a surgical patient. Timely Medical helped me find a surgical hospital in the States to fix my back problem. It's been 10 years and my lower back has been painfree since my surgery. Then, last year my hip gave out on me and I was sent to the Calgary Hip and Knee clinic. In July I was approved for a new hip, however the wait time was 1 to 1 1/2 years down the line. I thought I could wait, but in October the pain was so severe that I couldn't sleep, sit or walk my dog. Timely Medical again helped me find a surgical hospital in the U.S. to replace my hip. My hip surgery was in January and I am walking farther now than I have since last summer. When it comes to urgency our social medicine works well. But I feel that if our medical condition is not serious like cancer or heart disease, we are put on a long wait list or denied proper help all together. Thank you Timely Medical Alternatives for helping me once again to regain a painfree lifestyle.
Cathy: No call back, no return email. Website states 1 business day, obviously they lied. Hard to trust a company with your medical issues when they blatantly misinform a patient.
Woodbridge: It was a pleasure dealing with Rick & Christian Baker at Timely Medical. They efficiently answered all of my questions. They were able to expedite my hip replacement surgery in less than 3 weeks with an orthopedic surgeon in Phoenix, AZ. I am so thankful to have found Timely and get my much needed surgery so quickly. Five star service all the way. Thanks again....Ina in Calgary, Alberta
Jay D: Rick had helped me find a top notch surgeon in Oklahoma. As a frustrated Ontarian, it was a pleasure knowing that someone like Rick is out there to advocate on behalf of Canadians needing surgery now, not when the government has time or room.Rick is trustworthy and respectful.Don't live in pain waiting for c19 restrictions to end. These folks are the alternative.
Ted McCreary: My wife found Timely Medical while doing internet search for hip replacement in USA. After our initial contact with Christian Baker we received all the information we needed to arrange surgery with Dr KASSMAN. After sending the appropriate medical information to Timely Medical we received an email and then a phone consultation with Dr KASSMAN. Within 6 weeks my wife had surgery on her hip. Her recovery has been amazing - up and walking within 24 hours at the hospital, transitioned to a cane within 5 days under the supervision of an excellent physio, Dillon Harris. The whole experience was smooth and now my wife , who is almost 2 months post-op, walks with no cane and most importantly no pain. Her quality of retired life will only get better as her leg becomes stronger.THANKS to Timely Medical - do not hesitate to contact them.Ted and RitaAirdrie, Alberta
Satish Iyer: I am very very thankful to Rick Baker for instantly putting me in touch with the best spine surgeon. I was in great distress and pain and got their reference from a friend. I called the number and Rick picked up and talked, I had the images ready which I courier to him the same day. Next day I got the approximate cost from them and they put me in touch directly with the surgeons office. Thereafter I was directly in touch with the surgeon's office and I went under the surgeon's knife in 3-4 weeks time. I am now recovering very will pain free, 2 months post surgery. Rick or his son did not demand a cent from me, they get paid by the clinic. I thank the Bakers for their "Timely" assistance.
L: Outstanding experience with Timely Medical. Within two weeks, they arranged my (successful) surgery with an excellent surgeon. Support from my initial outreach to long after my return home was seamless and thoughtful.
Bob L: I had a excellent experience with Timely Medical for knee replacement surgery. All of the logistics were handled seamlessly by Timely Medical and the knee replacement surgery was a success.I highly recommend Timely Medical.
D Sliwinska: Don't bother. Sketchy one man show that just doesn't get anything done and tries to charge for it.

BC Women's Hospital + Health Centre: what do users think?
Steve Kasica: Both of our kids were delivered here, 10/10 would recommend again.
Bonkowskiart: The staff are excellent and most of the facility seems nice but SWEET BABY MOSES! The arbutus wing is trash. 3rd world hospital conditions. Apparently at this hospital 70 % of births here are done by c-section those who endure that hardship go to a recovery ward in the tiniest rooms all ghetto trashed with violent toilets. New father's like me have to sleep on the floor and some of the rooms have windows into hallways?? Please rebuild this wing.
Samantha McIntosh: I had a procedure done here recently and the staff in the surgical unit were amazing. I was an anxious mess and they were all so friendly and made me feel so at ease. I’ve never seen a group of staff so calm that treat you like a human and not just a patient they need to get in and out. They also made sure I had the right next steps and medications I needed to be as pain-free as possible. I have absolutely zero complaints.
Gabrielle Cholette: The nursing staff is incredibly supportive and attentive. They were kind and informative. The Dr. was effective and very good at his job but a little bit cold. Overall, would highly recommend this clinic to other women.
mafe garmon: Kind Emergency staff , doctor, nurses and triage. Thanks
Obie O: Weird vibe
OneFiveThreeSixTwoFour VR6: Wonderful place to give birth however I've had 2 bad experiences during my first and third birth. I don't want to sound sexist but the first lady who was trying to give me an epidural in 2008, told me to sit still and shut up or she wont be able to give the epidural.. I was shaking in fear as it was my first birth at just 20 years old... the nurse handling my premature baby was very rough... very bad experience. 3rd birth in 2020, the doctor on call which was also a woman, wasn't compassionate at all. She was annoyed... and told me to go home as there was nothing she could do. I had an emergency c section 2 days later...... 1st lady was blonde, nurse was east Indian and the last was Chinese... I never liked Chinese doctors. No compassion or any bedside manners. (I am Chinese so I'm very aware of how our culture is despite what white people say)Anyways, I've held in my experience long enough and I feel much better.
Sergei Lenkov: I would say first that all the nurses and doctors were very professional and caring and this is the most important thing you are looking for when you and your partner are about to have a baby. Special thanks to nurse Ling for detailed explanation on how to properly do the breastfeeding to my wife! They also gave us an extra day to stay for my wife to recover from unplanned urgent surgery - made a difference. She was also provided with food and all necessities for her and our baby. The building itself is in good condition, all the equipment was modern and had everything that might be needed. You can also buy a meal and/or coffee at the cafeteria or buffet if you're hungry. The minor things to improve are a lack of place to sleep for father in the room (had to sleep on mattress on the floor - although I did not care after 24 hours of no sleep), waiting for anesthesia an hour extra cause anesthesiologists were busy and waiting for urgent surgery cause there was another more serious surgery going on (still my wife was constantly checked on her condition)...But all in all, everything went good and our experience was very positive and I would recommend the place for meeting with your baby!
marcos almeida: My wife arrived at the hospital pregnant (8 weeks), bleeding, and they told us there was no available ultrasound. Guess what? The doctor said:” the ultrasound team will call you through the next week and book a day for you to take the ultrasound.” This is unbelievable and unacceptable! Because she was bleeding on the weekend, we must wait until Monday. I’m wondering how this place which called itself a woman hospital, does not have an ultrasound for pregnant available for emergencies? It's reasonable and more than necessary an improvement for them.
Jasmine Carlson: I had day surgery today and every single staff member that I interacted with were so so lovely. I have never had such a calm time at the hospital, everyone really helped me not feel anxious in the slightest even having an IV in which is a huge phobia of mine went smoothly and didn’t cause me anxiety like it usually does. There was even a dog that came to say hi beforehand which was so great for calming any anxiety I was having. I had anxiety when I got to the hospital but by the time I went into the OR all of that anxiety was completely gone. 10/10 staff ☺️
Marcia Matchett: The best I have ever been treated and I finally feel Amazing after years of struggling.
Deniz Soykurum Çetin: I have had mammograms and biopsies at this hospital. The doctors, operators, nurses, and anyone working here is lovely and caring. They explain everything, they make you comfortable. Best care. Always grateful.
Gail Latowski: If you are just getting a Covid test and not pregnant or you don’t work in health care don’t go to this clinic. They will send you to 1290 Homer St. and now you have to pay for the test- $45. or $65. depending on what you are getting.
Megan: We received OUTSTANDING care, attention and guidance throughout the delivery of our first baby at BC Women's Hospital. Thank you to Dr. Rosengarten, Dr. Wong and all the maternity nurses and support staff. Absolutely fantastic health care teams at this hospital!
Enzo Guo: Great Doctors and Nurses, but the tiny parking stall is annoying, almost guaranteed door ding. I got a Tesla and I can tell people are being very careful but however I still got door ding on both side.
David Howell: I just wish I could give BC Women's Hospital 10/5 stars. The staff were down right incredible for the birth of our first child. Can't imagine that experience without them.
RobJamie Lee: We had an AMAZING experience delivering at BC Women's. This was our 2nd child but first time delivering at BCW. EVERY nurse we worked with were pleasant and professional. Everything was organized and we felt were were under the best care possible. We were also pleasantly surprised how good of the food was and how we get to pick what we'd like. We are so grateful to have the opportunity to stay at BCW this time. THANK YOU BC Women's and the entire team we are so grateful for you.
Kevin Cooper: My wife had 3 beautiful and healthy babies here and our experiences were absolutely wonderful and perfect. Especially considering babies 2 and 3 were twins! (Thank you, Dr. Blumenthal). Thumbs up!
Muffet: born here
Kim J: Please investigate well enough for the case, recent accident, the loss of 2 persons, a mom and baby.
Rodolf Bugaci: The c-section doctors were excellent and Dr.Lyons with her group were amazing but the nurses at the Arbutus recovery room were horrible. They mad my wife and me feel very uncomfortable. Kate and Jen secretly kept asking my wife regarding her personal life at home and if there is domestic violence when there was no apparent reason to do so. When confronted, the nurse in charge Jen, said that there is no reason for all the interrogation and that it is just standard procedure but it did not feel like standard procedure. My wife does not even want to come to this hospital for future pregnancies. Our stay was uncomfortable and filled with assumptions and accusation. The nurses do not change baby diapers even when wife is alone and still recovering. They did not bathe our baby at all even after 24 hours. The rooms are the worst I have ever seen in my life, no one has come to clean the room, floors are sticky, walls are damaged, very disgusting and dirty. No actual couch or bed for husband to sleep on No hygiene control what so ever. Worst experience ever. Will file a formal complain with the department as well and will be contacting CBC news so that everyone in the lower mainland is aware as well. Whatever you do, never accept to recover in the Arbutus wing.

Stein Executive Health: what do users think?
Jeff Milani: Smart doc , Great overall experience
Michael Bradley: Simply the best executive medical practice I've ever encountered. Dr. Stein is exactly the kind of personality I want in my primary point of contact with health care; experienced, confident, but also comfortable and easy to talk to. Shirley has always been on the ball, texts always promptly responded to, service issues always quickly followed up on. Lab work is easy to do. Add an aesthetics practice and what is there not to love. My wife is pregnant (first) and we've been so thankful to have Dr. Stein's practice and his personal experience with obstetrics to call upon. For people who require the efficiency and service of an executive health practice, I cannot recommend it more highly.
Aaron Roos: Absolutely fantastic! Stein Clinic is the best experience we have had in any of the medical system. Choosing to go this route for a solution to sports injury related pain was the best call we've made. Thank-you so very much Dr. Stein.
Edmund Baker: Fast friendly, convenient.

Delta View Campus of Care: what do users think?
Elliott Chalmers: Dad spent the last year of his life here. Alzheimer's. It was all during COVID, so I can't say what it's normally like. It's a good place. Clean and secure.
Dilpreet K: I love this place....loving atmosphere... Lots of activities r there for seniors.... Good food good staff...
Sukhwinder Mehmi: Clean and well managed place. Loving place to work and respectful place.. staff and residents are soo nice and I love to work at this place.
L. Fee: God was smiling down on our mother when she entered the Delta View Care Facility in the Cascades Unit. She was there before COVID-19 became a name we had to learn to pronounce and spell. The building was very clean, wonderful homemade food but the best part of it all was the staff!!They were calm, kind, patient and gave away lots and lots of smiles. The true test came when COVID-19 slithered in and we could no longer see our loving mother for the time being.Families were stressed.... the world was stressed....but the staff never wavered in their compassion and care for everyone. I never worried once for our mother during these trying times - I knew we couldn’t have her in a better place. When her time was coming we were allowed to see her and spent an amazing couple of weeks by her side. We were allowed to come at our own convenience, we were fed and anytime we had questions the staff spent a bit of time answering them.We were there everyday but of course our mother waited one evening when we had gone home to join our dad. I was always anxious that mom would pass away alone but the staff assured us that there was staff by her side when she passed.Thank you Cascade’s staff and the wonderful front reception!!Lori & Annette
Mac Luu Ha: Grt
Bill Cheavins: My wife and her sisters feel so lucky to have their Mother at Delta View. They can relax because they know that all the staff treat their Mom as is she was their Mom. All the staff greet her by name and give her hugs regularly. She receives all her medication and meals on time and always by friendly people, even if she is not in the best of moods. So nice to know that Mom is being looked after so well.I am writing this under my husbands post. My wonderful Mother passed at Delta View (Eagle Point) on Nov 14th. I could not have wished for a more caring place for her to spend the last stages of her life. She was always treated with love, compassion and caring, even on the days she was cranky. When she stopped eating the staff did everything to keep her clean and comfortable, speaking in low caring voices at all times to her. They also went out of their way to make my last days with my Mom easier by bring me a thermos of coffee, tea, ice water with lemon and cookies, along with all the hugs they gave me to keep me going. If you try hard you can possibly find something wrong with Delta View as you could with any place if you look really hard but I do not believe you will find anything to complain about the wonderful caring staff. There were many days over the last year that I wondered at their compassion, they smiled and hugged people behaving in ways that would have caused me to be more than frazzled.Thank you to everyone involved with this home.
Susan Graves: Beau the resident horse is the best draw there.
Michael Dickens: It's been 2 weeks. Mom (99) is settling in better than we expected, and "really likes the food!". I was a bit dubious after reading a few negative reviews, but we are blown away with this place. Clean, spacious, friendly, helpful, cheerful. I haven't a bad word to say. Several of our friends have commented positively from their experience as well. We were very lucky to have landed here. Thanks to all the staff. And no, I'm not a shareholder! One year later, change of ownership, and still excellent. Wow.
M T: Great and quiet place for seniors to stay. Also, very nice and clean ambiance with beautiful painted walls.
Lorraine Mckinnon: They said they have all qualities of life but when my mom got supposedly dementia they took her to the hospital and called me to get her things as they could not care for her and with a three day window and it was a long weekend and I lived out of town... 9 hours away. So she then sat in Surrey memorial hospital for over 4 months before they got her another place and she was wheel chair bound. It all boils down to money as delta view is beautiful but if your not rich they don't want you there. So basically at 90 yrs old she was too much work and a small income.I heard the staff taking someone on a tour when I was in the hall and they said people pay high to get a spot and when it runs out the gov takes over, what they didn't say is that is when they boot u out and get room for others, beautiful place but not sure if they gave meds properly either as my mom never had issues other than there and not in any other place...but she was low income so you decide and then they said buy we can't care for her....????? thought it had all levels of care ... Just be cautious if you love and care for your loved ones.
gerry slobod: We took the tour prior to taking our aging mother for respite. Going into the main building there is a lot of expensive window dressing but entering into one of the eight patient areas was like walking into a different, drab world that was very barren and needed a serious updating. All that glitters is not gold
Bill Armerding: Fantastic caring staff and focused on the patient/resident's goals and needs.
