Ihate Spam: You guys sent me both right shoes, I’ve sent an email to customer service however I’m getting one response a week. You’d think there would be an easier/faster way this can be dealt with considering you sent me both the right shoes but different style shoe?
Janelle Tian: UPDATE: They refunded the taxes and the return fee after I left a few negative reviews.------------------***Warning!!!Do NOT buy from their online store!If you buy from their online store, and make a return, they will NOT refund the taxes they collected at the time of purchase!They use a third party service called "Global-e" for orders from Canada, and it was absolutely horrible. They will charge you a $15 return fee, PLUS they will NOT refund the 12% taxes collected.My return of one item cost me $65 which is $15 return fee + $50 taxes paid that they refuse to refund!I never had any issues with any other online stores outside of Canada refunding taxes they collected directly.I contacted both the Global-e customer service and Allsaints customer service.The Global-e customers service refused to refund the taxes, and the Allsaints customer service just keep telling me to contact Global-e.Clearly, they do NOT care about the customers in Canada! So, do NOT buy from them!

Adam McKechnie: High quality goods and great service. This place has a reputation which they have earned in spades. I have bought a few items here and have felt supported every step of the way. As with others I would suggest waiting until sale season to actually get the real cost of the items you seek. Even so, you will feel the value associated with what you are wearing when it comes from here.

Terence Yee: AllSaints is a UK grunge, punk rock aesthetic at mid-level luxury prices. In my opinion they are a bit overpriced; it was reasonable back around the early 2010s until prices jumped a sharp ~35%. Sale prices are an accurate summation of what retail prices used to be. That said, everything is well made: yarns, fabrics, and construction.I bought one of their shearling jackets last winter at 40% off with an additional 20% off sale price, and I absolutely love it. AllSaints leather jackets in general are amazing value for those who can't yet afford Acne Studios or Saint Laurent Paris, and because AllSaints doesn't plaster their brand everywhere their clothes are versatile worn together or separately, and look designer at a more modest price.

Manju: I went to the store today to purchase laptop.Our associate,loveleen assisted me with the best options in my budget and was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Even though She has told us about the warranty plan . Its a great service by Loveleen.
K M: Usually the staff can answer my questions but last time that i went there i choose 2 computers/laptops to buy (after an hour of looking and deciding). Both computers were out of stock and there was no notification to the customer that they were out of stock or display only. When i asked if its possible to have a discount on the floor model- he said no, but that he would give me a free warranty. I walked away, was a shame because i was willing to pay and was excited to have my purchases. Waste of time.

Noah Vasquez: Waited an hour this morning before opening to be the first to get the new game released today (tears of the kingdom). A line of about 40 people gathered behind me and the one person infront of me. The store manager didn’t seem to care about a line so about 20 people gathered in a cluster infront of the line as they all rushed the till befor the people who had waited in line. You would think when a highly demanded release calls people to line up for over an hour the store would at least try to honour first come first serve of a limited supply. Ended up getting the game after fighting my way into the crowd 👎
mayuri mammai: Today I happened to go to this store to buy mac book, and at the billing counter, unfortunately, my Credit card chip is malfunctioning, this person named Mathesh started giving me looks and showing an unnecessary attitude, without even looking at my card he said it was expired, as I was trying multiple times inserting my card, he was acting it out. I know he might be doing hard work but not at all professional, I felt judged at that point, well I just left the store and placed an order for pickup at another store🙄

Guilherme Guedes: Pretty standard Best Buy store. Very helpful and friendly service but some products like phone protection ones (glass, cases and others) are way more expensive than it should. You can easily find them online at half the price. But other psychs such as home electronics, gadgets and appliances are at a good price. You should always look for the offers though, they're very frequent but not always communicated, so you should do a price check before buying.
S p: EXTREMELY Pushy salespeople, and at the same time not knowledgeable about the products at all. Used car salesmen are like angels compared to some of these Best Buy salespeople. Worst part is that they INSIST that they are Not on commission, while literally doing ANYhthing to push you to buy...! I take it as a direct insult for someone to look directly into my eyes and lie so clearly and obviously into my face....Oh and I also had the pleasure of dealing with their Geek Squad for TV installation. After paying 350 Dollars for a TV mount, the first time they messed up the installation - they were nice people though. I had to book a second appointment which was scheduled for a few days later. The 2nd group who showed up at the 2nd appointment were so rude!!! And I ended up with extra holes on my wall and a TV which afterall was not installed at the height that I had originally asked for. Because they couldn't make holes too close to the holes that the first group initially made in the first appointment.In short, I describe their Geek Squad personnel as "Rookies". Definitely Not worth the 350 dollars to have a messed up TV mount and extra holes on your wall.

They avoid pointing to its weaknesses, and then, because of their short return policy, I've been keeping a useless, costly printer due to the following weaknesses;1. The scanner automatically adjusts auto brightness on documents in photo or doc preset. So you cannot scan something in actual colours.2. It sometimes has issues connecting your devices, and you have to sign in to your HP account before using it. Requiring users to log in to an online account to use offline devices is annoying.3. Besides this device's high cost of inks, you have a few months to use your cartridges; otherwise, they'll empty.4. This printer is heavy and oversized, and it makes noises.Therefore, I will never shop from Best buy anymore.

Nick Thompson: Came here with my partner to look at Leather Jackets and check out the store. TJ is really down to earth and approachable, he also knows his products and sizing well. I was able to pick out a killer Y2 jacket and left a happy man. I was basically dying of heat stroke by the time I got to the store, so I’m grateful for TJ’s patience and help.I will also say that while we were in the shop a rougher looking man from the local street community came into the store and started trying on clothing. TJ was completely respectful to the guy and didn’t kick him out or make a scene, I think that really speaks to his character.

The pieces are expensive, but most things are that will last long enough to give to your grandkids. Every order comes with a hand-written note from TJ, and watching him hand-hem your new jeans on one of the rarest sewing machines around is pretty f&$king cool. When you’re ready to leave a store feeling like you got yourself something truly special, get down there.

Mateo Hinojosa: First time customer: I had a pair of Gallery Dept jeans which ripped across the butt because the denim was wearing out, upon recommendation of multiple people on Facebook I decided to try out Dutil for the repair. The repair took roughly a week and a half (as I was quoted) and I got a text today to go pick them up. When I picked them up I checked the repair and it was absolutely perfect, felt very sturdy and ready to start wearing again.Highly recommend this place for all your repair needs. They are quite cheap, fast, super friendly and great at what they do

Then went to Naked and Famous, rogue territory, Iron Heart, Pure Blue ... demin jackets, workwear shirt and leather belt. All the jeans are brought in this shop. Over the years, Dutil's staff providing constant wonderful services and knowladgable advices. Had all my worn jeans repaird in the shop, and Dutil's repair job extended my jean's life. A must be place for any demin-head.
Octavio Rodriguez: A local business with a very good selection of denim for the knowledgeable and/or fan of this classic fabric. The amazing stock at Dutil includes jeans with denim woven in Japanese mills and made in that country (Samurai, Iron Heart, Pure Blue Japan). You will also find raw & selvedge denims that use this fabric made in Japan but tailored in France (A.P.C), Canada (Naked & Famous), etc. Available at Dutil as well, there is a curated inventory of denim jackets & shirts. Check their website for a full list of brands, types of denim, sizes, and prices. Worth a visit, but also keeping an eye for their sales! At the store the service is friendly and will respond to all your questions about their line of products. Their options cover a wide range of price points, but obviously reflecting the quality of the fabric & brands. Please wear a face mask when you visit the store.

Wes Inaba: Denim, denim and more denim. Always stop here on my trips to Vancouver. Some of the most amazing pairs of jeans. Naked & Famous, and Nudie are some of the amazing lines they carry. The staff are so friendly and take do much time to make sure you find the right color, feel and fit. I've never had jeans that fit so comfortably. 👖👖👖👖

They're super friendly and are happy to help you find the perfect pair of jeans. They also do all alterations in-house for a reasonable rate.

Angela: Poor customer service from Simi, she helped us with our transaction and tried to sell us $50 for 2 years warranty. Failed to use the correct words, we asked for clarification and her attitude was like she doesn't want to be there. She took a pause and her face reads judgement on us for not understanding her. No patience, not helpful.Got our email wrong, ended up not re entering one for our receipt.We wanted to check if our email was even entered, got a shoulder shrug and a smile saying "not my problem".

But Instead of being honest and introduce everything, she added them to the bill without our consent when we ready to pay.We didn’t figure out the calculations right away and already took out our credit card. We know there’s tax on the $2200 TV so few more hundred dollars on top seemed making sense.After we really looked at the computer screen, we found out S added all costs to us and how unethical she tried to do the business.It’s is Best Buy, you don’t do business like this. Each staff represents the Company.Be honest to sell!She was angry and left the counter right after we caught her trick.Of course we didn’t get the TV and also wasted an hour of our time.FYI, my wife was the Operation Manager.

I placed an order online, then went and picked it up. I arrived, felt a bit sketchy going up a weird parking lot at night to get to the entrance, but once I got in the team at the pickup counter and the Geek squad were super helpful with answering my questions and helped me bring my brew purchase outside to my car.If you want actual help, it’s worth coming to this location. Avoid the Station Square/Metrotown location.

Melissa Boulanger: Since you can't leave a review for their online sales exclusively I'll leave this here since it's the closest Best Buy to me. Purchased an item online to have it shipped to my address. They use Purolater as the shipping company who apparently doesn't leave shipping notices if they are unable to leave the package in the receiver's hands. And as Best Buy didn't provide a phone number for Purolater to call me at I was left with a package in limbo. Called Best Buy who told me to call Purolater of course and Purolater tells me the package is somewhere in their warehouse and will take upwards of 48 hours to track down and send back out. Totally unacceptable. When requesting the whole thing be cancelled and I just pick it up in store instead it was impossible. I was told I had to wait the 48 hours for Purolater to track it down and return it to Best Buy who would then take 3-5 business days to give me money back. So about a week's wait with no product and to get my money back. This is some of the worst pass the buck customer service I have ever experienced. And then the supervisor from Best Buy hangs up on you when you state your disbelief about how I can be out the product and my money with no resolution. Lesson learned, I will never order from Best Buy again.

Today, Prab being helpful did an awesome job finding not only the stylus pen but also the power cable included with the box. Xyz Abc: Mandy is FANTASTIC. I came in to return an online order. For some reason their system showed one of the products had already been returned----I am guessing it had something to do with the price adjustment I got via a Best Buy live chat agent a few days prior. Mandy went the extra mile, she was super patient considering the slowness of their computers at the time, read through the live chat notes, and made sure everything was correct and proper. Wonderful customer service. I also appreciated Victoria's interest in and knowledge of computer parts and video games.
Paul Donnett: Best Buy’s increasingly antiquated customer service and financing leaves me truly stumped sometimes. Applied online for a Best Buy credit card today and got quickly approved. So far so good. So I drive to my local store, needing to buy a MacBook for my company. Get great direct service from the salesperson, to her credit. And the laptop is on sale, wonderful. But when I go to buy, I can’t, because Best Buy insists on sending you a plastic card in the mail. Apparently there’s absolutely no way up to clear my card even though I have proof in my hands that I’ve been approved. I ask if I can just reapply for the financing in store because the laptop is also on sale. Of course not, because then the system registers it as fraud. So I am given no choice, no options, no hold on the sale price for even a couple of days so I can come back and purchase it. I leave the store empty-handed. I don’t get a computer and they don’t get my $1600. Off to Visions and I’m cancelling my BB card.

haidar Alsaady: Had an open box return on a TV that just didn't fit our space the way we wanted. I had lost the original receipt and was worried that might cause issues. Customer service was excellent, reprinted my receipt for me and helped me quickly exchange the TV for a different one. The team leader was incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing job!!
Mohammad Hosseini: In the mobile section, a rude guy lied to me about the inventory of a certain phone, and after asking the other employees and figuring out that the phone exists, they tried their best to not sell it. they behaved like I am fraudulent. I don't know what was the reason maybe they were all racist. and saddest part was that even the manager "Teri" didn't give a s**t about our problem.
Frankie Lamb: The sales associate in the cell phone section knows nothing. The unlocked Google 6a phone with no contract has $150 discount posted on their website for several days already and the associate kept insistingit's not on sale and was tryingto persuade me to sign a contract to get the discount. Sam S.: Was in dire need of a case for my new Samsung s23 ultra. Found a really nice Spigen case and found a price match at Telus. I was dealing with sales associate "Mandy" and about 10 minutes into the price match I asked her what the problem was as she scrolled up and down her phone. Didn't even bat an eyelash or explain anything to me. About 2 minutes later I informed her my parking was about to expire and I'd like to either make the sale or order online through Amazon. She immediately lost her cool blew up on me, informed me I couldn't talk to her like that. I think she may have been a little too woke.Regardless another sales associate came over matched the price immediately and I moved on with my day.I realize that it's tough to find good employees but you cannot have people like Mandy representing your company if they're going to be rude to the public.I don't also don't understand why it takes 12 minutes to price match a case that is being sold down the street at Telus. There's no shipping fees no conversion rates nothing involved it's pretty simple.Anyways I'm going to give Best Buy a one star for this encounter. My only advice to Best Buy would be treat your customers nicely or they'll just go online and buy it there with a simple click. If I wasn't in a rush, I would have done just that, next time I think I will.

Conor Davis: Tried to see if they had something in stock before taking time to go to the store. Talked to their online customer service to confirm the item was actually in store. After being reassured by online person it was, I went to store only to find out it actually wasn't in stock at all. Total waste of time.. then was told a neighboring store had it in stock. So I asked them to confirm that with me so I wouldn't have to waste more of my time. I checked the online status of this item which claimed it was out of stock. They claimed there was no way they could call the store to actually confirm it was there. Totally absurd. Complete waste of time. Don't worry I really enjoy paying for parking and burning precious moments of my life for nothing. I hope this store eventually folds like a cheap deck of cards.

Superpig 2001: I went to go buy a vr that u saved up for, cashier lady was really nice to be as I wasn’t sure how the quest 2 was and it was my first big purchase with my own money. I asked her if I could try the vr and if I didn’t like it if I could return it, she said “you can try the vr but you must return it within 30days and if you want you can get the extended warranty”. She kept on making me buy the warranty but it was 150$ and I didn’t have that money. I realized that the quest isn’t for me so I came back to return it u see 30 days and they are very rude, mik the assistant store manager was very rude towards me saying no one would ever say that to me and basically calling me a lier! They didn’t want to refund me at all and told me that it’s final sale once open. I was never once told it was final sale, not on the receipt, not on the box, only online in fine print. Never buy from this Best Buy they are a bunch of scammers who are very rude and just want the sale, don’t believe anything they say. The lady’s name was YIMM from best buy on Cambie in Vancouver Canada. The assistant store manger who was very rude was Mik. Please spread this post as I really just want a refund from what I was told. Thank you for reading my story.

A kind of European looking feel and actually there is a small kid playground hidden in the corner. So if you're coming with kids, there's a great place for kids to play that is covered. There are food options as well and it's a pretty good place to spend a day if you're planning to shop anyways and it's good weather.
Bernie: McArthurGlen Designer Outlet has about 80 designer retailers located near the Vancouver Airport and can be reached via Skytrain. It's also interesting for you to know that trips between Templeton station (location of McArthurGlen Designer Outlet) and YVR-Airport station are free.The mall directory is at the main entrance. The stores carry varieties of products like clothes, shoes, bags, pieces of jewelry, make-up, chocolates, etc (high-end to average brands) are here. Most stores are competitive in giving big discounts and special deals. This long weekend (the Victoria Day) stores give good deals and discounts from 20% up to 60%. There are food restaurants, café, and coffee shops. There are two food trucks 1) Praguery cakes & ice-cream and 2) Nukkad Street Eats, both are located before the entrance of the mall facing the parking area.Since it’s not a covered mall, I loved shopping, especially every Spring and Summer. It’s wonderful to enjoy the sunshine for a casual stroll/shopping. Everyone is comfortable in shorts/summer clothes. It has a light festive ambiance, shoppers are everywhere, and kids playing and enjoy dancing at the fountain. There are kids play area near the OshKosh/Carter’s and Lindt Stores. Truly it’s great fun in this mall.The best designer outlet of good quality products loaded with deals and good discounts. The washrooms are clean and well-maintained. There are charging stations for electric vehicles. Parking is spacious and free.

Just be prepared for some sticker shock as you won't find a Walmart or Payless here, in favour of designer or high end commercial brands of clothing. However, the promenade and atmosphere are unique and inviting, leading to a memorable experience for those in the area to enjoy!

It is an outdoor outlet, but most stores if not all stores, allow you to bring in your dog.There is a large free parking lot. There’s also a good amount of food options at the outlet.

They will charge you a $15 return fee, PLUS they will NOT refund the 12% taxes collected.My return of one item cost me $65 which is $15 return fee + $50 taxes paid that they refuse to refund!I never had any issues with any other online stores outside of Canada refunding taxes they collected directly.I contacted both the Global-e customer service and Allsaints customer service.The Global-e customers service refused to refund the taxes, and the Allsaints customer service just keep telling me to contact Global-e.Clearly, they do NOT care about the customers in Canada! So, do NOT buy from them!
