Sarina Trc: Friendly and efficient service. The place itself is nicely decorated. I loved their mumbai chai and my mom liked their chocolate macroon tea. I got the dairy+gluten free set and the food was ok - I think their sandwiches could be tastier as a few were bland. Their bathroom could be cleaner.

Joy Elyse: My husband made us a reservation here to celebrate my birthday. We arrived for our reservation and were told that our assigned table was on the patio (on the street where there had previously been a parking spot). We were not expecting or prepared to sit in the sun, and we just barely managed an arrangement to keep my infant son under the shade of an umbrella. When we booked our reservation, there was no spot to indicate a preference for indoor or outdoor seating. And we noted that our 3rd guest was an infant. I could not believe they booked us on the patio, in the sun, with traffic loudly passing by just a few feet from us. FYI there were non-sunny patio spots on the sidewalk but they were “reserved.”Was really looking forward to the full experience of afternoon tea, and I felt that sitting at a dirty table on the street was not the experience I signed up for. There is a time and place for patio dining, but this was not it! I’m sure I came across rude and entitled to the staff, but I was just in disbelief at how terrible it all was.
The Shady Brunch: Experience overall was good. I have celiac and they do have gluten free menus even if they weren’t as tasty as the traditional menu smelled. Mimosas were delicious. Be aware that your time is only 90mins and they will start nudging you out if you don’t start moving. The Service we had was good.
Brooke Lebihan: Gorgeous vibe and great service! I attended the Spring high tea with a friend and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The variety of tea options was the best that I've found at a high tea restaurant before. Would recommend the BUMBLEBERRY OKAPI' for anyone a fan of deep berry flavours!
Enjinia Solutions: We have come here multiple times and we have also bought teas every time we have visited. We are already aware of the limited set time that is allocated to each table. We felt extremely rushed this time with the staff hovering around us. They constantly kept looking at our table. They surrounded the table even before our allotted time was up. I was wearing my jacket with still some time left but they were already taking things away and spraying the table with sanitizer etc. It was a birthday celebration but this service left me feeling unwanted and uninvited at that moment. My feedback would be this - if you have given the customers 1.5 hours, that is totally fine, and we are aware of it too, until we overstay, let us enjoy our 1.5 hours, please do not rush us when there is still 30 min or 20 min left to get the tables ready for the next group. It causes anxiety and it should not be the case, we are here to enjoy and experience something nice and create good memories. Instead set the booking slots such that after each party has left and has enjoyed their 1.5 hours, you have 10-15 min to clean and set the table (which is not taken away from the previous customer's time) for the next customer. This will be great, we still love the place, but please don't rush us when we still have time left, it feels very hostile and unwelcomed. Thank you and we look forward to visiting again!
al may: I've been to Neverland three times over the years, and it remains my favourite place for Afternoon Tea. The food remains consistently delicious and creative, the service is great and the teas are lovely. I was there yesterday to celebrate a friend's birthday. The last time I went was before the pandemic. I did notice that their scones seems a bit smaller than they were last time I was there. We still had a great time. I would love to go back again to try their other themed menus, like the Coronation Menu next month.
Emily S: Such a fun experience! I've been on two occasions with different friends, and I can't wait to go back as the menu changes seasonally! Can't recommend the Almond Joy tea enoughVegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options, and the staff was happy to make substitutions for dietary restrictions.Wheelchair accessibility: Some of the tables are pretty close together, but the staff seem to rearrange the tables somewhat frequently, so I'm sure they can accommodate for a wheelchair, especially if you call ahead and let them know.
Eunice Marie Lazarro: My best friend & I celebrated our birthday here at Neverland Tea! We both had a wonderful experience, the service & ambiance was lovely, not busy on a Tuesday morning and we both received our own birthday treat! They have a variety of treats, traditional & gluten & dairy free. We tried a few of the bottomless teas and we enjoyed the "Tiger Lily Jasmine Tea" & their classic Earl Grey Tea.Definitely coming back here☺️
Dhwani Babla: Cute place with GREAT tea!! The food was so so compared to other places but the tea was fantastic.
Sam Kuypers: Always a fun and unique experience. My friends appreciate the quality vegan options.Recommended dishes Traditional High Tea, Neverland's Winter High Tea Gluten Free Dairy Free, Afternoon Tea, Mad Hatter High Teas, Scones …More
Monet Forbes: My sisters and I come here for high tea on our birthdays, not quite the exceptional experience we've had in the past. I wish I didn't have to say that cause we have loved it other timesFood: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Grace Aussem: LOVELOVELOVELOVRLOVE
Brian M. Demkowicz: First visit. Whimsical atmosphere with friendly server who appeared to enjoy working there. Huge selection of teas, but really would have been nice if they had some decaf options that weren't over-the-top fruit or spice-based. For the price, there's no reason they could at least offer a decaf black or green tea to their line-uo. I get that you can't have decaf versions of the more exotic selections. Finger sandwiches and pastries were good, but a few of the items didn't seem as fresh as the others. Scones were wickedly delicious. I went as part of a small birthday gathering, and someone else paid so I don't have a lot of room to complain about anything. If I happen to find myself there again though, I think I'd limit myself to a scone and tea... or a full-size Thai red curry egg salad sandwich, which was delicious and left me wanting more.Dietary restrictions: Traditional, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options were available.
Stephanie: I came here because of the good reviews but was severely underwhelmed. We booked a table for the Alice in Wonderland event. The food was alright and the tea selection was broad for sure, but the ambiance of the place is like a shotty cafeteria. The only thing they really did for the Alice in Wonderland theme was tape blown up playing cards on the wall (lol) and some of the desserts had themed decor. It was so crowded despite needing reservations that the table next to us was basically sitting with us. I guess if you just care about the tea or food then it’s ok, but for the price we paid I was really expecting a better atmosphere, service, decor….but everything was so lacklustre. We also felt very rushed as the server reminded us at least 4 times that there’s a time limit to stay, at 15 minute intervals after our first half hour. Really disappointing experience, save your money.
Julia: We know this place is meant for special occasions but it was so good the first time we ended up going 3 weeks in a row! As someone who has to eat vegan and gluten free (for allergies) this place has made me feel so included. They have an option literally called "Vegan and Gluten Free" - and it's so good that even my friends that don't have the same allergies as me love it. The quality and complexity of each piece is wonderfully thought out and the tea selection is amazing. On top of that, the service is always wonderful, elegant, and professional. We're really trying to wait until their Spring menu before we go back again, but trust me when I say it's hard not to want to go here all the time!Vegetarian options: VeganKid-friendliness: Saw lots of kids here, but they were all dressed very sweet and were very respectfulDietary restrictions: Gluten Free, Vegan
Rhea D: I have to be honest, I was beyond disappointed with my experience here. My friend made a booking for my birthday and although our main server was pleasant enough, there was another one who was shockingly rude, impatient and clearly didn’t want to be there. The brunette with the long dark hair was grumpy and begrudgingly dumped our tray off without a smile and with a lot of attitude. She was impatient with basic questions , both of us were polite so there was no reason to have such a strange attitude towards us. When we asked for a spoon since the weird little honey pot that they had was entirely inadequate to actually add honey to your tea she —no exaggeration—came back and literally tossed a large spoon on our table. We didn’t even have our tea trays explained to us. I’m not used to this kind of service at an afternoon tea seating. The food wasn’t good either, it’s cute looking (likely for Instagram) but the flavours and ingredients were nothing I’d bother having again —very overpriced for what felt like small portions of grocery store deli food.I couldn’t eat half the sweets, the scone and devon cream was also disappointing . Overall the afternoon tea was incredibly imbalanced, there was way too many high-sugar bland sweets (as mentioned, most of which were kind of inedible) and not enough savory offerings.Further disappointing was that the tea itself was very poor quality and most weren’t brewed correctly. (I used to work in the tea industry). We tried 6 flavours and sadly all if them were either weak, cold or unpalatable. One reminded me if cold seaweed broth. Different types of teas call for different brewing times/temps of which this salon clearly doesn’t care—the absolute irony. Overall, both the flavours ,and the tea selection were unremarkable.I also didn’t enjoy the scheduled seating approach. That say you have 90 minutes but rush you out much earlier than that to set up for the next seating. (Easily corrected for with some staggered seating times). You get reminded that you’re going to leave repeatedly starting 30 minutes in advance, and 10 minutes later they try to take everything off your table and hustle you to pay at least 15 minutes before the 90 minutes are up.The music was also disruptive to the ambience (strange kind of John Mayer-esque pop music)All in all, with the grumpy attitude from the one server and the rushing everyone out before the seating is done both of us felt very much like our presence was an inconvenience at this salon. There are much better options in the city. I’m definitely going to return to have high tea at other salons in the future. We have absolutely no desire to come back here unfortunately. It was an incredibly disappointing birthday experience for me.

xx PreppyinPink: The worst restaurant we visited in Vancouver. It started pretty good. We walked up to the host and were immediately seated. Then we waited 20 minutes to be greeted by the waitress. Another 10 minutes for our drink delivery any then the waitress was back to take our order….so 45 minutes in we placed our order. It then took 40 minutes to get the first course a salad then another 60 minutes for the entree. We never saw the waitress again. We flagged down a busboy for water and tea while we were waiting and after 10 minutes waiting for someone to come back to check on us to take our plates or offer dessert we gave up and walked up to to host, requested the bill and left. The salad was excellent. The duck was dry. A huge disappointment all around.
Blair Friesen: Had a wonderful Mother's Day brunch here. Every bite was delicious and the service was fantastic.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Valerie Michetti: What an incredible dinner experience! We were served by Lynn, who was attentive, kind and helpful with wine recommendations. The bread was warm, the butter was soft, and we were brought little fried cauliflower amuse-bouche from the chef to start us off. While we waited on the wine, we had some cocktails: a clover club for me (perfectly balanced; I find them usually too sweet), and a moscow mule for my husband. The tuna tartare was mouth watering; both sweet and salty, with nice big pieces of fish and avocado. We couldn’t get enough of it!For the main course, I had the ravioli with scallops in beurre blanc, and don’t think I could ever order anything else off the menu going forward. It was to die for! Make sure you hold on to a slice or two of bread to sop up all that delicious sauce. My partner had the seafood spaghetti, and while the dish was over-salted, it was cooked to perfection and was delicious nonetheless. We were seated within earshot of the pianist, which was so enjoyable all evening, and he played happy birthday for me while Lynn surprised me with a little dessert to celebrate! Such a lovely touch. I can’t say enough about this restaurant and the experience, and can’t wait to come back
Michael Purdue: I was dining alone, yet I felt very taken care of--nit a second class citizen at all. E service was fantastic and the did delicious. The oysters were very good and shucked well. The Italian Greens exceeded my expectations. I also had the herb--crusted halibut special. Th portion was just right. The crust was crispy and flavorful, but not overwhelming, and it did not dry out the rest of the fish. It was moist and silky. The accompanying vegetables were also prepared quite well and I was able to enjoy the individual taste of each. I cannot remember the last time I had such wonderful zucchini. It was cooked perfectly and tasted delightful, as did the carrots. Highly recommend trying Bacchus.

Mallesh Pai: Nice old school bar: big leather chairs, suited bartenders etc. Definitely looks the part. We had a couple of glasses of wine and they were fine, but folks a little ways down seemed to be having some nice cocktails. Def worth a visit especially if you're looking for a place to meet/ chat with friends (ie it's buzzing but not noisy).

Martin Archer: Had breakfast. The bénédictine are average. I was expecting way more from this establishement . Especialy at that price point. Im sure the other meals are worth it but the brekfast is allright.
Jessica Impey: Bacchus is an amazing restaurant and is 100% worth the price. Our server Franklin was kind, considerate and knowledgeable for the whole four hour experience.
Dare Salmon: Really good restaurant for dinner. Amazing ambience, really good food and a variety of options. Fantastic service. Scott took great care of us
Ritu Aggarwal: Definitely an upscale restaurant. Our meals were delicious, the service impeccable, and the ambiance was relaxing and elegant. Well worth the experience of dining upscale, but food is overpriced. Thank you!

Their multiple course meal is delicious and their sake selection is the most unique and flavourful. Highly recommend for multiple visits to enjoy the full spectrum of the menu. Service is pleasant, very attentive and family oriented. Decor and presentation are another paragraph. 5 stars!
Armand Rashid: Amazing dining experience worth spending the extra cash for a tasty meal with phenomenal sushi. Every roll and nigiri tasted different had different texture and flavor that wasn't what you usually find at your typical sushi place. The spicy edamame was a fun change and the salmon oshi was 🔥.Parking: Not a ton of parking on the street in this section of Yale town and the nearest parking garage isn't too far away but it's all pay parkingDietary restrictions: They were pretty accommodating for GF options.
Marisol Lau: Great food. Fine dining japanese food so expect to pay. Not a grey place for kids though. Not really anything in the menu for them.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

We will never go back cause this worst girl with a huge nose at the bar. There are a lot of places around there we can go instead.
Maria guevarra: Me and my family had a blast at minami. I highly recommend their salmon oshi sushi. Their aburi sushi is a must to eat. The service was really good. The quality of all their food is amazing and the service is 5/5. Highly recommend the ebi fritters, tuna tartar and any of the aburi options. Our server, Taylor, was super friendly and deserves a shout out for making the birthday dins a special evening! It’s a pricey restaurant but worth it! Try to reserve a spot on their patio if you can.

When I arrived they had told me that a large party has come in and the patio is no longer available.
