Bolld Real Estate Management: what do users think?
Absolutely disappointed with the service! Booked an appointment ahead of time. Came half an hour earlier. No one show up. Called an agent and no response. Waited for an hour with wife and three year old daughter on the rain. In the end they massage me that I was late. Stay away of this company. Don’t waste your time.
V Samsonoff: You guys are going fine job. Keep up with it. Thank you.
Amanda Champion: Great condo. Very clean. Detailed instructions on amenities were super helpful. Had a wonderful holiday. Also, very close to all the restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.
David Manrique: Very well managed and good communication throughout the stay.
Sarah Kukes: The condo via AirBnB was exactly as described with an awesome location for Blackcomb snowboarding! The fireplace was awesome after a day outside and the unit very comfortable. The tranquility being so close to a main road and the Upper Village was amazing! Excellent communication from the hosts, too! We'll be back!
Steve O'Malley: I stayed with them in Whistler in a beautiful home. The place was spotless and gorgeous. We particularly enjoyed lying in the hottub watching the snow fall. I couldn't recommend highly enough.
Matthew Birch: Great stay when I’m Whistler at a managed property. They where responsive and helpful with my Air B&B stay.
LeeLee Scaldaferri: Stayed at the Ultimate Ski-in&Out lodge in Whistler and had a great time! My friends and I have been going each year for the last 3 years and this place never disappoints. Easy to book, check-in and get around. We'll be back for sure!
Ethan Johnson: Had a great vacation! Thanks for hosting us and we are definitely coming back.
B. A. D.: Rented the cutest lil suite in Whistler through them and it’s become an instant favourite. Affordable, adorable and in the heart of the village. I recommend them for anyone wanting to do the same.
Kerry Barnes: The Airbnb at the Gables, Whistler BC was amazing! My partner and I enjoyed our stay. The Airbnb was as described. The host Leo was polite, professional and fast to respond to any communication. Highly recommend!
B Ghd: We are visiting Vancouver from Toronto and we went to the whistler location. It was very nice and cozy + it was clean. Thank you Leo and Anna :)
Dave D.: Stayed at the Hearthstone Lodge and we really enjoyed our staying. Clear instructions on how to get there and beautifully located. Highly recommend!
Donna Rutten: We stayed at the Whistler airbnb and it was just as promoted. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well equipped. Great communication with host! We will be back!
Austin Hunter: Stayed at 403 Carlton Lodge in whistler and everything was awesome!
Mina Ahadi: Don't trust them at all, write everything - every little detail - down and get them to sign! They are experts in abusing people's trust. The system is made to charge you as much as possible - they took a chunk of my deposit for things that were like that when I moved in. They never did a move-in inspection for me. Their agent stood me up twice, later I realized they have done the walk-through without me. They also did the move-out inspection without me. Over the phone, they told me they note the problems, but they did not. My mistake for trusting their words. Long story short, if you rent from them, be extra careful! They have a very different attitude towards you when you wanna move-in than when you are moving out.
Daniel Fillier: The Hearthstone Lodge was an amazing stay, very accommodating and such a smooth experience. Crystal clear directions and instructions for access, takes any worry out of travelling. Our family loved our stay!
Ryan Baker: Nothing but a great experience!
John Lenihan: A very well-managed building, very clean, and organized, and residents are well informed of maintenance schedules well in advance. I haven't used the pool or the BBQ facilities...But I fail to understand why it's closed during publicholidays... a time of high demand!
Nicole Gerber: My experience with the rental application process was terrible. They barely responded to emails, wouldn't get back to my inquiries. I spoke with 5 different customer service reps and was given very little information. The whole process was so discouraging. I just wanted to warn other rental applicants so they know what they are getting into.
Sophia Polaris: Had an amazing time staying in whistler at 4100 whistler way. House was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Amazing location! Would stay again 10/10.

Granville Island Hotel: what do users think?
Marjorie Michele Stobie: Situated on a lovely island, lots if shops and places to eat, things to do. Pricey but you don't need to go anywhere else if you don't want to.Nearby activities: Little theatre, boutiques and historical places. Easy access to water ferry.
Sharon Chatenay: If you bring your kids, a dog or both, this is the place to be!We came for business at the Vancouver General Hospital, only a 20 minute seaside walk away.I've stayed in downtown Vancouver many times with all the noise and bustle, and lack of greenspace. No such thing here. So convenient with Kitslano and its dog beach only 2 km away, walking oceanside to literally everywhere.Charleson Dog Park is also nearby with an Oceanview! Beautiful grassy areas with lit pathways right out the hotel doors , also a playground for the kids. The hotel staff and restaurant servers were attentive and very approachable. Rooms were well appointed, comfy beds and had a view of the ocean. There was a nice business center on our floor, also a bonus if you're working away from home.Parking was a breeze with surface self parking at 20 bucks a day. Access to the other side of Vancouver across the creek is easy with the shuttles and aquabuses everywhere. Want to paddleboard, kayak, sail, or rent a boat or go whale watching? It's all here. Bring your bike or use bikeshare to ride the amazing seawall that connects Kitsilano , Granville to Stanley Park and beyond. This is the only place we will stay at for future trips. What a gem!Rooms: Nice, clean and comfy. Not huge but adequate Some have small balconies . There's a hottub, ex room and sauna on the 3rd floorNearby activities: Everything!!!Safety: Accessibility may be a challenge for wheelchair users Check before you go . I saw people using walkers and such, but there is uneven surfaces throughout the area, old rail car tracksWalkability: Very walkableFood & drinks: Delicious food at Bridges Tap and Grill Seafood is the best here

Grouse Mountain: what do users think?
Poon Chun Pong: Enjoy all the good times
Tim E: Had a great time atop Grouse Mountain.
George Woo: Mouse mountain is a very amusing place. I go bySky train from brighouseTo waterfront station and then go by seabus to QueyMarket and then go to station 6 by no 261MouseMountain to there. It is veryPretty and elegant. To dayIs a weekday not too people. The sky-run trainIs very amusement butCharge $80 per person andYou drive a car you needTo pay parking ticket. Actually it worth to go toMouse mountain in thisPeriod.
Swaminathan G: Pls don't go to grouse just for a view from the top as there is none... The gondola is worth it only if u do activities up top or if u r going back country hikes from grouse..was so disappointed with the view after doing the grind..do the grouse grind if u love workouts..
Jonathan Bouwie: Great place great views
Sam Raj: Its a great tourist visit. But is expensive ride to the mountain top. Is cold up there so dress appropriately.
CA sunder vadlamani: Super refreshing…
mahtab foadian: We went there May 14th, 2023. We got Gandola to go up. But the Gondola windows were so old and full of scratches that the view outside was hard to see. Imagine that you are watching a beautiful movie on TV, but the glass of the TV screen is full of scratches. Considering the money they got ($65 per person), we expected much better service. And the second thing we were unhappy about was that all the entertainment on the mountain was closed (when we asked why, they said it was for safety because the snow was melting) but we expected that they would honestly tell us all this before we bought the tickets.
Joe Nesrallah: Best view of the city! Not recommended for someone who is afraid of heights but as someone who considers themselves a chicken when it comes to high places I survived and thoroughly enjoyed my time with clear skies, May snow, lumberjacks, and grizzly bears.
Anthony F.B. Davies: Good experience that was limited by fog at the top.Worth a visit but check weather conditions or you visit will be curtailed.
Anne F: Great place to spend a day. We really enjoyed the lumber jack show and the chair lift up to the peak. The Bears Koola and grinder were amazing to watch and we caught the tail end of the owl talk. The free shuttle to/from Canada place was a nice surprise bonus too!
Lucas Nicoloso: Amazing location, a very different experience for me.
Allan T: Still some snow on top of BCMC trail, Grind is without snow but wet at the top. Nice to grab a cold drink at the top and enjoy the view. Check out the grizzly bears in the enclosure!
Mariana Salazar: Maravilloso lugar para hacer hiking
Huang Fred: Great grind uphill and beautiful view on the top
Joel Schat: Grouse Mountain is the best! It's the only 4 season mountain close to Vancouver and is a must see as a tourist wanting to get a good experience and see the view of vancouver. Snowboarding/skiing is great, the restaurant is wonderful and the summer activities are exciting.
Andrea Saunders: We visited out of season (May 12th), we paid full price, but none of the attractions were open! I wouldn't recommend it out of season, too expensive for a gondola to nowhere.

Fairmont Waterfront: what do users think?
Stefanie Wills: The staff, location, and food is the reason why I’m giving this place two stars. However, the rooms are very outdated and rundown. I’ve literally stayed in better two star hotels. There were no outlets at all on one side of the bed. There was noise from both the hall and outside of my room from the ships. It was very difficult to get any quiet time. I asked for a room move but was told the only renovated rooms go up to a certain floor. The photos are very misleading. The view from my room was nice but had to pay for the upgrade. Also, no mini fridge, only those annoying fridges that if you move anything you get auto charged. So tacky. Also, the shower/bath combo is old and tiny.I checked out and went to the fairmont pacific rim down the street and so happy I did!
Thib_ F: Great experience in family . Service was so nice and very good dishes at the restaurant , great hot pool thanks for all the employee. I will come back for sure! I highly recommend this place

Canada Place: what do users think?
Zofia Kwiecien: The Port of Vancouver is among the worst efficient of all the ports of the world... it ranks 368 out of 370 according to the World Bank, with 370 being the worst...it's unconscionably destructive on the delicate eco-sysyem at every turn... it's also one of the most aesthetically hideous .. a total disaster considering the beautiful backdrop of the ocean and mountainous region ... an all around embarrassment for Vancouver BC..
Good place to see all around
Felipe de Campos: Nice port with nice free Wi-Fi connection
Aptaputra Bharatanand: Highly efficient port
Michelle Hammers: Such an incredibly busy place
Chris Ward: Clean and efficient- a must place to visit if you are leaving on a cruise.
A. Christine Slater: Sights, Sounds, Seagulls and Sunsets
Doug: I don't know if it was a port issue a cruise line problem or customs but the time it took to get processed through the port and onto the ship was excessive and measured in hours.
Malcolm Steele: Disembarked cruise. Very smooth operation and folks both inside and outside port very helpful.
Tom Gibson: Sat on bus waiting for 30 minutes waiting for one person that never showed.
Hari Prasad: Beautiful port in Canada..the view is amazing
Juan Mafla: Beautiful place in a sunny day 🙌
Gurbinder K: Extremely beautiful place just at the curb of port entry.
Thomas Ricks: Lovely place for viewing.
Lena Levytsky: Place, where you want to walk and don’t think about any problems, just breathe an ocean air, and enjoy the moment. Special place for me. Recommend (especially on a sunny weather).
Ramon Estrada: So beautiful city!!
Britney Waldron: Beautiful! I love watching the Seabus sailing across the water and the view of the mountains. Going here in the morning is peaceful and quiet. Restaurants nearby are really nice; especially the gelato place.
Vivekanand Singh: Sea Bus ride
Sung Yoon Chang: My boat stopped in the middle of ocean close to Lion's gate Bridge this afternoon. We found out that one hose exploded. While I was communicating with C-Tow, Port Authority Vancouver vessel approached and asked if we were okay and how long it would take for C-Tow to come. When I answered it would be 45minutes, they towed our boat to the nearest dock which was Lions gate Marina for our safety. I didn't ask for names of two gentlemen, but thank you so much and pray for all the blessings.
Antonis Mat: Lovely place..back to 2005
D GonzCons: Love this place. Love Canada!Port is right in the city. There's times of taxis outside, the subway by crossing the street. A boardwalk to the right side. Restaurant heaven a couple blocks away.... Beautiful views just from the port or Canada Place.

QuadReal Property Group: what do users think?
Brian: I have been in Discovery Pointe, Calgary for about 5 years. The management group have been excellent to deal with. Kudos to Karen and Wayne. But it seems that the head office is not excellent. Cheaping out on janitorial staff, and coverage for office staff. The building is not as clean as it once was as cleaning hours have been cut back. And when I moved out at the end of the month, I was forced to leave a day early because there was no coverage over holidays (Dec 31st) even though it was a Friday work day. Not impressed....
maryam kian: Professional and responsive, plus so much more... Thanks Grace and Lyndee and Nima for your very proactive management style of the property, nothing is ever too hard, and we really appreciate your professional approach to everything you do. It is such a relief to have you supporting us to celebrate our traditional night very smooth.
Matt Burkard: Two weeks now with no hot water. There is no maintenance staff just a phone line that has a bunch of ppl who cant do anything but ask you to call back later. Biggest scam ever these ppl are vile and take away the utilities you pay for. Someone should sue them
Peter Graben: Here we go again: How often do we have to complain, badger, and have your janitorial staff come to our unit take pictures of the complaint with ZERO RESULTS.Last evening we had severe northly winds and and the noise it our home was akin to sitting on a runway behind and aircraft taking off. It surly does not take a rocket scientist to find a solution for this problem. and if you can not fix this problem please allow me to source a competent company to remedy the issue and you pay the for the repairMany thanks.Hazel and Peter Graben.P.H.8Reply, Reply All or Forward
Vee: Very disappointing. Have been back and forth through emails and calls. Very hard to book even one viewing or let alone getting a hold of someone. Have been trying to schedule 1 viewing for a month now. My emails get responded to a week to two later. Haven't been able to get ahold of ANYONE over the phone. Left voicemails. Basically the most pathetic and frustrating experience trying to find a 2 bedroom rental through quadreal. No THANKS.
Zen: Aleksandra is the worst - terrible management
Felix Leon: So how Quadreal is going to help??No help so farShame on you QuadrealAfter all paperwork sent
Thiago Carvalho: Just avoid them
Peace Master: Bullies. Paid my rent late for 3 months, but did pay for each month before the end of the month, still was served an eviction notice. Terrible business acumen.

Fairmont Hotel Vancouver: what do users think?
Sarah Greenwood: An exceptionally modern hotel, room, bar/restaurant - everything you would expect for a very healthy price! Or should I say, top dollar. Amazing experience form the minute we stepped foot on the driveway out front. Exceptionally nice staff, healthy food and delicious drinks. The hotel rooms are like luxury condos, however, the TV's could do with an upgrade.
Jay Joyce '74: Disappointing at best...My wife and I stayed as part of a Regent Cruise Lines off-ship Vancouver excursion. We have stayed at various Fairmont hotels in the past, and always had a great experience. Not this time. After the first evening, we went to breakfast with what we thought was plenty of time to spare. Upon arrival at the Notch8 maitre d's desk, we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait for the breakfast buffet - even though we could see numerous empty seats in the dining room. They explained they were short-staffed. I asked to see the hotel manager, and only the desk manager was present. I expressed my concern, and said that at a minimum, we should have been told when we checked into the hotel to expect delays in breakfast service (because we had a morning time commitment). He was not aware of the problem. When I said that I would like to speak with the General Manager about the problem, he indicated that the GM had not yet arrived, and he did not know when he would. However, he said that he would have the GM contact me. The GM never contacted me.The make-up mirror light in our room was not working upon arrival. The next morning (same day as the breakfast problem) I stopped by the Front Desk, and the receptionist logged in the problem and said they would have it fixed that day. When we arrived back in our room that evening, it still had not been fixed. I called and they said that someone would be up to fix it. An hour later no one had appeared, and I called again. Same response - they'd get someone up to fix it. An hour later, after no one appeared, I went to bed.Next Day - breakfast - no problem - they had opened more space, leading me to wonder why they could not have seated us at an empty seat the day before...?At 8:15 AM, asked to see the manager to discuss my concerns; same desk manager appeared and said that GM was not in yet. I told him about the lack of response regarding the maintenance problem, and that the GM had not contacted me the day before. Polite reaction, but no actionable response on his part. When we left the hotel at 8:30, the GM had still not arrived. We were told by one of the dining staff team that there have been recent cuts in hours. How can this be possible if you're already not providing the level of service that Fairmont guests have come to expect? After three visits to Vancouver over several years - all at Fairmont Hotels - we will NOT stay at this hotel again, and not recommend it to others.
Taylor Rockefeller: Stayed here with my husband and 2 young kids. Very kid friendly without being a "kid" hotel. Room service food was average, and our bathroom was a little small, but the staff was all 10/10 fantastic. We can't wait to stay here again, either as a romantic getaway or as a family-friendly option. Great location with city views. I can't compliment the staff or environment here enough!
Mitchell Edwards: Beautiful Hotel with tons of history.Super friendly and helpful staff.Defiantly recommebd
Geraldine Henry: Our whole trip was a positive experience from before we arrived; to bellhop service, to extra assistance required with AC and figuring out amenities. Our breakfast before departure was top notch. Each staff member was kind and courteous. Thank you for helping us make the most of our little trip for our kids soccer. We always look forward to our time here. Thank you!Safety: Options for shopping and dining our were all close by. It is nice to have the downtown core experience and be safe and comfortable.Walkability: Excellent location for making the most of our time here.Food & drinks: Always love the quality of care that goes into our food while we are here.

Anthony F.B. Davies: Excellent service and staff, extremely helpful and taxi service very good.Nearby activities: 10min walk to the harbour area and easy access by foot or taxi to other sights.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Bernard Beck Jr: Had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel as we were getting ready to depart for a cruise. Staff was AMAZING. Will Lin took exceptional care of us during check-in, and was readily available with any assistance that we required during our stay, including being most professional in always calling us by name. The bell and parking staff were also extremely polite and professional. A ten minute walk to the pier and convention center, this location is near anything that you would require including a massive amount of restaurants and bars. The room was fantastic, clean, and we were fortunate (thanks to Will Lin) to get a room with an awesome view of the port.
Matteo Bocci: 4,5 stars. I spent five nights in this hotel for a business meeting. It is impressive how this huge hotel is run in a seemingly effortless fashion. Everything was really good. My room was spacious, clean, with an excellent view. The bed incredibly comfortable, and the service almost impeccable. The only minor point I believe can be improved is the coverage and speed of the Wi-Fi connection. Perfectly located, really convenient to walk pretty much anywhere in the city. Thank you for having me & looking forward to another stay!
Mehsam Sunny: Funny place to work at. They don't hire many people from south America , Asia, middle East , Russia to work in front office , guest services, restaurants and servers.
Vivek Joseph: Great location and decent hotel. Rooms are getting really dated now.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
