Elaine Luu: We brought our 2 year old formosan mountain dog in for training with Kathy this past week and we were absolutely blown away by the knowledge and techniques that she shared with us! Our little rescue formosan is generally quite anxious meeting new people but she was so comfortable with Kathy right from the beginning. Kathy was able to assess and read Rosie's cues quickly and offered us a lot of advice on our concerns.We worked on Rosie's loose leash walking, and her fear of walking on slippery surfaces. In our hour with Kathy, we had Rosie walking a little more comfortably on slippery tile, and she was pulling much less on our leash than before! Kathy was very quick to answer any questions I had through email and her care for us and our dog makes us love her and her shop! On top of the great training advice they educated us on food and nutrition.We'll definitely be returning to visit My Fluffy Friend's for further training and grooming! Thank you Kathy & team for all your help and care for us and our fur-baby!
Marianus Von Korff: My Formosan Mountain Dog (FMD) had some issues when i adopted him, and Kathy really helped me get him under control. The first time we went to see her we worked on his prey drive which was out of control when ever he saw a squirrel. It took only one in person session for Kathy to give me the tools and tips to manage him, and now i can walk past squirrels without him losing his mind.The second session we did was for his insecurity with other dogs, Skateboards and certain people. And again with only one in person session with Kathy i am now able to manage him without him losing his mind.Kathy really knows what she is doing, she is responsive to any questions you may have and is very helpful. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone who has a FMD or any other breed. Thank you very much Kathy for all your help.

Adriana Van Leeuwen: I've been shopping here for ten years and I love this place a lot. I'm so grateful to them for their wide selection of raw and grain-free foods, and their standing-order system: if they don't have a product that fits well with the store's theme, chances are they'll stock it for you if you ask, and you can have them set aside certain products for you to pick up on a set schedule so you never have to worry about them being out of something you need (outside of factory-side shortages, anyway). They're friendly, knowledgeable, and there's a sweet little loyalty system where you get $10 off every $200 or so you spend, just to go that extra mile.They're the best.
