The Gluten Free Epicurean: what do users think?
Lisa Blake: This is by far the best bakery/ gluten free bakery in Vancouver. The staff goes above and beyond and make you feel like a family friend coming over for a snack. I recommend The Gluten Free Epicurean to patients, family and friends who want healthy alternatives but don’t want to miss out on flavour. It doesn’t matter if you are sweet or salty tooth, there are amazing treats for everyone! Thanks for being a neighbourhood staple, and for always having the best treats combined with wonderful people! 💖💖💖💖💖💖 💖
Avi Plays: Always love The Gluten Free Epicurean, it's worth the drive from White Rock to get the Boston Cream donut on Fridays 😍
The Shady Brunch: So happy I found this bakery today. As a celiac it’s so hard to find good tasting baked goods that remind me of my pre-celiac days. Even my non celiac husband loved the peanut butter and sprinkle cookies. I enjoyed the Simpson donut and the birthday cake cupcake. Both were delicious. Will definitely be back.
Rebecca deMelo: Oh. My. God. These donuts are amazing! The cookies, amazing! Also tried there vegan sandwich of the day and that bun was so soft and so good! They also had baguettes! Finally, a GF bakery with soo many dairy free options as well. I will be back!
Rachel Gadd: It's pricey but delicious and the service is great
Marina Mishel: Overpriced, overpriced, overpriced. Asking for tips in addition. Some of the snacks are okeish. Personally, I like the breads there
Julia Murrell: Lovely selection of GF treats!
Josh Akins: Apple fritters ($4.5) and chocolate cookies ($2.95) are great. Decent cake ($4.95). Tasteful choice in music. Location could be better (RIGHT next to a highway). Includes kids toys near entrance!More outlets would be good (our table didn't have any)
Gary Chow: Gluten free bakery that really shines brighter than most others. Scone flavors change daily so call ahead. Muffins, cookies, bread are all excellent for their flavor and un-GF character (not dry, gritty, or dense). Check out the freezer sections for pies, you-bake scones and other treats. Nut free and vegan items, in addition to GF are also available; check the labels or ask.Parking is on the street; there is often space by the park around the corner if there isn't space in front. They currently limit the number of customers in the store to 6 at any given time. Scones can sell out quickly, and they won't take orders over the phone, so get there early.
Erin Taylor: So many choices! The apple fritters are fantastic. This was my first donut in 10 years and I was so impressed by the flavour and texture.Edited to add that the little lemon cookies are melt in your mouth delights. I’m looking for excuses to make the 4 hour trek to Vancouver just to get apple fritters and lemon cookies.
Uli Laue: Great quality and people. The doughnuts are to die for. The Paleo Brownie is very tasty too.
Maria Barbosa: Oh. My. God. I finally found a place where I actually have choices when it comes to GF and DF pastries! Their cranberry and chocolate chip cookie is the best damn cookie I ever had! We tried their gluten free pierogies from the frozen section. Unfortunately the dough didn't cook properly, no matter how long we tried to boil them for. Their chocolate waffle from the frozen section was tasteless..However, I will definitely keep coming back due to the huge selection of pastries and cookies.
Alicia Parker: The best gluten free bakery in Vancouver! I love this place so much.
Zoe Le Good: I love this bakery and shop. Everything is delicious. Their baguettes are fantastic - but very popular and almost always sold out. Just tried their frozen lasagna and WOW. It’s amazing. Staff are really kind and friendly. Really thankful to have such a great gluten free bakery near home.
Thatcher Imboden: This is now my go to GF bakery in Vancouver. Great selection of GF/DF treats. 2/2023 update: this is my favorite Gf bakery on west coast of North America. the jam filled donut was next level (light glazing, yeasted-style donut). The lemon bar was also punchy in flavor and smooth in texture. I’m not normally a fruity dessert guy, but these were the highlights. Also had carrot cake (solid choice, but not mouth dropping) and the cinnamon roll (very good, a little denser than I’d prefer). This is a destination-worthy bakery, for sure.
April I: I finally tasted their pastries lol.Since they are closed on Sundays and Mondays. I went there on a Saturday. When I got there I needed to take some time to look at the options since there are so many to choose from.I found that each pastry has it's own rich flavor.I also tried their boston cream donut. It was good but I could have tasted more boston cream. It was good experience.
Jessa: By far my very favorite place for gluten free food in the city. Many tasty options and very friendly helpful staff
Katie Anderson: The apple fritters, Boston creams, and croissants are to die for! I wish I lived closer so I could get my favorites more often!
Linda H: Sooo many great options! Was a celiacs dream, but sadly the desserts were definitely on the super sweet side. The savory sandwiches and pizzas were delicious!
Lola P.: Obsessed!! Their gluten free range is incredible. I went there everyday when I was in Vancouver. Highly recommend trying their donuts, Boston creams, and the oat cookies. Best gluten free bakery in Vancouver!!
Jamie King: I wish I lived closer so I could eat these scones every. DAY!

Heirs Pears: what do users think?
Yeedah Krasowski: The best moist blueberry crumble melt in your mouth! My husband who is not gluten free ordered the jerk chicken for breakfast and told the chef, "if you weren't working I'd give you a hug" that's how good the food was instead he gave him a fist bump. I had the egg sandwich packed with goodies, arugula and avocado so yummy. We told him we wished we could take him with us on our trip!
Alyx Lehman: The food tasted amazing! The staff was super friendly.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Brooklyn Arts: Food - SO GOOD. The house dressing is unreal. Everything is gluten free too.Service - The staff was UNREAL. They went above and beyond, and were so friendly.Atmosphere - Upbeat music playing, lots of natural light, plug ins for your laptop & clean washrooms. This is my new go to spot. Can't say enough good things.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free Dairy Free Options
Dana Britton: Delicious food. Great quality and lots of flavour and super friendly service. My favourite is the smoked salmon omelette. I love the salad that it comes with and their coffee is excellent too. Highly recommend.
amina parveen: One of the best bruch place in town! I love love it! And the restaurant chef is one of the nicest friendly warm human I have met in Vancouver. My sister is allergic to gluten and dairy.I am allergic to sesame seeds.Heirs pears chef made sure our meals are completely safe!Did I mention it was delicious as well?Dietary restrictions: Consider all allergy and diet restrictions.
Sharon Higgins: Heirs Pears is nothing short of amazing. Our breakfast food was out of this world and the service was exceptional. Being a celiac, it was the best feeling to know I could have anything to eat and it would be 100% OK for me. Loved the cappuccino! One of the best I have ever had and the carrot, coconut muffin = fantastic. Thanks for making my day!
Charles Boehl: Love love love the food here! Owner and chef Sam B is brilliant with gluten-free choices. The jerk chicken is the best I have ever had outside of Jamaica 🇯🇲. Maybe it is the best I have ever had, period. The name sake dish is so good I could eat it every day. There is so much value and flavor that it seems too good to be true. But it's not. it's Heirs Pears.Dietary restrictions: Clearly labeled and certified gluten free
Vikram Velker: Delicious gluten free meal - fast and friendly service for a brunch meal.Dietary restrictions: Completely gluten free restaurant
Halfdan Jeppesen: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Len C: We did not realized this is a gluten free restaurant and if you have no issues with this better avoid it and just go next door at Nero Waffles. I ordered their signature breakfast dish Heirs Pears for brunch, nothing special here, their sourdough toast looks like the cheap white toast bread, sausage was so so, bacon was good. Ambiance was good. Expensive for what it is, $22 Their salmon bagel breakfast was better than their signature dish $15. Ill go somewhere else.
Olivia Veldkamp: Cute spot with good coffee and super friendly staff! The omelette was also tasty.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Emma Lecours: Delicious! We had the Vegan Meatball Sub. I would have preferred a bit more tomato sauce, but the bun was the best gluten free bun I’ve ever had. And the accompanying veggie chips were so good! As someone with celiac disease, I really appreciate restaurants that are fully gluten free. I would definitely go back next time I’m in Vancouver!
A. Kamstra: Tasty gf doughnuts. Friendly smiling service. Will go back for a meal.
Jaclyn Smith: The meatball sub was amazing! I had to ask if the bread was gluten-free because it was so good. My wife's oatmeal and mocha was really good too.The staff was friendly too! Will definitely eat here again.
Tumata Garbutt: My wife is gluten intolerant and it's the perfect place. She was really happy to be able to eat everything she wanted And taste everybody's dish. Even the kids loved the food. The staff is greatDietary restrictions: Gluten free
David Rishi: Chicken shawarma plate really good but need more chicken

SMAK Healthy Fast Food: what do users think?
Emil Prigge: This place is no longer in business. Do not make the trip it will be a waste.
Jill G: Used to love this place but they haven’t been open in over a month now… wish they would at least put a sign out or update their website or voicemail so we know what’s going on :(
Gurjeet Gill: Place was closed when I got there an hour after their opening time according to google maps, their website, and their voicemail.
Barb Harper: Mediocre / pricey
Mike Forster: Great quick, healthy, GF breakfast
Walter Alexsander: nice food
Kyle Thorogood: Fast, friendly service. Amazing dishes!
N8 Botanicals: Everything was fresh and delishious. Made in a timely and careful fashion. Bought one of each for the fam and we all got stuffed. Sandwiches were tasty and the smoothie and oatmeal bowls were bursting with flavor. Definitely a great healthy breakfast option for all. First time trying avacado toast and I'm a fan🤘🏼 I highly recommend as a change up from the usual sweeter breakfast items and greasy sandwiches everywhere
Lyndsay Brennan: Best spot for gluten-free, dairy-free treats and breakfast.
Sean Claffey: Great food. Friendly staff. Everything is gluten free. All packaging is compostable. They treat their regular customers quite well too.Update: this used to be one of my favourite spots but they've recently jacked up the prices and the quality/quantity of food seems to be lower.
Younes LEGAL Services: Amazing!
Kevin Clark: *2021 Updated to 4 stars - Quality is back up and this is now a great place to grab a bite.Found out about SMAK a few years ago when my office moved close the their Pender location. For a while it was a consistent place to go for good food. Unfortunately the food changed and now I gag trying to make it through one of their bowls.Too much lemongrass and basil leaves in the sauces or something. They leave the large basil leaves and other inedible things in the soup too. Too much sauce in general and the bowls are now more like soups. They also serve them in a container that is more like a tall cup now, instead of a bowl, which makes it impossible to mix the rice in with the sauce until you’ve ate half the sauce and can finally dig down to the bottom to get to the rice.
Manon Tremblay: Just discovered this place two weeks ago. I am in love . The breakfast sandwich with mushrooms, feta. So tasty . Coffee delicious. Trying the salad this afternoon. Thank you
Tommy ‘The Barbarian’: Very friendly, kind and professional customer service. Delicious, quality food! Will be back
Amy Krell: Great fast food with none of the hidden gluten danger. Everything’s quite tasty, and breakfast is fantastic. Yellow curry with slaw my go-to. Cheerful staff make it a nice experience.
Janice Braun: Amazing food. I wish I knew their secret to making such good gluten free bread
Jas B: Got the Green Curry Chicken Bowl. It was loaded with Chicken, potatos, rice, onion, zucchini, green onion, cilantro, yams, bay leaf, and mixed greens. The level of spice was perfect for me. It might be a bit too spicy for some people though.
Joelle Michaud: Love this place! Healthy wholesome delicious food served fast in compostable packaging. What else could you ask for? I can only think of one thing, it would be nice to have an eat in option served in real dishes. Maybe after COVID is over? Even our picky eater liked the Penang bowl.
Sareena Lambert: Great selection of healthy food. Definitely my go to for a quick lunch bowl and sometimes breakfast. Love the butterless chicken and all the side, smoothies, lattes, etc.
L. Oxley: yummy! The chicken Penang was exactly what I needed today, and the mint iced tea was delicious (even though it was pre-sweetened, unfortunately).
Jackie Wong: This place is pretty cool, I'm not big on the healthy, but I couldn't stop eating!

MeeT on Main: what do users think?
Kelly Argue: The best of the best when it comes to vegan food! The mighty Mac burger would be Beyond Patty is my faveVegetarian options: It is a vegan restaurant
Heavy Dose: Kalamari is sooo amazing like it tastes like the real deal minus the chewiness. The tatziki is amazing too. The Mac and cheese with buffalo cauliflower is bomb as well. I got a Caesar to drink and guess what? Fricken delicious. You must eat here. I bring my non vegan friends here and they are always amazed.
Rylen Moore: There just aren’t enough vegan restaurants in Vancouver, but MeeT almost entirely makes up for that lack on their own! Their menu is delicious, always changing but holding onto the staples. Their pesto chikken Caesar salad is my all-time favourite meal, but their MeeT poutine is a close runner-up! Comfort food, incredible drinks, and a great, cozy vibe. What more could you want?
Sam Grace: Great food, great staff, great drinks, great vibe. This is the second MeeT location we've been to, and the food is great at both.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Elle Keh: My partner and I both received the wrong entree - perhaps because it was loud and the server didn’t write any of the orders down? It was fine though, we just ate what we were given. The food was okay, nothing standout and expensive for the quality. I love supporting vegan businesses but I probably won’t go out of my way to come back, which is a bummer.
Terry Gee: Wow this place is the best...food is so yummy and you wouldn't even know it's vegan. Highly recommended! Can't go wrong with any of it, especially their poutines or Mac anc cheese bowl!!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Panne Rizo Gluten Free Bakery: what do users think?
J Hoben: $6 Cinnamon bun was more like an oily cinnamon-less bun. 👎🏽
Jaclyn Smith: The food was pretty good, I really like the Vegan Brownie. Also, the owner was nice and it's a cute little shop. I hope to try the tiramisu sometime!
Jecca Currie: Delicious gluten free options, sandwiches, baked goods. Coffee and other beverages.
Frances Curet: While I haven't made it to the bakery yet, I've been enjoying the options available from Save-On-Foods for the last year. I always re-read the label after the first bite because they're so tasty! Raspberry swirls, short bread and the biscotti are my faves. Definitely recommend!
grecia lopez vega: Its realy Good! I recomend the lemon loaf
Madina Wahid: I recently ordered a red velvet cake with cream cheese, and was very excited to try it due to the good reviews. To my surprise, the cake did not have any cream cheese, just frosting, even though I paid extra for it. Moreover, it was placed in a huge box where the cake was not safe from damage and ended up being damaged. When I took it back, they said they don’t know how to fix it and just put cake crumbs around the cake to cover it up. Moreover the cake itself was quite dry. After contacting the bakery, they just offered free cream cheese on my next purchase, but safe to say I will not be ordering again from them. I suggest trying out another gluten free bakery as Panne Rizo lacks quality and customer service.
Alysia Duemler: Excellent!
Lizette Cervera: Pastel de chocolate con hazelnut! delicioso 👌🏽🤤
Danielle Truong: Delicious gluten free and amazing customer service! Truly went above all expectations.Edit: the service is not consistently good both in person and when ordering. The food is okay for savory but there are better competitors now. If I could find the cheese buns they make elsewhere I would have zero reason to go back.
Laura O'Boyle: Gluten free turkey club is amazing. The bread is so good from here and I absolutely love their chicken pie. If you’re gluten or dairy intolerant definitely try here!
Miz K-G: Friendly and helpful service and good selection of goodies. Will return for the tasty cookies and brownies.
Dane Rickwood: They helped me take my order to my car. The food is delicious.
Jim Bergman: Delicious!
Cesar Cancino: What a wonderful place! Very good coffee and high quality gluten free pastries.
rutu amin: Lovely gluten free sandwiches!
Emil Anderson: So many wonderful gluten free and Vegan options. I wish I lived here in town to visit this place more often. Gluten free pies, just yum!
Victor Bouthillier: Delicious :)
Eduardo González: Friendly staff and great food
Aaron Mauricio Perez Garcia: Nice- tasty
Alejandro Leon: The Best place on the Earth!
Gaby: Súper yummy everything.👌

Christian Whiticar: I used to love coming to Meet and always recommended it to people for its large delicious portions. I've tried most of the things on the menu but usually go for the Double Double because I love that cheese sauce. I went with my girlfriend and two friends and no one liked their meals. The amount of fries is nothing compared to what it used to be and the salad miniscule, gross and going bad. There was barely any cheese sauce I had to hunt around to find any to sauce for my dry burger patty. I tried my girlfriends meal with the oyster mushroom burger and it had also gone downhill. It was way too much money for how little my taste buds wanted it. I won't be back.

Emma Lecours: A full menu of gluten free food! A celiac’s dream! I got the Tofu Teriyaki Meal and it it was amazing! Every element of the meal was really tasty, but those yam fries were phenomenal! Crispy yet light, and drizzled with just the right amount of sauce. Can’t wait to go back!
dale meadows: So nice to see a gluten free dedicated restaurant nearby!

Emily Freeze: Wonderful spot!! Lovely service and great sushi. Will come again.
Paige Sorger: The servers weren’t very accommodating or friendly. We asked to sit in a booth so we could sit next to each other (we working on some paper together) and the original server told us she had to clean them first, and then another man came out to tell us they were for reservations only (even though there were 3 empty booths and they told us last food call was in 45 mins)- so that was odd.The tempura was delicious and a treat to have GF. The roll combos are only for take out and they you can’t order them in store which was annoying. And the rolls/sashimi are quite pricey. The crispy roll was quite fishy and not great. Miso soup was mediocre. For the price and service we were disappointed.
Zach Dorsett: Rare, delicious, dedicated gluten-free Japanese restaurant.Recommended dishes Chicken Teriyaki Meal …More
Corey Martin: Very good gluten free fried chicken and shrimp tempura. in appetizers menu). Great teriyaki bowls.Recommended dishes Chicken Teriyaki Meal …More
Kira Vurdela: Really great Japanese food and a bonus that it is all GF - the whole menu. Haven't had tempura, gyoza or agadashi tofu for 14 years since diagnosed as celiac so this really was a treat. Food was super yummy, fresh and the service was really friendly. Avocado rolls were some of the best I have ever had. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, but it is a must visit for any celiac or GF person missing their favourite Japanese food dishes.

Ask For Luigi Restaurant: what do users think?
Sam Powers: Amazing food. VERY TINY. Don't bring a big group and if you're a family, don't bring the strollers and bags and stuff. Staff was super friendly! I had the frittata, sister had papardelle alla bolognese. Delish! Frittata was huge. Could be a table app for 3 or 4.Wheelchair accessibility: Uh, no. VERY TINY.
Andy Sandberg: It's - Rightly! - very popular, which does mean it's quite loud inside, so not a place to go for a quiet intimate evening, but otherwise FLAWLESSFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Elisa Green: Beautiful ambiance, delicious food, perfect spritz, nice amaro selection, excellent service - perfect, really. If you're in Vancouver, don't miss at least one meal here. Also - make a reservation!
Mathieu Belen: The food was delicious and the place authentic, nothing more to say, you need to try it!
pistols and pesos: Came here for brunch with my Mom , she is very in decisive and the girl serving us was very patient and explained everything on the menue to us and let my Mom sample a few wines , we settled on 2 pasta dishes and a starter , the food was incredible flavourful and impeccably presented , amazing service, amazing food ! A definite golden dining experience.
Mina: Finally gave this place a visit after having it on my to-go list. Amazing meal. It was like having a grandma’s cooking in a cozy place. Definitely a must-go! And, the staff are very lovely.
Jessa: Loved it! My new favourite restaurant, service was amazing, food was delicious. Can’t wait to eat here again, I tell everyone about this place.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Ryan Burke: Exceptional Italian food and wine. The best gluten-free pasta Ive had to date.
Silvia Martinez: One of my favorite pasta places in Vancouver hands down. The atmosphere is great, the food is delicious, and the service is friendly. If you're planning on visiting I strongly recommend making a reservation as the place is a bit small.
Daniel Velazquez: Small place with european vibe and delicious Italy foodFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Mushroom and Truffle Pasta, Olive Oil Cake, Negroni Time …More
Tarvinder Gidda: Authentic Italian food, great service food was amazing!!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Joanna Lynch-Lawrenson: The most incredible dinner with homemade pasta, delicious Burratta with beets, finished off with incredible deserts- authentic Italian cuisine & the hospitality servers warm & professional- can’t wait to go back - thank you!
Stephen Oribello: Haven’t been to Italy, but if the food there tastes as good as this place. I would move their in a heartbeat. I go to Ask For Luigi every time I visit Vancouver. Never had a dining experience I did not thoroughly enjoy! If you haven’t gone yet… treat yourself to an outstanding dining experience!
Lou Anne: I had the Duck Ragu and it was divine! So smooth, full flavoured and melt in your mouth goodness.I am not one to order pasta at a restaurant as they can tend to be rather basic but Ask For Luigi is anything but basic. Excellent selection for a small menu. Cozy homey feel inside. A small space with as many seat as possible and for good reason. I’d rather be in a tightly packed restaurant then waiting hours for a seat. It was well worth it. The service was knowledgeable and friendly. Food and drinks came out as ordered and promptly.Look forward to returning, however, it was expensive so that may be a while.
Florence Wong: This is a cozy Italian restaurant near Gastown. It has recently been recommended by the Michelin Dining Guide. We were here during the week for dinner and it was already packed. Given the footprint the seating is quite tight. However if you enjoy sharing your experience with fellow patrons the setting is great. We ordered couple appies, a bottle of wine and an entrée pasta for each one of us. The selection was good and they had 3 feature items that night, including a vegetarian option. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu items and beverage list.We especially enjoyed the mussels with focaccia bread. The bread and the sauce was sooo good we ordered an extra side of bread to just finish the dish.I had the feature braised elk with wide noodle. The meat was tender and flavorful. The noodles were el dante and I enjoyed them very much. However the braised elk was on the salty side and I couldn't finish my dish. One of our friends ordered the squid ink pasta with seafood. Their noodles were not cooked through the first time so the restaurant was very accommodating and had remade them for us.All in all it was good experience but I do recommend less salt on the food.
Gillian Richards: Reminds me of the pasta I had in Bologna. Amazing food, amazing service.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
stephen milton: Best pasta in the city, great staff, lovely atmosphere.
Coo Danikha: Best pasta in townRecommended dishes Duck Ragu Pappardelle, Pappardelle with Wild Boar Ragû, Luigi's Meatballs, Bigoli Nero …More
Miriam Homem de Mello: I still love this place, but it used to be better. I miss the bolognese sauce from before, the olive cake has a different flavor, the quality of mascarpone, even the soap in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise but now it's just a normal soap, without any charm. I'm disappointed because this was my dream place for dates and celebrations. Not so much, now.

Joanna Pereira: Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Waffle, SandwichesMore
Daniel Nyiri: I tried 4 items on the menu and I absolutely recommend them all!I asked for extra eggs as usual and they all came out perfect! The staff was very nice and profess. We will be back for more. The food comes out as it gets ready in the kitchen so if you are in a large group you might finish your food by the time others get theirs.
Jacob Myer: I have a gluten and dairy allergy, and I try to stay clear of sweets and sugar. This cafe is one of the best in the city at catering to your dietary needs. Friendly staff, and nice atmosphere. Only area they could improve is the aesthetics, it’s cute but not Instagram ready - non optimal if you’re seeking that.Recommended dishes Sandwiches …More
Ken Saraf: We came in for weekend brunch. The place was completely empty. The server was really nice, accommodating, and helpful and did their best. However, it took very long time for the orders to arrive and they came staggered so by the time the last of us got their food the first was done. Food itself was decent but nothing special.Food: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Ryan Haviland: Great food and desserts! A wonderful experience!
Ashhab Zafar: OMG, OMG, i was so happy to find this gluten-free heaven. Very good food and service.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Kyle Warkentin: Such good coffee! Thanks
Sebastian F: Everything I have tried, is consistently amazing. From the Smoothies to the Butter Chicken, to the desserts it’s all amazing. Defiantly one of the top 2 places in the lower mainland in regards to keto friendly food items.
Madison B: Unfortunate.I am Keto so got excited to discover this place just blocks from my office. Got the Caesar in “feast size”, added a chicken breast and got the Keto crouton option. Was basically romaine in a small cardboard box, the $5 breast was maybe 1/4th of a steamed unseasoned breast diced into tiny cubes, and the Keto croûton option was just nothing I guess? Lol. For $23 this was super disappointing. I would probably pay $6-$8 for this. Won’t be back.
princess: Sitting here having coffee and cake looking at the kitchen staff shoving their hands in to the food they are preparing and eating! Goof luck to who ever ordered that food! Oh to add to the flavour he keeps scratching his nose !
Tod Oliver: Excellent food and service. The staff at this restaurant are particularly helpful and kind. My daughter has many allergies, and they were able to accommodate all of them. The egg and chipotle hash is particularly good.Kid-friendliness: They were so kind, and Dave my daughter at gluten-free cookie at the end.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free, dairy, free, Paleo.
Y J: I have never written any reviews, but this was an awful experience. I went for Keto food and they told me they ran out of pizza and pasta options. The staff recommended sirloin burger, and the keto bum charges you extra 2 dollars. The bums were dry and and meat patty is not even juicy. The food does not worth the price at all. However, the Tiramisu smoothie is really good. In terms of service, I stepped in with no guidance or greetings from the staff or anything, I had no idea how and if I could order standing there. But people came afterwards received friendly service, so maybe I just happened to entered in a busy time. Also, the restaurant is very cold and I had to put on my jacket while eating. I was really disappointed and immediately went to another keto friendly restaurant in dt, which by contrast provides much better services and food options. Highly not recommend this restaurant.
joel aldrich: Ordered the Egg and Chipotle Hash & the Eggs Benny. Meals came out 15 minutes apart when we were the only ones in the restaurant. Eggs & hash were missing the avocado and the celiac that ate the Eggs Benny was sick 2 hours later for the rest of the day. Will avoid in the future.Food: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Gregory Gardner: Great cafe for anyone following a Keto lifestyle. Enjoyed the breakfast and a few “dessert treat”. A great options for us while visiting Vancouver from Ontario.
Lexi Kurki: 100% gluten free! Plus so many healthier alternatives (paleo, keto, grain free, dairy free, vegan etc.). Tasted delicious, the restaurant is beautiful, and many dessert options too (sugar free, yet sooo yummy). One of my favourite spots downtown :)
Fumiya Yamanaka: Not for me
Emmy Annie: This place is amazing, the food is scrumptious and the service is top notch!!! ❤️ Also Chef Kan makes incredible soup & is super friendly. Eat here!! Your tastebuds will thank you!
Brittany MacCartney: Food is wonderful but I don't care for the gospel music blaring when dining in.
Rincon Viejo: Lamentablemente la comida nos causó gran indigestión y malestar durante dos días, luego entendimos porque el lugar lucía vacío sin clientes.
